RAWALPINDI, March 9: The Hafta-e-Wilayat celebrations as announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi ended here on Saturday. Mahafil-e-Milad and Ghadeer-o-Mubahila were organised in different cities and towns on this occasion. The Annual Jashan Ghadeer-o-Mubahila was organised at Qadeemi Imambargah (Hussaini Mohaz) Rawalpindi under the auspices of Hafta-e-Wilayat Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh Jafariya District Rawalpindi. The function was presided over by TNFJ Central Hafta-e-Wilayat Committee Convener Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani while TNFJ Political Cell Chairman S.A. Bokhari, Chairman Mukhtar Force Abu Baidar Ali, Mukhtar Students Organisation Chairman Bu Ali Mehdi, Provincial President TNFJ Punjab Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi and other leaders were the guests of honour.

Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani in his presidential address delivered on the occasion said motherland Pakistan is the blessing of Punjtan Pak and Aulia-e-Karaam therefore they would not accept any system except that of Wilayat-e-Ali in the State come what may. He said it has now become crystal clear to the government, its departments, media and the people who the terrorists are. He termed the Anti-Terrorism Amendment Ordinance issued by the President of Pakistan an interpretation of the feelings of the whole nation. A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the incident of terrorism at Masjid Shah-e-Najaf Khayaban-e-Sir Syed and called upon the government to arrest the culprits of this gory incident immediately and give them exemplary punishment. Welcoming the announcement of President of Pakistan imposing restrictions on terrorist groups the resolution expressed grave concern over the arrest of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya workers and other innocent people who were put behind the bars over one and a half month back by the administration. Terming this a brutal act, the resolution demanded to arrest terrorists so as to ensure peace during Muharramul Haram and release the innocent people immediately. The resolution also vowed to follow the Code of Azadari that would be issued by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the ensuing month of Muharramul Haram.

Allama Hussain Muqaddasi in his address said Ghadeer-o-Mobahila are the greatest monuments of Islam. Allama Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi said Wilayat-e-Ali is that great a blessing that completes the religion of Islam. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat said the nation’s head went high with proudness in the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi who has proved through his character and deeds that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is a patriotic organisation that actively opposes all types of terrorism, biases, sectarian politics and hatred. He called upon the government not to allow sectarian platform to be used for active politics in the next general elections and lodge protest with those States on diplomatic level who dole out foreign aid to the groups involved in terrorism. Zakir Sajid Ali Sajid, poet Shaukat Raza Shaukat, Zakir Karam Hussain Shah, Zakir Abdul Ghaffar and Zakir Ghulam Farid also addressed the function.

In addition to a Reception Camp, the Mukhtar Students Organisation had made special arrangements for this function. Mehfil Jashan Ghadoor-o-Mubahila was also organised at Jamia-tul-Murtaza under the auspices of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Islamabad (Women Wing). Zakira Safia Naqvi, Zakira Rakhshanda Naqvi and others addressed the gathering while Qaseeda Khwani was also rendered for Maula-e-Kainaat.

RAWALPINDI, March 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Dawaat-e-Mubahila is the Mirage of strongness of belief and the great example of faith and confidence. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm Eid-e-Mubahila being observed in line with the Hafta-e-Wilayat throughout the country on Saturday with traditional devotion and religious fervour. He said when the persons pitched against you refuse to accept arguments, miracles and spirituality then Mubahila is the last resort to prove that you are on the right path.

Agha Moosavi said when the chief of the Nasara-e-Najran delegation was bent upon proving Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) as the son of Allah because he was son of only Hazrat Maryam (A.S.) then the Holy Prophet (SAW) gave the example of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) saying that he had no mother or father. On this they had no reply and they tried to escape the argument but the Holy Prophet invited them for Mubahila on which the Ayah 61 of the Surah Aal-e-Imran stands witness. He said when the Holy Prophet (SAW) reached the place of Mubahila along with pious personalities of Khandaan-e-Nabuwwat i.e. Ali, Fatima, Hassan and Hussain (A.S.) then a clergyman of Nasara suddenly uttered: “Oh, the group of Nasara, I am watching such faces today that if they offer Dua they could turn the mountains into pieces and there would remain no person from Nasara till the Hereafter, therefore avoid the Mubahila otherwise it would prove fatal for you.”

