RAWALPINDI, October 29: On the occasion of Eid ul Azha, large gatherings of Maktab e Tashayyo were held at Eidgahs, Jamia mosques, Imam bargahs and open grounds. While addressing the gatherings at different places, Ulema, and scholars highlighted the philosophy behind Sunnat e Ibrahimi and the significance of the sacrifice as they stressed on the need to promote brotherhood, and sacrifices to deal with the problems faced by the world of humanity. On this occasion prayers were made for all the oppressed people of the Islamic world including people of Palestine and Kashmir, Iraq and Afghanistan. A large gathering for Eid prayers was held at M C Boys Hall, Rawalpindi, which was led by Mufti Syed Basim Abbas Zahiri, the representative of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

On this occasion, the Central Secretary Information of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi read the special message of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he reminded that the great Islamic occasion of Eid ul Azha is a practical demonstration of sacrifice, unity, fraternity, brotherhood, justice and fair play. He said that Hazrat Ibrahim and Hazrat Ismail (PBUT) demonstrated their love and obedience towords Almighty Allah, which is a beacon of light for those who sacrifice their lives for greater cause. Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) proved his dream to be true by sacrificing his son Hazrat Ismail (PBUH) on the way of Almighty Allah but Almighty Allah switched Hazrat Ismail with a goat and accepted the sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim and Hazrat Ismail (PBUH) was given a title of Zabih Allah.

The participants of the Namaz e Eid accepted resolution in which those hidden and exposed forces were condemend who are utilizing all their energies to prove Pakistan a state of a particular sect; this was also portray during Eid ul Azha where coverage of Eid gatherings of a particular sect was given on all media channel as if there is only one school of thought is residing in Pakistan. It was remineded in the resolution that the founder of Pakistan the Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah was Shia while Allama Iqbal was Sunni but both struggle for the establishment of Pakistan due to which Pakistan came into being. After that such forces came into power who were against the creation of Pakistan; because of their baisis the nation suffered many a time and today same lobies are playing their role to prove that Pakistan is a sectarian state which is an open act of violation against theology of Allama Iqbal and the Qauid e Azam. It was requetsed to the judiciary to take a notice of this act of terrorism and that it should play its role to provide the basic rights of all the people of Pakistan according to the ideology of Pakistan. A resolution said the Muslim rulers are responsible whatever is happening to the Islamic World because they keep their rule supreme instead of style of Muslims. Had they performed their responsibilities in the light of Shariat then the Sultanate of Usmania would not have ended and Muslim Ummah would not have divided into pieces and foreigners would not have occupied their resources.

A resolution said no plebiscite could take place in Kashmir and Palestine despite the United Nations Resolutions adopted half a century ago and Kashmir and Al-Quds could not be achieved the basic reason of which is the double standards on the part of Muslim rulers. He said the Muslim rulers love their rule and have nothing to do with Islam. Watching this condition of theirs, the atheist world did not hesitate in committing blasphemy. Muslim Ummah limited itself to just passing a resolution. Not making a joint line of action for severing diplomatic ties with the western countries poses a question mark on the foreign policy of Muslim States.

A resolution said that the shrines of benefactors of Islam were razed to ground in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah about 75 years ago. Can any Muslim condemn desecration of mosques in western countries, restrictions on Islamic Sha’air, desecration of graveyards, putting the Babri Masjid, Dargah Hazratbal and Charaar Sharif at the hands of Zionists and Hindus after that? The resolution made it clear that if the Muslim rulers are sincere with the Islamic World and desire to bring out the Muslim Ummah from the present low then they would have to become united and make clear on the atheist world that attack on any Muslim State, Maslak, and tribe will be considered an attack on the whole Islamic World. The resolution stressed the need of strengthening OIC, achieving right of veto in the Security Council, file a case against western attacks on Islami Sha’air in the International Court of Justice.

The resolution said that Muslims will have to resolve their mutual conflicts at the forum of Islamic Conference instead of fighting against each other. They should adopt a joint stand in the United Nations on annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, plebiscite in Kashmir and Palestine, Muslim genocide against Burmese Muslims, exit of colonial forces from Afghanistan and other Islamic States. They should get the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah restored so that the atheist world could not target the Islamic Sha’air by making an excuse on this count. The resolution said if the atheist world could unite and send the allied forces in Muslim States they whey Muslims could also get themselves unite?

Another resolution expressing concern on increasing activities of the banned terrorist outfits demanded from the government to take the banned outfits to task in the country so that to enable themselves to demand an end to Drone attacks and take action against terrorists infiltrating the country from the neighbouring countries. Concern was also aired on inclusion of banned outfits in alliances and the cooperation they get from the government as well as from the opposition. The resolution demanded that the leadership of all State institutions including Islamic Ideology Council, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Federal Shariat Court should be given to Islamic Makatib turn by turn.

It is a matter of great concern that the electronic media is avoiding to give proper coverage to the representative organization of the Maktab e Tasheyo, the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya while coverage is given to the activities of the baned organization which is a source of strength for the external powers.

The day of Eid ul Azha displays grandeur and unity of the Muslim nation – Hamid Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, October 27: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the day of Eid ul Azha displays grandeur and unity of the Muslim nation which explains that all Muslims are an entity, Arabs have no preference over non Arabs or vice versa the only standard of greatness is one’s piety or one’s faith. The way unity is demonstrated during Eid e Qurban, similarly the whole of the Muslim nation will have to display unity and brotherhood against the conspiracies of the evil powers. He stated this in his special message on the occasion of Eid ul Azha.

Aqae Moosavi emphasized on people with sources not to forget their less fortunate brothers and sisters on Eid; poor and destitute should also be remembered with Kashmiris and Palestinians and priority should be given to those affected by flood and terrorism.

The Quaid Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reminded that in the Holy Quran, Almighty Allah says, “Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad (PBUH & HHP)) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise); Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice. For he who hates you (O Muhammad (PBUH & HHP)), he will be cut off from every posterity (good thing in this world and in the Hereafter).

Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) is one of those prominent Prophets of Almighty Allah who was granted the status of Abdiet, Khilat, Nabowat, Rasalat and Imamat; Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) had to go through many hardships and tests and one of those great tests was to offer a sacrifice of his son Hazrat Ismail (PBUH). The spirit of the grand sacrifice of Khalil e Khuda and Zabeeh Allah put a stamp on their obedience, patience, devotion and their steadfastness towards Almighty Allah. He said that in the history of the mankind this great sacrifice was established as unique and eternal where an old father, on the order of Almighty Allah, sacrificed his son in His (Almighty Allah’s) obedience, which is matchless. Almighty Allah accepted this sacrifice by converting it into a greater sacrifice (Zibhe Azeem). There is no place on earth where the tradition of Ibrahim is not being followed.

Agha Moosavi said that because of being afraid of this spirit of sacrifice the enemy of humanity is utilizing all its energies to cool down this spirit which is portraying Islam as a religion of punishments, using all its energies to prove that Muslims are terrorists; the blasphemy against the signs attributed to Almighty Allah and pious personalities of humanity has become norm against which the Muslim nation, while protesting, proved that no matter the infidel world spends all its power, Almighty Allah has elevated Islam and will keep it that way. He said that those personalities who guided humanity, the dignity and honour of these Prophets, Messengers, Godly people and pious personalities of the religion will not be allowed to be destroyed.

Freedom from difficulties can be attained while following the courageous example of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) – Hamid Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, October 25: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that freedom can be attained from difficulties and problems while following the courageous example of the ambassador of Imam Hussain (PBUH), Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) who accepted to sacrifice his life and proved to the world that the followers of truth only follow the divine orders and who do not bow down rather they make people of Allah to bow down before Almighty Allah. He stated this in his address on the occasion of Youme Safeer e Hussainiat, which is being observed throughout Pakistan as well as all over the world on Friday 9th Zilhajj to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH).

Aqae Moosavi reminded that today those who are leading should follow the pious leadership characteristics of Imam Hussain (PBUH) that, “only those have right to lead who are obedient to Almighty Allah and are following justice and fair play”. He said that all over the world the main reason for unrest and oppression is lack of justice and fair play and duplicity of rulers and leaders. He said that for the diplomatic world the golden saying of Imam Hussain (PBUH) is a beacon of light in which he explained that, “ambassador can be one who should be courageous and brave and what ever message is given to him, he should deliver it without any hesitation”.

Agha Moosavi said that the attack of the international evil on the Muslim nation, especially on the beloved homeland Pakistan, continued and to take stand against this evil the courageous stance of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) must be followed.

