RAWALPINDI, January 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Pakistan is the citadel of Islam and the colonial powers were using indecent tactics to destruct it. The colonial chief America and her agents were afraid of the Islamic World and because Pakistan is the seventh world power and the first Muslim State to become atomic power, therefore America was after Pakistani scientists to wipe them out, he added. TNFJ chief said the oppressed nations and the Islamic World was surrounded by chief of the colonial powers America and her Zionist and Hindu agents, and after the 9/11 incident America got an opportunity to snub the weaker States; first she decided to root out Afghanistan in the garb of Osama, then took revenge from Iraq in the name of Saddam, destructing many cities there. On the other hand, he said, the American agents Zionist and Hindu oppression has taken a new turn under the American strategy, Israelis have made the life of Palestinians difficult bulldozing many of their cities while India has started hurling threats on Pakistan and increased the incidents of massacring Kashmiris. He said the biggest terrorist of the world America desires to see Israeli and Indian supremacy in Middle East and South Asia. He said Indian offer for a dialogue to Pakistan on American desire is aimed at enforcing Indian supremacy. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his surprise that on one side India was offering dialogue while carrying out missile tests unabated on the other. He said India has tested around two dozens of Prithvi missiles in the recent days are food for thought for those who love peace. RAWALPINDI, January 24: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Ayyam Mashaheer-e-Islam (Days of Celebrities of Islam) from 5-7 Zilhijj throughout the country. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters, he said after the Holy Prophet (SAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) kept the flag of Islam fluttering high for dissemination of religion and Shariat, whose exemplary sacrifice stabled religion and gave acme and excellence to Kalimatullah. He said one of them amongst these pious personalities is Sahabi-e-Rasool Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffari (R.A.) whose demise anniversary is on Zilhijj 5, while Zilhijj 7 is the martyrdom anniversary of another personality i.e. Farzand-e-Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.). He said love and devotion with these pious and soft personalities will be shown by highlighting their seerat and character that is the source of preferring high values and Tauheedi ideologies and thinking, and promotion of piousness and knowledge in the human bodies. He made it clear that Muslim Ummah could get rid of the influence of colonial powers and their agents and tackle all problems faced by them amicably only by following the ideologies and values of holy Mashaheer-e-Deen and Shariat. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya appealed the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to sincerely pray for development and stability of the motherland, supremacy of the Islamic World, and for the success of independence movements launched by Kashmiris and Palestinians in a display of practical unity and brotherhood during the Ayyam Mashaheer-e-Islam. He also asked them to announce their commitment to become a concrete wall for the nation and the country in an hour of trial. Meanwhile, Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes of Ayyam Mashaheer-e-Islam throughout the country. Bu-Ali Mahdi has been nominated Convener and Wajihul Hassan Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, January 23: All Muslim States are the target of colonial powers one by one, while tightening noose against Pakistan accusing it of transferring atomic technology is a part of the same conspiracy, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. He was talking to a representative delegation of Wahdat Ulama-e-Pakistan that called on him here on Friday. He said the world is confronted with crises at the hands of international chief of terrorists and her Hindu and Zionist agents who have destructed Aghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine. Agha Moosavi said the same powers were treading the path of duplicity in their character and deeds and were following hypocritical policies exerting pressure on Pakistan to roll back her atomic technology on one hand, and strengthening and consolidating the strategic cooperation between America, Hindus and Zionists and now Russia has also gone all out in support to India. He said agreement of providing one Russian aircraft-carrier and MiG-29 planes, and offer for combined production of weapons and provision of TU-22 bomber planes loaded with Cruise missiles provides food for thought to all concerned. The TNFJ chief said in these circumstances, it was obligatory for the rulers to display courage and bravery, exercise wisdom and seriousness and lay down a joint strategy in the light of Islamic thoughts and ideology in consultation with the oppressed nations and the Muslim Ummah that may thwart the conspiracies being hatched against the Islamic World, highlight the right of self-determination of the oppressed, and increase the honour and dignity of the Islamic World and Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said our main emphasis is promotion of Islam that is based on Kalmah-e-Tauheed, which is called the Godly Protection and a complete code of life. He said it is exercised in every department of life, is a source of survival for humanity, preaches forbearance and patience, and stops from oppression and brutality. He said the life span of the Holy Prophet (SAW) spread over 63 years stands witness that he never committed aggression, and adopted defensive strategy in 27 Ghazwaat and 35 other warfare activities it which he did not participate but never confronted defeat in any of them. He called upon ulama to highlight the real teachings of Islam so as to thwart the colonial propaganda.