The TNFJ chief said that great day is an historical truth and the historians and Mufassireen quoted it in their books without any discrimination that is a solid argument in favour of the dignity, honour and respect enjoyed by the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said that is why the Holy Prophet (SAW) has termed Wilayat of these pious personalities as a blessing and enmity with them fatal. He said today the world of humanity was confronted with a great wrath and no country or area is safe from it, at present the biggest Satan of this World America was playing the role of Nasara-e-Najran in the garb of New York and Washington incidents and has put the whole mankind on the brink of disaster in the process. He said India and Israel have gone a little further as they were playing with the life of Muslims and minorities. He said Pakistan that came into being in the name of Islam was in the grip of terrorism for the last quarter a century and the incidents of murder and arson were still going on despite issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we would have to follow in the foot-steps of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) with full devotion, seek pardon for our sins and express hatred with all type of injustices and atrocities if we desire to get rid of this wrath as in it lay the supremacy of the Islamic World and success of Pakistan.

RAWALPINDI, March 7: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Islam supports every independence that is free from any alteration and makes a human being capable of development in different fields of life, it is true independence while all things contrary to that are luxury, immodest and vagrant. He stated this while addressing Mehfil-e-Murtazvi in connection with the Hafta-e-Wilayat here on Thursday.

He said the recent statement of President of Pakistan against limitless liberalism speaks of the nation’s feelings and is in line with the Nazria-e-Asaasi. He said although Islam does not limit the individual independence but objective of commandments for Amar Bil Ma’aroof and Nahi Anil Munkir aims at protecting the body and the soul of a human being so as to maintain the social system. He said independence of moral and religious discipline is commensurate with the real soul because independence means to enable every human being to benefit from his precious life so as to develop mankind and society. He made it clear that independence does not mean to let the God gifted power go waste in imbalanced and luxurious activities.
Agha Moosavi said lawlessness and terrorism are a part of New World Order being supported by the international Taghoot just to maintain their and their agents’ supremacy. As an only solution to tackle this problem, he said, rulers of the Muslim States enriched with a host of resources and blessings and the oppressed nations should adopt a joint strategy with sincerity of purpose.

 He said unfortunately such rulers have been imposed or self-imposed on the oppressed nations and the Muslim people whose only objective is to achieve or prolong power and who understand that they remain in power courtesy international colonial powers. But, he said if they adopt the life-style of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) even today then not only their lives would smoothen but the whole of mankind would also survive and the world would become a hub of peace.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the only objective of Hazrat Ali was to restore justice and fair-play and root out oppression and brutality. We would have to follow in the foot-steps of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) to root out all these social evils because the life-style of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the death for oppression and brutality and a new lease of life for the nation and in it lay survival of the whole mankind.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, General Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has summoned a high-level meeting of TNFJ on Saturday, March 9 in Rawalpindi on the directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Besides Central office bearers, provincial delegates will also attend the meeting. Decisions of important nature would be taken after detailed discussion on the current situation prevailing in the country, forthcoming Muharram-ul-Haram arrangements and national issues, during the meeting.

RAWALPINDI, March 6: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the international Taghoot and its Zionist and Hindu agents consider Ulema-e-Haq a danger for themselves and the evil forces always remain afraid of them. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Tanzeem Shia Aimma Masajid Punjab that called on him at the head of Imam Juma-Wal-Jamaat Hojjatul Islam Shaikh Ghulam Hassan Qummi here on Wednesday. The delegation apprised Agha Moosavi of the great concern found in religious circles over harassment of various innocent religious workers including that of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and arrest of a large number of religious leaders in the name of banned organisations on the part of Administration in various districts of the Punjab.

