RAWALPINDI, December 01: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that colonial and arrogant powers were afraid of unity and brotherhood of Ulama-e-Haq. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Shia ulema here on Monday. He said Ulama-e-Haq have been declared inheritors of Prophets and Messengers who declared it their habit to invite the creature of Allah towards avoidance from Taghoot besides calling them to worship and obedience to Allah in every era. Moosavi said a person leads to persons, who make a society, and human society has always confronted with one problem or the other because human priorities and desires are different, and differences in thoughts and ideologies had always been a cause of conflict in a society. Agha Moosavi said that after parents and teachers, Ulama-e-Deen have the utmost responsibility to correct the society bringing it to the right path. He said the world of humanity is confronted with one problem or the other including oppression and brutality as a result of shirking of this most important responsibility. He said Islam has the honour of presenting solution to every problem and for this purpose Ulama have been entrusted with the responsibility of ordering to do good and stop from the evil on which Quran and Sunnah stand witness. In other words this duty is amongst the religious necessities and he who does not perform it knowingly he is not laudable, he added. The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief said had Ulama-e-Islam followed their duty of saying Kalma-e-Haq and had made their words and deeds coherent then international colonial powers and their agents would not have the courage to term Islam a religion of punishments and Ulama extremist and terrorists. He said Ulama are of two types: Ulama-e-Haq and Ulama-e-Soo. He said Ulama-e-Haq never bow down, are not a saleable commodity or become afraid rather they raise Kalma-e-Haq even on the point of spear while Ulama-e-Soo always worship the rising sun and there biggest sign is that they give priority to materialism over spiritualism and become the source of anarchy and differences amongst the nation. He said if we desire to get rid of international colonial powers and her agents then as an only solution we should get rid of Ulama-e-Soo first and side with righteousness as in it lay the welfare of the nation and the country and destruction of enemies of religion and the motherland. The Shia Ulama-e-Karam reiterated their resolve to continue their struggle for achieving the TNFJ targets of fulfilling the mission of Wila and Aza under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. They assured their full support to Agha Moosavi and announced to fully participate in the countrywide programs of Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee on 8th Shawwal.
RAWALPINDI, November 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that signs and shrines of Prophets, Righteous men and Bazurgan-e-Deen are respectable by which freshness in remembrance of Allah is created. He was talking to office-bearers of Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee (Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee) Committee who called on him at the head of its Markazi Convener Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan here on Sunday. He said Prophets and Messengers were sent to guide the humanity and the objective of their Besat and life had been promotion of religion. The TNFJ chief said from Hazrat Adam (A.S.) to Khatam-ul-Mursaleen (SAW) the only religion was Islam, however, there were five Shariats i.e. of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesusa and Muhammadan. He said all Shariats have been cancelled and there remains only and only Shariat-e-Muhammadi and the world of humanity is bound to follow the same. He said like religion and Shariat are respectable, similarly shrines and Shaair of Representatives of Allah are also respectable and their visit enlightens the hearts of all therefore there is a Hadis in Sunan ibne Maja that goes: Do ziarat (visit) of graves, these remind you of the D-day. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) said: Whosoever offered ziarat of my grave after my Rehlat (Expiry), it is like he offered my ziarat during my life-time. That is why, he said, the live nations respect the signs of their Mashaheer (heroes). Agha Moosavi made it clear that Islam considers the respect of Aulia and Saleheen as obligatory that is why shrines of Aulia-e-Karam in Muslim States are still Marja-e-Khalaiq. He said heavy rush of zaireen (visitors) from all around the world could be seen at the tomb of Imam Shafaee in Egypt, of Imam Malik in Madinah Munawwarah, of Imam Abu Hanifa and Ahmed bin Hanbal in Baghdad. He said if the respect of Aaimma Arbaa is that much then why not the shrines of their Aqa and Maula (Master), who lost all they had for religion, would be respectable. He said in the fifth volume of Tafseer-durr-e-Mansor, the Tafseer of Ayah Fi Bayout Azn Allah it is mentioned that the Holy Prophet (SAW) said: the homes of my Ahle Bait (A.S.) are more respectable than other homes, God has given them height, and given permission and izn to do Zikr-e-Khuda in these homes. Therefore, he said Muslims are under the obligation to respect them, offer prayers and Munajaat in these homes. He said as the Ayah is mutlaq therefore the respect and dignity of their shrines is also binding on them after their life span. The TNFJ chief said Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee is being observed throughout Pakistan on 8th Shawwal-ul-Mukarram with due religious fervour and spirit. He said as motherland Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam, therefore, it is the habit of Muslims not only to remember Allah, Shaair-Ullah, Prophets and Messengers but also increase its intensity. He said in it lay the honour of the Islamic World and survival and development of the nation and the Millat. Central Convener of the Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee Committee of the TNFJ, Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan while presenting report about programmes to be held on Shawwal 8 throughout the country, told Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that letters have been sent to President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Jamali, Federal Interior Minister and all the four provincial governments including the high-ups of Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to ensure law and order during meetings and rallies to be taken out on the occasion of Youm-e-Inhidam-e-Jannatul Baqee.
