TNFJ Central Cabinet passes resolutions on national and international issues RAWALPINDI, January 14: Various resolutions on important national and international issues were passed in the Central Cabinet meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan that was presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. According to Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ, the participants of the meeting observed that Islam is a universal religion manifesto of which is the protection and welfare of whole of the humanity without any discrimination on the basis of country or Maslak. A resolution strongly demanded from the United Nations and the international alliance against terrorism to get the oppressive activities against the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine stopped respecting the humanity and resolve the long standing Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people. The resolution made it clear that the whole international community including Pakistan had condemned the September 11 Washington incident, therefore destructing Afghanistan in the garb of that incident in the name of rooting out terrorism is tragic and condemnable. The resolution opined that transportation of Afghan prisoners to Cuba and shaving off their beards is an insult and humiliation to humanity. The resolution demanded that the Afghan prisoners should be treated in line with the Geneva Convention. Another resolution termed the deployment of Indian forces on the Pakistani borders after the December 13 drama of attack on the Indian Parliament as terrorism and naked aggression. It demanded from India to ban the extremist organisations and groups in her own country if they were sincere in rooting out terrorism. Yet another resolution while terming the President of Pakistan Gen. Pervez Musharraf’s address to the nation as expression of feelings of the whole nation lauded his principled stand on Kashmir and called upon the international organisations to immediately implement the United Nations Resolutions to resolve Kashmir issue and get the Hindu and Zionist oppression in Kashmir and Palestine stopped forthwith. Another resolution expressed grave concern over the destruction of Al-Ajyad Fort after the destruction of great Islamic signs in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla. It said it was not an internal issue of any State rather it was an international issue because these signs were the heritage of whole humanity restoration of which is the equal responsibility of all. The resolution fully supported the Turkish government’s protest lodged against destruction of the Al-Ajyad Fort. The TNFJ Central Cabinet, through another resolution, demanded from the military leadership to immediately implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for the solution of long standing Shia problems. The meeting decided to observe Zeeqa’ad 1 as “Youm Azmat-e-Niswaan” to mark the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.). Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated as convener in this connection. The Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) will be observed on Zeeqa’ad 11 as “Youm-e-Imam Zamin” while Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (A.S.) will be observed as “Youm Safeer-e-Hussaini” on Zilhij 9. Allama Qamar Abbas Kazmi would be the convener for this purpose. The meeting decided to observe Hafta-e-Wilayat from Zilhij 18-24 throughout the country. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani would act as convener and M.H. Jafri as secretary in this connection. END
Moosavi calls for effective implementation of Musharraf’s courageous decisions
RAWALPINDI, January 13: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan terming the decisions announced by President of Pakistan Gen. Pervez Musharraf against terrorism historic and courageous has called for effective implementation of the same. He stated this in his presidential address to the TNFJ Central Cabinet meeting that concluded here on Sunday. The meeting took stock of the latest situation prevailing in the country besides taking some important organisational decisions. He said the decision should have been taken much earlier. He lamented that why the terrorists were still roaming about freely. He demanded from the President to investigate to find out the elements who brought the terrorists near the corridors of powers in the near past and given them coverage on the media because they are equally responsible for the massacre of people and the country.
The TNFJ chief said the standard of our friendship and enmity is Islam and Pakistan while we had been saying right from the beginning that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country but he is only a terrorist. He said Gen. Musharraf has banned terrorists and we are not ready to recognise these terrorists as organisations, they are only terrorists. He said we had been demanding restriction on the active politics by terrorists and to check the internal and external aid received by them since 1984. The recent Presidential address has proved our principled stand. He said the Presidential decision against rooting out terrorism is not a result of any external pressure rather it was our national need and the whole world including the Islamic World should follow our decision. He said other countries, particularly India, America, and Britain should also take similar decisions to turn the whole world into “Amnistan” because the minorities in those countries and their places of worship were not save: like Babri Masjid and Sikh places of worship in India fell victim to terrorism.
