RAWALPINDI, February 19: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the patron of the Kashmir & Palestine seizers US could not be a friend of Muslims and Pakistan. The more American snake is fed with milk the most she would not hesitate stinging us. The Muslim rulers should wake up from the deep slumber on the US congress resolution on divide of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran. Pakistani ambassador should be called back from US as a protest against heinous attack on our motherland integrity. Following Sheb-e-Abi Talib bearing every kind of difficulties and economic sanctions is acceptable but would not allow anyone to cause any harm to national and religious dignity, honour and the integrity of the motherland as a price for few Dollars. It is insufficient to refuse opening of US consulate in Baluchistan hence Withdrawal of US from this region is paramount need of hour. Punish the culprits of Parachinaar blast and set up high level tribunal to investigate terror incidents. These views were expressed by him while addressing the ‘Majlis Nasir-e-Shariat’ here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo on the occasion of demise anniversary of Mohsin-e-Islam Shelter for Prophet hood Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) observed as a part of Universal Ayyam ul-Huzn (Days of Mourning).

Agha Moosavi said today the Islamic World is confronted with dangers and every country and Maslak is under the attack from the Abrahas of this era on the basis of which not only all Muslim States are upset rather fearful and are becoming their target one by one and it is unfortunate that Muslim rulers are themselves being used by the colonial powers and are busy cutting the same branch of the tree on which they are sitting. That is why motherland Pakistan is also being punished because it keeps Nazria-e-Asaasi(ideology) Islam. If we want to save ourselves from the Abrahas of this era and their agents then we will have to follow the seerat of Abu Talib (A.S.) by practical display of unity and brotherhood and would have to follow the same path that was adopted by Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) till his Wafat in protecting the Rasool (SAAW) against the blasphemers and enemies of the Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and Islam and will have to be ready to confront all problems and difficulties for the protection of the religion of Islam by following the seerat and path of Abu Talib (A.S.).

The TNFJ chief said Allah Has declared the Abu Talib’s (A.S.) shelter for prophet(PBUH) as His shelter in Surah Az-Zuha. In the universe, Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) and Uncle of Prophet Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) has the honour to sacrifice their life, wealth, honour, dignity and offspring entrusted to the Rasool (SAAW). He said according to Quran, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was not only a Momin by heart rather he was Kamil Al-Iman. Had Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) declared his religion, he would not have been able to support and help the Holy Prophet (SAAW) openly. Hiding of his religion and not declaring it as a precautionary measure was in line with the Faithful (momin) of Pharaoh Family who had helped Hazrat Musa Kaleem ullah (A.S.) by hiding his religion. Haztrat Abu Talib(as) sympathy, sacrifice, and feelings for the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and bearing all types of problems and difficulties for him, so much so to accept being sieged in Shoeb-e-Abi Talib and not letting and harm caused to the Rasool (SAAW) throughout this life are that fact that no one could deny.

Agha Moosavi said there is not even a weakest narration according to which Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) may have bowed before the idols and or had declared them as their gods. He said Ulema-e-Islam agreed upon that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was on the religion of his forefathers. According to a narration from Imam Fakharuddin Razi the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said, I continuously transferred from the Aslaab of Tahireen persons to the Arhaam of the Tahiraat therefore doubting the faith of forefathers of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) is commensurate with doubting the Holy Prophet (SAAW) himself. He said according to Tareekh Ibne Kaseer, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) used to say such Faseeh-o-Baleegh couplet the reply of which was very difficult to find in the Arabic literature. This quality of his was recognised by the whole world. Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) sent these couplets to the Habshah’s king Nijashi which shows his knowledge, his dignity and respect in the kings of that time and the ambassadorial expertise.

The TNFJ chief said that according to Tareekh Abu Al-Fida, Hazrat Abu Talib said, “Oh, Rasool (SAAW) you have given me invitation to Islam and I am sure that you are Sadiq in your invitation towards Islam and you are already Sadiq and Ameen. It is my faith that the religion of Muhammad (SAAW) is best of all religions the world over. By God, till Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive, these atheists could not even collectively cause any harm to you. Oh, Allah! Remain witness, “I am on the religion of Muhammd (SAAW), if the world is misguided but I am the one who is guided.” After the wafat of Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was declared Syed Al-Arab and he fulfilled his duty of protecting the candle of Risalat. Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) sponsored and protected the Holy Prophet (SAAW) in a manner that the historians were surprised. After the demise of Hazrat Abdul Muttalib, Abu Talib (A.S.) was declared Syed Al-Arab and he performed the duty of the protection of Risalat’s candle. Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) performed the sponsorship and protection of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) in a manner that the historians left wondering. Allama Shibli Naumani writes Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) loved the Rasool (SAAW) that much that he did not even care his own children, when went to sleep he always took him (SAAW) along and whenever went out, he took him along.

Agha Moosavi said that according to a saying of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) if the faith of the whole world is put in one part and the faith of Abu Talib (A.S.) is put in the other part, the part of Abu Talib’s (A.S.) will remain heavy. That is why he was the one who strengthened the Asaas of Islam, was the protector of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and the one who introduced the world of humanity to Islam. There is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that goes: “I did not involve in evil things even in the era of ignorance, I was born through Islami Nikah. . . I always transferred from Aslaab-e-Tayyaba to Arham-e-Mutahira”. The stands witness that the Islamic Nikah of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) was solemnized by Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). The Khutaba-e-Nikah recited by Hazrat Abu Talib, according to Tareekh Ibn-e-Khaldoon, was full of praise for Allah and was . He said, the virtues of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) are so much that even an unending chain of books could not cover them. After the Wafat of his Mohsin and Murabbi, the oppressions from atheists increased to the extent that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) had to leave his motherland and opt for migration. That is why the Holy Prophet (SAAW) has declared the year of death of this greatest personality with immense qualities, protector of Islam and Ahle Islam, and the most oppressed faithful person as Aam Al-Huzn i.e. the year of mourning. It should be kept in mind that what Rasool (SAAW) says, should be done and whatever is stated and done in front of him and he remains silent, that is called Sunnat. Whether the mourning is also observed for any non-Momin?

He said they will continue their support for the oppressed and have-nots and condemn the oppressed and brutal world and aggression and would not even hesitate in sacrificing our life in the path of truthfulness.

HAZRAT ABU TALIB (A.S.)

Yes, I helped the Rasool (SAAW) — yes of Rasool-e-Khuda
(A.S.)
Helped through this sword that shines like enlightenment (Hazrat Abu Talib A.S.)