RAWALPINDI, November 29: A high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Central Committee of Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee was held at the central coordination office. Central Convener Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan presided over the meeting. The participants of the meeting reviewed arrangements for organising Youm-e-Inhidam-e-Janna-tul Baqee (Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee) programmes that is being observed throughout the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Conveners were also nominated to organise programmes for the day. According to Maalik-e-Ashtar, Secretary of the Central Committee of Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee those nominated conveners are: Raja Basharat Hussain Imami (Federal Area Islamabad), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi (Punjab), Sardar Hassan Ali Qazilbash (Sarhad), Muhammad Ali Khan Advocate (Balochistan), Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi (Azad Kashmir), and Hojjatul Islam Syed Ali Al-Moosavi An-Najafi Al-Iskandarabadi (Northern Areas). Conveners nominated for abroad are: Mukhtar Ali (Middle East), Zahid Naqvi (Britain), Syed Khizar Abbas (South Korea), Syed Tahir Shah (America), Syed Rehmat Ali Shah (France), and Bashir Hassan (Far East). In his address on the occasion, Central Convener Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan said respect and dignity of Shaair-Ullah would be highlighted during the Youm-e-Inhidam-e-Janna-tul Baqee programmes, solidarity would be announced for the oppressed and commitment would be made to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country. He demanded from the powers that be to ensure peace and improve discipline during the countrywide programmes of Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee (Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee) so that all Islamian-e-Pakistan could jointly present the condolence in the respect worthy court of Risalat for destruction and desecration of holy shrines of pious Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Azwaj-e-Mutahiraat and Sahaba Kibaar.
RAWALPINDI, November 28: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Inhidam-e-Jannatul Baqee (Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee) on Shawwal 8, Wednesday, December 3 throughout the country with religious spirit, devotion and respect like other parts of the world. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters Friday, he said the whole Muslim Ummah is united on respect and dignity of Ayaat-e-Illahi, Shaair-e-Khudawandi (signs of Allah), signs of Prophets, Messengers and Righteous, and is of the point of view that their desecration is not allowed in any way. He said Janna-tul-Baqee and Janna-tul-Mualla are included in the signs of Khasan-e-Khuda (selected persons of Allah), the respect of which is binding and obligatory on Muslim Ummah because supremacy and success of the Islamic World is linked with their construction, respect and dignity. Meanwhile, TNFJs Central committee of the Day of Demolition of Janna-tul-Baqee has been formed to organise programmes for the Day. Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan has been nominated Convener and Maalik-e-Ashtar as Secretary for this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, November 27: Allama Muhammad Ali Haleemi, administrator of Jamiatul Momineen Rawalpindi has said Eidul Fitr is the thanksgiving of blessings of month of Ramazan and the real Eid is of those who avoided Monkiraat and followed Marufaat during the month of Ramazan that is the outcome of the saying of Maula-e-Muttiqiyan Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). He was delivering his monthly religious address here on Thursday. Allama Haleemi said the holy month of Ramazan should be waived off with the dua of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in which he requested Allah that: You are the One Who declared the month of Ramazan as a duty from amongst His settled things and duties, that has been given singular honour from amongst other months owing to His worship, and that has been chosen from all eras of the years and times, that has been preferred to send Holy Quran giving it priority over other times, that has completed our Iman, in which fasts were declared mandatory, and in which initiative was given to wake up throughout the night and offer worship, given honour to Shab-e-Qadar in this month that is better than one thousand months otherwise. O, Allah! This month remained with us as our welfare, remained with us like pious persons, it has given best profit to us more than that given to the whole world. Then, it alighted from us after completing its time cycle like a person whose separation gives a shock, the return of whom becomes cause of grief and distress. The protected responsibility of which was compulsory like respectable things and payable righteousness, we say good-bye like it and send Salam on you, the month of Allah and the big Eid of its lovers, we send Salam on you. Oh, good companion like time and the good month like days and times, we send Salam on you. Oh, month in which prayers were accepted, in which good deeds were performed, we send Salam on you. Oh, that friend, like who is valued when he is with us and we are grieved when he is not there. Allama Haleemi said that to benefit fully from the blessings of the month of Ramazan, it is necessary for us to struggle for Amar Bil Maruf and Nahi Anil Monkir to fulfil the norms of obedience to Allah, as it is the crux and philosophy of Eid. He said the brethren who are poor and deprived should not be forgotten in happy moments and mutual love, tranquillity, brotherhood, and mutual understanding should be promoted as it leads the way to convert our society into a hub of peace and tranquillity.
