RAWALPINDI, August 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said international colonial powers were
ready to make Islam its revengeful target in the name of Saddam, therefore,
representative organisation of the Islamic World, OIC and all Muslim heads
of State should wake up otherwise it could be their turn one by one in
future. He stated this during his meeting with elite from Lahore who called
on him at the head of Allama Mehdi Wahaj Moosavi here on Saturday. He said
Palestinians are being destructed for the last half-century and even their
innocent children were not being spared, American agents India and Israel
have been given free hand to kill whenever, whosoever and wherever they so
desire. He said had the prestige of Muslim rulers and the OIC awaken and
they understood the problems faced by the oppressed Muslims then there would
have no such oppression and brutality.

Agha Moosavi made it clear that Allah is Beneficent and Merciful and justice
and fair-play would be exercised vis-à-vis rights of the people (Haqooq-ul-Ibaad)
and He will not spare any oppressor. He said objective of the Anbia-e-Karaam
was to restore justice and root out oppression and brutality. Oppressors, in
whatever shape with whatever objective, created hurdles in their way and
remained involved in oppression and excesses in one way or the other except
the pious persons, he said adding that they create a hue and cry if any
excess is committed against them but when they themselves commit any excess
they become Nimroud, Shaddad, and Pharaoh.

The TNFJ chief said this is what international colonial powers were doing
the biggest indication of which is approval of American defence budget by
the Senate main portion of which would be spent in the name of terrorism. He
said Imam Khomeini had termed America biggest Satan that has declared war
against Muslims in the garb of rooting out terrorism, then it gave many
excuses and at last it uttered what it actually desired.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
America has destructed Afghanistan in the garb of terrorism, deployed its
forces in Pakistan, gave a pat on the Indian back who massacred Muslims in
Indian province of Gujerat, Indian forces were still deployed on Pakistani
borders. He said international colonial powers have so much pain of the
Kashmir issue that its representatives were visiting Pakistan and India
quite often despite the fact that this issue is on international agenda for
a long time and these visiting representatives themselves were the main
hurdle in resolving this issue.

RAWALPINDI, August 2: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Chief Election Commission’s
proposed code of conduct for impartial coverage should also be binding on
print media in addition to the electronic media. He stated this while
talking to a 51-member delegation of TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhad that
called on him at the head of Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash here on Friday. He
said some particular politicians and parties have monopolised the print
media. He said newspapers raise a hue and cry if any injustice is done to
them but do not take notice of the injustice they carry out themselves, what
type of justice it is?

Agha Moosavi said every one raises voice merely for his own rights but is
not averse to his duties. He made it clear that our objective is to promote
Islam, solidarity of Pakistan, and welfare of the people. He called upon the
government to utilise all its energies in holding transparent and impartial
elections and leave the work of constitutional reforms to the next
Parliament. He said Islam is religion of justice that is why it has been
said in Surah Hajj of the Holy Quran that: restore Nimaz, give Zakat, order
for good and stop from evil because objective of the Nimaz is to stop from
evil. Therefore, he said the powers that be should give priority to norms of
justice and fair-play because we keep the integrity and solidarity of the
motherland dearer than all other things.

He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam basis of which is
justice. He said when we would put our house in order then we would be able
to confront our external enemy with more vigour. He said struggle for
independence and achievement of rights is jehad and chief of the colonial
powers was afraid of this jehadi spirit. That is why her agents Sharon and
Vajpayee were carrying out atrocities by playing “holi” with the blood of
oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians but America was keeping quiet rather
vetoes every voice raised by the Security Council and other international
organisations in this connections and gets annoyed when someone says
anything in defence, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
international colonial powers were utilising all their energies in exerting
pressure against Pakistan and was continuously asking Pakistan to fulfil the
promise of stopping interference, it also insists Pakistan to hold dialogue
while India refuses the same. He said Kashmir and Palestine issues were
already there on international agenda, therefore, the United Nations should
display courage and stop America from interference and get its Resolutions
implemented so as to resolve all problems.

RAWALPINDI, August 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has advised the representative organisation of the Islamic World, the OIC to come out of the complex of Arab and Ajam and adopt a combined and courageous strategy in getting the issues faced by the Islamic World resolved. He stated this while talking to representative delegation of TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh that called on him here on Thursday. He said Islamic World was following the policy of mutual understanding on all issues including Kashmir and Palestine but chief of the international colonial powers i.e. America, her Indian and Israeli agents, and Britain keep Hippocratic and expansionist designs which is a big danger for the world of humanity.

