Agha Moosavi said the only solution to the game that Hindus were playing in Kashmir and Zionists in Palestine and the atrocities being committed by Israeli and Indian prime ministers is that a case should be filed in the International Court of Justice and the OIC that is playing the role of a silent spectator should also raise this issue at ICJ level. He said the ICJ should itself take a suo moto action against the Israeli and Indian terrorism and atrocities even no one is raising this issue at ICJ. He asked why the Fatwa issued by the Saudi Shariat Council regarding jehad about Palestinian women is not meant for whole of the Islamic World? He said the Saudi Shariat Council, OIC and Muslim States could not feel that they have fulfilled their responsibility by merely issuing a Fatwa because the Kashmir and Palestine issues not belong to Kashmiris and Palestinians only but to whole of the Islamic World.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Zionists and Hindus were shedding blood in Palestine and Kashmir with American pat on their back and this situation provides food for thought to those who are in favour of Pakistan-India dialogue. He said the only solution to Kashmir and Palestine issues lay in jehad. Agha Moosavi said students are the asset, capital, nation-builders and beacon of light of the nation, therefore, they should maintain themselves accordingly as they have to shoulder the responsibilities of the nation in future.

Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) expressed patience, forbearance, courage and bravery in protecting and defending the message of Shuhada-e-Karbala. He proved to the world of Yazidiyyat that they could be chained, gaoled and cut into pieces but could not be forced to bow before them or diverted from the Godly objectives. He said the heart-rending addresses of Hazrat Syed-us-Sajjad (A.S.) shattered the streets of Kofa-o-Shaam and the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad. He said at present the whole Islamic World in general, and the motherland Pakistan in particular, was the target of international Taghoot and we were being punished for following Islam. He said the enemies of Islam and Pakistan should keep in mind that our soul objective is Islam and we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for its success and supremacy by following the Seerat-e-Sajjad.

Meanwhile, Mahafil-e-Milad and special gatherings and seminars on the topic of Seerat-e-Sajjad were held in various cities of the country including Rawalpindi and Islamabad. According to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, annual Jashan-e-Zahoor Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was organised at Bargah-e-Babul Hawaij Larkana by Mukhtar Students Organisation. The function was presided over by TNFJ Karachi Acting Divisional President Allama Syed Mazhar Abbas Abidi while Coordination Secretary Karachi Ahmed Barkat and MSO central leader Syed Musawwar Hussain Naqvi were the guests of honour. District President Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari and others addressed the gathering.

TNFJ District Jhelum organised Mehfil-e-Milad in connection with the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) that was addressed by Mukhtar Force District Jhelum Commander Syed Akhlaq Hussain Naqvi. He said Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) lit the candle of Tauheed-o-Shariat enlightening Islam. District President TNFJ Shaikh Nisar Hussain also addressed the gathering. The Youm-e-Wiladat Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was also observed in Azad Kashmir, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Sukkur, Chakwal, Gujrat and other cities of the country.

RAWALPINDI, August 2: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan terming any Muslim State “immoral” of imposing sanctions against these States is an insult to the whole Islamic World. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ District Council Chakwal that called on him at the head of their President Chaudhry Khalid here on Thursday. The TNFJ Punjab Provincial President Allama Abu Jafar Naqvi was also present on the occasion. He said the chief of the terrorist world desires to divert the world attention from atrocities being committed by her Zionist and Hindu agents by terming South Korea, Iran, Iraq and Syria “immoral” States. These agents were playing with the lives of Palestinian and Kashmiri Muslims for the last 53 years, he added.

Agha Moosavi said the Zionists and Hindus were busy in oppressive activities in Palestine and Kashmir ignoring the United Nations Resolutions as a result of which the lives of oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians were made difficult while the United Nations that is playing the role of American “B” team was adopting Hippocratic attitude: they have tightened the sanctions against Afghanistan, and was appointing her monitors in Pakistan in clear cut violation and interference in the internal affairs of the Muslim States. Had the United Nations followed the norms of justice and fair-play then it would have appointed monitors in India and Israel but she was not doing so in enmity with Islam, he added.

The TNFJ chief said the purpose of the recent visit of American deputy foreign minister on South Asian Affairs was to exert more pressure on Pakistan and to take advantage of the weak monetary and economic conditions of the country. That is why she has stressed the need of a dialogue with India and restoring democracy in the country otherwise America is neither in love with democracy nor she is against tyranny because tyranny prospered in many countries under the American umbrella. He said America only desires to keep her interests alive and maintain her supremacy all over the world.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said in the present critical situation the Islamic World was under the obligation to adopt a joint defensive strategy by giving up meaningful silence.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is on the target of colonial powers owing to keeping Nazria-e-Asaasi and being the nuclear power and they desire to weaken Pakistan monetarily and economically in the garb of non-restoration of democracy. He said the American deputy foreign minister has put condition of restoration of democracy for lifting sanctions and this act of there is not for their love for democracy or hatred against tyranny but to safeguard their own interests. He said the Islamic World should keep in mind that justice and peace could not be achieved through begging and colonial powers would never desire to restore peace in the Muslim States but would like to see them divided and in unrest. That is why, he said, they were promoting incidents of terrorism, dacoities, blasts, anarchy and oppression in the Muslim States.

