Islam was the
basic ideology of Pakistan. By deviating this ideology,
a conspiracy was made to make Pakistan a sectarian state
in the period of Zia-ul-haq, a dictator. At this stage
the formation of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya was
deemed necessary for the failure of this conspiracy,
which was linked to that International conspiracy, the
objective of which was to divide Muslim states into
sects instead of Islam, so they fight with each other.
Let us strike at the root of the trouble. This
conspiracy was made by colonial powers as a result of
fear from Islamic revolution of Iran. They tried their
best to proof it a maktabi (only one school of
thought’s) revolution, which was infact an Islamic
revolution and its founder along with the builder of
Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah belonged to
the same school of thought.

The main objective of
Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya is to fail the evil
designs of making Pakistan a sectarian state and that is
why just for the failure of this colonial powers’s
conspiracy. The followers of Fiqh-e-Jaffariya (shia
school of thought) occupied the secretariat in
Islamabad, the capital of Islamic republic of Pakistan
and which (the secretariat) was disposed by saying this
that the basic ideology will not be deviated and shia
school of thought will also be given right on equal
basis.

After the death of Mufti Jaffar Hussain,
Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-fiqh-e-Jafariya in  1983,
Tehreek remained with out leader for four months and
after the 10th Dec. 1983, a big delegation headed by
Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi came to “Ali Mosque” and in
the  presence of scholars and intellectuals he
quoted RIDA-E-ZEHRA (a.s.) (Veil of Hazrat Fatima, the
daughter of Holy Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H.) As
intermediary and offered to Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah
Moosavi the leadership of  shia community and
benedictory blessings was made. Agha Moosavi accepted
the leadership on this condition “to arrange all
Pakistan shia convention for the corroboration of his
leadership.” So on the 9th and 10th of Feb. 1984 the two
days all Pakistan shia corroboratory convention was held
in Deena (city of Pakistan) in which according to an
esteemed magazine  “Akhbar-e-jehan” above three
lakh people from Karachi to Parachinar and from Quetta ,
Gawader to Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas participated
in spite of martial law, aggression and fear in the
country and gave a practical proof of their vigilance.
The first session of  this historical convention
was presided by a renowned jurist Allama
Zameer-ul-Hassan Najafi while the second session was by
a famous and well-known orator Allama Azhar Hassan
Zaidi. The participant fully supported the leadership of
Agha Moosavi. Since then to yet the modest and
courageous leadership of Agha Moosavi is leading
successfully the Millat-e-jaffariya (shia community) in
Pakistan.