RAWALPINDI, November 26: Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated throughout Pakistan including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Wednesday, 26 November, with due respect and devotion. Magnificent Eid congregations were held in Mosques, Imambargahs and open places in which millions of Farzandaan-e-Tauheed by prostrating themselves before Allah offered gratitude of blessings and favours of Ramazan-ul-Mubarik. Religious scholars and orators while addressing the congregations threw light on the philosophy of Eid-ul-Fitr. Special prayers were made for end of Islamic worlds troubles, solution of problems, liberation of occupied Muslim territories including Qibla-e-Awwal, success of Kashmirs blood-stained freedom movement, end of atrocities being committed against oppressed and have-nots of the whole world including oppressed Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq and Chechnya and integrity and stability of beloved motherland. In Rawalpindi, main congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr was held at Municipal ground Satellite Town adjacent to Ali Masjid where Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Eid prayer. On this occasion, thousands of worshippers unanimously passed a resolution presented by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan central secretary information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi with acclamation.
The resolution made clear that Maktab-e-Tashayyo contributed equally like other schools of thought in the creation and foundation of beloved motherland Pakistan, and we always played a role of vanguard in every tough time. But Maktab-e-Tashayyo is not only deprived of its rights since long but also ideological representation is not given to it in all State departments deliberately. The resolution strongly demanded from President General Pervez Musharraf to give Maktab-e-Tashayyo representation on equal level in all governmental departments and take care of rights of Shia. The resolution further demanded implementation of Junejo-Moosavi agreement 21 May 1985 to resolve long-standing shia problems. Pakistan is not a property of any specific group or school of thought but it is Islamic Republic Pakistan, which proof is that not any sect but Islam has been termed official religion of the country in the constitution, the resolution cleared adding that, therefore government is responsible to give everyone his due right in order to keep fresh the tree of Islam.
Another resolution expressed grave concern over this that at present the whole world is surrounded by terrorism, and colonial powers are busy in anti-Muslim activities declaring Muslims fundamentalist and hardline in the name of rooting out terrorism, though Islam is religion of peace and harmony which always prefers justice and equity over everything, and it not only opposes every kind of terrorism but strongly condemns it. The resolution said that the beloved motherland is a particular target of terrorism because of basic ideology and being an atomic power. Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by President Musharraf which has now turned to an Act is very good step. The resolution demanded implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act without any concession terming it the most important need of the hour which keeps in it integrity and stability of the nation and the country. On this occasion, the Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi who is also the chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan delivered Eid-ul-Fitr sermon while Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussein Mudarris addressed on the topic of Eid philosophy. Allama Syed Saqlain Ali Bukhari, Imam Juma Wal Jamat Markazi Shia Jamay Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Charagh, while addressing an Eid-ul-Fitr congregation said that there is no maslaki and maktabi conflict in Pakistan. In this regard, all recognize this stance of the Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that a terrorist keeps no religion, faith and State, therefore he should be seen and dealt with in the same context. A resolution adopted on this occasion expressed full solidarity with all freedom movements being carried out in the world including Kashmir, Palestine and Chechnya, and with the oppressed people of Afghanistan and Iraq. The resolution stressed upon the UN to get the issues of Kashmir and Palestine resolved in accordance with its resolutions and desires of their people; drive out colonial forces from Afghanistan and Iraq in order to make the regions of South Asia and Middle East a hub of peace. Thousands of worshippers at an Eid congregation held in Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhok Syedan passed unanimously a resolution presented by Syed Reza Abidi. The resolution cleared that the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan is the only representative organization of Maktab-e-Tashayyo, and Qalandar-e-Doran Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi An-Najafi is leader and spiritual leader of Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan. The participants reiterated their resolve to say Yes on every line of action which the Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi will give for promotion and protection of Mission of Wila and Aza and for achievement of religious rights of Maktab-e-Tashayyo. Allama Sheikh Ghulam Askari led Eid prayer and addressed the congregation at Qasr-e-Abu Talib (as) Mughalabad, Allama Syed Matloob Taqi at Masjid Kazimiyah Darbar Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal, Allama Qamar Abbas Kazmi at sports complex near Liaquat Bagh, Allama Syed Hussein Muqaddasi at Masjid O Imambargah Ahlebait Wah Cantt, Allama Basharat Hussein Imami at Masjid O Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra (sa) Tarlai Kalan Islamabad, Allama Guftar Hussein Sadqi at Masjid Jafaria I/9, Allama Ikhlaq Hussein Kazmi at I/10, Allama Qalb-e-Abbas Khwarzmi at Masjid Isna Ashari Greecy Line, Allama Fakhar Abbas Zahidi at Masjid Isna Ashari Dhalyala, Molana Ashiq Hussein Nasirat Shia Jamay Masjid Husseinabad, Allama Sajjad Hussein Haideri at Masjid Imamia Bhindia Syedan and Allama Zawar Hussein Madani at Qasr-e-Imam Ali Naqi (as) Pind Sangryal.