Agha Moosavi while demanding immediate release of all innocent people arrested so far called upon the Ulema-e-Haq to declare upon the whole world through their words and deeds that Islam is a normal religion and the path we are following is the right path in which no alteration or addition has been made. He said Islam has always preached unity and brotherhood and condemns and discourages all types of terrorism, oppression and brutality while international colonial powers and its Zionist and Hindu agents, on the other, had put the whole mankind on the brink of disaster just to maintain their supremacy so much so that their brutalities in Palestine and Kashmir have reached to new heights. He said Israel was destructing Palestinians using tanks and bulldozers while India was also following the same strategy to root out Kashmiris aggravating the situation further and inviting a strong protest from various international organisations including Amnesty International.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said India and Israel’s only objective is to get Palestinians and Kashmiris declared terrorists while the United Nations playing the American role has adopted double standards. He said Tamil insurgents have made the live of government difficult in Sri Lanka and their extremist policy is an open act of terrorism but because they are Hindus therefore are called freedom fighters. He said it seems that the double standards on the part of international powers were the main cause of destruction the world over because they themselves are big terrorists and their only objective is to carry out terrorism and create anarchy in Muslim States. Different religious and matami organizations arranged mahafil in inmbargahs and mosques addressing which ulema-e-Karaam and waezeen highlighted Eid-e-Ghadeer and philosophy of wilayat.

Addressing Mahfil-e-wilayat-e-Ali (AS) held under the arrangements of Anjuman-e- Faiz-e-Punjetan at Imambargah Zain-ul-Abideen (AS) Rawalpindi, Allama Sajjad Hussain Haideri made clear that acceptance of Risalat and Wilayat is condition of being a Muslim.

Khateeb Fateh Furat also addressed the Mehfil. He said human world has to adopt Adl-e-Murtazawi to get rid of all troubles. He said Mola Ali (AS) who is Mushkil Kusha fulfills the needs of all. Khateeb fateh Furat also paid rich tribute to TNFJ chief Agha Moosavi over celebration of special days of Holy Personalities.

RAWALPINDI, March 5: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has called upon the government to immediately release all innocent people including that of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya who were put behind the bars by the Administration for remaining peaceful and innocent while activists of the banned organisations were roaming around freely as a result of which incidents of terrorism were still going on in the country and the Federal Interior Minister has himself expressed concern over such a situation. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation that called on him here on Tuesday at the head of TNFJ District Council Chakwal General Secretary Agha Syed Saqlain Haider Kazmi.

The delegation while expressing concern of the people of their area over the uncalled for arrest of innocent people including a renowned lawyer Nawaz Hussain Minhas said that the innocent people arrested in District Chakwal have not yet been released despite clear-cut orders of the Federal government. Agha Moosavi said there was lack of coordination between the government and its administrative machinery while different types of systems were being followed in the country. He said the statement given by the Interior Minister that the government would take stern action against banned religious organisations is a welcome step but they should first release all innocent people including that of TNFJ before doing so. He said this statement shows that no action has yet been taken against the banned groups and the Administration has put the innocent people in jail without collecting details just to fill in the blank.

Agha Moosavi said the recent incidents of terrorism are an open challenge for the powers that be and now only announcements and statements would not do rather the government should take practical steps and release the innocent people immediately. Otherwise, he said we would be justified to understand that the government ban on terrorist groups was just a lip-service.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the rulers should keep in mind that by not arresting the real culprits they were negating the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and sabotaging the President of Pakistan’s announcement to ban the terrorist groups which was enough to put the government’s reputation at stake. He said keeping the poor and innocent people in jail for the last 53 days is an oppressive attitude indicates that the present government has started following in the foot-steps of former rulers. He told the delegation that the high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan is being summoned in near future to take new line of action.

RAWALPINDI, March 4: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that ongoing riots, brutality, oppression, violence, anarchy and aggression being faced by Muslim States is the result of Taghoot-Zionist-Hindu collusion. He stated this while talking to a delegation of elite that called on him at the head of Allama Syed Asghar Hussain Naqvi, Naib Khatib, Markazi Imambargah Taunsa Sharif here on Monday. He said this game being played against Muslims and oppressed States has the complete backing of Taghooti chief i.e. America because Indian government is facing defeat even after deploying its armed forces on Pakistan’s frontiers.

The TNFJ chief said Indian government was carrying out brutalities and oppression in the Occupied Kashmir for the last 53 years while the Indian rulers were fundamental and violent from within having deep collusion with the extremist parties who have announced to start construction of Ram Mandir in place of Babri Masjid and in this heinous act hundreds of people have lost their lives at the hands of extremists backed by the Indian government. If it is not so then Vajpayee should impose a ban on extremist parties by terming them terrorists otherwise, he said the ‘champion’ of international peace America should award strong punishment to India declaring it a terrorist State. Similarly, Israel should also be taken to task from its crime to root out Palestinians, he added.

