Moosavi blasts Indian TNFJ CS slams Pak suffers for Moosavi urges to Report of Kohat quiz
RAWALPINDI, February 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the whole world was confronting lack of justice and fair-play and crisis of oppression, brutality and terrorism source of which is American elder Satan. He stated this in a special message on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (A.S.) that is being observed as Youm-e-Gham throughout the country on Sunday (Zeeqaad 29) with dignity and devotion. He said Islam is the source of survival for humanity and guarantees peace, solidarity and piousness that has been declared as the real basis of it. He said the Khasan-e-Khuda had defeated the big oppressors, tyrants, and dictators like Pharaoh, Nimroud, Shaddad and Hamaan through adopting piousness. Hazrat Imam Taqi (A.S.) is the inheritor of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Ali (A.S.) and was one of those Khasan-e-Khuda. He said, his life span spread over 25 years stands witness that the rulers and Satans of that time could not stop him from saying Kalma-e-Haq and make him bow down and he ultimately kissed martyrdom as punishment to preaching religion making it clear that Mirage of piousness is Shahadat that is inheritance of Momin and an eternal life besides being the strong basis of justice and fair-play. Agha Moosavi said America was involved in open terrorism to achieve her interests and to maintain the policemanship of her Zionist and Hindu agents in the name of rooting out terrorism. On the other hand, he said, her agents were massacring innocent Muslims in Held Kashmir, India, Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Palestine and have also made the live of neighbouring States difficult. He said after terming the accusations of Powel and Bush by the Chief UN Inspector Hans Blix, American statement to challenge it, and Iraqi readiness to have a dialogue on all issues including personal interviews of the Iraqi scientists, the heinous American face has come to the surface and all their accusations have been proved a bundle of lies. He said Bush has lost his senses while Tony Blaire was working for American interests, and is a big question mark for the British people. He said America was playing this game to divert the world attention from excesses being committed inside America and to cease the resources of the Muslim World. The TNFJ chief said Muslim rulers will have to display bravery and courage in this hour of trial and the OIC should summon emergent session to adopt a joint strategy aimed at welfare of the mankind and to thwart the conspiracy of the international terrorist. He said it is the time for trial for the United Nations, if she continued to adopt a soft policy and supporting America then the world would not put any faith in the United Nations and there will remain no justification for its existence. He said American policies were not only creating differences in the world but are becoming the cause of split in the United Nations also. He said the United Nations should adopt a strict stand vis-à-vis America and admonish them for issuing war threats the day in and day out. RAWALPINDI, January 31: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said there is an urgent need for Muslim Ummahs unity and brotherhood to get rid of conspiracies and ill-will of international colonial powers and ulema could play a best role in this connection because it is Islam that preached the lesson of respect to mankind. He stated this while addressing a gathering on the occasion of death anniversary of Naseer-ul-Millat Allama Naseer Hussain observed throughout the country on Friday. Majalis-e-Tarheem and Quran-Khwani were held in different cities of the country in this connection. Khutaba paid rich homage in Juma congregations to the academic and religious services rendered by the Naseer-ul-Millat besides offering Fateha for the departed soul. Agha Moosavi called upon the Muslim rulers to keep the problems and difficulties faced by the oppressed and Muslim nations in view in the backdrop of humanity and carry out a joint active struggle for solution of the same. He said Naseer-ul-Millat was a scholar of character and staunch supporter of Muslim unity that is why he was greatly respected by all schools of thought. He said the Allama had detailed his whole life for the pious job of teaching and he had hundreds of pupils who are providing academic services. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Programmes to observe the death anniversary of Naseer-ul-Millat were organised all over the country including Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad on Friday. Maulana Arif Al-Hussaini, Tabassum Abbas, Syed Mudassar, Adeel Wisami and others addressed a Majlis-e-Tarheem held at Jamiatul Momineen.