Agha Moosavi said Islam preaches peace and its beginning and peaks ends at integrity. It preaches love and cohesion and not terrorism. He said the government would have to implement the Anti-Terrorist Ordinance with an iron hand to ensure an end to the long-standing menace of terrorism taking courageous steps. He said the enemies of Islam and Pakistan desire to make this region “Harbistan” and “Zarbistan” condemnation of which is the need of the hour. He said rooting out terrorism was not the obligation of the government only. Pakistan came into being through the joint sacrifices and struggle of all schools of thought, all these schools of thought are the bouquet of Islam, therefore they all will have to give priority to Islam and Pakistan over all other things to enjoy the efforts to make it “Phoolistan”. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said justice is the basis of Islam and its antonym is oppression, the root cause of all evils. He said no oppression is bigger than terrorism and the acts of terrorism being carried out in the Muslim States is a heinous conspiracy against the Islamic World so as to defame Islam, Muslims and Muslim States. He said Pakistan is the target of this terrorism because it follows Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam. He said the effective implementation of the steps just announced by President Musharraf would bring the real picture of Islam to the fore i.e. restoration of an Islamic welfare society based on brotherhood and mutual understanding. One who would oppose it would himself would be a terrorist, he added. END
TNFJ chief criticizes UN role over India-Pak tension RAWALPINDI, January 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the rejection of Pakistani appeal to de-escalate Pakistan-India tension by the United Nations and giving stress to accept Indian point of view provides food for thought to the world of humanity, oppressed nations, Muslim people and a slap in the face of the OIC. He said the OIC should revive it dignity or else should die its own death. He stated this while addressing Majlis-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad here on Thursday. He said the whole Islamic World in general, and Pakistan in particular, were on the target of international Taghoot and her Zionist and Hindu agents today, Muslim Ummah was confronting internal problems and issues while the colonial powers were cashing on this situation. The TNFJ chief said the situation has reached a point where despite United Nations Resolutions about Kashmir and Palestine, despite recognition of their right to self-determination Israel has made the life of Arabs difficult in the Middle East, and India that of Kashmiris in the South Asia. He said India has piled up their forces on the Pakistan borders in the garb of staging the drama of December 13 attack on the Indian Parliament while the United Nations was playing the role of a silent spectator and a slave of the colonial power. He said the Hippocratic attitude of this organisation against Muslims and duplicity in their words and deeds has proved that the United Nations is playing the role of a referee and America as a coach in the “games” being played by Zionists and Hindus in the Middle East and the South Asia. Agha Moosavi said objective of the Khasan-e-Khuda and representatives of Allah had been to save people from Taghoot and bring them towards Allah and they considered their struggle, difficulties faced in jail as a worship of God and giving their life in doing so as Shahadat. He said as per a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Shahadat is the best mood of death and all holy personalities have preferred to kiss Shahadat because it provides Mirage to humanity that guarantees survival. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the main objective of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) had been to restore supremacy of religion and Shariat, and a great member of this Khanwada Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) was the greatest preacher of Quran and Sunnat, the self-speaking picture and defender of Dastoor-e-Khudawandi, A’aeen-e-Mustafvi and Murtazvi character and he did not ever care for any oppressor, dictator and Taghoot and considered it a blessing to kiss martyrdom instead. He said observing the days of these holy personalities cleans hearts, strengthens Iman and is considered an announcement of success of Tauheed-o-Risalat and Wilayat. END
Hassan Rizvi’s murder condemned KARACHI, January 10: The Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Sindh while condemning the heinous murder of a Shia leader Hassan Rizvi here yesterday has termed it an open act of terrorism. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said the gory murder of Hassan Rizvi after the murders of Ehtishamuddin Haider elder brother of Federal Interior Minister Moinuddin Haider, and Maulana Sanaullah Darkhwasti is the part of conspiracy hatched by our perpetual enemy that desires to cut down Pakistan’s economic jugular vein i.e. Karachi. The Spokesman said that as the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said, murder of any human being is the murder of the whole humanity, and a terrorist does not keep any religion, Maslak or a country but he is only a terrorist and he should be seen and tackled only in that purview. He said strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance announced by President of Pakistan Gen. Pervez Musharraf on August 14, is the need of the hour. While expressing sympathies with the bereaved family, he demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the