RAWALPINDI, November 25: In a special message issued on the occasion of Eid-ul Fitr, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the real Eid lay in following the Maarofaat and avoiding Munkiraat that satisfy human hearts. He said Islam is the best, most liked and most complete religion based on reality, truthfulness, justice and equity. He said there is wisdom and intelligence in every commandment of Allah, therefore, there is a wisdom hidden in His orders & prohibitions, there is a philosophy in Maarofaat & Munkiraat, Wajbaat and Moharemaat, and in these commandments there is one about keeping fast in the month of Ramazan and its objective is declared in an Ayah of the Holy Quran that goes: So that you become pious. He said the height and acme of all worships is success of the two worlds. Agha Moosavi said Eidul Fitr is good news for those pious and righteous people who followed the commandments of Allah and avoided prohibitions. He said the extract of a saying of Maula Ali (A.S.) is that real Eid is for one who had been following Maaroofaat and avoiding Munkiraat. He said Eid had been celebrated in the past also, therefore, some Mufassirin have quoted that Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) has promised with his Ummat that what you will ask from Allah after keeping fast for 30 days, it would be given to you. Therefore, the supporters demanded Maida (Table) to keep fast, on which the Ayah 114 of the Surah Al-Maida stands witness: Said the son of Maryam, Oh, Allah sent up table full of eatables from the sky for us so that day would become Eid (feast) for our forefathers and for those who will come in future. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Eid is that great a festival for Muslims that is also Youm-e-Tashakar (Day of Gratitude) and also Youm-e-Taqwa and Falah (Day of Piety and Success). It is the greatest display of Islamic Worlds unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding but this time Eid is being celebrated at a time when there is darkness all around. He said international colonial powers and their agents were carrying out aggression against the oppressed and Muslim people, and blood of unarmed Muslims is being shed in Kashmir, Palestine and Chechnya, while Afghanistan and Iraq were being destructed. In this situation, he said, it is obligatory for the Muslim Ummah to remember the oppressed and have-nots and cooperate with them to the possible extent because real Eid is obedience to Allah and serving the creature.
RAWALPINDI, November 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Quran Majeed is the last heavenly holy Book and is the beacon of light for whole humanity. He was addressing on the second day of 3-day Jashan Nazool-e-Quran here on Monday. He said one lakh twenty-four thousand Prophets and Messengers while one hundred and four heavenly scriptures were sent to guide the humanity. These books include one hundred small books and four big one i.e. Torah, Psalms, Bible and Quran. Khatam-ul-Mursaleen (SAW) was the best amongst the Prophets while Quran Majeed is the best and the most complete Book from amongst Kutb-e-Ilhami that certifies all books sent to us earlier. He said this is an inclusive Book that claims that every dry and wet thing is mentioned in it and it is a complete code of life with no match even today. Agha Moosavi said people of house are always well aware of their own situations and there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: Stick to the Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) and you would never be misled, these two guarantee your guidance and would not separate from each other until you would reach me at Hoz-e-Kausar. He said Quran was sent in 22 years, 2 months and 22 days and carries 6,666 Ayahs and 32,03,760 letters. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) used to take Uloom-o-Maaref and their Islamic findings as Ilhaam from Quran Majeed and used to present lightening Quranic Ayahs in their speeches, sermons and sayings as a proof. That is why, he said, knowledge and wisdom of these righteous leaders of Islam and Khanwada-e-Risalat was liked by different sections of society from the core of their heart. That was the reason for tyrant rulers and dictators in every era to keep enmity with these people because they considered them a biggest hurdle in their smooth way, he added. The TNFJ chief said Islam, Quran, and Ahle Bait (A.S.) are the preachers of peace and tranquillity and Satanic forces are enemy of the same, while the power to enforce peace is piousness. He said the biggest weapon of a Momin is Amar Bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker that has been given up by Muslims to follow the colonial powers. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: When people from my Ummah will perform the duty of Amar Bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker, and will cooperate with each other in carrying out good work, then they would live in peace and tranquillity, and when they would give up the same, there would be no more blessing with them, and others would exercise control over them, and they would find no one to help them between the earth and the sky. He said there is another saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: When people will not follow me and my Ahle Bait (A.S.) regarding Maroofat and Munkeraat, then Allah would inflict evil rulers on them. In these circumstances, no dua would be accepted even offered by the pious people. That is why, he said today the colonial powers have regained control over us. He said chief of a human rights organisation has accused most of the world States including America that they were openly violating the human rights in the garb of rooting out terrorism. Therefore, he said, Afghanistan and Iraq were rooted out after the 11 September incident while Zionists and Hindus were shattering Palestine and Kashmir on the other encroaching upon their individual freedom so much so that they are even denied of their citizenship rights. He said lakhs of people died after the New York incident drama and the same number of people was going through the ordeal of life and death. In these circumstances, the Islamic World should follow Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) the message of whom is that being Muslims they are bound to help their Muslim brethren. Agha Moosavi said the first Ashra (10 days) of Ramazan is that of blessings and the last one is that of freedom from hell. Therefore, he said, as the whole world was presenting the picture of a hell we would have to practically follow the universal message of Quran to convert it into a hub of peace.