Allama Syed Mohsin Al-Hussaini while addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem at Danishgah Jafariya Rawalpindi Cantt said Naseer-ul-Millat was the asset of the Millat and was a man of character and a scholar with good beliefs and his services could not be forgotten. He said persons of high character are born in centuries. A resolution adopted on the occasion expressing grave concern on deployment and day by day increase of American forces in the Gulf, demanding from the United Nations to stop America from interfering in others affairs and get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved through her own Resolutions. The gathering while strongly condemning the oppression being meted out to oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians expressed solidarity with them and called upon the Muslim rulers to give up reservations and adopt a courageous and joint strategy for solution of issues faced by the Islamic World including Iraq. Majlis-e-Tarheem was also organised by Dukhtaran-e-Islam that was addressed by zakira Bint-e-Musa. Maulana Javed Hussain Haideri and other zakireen addressed Majlis-e-Tarheem, followed by Matamdari, organised at Imambargah Zain Al-Abideen under the auspices of TNFJ Rawalpindi. Majalis-e-Tarheem in connection with the death anniversary of Naseer-ul-Millat were also held at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Shia Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh, Masjid Kazmia Chaur Harpal, Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke Syedan, Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim I-10, Masjid-e-Jafariya I-9 Islamabad, Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan, Masjid-e-Ahle Bait Gaddowal Wah Cantt and Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian. A religious gathering in this connection was also organised at Mauza Kararh in District Khushab that was addressed by renowned ulema, Madarrasin and zaikreen. Majalis-e-Tarheem were also held in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Lahore, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Attock, Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar Dera Ismail Khan, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Gilgit, and Quetta. RAWALPINDI, January 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said tyrant rulers and dictators remain afraid of Ulema-e-Haq in every era and consider them a hurdle in their way because ulema have been declared inheritors of Anbia. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of death anniversary of Naseer-ul-Millat Allama Naseer Hussain that is being observed throughout the country on Friday. He said at present there are 1.25 crore Muslims living all around the globe. Agha Moosavi said Naseer-ul-Millat utilised all his energies serving the nation and the Millat and actively promoting religion, there was no duplicity in his words and deeds that is the habit of a righteous scholar because his deeds come in accordance to his knowledge, he does what he says. He said chief of the colonial powers and her agents continue giving new names to the Ulema-e-Haq even today and were using different tactics to defame them and to target the Islamic World. He said America desires to maintain her supremacy all over the world and was using term of terrorism for this purpose to hit two birds with one stone. He said President Bush says that he would not listen to anyone and America will take her decisions herself. While saying this he should keep a saying in mind that choose the thing for others that you choose for yourself, he added. He said America should not interfere in the affairs of others and let them all take their decisions themselves. He said America has no authority to term anyone axis of evil and to destruct others by terming them terrorists whenever she likes. The TNFJ chief said it is surprising that if America destructs Afghanistan then she is not terrorist and if Afghans defend themselves then they are terrorists, India carries out massacre in Indian province of Gujarat and make the life of oppressed Kashmiris in Held Kashmir difficult, play holy with their blood but she is not terrorist but if oppressed Kashmiris defend themselves and carry out struggle for independence then they are terrorists, if Sharon massacres oppressed Palestinians then he is not terrorist but when Palestinians defend themselves then they are terrorists. What is all about it, he asked. He said the double standards of colonial powers and their Hippocratic attitude are no more a secret. He said American President Bush and her pets should keep in mind that war could bring destruction and not peace and welfare therefore whether it is Bush or any other Pharaoh or Nimroud, if they are bent upon taking their decisions themselves then they should also keep in mind that if they are unable to take correct decisions then they have no right to term anyone terrorist or attack any State without the permission of representative international organisation called United Nations. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the United Nations that she is not bound to follow American Charter rather of its own. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – January 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that to get rid of colonial powers, all have to boycott and snap ties with the United States and its stooges: India and Israel eradicating duplicity and hypocrisy. He made his remarks while announcing the observation of Youm-e-Gham to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (AS) on Sunday 2 February. RAWALPINDI, January 28: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the collusion of Bush, Tony Blaire, Sharon and Vajpayee is the biggest danger for whole of the humanity. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kohat Region that called on him at the head of Syed Shabab Hussain Al-Hussaini here on Tuesday. He said Pakistan by joining the International Coalition after the New York incident and the Islamic World by condemning terrorism and through their words and deeds had proved that neither they are terrorists nor tools in the hands of terrorists but chief of the international Taghoot and her agents considered our inclusion in the international coalition and condemnation of terrorism on our part as our weakness. He said after rooting out settlements in Afghanistan, America was now getting ready to attack Iraqi people by stationing her forces in the Gulf.