The Surah Nisa of the Holy Quran that provides enlightenment, is the source
of survival, and guarantees to pull out the ignorant humanity from the darkness
towards enlightenment, Allah Says:

O you who have believed, when you go forth [to fight] in the cause of
Allah , investigate; and do not say to one who gives you [a greeting of] peace
“You are not a believer,” aspiring for the goods of worldly life; for with Allah
are many acquisitions. You [yourselves] were like that before; then Allah
conferred His favor upon you, so investigate. Indeed Allah is ever, with what
you do, Acquainted. (Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 94).

According to a Hadees, some Sahaba passed through an area where a shepherd
was grazing his goat. On seeing some Muslims coming towards him, the shepherd
paid Salam. Some of these Sahaba thought that he is posing himself as a Muslim
to save his life therefore they killed him without any investigation and went to
see the Hazoor (SAAW) along with goat (as Maal-e-Ghaneemat) on which this Ayah
was sent (Sahih Bokhari-Tirmizi Tafseer Surah An-Nisa. Some narrations disclose
that the Nabi SAAW also said that first you in Makkah were forced to hide your
faith like this shepherd) (Sahih Bokhari, Kitaab Al-Diyaat).

The above stated Ayah makes it clear that faith is the name of satisfaction
of the heart, therefore, Allah Says in Holy Quran:

The bedouins say, “We have believed.” Say, “You have not [yet] believed; but say
[instead], ‘We have submitted,’ for faith has not yet entered your hearts.
(Surah Al-Hujurat, Ayah 14)

On this basis, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was not only a Momin by heart rather
he was Kamil Al-Iman. Had Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) declared his faith, he would
not have been able to support and help the Khatam-ru-Rusl (SAAW) openly. Hiding
of his faith and not declaring it as a precautionary measure was in line with
the Momin Aal-e-Pharaoh who had helped Hazrat Musa Kaleem Allah (A.S.) by hiding
their faith. As Allah Says:

And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith
said, “Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, ‘My Lord is Allah ‘ while he
has brought you clear proofs from your Lord? And if he should be lying, then
upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there
will strike you some of what he promises you. Indeed, Allah does not guide one
who is a transgressor and a liar. (Surah Ghafir/Surah Al-Momin, Ayah 28)

If the Momin Aal-e-Pharaoh who concealed their faith to save Hazrat Musa
(A.S.) could be called Momin then Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) who concealed his
faith to support and help the Sardar-e-Anbia and Sarkheel-e-Rusl could be called
Momin-e-Azam.

His sympathy, sacrifice, and feelings for the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and bearing
all types of problems and difficulties for him, so much so to accept being
sieged in Shoeb-e-Abi Talib and not letting and harm caused to the Rasool (SAAW)
throughout this life are that fact that no one could deny. If Hazrat Abu Talib
(A.S.) was not on faith then there is question to be posed to the whole Muslim
Ummah that what for Hazrat Abu Talib’s (A.S.) sympathy, love, sacrifice and
collectively bearing all problems and difficulties was?

This spirit of love, sacrifice and feelings with the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW)
is a clear-cut and bright proof of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) being Kamil Al-Iman.
I would like to ask the Ulema-e-Umam to show me even the weakest narration in
which Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) may had quoted the Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.)
complaining to the Hazoor (SAAW) that he curses their gods.

Yes, the history would definitely tell that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) used to
convey the complaints of the atheist and Mushrikeen to the Hazoor (SAAW) that
Mushrikeen say that you curse their gods. Oh, Rasool (SAAW) it is their desire
that you may not curse their goods.

Uttering
(their
gods) and not uttering
(our
gods) is a solid argument that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was Muwahid and Kamil
Al-Iman and kept his full faith in the Risalat of the Hazoor (SAAW) of which a
few of his couplets included in different historic books stand witness:

Oh, Rasool (SAAW) you have given me invitation to Islam and I am sure that
you are Sadiq in your invitation towards Islam and you are already Sadiq and
Ameen. It is my faith that the religion of Muhammad (SAAW) is best of all
religions the world over. By God, till Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive, these atheists
could not even collectively cause any harm to you. (Tareekh Abu Al-Fida)

The master of all human beings is the Allah and things under the sky belong
to Him and all those who live in the sky are subservient to Him (Deewan-e-Abu
Talib)

Oh, Allah! Remain witness, “I am on the religion of Muhammd (SAAW), if the
world is misguided but I am the one who is guided” (Sharah Al-Nahaj, edition 3,
page 315)

The above mentioned couplets make the faith of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.)
crystal clear.
The chain of origin of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is as below:

Abu Talib bin Abdul Muttalib bin Hashim bin Abd Munaf bin Qasi bin Kalab bin
Marah bin Ka’ab bin Lawi bin Ghalib bin Fahr bin Malik bin Nasr bin Kananah bin
Khazima bin Madarkah bin Ilyas bin Nazar bin Nazaar bin Ma’ad bin Adnan bin Aad
bin Tamoor bin Baoor bin Ya’arab bin Yashjib bin Nabat bin Ismail bin Ibrahim
bin Tarikh bin Saroogh bin Arwa’a bin Faneh bin Aabir bin Shamikh bin Arqahshid
bin Saam bin Noah bin Lamak bin Mutwashlikh bin Khanookh bin Bard bin Mehlabel
bin Laoof bin Anoosh bin Shees bin Adam (Mowahib Al-Wahib).

Ulema-e-Islam agreed upon that the forefathers of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was
on the religion and before the A’aimma Mohqeqeen of Ahle Islam none of the
forefathers of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) was atheist or Mushrik rather that all
were Mohid and Momineen. Therefore, Imam Fakharuddin Razi says that:

The Holy Prophet (SAAW) said, I continuously transferred from the Aslaab of
Tahireen persons to the Arhaam of the Tahiraat and Allah Has said that
Mushrikeen are impure. Thus it is necessary and binding that none of the Holy
Prophet’s (SAAW) forefathers are Mushrik and none of the foremothers are
Mushrika. Imam Fakhruddin Razi’s this Kalam was liked by the Aaimma Mohqeqeen.
(Seerat-e-Nabwiya with the frame Seerat-e-Halbia, edition-I)

Thus before Aaimma Mohqeqeen Ahle Sunnat, Hazrat Abdul Muttalib was Mohid and
Momin and the mother of Hazrat Abdullah was Mohida and Momina and Hazrat Abdul
Muttalib was Abu Talib’s (A.S.) father and the mother of Hazrat Abdullah was the
mother of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). All brothers of Hazrat Abdullah except Hazrat
Abu Talib (A.S.) were from different mothers. Only Hazrat Abdullah and Abu Talib
(A.S.) were from the same mother.