RAWALPINDI: Meesam Tammar, Convener of TNFJ Central Al-Quds Committee, said the processions and rallies of Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) were purely specified to express solidarity with the oppressed of world particularly of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and Chechnya. Tammar was addressing an emergent meeting of the committee here on Monday. He advised the nation to remain alert of those elements that are giving to their personal conflicts the Maslaki and Maktabi colour.
RAWALPINDI, November 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that by Nazool (revelation) of the Kitab-e-Mubin (Clear Book) and warood (arrival) of Rehmat-ul-Lil Alameen (Mercy for the Worlds (SAW)) the fresh world appeared, man was recognised as respectable besides being showered with precious bounties. He stated this while addressing Mehfil Jashan-e-Quran organised by Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia as a part of 3-day Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran here on Sunday. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed is the topic and essence of Quran and there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that: Recite Kalma-e-Tauheed so that you may emerge successful. Another saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) goes: Kalma-e-Tauheed is my fort, and whoever entered it, he remained protected from wrath. The TNFJ chief said Quran is the message for human beings that preaches peace and tranquillity and its preacher was called Rehmat-ul-Lil Alameen (SAW). He said everyone, particularly Muslims are successful in every field owing to this Quranic message and they had been considered honourable but today reason of Muslims being humiliated here and there is: Agha Moosavi said the Prophet of Islam (SAW) advised us to do justice and fair-play, and stop riot, murder, massacre, war, oppression, and brutality and to side with Quran and Itrat for our protection, defence, survival, and development. But, he said, the other nations have adopted this advice while Muslims were bowing down before the Taghoot instead of Allah. He said Muslims themselves are responsible for the problems and difficulties they are confronted with and unfortunately such rulers have been inducted upon them who like to kiss the Bait-ul-Abyaz (White House) instead of Hajr-e-Aswad and considered their survival and power lay in this act. He said the international Taghoot was reaping the benefit of this situation as a result of which the whole world of humanity was deeply hurt. He said the Indian and Israeli monsters were tearing apart Kashmir and Palestine, chief of the international terrorists was sticking to her ground in Afghanistan and Iraq and no Maslak or country is out of her reach. He said whether it is suicide attacks in Riyadh and Istanbul or blasts in any other part of the world, it is the international Taghoot that is responsible for the same. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said our survival lay only in following in the footsteps of prophets and principles of the Khasan-e-Illah (selected persons of Allah) who always preferred death with honour over life in humiliation, respected religion, Shariat and humanity and considered their honour and dignity as most valuable asset. He said we could emerge successful here and the Hereafter by following this path.
RAWALPINDI: An emergent meeting headed by convener TNFJ Central Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) committee, Meesam Tammar, was held here on Saturday. During the meeting, Tammar thanked all schools of thought and nation and religion loving powers for their heavy participation in the countrywide protest rallies and demonstrations besides thanking media for giving full coverage to the programs marking the Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed on Jumatul Wida. He while addressing the meeting said that whole Muslim Ummah is united over the issue of the achievement of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif, independence of Kashmir, and an end to oppression of colonial powers against oppressed Kashmiri, Palestinian and Iraqi people. He said the full participation of public in the programs of Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin, is the proof of their national and spiritual wakefulness, which shows that the sun of liberation would rise soon in Palestine and Kashmir.
RAWALPINDI, November 22: The real cause of one problem or the other faced by the mankind is keeping a distance from the universal message of Quran and its teachings, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan said. In a special message issued on the occasion of 3-day Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran that is being observed from 27-29 Ramazan-ul-Mubarik throughout the country with religious fervour, spirit, devotion and respect, he said Quran is the fountainhead of good and guidance, and a guarantee of showing right path as well as felicity and blessing for the universe. This is a Book that claims even today that if you are true, then bring its (Qurans) answer, he added. Agha Moosavi said deeds contrary to Godly commandments were becoming a source of accusing oppressed Muslims that they are extremists, fundamentalists, and terrorists, and that they belong to an orthodox, useless society, are a threat to world peace and therefore have no right to live, that ultimately poses threat to their survival. He said the United Nations by adopting a Resolution this day for giving right of self-determination to the have-nots has unveiled the trick of colonial powers America and her Zionist and Hindu agents. He termed it a victory not only for Pakistan but of the whole Islamic World and all the have-nots the world over who were struggling to achieve right to self-determination in Kashmir, Palestine and Chechnya and were defending the occupation forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. He said by doing so the United Nations has declared in unequivocal terms that it were the international Taghoot and not the oppressed people that pose threat to mankind. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Muslims themselves are also cause of problems and issues confronted by them because there is a Godly commandment that goes: O, people with Iman! Fear Allah in a way that is His right, and keep the String of Allah (religion of Allah) tightly. He said if fear of Allah is kept in our hearts, and we make the teachings of Quran and sayings of Khasan-e-Illahi our guiding force, follow the Maaroofaat and avoid Munkiraat, promote unity and brotherhood, then even the biggest enemy of the world of humanity could not cause any harm to us. He said display of unity, and brotherhood by the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Jumatul Wida Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin is laudable. He said we all are under the obligation to declare upon the enemies of humanity and Shariat that they could not create any rift and anarchy in our ranks or cause any harm to our unity and brotherhood.