The TNFJ chief said the colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents were aware that peace in the Muslim States could lead to unity and brotherhood of the Islamic World and that could be fatal for them. He said peace could only be restored by giving Kashmiris their right to self-determination in the light of the United Nations Resolutions in addition to give complete independence to Palestinians, and giving up the Zionist control over Al-Quds Al-Sharif.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while terming the return of licenced arms by Gen. Pervez Musharraf a good omen asked from the military leadership whether the country could become the hub of peace by this act? He said the military leadership should keep in mind that restoration of durable peace is only possible by severing relations with colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents in addition to promoting Muslim unity and brotherhood.

The General Secretary of the Tanzeem Al-Madaras Jafariya conveyed his concern about religious syllabus. Agha Moosavi advised the ulema to introduce the Nazria-e-Asaasi Pakistan to the youngsters in a positive manner as their responsibility has increased manifold. He also advised them not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the defence of this ideology.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan’s Nazria-e-Asaasi is Islam and it is now an atomic power also, therefore colonial powers were busy in fulfilling their agenda to create unrest in this country through promoting terrorism. He said murders of Ziaul Hassan Shah in Mailsi, Shaukat Mirza in Karachi, Siddiqu Kanju and Aslam Joya in Karore Pucca, and now Zafar Hussain in Karachi and Maulana Rizwanul Hassan Zaidi in Lahore without any break smacks of government’s failure and inability to tackle such incidents. He said incidents of bloodshed had been the need of every government and if the government desires then not a single leave could move thus it all depend on the sincerity of purpose on the part of the government. 

The TNFJ chief said we had been saying since long that the government should stop making the terrorists sit in their laps and tackle them with an iron hand instead if they are sincere in rooting out terrorism from the country. He said now the responsibilities of the government have increased manifold after unarming the people in the name of anti-arms campaign. The terrorists, on the other, are armed and if the government could not control them then they have no justification to remain in power, he added. 

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the people to remain vigilant and express hatred against the terrorist groups. Commenting on the news of issuance of proposed Anti-Terrorism Ordinance by the government, he said it should be publicised before it is issued so that people could identify any loopholes in it so as to make it more viable, otherwise it was of no use even if dozens of ordinances are issued. He demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the assassins of all those who fell prey to incidents of terrorism including Allama Rizwanul Hassan Zaidi and Zafar Hussain. 

RAWALPINDI, July 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said protection of Islam, Pakistan and the people and promotion of real unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding amongst the all schools of thought is our main objective for which they would continue their struggle not allowing any evil-doer to disturb the Sunni-Shia brotherhood. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhad General Secretary Jawwad Hussain here on Thursday. The delegation apprised Agha Moosavi of the law and order situation prevailing in Sarhad Province, especially in Dera Ismail Khan besides delivering a message of Dera’s Aseeran-e-Fiqh Jafariya. Presenting a report on TNFJ provincial delegation’s meeting with the Home Secretary Sarhad, he said the Home Secretary has assured them to initiate positive steps to improve the situation, release the innocent citizens arrested earlier and to handle the miscreants and real culprits with an iron hand.

Agha Moosavi said the motherland Pakistan is the outcome of combined sacrifices rendered by all schools of thought and therefore its protection is also the obligation of them all. He reiterated his point of view that there was no Maslaki or Maktabi conflict in Pakistan and our perpetual and combined enemy was behind the tragic continued incidents of terrorism and bloodshed in the country. He said war of the foreign States was being fought on the Pakistani soil. He said the government was under the obligation to check the groups involved in disturbing peace in the country with the help of foreign aid instead of making them sit besides them. He stressed the need of tightening the noose around the real culprits so as to root out terrorism. He opined that the balance of peace could not be maintained by harassing and arresting the gentlemen and peace-loving people. The government and the administration should thus fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play in this connection, he added.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that the Zionists and Hindus, supported by the colonial powers’ chief, America were responsible for destructing peace in Middle East and South Asia. He blamed the colonial powers of keeping double standards saying that they get their Resolutions implemented where it is in their favour the recent example of which is Mashriqi Taimoor where not only the right of self-determination was exercised but plebiscite was also arranged contrary to their Hippocratic attitude against the Islamic World. He said the issues of Palestine and Kashmir were cropped up by the colonial powers themselves and the United Nations equally shared the sin of not getting these issues resolved with them. He lamented that Kashmir has not yet been accepted as a conflict despite passage of more than a half century and now Gen. Pervez Musharraf has asked India to accept Kashmir as an issue. He apprehended that if half a century has been spent in getting the Kashmir issue recognised then the recognition of the right of self-determination may take more than a century.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi opined that having dialogue, both on Palestine and Kashmir, would be wastage of time as our success and welfare lay in waging struggle and jehad. Paying rich tributes to Palestinian and Kashmiri independence movements, he said independence could not be achieved through begging but through rendering sacrifices. He, therefore, called upon the Islamic World and their representative organisation i.e. OIC to wake up from deep slumber to lay a joint defence strategy for the solution of all issues. The TNFJ chief assured the Provincial Council delegation that they would continue their active struggle for achievement of their rights, and defence of the country and the nation. He vowed not to allow any one to bargain the Shia rights.