And when Allah decided to transfer his (SAAW) Noor from his (SAAW)
grandfather Abdul Muttalib, then Abdul Muttalib married Fatima binte Omer bin
A’aiz bin Omer bin Makhzoom and Abu Talib and his (SAAW) father Abdullah were
born to the above stated Fatima. (Seerat-e-Nabwiya)

This it has been known that Hazrat Abu Talib’s (A.S.) father Hazrat Abdul
Muttalib was Mohid and Momin who was the forefathers of Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW)
and Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) the respect and dignity of whom will continue to be
remembered till the Surah-e-Feel is in Quran and the incident of Abraha is
present in the history of mankind.

When Abraha attacked Ka’aba then Hazrat Abdul Muttalib offered this historic
pray in Allah’s Bargah: “Oh, Allah! The human being protects his wealth, You
protect your wealth and goods i.e. Ka’aba, their Saleebs and dodges could not
overcome your Authority” (Tabqaat Ibne Sa’ad, edition-I)

How can one doubt the faith in Zaat-e-Illahi by such Kamil Al-Iman
personalities?
After the demise of Hazrat Abdul Muttalib, Abu Talib (A.S.) was declared Syed
Al-Arab and he performed the duty of the protection of Risalat’s candle. Hazrat
Abu Talib (A.S.) performed the sponsorship and protection of the Rasool-e-Khuda
(SAAW) in a manner that the historians left wondering. Allama Shibli Naumani
writes:

Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) loved the Rasool (SAAW) that much that he did not
even care his own children, when went to sleep he always took him (SAAW) along
and whenever went out, he took him along (Seerat-un-Nabi, edition-I, page 112)

According to the Masoom (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) keeps the right of
dual Ajr. He was not only a Momin and Muslim but he also sacrificed his self and
personality for the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), religion and Shariat. He
preferred the personality of Rasool (SAAW) over his peace, dignity, greatness,
honour and respect. That is why there is a saying of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar
(A.S.) that goes that if the faith of the whole world is put in one part and the
faith of Abu Talib (A.S.) is put in the other part, the part of Abu Talib’s
(A.S.) will remain heavy. That is why he was the one who strengthened the Asaas
of Islam, was the protector of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and the one who

The Fasahat-o-Balaghat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) had no match through the
Arab world. According to Tareekh Ibne Kaseer, “Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) used to

(Al-Badaya Wa Al-Nihaya, edition-III)

The Syed Al-Arab sent these couplets to the Habshah’s king Nijashi which

“Pious and respectable people know that Muhammad (SAAW) is the inheritor of Musa
(A.S.) and Masih of Ibne Maryam. For us they brought the same guidance as a gift
that they both had brought. . . (Oh, Nijashi), you are such a person, whenever
the people of Ummat-e-Muhammadi (SAAW) reach you, they came back praising you
and did not bring bad experience with them” (Mustadrak Hakim, edition-2, with
reference Ibne Ishaq)

The son of the same Abu Talib (A.S.), Hazrat Jafar-e-Tayyar (A.S.) displaying
his Fasahat before the Nijashi, advocated Islam, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and
the Islamic beliefs in a manner that atheists of Makkah had to return
disappointed.

There is a saying of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) that goes: “I did not involve
in evil things even in the era of ignorance, I was born through Islami Nikah. .
. I always transferred from Aslaab-e-Tayyaba to Arham-e-Mutahira” (Madarij
Al-Nabuwwat, editon-II, Shah Abdul Haq Mohaddids Dehlavi)

The Islamic Nikah of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) with Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) was
solemnized by Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). The Khutaba-e-Niah recited by Hazrat Abu
Talib while solemnizing the Rasool Allah’s (SAAW) Nikah were
(Madarij
Al-Nabuwwat, edition-II, page 45)

Ibne Khaldoon with reference to the Khutba-e-Nikah of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.)
wrote:(Tareekh
Ibne Al-Khaldoon, edition-I, page 36)

The Fazail-e-Manaqib of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) are so much that even an

of acceptance by Allah by saying:
(Oh,
Rasool! We have not provided shelter to you, by founding you an orphan. Surah

Allama Shabbir Ahmed Usmani in connection with the Tafseer of this pious Ayah
says: He (SAAW) remained under the sponsorship of his grandfather (Abdul
Muttalib) till the age of 8 years. Ultimately the honour of this Dur-e-Yateem
and Nadira-e-Rozgaar was entrusted to his (SAAW) immensely loving uncle Abu
Talib (A.S.). He left no stone unturned in support, help, respect and following
of him (SAAW). (Tafseer-e-Usmani)

The history books are replete with Hazrat Abu Talib’s (A.S.) love, sacrifice,
kindness, sponsorship, protection for the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW). If it is stated
in brief that the atheists of Makkah could not cause any harm to the
Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) despite their hypocrisy, oppressions, conspiracies,
influence, power and fear during the life of Abu Talib (A.S.) and after the
Wafat of his Mohsin and Murabbi, the oppressions from atheists increased to the
extent that the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) had to leave his motherland and opt for
migration. That is why the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) has declared the year of death

(S.A.) mother Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) and the other son of Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.).
Is talking about the Mohasin of these personalities is not mandatory for every
lover of the Rasool (SAAW)?

protection, honour and dignity of Islam, Pakistan, Mashaheer-e-Islam,
Sha’air-e-Islam and the Islamic World. We will also continue our support for the
oppressed and have-nots and condemn the oppressed and brutal world and
aggression and would not even hesitate in sacrificing our life in the path of
truthfulness.

RAWALPINDI, February 18: While highly condemning the resolution for self-determination of Balochistan presented in American congress the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it has exposed the American conspiracy and proved that American hand is involved in the current critical situation in Balochistan. Ribalian, incidents of terrorism, kidnapping and dumping of decomposed corpses are just the manipulation of Uncle Sam, whose aim is to create anarchy and instigate the people against law enforcing agencies. Getting together of Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan was unacceptable for America. Common declaration of these three states that their soil would not be used against one another is not sufficient. The whole of the Muslim world will have to declare that attack against any Muslim country will be taken as attack on the entire Muslim world and interference in the affairs of any Muslim country will be considered as interference in the matters of entire Islamic World. Otherwise Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and other Muslim States will become the prey of American Imperialism one after the other. Recent drone attacks, suicide bombing in Para Chinar and presenting the said resolution in American congress are the links of the same chain. It is a matter anxiety and grief that our enemy is trying to tear Pakistan apart and using all its energies to accomplish this evil cause but Pakistani leaders are just busy in highlighting the memo-case, the missing people case, the drone attacks as political stunts and are weakening the national institutions. No one even bothers to at least think about the problems of common men.

