Govt must contact with representative bodies, form reliable EC, media avoid publicising banned outfits: Moosavi at mourning majlis

RAWALPINDI, June 04: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming government contact with restricted terrorist groups as tragic has strongly demanded that only representative organisations of the nation should be approached for restoring peace in Pakistan.

He further demanded that all innocent people arrested in Karachi and Gilgit should be eased, a high-level dependable Enquiry Commission should be formed to investigate all terrorist incidents of Imambargah Ali Raza, Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai, Masjid-e-Haideri Karachi, and Quetta incidents, the culprits should be unveiled in the light of these investigations and be given exemplary punishment.

He was addressing the concluding Majlis of the 3-day mourning for martyrs of Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi incident here on Friday.

Agha Moosavi called upon the electronic and print media not to publicise the restricted groups for God’s sake because doing this would commensurate with strengthening them. He appealed the whole Pakistani people without any discrimination to join representative organisations so as to thwart the colonial policy of “divide and rule” because if they would give programmes and lines of action at their own then it would strengthen the heinous conspiracy of the enemy, the responsibility of which would lay on them.

He made it clear that one who creates differences amongst different schools of recognised thought is not a friend of any Sunni, Shia, Barelvi, Deobandi or Ahle Hadis rather he is the combined enemy of us all. He appealed the people to remain alert for the protection and defence of mosques, Imambargahs and religious institutions and avoid any action that may be harmful for the nation and the country because honour and dignity of the motherland is binding on every human being.

The TNFJ chief said Islam is a complete code of life, guarantees blessings and survival and disseminates peace and tranquillity, and considers murder, arson, riot, conflict, and terrorism an oppression and a great sin while give the oppressed the right to raise voice against oppression and terrorism.

He said it has been said in Holy Quran that: “Allah does not like announcement of an evil thing but on which oppression is carried out” (Surah Nisa, Ayah-1). That is why, he said, if anyone carries out oppression against the other, then Shariat proposes three methods to counter the same — (1) Blessings should be showered on one who carried out oppression and brutality i.e. keep the evil away with good, (2) forgiveness should be adopted and under be merciful so that you may be treated with mercy, (3) if you cannot do both these acts then take the revenge to the extent of your right.

He said if the oppressed commits excess even a little bit, he would become the oppressor and because there is a change of excess and there always is a chain of evil, this situation has been handed over to law instead of a person and justice and fair-play has been termed its basis.

Agha Moosavi said that the motherland Pakistan is the target of terrorists for the last two and half decades and the situation has reached to an extent that the whole country rather every street, city and every nook and corner of it is affected. He said at present our sensitive cities and provinces, Balochistan, Northern Areas, Gilgit, Baltistan, and economic and monetary jugular vein Karachi are not only under immense pressure but are also in the grip of anarchy, differences and rumour-mongering.

He said a number of sensitive organisations and agencies at a heavy cost are working to root out elements who damage law and order, and are involved in activities against the religion and the motherland but all this is happening in their presence that provides food for thought.

He said Anti-Terrorism Act is also in place and terrorist groups have been restricted (while on the contrary they were still operating with new names and in new outfits rather they enjoy full help and support of the rulers and the opposition and are being presented at big fora, and the rulers and their representatives feel safe by having a dialogue with them). He said if it is alright then why restrictions were imposed on them, is this not a biggest act of hypocrisy? Then how could the peace would be restored, he asked.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that the murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai and the incident of Imambargah Ali Raza claiming life of more that two dozen worshippers is a great national loss, but the rulers could not control terrorism despite repeated announcements and claims.

He said unless the rulers, religious and political leaders themselves condemn and express hatred against terrorist groups, the question of restoring durable peace could not arise. He said right from the beginning to-date, the rulers have always avoided the real representatives of the nation because they desire to talk with those who support their own views.

He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that the best friend is the one who tell his friend about his drawbacks. He said whenever any incident takes place, the rulers, ministers and advisers start running here and there, shed crocodile tears, launch missiles, and then begin waiting for another incident.