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reminded those present that after the demise of the ruler of Shaam, the residents of Kufa wrote numerous letters to Imam Hussain (PBUH) in which they mentioned that they had no leadership and that he (PBUH) should come towards them so that may Almighty Allah guide them on the righteous path through him (PBUH). The letters received by Imam Hussain (PBUH) numbered more then 12000. The son of Ali O Batool (PBUT) replied to the residents of Kufa that your last messenger reached to me, you wrote that you have no guide therefore I should come to you in haste so that Allah may guide you through me. Therefore in light of yours numerous letters and messages I am sending towards you my cousin brother Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) who is my trusted person. If once he reaches you and replies to me positively, then soon I will come towards you. To conclude the letter he (PBUH) said that by God Imam is the one who delivers justice according to the book of Allah, who adopts justice and fair play, accepts the religion of Allah and one who reserves his life for the wish of Almighty Allah (Tareekh e Tabri, Irshaad Sheikh Mufid).

Agha Moosavi said that Imam Hussain (PBUH) offered two rakat salat (Namaz) between Rukan and Maqaam, then called for Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) and informed him of the invitation of the residents of Kufa and of their intentions and then said to him, I am sending you towards them, the will of Allah will be with you and gave him a message for the residents of Kufa that Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) is my trusted person. Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) was so obedient to Imam (PBUH) that he did not put forward any excuse and set off on the order of Imam (PBUH). Hazrat Muslim through his actions showed how obedient one should be towards Allah his Holy Messenger and to Imam.

Aqae Moosavi said that those who think that Imam Hussain (PBUH) didn’t know about the future should ponder that Imam Hussain (PBUH) on the time of farewell to Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) said; soon you and I are going to enter into the circle of martyrs. Agha Moosavi asked did Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) not fulfil the trust put on him by Imam Hussain (PBUH)? No doubt Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) kept all ambassadorial norms before him and not only obeyed the order of his master and his Imam (PBUH) and when due to the cowardice of Kufians the enemy attacked him, Muslim bin Aqeel set such a courageous example which is a beacon of light for the world of bravery. When asked by one of Ibne Zayad’s soldier why he did not salute Ameer (Ibne Zayad) Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH), despite being thirsty and drenched in his own blood replied courageously that my Ameer is Hussain (PBUH). Aqae Moosavi emphasized on a fact that even today in order to take stand courageously against oppression and barbarity the pious character of Muslim bin Aqeel (PBUH) is the best example to follow.

Imam Bqir(as) kissed matyrdom as a punishment of his scholarly and religious services, Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, October 24: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said there is need of practical following of the seerat and character of the pious inheritors of Risalat for the mankind and the followers of religion and Shariat so as to get rid of the international chief of colonial powers and apprised the whole humanity of Islamic knowledge. This was stated by him while addressing a function on the occasion of “International Youm-e-Baqar Al-Uloom” observed throughout the country with devotion and respect to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.) Wednesday.

Agha Moosavi said at present the whole country has been turned into ‘Masaibistan’ owing to problems faced by the whole country. He said a senior lawyer Shakir Ali Rizvi was targeted in Lahore a few days ago and another lawyer Syed Ali Raza was murdered in Karachi the other day which is highly condemnable. He expressed grave concern over target killings going on profusely in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Karachi. He called upon the government to watch crime and politics separately and resolve such problems without any discrimination following the norms of justice and fair-play and take strict action against the law-breakers so as to root out terrorism. He said the citizens of the country cannot be provided with equal and definite protection and the dream of restoring peace could not be realized unless those who take the law into their own hands, carry out jalao-gherao, murder innocent people without any hesitation, get the business closed, give strike calls and create hurdles in way of law are checked. He said the one who talks about lingualism, regionalism and ethnicism, fans biases could not be a friend of Islam and Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief said that the fifth inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar was titled as Baqar Al-Uloom. During his era, he did not bow down before the evil forces. He said the Karbala incident took place when Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar was a child. He saw what happened in Karbala and accompanied his father Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) going through the streets of Kufa and Shaam and visiting the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad while chained but did not complained at any stage rather heard the khutbaat of Sani-e-Zehra Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) and his father Syed-us-Sajideen (A.S.). He kept the flag of bravery, freedom and Shahadat high and remained confronted with six dictators in his era i.e. Yazid, Walid Bin Abdul Malik, Sulaiman Abdul Malik, Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, Yazid Bin Abdul Malik, and Hasham Bin Abdul Malik.

Agha Moosavi said that except Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, all others tried to overcome him through oppression, brutality, imprisonment but Baqar Al-Uloom did not stop disseminating the Mustafvi thoughts and Haideri knowledge. He said Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.) unearthed many secrets of Uloom and Ma’arif and stated such realities about the commandments and Uloom that no one could deny the same. He kissed Shahadat as a punishment of his scholarly and religious services. The grave of Imam Baqar (A.S.) in Jannatul Baqee besides his grandma Zahra (S.A.) is the source of inspiration even today. He said the Shahadat of Imam Baqar (A.S.) left the unforgettable imprints on the hearts of the Muslim Ummah. There is a saying of the Imam (A.S.) that goes: There are three most important deeds — keep in view cooperation and sympathy with Muslims; keep in view justice and fair-play while making a decision; and keep remembering Allah all the time in all conditions.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while paying condolences in Bargah-e-Risalat on the occasion of this tragic moment reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle in supporting the oppressed and their protest against the blasphemous American movie.

Moosavi: Capitalism is devouring the economies of the poor nations, There is need to adopt the spirit of Abuzar (R.A.) to thwart colonialism and disseminate Islam who had sacrificed his life for an end to capitalism

RAWALPINDI, October 22: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that colonial system based on fraud is trampling the humanity while the colonial media was sowing the seeds of lies and capitalism is devouring the economies of the poor nations. There is need to adopt the spirit of Abuzar (R.A.) to thwart colonialism and disseminate Islam who had sacrificed his life for an end to capitalism, achievement of human rights and protection of the Islamic system. Muslim media is under the obligation to publicise the character and thoughts of flag-bearer of Islam’s economic equality, Sahabi-e-Rasool Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.). This was stated by him while addressing Majlis Abuzar Ghaffari (R.A.) here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Abuzar’ on Monday. He also announced to observe ‘Youm-e-Baqar Al-Uloom’ on Zilhijj 7 in connection with the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said oppression and brutality could be defeated by following the pious life of Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.). He said Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) was a great personality whose actual name was Jandab Bin Janadah and he belonged to Banu Ghaffar tribe. He said Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) was strongly against shirk and idolism even before coming on Iman. On hearing the news of Rasool’s (SAAW) Ba’asat, he rushed to Makkah, remained a guest of Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and then presented himself in Bargah-e-Nabuwwat. The Holy Prophet (SAAW) made him sit and advised to recite Kalma-e- Shahadatain and asked him to return to his motherland saying that your cousin has died and you are the lone inherent to him. Go and take care of his Jagir and come when we call you.

The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) enjoys the singular honour of being the fifth personality of accepting the invitation of Islam who came to Khana-e-Ka’aba soon after accepting Islam and on seeing a group of Quraish announced the witness of Allah’s oneness and Risalat of Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) without any fear and hesitation. Atheists who were disturbed on the teachings of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) started beating Abuzar (R.A.) when they heard Kalma-e-Tauheed from him to extent that he started bleeding profusely but Abuzar (R.A.) kept on reciting Kalma-e-Shahdatain. In the meanwhile, Rasool’s (SAAW) uncle Hazrat Abbas came there and asked atheist to leave this personality and if anything wrong happened to him then no Quraish caravan could come back safely from Syria because they all have to pass through the Bani Ghaffar tribe. Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) went back to his tribe on the directive of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) and continued preaching Islam there. He won the Ziarat-e-Rasool (SAAW) in Madinah after his (SAAW) Hijrat.

Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) never hesitated from speaking truth that is why Hazrat Ali (A.S.) on an occasion had said: O, people, fear from Allah. I have heard the Rasool (SAAW) saying that no person on the earth and under the sky is more truthful than Abuzar (R.A.). He said Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) was sent into exile as a punishment of speaking truth. He said Hazrat Abuzar reached Rabzah in exile, lonely life, no helper, cattleheads died after a few days, then offspring passed away, then passed away his wife and now Abuzar (R.A.) was alone in the Rabzah desert along with his daughter. Abuzar (R.A.) kissed death after remaining hungry and thirsty for three days. His four-year-old daughter was sitting in front of father’s body in that desert, she raised hue and cry that reached Bargah-e-Aqdas.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that all of a sudden an Iraqi caravan appeared and the minor girl remembered her father’s will. She told the people in the caravan that the Sahabi-e-Rasool (R.A.) has died and his body is without a coffin awaiting burial. Tareekh-e-A’asam says that Hazrat Malik-e-Ashtar, Hanaf Bin Qais Tamimi, Sa’asa Bin Sohaan Abdee, Kharja Bin Salath Tamimi, Abdullah Bin Muslim Tamimi and some others participated in his funeral. Malik-e-Ashtar gave the coffin for Hazrat Abuzar’s (R.A.) body that he had purchased for 4,000 dirhams. This test of Hazrat Abuzar (R.A.) is a lesson for the pious people of Allah. Therefore, he added, the world of humanity will have to adopt the Faqr-e-Buzari for solution to all problems and for an end to difficulties.

