RAWALPINDI, December 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said it was necessary to make the principles of Quaid-i-Azam i.e. Discipline, Unity and Faith a guiding light for supremacy of Pakistan. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Father of the Nation Hazrat Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that is being observed throughout the country as Youm-e-Quaid on December 25. He said leaders do not born daily, it takes a long time for a saviour to come up to the expectations of a nation. He said Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born 126 years ago. He said Quaid-i-Azam had gauged what was being done to Muslims by Hindu Banya and British at that time as a Momin foresees what is going to happen in future. He said Lahore Resolution was adopted on March 23, 1940 under which the Quaid-i-Azam achieved the honour of introducing Two-Nation Theory that is why Nizami had said: Agha Moosavi said Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was an exemplary lawyer, thinker and a great politician of the 20th century, there was no duplicity in his words and deeds and he never bargained on principles. He said, his sincere and great struggle on the part of Quaid-i-Azam that earned creation of Pakistan. He said he was desirous of such a welfare Islamic State that is based on justice and fair-play and where all Pakistanis could achieve their rights on the basis of equality and the similar strategy was followed by Khasan-e-Khuda. He said Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) was also a great personality whose objective was to restore justice and fair-play, and root out oppression and brutality, he was respectable not only for Christians but also for Muslims, he was an innocent person who bore all types of difficulties for promoting mankind. He said whereas December 25 is the Youm-e-Wiladat of Quaid-i-Azam, it is also the birthday of Hazrat Eisa (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said at present the whole world of humanity was confronted with oppression at the hands of chief of the colonial powers i.e. American president Bush who claims to be the follower of Hazrat Eisa (A.S.). He said president Bush should look into his own self whether he is working for the welfare of humanity or is out to destruct it? He said on this great day Kashmiris and Palestinians were shedding bloody tears as life for them has been made difficult, Iraqi people are facing American aggression, in these conditions we would like to ask president Bush, would Eisa (A.S.) like all that? He said Pakistani rulers and politicians should ponder that despite passage of over half a century, is present Pakistan is giving the look that was found by Quaid-i-Azam? Are we working to achieve the objectives and goals set out by him? If no, and definitely not, then are we not negating the principles of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah? He said time has not passed yet, and we would have to practically follow the golden principles of the Quaid-i-Azam if we desire to transform Pakistan in line with his dreams. As a poet said: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, December 25 reminds us interference of Russian forces in Afghanistan, therefore, we will have to reiterate our resolve that we should share our grieves considering all oppressions as oppressions against us, and will consider attack on Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan or any other State as an attack on humanity, will continue our struggle for restoration of justice and fair-play and will not give up support to the oppressed. He presented greetings to all countrymen and the Christian community in accordance with December 25. END

He stated this while announcing to observe Youm-e-Quaid on December 25 marking the Youm-e-Wiladat of Father of the Nation. He said the Quaid-i-Azam by gathering all schools of thought under one flag for struggling hard for creation of Pakistan has proved through his words and deeds that atheism is Millat-e-Wahida and so is Islam. Agha Moosavi said Pakistan came into being owing to leadership qualities and active struggle of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, which is a great blessing for us. He said there is identification of the live nations that they never forget their Mashaheer, therefore, the impressive personality and deeds of Father of the Nation would be highlighted in seminars, conferences and special functions being organised on the Youm-e-Quaid on December 25. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it is the same day when Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) war born and we would extend greetings to our Christian brethren on that day. He said December 25 also reminds us of interference on the part of Russian forces in Afghanistan that has now been destructed completely by chief of the colonial powers i.e. America. Therefore solidarity should also be expressed with the oppressed people of Afghanistan on that day, he added. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise Youm-e-Quaid programmes all over the country. Meesam Tammar has been nominated Convener and Abu Nasr Kazmi as Secretary of this Committee. END