The reaction issued from the headquarters of the Maktab e Tashayyo, the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that America is acting upon its evil agenda. America does not need to take care of Pakistan; we ourselves can handle our problems. America should pay attention to her own internal problems. Is “Divided State of America” ready to grant the right of self-determination to its deprived indigenous inhabitants and to the hundred of thousands of Black who recently remonstrated for their rights? Will America, who is talking about the freedom of divided Balochistan in Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan, also raise its voice for the right of self-determination of Western Bengal and Eastern Punjab? Israel who is responsible for the exile of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, will America move Israel elsewhere for the self determination of Palestinians. Bahrain, where America has its seventh fleet deployed, why it does not raise its voice there for the right of self-determination for the Bahraini public?

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi reminded those present that for the right of self-determination of Kashmir and Palestine, America is the biggest hurdle in implementation of the resolutions approved by the United Nations, where millions of people have lost their lives, millions are in jails and countless are spending their lives in exile. The reason behind instability in the Middle East and Northern Asia is that United Nations’ approved resolutions have not been implemented.

He said that American resolution is highly obnoxious and fomenter of disturbance. No country will be safe if strict notice of this resolution is not taken immediately. It’s a clear violation of international laws and constitution and naked interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan. Who gave this authority to America to interfere in our affairs or dictate to us on our internal matters like Gas-pipeline issue? If the members or non-members of UNO are asked to grant the right of Self-Determination to their counties and provinces, no state will be able to preserve its sovereignty and there will be a high level regional conflict beyond imagination. America, who is propagating the situation by calling “beyond judicial inquiry murders” of the Balochi people, should tell us that are the frequent drone attacks and killing of innocent people not a naked aggression and “beyond judicial inquiry murders”?

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that this step of America is an open insult to those Muslim leaders who act just like puppets in the hands of America, Pak-Iran-Afghanistan common pronuncement is not sufficient. Basic cause of targeting Muslims in Arab and non-Arab countries is due to the weak policies of the rulers and for seeking financial help from America. It is not an isolated attack on Pakistan but on all the fifty seven Muslim states. He said that Pakistan is the result of the sacrifices presented by Balochies, Sindies, Punjabies, and Pakhtoons. For the establishment of Pakistan the sacrifices made by Balochi people are not less than others. He said that America and its agents just want to divide and rule. The people of Pakistan including Balochistan will have to demonstrate wisdom and will have to seek out ways to solve the problems. If some provinces remained the victim of injustice, the leaders who came after the Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah are responsible for that. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that Pakistani institutes, who got pride of performance throughout the world, are not fools who would throw decomposed corpses to turn the minds of the people against themselves. It was done by the agents of America. He expressed his anxiety that by displaying National Security Institutions as terror institutions, same dangerous game is being played which was exploited at the time of East Pakistan; these evil powers should keep in mind that Balochistan is not East Pakistan. The thirty seven native tribes and six million inhabitants of Balochistan love Pakistan more than anything else.

He demanded that immediately a resolution should be passed against America’s mischievous resolution in the National Assembly and the already approved resolutions against American threats and drone attacks should also be implemented. This is the time for the leaders to decide whether it is in the greater interest of the country to improve relations with America or not. He reiterated that friendship with America is all deficits. She never helped Pakistan; rather in every difficult time she turned her face in the favour of our enemy. The wait for the seventh Fleet in 1971 destroyed the sovereignty of Pakistan. He appealed to the politicians, rulers and religious leaders that for the heaven sake try not to out shine your politics at the cost of National issues and interest and give preference to the interest of Pakistan. It is not the time to out shine politics but to save the dignity and honour of Pakistan.

Terrorism could be rooted out by driving out international colonial powers from the Muslim States, Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, February 17: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while terming the three-nation Pakistan-Iran-Afghanistan declaration a good omen has said that if the international colonial powers are driven out from the Muslim States today then the terrorism could be rooted out from there. This was stated by him while addressing the organizational workshop of office-bearers of the Mukhtar Students Organisation. He said the international colonial powers do not like unity in the Muslim World so that they can fulfil their nefarious designs by pitching one Maslak against the other, one country against the other, and one brother against the other. He said what is going on and has already happened in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Tunis, Egypt, and Libya is the result of that conspiracy. He said unfortunately the Muslim rulers are not aware who is using them and they easily fall prey to them without knowing the end result.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is still being targeted despite playing the role of front-line ally against terrorism, thousands of armed forces personnel sacrificed their lives but the colonial powers were still not satisfied and were asking to do more. They attacked Abbottabad in the garb of Osama making this issue a cause of interference. He said on the occasion of meeting of the rulers of Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan they carried out Drone attacks killing about a dozen and a half people while the suicide attack in Parachinar Bazar also seems to be the combined job of the enemy that is condemnable. Moreover, he said, the incidents of target killings, arson and murder have become the order of the day. On the other hand, he added, the All Parties Conference is being insulted, and the nation is upset on restoration of the NATO supplies for which the Parliament was not taken into confidence. In addition, the Memogate case drama is also going on.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that had the OIC played an active role and had the Arab League not divided the Muslims into Arabs and Ajams and played the role of the stooges for the international powers then the situation would have been different. He lamented that despite having the strength and power of national resources at their disposal, the Muslim rulers were afraid of chief of the international colonial powers and their agents. On the contrary, he added, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) had full faith in Allah saying that Allah Himself is the defender of the Ka’aba and as a result of which Allah sent a tiny creature called ‘Ababeel’ to root out the big army of the Abraha. He said if the seerat of the Khanwada of Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) i.e. his sons Abdullah (A.S.) and Abu Talib (A.S.) is adopted in letter and spirit today, then no power on earth including the colonial powers could cause any harm to us.