ISLAMABAD, October 20: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the historic decision of Asghar Khan Case is the victory of justice and fair-play and a lesson for all. If the democracy was not trampled then Pakistan would not have the bloodbath at the hand of terrorism and no tyranny would have been implemented and the suicide attack would not have reached to such extent. People are tired to picking bodies the last hope of the nation i.e. judiciary should also take notice of terrorism. There is no Maktabi conflict in Pakistan rather he has been turned into a battlefield of foreign powers. Muslim rulers should file a case against humiliation of Allah and Rasool (SAAW) in the International Court of Justice. The Islamic World could be saved from difficulties by following in the footsteps of Ahle Bait Ataar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). Youm-e-Abuzar will be observed on Zilhijj 5. These views were expressed by him while addressing the praying session of the Youm-e-Tarheem gathering at Jamia Al-Murtaza here in the Federal Capital observed throughout the country to pay homage to the Lahore and Karachi lawyers Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi and Waqar Hussain, security officials, innocent citizens and others who fell victim to terrorism in Quetta, Karachi and elsewhere.

Agha Moosavi said that the real cause of crises faced by Pakistan is non-provision of justice and fair-play. He said the Supreme Court decision could only be effective when the norms of justice and fair-play are fulfilled and real culprits are given exemplary punishment after being unveiled and restrictions on taking part in elections are imposed on them. He said the Asghar Khan case’s decision has proved that if the 1990 elections had not been rigged then the dictatorship would not have been imposed in the motherland and Pakistan would not have been targeted in the garb of 9/11.

The TNFJ chief prayed for the departed souls of all those who fell victim to terrorism including Lahore and Karachi senior lawyers Shakir Ali Rizvi and Waqar Hussain, security officials and innocent citizens. He also prayed for the early recovery of Swat student Malalah Yousufzai and freedom of Aafia Siddiqi. He demanded from the Muslim States to run cases against the producers of the blasphemous movies and punish them under the Blasphemy Act after getting hold of them from the western countries and America. He said all sections of society should accept the supremacy of judiciary and give priority to justice and fair-play in all matters. He said the only objective of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) was to wage practical struggle for justice and fair-play.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that today oppression and hypocrisy is reigning all around, therefore it is necessary for the followers of righteousness to promote the mission of Mashaheer-e-Islam who sacrificed their lives. The pious companion of the Rasool (SAAW) Abuzar Ghaffari (R.A.) spent all his life for this purpose. There is a saying of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) about Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffari (R.A.) that the sky did not shelter such a person and the earth did not carry weight of a person who is more truthful than Abuzar. Agha Moosavi condemns the gory murder of a senior lawyer Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi Advocate, announces Youm-e-Tarheem

RAWALPINDI, October 19: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the gory murder of a senior lawyer Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi Advocate in Lahore and the blast in the FC van at Badeeni Stop of Saryab Road in Quetta and termed these incidents of terrorism and naked barbarism continuing in the country since Zia era. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he announced to observe country-wide ‘Youm-e-Tarheem’ on Saturday to pay homage to Shaheed Shakir Ali Rizvi Advocate and other Shuhada who fell to terrorism. He called upon the people to remain peaceful and avoid jalao-gherao and any provocation. He said Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem should be organised for those who fell victim to terrorism without any discrimination, for early recovery of Swat student Malalah Yousufzai, and return of Aafia Siddiqui and raise protest against blasphemous American movie remaining peaceful.

Agha Moosavi lamented that some foreign States have turned the Pakistan soil into a battlefield for the sake of their benefits, and no field, institution and person of the motherland is safe so much so that security officials, educationists, ulema, doctors, lawyers, traders, industrialists, landlords, and poor fell victim to terrorism. He said more than three dozen terrorist groups were active with new names and main reason behind terrorism and incidents of arson and riot is their participation in political alliances and the media coverage. He said the tragic part of the story is that the government and the opposition parties present the banned groups joining their political alliances as representatives of the Makatib which is highly condemnable.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that repeated appeals were made to the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of all incidents of terrorism reported from Karachi, Quetta, Lahore and elsewhere, unveil the culprits and give them exemplary punishment. He said the enemy desires not to murder us but Pakistan that is why no day passes without an incident of terrorism. Therefore, he added, all institutions should take decisive steps to root out terrorism while the people are also under the obligation to express their hatred against the banned groups, do not allow them to join their ranks. The media should also avoid giving coverage to the banned groups, he added.

RAWALPINDI, October 15: The two-day high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan held under the presidentship of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded here Monday after reviewing important national and international matters and passing various resolutions. The meeting finalised the policy viz. oncoming Muharramul Haram that will be announced by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya through a Press conference soon. According to the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, the resolutions adopted unanimously expressed concern over problems faced by the Islamic World and Pakistan. A resolution said the Muslim rulers are responsible whatever is happening to the Islamic World because they keep their rule supreme instead of style of Muslims. Had they performed their responsibilities in the light of Shariat then the Sultanate of Usmania would not have ended and Muslim Ummah would not have divided into pieces and foreigners would not have occupied their resources.

A resolution said no plebiscite could take place in Kashmir and Palestine despite the United Nations Resolutions adopted half a century ago and Kashmir and Al-Quds could not be achieved the basic reason of which is the double standards on the part of Muslim rulers. He said the Muslim rulers love their rule and have nothing to do with Islam. Watching this condition of theirs, the atheist world did not hesitate in committing blasphemy. Muslim Ummah limited itself to just passing a resolution. A resolution said that the shrines of benefactors of Islam were razed to ground in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah about 75 years ago. Can any Muslim condemn desecration of mosques in western countries, restrictions on Islamic Sha’air, desecration of graveyards, putting the Babri Masjid, Dargah Hazratbal and Charaar Sharif at the hands of Zionists and Hindus after that? The resolution made it clear that if the Muslim rulers are sincere with the Islamic World and desire to bring out the Muslim Ummah from the present low then they would have to become united and make clear on the atheist world that attack on any Muslim State, Maslak, and tribe will be considered an attack on the whole Islamic World. The resolution stressed the need of strengthening OIC, achieving right of veto in the Security Council, file a case against western attacks on Islami Sha’air in the International Court of Justice.

The resolution said that Muslims will have to resolve their mutual conflicts at the forum of Islamic Conference instead of fighting against each other. They should adopt a joint stand in the United Nations on annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, plebiscite in Kashmir and Palestine, Muslim genocide against Burmese Muslims, exit of colonial forces from Afghanistan and other Islamic States. They should get the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah restored so that the atheist world could not target the Islamic Sha’air by making an excuse on this count. The resolution said if the atheist world could unite and send the allied forces in Muslim States they whey Muslims could also get themselves unite?

Another resolution expressing concern on increasing activities of the banned terrorist outfits demanded from the government to take the banned outfits to task in the country so that to enable themselves to demand an end to Drone attacks and take action against terrorists infiltrating the country from the neighbouring countries. Concern was also aired on inclusion of banned outfits in alliances and the cooperation they get from the government as well as from the opposition. The resolution demanded that the leadership of all State institutions including Islamic Ideology Council, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Federal Shariat Court should be given to Islamic Makatib turn by turn. The meeting announced to observe the following days: International Ayyam-e-Taqwa from 27-2 Ziqa’ad, Youm-e-Abuzar on 5 Zilhijj, Youm Baqar Al-Uloom on 7 Zilhijj, Youm Safeer-e-Hussainiyyat on 9 Zilhijj, Youm Sharikatul Hussain on 16 Zilhijj, International Hafta-e-Wilayat from 17-14 Zilhijj, Youm-e-Nazoor Hal-Atta on 25 Zilhij.

RAWALPINDI, October 14: The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said there is always a limit to independence and when someone’s hand reaches the collar of another that is not considered independent but it turns into interference and aggression. No one has love for the people of Balochistan rather the eye the natural resources of Balochistan. Carrying out practical politics in the name of sect and Maktab or tantamount to inviting death to electoral politics.Azadari is the most effect protection of the oppressed and peaceful protest against the oppressor for which no sacrifice would be spared. The western world banking on modern resources and strongest technology at their disposal has started a dangerous and fearsome drive to instigate the international point of view against Muslims and were all energy is being utilised to make the Muslim culture dubious and to prove that Islam is the religion of punishments and Muslims are terrorists and extremists. This was stated by him while delivering his presidential address at the two-day high level meeting of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih. Delegates from all the four provinces including Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan attended the meeting.

Agha Moosavi said that the Taghooti forces not only limited themselves to this rather they reached the source of religion, Shariat i.e. KhatmiMartabat (SAAW) and used different tactics to commit blasphemy. He said the Muslim States despite being laced with all types of natural resources are poor in faith because their rulers were bowing before the colonial powers in spite of bowing down before Allah and they are also being supported by the media. He said after the 9/11 incident, Muslim rulers are constantly being misused by the colonial powers; Iraq and Afghanistan have been destructed, interference is being committed against Tunis, Yemen, Egypt and now in Syria. The tragic part of the story is that all this is being done by misusing Muslim; the colonial powers get restrictions imposed on any Muslim State they like through Arab League and OIC and then attack them. He said the Muslim rulers playing in the hands of colonial powers were wholly responsible for the poor conditions of Muslims and the Muslim World could get itself rid of all problems and difficulties if they give up submissive attitude against colonial powers.