Agha Moosavi said the report submitted to the Security Council by UN inspectors is a slap in the face of international Taghoot after which there remains no justification for attack on Iraq. He said chief of the terrorist world has decided not to stop war in a bid to achieve her interest and to maintain her supremacy. He said fresh American statements, massacre of Palestinian people at the hands of Sharon, deployment of Indian forces at Pakistani borders followed by rapid missile tests, statement of American ambassador posted in India, accusation of infiltration on Pakistan by American ambassador in Pakistan, fresh statement (on Tuesday) of the American ambassador in India saying violent States are a danger for America and India, Indian defence ministers threat to wipe out Pakistan from the globe and terming Pakistan a nursery of terrorists is a part of their agenda. The TNFJ chief said the oppressed and Muslim nations will have to use power to defeat the colonial agenda but Islam is neither aggressive nor terrorist, therefore, it will have to adopt a joint strategy with a cool mind fulfilling all norms of justice and fair-play to defeat their tactics making it clear that the whole world of humanity was confronted with similar problems therefore conspiracies against the mankind and humanity will have to be thwarted collectively. But, he added, rooting out differences and anarchy within the Muslim States with love and affection was the need of the hour before that. He stated this while addressing a gathering on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) that was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as Youm-e-Aza on Monday. He said the only objective of representatives of God from the very beginning had been to invite the men of Allah towards Him and protect them from the international Taghoot. Agha Moosavi said one of such personalities had been Hazrat Ali bin Musa Raza (A.S.) who confronted the oppressors and tyrant rulers of his era with courage and bravery to preach Tauheed, Risalat, Wilayat, restore Justice of Allah and rooting out oppression, brutality and aggression. He also utilised Amanat and Sadaqat as weapons for the welfare of mankind and getting them rid of the oppressed and we can also get rid of Taghoot even today using these weapons, he said adding that in this connection we will have to give up duplicity in our words and deeds and will have to resolve the problems of the oppressed and have-nots adopting joint strategy with courage and bravery considering the oppression being meted out to them as oppression against us giving up all reservations. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the double standards being followed by the United Nations and Hippocratic attitude of chief of the international colonial powers is no more a secret as it has started destructing the world of humanity in the garb of September 11 incident. She had already destructed Afghanistan while India and Israel have made the life of Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult under her patronage. He said their neighbours in Middle East and South Asia were living in fear and she desires to install rulers of her own choice there, by increasing the pressure. He said America has already taken over reserves and still desires to cease the rest. He said in this connection what has to be done will have to done by the oppressed and Muslim people as no one would come to their rescue. He said if America was given a free hand this time then no country, how big it would be, could not remain save from it. END
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Moosa Al-Reza (AS) was observed on Monday with religious reverence and devotion throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as Youm-e-Aza announced by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions taken out in different cities and towns of the country including Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad on Monday.
In Federal Capital Islamabad, Hojjatul Islam Allama Basharat Imami and other zakireen addressed a Youm-e-Aza Majlis at Jamia Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra followed by Matamdari performed by the local Matmi Dasta. Allama Akhlaq Kazmi addressed a similar gathering at Qasr-e-Imam Moosa Kazim Sadaat Colony, Allama Sadiqi at Masjid-e-Jafariya, and Allama Gardezi at Ali Masjid Dahlyala Federal Area
A Youm-e-Aza Majlis at Jamiatul Momineen was addressed by Tabassum Kazmi, Syed Mudassir, Syed Faizan, Arif Al-Hussaini, Malik Taimurul Hassan, Zafar Abbas, Shakir Hussain and others. Matamdari and Noha-Khwani was also organised after the Majlis. Syeda Bint-e-Musa addressed a Majlis-e-Aza organised by Kaneezan-e-Imamul Asr-waz-Zaman followed by Noha-Khwani.