ISLAMABAD, November 21: Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) was observed on Jumatul Wida throughout the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with reiterating the commitment to achieve Al-Quds Ash-Sharif, and continue support to the freedom fighters engaged in getting the independence of Kashmir.
In Federal Capital Islamabad, a strong protest rally was held on Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin at Aabpara Chowk under the auspices of District Al-Quds Committee of the TNFJ. The rally that began from the Darbar of Hazrat Bari Sarkars father, Sakhi Mahmood Shah Badshah was led by TNFJ Additional Secretary General Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, District President TNFJ Islamabad Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Jamia Masjid Jafariya I-9s Imam Juma-Wal-Jamaat Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi, Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazmi I-10 Khateeb Allama Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Zahidi, Maulana Zaheer Raza Kiani, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini, TNFJ District Islamabad Al-Quds Committee Convener Nazakat Hussain Kazmi, Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Barkhurdar Shaheen and other leaders.
After reaching Aabpara Chowk, the rally turned out into a protest meeting. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistans Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that objective of observing Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin throughout the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi is to express solidarity with the oppressed nations and Muslim people facing atrocities the world over. He said the international organisations i.e. United Nations and the OIC are responsible for the problems and issues faced by the oppressed. He said the United Nations never resolved any issue faced by the world of humanity and similarly the OIC has not yet resolved any issues confronted by the Islamic World damaging the reputation of both, and now they will have to take independent decisions to revive their reputation and to get rid of American slavery. He called upon the Muslim Ummah to launch a joint practical struggle from the united platform for solution of the collective issues, particularly achievement of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif, independence of Kashmir, and an end to oppression of colonial powers against oppressed Kashmiri, Palestinian and Iraqi people.
Welcoming the restrictions imposed on restricted groups working with new names, Syed Qamar Zaidi demanded to impose ban on foreign aid received by these groups and to lodge protest against the States providing them with aid, on diplomatic level. He made it clear that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak, Millat or a country, therefore the government should take strict notice of illegal use of Maslak and Millat by these restricted groups and strictly implement Anti-Terrorism Act and the Moosavi Peace Formula to root out terrorism. He expressed the resolve that Millat-e-Jafariya, Pakistan would continue its practical struggle for promoting mutual brotherhood and understanding, solidarity of the motherland, and protection of their beliefs and rights from the platform of their representative organisation i.e. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Allama Shaikh Ijaz Hussain Modarris in his address said that achievement of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and independence of Kashmir is a joint issue of the whole Islamic World. He said we, following the saying of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.), strongly condemn oppression all around and express our solidarity with the oppressed the world over. TNFJ District Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and Ala Haider also addressed the gathering.
A resolution adopted by the participants while raising vociferous slogans on the occasion, called upon the United Nations to help achieve the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif from the illegal occupation of Israel and get the Indian and Zionist oppression against oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians stopped. The resolution also demanded resolution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their people. Another resolution strongly condemned chief of the colonial powers i.e. America for targeting the oppressed Muslims in the garb of rooting out terrorism and called upon the ICC to declare American president Bush, Sharon and Vajpayee as war criminals and put them on trial. The resolution expressed complete solidarity with the independence movements launched by the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine.
The participants of the rally later dispersed peacefully after raising vociferous slogans in favour of oppressed Muslims and against chief of the colonial powers i.e. America and her Hindu and Zionist agents. They also put the effigies of Israeli Prime Minister Sharon on fire. A heavy contingent of police along with local administration officials escorted the rally throughout. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah under the auspices of District Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Committee of the TNFJ. Palestinian representative specially participated in the rally. Thousands of people participated in the procession that was led by TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab President Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi, Regional Council Rawalpindi President Allama Syed Matloob Taqi, Chairman Mukhtar Force Abu Baidar Ali, Supreme Commander Alhaj Abuzar Bangash, Central President Abd Hadi, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, Markazi Khateeb Shia Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh Allama Syed Saqlain Ali Bokhari, Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Maulana Mazhar Hussain Naqvi, Maulana Qalab-e-Abbas Bokhari, Maulana Javed Haideri, Maulana Zainul Abideen, Maulana Ijlal Haider Masoomi, Maulana Qamar Abbas Kazmi, Maulana Mujtaba Bokhari, Maulana Waqar Hussain Naqvi, Markazi Convener Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Meesam Tammar, Abu Nasr Kazmi, Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Iftikhar Hussain Mashadi, Syed Murtaza Moosavi, Rooh-ul-Abbas Moosavi, Farzand Kazmi, Mumtaz Naqvi, Miskeen Hussain Shah, Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Nasir Abbas Karbalai, Syed Nazakat Hussain Naqvi, Malik Asad Abbas, Najam Shah Taqvi, Wiladat Hussain Kazmi and other leaders.