The TNFJ chief while commenting on the resolution adopted by the Parliament for setting up All Parties Commission on Balochistan, Agha Moosavi reiterate his point of view that as a first step all tribes and parties from Balochistan should summon their own meeting, lay out joint points and propose solution of the same. He said the colonial powers have no love with the people of Balochistan rather they eye the natural treasures of Balochistan and to devour the same.

Giving his point of view on the echoes of general elections in the country and the political alliances in making he said all powers should keep it in mind that practical politics in the name of Maktab is tantamount to inviting death and those who do that would die their own death. He said neither our forefathers bargained on their beliefs, ideologies and rights nor would they or their future generations would do so. We promote Sunni-Shia unity and brotherhood while ‘Wila’, ‘Aza’ are our faith that we could not give up. If the government is sincere in restoration of peace in the country then they should stop the officially banned terrorist groups from working with new name and media should not give them coverage while people also announce their practical hatred against them otherwise, he added, we all have to be ready for more trouble.

Agha Moosavi said there are only two ideologies in the country. Like Kufr is a millat, similarly Islam is also a millat. The motherland Pakistan came into being as a result of Two-Nation Theory and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had gathered Muslims of the sub-continent under one flag by raising the slogan of “Pakistan KaMatlabKiya, La IllahaIllallah”. But, he added, after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam Pakistan was taken over by those who used to give bath to the pet animals of the British and polished their boots. He said the absolute dictator and colonial agent ZiaulHaq tried to convert Pakistan into a State of a particular Maktab which move was thwarted by TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya and a written agreement came into being on May 21, 1985 as a result of our struggle in martial law era during which an 8-month long peaceful agitation was launched. This agreement, he added, guarantees rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih and today motherland Pakistan is no more a sectarian State. Later, the same dictator got a controversial private Shariat Bill introduced which we rejected saying that there is no need of any Shariat Bill in the presence of 1973 Constitution because Shariat is imposed through pious hearts and not through Shariat Bills. He said today the whole nation is reaping the fruits of the terrorism crop sown by Zia’s tyranny.

The Quaid-i-MillatJafariy Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the delegates of the high level meeting to organise provincial, regional and district level meetings in their respective areas and inform the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih about the problems faced by him and organisedAzadariprogrammes with more fanfare and dignity. Universal Days of Grief to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali ibne Musa Al Raza (PBUH)

RAWALPINDI, October 10: According to the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the Universal Days of Grief on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of the eighth Imam Hazrat Ali ibne Musa Raza (PBUH) will start on Wednesday. At the same occasion likewise all over the world mourning assemblies will be held and coffin processions will take place. An important meeting of the TNFJ’s universal Days of Grief committee was held and presided over by Dr S M Rizvi, the convener of the committee.

RAWALPINDI, October 5: The Youm-e-Shuhada was observed Friday in Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and all the four provinces to pay homage to the Shuhada of the religion and motherland including Shaheed Muhammad Hussain Shad, Ashraf Ali Rizvi, and Safdar Ai Naqvi on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem and prayer gatherings were organised in all small and big cities and towns in which it was reiterated that the sacrifices of the Shuhada will not be let go waste and no sacrifice would be spared for the protection of Two-Nation Theory. In Rawalpindi, a huge protest demonstration was staged against the American blasphemous movie under the auspices of Hayyat Tulaba-e-Islam during which the protesters carried banners and placards inscribed with different slogans.

Earlier, Mufti Basim Zahiri addressing the Youm-e-Shuhada Majlis at Ali Hall said that protection of high religious values and achievement of targets had been the habit of Khasan-e-Khuda, the representatives of Allah confronted dictators, tyrant rulers, and oppressors in every era and did not hesitate in offering any sacrifice in this struggle. He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and all Makatib played an equal role in its creation and development. He said about a quarter century ago when a tyrant ruler tried to turn it into a State of a particular thought contrary to the motherland’s ideology, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya not only stopped them from doing so rather thwarted that heinous conspiracy by taking over the Pakistan Secretariat in 1980. But, he added, when they again tried to do so on the desire of some satanic powers by adopting the policy of ‘divide and rule’, the TNFJ started a peaceful agitation and courted 14,000 arrests.

Basim Zahiri said Syed Safdar Hussain Naqvi (Rawalpindi), and Syed Ashraf Ali Rizvi (Mailsi, Multan) kissed Shahadat as a result of which Junejo-Moosavi agreement came into being on May 21, 1985 and today the official religion of Pakistan is not any sect or Maktab but Islam. He said the colonial powers are after Islam and the Islamic World and were challenging the honour of Muslims by humiliating Quran, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and Mashaheer-e-Islam. He called upon the ICC to take suo moto notice of the above stated blasphemous movie and give exemplary punishment to the culprits fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play so that no one could have the courage to humiliate Allah and His Rasool (SAAW).

RAWALPINDI, October 3: The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Shuhada on Friday, October 5 to pay homage to the Shuhada of the religion and motherland including Shaheed Muhammad Hussain Shad, Ashraf Ali Rizvi, and Safdar Ai Naqvi without any discrimination on the part of Maktab and Maslak. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said according to a saying of Imam Aali Muqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) life is commensurate with belief (ideology) and jehad doing struggle for which is a blessing and presenting life for its protection and promotion is Shahadat which is our inheritance while death of the Shaheed is the life of the nation.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan has a singular honour in the community of nations that it came into being on the basis of belief and ideology therefore, anti-ideology forces were after it right from the beginning that have not let any chance go wasteto cause harm to it. He said unfortunately the rulers who were imposed on Pakistan after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam gave a sense of deprivation to the people, excesses against Balochis increased during the Ayub era and this chain continued in Ziaul Haq and Musharraf eras and is still going on unabated. He said perhaps it would not be wise to blame the security institutions and secret agencies for excesses in Balochistan because we feel that those powers are involved in these activities that were responsible for Fall of Dhaka. He said not only Balochies but Hazara community, Punjabi, Sindhi and Pakhtoons are also being killed and are removed from the scene.

The TNFJ chief said at one hand Attaullah Mengal is being offered to lead the caretaker government while politicians met his son AkhtarMengal but rulers remained unwise by keep away from him on the other despite his six points within the legal limits and soluble. He termed the statement of Gen. Kayani before leaving on Russian tour that all work should be done in line with the Constitution as a good omen. He said the enemy should keep in mind that we keep the Two-Nation Theory valuable for us, and we can sacrifice everything but would not budge an inch from our ideology. He said the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya is presenting sacrifices for the Two-Nation Theory since 1983 and thousands sons of the soil including Muhammad Hussain Shad, Ashraf Ali Rizvi and Safdar Ali Naqvi have presented their lives for the protection of Nazria-e-Asaasi. He said the enemy does not target any Sunni, Shia, Sindhi, Mohajir, Baloch or Pakhtoon rather she desires to murder Pakistan only, insult the Two-Nation Theory has become her habit. He said Islam is given respect to a common man and could not bear insult of a complete personality (SAAW) who was sent as a blessing for the whole humanity.

The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has appealed to continue the voice of peaceful protest against blasphemous American movie in the Youm-e-Shuhadaprogrammes because raising voice against those who trample the honour and dignity of Islam, Sha’air-e-Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam is not only obligatory rather we can die but would not allow the Islamic ideology die. He said by organizing Quran Khwani, prayer services and Majalis-e-Tarheem for all those countrymen who fell victim to terrorism throughout the country including Shuhada of Balochistan, Karachi, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Parachinar, Hazara, and Punjab give proof of being a living nation.

Meanwhile, a TNFJ central committee has been formed to organiseYoum-e-Shuhadaprogrammes. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated as convener while M.H. Jafri will be the secretary of this committee.

All rulers, politicians and tribal leaders should be subjected to accountability for Baluchistan issues, Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, October 1: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said sincerity of purpose, devotion with the religion and motherland is necessary for solution of all national and provincial issues. The Baluchistan issues are not for a few days rather old, therefore, all former rulers, politicians and tribal leaders are responsible and they all should be subject to accountability. The tribal leaders and party leaders should summon All Balochistan Conference and lay down joint points presenting the solution of the same as there is no issue that has no solution.

These views were expressed by him while addressing the concluding function held at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih in connection with the International Ayyam-e-Zamin.