He said what the Administration has done in Gilgit on Thursday is condemnable because issue of education is included in basic rights and under the agreements of July 6, 1980 and May 21, 1985, the government has already accepted that every child would be imparted education according to his/her own belief and it is a reality that every State is bound to solve human rights and basic issue. That is why, he added, after the Declaration of International Human Rights in 1948, every State including Pakistan has accepted to respect and arrange the basic rights included in this Declaration.

TNFJ vows won’t let humanity enemy to create rift between Sunnis, Shia

RAWALPINDI, June 03: A meeting of Central Mourning Days Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan formed in connection with Martyrs of Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi incident was held here on Thursday at the Central office of the Tehreek.

Convener Dr. S.M. Rizvi presided over the meeting that decided that Ulema-e-Karaam and prayer leaders would pay homage to Martyrs in Friday congregations on the concluding day of the 3-day mourning of Karachi Martyrs and voice of protest would be raised against continued incidents of terrorism and massacre of innocent people. Peace rallies would also be taken out in different cities including Federal Capital Islamabad on this occasion.

Dr. Rizvi while addressing the participants of the meeting said that in country-wide congregations on the occasion of mourning of Martyrs of Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi, it would be reiterated that no enemy of humanity would be allowed to create rift between Sunnis and Shias.

He said hundreds of countrymen including doctors, engineers, ulema and other high level personalities fall prey to terrorists from Allama Syed Muhammad Jafar Zaidi Khateeb Shia Jamia Masjid Krishan Nagar Lahore and Maulana Ehsan Illahi Zaheer to the gory murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai and bomb blast at Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi. He said mosques, Imambargahs and Madaris have been turned into slaughter places while college, university students have been given kalashnikov instead of books but despite that super powers failed in proving this bloodshed is a Maktabi or Maslaki conflict.

He said it has now become crystal clear that it is only and only open terrorism the purpose of which is to create differences amongst the Millat-e-Wahida (united nation), keep the motherland away from Basic Ideology and creating instability in the country. Work on this condemnable agenda is still going on, he added.

Dr. Rizvi said that President Gen. Pervez Musharraf has taken a courageous step for rooting out terrorism, he not only unveiled terrorists but also imposed restrictions on them also unveiling their patrons. The question now arises that when the Anti-Terrorism Act exists, and restrictions have been imposed on extremist terrorist groups twice but despite that the MMA has made a restricted group sit in her lap while Minister for Religious Affairs is begging peace after calling on the chief of a banned group, on the other. Would he like to tell the nation that whether Gen. Musharraf had imposed the restriction wrongly? If it was so then why this restriction is not lifted and if it was a right step then we demand from the government and the opposition including the Minister for Religious Affairs that why they are meeting the ill-wishers of the nation? Why there is duplicity and hypocrisy in their words and deeds?

He said that as per a saying of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, we have no personal friendship or enmity, we desire welfare of all and the standard of our friendship and enmity rests on Basic Ideology, nation and the country and we keep its interest supreme over everything.

He said if the rulers and leaders who used to give lengthy statements are really sincere in rooting out terrorism and terrorists then they should give up duplicity in their words and deeds first, come out from their shackles and work only for religion and motherland. He said today Governor rule and change of personalities in Sindh is the talk of the day but we feel that such steps would not make any difference. For this purpose, it is necessary to change the ideologies and ideas, he added.

Three-day countrywide mourning for Imambargah Ali Raza martyrs kicks off with condolence gatherings

RAWALPINDI, June 02: The 3-day mourning began throughout the country Wednesday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to mourn the martyrs of Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza incident.

Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Aza were held in mosques and Imambargahs in all small and big cities and towns to pay homage to the martyrs. Ulema, waizeen and zakireen while addressing condolence gatherings strongly condemned the continued incidents of terrorism, expressed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of the martyrs and prayed for early recovery of the injured of the incident.