RAWALPINDI, February 12: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that American conspiracy is responsible for unrest in Balochistan and the statement of the American foreign committee is the threatening bell for Pakistan, the colonial powers have no sympathy with the people of Balochistan and she was playing the heinous game to exert pressure on Pakistan and surround Iran by spreading anarchy. Those who are dreaming of breaking Pakistan should keep in mind that millions of Pakistanis are ready to give their life for the protection of motherland and Balochistan is not East Pakistan. The statement of the Army chief viz. situation in Balochistan provides food for thought and the rulers, politicians and the national institutions should stop pulling legs of each other and should unite on one-point agenda of country’s integrity and unity. The power comes and goes but if any damage was caused to the motherland, then, God forbid, no one will remain safe. If we have to save the motherland then the leaders and the people should be ready to face the difficulties like Sheb-e-Abi Talib. These views were expressed by him while announcing to observe ‘Universal Ayyam Al-Huzn’ from Rabiul Awwal 22-26 in connection with the Wafat of Negehban-e-Nabuwwat and Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said observing grief on the Wafat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is Sunnat-e-Rasool who declared the year of Wafat of Abu Talib (A.S.) as Aam Al-Huzn (the year of mourning). After the Wafat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) the Mushrikeen-e-Makkah’s teasing activities increased to the extent that Rasool (SAAW), who had an easy sailing when Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was alive, left with no other option but to migrate from Makkah. He said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) loved the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) too much and recited the first Naat for him, threw a huge party and organised first Mehfil-e-Milad. It is written in the Ibne Saad’s book ‘Tabqaat Al-Kubra’ that when Hazrat Abu Talib’s (A.S.) was near his Wafat, he sent for the offspring of Hazrat Hashim (A.S.) and willed in these words: “Till the time you continue listening Muhammad’s (SAAW) utterances and follow the same, you will not lose good and welfare. Thus support him and follow him so that you can get guidance.”

The TNFJ chief said the Muslim Ummah is confronted with problems and difficulties today, Islam is impressing the world while they are going away from Islam. The will of the Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is the source of success for Muslims in every era, he added. Expressing concern over the situation in Balochistan, he said the world powers and Pakistan’s perpetual enemies are responsible for precarious situation in Balochistan. The statement of Gen. Kayani has unveiled truthful situation, therefore, all patriotic situation come forward to review the Balochistan and forward towards an amicable situation. He questioned that if army is involved in murder and arson in Balochistan then who is killing army jawans there? He made it clear that people of Balochistan are patriotic and only one force is involved in the killings of security institutions and people. In this hour of trial, the whole Islamic World should follow in the footsteps of Hadiyan-e-Deen and Mashaheer-e-Islam.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to follow the Sunnat-e-Rasool and organise Majalis-e-Aza, and condolence meetings for paying pursa during the Ayyam Al-Huzn to Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar. They should reiterate resolve to follow the Seerat-e-Mustafvi in line with the sayings of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and will not allow anyone to cause harm to the Namoos-e-Risalat, national dignity and integrity.

Meanwhile, a TNFJ committee has been formed to organise the Universal Ayyam Al-Huzn programmes. M.H. Jafri has been nominated convener, Malik-e-Ashtar secretary and Prof. Ghulam Abbas Haideri deputy secretary of this committee.

RAWALPINDI, February 11: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the Muslim nation and Pakistan is in the target of the colonial power while the rulers and the politicians, instead of protecting the religion and the motherland, are busy with the policy of saving themselves and pinning down others, which is food for thought for the whole nation. In this critical situation the whole nation will have to uphold the teachings of the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) whose pious characters are a ray of hope.

He further said that to get freedom from the clutches of the colonial powers and their stooges, all will have to take refuge on the ark of Islam (i.e. Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad) while using the power of unity. He stated this while addressing to the Mehfil on the concluding day of Hafta e Wehadat O Akhuwat which was observed to celebrate the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ume Kalsoom Binte Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH). He said that the whole of humanity especially the Islamic world is facing difficulties and problems and are the target of the colonial powers. The chief of the colonial powers, America together with its agents, is targeting Muslim countries one after the other, on one hand Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, Libya and Bahrain have become the signs of horror of the colonial intervention and on other hand Syria is being taught a lesson for being disobedient, Iran is being warned and Israel is being given a pat on its back. In this critical situation the Muslim rulers are turning a blind eye and are instead, busy polishing the shoes of the colonial powers for the protection of their rule; in order to defeat the Muslim nation, the Muslim rulers are being used. He said that to prolong their rule the rulers who are obeying the instructions of the colonial powers should not be over optimistic since all the Islamic countries are their targets.

He expressed his grave grief that although the resolutions were passed in all parties’ conferences and in the national assembly, the drone attacks still continue and, with the backing of the colonial powers, the continued terrorism, target killings and suicide attacks are also carried on. Instead of fighting against the common enemy, all national institutions are pinning each other down.

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that in this difficult time, the Muslims of the world, while equipping themselves with the power of belief, will have to take a stand against the evil powers. He said that every man of the family of the Holy Prophet is like Mohammad (PBUH & HHP) and every women of this house is like Hazrat Fatima (PBUH); one of the personalities of this great family is Hazrat Ume Kalsoom (PBUH) who is the daughter of Ali O Batool (PBUT) and the granddaughter of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). Her real name was Zainab e Sughra (PBUH) and the Kuniyat was Ume Kulsoom. She accompanied her brother Imam Hussain (PBUH) on the journey to Karbala and after the tragedy of Karbala, bore all the difficulties of the captivity with Imam Zainul Abideen (PBUH) and the ladies of the household of the Holy prophet (PBUT). She played a great role to devastate the oppression of Yazid and Ibne Zayad. She, like her elder sister Hazrat Zainab e Kubra (PBUH), shook the public from their deep sleep with her courageous and eloquent sermons. Her eloquent sermons in front of the Kufians made them cry instead of celebrating the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and they really didn’t have a clue about what they had done but the shame and disgust was in their fate.

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) proved with their actions that might is not right but that truth is might. Today when the Muslim rulers are afraid and powerless on the destruction of the Muslim world due to being afraid of the colonial powers; they will have to learn the lesson from the example set by the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) and will have to take a stand against the colonial policies with a display of unity and brotherhood. Columnist Saleem Safi committed journalistic-terrorism by writing TNFJ as a banned organization –Spokesman

RAWALPINDI, February 11: The spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya condemned a columnist named Saleem Safi of the daily Jang for terming TNFJ as a banned organization in one of his deceptive column which is tantamount to Journalistic-terrorism. The spokesman declared it an insult for shiites while expressing his grave grief, said that for a long time some of the elements of self proclaimed Pakistan’s biggest daily newspaper (Jang) have been busy in hatching conspiracies against the Maktab e Tashayyo and, due to publishing the said column, unsuccessfully tried to defame the good name of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya.

He made it clear that the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya is an honourable organisation, one in which no-one, leadership or the ordinary worker of the organization, has ever been blamed for spreading hate or bias. He said that it is the tragedy of Pakistani journalism that the some elements of particular lobbies have penetrated in to it, which are the biggest hurdle in the solidarity of the motherland; those who proclaim themselves as the most knowledgeable should extend their horizons and should stop misleading people. He asked the respectable journalist Saleem Safi, who is out of his mind for falling in love with terrorist banned organizations, where he was in the time of General Pervez Musharraf when the whole of the state media was in his control? And why did he not give these suggestions to the General Sahib?