Agha Moosavi said Muslim States should first concentrate on rooting out international anarchy and differences and heads of the Muslim States should pay goodwill visits, like President of Pakistan Gen. Pervez Musharraf, so as to end differences. He said display of mutual understanding on the occasion of Gen. Pervez Musharraf’s visit to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka is a good sign. He said one could only clap using both hands. He was optimistic that visit to a friendly country like China, that supported Pakistan in every difficult moment, would also give good results.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we had strongly opposed the proposed Madaras Ordinance and now the government, during a meeting with Ittehad Tanzeemat Madaras, has formed a committee to suggest amendments in it. Similarly, he said other issues should also be resolved with mutual understanding. He made it clear that America and her agents, who are engaged in massacre in Held Kashmir and Palestine, could not cause any harm if all Islamic States unite. He said the OIC should stick to its stand that real cause of international tension and these issues should be resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people. They should also announce their commitment that attack on any Islamic State would be considered as an attack on whole of the Islamic World otherwise, he added, the problems of the Islamic World continue to rise.

Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the government is left with 72 days
and it should therefore leave the important matters for the next government
to resolve and utilise all its energies on holding fair and impartial
elections only. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation
of TNFJ District Kohat, Bangash Area that called on him at the head of Syed
Shabab Hussain Al-Hussaini. He said the powers that be have opened a
Pandora’s Box of different issues, ordinances have been issued in plenty,
the poor and the oppressed are being beaten by the Administration, anarchy
is rife in the country while the wicked enemy was dominating all around. He
said the government has not only created uncountable problems for itself but
also for the people.

Agha Moosavi said the government has invited trouble for itself by
presenting the proposed Madaras Ordinance and have now formed a committee to
remove doubts. On the other, he said, they have started denationalisation of
educational institutions increasing problems for students and teachers. He
said the government was praised on issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and the
Interior Minister had vowed not to let banned organisations work but now not
only President of Pakistan was making them sit besides him but the Interior
Minister himself met a delegation of Ittehad Tanzeemat Madaras the other day
in which some people belonging to banned organisations were also sitting. He
said there should be no difference between the words and deeds of a man.

The TNFJ chief said the government had given a 7-point agenda to the people
and she has a stick in her hand also but it is aware to what extent it was
implemented. He said Pakistan had joined the International Coalition by
raising the slogan that “Pakistan’s interest is the foremost” but it is
astonishing that America was continuing her presence and do not desire to go
back, it caused harm to our image and religious powers got annoyed. On the
other hand, he said, American double standards, Hippocratic attitude and
enmity with the Islamic World was open unveiled, which was aimed at leaving
us alone in the comity of nations but one has to sow what he has reaped.
Therefore, American Council of Foreign Relations has revealed that chief of
the Taghooti world was confronted with bettering her lost image, he said
adding that the Council in its report has said that it is must for the Bush
administration to lend an ear to the world whether it is in American
interest or not. The report has also revealed that America has become alone
not only in Middle East but her image has affected all over the world also,
he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
we have already said that opportunity has been created to carry out
oppression against the oppressed and Muslims by staging the drama of New
York incident, they have been torn apart which is sheer act of oppression,
brutality and terrorism. He said struggle for achieving the rights is not
terrorism but the basic right of the oppressed. He stressed the need of
resolving complex problems in the light of the United Nations keeping to the
desire of the respective people and the hand of friendship should be
extended towards them so as to convert the whole world into a hub of peace.
Therefore, it is necessary to follow the policy of live and let others live,
he added.

RAWALPINDI, July 30: The spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while expressing heartfelt grief over the untoward incident that took place in D-12 Sector of Islamabad on Monday has appealed the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of the incident so as to restore the confidence of the people. In a statement, issued here on Tuesday, he said the incident is a self-speaking proof of local Administration’s incapability. Demanding action against the local Administration, he said impartial enquiry of the incident.

The spokesman said that Islamabad citizens were already annoyed with the Administration that has failed to control unrest, incidents of theft, dacoity and terrorism and was proving to be unwise by making the dead issues alive. He said brutality whosoever commits it, is condemnable.