Agha Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while addressing a Majlis said that for a bright Pakistan, good future of the Islamic World and for getting Muslim Ummah rid of terrorism at international level there is need to inculcate a new lease of life into the Islamic bloc (OIC) and it should be asked to fulfil her responsibility. He lamented that the OIC did not even condemn the Imambargah Ali Raza, Karachi incident despite the fact that the United Nations and chief of the terrorist world i.e. America did condemn it, therefore, the dignity and honour of the OIC should must come out of deep slumber.

Moosavi said there is need to consider attack, oppression and brutality against any State and any Maslak as an attack on the whole Islamic World, Muslim Ummah should come out from the shell of Arab and non-Arab and condemn all types of violence, the government should review internal and external affairs of the country afresh and give up the slackness and faulty handling immediately. The Anti-Terrorism Act should be implemented strictly and the powers sabotaging the same should be dealt with strictly. Interests of the nation and the country should be given priority over personal, party interests, faith should be put in Allah instead of international colonial powers, people should remain alert and announce their hatred against the elements that promote biases, hatred, and enmity.

He said that media is an important pillar of the State, therefore, they should adopt a positive attitude. He said we can thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the enemy of humanity by cooperating with each other under the .

The TNFJ chief made it clear that from amongst the world religions, Islam is universal religion that is a complete code for all sections of human life. Today the whole world of humanity, Ahl-e-Deen and Shariah are confronted with terrorism, motherland Pakistan is under internal and external pressure while Muslim Ummah is weak owing to colonial-Hindu-Zionist collusion and owing to their own internal differences and anarchy.

He said Pakistan is based on basic ideology and its existence rests on this ideology. This country is not only an atomic power but also playing front-line role for rooting out terrorism. The enemy does not like Pakistan becoming a strong and stable State under the New World Order, therefore, she was utilising different tactics and agendas to destabilise the country and for this purpose desires to achieve her interest by blocking its way towards economic and monetary development through promoting violence, arson, damaging private and public property by spreading harassment and provoking biases. That is why happening of different incidents could be considered a well thought-out plan and an organised conspiracy.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said the promise made by Allah to help Muslims is conditional with strong faith. Allah Says: “If you are believer in true meanings, then you would remain in authority”. Therefore, he said, all and sundry should make their words and deeds coherent so as to get rid of problems and difficulties.

Paying homage to the martyrs of Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza incident, and expressing heartfelt sympathies with their bereaved families, he said the whole nation was sharing their grief. He also prayed for the early recovery of the injured of the incident.

Mukhtar Students Organization’s Guardian Council organized a condolence meeting marking the beginning of 3-day mourning. Chairman MSO Syed Bu-Ali Mehdi while addressing the meeting said terror incidents and acts of arson are a result of giving free hand to banned outfits. The whole nation is protesting against the bloodshed of innocent citizens and grieved over the terror incidents in Karachi. This day those elements are also talking about peace that, in every period, gave klachenkoves in the hands of youths taking books off from them, and on the bases of foreign aid did politics.

He lashed out at private TV channels that give these banned elements due coverage with new names and labels, while these channels are unable to air reaction, condemnation and even condolence of patriotic powers on these incidents. He said the beloved motherland is being pushed into the marsh of violence and fear under an organized and well thought-out scheme. He fervently appealed Gen Musharraf to announce solid measures to restore law and order. Central President MSO Haider Abbas Bajwah also addressed. Fateha Khwani was held on this occasion.

Affected of Imambargah Ali Raza have no link with arson, says Shujaat Bokhari

RAWALPINDI, June 01: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that martyrdom of dozens of worshippers as a result of heavy bomb blast during Maghrebain prayers at Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi on Monday and heinous murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai a day earlier are national tragedy.

He said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf should take strict notice of the same and should not give any relaxation to the culprits rather they should be unveiled before the nation and given exemplary punishment. He stated this while addressing an emergent meeting held in connection with making arrangements for 3-day mourning announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya for martyrs of Masjid and Imambargah Ali Raza incident.