He said that one who is giving the shield of good intention to the banned terrorists’ organization should let us know what excuse he has got for the terrorists for spilling the blood of thousands of innocent people who fell prey to the hardliners and the terrorists groups. He said that the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya and its leadership Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi raised a voice of concern against these terror groups at the time when the whole nation, Media and Lobbies were promoting them without being aware of the danger of these groups. The Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya thirty years earlier demanded to impose restrictions on their external financial aid and demanded an audit of the accounts of the political and religious organizations, and for that purpose it has offered itself for audit of its financial resources. He said that Saleem Safi should let the nation know what mistake those people have made who were busy in worship in the mosques or Imam Bargahaz who were gunned down by these terrorists and what argument Saleem Safi is going to put forward in favour of those who planted bombs on the Shrine of those saintly people who were the messengers of peace and to whom the Muslims of the indo Pak are indebted. He said that it might be easy to understand the grudge of these elements against the armed forces of Pakistan but what argument is Saleem Safi going to bring in the favour of those terrorists and the enemies of humanity who aimlessly shed the blood of innocent children, labourers who were standing in the bank’s queue to receive their wages, those who were coming back after their shifts from factories, those who were just leading their daily lives in bazaars or those journalists who were fighting with their pen against terrorism.

RAWALPINDI, February 10: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that we can get rid of problems, difficulties and issues confronted by the humanity by following the teachings of the the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and his pious inheritors (PBUT). This was stated by him while addressing the festive function of Sadeqain (PBUT) organised at the the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tasheyo as a part of the universal eeek of “Unity and Brotherhood” which is being observed in connection with the Jashan Eid Milad-un-Nabi and birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (PBUH).

Aqae Moosavi reminded the participants of the function that at present the whole world is confronted with problems and difficulties, everyone is surrounded by the international colonial powers while anarchy and mayhem reign supreme. He made it clear that Islam not only preaches peace unity and brotherhood but also considers every type of oppression and excess a great sin and condemns the same.

Agha Moosavi qouted the saying of the master of the faithful Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUH) which is, “a person with patience eventualy meets with success regardless of how long it takes”, therefore in order to attain success one has to have patience and forebearance hence patience has been given the status of worship.

He made it clear that the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) bore unacountable problems and difficulties in promoting the religion and Sharia and displayed great patience and forbearance which is matchless in the human history. He freed humanity from the shackles of atheism and ‘shirk’ and introduced it with Monotheism (the oneness of Almighty Allah). He (PBUH & HHP). The Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) through his pious actions and character provided complete code of life and introduced reforms for the welfare of humanity.

The life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) stands witness that he condemned all types of biases and never committed aggression against anyone because it is linked with riot, arson, oppression, suppression, brutality and discrimination. For the protection and propagation of the religion and sharia, the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) chose his Holy Progeny (PBUT) whose job was to establish and deliver justice according to the devine principles. Therefore it is important to recognize these holy personalities (PBUT) as much as it is important to recognize the Prophets and the Massengers (PBUT) of Almighty Allah.

There is a saying of the infaliable Imam (PBUH) that goes, “if a person dies in a condition that he does not recognise the Imam of his time, he dies the death of ignorance”. From amongst the inheritors of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) a great personality was Hazrat Imam Jafar Ibne Muhammad (PBUH) who is the eighth infeliable member of the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and sixth devine Imam. He (PBUH) was born on 17th of Rabiul Awwal, his father is Imam Muhammad Baqar (PBUH) who witnessed the tragedy of Karbala and his mother name is Fatima Binte Qasim Bin Muhammad Bin Abi Bakr who was placed on the highest pedestal of piety and worship in her time and was educated in the Maktab-e-Imam Zainul Abideen (PBUH) and Imam Mohammad Baqar (PBUH). Imam Jafar Al Sadiq (PBUH) confronted 11 dictators in his era that included Abdul Mulk Bin Marwan, Walid Ibne Abdul Mulk, Salman Bin Abdul Mulk, Omar Bin Abdel Aziz, Hisham Bin Abdul Mulk, Yazid Bin Abdullah, Yazid Bin Walid, Marwan Bin Muhammad, Abul Abbas Safah, Mansoor Dawaneeqi.

Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (PBUH) enlightened the Shariat-e-Mustafvi in a manner that people were reminded of the Mustafvi era; the world of humanity benefited a great deal from his services. After establishing a university he enlightened the lights of guidance in Hisham, Zararah, Muhammad Bin Muslim, Aaimma Arba’a: Abu Hanifah, Shafa’aee, Maliki, Hanbal, and Jabir Bin Hayan and the whole of humanity was benefited from their knowledge. Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUH) introduced the Shariat-e-Mustafvi in manner that the whole humanity is astonished from his achievements and is paying homage to him even today. Agha Moosavi said that the way the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) said that he would not give up preaching the religion and Shariat even if moon is placed on his one hand and the sun on the other, similarly, his inheritor Sadiq e Aal e Mohammad (PBUH) bore all types of difficulties and proved to the world of oppression and brutality that He can not be diverted from the righteous path just like his forefathers nor can he be bowed down.

There is a saying of the Imam e Sadiq (PBUH) that, human are killed because of six wrong habits: rulers because of their oppression, nations due to their prejudice, farmers due to being proud of, traders because of their dishonesty, illetrates due to the lack of knowledge and literates due to their jelousy then said, the best person is one who becomes happy when does something good, gets ashamed when something goes wrong, seek forgiveness when comits sins, thanks when recieves blessings, displays patience in the time of calamity and forgives when he is being oppressed.

The TNFJ chief said that on the occasion of Jashan-e-Sadeqain (PBUT), the followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) will have to commit that they will give up all the things contrary to the Quranic beliefs and the teachings of Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) and Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT), will promote unity and brotherhood, will consider attack on the oppressed and Muslim States or the section of society as an attack on the whole of humanity and would condemn all types of biases because it leads to the path of falsehood while commitiing murder or spilling blood uselessly is a habit of barbarians. Causing harm to week and frightning them causes damage to the human values. Oppresion and barbarity leads to death, misleading human is dishonesty, dividing society is foolishness and ignorance; the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP), his Holy Progeny and his pious companions while forbidding from the wrong doings mentioned above said that be safe from suspicions and on the path of Almighty Allah become brothers of eachothers as you are ordered by Almighty Allah, do not call eachothers with bad names, donot spy on eachothers and donot get jelous of others acievements.