Agha Moosavi said international colonial powers raise a hue and cry if any extra-ordinary thing happens in the West rather they do not keep quiet unless they root out Muslims, Iraq is still their target while bombing was still going on in Afghanistan. He said international powers keep dual standards vis-à-vis Muslims and the oppressed nations that is a Hippocratic act. He said what was going on in India and Palestine is sheer violation of human rights and contrary to the United Nations Resolutions but those responsible for this violation were not being punished.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Muslims and the oppressed nations were facing the brunt of non-implementation of the United Nations Resolutions and the silent spectator attitude of world organisations. He said silence on the part of OIC is a great sin and we strongly condemn India and Israel and express concern over the attitude of all world organisations including the United Nations.

ISLAMABAD, March 4: Functions in connection with the country-wide Hafta-e-Wilayat as announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan continued here on Monday. Religious organisations organised special functions on this occasion at different places. Speakers highlighted the philosophy of Eid-e-Ghadeer and Mobahila. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya District Council Islamabad organised Wilayat-e-Ali Conference at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan Federal Area Islamabad. District President TNFJ Allama Basharat Hussain Imami presided over the function while a senior MFP leader Syed Asadullah Ghalib was the chief guest. Speakers of the Conference made it clear that Wilayat-e-Ali is the proof of religion’s completion therefore Muslims will have to adopt Ali’s love for success here and the Hereafter.

Allama Basharat Imami, in his presidential address said the whole world would have to adopt Adl-e-Murtazvi to achieve their rights and to root out evil forces because according to a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Hazrat Ali is the best decision-maker. Allama Imami said at present terrorism, oppression and brutalities were rife all around and our enemy was trying its best to give the heinous game of murders a sectarian colour so as to fan hatred and biases. He said there is need to understand and at the same thwart this conspiracy of the enemy.

He said those unfortunate and evil elements who were dipping their hands in the pool of innocent citizens’ blood were actually the agents of Vajpayee and Sharon and the Quaid-i-Millat Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has already indicated that Vajpayee would not come here himself to carry out terrorism therefore the whole Pakistani nation should remain alert and express hatred against terrorism. He supported the views of Agha Hamid Moosavi that dividing terrorists on sectarian, lingual and regional basis was not a right step because a terrorist keeps no sect, language, region or a country, he is only a terrorist and he should be tackled only in that context.

A declaration issued at the conclusion of the Conference while strongly condemning the act of terrorism carried out at Masjid Shah-e-Najaf, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed demanded from the government to make the Anti-Terrorism Presidential Ordinance effective and take a stern against terrorists. The declaration reiterated the resolve to thwart every conspiracy and heinous acts of murder and terrorism of the terrorist elements aimed at creating differences between Sunni and Shia of the country through practical display of unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding. The declaration also reiterated the resolve to follow any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on national affairs and not to allow any one to bargain the rights and issues of the Millat-e-Jafariya.

Zakir Syed Mushatq Hussain Shah Kazmi and other speakers also addressed the Conference. A special function in connection with Hafta-e-Wilayat was also held at Masjid-e-Jafariya I-9 where Allama Guftaar Hussain Sadiqi and Prof. Ghulam Abbas addressed the gathering.

RAWALPINDI, March 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Wilayat-e-Ali is the citadel of Allah and one who enters it becomes safe from the wrath of God. He stated this in his special address delivered on the occasion of the beginning of country-wide Hafta-e-Wilayat here on Sunday. He said Wilayat is the Mirage of Qurb-e-Illahi that is the real Asaas of Islam. It actually preaches love, kindness, peace, solidarity and brotherhood, he added. 

The TNFJ chief said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had announced Wilayat-e-Ali on Zilhij 18 at the place called Ghadeer-e-Khum to make it clear on the world of humanity that Ali is the Maula of all those he is the Maula of. That day is also called “Youm Aqad-e-Muwakhaat” that means that the religion completes with the announcement of Wilayat-e-Ali, and the real message of Islam is restoration of unity and brotherhood and to root out all types of enmities, hatred and differences, he added. Therefore, he said the whole mankind is under the obligation to adopt human-loving, brotherhood, be accommodative and follow the principles of love and kindness if they desire to restore peace.