Shujaat Bokhari said that at present the whole world was confronted with terrorism and no country and area was safe from it. Motherland Pakistan is the target of terrorism for the last two and a half decades. Anti-Terrorism Act remains intact, government has restricted terrorist groups but they were not only operating with new names and in different alliances but electronic media, particularly the private channels give them extraordinary coverage. He lamented that after Balochistan, Pakistan economic jugular vein Karachi is surrounded by terrorists, one incident is taking place soon after the other. It is strange that sensitive agencies are in place, strict security arrangements are being claimed but incident after incident takes place despite that that has grieved the whole nation. He said we consider that Maktabi and Maslaki conflict exists nowhere in the world including Pakistan.

He said that as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi a terrorist keeps no Maslak or a country. He said we are being punished for playing a frontline role in rooting out terrorism. He expressed surprise that international Taghoot was also targeting the Muslim States and terrorists are also spreading terrorism in Muslim States and on the contrary accusing that Muslims are terrorists and extremists. What type of Muslims are those who are targeting Muslims of their terrorism, we consider such people monsters. The whole nation should keep in mind that the enemy desires to block our development and destabilise the country but we would, Inshallah, not allow them to do so.

The TNFJ Additional Secretary General strongly demanded from the government to form an impartial Commission to probe all incidents including that of Imambargah Ali Raza, Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai, Haideri Mosque and do not spare any person involved in terrorism. He made it clear that elements who go for arson and cause harm to national property have nothing to do with affected of the incidents.

He called upon the government not to spare those who create anarchy and deal those groups with iron hands that were declared restricted by the government, are included in different alliances and that receive foreign aid. He said Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has given such a line of action on every occasion that thwarted the conspiracies hatched by enemies of religion and motherland rather are source of protection for human dignity, honour and respect of the religion and motherland and this policy should continuously be followed in future also.

He lamented that only traditional type of people who are not representatives of the nation and the people are invited to government meetings putting the government’s credibility on stake. He said the actual representatives of the nation are those who lead the nation toward a right direction and who command respect from the people, but, they were ignored by every government. He said the government should consult the real representatives of recognised schools of thought if she is serious in resolving these issues.

Moosavi terms terrorism in Ali Raza Imambargah well-thought conspiracy, announces 3-day mourning

RAWALPINDI– 31 May: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali shah Moosavi severely reacting on the tragic tragedy of martyrdom of more than 18 worshippers in a terrible bomb blast during Maghrebain prayers at Imambargah Ali Raza Karachi has called terror incidents one after the other a very well-planned and well-thought loathsome conspiracy, and announced to observe three-day mourning for the martyrs throughout the country.

In a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters, Moosavi said Martyrdom is our inheritance. Enemy through these cheap tactics could not push us back from the right path nor could make us afraid from murder and killings. We would not let anyone to obstruct in the pious relationship of unity and fraternity, he vowed.

Agha Hamid Moosavi said this is not a doing of any Shia, Sunni Muslim but of our joint and perpetual enemy that is foe of Islam and Pakistan, and a friend to Satan. Its objective is to give this impression by making sects, masalik and makatab fight each other and creating unrest and dissension that there exist ideological conflicts here, aimed at destabilizing the country spreading fear so that the beloved motherland could not walk on the path of development.

He said the enemy selected Karachi for terrorism because it is our economical jugular vein. All schools of thought must bear in mind that last day murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai and today’s bomb blast in Ali Raza Imambargah are chain of the same conspiracy, ergo people are duty bound to avoid provoking, arson and damaging public property as this would benefit the enemy. Also, the people themselves keep a vigilant eye on every passer-by for the protection of mosques, imambargahs, madaris and other important spots. They should also not only condemn the elements that provoke them against each other but consider them agents of the enemy.

The TNFJ chief said if the government and opposition in truth keep interests of the nation and the country dear, then they must separate banned organizations working with new names from themselves as a first step, especially private TV channels must avoid giving them coverage. He said no government can work properly until people stand with it, likewise the government should also contact real representatives of the people instead of be content with ordinary-type leaders.