RAWALPINDI, December 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the dream of restoring world peace could not be realised unless chief of the colonial powers i.e. America gives up her dual and Hippocratic policy. He stated this while addressing Mehfil-e-Mustafvi on the occasion of Youm Jang-e-Uhad here on Sunday. He said the whole Islamic World by strongly condemning the New York and Washington incident has declared that every Muslim hates terrorism and Islam is against such activities but America has made the life of Muslims difficult in the garb of 11 September incident instead of thanking Muslims. America not only shattered Afghanistan but has also given a free hand to her Indian and Zionist agents and has started supporting them in all their ventures against Muslims the fresh example of which is vetoing their Resolution against Israel in the Security Council. She had done it before many times, he said asking that is this not oppression that is aimed at strengthening Israel? Agha Moosavi said the traditional hypocrisy on the part of America has converted the South Asian and Middle East regions a hub of oppression and brutality. He said now the honour of Islamic World should be awakened. He made it clear that Muslim does not put faith in majority because majority is not right but he banks on Allah and righteousness. He said if Muslims did not unite that they will have to get themselves ready for more difficulties. The TNFJ chief said Islam is a complete code of life covering all departments and its foremost objective is to restore justice and fair-play, root out oppression and brutality. He said Islam condemns all types of aggression that is why it always adopts defensive strategy on which the pious life of the Holy Prophet (SAW) also stands witness. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had to face around 105 wars but he did not initiated any war at his own rather fought all these wars in self-defence. He said jehad enjoys immense importance in Islam and it does not mean only murdering someone but Jehad Bil Nafs is called Jehad-e-Akbar that mean controlling the self. He said jehad is an invitation to righteousness that is the name of promoting religion, rooting out oppressing and defending the oppressed. He said earlier war had meant revenge and fulfilment of expansionist designs but when Holy Prophet (SAW) asked what is jehad, he replied that it means saying Kalma-e-Haq openly. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the enemies of Islam had imposed Uhad war on the Holy Prophet in Shawaal, 3 Hijrah in which 3000 atheist had attacked about 700 Muslims who adopted defensive strategy and did not attack the enemy while the atheist tried all their tactics to cause harm to Muslims so much so that wife of Abu Sufyan and grandmother of Yazid, Hindah took out and chewed the liver of Holy Prophets uncle, Hazrat Hamza (A.S.). He said even today the followers of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) are following the policy of defence against oppression. He said in Islam rooting out riot, stopping the oppressor from oppression and a great worship and this jehad will continue till the day of judgement and no power on earth could stop it. END
RAWALPINDI, December 21: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said operation carried by a foreign agency in Lahore could be an alarm for any major operation, therefore, the government, religious and political forces should remain alert because the Lahore action could have been carried out to gauge reaction. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Darul Tableegh Al-Imamia Gujranwala that called on him at the head of their Nazim-e-Aala Allama Tajuddin Haideri here on Saturday. He said chief of the colonial powers i.e. America desires to know to which extent present government in Pakistan could affect American activities against terrorism. Agha Moosavi said at present media war was going on the world over and the concern is being raised that terrorists could not get approach to atomic weapons. He said Zionist and Hindu lobby was behind this propaganda and Russia has also joined this rut that is why India was crying hoarse of interference in Held Kashmir time and again and was refusing dialogue. He said the Indian lobby has gone to the extent to blame Pakistan for cooperating with South Korea and the other day accused through London Times that Pakistan was extending nuclear cooperation to Iraq, which again is a blatant lie and Pakistan has contradicted it there and then. The TNFJ chief said the most important obligation for ulema is to adopt a positive approach towards their targets i.e. extending invitation to religion with wisdom because the whole world of humanity was in the grip of international terrorism and was facing oppression from the chief of the international colonial powers, that is in search of one excuse or the other to interfere. He said her foremost target is to impose her policies on the oppressed and Muslim people, defend her interests and struggle to achieve the same, and it desire to make Pakistan her tool to achieve her interests in the Indian Ocean. He said chief of the colonial powers is much concerned on the results of recently held elections in Pakistan and president Bushs recent statement, in which he has said that he would not allow recent election results in Turkey and Pakistan to affect war against terrorism, indicates that Pakistan is an important need of America and she does not want the elected government to create any hurdle for it. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said in the present precarious situation, all patriotic forces are under the obligation to give priority to the interests of Islam and Pakistan over all other matters, avoid creating any hurdle in democratic process and avoid from conflicts come what may because our survival lay in the survival of Pakistan. He said if the Muslim Ummah was sincere in enjoying dignity and honour and getting rid of colonial powers then they will have to follow the seerat and character of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as Youm-e-Aza on Friday, December 20 with due religious devotion. He said the human character is self-explanatory of ones moral while best ideal is required for best training and every one in the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is a model of good moral. Agha Moosavi said one of the personalities of this Khawada is Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) who is the best example of seerat, character and moral. His life span was the darkest era of oppression and brutality. The rulers of his time tried to bow him down through oppression and brutality but he remained firm to tell the world that those who belong to the best Khanwada could not be bowed down or kept away from the right path. He said Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) established a great university in Madinah Munawwarah to disseminate the message of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat. Those who benefited from this great institution included Zararah, Muhammad bin Muslim, Safwan, Jabir bin Hayan who were well versed with Fiqh, Tafseer, Ilam-ul-Kalam, Hiyyat, Philosophy, beliefs, ideologies and science. Terming the protest of Pakistans Deputy Ambassador on Pakistans inclusion in the list of doubtful States regarding terrorism as a mere lip-service, he said such protests could not cause any difference on the chief of the colonial powers as it follows double standards. He said a saying of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) goes: revenge of the powerful from the weak is an act dislikened. But all international organisations including the United Nations love to take action against the weak Islamic World. Paying condolences to the brethren in Islam on the Shahadat of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), he reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle for respect to mankind and survival of humanity and would not hesitate in saying Kalma-e-Haq. RAWALPINDI, December 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the fall of Dhaka is a great national incident and the same lesson is being repeated instead of taking any lead from it. He stated this while addressing a gathering on the occasion of fall of Dhaka anniversary here on Monday. He said there is need to root out inferiority complex of the people and to restore the 1973 Constitution completely for the integrity, development and solidarity of Pakistan. Moreover, he said our rulers will have to get themselves rid of the chief of the international colonial powers i.e. America because testing the already tested is foolishness. Agha Moosavi said the colonial powers have made the life of Muslims more difficult after the September 11 incident as they are now confronted with problems and difficulties all around. He said after Kashmir, Palestine, Bosnia, Chechenya, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Kosovo, now the life of Muslims in Indian Gujerat is also being made difficult so much so they are now forced to leave their homes. He said Islam is the official religion of Pakistan that is commensurate with justice and fair-play but justice and fair-play lacks here, every elder is committing access and injustice with the younger one, obscenity and nudity is on the rise the objective of which is to keep the people away from Islam. The TNFJ chief made it clear that Pakistan came into being under the Two-Nation Theory and India became active to sabotage it right from the very beginning in connivance with her masters. On this occasion, protest meetings were held and grand rallies taken out in all big cities and towns of the country participated by thousands of mourners who holding banners and placards protested against the demolition of Cemetery of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, in his address on the occasion said the disturbance of the Islamic World is owing to destruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah. He said till 8th Shawal 1926, mazars of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), Azwaaj-e-Rasool and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) existed in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah but the Saudi government bulldozed all of them and thus committed blaspheme by trampling the sanctity and dignity of these holy mazars. It may be pointed out that blaspheme of these Shaair Allah is blaspheme of religion of Allah and a great sin.
Agha Moosavi said the Aal-e-Saud should have arranged construction and renovation of these mazars but they are continuing the process of destruction and recently they have destructed the holy grave of Holy Prophets mother Hazrat Amna (S.A.) and following that also completely wiped out the signs of mazar of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideens son Hazrat Ali Al-Uraiz situated in the outskirts of Madinah. He said a few months ago when the Nailain-e-Rasool got missing from the Badshahi Masjid from Lahore City in Pakistan, there were host of protest demonstrations all around the country. He said oppressed Muslims are being bombed, holi is being played with the blood of Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine, Al-Quds is being annexed for its occupation, attacks are continuing on Iraq in the presence of UN inspectors, and Saudi Arabia would be its last target after Egypt, Iran and Pakistan. He said if we have to thwart the conspiracies of international colonial chief America and if the success of the oppressed nations, independence of Kashmir and reconstruction and restoration of Babri Masjid, Dagah Hazratbal, and independence of Al-Quds, then the whole Islamic World in general, and Saudi Arabia in particular, will have to take up reconstruction and renovation of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah without any delay restoring the dignity of the same.