culprits responsible for this act. The TNFJ Spokesman also contradicted a news item published in some newspapers in which Mirza Yousuf Hussain has been termed a worker of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. TNFJ denounces destruction of Ottoman fortress by Saudi Arabia RAWALPINDI, January 9: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has condemned the destruction of old Al-Ajyad Fort constructed by Sultanate Usmania for the protection and defence of holy places in Saudi Arabia. He expressed his resent against the Saudi government in an open letter issued here on Wednesday and addressed to the United Nations, OIC, Arab League, international human rights organisations, and Muslim heads of State. He said the way Saudi government was involved in this heinous criminal act, similarly the United Nations subsidiary organisation UNESCO posted for the protection of cultural heritage is equally responsible for this crime. He said had this organisation got the honour of destructed Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla restored and got them reconstructed, then the Saudi government today would not have the courage to destruct the Al-Ajyad Fort. The TNFJ chief said the colonial powers, their friends, Zionist and Hindu agents desire to disturb peace all over the world and it was they who were behind this conspiracy so as to keep the Muslim States away from each other and destruct them one by one. He also demanded from the OIC to give up its policy to keep silence even on big incidents, take notice of the Al-Ajyad Fort’s destruction and lodge a strong protest with Saudi Arabia and ask them to restore the honour of all holy places including Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla through reconstruction. He said Makkah Mukarramah and Madina Munawwarah were not the States of any Maslak or a country therefore both these places should be declared “open cities”. Agha Moosavi said also called upon Muslim rulers and the organisations claiming to be he champions of basic rights to take notice of the desecration of holy places and places of worship: Al-Quds in Palestine, Dargah Hazrat Bal in Kashmir, places of worship of minorities including the Babri Masjid and holy places belonging to Sikh community in India, and the nefarious activities of the Saudi Arabian government. He also demanded from them to make arrangements for the protection and defence of these holy places that are leading light for the world nations. He made it clear that all nations and religions in the world so much so even the atheist groups consider the signs of their Mashaheer great and respectable which actually is like recognising their great values and they introduce the same to their future generations by disseminating and publicising their capabilities. That is why, he said, the world nations consider the dishonouring of their signs as dishonour to the nations and cities and show resentment against it. He said Islam is a complete religion and human code of life and respect to the humanity is its basic objective that considers love with the holy personalities responsible for preaching of disseminating Islam an obligation and consider respect and honour to their signs, Ayaats, graves, mazars as a part of piousness by declaring the same as Sha’air Allah. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Muslim brother country Turkey has not only lodged a strong protest with the Saudi government on the desecration of this Fort rather terming them similar to the Taliban government has invited the attention of United Nations subsidiary UNESCO towards its responsibility to protest the cultural values. He said the Turkish government has also vowed to invite international support in condemning the Saudi government for this crime. A Turkish minister while terming this step a crime against humanity has called upon UNESCO to unveil this shameful and indecent cultural murder and disseminate the same information to the whole world. TNFJ chief addresses the Haj pilgrims of Karawan-e-Fatmia
RAWALPINDI, January 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Indian-Israeli collusion is not only dangerous for the Islamic World but for the whole of the humanity that provides food for thought to the United Nations and the OIC. He stated this while addressing the Haj pilgrims of Karawan-e-Fatmia that called on him at the head of Hojjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Al-Haj Syed Zahid Kazmi here on Tuesday. He said the OIC was under the obligation to break its silence by summoning its emergent meeting and lay down a constructive strategy to thwart heinous conspiracies against the Islamic World by giving wrong meaning to jehad. The TNFJ chief asked the international organisations claiming to be the champions of human rights whether it was not terrorism to force lakhs of Afghans to leave their country in the garb of September 11 incidents and raining bombs all over Afghanistan just to take revenge of a few people. He said none of the religion allows such a posture while Islam considers murder of a single person as a murder of the whole humanity. He said today colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents were terming jehad as massacre while Islam permits murder only as part of defensive strategy to root out riot and to restore peace. He said after the Washington incident, now Hindus and Zionists, particularly India were utilising all their energies to prove jehad as an act of terrorism despite the fact that jehad is meant for rooting out terrorism and considers terrorism an act of oppression.