Agha Moosavi said the duplicity in words and deeds is the real cause of problems. He said the question arises that who has created these issues? The reason of war and conflict the world over is denial of people’s rights, if these rights are given according to the constitution of their respective countries then this country could be turned into a hub of peace and brotherhood of all Masalik, Makatib could be achieved. He said it is a recognised fact that there is no Maktabi or tribal conflict in Balochistan because this prescription is against the norms of culture prevailing there. He is sticking to one thing that whatever is happening in Balochistan is the work of any particular department is not correct. He advised Sardar Akhtar Mengal not to link his six points with that of Shaikh Mujeeb because he was the elected leader from East Pakistan and his points carried separation of Pakistan. While, he said, the six points of Sardar Akhtar Mengal do not talk about separation from Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief advised the Baloch Sardars to get their status recognised by participating in elections, that way they can become to rule the whole country instead of a province. Moreover, they should publicise their six points for the people so as to remove the accusations levelled against them. He said the government should also take first step in meeting the representatives from Balochistan and tell them that have the solution to their problems. He said army used to go to Balochistan to control situation there and incidents of murder and arson were also reported in previous eras and Sardars of every tribe had been the rulers of the province. He said Baloch Sardars do not recognize one another, the situation in Balochistan would not have taken this turn had there no incident of Nawab Akbar Bugti. He called upon everyone to gain strength for the survival and solidarity of the motherland.

Reiterating his complete support to the Balochistan issues, Agha Moosavi said we share our grief and happiness and we are with our Baloch brethren in this hour of trial. He said incidents of murder and arson were not limited to Balochistan only rather other provinces are also affected. In Karachi around 250 people fall prey to target killings. He said we are reiterating our demand for the quarter a century and have also appealed the present Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of these incidents, unveil the culprits and get the country rid of this menace.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the 8th inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Imam Ali Bin Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) bore all problems for the dignity of the humanity but kept the flag of Hurmat-e-Insaniyyat fluttering high till last. RAWALPINDI, September 30: In accordance with the announced Ayam e Zamin by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, likewise the whole world, the celebrations of the birth anniversary of the eighth Imam, Imam Ali Ibn e Musa Raza (PBUH) continued throughout the country on Saturday. While addressing to a program of Ayam e Zaman arranged by Hayat Tuluba e Islamia at Aza Khana Masooma e Kum, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that to take the humanity out of the grip of insult and humiliation, it is very much necessary to follow the practices of Imam Raza (PBUH). He reiterated that the all of the holy members of the Holy Prophet’s progeny are appointed by Allah Almighty to propagate the Oneness of Allah and the message of His Messenger Muhammad (PBUH & HHP). TNFJ announces to observe International Ayyam Imam-e-Zamin from 9-12 Ziqa’ad

RAWALPINDI, September 25: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has announced to observe Youm-e-Wiladat Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Ali Bin Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) from 9-12 Ziqa’ad as International Ayyam Imam-e-Zamin on the directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In a statement issued here he said that it is a recognised fact that the human being is respectable and the whole universe has been left at his disposal. He said Anbia Karaam were sent to the protection and defence of humanity and the followers of these Anbia were still present in east, west, north and south who are leading their lives according to their religions’ principles. The different nations have their own Mashaheer whose deeds are respectable for them. He said no one would like it that anyone calls names to their elders.

Syed Mazhar Shah said that protest is the basic right of everyone that has been utilized against every oppression therefore, he added, full voice of protest will be raised against the blasphemous American movie during the International Ayyam Imam-e-Zamin. This protest will continue till rooting out of oppressors and achievement of rights of the oppressed. He said there are about 200 member States of the United Nations out of which one-fourth are Muslim therefore it is the responsibility of them all to raise voice of protest against the blasphemous American movie. He said the 57 Muslim States are under the obligation viz. Shariat, moral and legal to present a joint resolution in the General Assembly of the United Nations to declare humiliation of any religion, Sha’air, Mashaheer, and holy books as cognizable offence and include the proposed clause in the United Nations manifesto. Moreover, he added, the culprits of the present act of preparing the blasphemous movie should be given exemplary punishment under that clause so that no one could dare take such a step in future.

The TNFJ Secretary General said during the protest against any oppression, the satanic forces sabotage such protests through jalao-gherao and causing loss of life and property through their agents as has been done during the recent protest depriving many families of their bread-earners. He said those Shuhada who lost their lives during the recent protests are Ashqaan-e-Rasool. Condemning the torching of a church in Mardan he termed this incident as tragic and challenged that from the creation of Adam (A.S.) to-date no Muslim has ever committed humiliation of any Nabi, Rasool, Wali, religion and places of worship rather Islam condemns any such activity.

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said that issuing a condemnation on the part of Iranian Speaker is not enough. He said Iran should immediately summon the OIC meeting and demand the United Nations to debate the issue of blasphemous movie on priority basis. He said the whole Islamic World would have to make it clear that sanctity of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) and holy books is the matter of life and death for us. We can embrace death but we the Ghulaman-e-Mustafa would never accept humiliation of Islam, Quran, and Mashaheer-e-Islam. He said the Imam-e-Zamin Hazrat Ali Ibne Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) wrote those chapters of the history of guidance that will always be remembered and the difficulties in every era could be overcome by following the same.

Meanwhile, a central committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise the International Ayyam Imam-e-Zamin programmes. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as convener, M.H. Jafri as deputy convener and Syed Mohsin Zaidi as secretary of this committee.

Silent TNFJ protest rallies condemns blasphemous movie

ISLAMABAD, September 23: Silent protest rallies and conferences were organised by Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya throughout the country Sunday against colonial terrorism in Pakistan, desecrated film-gardi, publication of blasphemous images and desecration of Sha’air Allah by France and other countries on the concluding day of Ayyam Rasool-e-Azam on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Agha Moosavi addressing the ‘Azmat Khair-ul-Bashar Conference’ here at Jamia Murtaza desecration against the Zaat-e-Mustafa (SAAW) will never be accepted. He said the film-makers should be tried in the courts of Muslim States and given punishment, then the handing over of these culprits should be demanded under the international laws, and if could not be done then all Muslim States should surrender the United Nations membership. He said the western articles should be boycotted and if the oil imports are stopped and trade routes are blocked for western countries then they will be forced to bow down before Muslims. He said the United Nations should declare the desecration of Mashaheer and holy places of all religions a cognizable offence and those who commit such a crime should be tried in courts under war crimes.

The TNFJ chief said jalao-gherao and damaging the public and private property in the name of protest against the blasphemous American film are condemnable activities and come in the category of Fisaad-fil-Arz that is highly punishable in Islam. Therefore, those who carried out jalao-ghearo and caused harm to the public and private property on the occasion of Youm Ishq-e-Rasool observed by the government Friday without consulting the elite personalities of the country, political and religious parties should be arrested forthwith and given an exemplary punishment. The loss should be compensated and the bereaved families of the Shuhada Ishq-e-Rasool should be extended monetary help. The peaceful protest of the oppressed would continue till justice and fair-play is restored and oppression is rooted out.

Agha Moosavi quoting a recognised Hadees said a Muslim is the one from the hand and tongue of whom other Muslim remains safe while Momin is the one from whom the life, wealth and honour of the whole humanity remains safe. He said Islam even provides protection to insects and condemns all types of aggression and bias. He said like Bani Ummayad misused the name of Islam, Banu Abbas misused the name of Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and Gen. Ziaul Haq misused the name of Shariat, similarly some powers were sabotaging the universal protest against the blasphemous American film by misusing the name of Hazoor (SAAW) and their target is jalao-gherao, get the innocent people killed, cause harm to the citizens of motherland Pakistan, and earn a bad name for Islam and Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief demanded from the government to set-up a high level tribunal to investigate riots carried out in the garb of protest and given the culprits exemplary punishment as per law. He said we have to make it clear on the world through our deeds that Islam is the religion of peace and tranquillity that consideres causing harm to innocent human beings a sin. He said it is utmost responsibility of the rulers, politicians, and the media in particular to avoid taking any such step that may add to the woes of the people. He posed some questions: Who allowed more than three dozen banned terrorist groups to come to the media and open spaces? Why banned groups were made sit on different TV channels in a situation before the Youm Ishq-e-Rasool and after that? On the contrary why media is not ready to cover the patriotic forces desirous of country’s integrity and solidarity and only give coverage to the statements and demonstrations of those who spread thrill which is tragic condemnable?

Agha Moosavi said declaring to summon the OIC meeting of foreign minister insufficient reminded that the organisation came into being in the backdrop of Masjid-e-Aqsa fire carnage and its manifesto should have included that respect of all holy personalities and religion will be ensured and loose language and indecent incidents against them could be stopped. He said the United Nations Secretary General, OIC, Arab League and Motamar Alam Islami would have to answer that why any legislation was not carried out against desecration of world religions, holy books and Mashaheer despite the passage of 35 years and why it has not been brought to the United Nations? Had this been done, he added, no one would have the courage to make the blasphemous American movie. He said if American can punish Pakistani daughter Afia Siddiqui, Ramzi Yousuf and Aimal Kansi after getting them hold from Pakistan then the Chief Justices of the Islamic States should also do that, take notice of the American film, take suo moto notice, try them and given them punishment in line with the respective laws of their country.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi condemned the partial American reaction against the blasphemous film by the Islamic World that American interests should not be harmed. He said if America loves her interests that much then she should keep in mind that no honourable Muslim could even bear any humiliation against the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW), we can sacrifice our lives but would never allow anyone to cause any harm to the sanctity of Quran, Rasool (SAAW), Sha’air Allah and Mashaheer of religion and Shariat.