RAWALPINDI, January 22: The Youm-e-Shahadat, or the Martyrdom Anniversary, of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) was observed throughout the country as Youm-e-Taqwa (Day of Piety) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were held at mosques, Imambargahs, and Aza-Khanas on this occasion addressed by ulama and zakireen who highlighted the seerat and character of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Taboot processions were taken out from all big and small cities, towns and villages during which Matmi Azadars presented Pursa (condolence) in the Bargah-e-Risalat and Imamat through Seena-Zani and Zanjir-Zani. Agha Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while addressing Majlis-e-Shahadat on this occasion, said that seerat of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) stands guarantee for blessings and welfare, and the Muslim Ummah could get rid of all problems by following that seerat. He said the era of Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) spread over 25 years saw the preaching and dissemination of Islam, protection of Shariat-e-Muhammadi, and welfare of the humanity, and even the detention and other difficulties could not divert him from the path of welfare and he ultimately kissed martyrdom as a punishment but made it clear on the world that those who are on the right path never bow down before the evil. Moosavi said today the whole world of humanity was crying, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine are bleeding, no one is there to take care of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, and in these circumstances, American president Bush could add fuel to the fire by announcing war against any State any where and any time. He said conspiracies are being hatched against the Islamic World and the noose is being tightened against them day by day, and Pakistan being an ideological State is a particular target of colonial conspiracies. He said the echoes of transferring terrorism and atomic technology to other States and creation of extremist society is a part of propaganda of interference and a part of that conspiracy. He said that Gen. Musharraf while addressing the joint session of the Parliament had talked about these challenges. The TNFJ chief went on saying that the world is now aware that America is the biggest terrorist, when she is supplying modern technology to India and Israel herself then why she is binding other States not to do so? He said the objective of increasing pressure for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues is actually to maintain Indian and Israeli supremacy. He said President Musharraf has often talked about bright thinking and normalcy on different fora and in different countries but one could not clap with a single hand. He said first of all, chief of the colonial powers America has to adopt the path of normalcy contrary to the path of massacre she has already adopted. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Moosavi made it clear that oppression, terrorism, and evil could only be rooted out through justice, fair-play and good. He demanded from President Musharraf to take notice of detention and interrogation of Pakistani scientists as it is a heinous conspiracy aimed at defaming scientists of the motherland in society so that they may alight themselves from the atomic technology plans and no one could gather courage to come to this field in future. He said in the echoes of peace road map and dialogue, the rulers should keep in mind that the durable solution of Kashmir issue lay in resolving it in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the people while other issues are of secondary nature. He therefore called upon the government to revise her steps, announcements, and assurances before starting a dialogue. Majalis-e-Shahadat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) were also held at Sherkot Kohat, Imamia Hall Mohallah Jogianwala Dera Ismail Khan, Masjid-e-Ahle Bait Wah Cantt., Baithak Shaikh Murad Bux Jhelum, Imambargah Haideria 45 Block Dera Ghazi Khan, Dar-ul-Tableegh Jafariya Rahwali Cantt. Gujranwala, and Ali Masjid Gadeji Khairpur on the occasion of Youm-e-Taqwa.