The police have proved their stupidity by engaging themselves in firing. If the other side had created any hurdle then a solution to this issue would have been negotiated. He said while opening new sector in Islamabad, the government should made alternate arrangements for the affected first and the work should be carried out after settling them elsewhere so that no such issue may arise.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – JULY 29: Allama Tajjud Din Haideri, Central Vice
President Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that terming the
practical efforts for achievement of right of self determination and freedom
as “terrorism and infiltration” is oppression and injustice.

Talking to a delegation of Shiite dignitaries at Al-Murtaza, Islamabad on
Monday, he said whenever representatives of colonial powers begin visits,
different incidents and problems become rife because there is contradiction
in their words and deeds. When they are on Middle East trip, exert pressure
on Yasser Arafat to halt terrorism, and when travel to South Asia speak to
Pakistan for ending infiltration.

Allama Haideri said that today US secretary of State Colin Powell is saying
that Kashmir issue could not be resolved through violence but politics. He
questioned Powell that why America didn’t adopt the path of patience and
mutual understanding after the drama of Washington and New York incidents?
On one hand life for oppressed and have-nots has been made hell while on the
other American raids on Iraq have been in continuation for more than a
decade and the whole world is opposing it. Afghanistan has been destroyed.
Sharon and Vajpayee have full backing of United States.

He further stated that whenever any oppressed nation goes to the United
Nations to seek redress for the achievement of its rights and atrocities
committed against it, the US immediately vetoes it. He asked that for what
purpose UN is? If the Colonial Protagonist America has to solve all problems
then there is no justification for the existence of United Nations, he
added. In fact there is nothing named as “United Nation”, everything is
United States, which exercises control over International Organizations, he
said.

Colonial powers are not in favour of getting resolve the problems of
oppressed nations including Kashmir and Palestine. They want to keep remain
these issues so that their wheel be going on. In such a situation UN should
display courage, Allamah Haideri said.

The TNFJ vice president said the International Criminal Court (ICC) is duty
bound to take suo moto notice of continued oppression in Kashmir and
Palestine and register war crimes cases against United States and its
stooges Blair, Sharon and Vajpayee. Because they all are the killers of
humanity and the biggest hurdle in resolving all issues.

He said Israeli Foreign Minister himself said that Sharon could not be
trusted, so when they are not reliable in the sight of their own people then
how the issues be resolved.

The TNFJ official urged Islamic world to work with wisdom as well as display
unity and solidarity. He said if consent would be expressed for striking one
country then tomorrow turn may be of all.

Hailing the visit of President General Pervez Musharraf to friendly states
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and China, Allama Haideri said these trips would help
in understanding each other as well as removing doubts.

Allamah Haideri urged all Muslim rulers to make trips of all friendly
states, and not only hold a debate on colonial incursion, its heinous aims
especially the brutalities against Kashmiris and Palestinians, and the use
of veto power by colonial protagonist US against have-nots’ problems by
convening an emergent meeting of OIC but also strive hard to get veto power
in International Organizations otherwise Muslim states should say bye bye to
United Nations, he added.

RAWALPINDI, July 28: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Central Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that President Gen. Pervez Musharraf’s statement not to reconcile on the principled stand on Kashmir issue reflects the sentiments of the whole nation. He stated this while talking to cabinet members here at Tehreek headquarters on Sunday. He said diverting from the long-standing principled stand on Kashmir is commensurate with wasting the blood of oppressed people of Kashmir, sabotaging the principled point of view of Founder of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that “Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan” and sabotaging the United Nations Resolutions on Kashmir issue.

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah supported the European Union leader’s point of view that Pakistan and India should initiate dialogue and elections are not the only solution to Kashmir issue. But, he said Pakistan-India dialogue could only succeed when India recognises Kashmir issue as a conflict because India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations. He said if the European Union and international colonial powers were really sincere in resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues and turning these regions into hub of peace then they should exert pressure on the United Nations to get its Resolutions implemented.

He reminded that America has recently threatened the Security Council session on the issue of Palestine that she would veto any Resolution of Condemnation passed by it, which proves that all issues were created by America and she herself is the biggest hurdle in resolving these issues. He said western powers repeated cry to stop infiltration, and dictate to do this and do that. Had they a little bit of justice at their disposal then they should pull out Indian forces from the Held Kashmir and Israeli forces from Palestine as a first step, he added.

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah appealed the ICC to take suo moto notice of continued oppression in Kashmir and Palestine and register cases against Sharon and Vajpayee.