Agha Moosavi said we had been continuously saying that terrorism keeps no religion, Maktab or a country, therefore international Taghoot should not commensurate it with any religion or a country. He said if the colonial powers were really sincere in rooting out terrorism and the British Prime Minister Tony Blair is also sincerely desires to root out terrorism then they should stop India and Israel from massacring Kashmiris and Palestinians instead of wandering about here and there otherwise the Islamic World would be justified to understand that the colonial powers keep double standards and their attitude towards the Islamic World is Hippocratic. He opined that the September 11 and December 13 incidents were just a tool because Islamic World is the actual target of the international Taghoot. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Islam is a complete code of life universality of which is crystal clear on the whole world. He said Haj is an important part of Islam and is binding only once for those who could afford it. Main objective of Haj is to offer Ziarat of Allah’s Home (Khana Ka’aba) that is the centre of guidance for all over the world. He said Khana Ka’aba is a source of blessing for white, black, Arab and Ajam without any discrimination like religion is a blessing for the whole world of humanity. That means, he said mission of Islam, Khana-e-Khuda and the preachers of the religion is the same that is restoration of peace and welfare and solidarity of the humanity. He said the basic philosophy of Haj Bait Allah is that Creator of the whole universe is Allah. In addition to that, to tell the world that path of peace is the path of Heaven and the whole Millat is united on the basis of equality without any consideration of geographical boundaries. He said Haj is a worship that includes Nimaz, fast, struggle, jehad, and submissiveness that is why when a woman sought permission for Haj from the Holy Prophet (SAW) he replied that performing Haj is jehad for you. For that very reason Jehad of the inner soul (Jehad-bil-Nafs) is called Jehad-e-Akbar, he added. END
RAWALPINDI, January 7: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said if all organisations including SAARC, OIC and Arab League are sincere in rooting out terrorism then they should first root out state terrorism in their respective States. Moreover, he said if they feel that the cause of terrorism are some disputed issues then they should get the Palestine and Kashmir issues resolved on top priority in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Sindh elite that called on him at the head of Syed Amjad Hussain Shah Bokhari here on Monday. The TNFJ chief said outcome of any step depends on sincerity of purpose on which depends the fruit of that effort. He said it is proved from the SAARC Declaration in which all types of terrorism has been declared dangerous for humanity, that SAARC organisation respects the United Nations as it has stressed the need of accelerating implementation of its Resolution No. 1073 and 1987 Convention against Terrorism that indicates that the whole world considers terrorism a biggest danger and a challenge to the humanity. For this purpose the pros and cons of terrorism should also need to be reviewed, he added. He said the powers active against terrorism should have to identify difference amongst the struggle of the oppressed, rights of the have-nots, and terrorism because some powers including America, Zionists and Hindus actually desire to crush the oppressed and have-nots in the name of rooting out terrorism to deprive them of their due rights. That is why, he said, Russia had also tried to justify her aggression against Afghanistan in 1979 on the same pretext. Agha Moosavi continued that at that time America and her allies not only termed those fighting against Russia as Mujahideen but also provided all out help to them. But when the American interests were fulfilled and Russian faced defeat and was divided into many parts, then America destructed the whole Afghanistan in the garb of September 11 incidents despite these incidents were strongly condemned by the whole world. He said the American action encouraged Sharon and Vajpayee and they started making the life of Palestinians and Kashmiris, fighting for independence for the last 53 years, difficult rather their massacre was still going on. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said India has expressed her designs to the extent after staging the drama of attack on New Delhi Parliament that Pakistan would be destructed like Afghanistan. This issue was prolonged to the extent that tension in the region is increasing further instead of dieing down, he said adding that Pakistan always opted for peace and stability and still desires peace. Therefore, he said Pakistan by extending the hand of friendship in the SAARC summit has proved that we are peace loving while India displayed cold attitude on the other. He said the visiting British Prime Minister should keep in mind that Kashmir issue is the creation of Britain and he also accepts its importance. Therefore, he should call on his allies to arrange plebiscite in Kashmir in the light of the United Nations Resolutions, he added. END