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah said that in the present critical situation when the chief of the terrorist world desires to reap her interests by linking every evil and terrorism with the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, it is important to avoid those wrongdoings which may cause harm to our fundamental values and keep up with good deeds which are declared respectable by Almighty Allah because good deeds are the signs attributed to Almighty Allah on this earth.

ISLAMABAD, February 5: On the occasion of Eid Milad un Nabi, the Tehreek Nifaz e Fiqh e Jafria’s committees of Wahdat o Akhuwat participated in the processions of Eid Meelad un Nabbi (PBUH & HHP) throughout the country. The practical demonstration of unity and brotherhood was displayed while Ahle Sunnat bothers welcomed the Wahdat o Akhuwat committees of Tehreek Nifaz e Fiqh e Jafriya. Just to remind that the Quaid e Millat e Jafria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi has announced the Observation of Hafta e Wahdat o Akhuwat from 12 – 18th Rabiul Awwal to celebrate the birth anniversaries of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and Imam Jafar Al Sadiq (PBUH).

In Islamabad the additional Secretary General of TNFJ Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari and Allama Basharat Hussain Imami participated at Darbar Sakhi Shah Mahmood Badshah (RA) and in Rawalpindi Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Agha Murtaza Moosavi Advocate, Allama Guftar Hussain Sadqi, Allama Sajad Gardezi, Allama Naqi Khurasani, Meesam Tammar Jafri, Syed Sajjad Haider Kazmi and other office bearers of TNFJ represented the TNFJ in processions carried out from Jamia Mosque Rawalpindi.

On this occasion Pir Naqeeb ur Rehman and the central spokesman of TNFJ Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaid addressed to the participants of the procession and delivered the message of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. He said that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) is the single point of unity for the whole of humanity. He said that due to the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) humanity got the dignity and honour and those who do not recognized the services of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) do not deserve to be called human. He said that the celebrations of Meelad un Nabbi (PBUH & HHP) and Mourning processions are the means to show the magnificence of Islam, because the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) delivered the Divine Message while, Imam Hussain (PBUH & HHP) protected this Message.

Allama Qamar Zaidi said that without the love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) this life has no meaning. He said that expressing love towards the grandsons of the Holy Prophet, Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (PBUT) is the proof of love towards the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). He reiterated the vow to defeat every conspiracy of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan by practicing unity amongst various schools of thought. He saluted the participants for turning out in large numbers to take part in the procession, even in the presence of dangers of terrorism.

Zakir Ghulam Farid Jaffar and Zakir Yasir Ghufar Kousar recited Naat e Rasool e Maqbool on various Meelad Stalls, which were highly appreciated by all the participants. Treatments to all ills of humanity is Nizam-e-Mustafa(saww) and Intizam-e-Murtaza(as), Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, February 4: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the treatments to all ills of the whole humanity is the Nizam-e-Mustafa(saww) and Intizam-e-Murtaza(as) and the humanity hits by oppression, brutality and injustice is waiting for the messiah who has to fill the world with justice and root out oppression and suppression from the world. Today death in honour is better than the life in disguise. The Islamic World should give up fearing from the colonial powers and should create an environment of Badar and pitch themselves against the satanic forces as a result of which no power on earth could stand against them. Colonial powers are getting the Muslims killed at the hands of Muslims and only Muslim Ummah could inflict defeat on colonial powers using the weapon of Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat. Pakistan politicians and rulers were playing the role of Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq. There is need to follow the pious Asswah of Rasool-e-Sadiq (SAAW) and Imam Sadiq (A.S.) for the supremacy of Islam and Pakistan. These views were expressed by him on the beginning of Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat that is starting with the Eid Milad-un-Nabi on the call of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and will be observed from 12-18 Rabiul Awwal with religious fervour, spirit, devotion and respect in connection with the Wiladat Ba Saadat of Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) and his inheritor Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.).

In his message, Agha Moosavi said the day on which Muslims become united, the satanic forces would not find any place to hide because colonial powers are afraid of Muslim unity and that is why they pitch Muslims against Muslims to inculcate more anarchy amongst them. They used Muslim rulers when they pitched Iraq against Iran, and when Iraq was tumbled, the Muslim States were siding with the satanic chief of the colonial powers as the planes taking off from the Muslims States used to target Muslims while Arab League was kept in the forefront when the colonial powers played games in Tunis, Egypt, Yemen and Libya. At present, he said, colonial powers were acting against Syria where again it was Arab League which was being misused and the American foreign minister is giving a pat on the back of Arab League in the garb of bringing democracy to Syria. He questioned that where the ‘colonial’ love for democracy goes viz. Bahrain where minorities are ruling the State and human rights are being trampled.

The TNFJ chief said it is the Godly decision that the atheists could never be friends of Muslims therefore the Muslim rulers should not remain aloof and come out of the Arab and Ajam syndrome otherwise the colonial powers would devour them all, one by one. He said it was the biggest tragedy for the Muslim rulers that they are playing tools in the hands of colonial powers but they would have to get themselves rid of them because the Muslim rulers and their policies are the reason of atheist pressure on Islam. He said when Pakistan came into being, it was not recognised by the satanic powers. After the demise of Quaid-i-Azam, all rulers continued dancing to the tune of colonial powers and today no part of the motherland was save from them and agencies of all countries were roaming about in Pakistan. Murderers of Pakistanis like Raymond Davis are got released immediately while a Muslim woman has been sent to jail for 86 years and the champions of Muslims are silent and could not give protection to a Muslim daughter and in these circumstances how can they protect the nation?

Agha Moosavi said that people got the judiciary restored but cheap justice is still a dream for the poor. The people are being killed the day in and day out and the Chief Justice should take suo moto notice of terrorism and the elements responsible for terrorism and unrest from the Zia era to-date should be given exemplary punishment after setting up a tribunal to probe these incidents. He said giving no punishment to any terrorist to-day posing a big question to the justice system of Pakistan.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the month of Rabiul Awwal is linked with the Maula-e-Kainaat Khatmi Martabat Rasool-e-Sadiq (SAAW) and his inheritor Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) and all Muslims should pray in this holy month. He said Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) disseminated the message of Risalat the world over and today from Fiqh to law all modern knowledge is thankful to Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.). He said the Muslim Ummah could be saved from problems confronted to it by following in the footsteps of Bani-e-Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam. He made it clear that we have no personal enmity and follow the standard of Islam and Pakistan for this purpose. The friend of Islam and Pakistan is our friend and their enemy is our enemy. We are the followers of Rasool (SAAW) and Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and we will continue our policy of expressing hatred against the oppressors and supporting the oppressed by following Asswah-e-Rasool (SAAW) and Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.).