RAWALPINDI, July 26: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.)
was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern
Areas as “Youm-e-Sa’adat” on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan,
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Addressing a gathering on this occasion,
Agha Moosavi said all occupied areas including Al-Quds Al-Sharif could not
be achieved and we could not become successful unless the oppressed nations
and Muslim people start taking their own decisions. He said live nations
take their own decisions which could only be possible when we get rid of
international Taghoot, make OIC effective, achieve right of veto in the
United Nations, and summon OIC session to pass a resolution that issue of
any country and Maslak from amongst the oppressed and have-nots would be
considered an issue of the whole Islamic World and attack as an attack on
whole of the Islamic World. As a first step, they will have to get rid of
those Muslim rulers who are playing stooge in the hands of international
colonial powers, he added.

Meanwhile, like other cities of the country, Mahafil-e-Milad and functions
on the topic of “Seerat-e-Sajjad” were held in mosques and Imambargahs of
Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad. Khutaba delivered their address at
Juma congregations in the spirit of Youm-e-Sa’adat and while terming the
independence movements of oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine a
blessing was confident that the blood of Shuhada would not go waste and the
day of independence would soon dawn in Kashmir and Palestine.

A special function was organised at Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.) under
the auspices of District Youm-e-Sa’adat TNFJ Committee, Rawalpindi that was
presided over by District President TNFJ Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan.
Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat in his address on the occasion said Hazrat Imam Zainul
Abideen (A.S.) was the symbol of patience, and he preached how to say
Kalma-e-Haq before the oppressed, tyrant and brutal rulers. A resolution
adopted on the occasion terming the heinous game of oppression and brutality
being played in Indian province of Gujerat and Held Kashmir, and Israeli
activities rooting out Palestinians an open challenge condemned the same
strongly. It particularly termed the gory incidents killing dozens of
innocent kids in Gaza as tragic and inhuman and called it a slap in the face
of international organisations crying hoarse of human rights who were
playing the role of silent spectators despite height of oppression.
Expressing complete solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir and
Palestine it resolved to continue raising their voice in their support.

Presenting a resolution in the Juma congregation at Qasr-e-Abu Talib
Mughalabad, Principal of Danishgah Jafariya, Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani
expressed his concern that America was carrying out oppression all over the
world through her agents besides setting up bases all around, and have
settled themselves in Pakistan after destructing Afghanistan. The resolution
demanded immediate withdrawal of American forces from Pakistan. Yet another
resolution strongly condemned the Indian concentration on Pakistani borders
and making all out efforts to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State. It
resolved that in fact India herself was a terrorist country that had made
the life of its minorities difficult and was destructing their places of
worship. The resolution called upon the organisations safeguarding the basic
rights to take notice of this situation and put India on trial for war
crimes. The resolution terming President of Pakistan’s announcement
regarding general elections a right step stressed the need of making the
election process fair and transparent. The resolution felt that the nation
has rejected President’s constitutional package and Ordinance regarding
Deeni Madaras, therefore, the President should utilise all his energies on
defence of the motherland and holding elections.
Another resolution adopted in a gathering of Youm-e-Sa’adat expressing
surprise over President of Pakistan’s meetings with some of the leaders of
the parties banned by the President termed it contrary to the Presidential
announcements and steps that would leave no good sign on the people. The
participants of the gathering demanded justifiable implementation on the
President’s Anti-Terrorism Ordinance. It said that keeping some people
belonging to banned parties behind the bars and leaving some free was no
justice.

Allama Syed Taqi Shah addressing a Juma congregation expressed concern that
the nation was still deprived of coverage on the electronic media being run
on the public exchequer and only the powers that be are given proper
coverage. On the other hand some particular parties are given coverage while
Maktab-e-Tashih is totally being ignored. The gathering while condemning
this biased treatment demanded from the media to prove through their
character and deeds that they represent the voice of the whole nation and it
could only be possible when coverage is extended to all and sundry on the
basis of equality.

The resolution while expressing unwavering faith in the courageous and
guiding leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali
Shah Moosavi resolved to support every call given by him for achieving
religious rights of Millat-e-Jafariya, promotion and protection of Wilayat-e-Ali
and Azadari-e-Hussain. Youm-e-Sa’adat functions were also organised in other
mosques and Imambargahs including Jamiatul Momineen Satellite Town, and
Masjid and Imambargah Ahle Bait Wah Cantt.