Allama Muqaddasi, Hafiz Amjad Ali Amjad and other zakireen addressed a Youm-e-Aza Majlis at Jamiatul Musheer Wah Cantt followed by Matamdari performed by Matmi Dasta Babul Hawaij. Anjuman-e-Jafariya organised a majlis-e-aza at Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke Syedan. Maulana Tanvir Hussain Kazmi addressed. Similarly, majlis-e-aza in connection with Youm-e-Aza marking the day were also held in Karachi, Larkana, Lahore, Faisalabad, Chakwal, Jehlum, Sialkot, Multan, Peshawr, Kohat, Quetta, Skardu, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad. RAWALPINDI, January 26: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that if the United Nations and international Taghoot are sincere in protecting the human rights then they should get the United Nations Resolutions regarding Kashmir and Palestine implemented instead of exerting pressure on Iraq. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as Youm-e-Aza on Monday. He said the great personality of the Khanwada-e-Mustafvi (SAW) and Murtazvi (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.), following in the footsteps of his forefathers, confronted the worst type of tyrant rulers and dictators with utmost courage and bravery in the darkest era of oppression and brutality and no one of them could shatter his commitment, divert him from the right path or bow down. By kissing martyrdom in the process, he proved that they keep the blessings of Allah and welfare of the people most dear to them. Agha Moosavi said at present the whole world of humanity is confronted with the oppression and brutality of chief of the colonial powers and her agents who desire rooting out the oppressed and have-nots on the pretext of rooting out terrorism, no country or Maslak is spared of their interference. He said the American foreign minister is saying today that about a dozen States were ready to side with them to attack Iraq without seeking any approval from the Security Council while America, on the other, keeps on crying hoarse that Iraq should implement the United Nations Resolutions. He said the duplicity in words and deeds and double standards showed by America are the proof of her enmity. The TNFJ chief said America behaves like a champion of peace while she has actually shattered peace all over the world and she is also patronising India and Israel in doing so. He said Israel was massacring Palestinians while India has made the lives of Muslims difficult in the Indian province of Gujerat and in Held Kashmir. He said the Taghooti chief and her agents continue using different tactics to carry out atrocities against Muslims. He said on one side it has been said that wrong meanings have been derived from the American ambassadors statement while on the other, they are saying that infiltration had decreased but has increased again. He said America was providing anti-missile system to India while she becomes upset if any one else keeps that technology. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the whole world of humanity should keep in mind and make it clear on the international Taghooti chief that solution of problems lay in patience and not in force. He said the United Nations seems helpless in front of them, losing its credibility and leaving the oppressed nations to think that now there is no justification for the United Nations to exist. Agha Moosavi said the double standard of the United Nations becomes clear from her dual policy. On the other hand, he said, the representative body of the Islamic World i.e. the OIC was in deep slumber and it only summons its session just to change the leadership. The member States do not implement the OIC decisions and resolutions and their policies and attitude is visibly different when they attend other fora, he added. He said Muslim rulers follow dual attitude and their policy is to keep relations with friends and foes at the same time; they have friendly relations with Israel and India also. In these circumstances, he said, how could problems, faced by us all could be resolved? The TNFJ chief said head of every Muslim State is going in different direction. He asked how many meetings Muslim States have summoned on the situation arising out of the Iraqi crisis? He said the Iranian President was on Indian Yatra these days while Muslims in Held Kashmir were observing protest and are on strike today. He said the State heading the OIC has diplomatic relations with Israel, disappointment and harassment is the order of the day, and the American ambassador was issuing statements against us on our soil. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said whether it is Prime Minister Jamalis visit to the Gulf States or a meeting of the six States these are mere eyewash. He said the Muslim Ummah should keep in mind that unless they adopt a joint and concrete stand on Kashmir, Palestine and Iraqi people; unless they all get united and consider attack on any of them as an attack on whole of the humanity, the colonial powers would continue to dominate us. We all will have to face the similar fate one by one the responsibility of which would lay more on the Muslim heads of States as compared to the United Nations, he added. END