He urged the President of Pakistan Gen Pervez Musharraf to take strict notice that why Anti-Terrorism Act is being sabotaged, and that which powers are working behind it. He advised the people not leave patience, though it is a great tragedy but we can only foil the conspiracy of enemy when we work together and respect each other.

Expressing sympathies with the bereaved families of the martyrs and praying for the early recovery of injured, he strongly demanded from the government to form a high-level tribunal to investigate all Karachi incidents, and the performance of intelligence agencies and administration must be kept in view.

Mahafil-e-Quran Khwani mark beginning of Tarhim Days across the country

RAWALPINDI, May 31: Three-day Ayyam-e-Tarheem in connection with the Karachi incident that took place on May 30 began throughout the country on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan.

Mahafil-e-Quran Khwani were held in all small and big cities on this occasion. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi while addressing a Mehfil-e-Quran said that Islam is a universal religion that is based on justice and fair-play and its highest targets had been to root out oppression, brutality and oppression. He said the guides of Islam always adopted the path of love, devotion, peace, solidarity and practically followed the defensive strategy.

He said life of the holy Prophet (SAW) and his pious inheritors stand witness that they never committed aggression rather always preached the practical lesson that evil could be rooted out with good, coercion with endurance, violence with patience, and oppression with justice. He said Ulema-e-Haq have been termed the inheritors of Prophets, Messengers, Aulia, and Righteous persons and they disseminated the message of unity and brotherhood by following in the footsteps of Prophets.

Agha Moosavi said that the international colonial powers staged a drama on 11 September under a heinous conspiracy so as to label different titles on the oppressed nations and the Islamic World. They termed Islam a religion of punishments, declared heroes of Islam as extremists and terrorists encroaching upon their rights so as to sabotage their movements for independence. They were already playing games in Kashmir and Palestine for the last half century but they could not suppress their struggle, therefore, they increased their pressure, first on Afghanistan and then on Iraq but could not succeed in their nefarious designs.

He said now Sha’a’ir-Ullah and heroes of Islam are their target, for the last few days they carried out many attacks on holiest places and committed desecration of the holy shrine of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) by causing damage to it. Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and is the citadel of Islam and an atomic power, therefore, they utilised all their energy to pitch different schools of thought against each other but they could not succeed in doing so.

The TNFJ chief said that incidents in Quetta, Masjid-e-Haideri Karachi, and the murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai the other day are the part of that heinous conspiracy. He said Muslim Ummah that has been called Ummat-e-Wast and Pakistan that enjoys the status of being an ideological State would have to play an important role in giving priority to the Basic Ideology come what may, and would have to condemn all types of sectarianism.

He said there is a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that goes: “I was afraid that if I would not side with Ahle Islam and Islam then differences and destruction would spread in Islam”. He said if we desire development and survival of our own Masalik then we are under the obligation to give priority to Islam and its universal principles.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya said that in Surah-e-Hud, it has been said that Allah never uproots any inhabitation with oppression while pious people remain in it. He said that by the grace of God, there had been such personalities in all schools of thought that condemn every type of violence and terrorism and utilise all their energy in protecting human dignity. Therefore leaders of all recognised schools of thought are under the obligation to practically condemn all types of biases and finally decide that elements that create differences amongst different schools of thought are not friends of any Maktab rather they have not even an iota of concern with Islam because Islam is not a religion of breaking but uniting.

Shamzai murder conspiracy of anti-Islam, -Pak elements: TNFJ chief

RAWALPINDI, May 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan strongly condemning the gory murder of Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai has termed it a conspiracy of enemies of Islam and Pakistan and has announced to observe 3-day Ayyam-e-Tarheem from May 31 to June 2 throughout the country in reaction to this incident.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi, in a condolence message has said that this incident of terrorism is the continuation of incidents that took place in Quetta and Karachi, enemy desires to destabilise the nation and the country by spreading differences and anarchy through attacks on mosques, Imambargahs, Madaris and murder of important personalities.

