He stated this while talking to a representative delegation from TNFJ District Council Gujrat that called on him at the head of Syed Ali Abid Shah and Allama Asghar Al-Roohani here on Friday. He said Muslim rulers give priority only and only to their rule and none of them ever tried to understand the biggest issues of the oppressed and Muslim nations, Palestine and Kashmir issues, as the issues of the Islamic World. The TNFJ chief said whenever international Taghoot, Zionists and Hindus took any step against any oppressed, have-nots and weak nations, none of them raised any voice or lodged any protest against it. Every one of them looked after their individual interest ignoring the interest of others, he added. He said first of all the Muslim Ummah should have to check their internal strife, and become united and pious by fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play regarding their respective people. He said the performance of representative organisation of the Islamic World, OIC had been zero. Hazrat Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had been the President of the OIC last year and in other words he was holding the leadership of whole of the Muslim Ummah. He said had he taken some concrete steps during his tenure and followed a joint strategy then, I am sure, America would not have attacked Afghanistan in the garb of New York and Washington incidents, she would not have the courage to term Iran, Iraq and North Korea a bundle of evil, Vajpayee and Sharon would not have reaped the benefits of allies’ attack on Afghanistan by carrying out brutalities in Palestine and Kashmir, Vajpayee would not have exerted pressure on Pakistan in the garb of attack on the Indian Parliament and attack on American Consulate in Col-Catta. Agha Moosavi said it is tragic that when any country faces trouble then it feels the pinch while we should feel the pinch of all oppressed and Muslim people and whole of the humanity without any discrimination on the basis of colour and creed. He made a fervent appeal to the Islamic World in general, and to respectable Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in particular, that they should not talk about Iran while Iraq should also avoid talking about herself, they should rather give priority to whole of the Islamic World, summon the emergent session of the OIC. As a first step, he said, they should sever ties with all evil forces and announce their commitment to consolidate their ties with the Muslim Ummah because our main objective is only religion, Islam and Pakistan the basic ideology of which is Islam. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said no world power could make any amendment in the Islamic laws. In this context statement of Gen. Pervez Musharraf giving assurance not to make any amendment in the Islamic laws settled in the Constitution is a good step rather approval of other amendments from the Parliament should be made obligatory because the 1973 Constitution was a consensus document in the Article 2 of which Islam, our basic ideology, has been declared official religion of Pakistan. END ![]() Hazrat Imam Raza RAWALPINDI, February 7: The Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as “Youm-e-Aza” on Thursday. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan in his address on the occasion said martyrdom in the way of preaching religion, Shariat and Godly commandments is great and highest Nishan-e-Haider that is glittering on the forehead of all holy personalities like sun and moon. He said Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) by accepting the path of Quran and Shahadat with the core of his heart has proved on the world of humanity that martyrdom is the only eternal life, desired by a Momin. Agha Moosavi expressed his surprise that America, its allies and the United Nations cry hoarse that they are ready to do everything if both the countries agree. He asked them whether any assassin gets ready to go to the gallows himself? He asked whether Afghanistan and Iraq were ready for attacks against them? He said actually international Taghoot and the slave of the supers powers i.e. the United Nations keep double standards in all matters concerning Muslims and the oppressed nations. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if the Muslims have even a bit of sense of honour then they should settle down their internal strife and consider the Kashmir and Palestine issues or any threat hurled against any Muslim country as an attack on whole of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations. Otherwise, he said America and her agents would continue their nefarious designs and we would remain asking for proofs and offering explanations. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching TNFJ headquarters, Majalis-e-Aza in connection with “Youm-e-Aza” were held in all big cities and towns including Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Syed Ala Haider Kazmi, Central President MSO while addressing the meeting said 10th of February is a historic day when the Shia community of Pakistan was blessed with the Qalandarana leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. As a fruit of this leadership, he said neither any greedy person could succeed in encroaching upon the rights of the Millat nor any foreign paid agent could bargain their rights. RAWALPINDI, February 6: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the pious Asswah of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the best example to get rid of colonial powers and their agents besides being a blessing and guarantee of survival. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Imam Zamin Hazrat Ali ibne Musa Raza (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as “Youm-e-Aza” on Thursday. He said the main objective of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) was promotion religion of God, Shariat-e-Mustafvi and Uloom-e-Murtaza and no Taghoot, how big it was, could deter him from the right path and he preferred to kiss martyrdom to prove on the world of humanity that the flag of Islam could not be bowed down. The TNFJ chief said the Seerat of Imam Raza (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the oppressed world and a saying of the Imam (A.S.) goes that when a person is enraged he should keep in mind that such a situation may not deter him from the right path; when he is happy he should keep in mind that he does not join the evil-doers; and when he is in command he should not take more than his due. That is why, he said, the oppressed nations, Muslim people and unarmed Kashmiris and Palestinians were struggling just to win a right to live because the colonial powers and her agents had snatched this right from them, their honour is being trampled and their massacre is still going on. Agha Moosavi said today America was finding excuses to root out terrorism in the garb of New York and Washington incidents but actually it was promoting her nefarious designs and the supremacy for her agents. India reacting on the same pattern was also trying to exert pressure on Pakistan, and they have deployed heavy troops on the Pakistani borders while her agents were carrying out terrorism and are behind the incidents of murder and arson in different areas of Pakistan. He said these activities were going on in a planned manner in Karachi for many weeks and now they have started targeting other provinces also. He said murder of a Pesh Imam in Gujranwala and a police officer in Jhang, and attempts of murder on Prof. Maqsood Jafri in Rawalpindi and Principal of Superior Science College Karachi Syed Azhar Hussain Zaidi is a part of that conspiracy and we condemn it very strongly. He called upon the government to put all reservations aside and tackle the terrorists with an iron hand to ensure restoration of peace at all cost. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we still stand to our opinion that terrorists keep no religion, Maslak or a country and they should be seen and tackled only in that context within and without the country. He appealed all countrymen to remain alert in the present precarious situation prevailing in the country. END ![]() India could not suppress Kashmiri independence movement, Moosavi RAWALPINDI, February 5: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf by extending an invitation of a dialogue to Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee has made it clear again that Pakistan’s basic ideology is Islam and whatever they do is a compliance of principles of that ideology. He stated this while giving his special address on the occasion of “Youm-e-Yakjehti Kashmir” here on Tuesday. The TNFJ chief said Islam has always given priority to peace and dialogue over war the biggest example of which is Sulah-e-Hudaibia. He said invitation for a dialogue is not a sign of weakness rather it is a courageous step because we can talk with arguments while the one who goes for war is cowardice having no solid argument with him. He said we keep peace, dialogue and survival of humanity dearest of all things but if the war is imposed on us then the whole world is well aware that we are the followers of Fateh-e-Khyber. He said the objective of observing “Youm-e-Yakjehti Kashmir” is the revival of our commitment for the movement of independence going on since 1948. Agha Moosavi said it had been settled at the time of Partition that Muslim majority areas would be annexed with Pakistan but India, violating the agreed upon formula took over the Kashmir but could not suppress the 55-year long independence movement that is increasing day by day. He said more than 75,000 freedom fighters have kissed martyrdom in this movement so far. He said India should pull out its over 8 lakh occupation forces, restoring dignity of Kashmiris and arrange plebiscite by giving Kashmiris their recognised right to self-determination. He said the United Nations should fulfil its responsibility in this connection. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if plebiscite could be arranged in Indonesia for the independence of Mashriqi Taimoor and any Resolution could be passed on American desire and they can be given an open option then action should also be taken against Israel and India who were carrying out illegal occupation of Palestine and Kashmir. If they failed to do so then the world would be justified to understand that there is no organisation by the name of United Nations. He said America is right in saying that she could work alone to root out terrorism but it would prove true only if she succeeds in rooting out terrorism in Kashmir and Palestine and resolve these issues in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people. END ![]() MSO stages protest rally on Kashmir Solidarity Day ISLAMABAD, February 5: The Mukhtar Students Organisation, Pakistan keeping in line with the directives issued by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi staged a protest rally in front of the United Nations office in Islamabad to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir on the occasion of “Youm-e-Yakjehti Kashmir” here on Tuesday. Chairman MSO Bu Ali Mehdi, Central President MSO Syed Ala Haider Kazmi, and TNFJ leaders Allama Guftaar Hussain Sadiqi, Syed Najabat Kazmi, Ch. Mushtaq Husain, Allama Ijaz Hussain and others led the rally. The participants of the rally were holding placards inscribed with slogans against the Indian leaders and occupation forces and in favour of the oppressed Kashmiris. They also put the effigy of Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee on fire.
The participants of the rally also presented a Memorandum to the United Nations officials in which they condemned the Indian occupation forces for shedding blood of Kashmiri jawans, elder people and even that of children, playing with dignity and chastity of Kashmiris girls and women. They said that we consider that atrocities of the Indian occupation forces in Kashmir was a sheer violation of UN Resolutions by Indian government for the just solution of Kashmir issue giving them right to self-determination.
They reminded the Indian government that great Indian leader Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had supported solution of Kashmir issue in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiri. He had clearly said that they would not force Kashmiris to remain with India but it is they who have to decide their own fate through a Plebiscite, the Memorandum said. The participants of the rally strongly demanded from Indian government to give Kashmiris their right to self-determination as envisaged in the UN Resolutions. Otherwise we would like to call upon the United Nations and all those super supers who cry hoarse of human rights to impose economic sanctions against India if she fails implement the United Nations Resolution for the just solution of Kashmir issue, they said.
The Memorandum strongly demanded from the United Nations to ask the Indian occupation forces to vacate the Held Valley and deploy the UN observation forces instead, till the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of the Kashmiri. The United Nations should also remove the doubt of the Muslim Ummah about its partisan attitude towards the Islamic World the clear-cut example of which is East Taimoor where people have been given the choice of plebiscite depriving the same right to Kashmiris who are waging struggle for independence for the last 53 years, it added. The participants expressed the hope that their recommendations would be forwarded to the quarters concerned so as to inform them of their grave concern for the Kashmiri brethren in faith. May God Almighty guide India to arrange Plebiscite in the Held Kashmir giving Kashmiris their right to self-determination in the United Nations Resolution so as to enable them to live in peace, they said.