He said while presenting condolences to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on the occasion of Shahadat of “Sadiq and Ameen” inheritor of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), Ali bin Musa Raza (A.S.), we should express complete solidarity with the independence movements all over the world, particularly in Kashmir, Palestine, Chechenya and the oppressed people of Iraq making it clear on the world that we are enemies of oppression and brutality and always support the oppressed and the have-nots. Agha Moosavi said the statement of American ambassador posted in Pakistan asking Pakistan not to allow Pakistan become a platform of infiltration is condemnable. He said the American ambassador should have tell this to America that has infiltrated in dozens of countries so far and was now getting ready to do so in the Gulf. He said India and Israel have crossed all limits of infiltration on American desire and were still engaged in atrocities in Held Kashmir and Palestine for more than half a century. He said the statement of Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri about the Saddam is also tragic and he should utter such things after giving a thorough consideration. The TNFJ chief said the American objective is not to get Saddam, Usama or Mulla Omer but her target are the people. He said America has already crushed Afghanistan and was now getting ready to crush already crushed Iraq, if Saddam had been her target then she would have assassinated him a long ago, therefore the issue of Saddam’s exile is actually a tool to save Saddam. He said Muslims are brethren to each other therefore attack on any oppressed State would be considered an attack on the whole mankind. He said if chief of the colonial powers America and the United Nations are really sincere with humanity then why they were pressing the implementation of UN Resolutions against Iraq and ignoring the UN Resolution aimed at resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues. RAWALPINDI, January 22: Haider Syed, Central Secretary Information of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the incidents of destructing the gas pipeline at Goth Mazari and Sui has demanded from the government to take concrete steps for the security of sensitive installations so that such incidents are not repeated in future. Giving his reaction on attacks on the gas pipelines in a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said at present the whole world was confronted with one problem or the other, oppression and brutality was the order of the day while India was not leaving any chance go waste to cause harm to Pakistan and was utilising all her energies in piling up arms, carrying out nuclear and missile tests in addition to using all tactics to defame Pakistan at diplomatic level. In these circumstances there is urgent need to restore peace and stability within the country, he added. Haider Syed said the culprits of attack on the gas pipelines should not be given any type of relaxation because we are here if Pakistan exists. He lamented that law always takes its course against the poor and the big guns escape it. He said the democracy has been put on its rail and for the first time, a person belonging to a small province has been inducted as Prime Minister and confronting such type of incidents in these circumstances is very tragic. RAWALPINDI, January 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the education system of Islamic Republic of Pakistan is far away from Islam as it has been given in control of others under a heinous conspiracy. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Tulaba-e-Jafariya that called on him under the leadership of Syed Ali Raza Zaidi here on Monday. The delegation presented a written application to Agha Moosavi in which they have complained about government excesses and discrimination attitude against all recognised schools of thought including the Maktab-e-Tashih from school to college and to university level.
Agha Moosavi said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf says that first priority is Pakistan therefore he should keep in mind that Islam is the basis of Pakistan that is the name of collection of all recognised schools of thought. He called upon the government to fulfil the constitutional and basic requirements and organise the educational system in line with Islam in a manner not to encroach upon the rights of any recognised school of thought. He made it clear that education does not mean to make a person literate only but to make him gentleman because Islam is the human-building and not Satan-building school but the Islamic World at present was confronted with the oppressive designs of the biggest Satan. He said millions of innocent people have fallen prey to its satanic desires since the Second World War and interfering in the affairs of other States, attacking them and arresting their people has become her habit. He said her habit of murder and riot has increased to the extent that she has made the life of citizens belonging to 25 countries difficult in the name of registration law and unfortunately all but one of these countries are Muslim contrary to the fact that over one lakh Indians are illegally living in America are free to roam about. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said India has spent all her energy in trying to prove Pakistan an enemy and terrorist, she carried out fresh Akaash and Agni missile tests on the American behest while Pakistan has played the role of an ally to the international Taghoot becoming a front-line ally and was now paying the price for this favour to America. He said like Islam, Pakistan is not an aggressive or terrorist country, any step Pakistan takes is in reaction to aggression and in self-defence. KOHAT, Pakistan: A quiz competition about the life of sixth infallible Imam Jafar Sadiq (As) was held in Sherkot District Kohat to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS). Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO) Sherkot and supervisors of Ali ibn e Abi Talib (AS) Mosque arranged the program on 14th January 2003. A large number of people from all over the area participated in the program along with Ulama including Molana Haji Ahmed Hussein, Molana Qaisar Abbass and Molana Baqir.
Ulama present at the occasion said that every momin should try to follow the great path of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) and other Aaima Athaar (AS).