RAWALPINDI, January 21: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that companionship with colonial chief America, India and Israel is a cause of destruction and to thwart their nefarious plan the Islamic World would have to follow the path of Rahman-o-Rahim (the Compassionate, the Merciful) which is the path of moderation instead of war. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as Youm-e-Taqwa (Day of Piety) on Thursday, Zeeqad 29 with devotion and respect. Agha Moosavi said the whole world of humanity is confronted with crisis, darkness is all around, US is consolidating her position in Afghanistan and Iraq, while India and Israel have made the life of Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult. This Colonial Family desires to maintain its supremacy on the whole world using different tactics and tools, he added. He said now noose is being tightened around many Middle East and Asian States that are considered a hurdle in way of colonial plan under a well thought-out conspiracy. He said after overcoming Libya and Iran in the garb of nuclear non-proliferation now the colonial powers were after the North Korea. On the other hand, he said, Pakistani scientists are being accused of transferring atomic technology to other States for monetary, political and ideological benefits. The TNFJ chief said that in this critical hour, the Islamic World would have to adopt a joint strategy, and particularly rulers of the motherland would have to exercise patience, firmness, and wisdom in thwarting these conspiracies aimed at sabotaging Kashmir issue, rolling back atomic programme and maintaining Indian supremacy. He said Islam considers patience and forbearance the straight path, while calls those who follow the path of excess, extreme, oppression and brutality the ignorant. He said the representatives of Allah adopted the path of normalcy in every era and preached the same lesson to others. Agha Moosavi said the era of bright moon and refulgent star of the sky of imamate and walayat Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) spread over 25 years stands witness that he exercised patience, firmness while fulfilling the task assigned by Allah and confronted the dictators and tyrant rulers of his era with courage, kept the flag of Islam fluttering high avoiding extremes and saving the creature, and granted durability to the message of Tauheed, Risalat, and Wilayat bringing it to acme. He proved that no one could make his head bow down and divert him from the right path, he added. The seerat of the Imam (A.S.) is the practical lesson of guidance for people in every era. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi while presenting condolences of Imam Muhammad Taqis (A.S.) martyrdom to the followers of Tauheed, Risalat, and Wilayat, announced his commitment not to give up his struggle for supremacy of the Islamic World, integrity and solidarity of the motherland, and support to the oppressed nations of the whole world including Kashmiris and Palestinians by walking on the path of patience and firmness.
RAWALPINDI, January 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the pious seerat and character of great and representative personality of the Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat, Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the world of humanity. He said Imam (A.S.) by kissing martyrdom has proved that Shahadat is the acme of piousness and is the inheritance and eternal life for a Momin. He stated this while announcing to observe the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) as Youm-e-Taqwa (Day of Piety) which will be marked throughout the country like other parts of the world on Thursday, Zeeqad 29, with devotion, respect and religious and national spirit. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said oppression could be rooted out from the world and the flag of justice and fair-play could be kept fluttering high by following the pious principles of bright star of the sky of imamate and walayat Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (A.S.). He appealed all the countrymen to fully participate in the Youm-e-Taqwa programmes, express complete solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine, raise protest against injustice to Pakistan scientists, and voice their peaceful protest over the legislation against Hijab in France on Youm-e-Taqwa. He also appealed them to offer prayers for integrity and solidarity of the Islamic World on this occasion. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise Youm-e-Taqwa programmes on country level. Syed Asif Hussain Kazmi has been nominated Convener and Syed Naveed Hussain Shah Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, January 19: Various resolutions regarding important national and international affairs were adopted during a high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan chaired by Tehreek chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The meeting concluded late night in Rawalpindi. According to Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the Tehreek, the participants of the meeting through a resolution made it clear that old Kashmir issue is on top of the world agenda today and non-solution of it was hurling a threat to international peace. The resolution said that to make the Pakistan-India dialogue viable there is need to resolve the Kashmir issue in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiri people and for this purpose the United Nations should play her central role.
In addition the resolution also called for practical steps to transfer power to people in Afghanistan and Iraq. It also demanded that dignity, honour and protection of holy places situated at the Iraqi holy places of Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala-e-Mualla, Kazmain, Samra, and Iraqi people including Maraje Uzzam should be ensured at all cost. American forces deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq should also be pulled out immediately, it said. Another resolution while welcoming the announcement made by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to continue the atomic plant expressed grave concern on harassment of Pakistani scientists and their interrogation saying that if our scientists are not safe then what could be the guarantee of protecting the atomic plant? It was opined that such steps would discourage people getting scientific knowledge. By another resolution, the participants strongly condemned the moves stopping Muslim women in France to wear Hijab and followers of other religions from their religious identity. They called upon the French government to give up such a policy because such steps were inculcating enmity in Muslim States against them and it seems that some unseen power was trying to keep France away from Muslim by instigating them to take such steps. Yet another resolution adopted at this high level meeting while demanded strict implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act called upon the government to enforce it on herself first by stopping to make the restricted organisation with them and giving them relaxation. In this connection, they said it is necessary for the powers that be to become sincere themselves to implement this Act in letter and spirit. The rulers should give up duplicity in their words and deeds and express hatred against the restricted groups at every forum, they said. A further resolution asked the government to adopt the democratic thinking and take the opposition along because democracy could not be proved through mere oral slogans but its practical display is necessary.