RAWALPINDI, January 6: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Gen. Pervez Musharraf has provided the proof of being a true Momin and a Muslim by extending the hand of friendship towards Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Mukhtar Students Organisation Federal Unit that called on him here on Sunday. He said Islam preaches peace, tranquillity, and friendship outcome of which is based on sincerity of purpose. That is why, he said, Gen. Musharraf extended the hand of friendship with sincerity of purpose giving practical proof of Islam’s universality and brotherhood. He said Islam preaches patience, peace and forgiveness and advises to listen to others, which is a very difficult option but one should see if similar feelings are reciprocated from the other side? The TNFJ chief said history of Pakistan and India spread over 50 years stand witness to review the whole situation that India has committed aggression against Pakistan many a time and Pakistan had to lose one half of the country in the process while Pakistan has neither committed any aggression against its neighbouring States nor interfered in their internal affairs. Therefore, to make this region a hub of peace depends on the positive role by India. He said the leadership of Islam should be the like that it depends on Allah, capable of exercising patience and beara the brunt, courageous, wise, not afraid of any one, follows religion and Shariat, defends the nation and Millat, and is a real spokesman of the nation. Agha Moosavi said a Muslim never commits aggression because Islam does not allow this posture. He said the friendship offer of Gen. Pervez Musharraf should not be considered as a weakness rather it is a courageous and gentleman like step. He said Islam does not like war rather the Holy Prophet (SAW) always adopted the defensive strategy and likewise Pakistan has adopted the defensive strategy always to which the history of both countries stands witness. He said India was first to carry out nuclear blast and Pakistan has also done the same under the defence strategy. He strongly opined that struggling for achievement of rights and independence, following the path of justice and fair-play does not fall in the category of terrorism because the terrorism in actual terms is encroaching upon the rights of others and denying opportunities for following the path of righteousness. He asked from the Indian Prime Minister that was the combined Hindu-Muslim struggle for independence during the English rule over India was act of terrorism? Definitely not, then how struggle for independence in Kashmir can be called an act of terrorism, he asked. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Gen. Pervez Musharraf has displayed large-heatedness and peace-loving attitude by extending the hand of friendship, therefore the Indian leadership should also stop State terrorism continued in the Held Valley for the last 53 years by giving the proof of their love for peace and pull out more than 7 lakh Indian troops posted there in violation to the United Nations Resolutions. He said if India desires long lasting peace in the region then it will have to resolve the Kashmir issue immediately and stop terming it their “Atoot-Ang”. Agha Moosavi said students are builders of the nation and centre of hope for the nation, therefore, Pakistani students will have to make Pakistan’s basic ideology public as in it lay the survival, honour, respect, solidarity, and integrity of the country and the nation. Kashmir conflict ‘biggest hurdle’ in restoring peace in South Asia, says Moosavi RAWALPINDI, January 5: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said there is no question of resolving tension between Pakistan and India without resolving the Kashmir issue. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Kashmir Council leader Mushtaq Hussain Banday here on Saturday. He said it was Britain that sold out the Kashmir issue at the hands of Dogra Raaj for 75 lakh despite more than two-third population of Muslims in Kashmir and despite Kashmiri Muslims’ desire for annexation with Pakistan. The Maharaja of Kashmir was Hindu with a definite leaning towards India. He said Kashmiri Muslims sensing the Dogra Raaj designs raised jehad against them so much so that the Srinagar Airport was likely to fall to them when Raja opted to run away. He said the Quaid-i-Azam ordered the English commander-in-chief Gen. Gracy to attack but he refused to obey his orders in collusion with Lord Mountbatten. Despite that Kashmiri Muslims succeeded in occupying some of the area that is presently called Azad Kashmir. The TNFJ chief said India entered her armed forces in Kashmir taking advantage of the situation and war began between Kashmiris and the Indian forces. He said when Kashmiri freedom fighters started repulsing Indian army, India presented the Kashmir issue in the Security Council, therefore the Security Council got the war stopped through a Resolution and a Commission was formed