RAWALPINDI, September 21: Rallies were taken out from all big cities and towns of the country to record their protest on the blasphemous American film on TNFJ Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi’s call on the opening day of the three-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Rasool Azam (SAAW) which are being observed from 21-23 September to highlight the universal protest against the humiliating American film-gardi.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has called upon the the OIC, Arab League and Motamar-e-Islami to file case of blasphemous American movie in the ICC, the United Nations should summon emergent session and those who committed blasphemy should be booked in Muslim States and given exemplary punishments. He said when Pakistani daughter Aafia Siddiqui could be tried and other Pakistanis including Ramzi Yousuf and Aimal Kasi could be taken away from Pakistan and sent to the gallows then why those who commit blasphemy against the Rasool-e-Azam (SAAW) could not be booked and punished? This was stated by him while delivering his special address on the opening day of the three-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Rasool Azam (SAAW).

Agha Moosavi said had the Muslim Ummah followed the sayings of the Nabi (SAAW) and did not trample the honour of the Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Mukhaderaat-e-Ismat and Taharat (A.S.) by taking them to the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad without ‘chaddar’ after the Rasool (SAAW) and did not commit the desecration of the shrines of Hazoor’s (SAAW) elders, Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.), pious Azwaaj, and pious Sahaba Kubaar and other holy shrines in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah in the previous century, then the atheist world would have the courage to commit insult of Quran Majeed, Bait Allah, Sha’air Allah, Mashaheer-e-Islam and making blasphemous images and the movie.

The TNFJ chief said that the atheist world has always considered the Islamic World and the Mashaheer of religion and Shariat a hurdle in their way. RAWALPINDI, September 19: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that insult of the Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) is the insult of the whole humanity on which every honourable human being and Muslim has become the symbol of protest but, he lamented, that heads of all 57 States have adopted a ‘joint strategy’ not to take any action against it at any diplomatic level. If the emergent meetings of the United Nations, OIC and Arab League could be summoned to fix Syria, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan then why any Islamic State has not yet approached the United Nations, OIC or Arab League on desecration of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) being committed the day in and day out? The statement of the American foreign office saying they have no concern with the blasphemous movies is not acceptable; awarding Rushies with awards and titles is an open proof of American patronage of those elements who prepare heinous conspiracies against Muslims. If talking about holocaust is a cognizable offence in western countries to please Zionists, punishments are given on desecration of heads of States and national flags then why those who commit humiliation of Islam, Quran and the Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) have been given a free hand to do so? There is need to follow in the footsteps of Khanwada-e-Rasool (A.S.) to protect the dignity of Islam, Rasool (SAAW) and Quran. This was stated by him while addressing the ‘Mehfil Kareema Ahle Bait’ on the occasion of Youm Azmat-e-Niswan observed in connection with the Youm-e-Wiladat Purnoor of Masoom-e-Qum Hazrat Fatima Binte Moosa Ibne Jafar Al-Kazim (S.A.)

Agha Moosavi said that Muslims have the basic right to stage protest on humiliation of the Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) that is also proved from Quran. He said the satanic powers could not root out devotion of the Rasool (SAAW) in the hearts of Muslims rather it is such a candle that is lit even more in winds. He appealed the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan not to give to become outrageous during the protest and do not take any such step that may cause any harm to Islam and Muslims and benefit the colonial powers. He said the Muslim rulers should give up fearing the American colonial powers and immediately summon the OIC and the United Nations sessions otherwise they should give up membership of these organisations.

The TNFJ chief said that from amongst great personalities of the Khanwada-e-Ismat, there is a daughter of Hazrat Musa Bin Jafar, Masooma Fatima (S.A.) who is famous as Masooma-e-Qum. The Qum has the honour that as per a saying of the Masooma’s Jadd Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), Makkah is the Allah’s Harm, Madinah is Rasool’s (SAAW) Harm, Kofa is Ali Ibne Abi Talib’s (A.S.) Harm as he shifted from Madina to Kofa to carry out the deeds of Khalifate. Similary, Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) said Qum is our Harm, soon this soil will become the burial place of my daughter and one who will offer its Ziarat, heaven will be become obligatory for him (Reference Safinat Al-Bahar, edition 1, page 550).

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said whereas Zaat-e-Illahi laced people with honour, there are also some renowned woman personalities in the universe who have set high examples of sacrifice on the basis of protecting the religion and Shariat. He said a woman whose value was less than a goat, and who was sent from lap to the grave but the Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat laced her with honour and dignity, made heaven obligatory under her feet and consider daughters a blessing. He said Islam laced woman with all rights. All members of the Khanwada-e-Risalat whether small, big were the symbols of Zuhd-o-Taqwa and every man and woman of them is the best example to follow for the world of humanity.

Moosavi condemns the bomb attack on Zaireen’s bus

ISLAMABAD, September 18: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the bomb attack on Zaireen’s bus coming to Mastung from Iran and termed this incident as failure of the government and ignoring the protecting of life and wealth of the people. On one side colonial powers are testing the honour of Muslims through blasphemous movie while they desire to divide them through terrorism and biases, on the other. The whole Islamic World is on the colonial target and the real faces of the so-called champions of human rights have been unveiled on this blasphemous act.

In a statement issued here Tuesday, Agha Moosavi said that we have several times sought the attention of the powers that be saying that a security plan under the supervision of the army should be developed for safeguarding the strategic routes i.e. Quetta to Iran, Peshawar to Afghanistan en route Parachinar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa to China en route Gilgit-Baltistan Shahrae Raisham. He lamented that more than three dozens of banned groups were openly wandering about and igniting fire through their deeds and calls, arrange to shed blood of the innocent and then are seen singing the peaceful tones on TV channels and fora while the rulers were befooling the people with their hollow slogans and people are watching them helplessly. If any terrorist is arrested then courts set them free on the basis of poor investigations thus providing the certificate of piousness to terrorists. RAWALPINDI, September 17: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that if the Muslim Ummah desires to root out blasphemy, end to satanic activities, and heighten the dignity of Sha’air Allah, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Mashaheer-e-Din and Shariat then they have to inculcate the spirit of Abu Talib (A.S.) in their hearts. This was stated by him while addressing a special function on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat Purnoor of Nigehban-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih.

Agha Moosavi said that today the colonial and atheist powers have crossed all moral limits against the Islamic World so much so that they have started blasphemy, sometimes they put Holy Quran on fire, another time desecrate the Khana-e-Khuda. In short, they are committing desecration by all means and recently they have openly displayed their satanicism by making insulting film against which the whole Islamic World has become the symbol of protest. He said there is no one to check the international colonial powers and atheists because the Muslim rulers are playing in the hands of in the hands of international colonial powers despite enriched with all types of blessings and natural resources and as a result of the coward policies Muslims and Islam are being targeted, therefore, there is need to get rid of these rulers who are agents of the satanic powers. He said it is the basic right of the Muslim to stage protest against the American blasphemous film on which the silence of the Arab League and the OIC is tragic and condemnable.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that protest does not mean violence or jalao-gherao rather those who do this are not sincere with the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) but the agents and tools in the hands of colonial powers. He said we have learnt the method of staging protest against oppression from Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and we are followers of that Nabi (SAAW) who while forgiving the oppressors on the occasion of Fatah-e-Makkah had said that from today onwards no one will be punished and can go anywhere he so likes. He said protest against oppression is going on right from the beginning and will continue till restoration of justice and fair-play. He said Islam has the honour of being the greatest religion and on that basis its true followers cannot be ignored. One of those personalities, he added, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) who is the Amm-e-Rasool and father of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and who had the honour of bringing up the Holy Prophet (SAAW). That is why, he said, the Zaat-e-Illahi has termed the development of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) carried out by Abu Talib (A.S.) and His own development. Therefore a commandment of Allah says: Oh, Rasool! We gave you shelter when found you orphan. In other words Allah declared the shelter of Abu Talib (A.S.) and His own.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Muslim Ummah will have to follow the sayings of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) to confront the colonial conspiracies. He said that to inculcate the good advice in the new generation, there is need to follow the pious woman personalities as mothers all over the world including that of Kashmir and Palestine are presenting their brought up children for sacrifice for seeking independence. He declared that the Youm-e-Wiladaat Ba Sa’adat of Masooma-e-Qum Hazrat Fatima Binte Musa Ibne Jafar (S.A.) will be observed as Youm Azmat-e-Niswan on Zeeqa’ad 1.