Code of Azadari was prepared during the meeting in the light of proposals received from provincial and district delegates for the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram that will be announced through a Press conference before Muharram. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on this occasion announced the nomination of Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani as Central Secretary Education, Preaching and Research, Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi as President TNFJ Kashmir Council, Khwaja Basharat Ali Jafri as General Secretary, Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash as Central Secretary Public Relations, Abd Hadi as Assistant Secretary Education and Preaching, and Shafqat Ehsan as Assistant Central Secretary Information for Sarhad Province. It was decided at the meeting that martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) will be observed as Youm-e-Taqwa throughout the country on Zeeqad 29, martyrdom of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (A.S.) will be observed as Youm Safeer-e-Hussainiyyat on Zilhijj 9, and Jashan-e-Ghadeer and Mobahilah will be observed as Hafta-e-Wilayat from 18-24 Zilhijj. In this connection Syed Asif Kazmi, Zakir Ghulam Farid, and M.H. Jafri have been nominated as conveners, respectively. The participants of the meeting expressed their complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over including the people of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
RAWALPINDI, January 18: A high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan was held here in Rawalpindi on Sunday presided over by the Chief of the Tehreek Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Delegates from all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas attended the meeting that reviewed important national and international matters, particularly the law and order situation and arrangements for the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram. Some important decisions were also taken at the meeting that will be announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi at a Press conference. Incharges of central and subordinate bodies, provincial and district delegates presented their reports on the occasion. Agha Moosavi, in this presidential address delivered at the meeting expressing his grave concern over the law and order situation prevailing in the country, said that now even the lives of President of Pakistan and Ministers were under threat therefore the government should make more foolproof arrangement for security.
Terming the issuance of Anti-Terrorism Act and decision to make amendments in it a good step he demanded from the government to express hatred against terrorism and expel the terrorists from all government organisations and committees, from top to bottom, because inclusion of restricted groups in these organisations was the main hurdle in rooting out terrorism. The TNFJ chief said the objective of colonial powers in introducing the term of terrorism on international level is to seize the resources of the oppressed and Muslim States in the pretext of terrorism and achieve self-interest by maintaining their supremacy. Therefore, he said, they rooted out Afghanistan and then Iraq after staging the drama of New York and Washington incident and were now occupying their territory as a result of which the holy places and Maraje Uzzam were under constant threat. He demanded from all international organisations including the United Nations to play their role in ensuring their protection. He said the colonial powers were still occupying Afghan territory to tap their hidden resources that is why fencing was being carried out in Palestine and on Pakistan-India borders so as to take these resources away without any hindrance. He said Pakistan is the next target of colonial powers and they are trying their heart out to prove Pakistan as a terrorist State on international level and this effort has been thwarted by Pakistan by joining the international alliance against terrorism. Similarly, he said Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has thwarted the conspiracy of involving Maktab-e-Tashayyo in terrorism. He said the President of Pakistan had issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance keeping in view our Peace Formula. The ordinance has now been converted into an Act, he added. He said we still stand to our point of view that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country, he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled only in that context. Agha Moosavi made it clear that struggle for achievement of rights could not be termed terrorism at all. He said neither Palestinians and Kashmiris are terrorists nor any foreign hand was helping them out in their struggle for independence rather they were fighting their own war for independence on self-help basis. Expressing complete solidarity with the independence movements continuing in Held Kashmir and Palestine, he said Kashmir and Palestine issues not only belong to the people of these regions but to the whole Islamic World, therefore, the whole Islamic World should make a united and joint struggle to achieve that target. He said Kashmir issue is top on the world agenda and any bilateral dialogue and relations could not succeed unless this issue is resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiri people. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi made it clear that official religion of Pakistan is Islam and not any sect but the rulers in the past kept on depriving the recognised schools of thought of their basic rights and had given nothing but a host of problems to Pakistan. He said if we desire to make the country strong and stable then we would have to give rights to all on the basis of equality because Pakistan is not inherited by any one of them. He called upon the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement so as to ensure stability of democratic institutions of the country and restore durable peace. He said Wila-e-Ali and Aza-e-Hussain is our mission and Azadari is the crux of all worships and we would not allow anyone to cause any harm to it. Moosavi urged the government to take the opposition along for a bright future of democracy and resolve all issues through mutual understanding on the Parliaments forum as in it lay the welfare of the country and the nation and the key to stability of democratic institutions.