leading to adoption of Two Resolutions on January 5, 1949 and these Resolutions were accepted both by India and Pakistan. These Resolutions demanded ceasefire, pullout of Indian forces from the State and independent and impartial voting, he added. He said India started ignoring the decision when struggle for voting started creating hurdles and deploying Indian forces there in a large number in violation of these Resolutions. Now there are more than 7 lakh Indian armed forces posted there, he added. Agha Moosavi said India has carried out aggression against Pakistan many a time in the past since then and had decided to root out Pakistan by blasting a nuclear device in 1971 while all international powers remained silent spectators on Indian nuclear blast. They however raised a hue and cry when Pakistan tested its nuclear device, he added. The TNFJ chief said Kashmir conflict was the biggest hurdle in restoring peace in the region and the United Nations has not taken any active step to resolve this issue. He said now India was accusing Pakistan of terrorism in the garb of attack on the Indian Parliament in a bid to divert Pakistan from its principled stand. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control were voicing their concern on the occasion of “Day of United Nations Resolutions” on January 5. They strongly demand from the champions of human rights, particularly the United Nations to come out of the clutches of the colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents, fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play and arrange to give the right of self-determination to Kashmiris by accepting their due rights through implementing the United Nations Resolutions. That is the only way to turn this region into “Amnistan”, he added. He said we are of the opinion that the biggest hurdle in way of achieving independence and the due rights is terrorism that is the creation of super powers so as to sabotage the struggle of the oppressed for independence. Motherland’s defence obligatory like defence of the ideology, says TNFJ chief RAWALPINDI, January 4: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said defence of the motherland is an obligation like the defence of the ideology. He said the enemy should not be considered weak, therefore every Pakistani including the government was duty bound to remain fully prepared to meet any eventuality. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Karachi Coordination Secretary Ahmed Barakat, here on Friday. He expressed the assurance that the whole nation would prove a concrete wall against its perpetual enemy if war imposed on Pakistan. The TNFJ chief said acceptance of Kalma-e-Tauheed is a part of human nature and the main objective of Anbia (A.S.) was also preaching of Kalma-e-Tauheed for which they had to face all types of brutalities. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed has been termed the basis of Pakistan as a result of motherland Pakistan came into being under the Two-Nation Theory. He said Islam and Kufr are two separate millats that is why India, an agent of the colonial power who did not accept Pakistan’s existence, carried out aggression Pakistan many a time. He said now after staging the drama of attack on the Parliament in New Delhi, India was accusing Pakistan of this act to sabotage positive Pakistani character in the world campaign against terrorism. He said it has become crystal clear on the whole world that Pakistan is not an aggressor rather a victim of aggression. Neither aggression had been its objective nor it ever interfered in the internal affairs of any other country. Agha Moosavi said India was asking Pakistan to hand over some terrorists to her but when proofs are asked for then takes a stand that America also had not provided any proof. In these circumstances, he said the Government of Pakistan should make it clear on the whole world that India herself was involved in this heinous act of terrorism and the RAW agents arrested from Sindh and Balochistan who have already accepted they are guilty is a proof of her involvement. He said murder of Ehteshamuddin Haider brother of the Interior Minister and the murder of Pesh Namaz of Sangjani Town in Karachi Maulana Abdullah Darkhwasti the other day are a part of conspiracy hatched by our perpetual enemy. He said the military leadership would have to root out terrorism from within the country, cutting off the unknown hands behind it, political and economic exploitation, and terrorism by joining the alliance of the world nations. It is only possible when reasons behind it are dug out, he added. He said if the world nations desire to restore peace in the world then they should get the massacre of Palestinians at the hands of Israelis in the Middle East, Indian brutalities against the oppressed Kashmiris stopped besides getting the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective peoples. He said struggle for independence and to achieve rights is not terrorism rather denying the rights to the oppressed nations, carrying out terrorism and injustice are called terrorism. END