Agha Moosavi said today the whole mankind is deprived of justice and fair-play as a result of which Israel was massacring Palestinians while Indian boasting of being the champion of democracy and secularism was shedding the blood of innocent Muslim and this act is on the rampage during the last couple of days that its real face has been unveiled rather it had defamed the whole mankind through her black deeds that could be termed open act of terrorism. He said the so-called champion of human rights i.e. America who has destructed the neighbouring States in the name of rooting out terrorism has now gives the test of time to stop Israel and India from carrying out brutalities rather go all out to declare them terrorists States besides strongly condemning the atrocities being committed by them in Palestine and Kashmir.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the OIC to summon an emergent session and exert pressure on the United Nations to take action against Israel and India and sever their ties with these States unless they stop the chain of brutalities there. He said the International Court of Justice should also take a suo moto action against the brutal activities going on in India and Palestine.

He said Maula Ali (A.S.) is the Hajat-Rawa and Mushkil-Kusha and even the non-Muslim bow their head on his Astana and get what they desire. He paid rich tributes to Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for observing the days and historic occasions of the pious personalities under country-wide programmes. RAWALPINDI, March 2: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the objective of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat is the survival and dignity of mankind. He stated this on the beginning of Hafta-e-Wilayat that is being observed throughout the country from Zilhij 18-24 with full devotion and respect. He said ‘Wilayat’ and ‘Walayat’ and some more similar words keep similar meanings and have been used in Holy Quran and Ahadees-e-Nabavi repeatedly. This word has been used as noun and verb 236 times in the Holy Quran and means ‘Qurb’ (nearness) whether it is physical, spiritual, direct, indirect, religious or worldly. He said ‘Qurb’ is commensurate with love and the whole of Islam is love (Al-Deen Al-Hub).

The TNFJ chief said the only objective to observe Hafta-e-Wilayat is to preach love and root out all type of biases, enmity, hatred and ill-feeling and real love is to love Allah, the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Khanwada-e-Rasool (A.S.). He said Allah says: “If you keep love with Allah, then follow my commandments, Allah will love you”. He said we could gauge how much we love the Creator and how much we love His creature only if you follow the commandments of the Holy Prophet (SAW). Allah says: “The Ajar-e-Risalat is love and devotion with Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) who guarantee the survival, peace and humbleness of the whole mankind”. He said the reason to observe Hafta-e-Wilayat from Zilhij 18-24 is that the Holy Prophet (SAW) took the hand of Maula-e-Kainaat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) at the place called Ghadeer-e-Khum on Zilhij 18, raised it and said: “Ali is the Maula of all those, I am Maula of whom. If I am the most loved one amongst you, then similarly Ali should also be the most loved one”. On the other hand on Zilhij 24, he was introducing his Ahle Bait while raising his hand for Dua saying: “Oh, Allah! these are my Ahle Bait, be friendly with those who are termed friends by them, and keep enmity with those who are termed enemy by them”.

Agha Moosavi said the Holy Prophet (SAW) loves the whole mankind because he has been sent as Rehmatul-lil-Alimeen for the whole universe the most respectable of which is the human being that is why ‘Sahib-e-Iman’ (people with Iman) terminology has been used for those from whom the whole mankind remains save. He said today the whole mankind is confronted with aggression, brutality and terrorism. The United Nations exists as the only organisation in the world responsible for the protection of human rights and human dignity but its dual and Hippocratic attitude was trampling the honour and respect of the whole mankind. He said chief of the international colonial powers America was rooting out in the name of rooting out terrorism, its Zionist agent has rooted out Palestinian populations making their life difficult while Hindus were shedding the blood of Muslim minorities, destructing dozens of Muslim populations and setting hundreds of human beings on ablaze in the process. 

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi asked: where is the United Nations? Where are the protectors of basic human rights? Where is the OIC? What Arab League is doing and why its honour is still in deep slumber? He said not only me but every oppressed person is justified to understand that there are only two objectives of the international Taghoot: destabilising Muslims and developing States from within through launching acts of terrorism, and involve them in external strife and impose sanctions on them so as to maintain supremacy of their agents. Agha Moosavi strongly demanded from all world powers to get stop atrocities going on in Palestine and India, term Israel and India as terrorists States and help achieve the rights of Kashmiris and Palestinians.