Moosavi: Muslim rulers to adopt a joint and strong point of view against the ‘filmi’ terrorism

RAWALPINDI, September 16: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has called upon the Muslim rulers to adopt a joint and strong point of view against the ‘filmi’ terrorism of chief of the international colonial powers so as to declare upon them that we can bear everything but could not bear even a single word against Mashaheer-e-Din and Sha’air Allah. This was stated by him while delivering his special address at the conclusion of the three-day ‘Ayyam Azmat-e-Islam’.

He called upon the United Nations to take immediate notice of the universal protest the world over and devise such an international code under which desecration of heroes and holy signs of any religion and Masalik should be declared a cognizable offence, the controversial insulting film should be banned forthwith and such an action should be taken against the producers and exhibitors of this film that the whole world may know about it and no one may have the courage to insult any religion and their heroes.

Agha Moosavi said the atheist world should keep in mind that Muslims are the defenders of that Constitution that stops them from using bad words against even the fake god for the reason that someone may call bad name to your truthful God. That is why, he added, Islam respects not only all religions but also the Anbia, holy books of other religions i.e. Zaboor, Tawraat, and Injeel rather they did not ever committed insult against any Peshwa of any religion. He said Islam always condemns aggression and biases and replies evils with good, fulfils norms of justice and fair-play and advises to exercise kindness and forgiveness. He said the world history stands witness that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) even gave commandment to treat atheists, who used to tease him, with kindness.

The TNFJ chief lamented that the international colonial powers and their agents never let any opportunity waste to-date in committing desecration of the religion of Islam, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), Mashaheer-e-Din and religion. Even today, he added, incidents of desecration of Islam is going on at the behest of big powers and that is not only strongly being condemned by all oppressed and have-nots rather they enjoy the right to protest against it. He, however, explained that we support only such protest that may not cause any damage. He said our protest is against those who commit satanic activities and who are the real culprits.

Agha Moosavi said that the current situation has made it clear on the whole world that those who term Islam a violent religion full of punishments are committing that violence themselves today. He called upon America to check extremist elements in their country who are busy in activities against Islam and instead of exerting pressure on other countries in the name of terrorism should stop sitting in the occupied lands without any reason as this act of her is based on injustice. He also called upon the OIC and Arab League to adopt a courageous point of view on the satanic act in the shape of controversial American film otherwise, he added, the Muslim Ummah would be justified to consider that they are American agents.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made a fervent appeal to all those who keep faith in religion and Shariat to avoid causing harm to the national property through jalao-gherao and continue their peaceful protest against the humiliating American film and oppression so as to tell the world that we are the true followers of the Paighambar (SAAW) who always preached peace and integrity and we have no connection with any terrorism, ‘filmi’ terrorism or any condemnable activities that may cause harm to others.

Sayings of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah should be followed for the protection of honour of the motherland, Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, September 12: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that we have to commit to follow the sayings of Musawwar-e-Pakistan Allama Iqbal and Founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to highlight the Nazria-e-Asaasi and for the protection of honour and dignity of the motherland as it is the only way to overcome problems and divert the history. This was stated by him while delivering his address at a function held here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo to mark the Youm-e-Wafaat of Baba-e-Qaum Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Agha Moosavi said Quaid-i-Azam is such a personality who introduced the Two-Nation Theory in this region and proved it right that like atheism is a Millat similarly Islam is also a Millat. On the same very basis, he added, he took over the job to create Pakistan. He said delivering his presidential address at the meeting of All India Muslim League on March 23, 1940, the Quaid-i-Azam said it is not easy for him to estimate that why Hindus are afraid of understanding the reality of Islam and Hindumat. He said in clear-cut terms that whether it is Hindus or Muslims, they have different social system from each other, therefore, Pakistan would definitely be created that is why he preached Unity, Faith, and Discipline. One who understood his ideology gathered under his flag and Pakistan came into being on August 14, 1947.

The TNFJ chief said that unfortunately the motherland was deprived of its brave leader who got the presence of Pakistan recognised through mutual understanding without any war or conflict and left this world on September 11, 1948. He said the live nations do not forget their Mashaheer and follow their sayings. They not only provide protection to their signs and remains but also bring their honour and dignity to new heights. He said unfortunately the country fell to such looters who devoured its wealth; one dictator gave the sense of deprivation to the nation in 1958, the second broke Pakistan into pieces, the third inflicted many wounds to it, and the fourth presented himself as a front-line ally on the occasion of 9/11 incident. To-date chief of the colonial powers has put Pakistan on the front-line of terrorism and target killings. He said innocent citizens in Parachinar were given a bloodbath in bomb blast Tuesday which is condemnable. This all is the result of wrong policies on the part of rulers and politicians. We have downed ourselves to the extent that even our enemy was bent upon getting us declared as terrorists while, on the other, we are developing friendly relations with her and are bent upon to declare her the Most Favoured Nation.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah has said that we have said many a time that Bush or Obama will never come here to commit terrorism rather they are getting their job done through their agents, therefore, we feel that the Indian consulates set up in a neighbouring country in plenty are the hub of terrorism. Mukhtar Organisation organizes Nation-wide matmi protests against destruction of Imam Sadiq(as) shrine

ISLAMABAD, September 9: The Matmi protest demonstrations were organised by Mukhtar Organisation in connection with the International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad in different cities of the country against destruction of Roza-e-Aqdas of sixth inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.). Central President of the Organisation Malik Ali Furqani, Jawad Hussain Malik, Ali Raza, Muhammad Abbas and other leaders led the demonstration in front of the National Press Club in the Federal Capital Islamabad. The participants of the rally were raising protest slogans against the dilapidated condition of the holy shrines of the holy personalities. Syed Wajih-ul-Hassan Kazmi, Deputy Chairman M.O. while addressing the demonstrators called upon all international organisations including the United Nations to play their effective role in getting historical graveyards of Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawwarh i.e. Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla so that the world of humanity could perform their Ziarat easily.

Syed Qasim Al-Hussaini, Deputy of the MSO said there is something to ponder over for the claimants of supporting and protecting all rights of the world of humanity and every soft-heartened human being that the colonial powers have been using the Islamic World as a test-board for their oppressions under a heinous conspiracy for quite long. He said they did not rest even after division after division of countries and Masalik and then they imposed their agent rulers after wiping out the Mashaheer-e-Islam and the holy shrines. Later they patronised publication of blasphemous images, incidents of setting the copies of Holy Quran and sometimes committed direct aggression against Muslim States and this activity is still going on, he added.

He said many other oppressive activities were carried out in the human history while the Aal-e-Saud also committed a great oppression by bulldozing Jannatul Moallah in Makkah Mukarramah and Jannatul Baqee in Madinah Munawwarah in 1924. There were shrines of Paighambar-e-Islam’s (SAAW) daughter Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.), his offspring, Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). In addition to that the Roza-e-Athar of sixth Imam Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) was also there who had established universal Danishgah of knowledge and Ma’arif after thwarting every conspiracy to deshape Islam through jehad against evil-worship. Thirsty of knowledge people, used to come there to satisfy their thirst of knowledge and then disseminate it to others. Today, the Roza-e-Athar of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is also razed to ground along with the shrines of other holy personalities. The history stands witness that from the Anbia-e-Sulf to the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and from him to the Khilafate Usmania, these holy shrines existed there. The whole world of humanity used to offer Ziarat of these places because these personalities are equally respectable for the world of humanity but their signs and symbols related with them have been wiped out and this activity was still going on.

The participants of the Matmi procession adopted some resolutions among vociferous slogans. A resolution while strongly condemning these shameful acts called upon the Muslim rulers to break their criminal silence on the issue because they share more responsibility for the reconstruction and restoration of the dignity of these great Islamic memorials. This gathering, also demands from those institutions who cry hoarse of protecting human rights and the heritage, the United Nations and Unesco to give attention to the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla, the combined heritage of the whole humanity, in restoring their dignity by getting these reconstructed in addition to what they are doing to ensure the protection of heritage throughout the world because it is included in the United Nations Charter that this representative body of the nations the world over would not only protect the combined heritage, signs, remains, and footprints of the world of humanity but those who will raze such signs to ground or cause harm to the same would also be stopped. Since the inception of the United Nations, the whole world of humanity have pinned hopes with it, therefore, they should play their role in getting the dignity of the Islamic signs like Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah restored.

The resolution demanded from the Government of Pakistan to assert pressure on the Saudi Arabian government on diplomatic level for the restoration of the honour and dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah honouring the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement and summon the Saudi ambassador to the Foreign Office and apprise him of the universal protest and concern against the destruction of holy places. This gathering demands to declare Makkah and Madinah as Open Cities. If the rulers of the Muslim Ummah did not take any practical step towards that direction then they would have to ready themselves for more difficulties and problems. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has already stated that if the rulers of the Muslim States get the reconstruction of the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah done jointly then we guarantee the solution of all long-standing issues including annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and independence of Kashmir.