The participants of the procession were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans in favour of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and against the American-Zionist-Hindu colonial trio. The protest procession turned into a rally after reaching Committee Chowk. Convener of the Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Committee of the TNFJ Meesam Tammar in his address on the occasion paid rich tributes to all Muslims who displayed practical unity and brotherhood by participating in Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin programmes on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. He said Muslims are Millat-e-Wahida and we would have to confront the atheists by becoming united. That way we would not only succeed in achieving Bait-ul-Moqaddas but it would also resolve all problems faced by them. TNFJ Punjab Province President Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi in his address said that these days Muslims are only Muslims by name, had they been the men of deed then we would not have to face humiliation here and there today. He said forming a Muslim United Forum was need of the hour to root out atheism.
In his address, Chairman Mukhtar Force Ch. Abu Baidar Ali said the real cause of problems faced by the Islamic World are Muslim rulers themselves who become tools in the hands of colonial powers. He said that Muslims would have to come out of their shackle and carry out a joint practical struggle after forming United International Islamic Forum to achieve Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and Kashmir. A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly demanded solution of long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. The resolution called upon the OIC to come out from deep slumber instead of expressing its concern on the condition of Muslim Ummah and adopt a concrete and courageous strategy for solution of problems faced by the Islamic World. Vociferous slogans were raised against America, India, and Israel on this occasion while participants of the rally set the effigies of Indian and Israeli prime ministers on fire. A heavy contingent of District administration and police accompanied the procession.
RAWALPINDI, November 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has stressed upon all international institutions including United Nations to play their role for liberation of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and other occupied Muslims territories advising Muslim Ummah to adopt bold strategy for resolution of its problems. In his message issued on the occasion of Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) which is being observed with religious devotion and spirit in Pakistan on Jumatul Wida, November 21 like other parts of the world, he said the objective of observing Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) is to protest against Israels inveterate usurpation of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and continued colonial oppression and despotism in Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Iraq and other Muslim States besides display of solidarity with oppressed which is our fundamental right. Agha Moosavi stressed that unveiling the oppression of oppressor has been the habit of Men of Truth, which is also permitted by the Holy Quran. Verse 148 of Chapter An-Nisa (The Women) stands witness, which declares that Allah likes not that one reveals anyones evil thing save he who was a target of oppression, and Allah is Hearer, the Knower. He said Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) is being observed in the month of fasting, which is called the Month of Allah, and this day falls in the last ten days of Ramazan during which Allahs Wali Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib (AS) was martyred. He said a saying of Ameer-e-Kaenat Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (AS) goes that be the enemy of oppressor and helper of oppressed; ergo, We while supporting the oppressed of the whole world including that of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and Chechnya and severely condemning the atrocities being committed against them appeal Muslim rulers that for the sake of Allah display courage besides drawing a joint strategy for their protection and defense. The TNFJ chief forcefully demanded from thee UN, OIC, ICC, EU, AL and international institutions that claim basic human rights to get colonial occupation end in Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Kashmir and Palestine plus get Bush, Blair and Vajpayee severely punished by bringing them in court. If this will not be done then there would be no justification for existence of these institutions, he made clear. He warned Muslim rulers that if they would not awake and nor abandon subservience to colonial powers then they should bear in mind that even your tale will not be in the tales. He made clear that we keep dearest elevation and interests of beloved motherland Pakistan, oppressed and Muslim people and Islamic World. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Shaair and Ayaat (signs) of Allah, Asaar and Alaim (relics, remains and signs) of Prophets, Messengers and Divine Selected Persons are respectable; everyone who keeps love for Zaat-e-Ilahi definitely keeps dear everything that belongs to Him because it is a rule that beloveds everything is most dear. The places that belong to Allah, one of them is Bait-ul-Moqaddas, which houses in the land of Palestine. Its old name was Kanan that consists of an area of 25,000 square km. It is Qibla-e-Awwal (First Qibla) that remained Qibla of Muslim Ummah till 2 AH. The first verse of Chapter Bani Israel (Children of Israel) makes clear its dignity and lofty status: Pure is He who caused His servant to travel by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque the surroundings whereof We have blessed so that We might show him of Our signs. No doubt He is the Hearer, the Seer. The Lord of the Worlds took His greatest Servant from Bait-ul-Haram to Bait-ul-Moqaddas, objective of this travel was that to show him of His signs. Summary is that the objective was to show him marvelous miracles and wondrous arrangements of His omnipotence during this trip or taking him to some farther place, therefore there is a mention of these signs in Chapter An-Najm (The Star) in such a way which tells that the Holy Prophet (SAW) went to Sidratul Montaha and saw with his own eyes the greatest display of Divine Signs. In the tongue of religious scholars, the journey till Bait-ul-Moqaddas is called Asra while from there to Sidratul Montaha the journey is called Meraj. He said Holy Prophet (SAW) went to Meraj in wakefulness state with his holy body. Agha Moosavi said Bait-ul-Moqaddas is a collection of visible and invisible blessings as well as an abode and burial place of Prophets and Messengers, which has been a fountainhead of blessings and refulgence. Likely the reason of taking holy Prophet (SAW) to there was that there exist is his (SAW) personality qualities and miracles of all prophets and he was given a hint that that Muslim Ummah not only bears Bait-ul-Moqaddas but also refulgence and blessings of Bait-ullah, and considering Shaair Ullah blessed is felicity and worship. He said considering the signs of Selected persons of Allah, Prophets and Messengers revered and respectable is a portent and sign of love, affection and devotion, and their protection, defense, construction, honor and respect is obligatory on the entire humanity. He said unluckily, on the same day 14 May 1948, 1367 AH, when British occupation came to an end, National Council for Zionists was formed in Tel Aviv and establishment of Israeli government was announced which was immediately recognized by the then American President. After the beloved motherland Pakistan, it was the second ideological State on the earth face. In 1967, it attacked Egypt, Syria and Jordan whereby it understood the weakness of Muslims resulting in its encouragement. Therefore, it set Al-Aqsa Mosque on fire in 1969. He said the way Israel has disgraced the Palestinians since then to date, trampling their honor and slaughtering them ungrudgingly it is a bloody story. Had Arab world helped at that time Egypt, Syria and Jordan, Al-Aqsa Mosque would not have been torched. Owing to weak policy of Arabs, Camp David Agreement was signed and Egypt recognized Israel; due to non-cooperation of Muslim Ummah, Palestine also recognized Israel on 9 September 1969. Feeling the pain of this great incident, OIC was formed which first conference was held in Morocco on 22 September 1969 which continued for three days. This conference was summoned to react against the defiled intrepidity of torching Al-Aqsa Mosue in occupied Bait-ul-Moqaddas. Muslim rulers felt that measures should be taken from joint platform to confront the international-level dangers and challenges including Zionists expansionism faced by Muslims. Therefore, OIC was established with its headquarters in Saudi Arabia. The first session of Islamic Foreign Ministers took place in March 1970 in Saudi city of Jeddah during which the formation of OIC secretariat was approved. Some points of the OIC organizational manifesto presented were: Promotion of Islamic unity, nexus of cooperation in significant fields, end of racial biases and colonial system, efforts for steps of international peace and tranquility on principles of justice and equity, protection of holy places, supporting the efforts for rights of Muslims, supporting the struggle for achievement of freedom, independence and national rights. These rules were also fixed: equal rights for member States, non-interference in each others affairs, supporting right of self determination, and respecting every member States independence, integrity and solidarity. In case of any difference, efforts will be made for peaceful solution through dialogue, talks, and arbitration, and threat of use of force against national unity and political and regional independence of member States will be avoided. Agha Moosavi said the 10th summit of OIC was held in October 2003 in Malaysian city of Putrajaya. At present there are 57 Muslim countries, among them are 22 Arab and 35 non-Arab. Nearly 36 years have passed since the formation of OIC but its performance is zero. After Afghanistan Iraq was destructed in the garb of New York-Washington incident and still there is occupation of international colonial powers. Only at the instance of Colonial chief, Hindu banya not only swelled pressure on Pakistan but also has been massacring Kashmiris since last 55 years. Israel has made the life of Arabs hell. Either it is South Asia or Middle East peace balance has gone wrong. Alliance of International terrorist and Hindus-Zionist is not for rooting out terrorism but to destroy Muslim and oppressed people, sabotage independence movements, pushing them back from their stance, maintenance of its supremacy and gaining its interests by disgracing them. It is still busy in the same, and for this purpose not only weapons and arms are piled up but also new agreements are being clinched in a bid to exert further pressure, get Muslim Ummah to agree at everything and tell the world that there exist nobody named as OIC, UN, AL and EU, but if there is anything in the world it is only United States and its stooges India and Israel. Moosavi questioned OIC that whether it acted upon its manifesto, if not then responsibility of all problems and troubles goes to its shoulders. He said OIC and UN are puppets of United States. Reiterating his support for oppressed and weak of the entire world on the occasion of Youm-ul-Quds Himayat Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed), the TNFJ chief saluted their untiring struggle for independence.