He said the heinous conspiracy of the enemy could be judged from the fact that they did not even spare the holy shrine of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), therefore, the whole nation would have to exercise wisdom instead of rage and would have to display practical unity and brotherhood on every occasion so as to thwart the naked aggression of the enemy. He said that by the grace of God there is no Maktabi and Maslaki conflict anywhere in the world including Pakistan.

All this had been done by international colonial powers and their agents who desire to separate one State from the other and one Maslak from the other so as to target them one by one, easily.

Expressing condolences to the family and the devotees of Maulana Shamzai, Moosavi demanded from the government to deal the terrorists with an iron hand and give them exemplary punishment. He also strongly denounced the terrorist activity that took place in Al-Khobar city of Saudi Arabia.

The resolution welcomed the announcement of observing Ayyam-e-Tarhim from May 31 to June 2.

QMJ message on Askari Day marking birth anniversary of 11th Imam

RAWALPINDI, May 29: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Khasan-e-Khuda (selected persons of Allah) believe in winning hearts instead of the world.

In a special message on the occasion of auspicious birth anniversary of refulgent moon of the sky of Imamate and Walayat Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) that is being observed as Askari Day throughout the country like other global parts with religious enthusiasm and spirit on Sunday, he said the foundation of colonial governments is settled on oppression, brutality, suppression, atrocities against the oppressed and have-nots, injustice, unfairness, encroachment of rights while the base of rule of Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Righteous persons were based on justice and fair-play.

That is why, he said, the rule of oppressors and dictators had been on bodies while the Khasan-e-Khuda rule the hearts. They never bank on worldly pomp or on materialistic resources but keep faith on Almighty Allah. On the same basis, Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) confronted six dictators from Mutawakkal to Motamid. Motamid was an oppressive ruler who had massacred five lakh innocent people. When the oppressive ruler showed his armed strength to Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.), then the Imam (A.S.) showed him his own armament in between his two fingers on which the dictator was not only extremely surprised but afraid to the extent that he went on shattering, on which the Imam (A.S.) said don’t worry we are bound with the commandment of Allah only.

Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was the real inheritor of his grandfather Khatam-ur-Rusl (SAW) who did not commit aggression during his life span spread over 63 years and always followed the defensive strategy. He always followed the commandments of Allah whether in war or in peace. In Ghazwaat, he did not consider himself superior than others rather used to work like ordinary soldier and the Ghazwa-e-Khandaq (battle of trench) is the best example in this case where he remained busy in digging out bunkers along with his companions. If Sahaba attached one stone with their stomach, he used to attach two, his justice and fair-play, equality, and treatment was exemplary, Moosavi said adding that he always treated the war prisoners kindly. He said when he sought advice what to do with the Ghazwa-e-Badr prisoners, someone said they should be murdered, someone suggested to take Fidya or Jizya from them, but the Rehmatul-lil-Alameen (SAW) freed them all.

Similarly, he created a high example of forgiveness for the rulers the world over on the occasion of victory of Mecca. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) rooted out all types of oppression and brutality and directed his forces not to murder women, children, old and diplomats. He was a great Commander, spokesman of divine words and defender of humanity.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi lamented that today holy shrines of pious religious personalities and Sha’a’ir-Ullah in Najaf Ashraf, Karbala-e-Mualla, Baghdad, Kazmain, and Samrah where the holy mausoleum of Imam Askari (A.S.) is situated, are surrounded by the coalition forces.

He appealed all countrymen to greet holy family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on the occasion of Askari Day and in programmes being held in this connection, call upon the international organisations to play their role in pulling out coalition forces from Afghanistan and Iraq including the holy cities of Iraq. He said the ICC should take suo moto notice of the inhuman attitude against Abu Gharib Jail prisoners, take the international chief of terrorists i.e. Bush and his agents to the court and give them exemplary punishment.