Yet another resolution expressed heartfelt grief and concern that the atheist world has bent upon desecrating the signs of Allah. This gathering also strongly condemns the organised international heinous conspiracy of blasphemy and continued acts of desecration of Quran, Khatmi Martabat and pious Hadiyan-e-Din. It expressed heartfelt solidarity with the whole oppressed world, particularly the people of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Burma, Bahrain and Syria and reiterate their resolve to continue their practical struggle in support of the righteousness, hatred against oppression, achievement of rights of the Millat and integrity and solidarity of the motherland under the visionary leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice on his call.

The resolution said that like other protest demonstrations throughout the country, this protest rally strongly condemns unrest and terrorism prevailing in the country, particularly in Karachi, Quetta, Gilgit-Baltistan where people are being targeted but the ruler were busy in carrying out their political activities find no time to attend the situation. The remarks of the Chief Justice of Pakistan given in a case about law and order situation in Balochistan are based on realities that there is no sectarianism in Balochistan rather this is terrorism based on the incidents of murder and arson in which both Sunnis and Shias are being killed. The remarks of the Chief Justice prove the point of view of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi as right that the incidents of terrorism in Quetta, Karachi and other cities of the country are the part of colonial expansionist agenda because she desires to occupy Pakistan enriched with atomic power and the national resources and to impose her Banya agent’s supremacy in the region. Therefore, our rulers should give up cowardice and get rid of the international colonial powers so as to get rid of terrorism as it is the only way to get their dream of getting rid of terrorism.

The gathering declared that the oppressed and suppressed people the world over are supporters of peace and love humanity, therefore, the satans occupying the big Aiwans and those who decide the destiny of the humanity should keep it in their mind that no power on earth could create differences in them, the clouds of oppression would surrender and ultimately the oppressed will emerge successful. The international organisations should also keep in mind that if they did not support the oppressed then they will also meet the fate worse than League of Nation and the colonial powers would break into tatters like did the idols of socialism.

The participants of the protest demonstration organised by the Mukhtar Organisation reiterated their resolve that the M.O. workers will give any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achievement of religious rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih, solidarity, development and defence of the motherland. Senior M.O. leader Qazi Wafa Abbas also addressed the gathering.

Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the central office of the Mukhtar Organisation, similar Matmi protest demonstrations were also organised in Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Karachi, Lahore, Bhakkar, Dera Ismail Khan, Kohat, Chakwal, Gujrat, and Khairpur Mirs.

TNFJ condemns target killing of SP Investigation Jamil Kakar in Quetta

RAWALPINDI, September 7: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the tragic incident of target killing of SP Investigation Jamil Kakar in Quetta Friday morning and declared it an open act of barbarism. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said that countries, Masalik, Muslim States including Pakistan and its people are being targeted of oppression and brutality, while in the motherland in particular a chain of terrorism is on the rise. He said the colonial powers are bent upon fulfilling their satanic agenda come what may through fanning biases, lingualism, regionalism and sectarianism.

Agha Moosavi said that our point of view has become crystal clear now that Sunnis and Shias both are being killed in this heinous game of terrorism; If Shia people were killed on Shahrae Gilgit-Baltistan, Sunnis were killed in Bolan; Shia Sessions Judge was killed in Quetta and citizens were targeted in green market, while Sunnis were killed in car bomb blast in Matni Bazar of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. On Friday, he added, the dutiful Sunni SP Investigation Jamil Kakar was shot dead early in the morning in Quetta that proves that targeting Sunnis and Shias is the plot aimed at causing harm to Pakistan.

Agha Moosavi said that the judiciary that declares the Balochistan government’s report about terrorism and missing persons unsatisfactory should also tell that why they set the terrorists free in the garb of lack of proofs? In this connection, he added, how can the judiciary satisfy the people because they point their fingers on them owing to release of terrorists. He said all institutions should work to seek an end to terrorism by becoming pious. He demanded of the government to arrest the culprits of killers of all those countrymen who lost their lives in target killing including SP Investigation Jamil Kakar and give them exemplary punishment.

TNFJ: Declaring terrorism as sectarianism and giving the impression of target killing of a particular Maslak(sect) in statements, newspaper is tantamount to strengthening the colonial agenda

RAWALPINDI, September 6: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that declaring terrorism as sectarianism and giving the impression of target killing of a particular Maslak(sect) in statements, analysis, newspaper editorials and columns is tantamount to strengthening the agenda of international colonial powers. He was addressing the Majlis Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih in connection with the International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad.

He said a fact is to be pondered over that there does not exist any terrorism in those countries that are American agents, and an incident here and there in those countries is patronised by the colonial power itself while those countries that are bent upon getting rid of America, the terrorists are not ready to spare the people there.

Agha Moosavi said incidents of murder and arson were patronised in Lebanon in American interest but people defeated the colonial power point blank through practical display of Sunni-Shia brotherhood. In Iraq the same episode was repeated and despite heavy losses in life and destruction of the economy the Iraqi Muslims displayed unity and thwarted the designs of world’s satanic power for creating sectarian divide and proved that whatever is going on there it is the American expansionist designs and agenda behind it. Today Sunni-Shia brethren in Iraq have become the concrete wall and in Yemen, Sunni-Shia did not pitch themselves against each other despite oppression carried out by international chief of the colonial powers. In Tunis, too the American conspiracy to fan sectarianism met defeat, the same prescription was applied in Libya where even holy shrines were also targeted but the colonial powers were also defeated there. The Muslims did not pitch them against each other in Egypt despite American conspiracy and mosques, Hussainiyaat and places of worship are being constructed there. In Syria, colonial powers are busy through the interference of their agent Muslim States to give this interference the colour of sectarian riots while in Bahrain the minority is imposed on the majority but at nowhere the Muslim sects pitched themselves against each other rather the pet American agents are busy giving this impression.

The TNFJ chief said that now the political personalities are selling out an indifferent idea that Allama Iqbal was a Sunni Muslim while the Quaid-i-Azam was a simple Muslim, such untimely utterances are a heinous conspiracy to divided the citizens of Pakistan. He said in Balochistan also the personalities and common citizens belonging to all schools of thought and fields are being targeted but even Sunni-Shia are united against terrorism there like other parts of Pakistan. The basic reason behind it, he added, is that Pakistan was created jointly by all schools of thought and they are involved in nation building jointly. Combined Muharram and Milad-un-Nabi processions are taken out, Nazar-o-Niaz is arranged, they do combined business and serve together and also offer sacrifices for the defence and integrity of the motherland jointly and would continue to thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the combined enemy jointly.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) had established Hoza Ilmia in Madinah Munawwarah where thousands of pupils took benefit from his teachings. He was declared the Moosis of different fields of knowledge of Hadees and Riwayat. His 400 principles about Ma’arif-e-Islami and Hadees have decorated our Ahadees books. The candles of knowledge he lit included Muhamamad Bin Muslim, Hisham Bin Salim, and Abu Hanifah who were declared teachers of Uloom in their eras. Not only the knowledge of Asool and Fiqh but he also produced personalities like Jabir Bin Hayan and Hisham Bin Hukm in Ilm-ul-Ajsaam, Ilm-e-Sheemia, and Ilm-ul-Kalam. He said Fiqh-e-Jafariya is related with him that is the centre of attraction throughout the world of legislation. He said the greatest personality from amongst Sahiban-e-Amr is Quran-e-Natiq Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) on whose honour, dignity, leadership and personality all Muslims are united.

Moosavi condemns the target killing of innocent labourers in Hazar Ganji

RAWALPINDI, September 2: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the target killing of innocent labourers in Hazar Ganji Quetta Saturday. He was addressing a condolence gathering in connection with the ‘Youm-e-Taziyyat” observed throughout the country Sunday. He said at present the whole Pakistan is in the pool of blood, therefore it is time for all patriotic forces to bow down before Allah and seek His help in saving the country and the nation. He said the international terrorists and their agents have made the motherland Pakistan their target for a long, not a day passes without any incident of terrorism, and murder of the Sessions Judge Quetta along with his gunman and driver; suicide attack in Peshawar’s Matni Bazar; and now again shedding the blood of innocent labourers in Hazar Gangi within a few days provides food for thought.

On the other hand, Agha Moosavi said, America displayed another heinous act by launching Drone attack in Miranshah, and these incidents speak of inability and cowardice on the part of rulers. He said since international chief of the colonial powers and their allies settled in Afghanistan, the whole Pakistan is on the target of her barbarism, and making the Balochistan situation worse is their top priority; sometimes they give air to separation news, sometimes security institutions are defamed in the garb of trampling human rights. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi paid homage to all those innocent citizens who lost their lives in incidents of terrorism, early recovery of the injured, and for restoration of peace in the country. He said every person of the nation is under the obligation to keep his eyes open and do not become a tool in the hands of enemies of Pakistan. He said the rulers have lost their writ therefore the nation should make arrangements for protecting the country and the nation in self-defence. He said if the nation is unable to become stable at a time when other countries were interfering in our internal affairs then nothing could be done for them. Therefore, he added, everyone should feel his responsibility and inculcate in him the spirit of awareness to tackle such a situation.