RAWALPINDI, February 3: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe ‘Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat’ from 12-18 Rabiul Awwal to mark the Jashan-e-Wiladat of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). In a statement issued here from the Markaz-e-Tashih, he said, Islam is the messenger of peace, tranquillity, and friendship therefore the problems around could be resolved by giving priority to tolerance and brotherhood over all other matters. He said Islam condemns all types of oppression, brutality and terrorism and gives importance to peace, tranquillity, and Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat. He called upon the countrymen to prove through their deeds during the Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat that we share our grieves and happiness as Muslim is the brother of other Muslim, therefore, no Taghoot could create differences amongst us.

Agha Moosavi stressed the need that excess against any country or Maktab is brutality, oppression on the whole humanity and the issues of the oppressed nations including Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan are the issues of the whole world of humanity. He said the Wildat-e-Purnoor, which we are observing, of Rasool-e-Azam (SAAW) who is Raoof, Raheem and also Rehmatul-Lil-Alimeen. His pious life spread over 63 years stands witness that the world of atheists accepted him as Rasool-e-Sadiq (SAAW) and Ameen. As many as 104 wars were imposed on him and he always adopted the defensive strategy, never committed aggression and there is no question of committing excess by him against anyone.

The TNFJ chief said that on the occasion of Wiladat-e-Purnoor of the sixth inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), we announce our commitment to make his pious seerat a beacon of light for ourselves, will continue hatred against oppressors and support to the oppressed and will declare the struggle for annexation of the rights of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations must for ourselves as in it lay our welfare, blessing and survival.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all schools of thought to organise Eid-e-Milad processions, Mahafil-e-Naat, conferences, seminars and festive events and pray for the country’s integrity, solidarity and the supremacy of the Islamic World so as to get the whole world of humanity rid of terrorism.

Meanwhile, a central committee of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has been formed to organise programmes for Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat. Spirit of Mukhtar necessary to get rid of the international colonial powers, Moosavi on Eid-e-Zahra(as)

RAWALPINDI, February 2: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said it is necessary to inculcate the spirit of Mukhtar so as to get rid of the international colonial powers. This was stated by him while addressing a special function on the occasion of country-wide Youm-e-Mukhtar Aal-e-Muhammad (Eid-e-Zehra) here on Wednesday. He said at present the Islamic World and the motherland Pakistan were at the target of colonial and atheist powers being the citadel of Islam, and it has become a practice for them to interfere in Muslim States one after the other. He said the chief of the colonial powers has now given a new policy that they will follow their enemy wherever and whenever so desired that is why they had declared Islam and Muslims as their biggest enemies under the well prepared plan. Therefore, they initiated Iraqi aggression against Kuwait. Earlier they tried to sabotage Iran revolution through Iraqi attack on Iran as a result of which both these brotherly countries remained entangled with each for ten year leaving lakhs of people dead.

Agha Moosavi said Afghanistan was attacked by the colonial powers in the garb of 9/11 and are still there even after killing Osama. Then they attacked Iraq not only killing innocent people but also desecrating the holy places, holy shrines of Imameen Al-Askareen in Samrah were razed to ground and terrorism still exists there. Later they destructed Tunis, Yemen, Egypt and Libya. They initiated civil war in Yemen and sent for their agent Abdus Saleh and are still keeping him in their lap, riots are sponsored in Syria and at the same time the foreign minister of the chief of the colonial powers has stated that democracy will be restored in Syria. He asked which democracy prevails in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Jordon? These States are most favoured being the American agents despite Malookiyyat and tyranny and some of them have even recognised America stooge i.e. Israel. He said the colonial powers use the Arab League and the OIC to cause damage to Muslims like they have done in Syria. They have patronised oppression in Bahrain on the other where the minority is ruling the majority and a country is playing with the honour of the people through open interference there but the United Nations and western world keep quiet and do nothing to correct this situation.

The TNFJ chief said the colonial powers consider democracy in those States that are playing in the hands of satanic powers and work to promote their interests and a States they sees the United States eye-to-eye is considered a tyrant State despite existence of democracy in that State like threats are being hurled against Iran and sanctions are imposed against them. He said Pakistan is a particular target of the colonial powers being an atomic power and rulers and politicians are their slaves, Memo scandal drama was staged to befool the people and later this match was fixed and one does not know how many dramas are still in the pipeline?

Agha Moosavi said the Drone attacks were still going on and Obama has proud accepted the same saying that Pakistan army does not keep this capability while our rulers are keeping quiet fearing American annoyance. He said there would be hardly any country where America and her allies are not playing their game. Not a single goes without any act of terrorism, bloodbath is going on in Sindh and Balochistan that are the hub of Pakistan’s economy and unending incidents of target killings are going on in these provinces while the rulers shed crocodile tear and start waiting for the next such incident, he added. He lamented that Pakistan is profusely wounded and even the federal capital of the country was not safe because the rulers themselves express fear and think that they can be targeted from the Margalla hills. The question arises that where our intelligence agencies have gone? He said the intelligence agencies the world over are busy keeping the interest of their respective countries and their agents, if arrested, are set free the fresh example of which is the German spy. He quoted a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that disease is from you and you have to give treatment of it. He said everyone would have to inculcate the spirit of Mukhtar (R.A.) in him so as to confront the international colonial powers and their agents and get themselves rid of them because the threatening voice of Mukhtar (R.A.) still makes the colonial and Zionist courts shivering.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the objective of the qayam (stay) by Imam Aali Muqaam Hazrat Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) was to promote justice and fair-play throughout the world and root out oppression and brutality. He said from amongst the followers of Imam Hussain (A.S.), the great personality of Hazrat Mukhtar (A.S.) also stayed for raising the flag of justice and fair-play and to root out oppressors. He said Hazrat Mukhtar struggled for the supremacy of Kitab Allah, Sunnat-e-Rasool (SAAW) and revenge (restoration of justice and fair-play) for the blood of Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his near and dear ones, support to the oppressed, have-nots and the vulnerable. He said Hazrat Mukhtar implemented these targets and shattered Yazidiyyat, tyranny, oppression and brutality. In other words, Mukhtar rose to the occasion as an unseen sword for restoration of justice and fair-play. He said Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) had given ‘basharat’ to his Ummah that Allah will take revenge of the debauchery of these oppressors by appointing Mukhtar on them. Therefore, Mukhtar exercised that blessing to fulfil that saying. He reiterated his resolve to thwart every conspiracy against the religion and the motherland by following in the footsteps of Mukhtar Aal-e-Muhammad through mutual unity and brotherhood.
