RAWALPINDI, September 18: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the Muslim Ummah would have to hold the Daman of Mustafa (SAAW), Quran and Ahle Bait so as to get rid of the colonial tactics and natural and earthly calamities. He said Farzand-e-Rasool Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) enlightened the candles of knowledge and deeds following in the footsteps of the Nabi (SAAW) and the whole humanity all around the world are reaping its benefits. This was stated by him while addressing the office-bearers of Ashra-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad Committee. He said the nations were tested in every era and Anbia, Mursaleen, Aulia and Saleheen remained confronted with one problem or the other but they always gave preference to the message of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat over other things and utilised all their energy in disseminating the commandments of Allah. They confronted Nimrahs, Pharaohs, dictators and tyrant rulers of their respective eras but neither had they deterred from their holy targets nor they tease the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW), he added.

Agha Moosavi said Rasool (SAAW) was tease to the maximum extent besides imposition of sanctions against him on which Shoeb-e-Abi Talib stands witness. But, he added, the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) made it clear that he will continue his mission even sun is placed on his one hand and the moon on the other. He remained stuck to his announcement throughout his life. The Rasool (SAAW) made it clear that if any one seeks survival then he would have to come into the circle of Kalimah “La Ilaha Illallah” that is the citadel of Allah. The TNFJ chief said the foundation of Pakistan is also laid on “La Illah Illallah” and we are on the target of the enemy on this very basis. He said every attack was committed so as to wipe out the Pakistan’s foundation — through Hathora, knives, Kalashnikovs, guns, promoting biases, pitching brother against brother, Drone attacks followed by 9/11, suicide attacks, and target killings — giving a bloodbath to whole Pakistan. He said the rulers imposed on us by the colonial powers have played a big role in increasing the national tests. He lamented that most of the Muslim rulers were playing the role of agents of the big colonial satanic forces and the Muslim States would have to get themselves rid of such rulers.

The TNFJ chief said that Allah Has promised with the Rasool (SAAW) that no catastrophe would come on the Ummat-e-Wast because Zaat-e-Illahi is Arhamur Rahimeen while Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) is Rehmatul-lil-Alimeen. The earthly calamities confronted by Pakistan at present are such like Noman Fehri had invited the wrath of Allah and he fell prey to the stone that came from the Nature. He said to get motherland Pakistan rid of calamities and catastrophe; we would have to keep the saying of Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes: “Illness because of You, and the treatment is also with You”. Zaat-e-Illahi is Merciful and the door for forgiveness is always open. If we announce our commitment that the rights of the Creator and the creature are respected from the core of our heart, the immense blessings of Zaat-e-Illahi would continue to shower on us, he added.

He said Quran itself has made the path of respecting the rights of Allah and the creature, clear saying that take whatever Allah’s Rasool (SAAW) gives to you and stop taking from he (SAAW) asked you to restraint. Therefore, the whole Muslim Ummah would have to honour the commandments of Allah and remained attached with those who he (SAAW) left behind him. He said Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) has declared the love for Ahle Bait (A.S.) as the only Ajr (compensation) of his (SAAW) Risalat and this Ajr is the one that everyone could pay any time and in any era and no worldly issues, wealth, offspring, property could create any hurdle in doing so. Therefore, the love for Rasool (SAAW) demands from us to make the whole world aware of the enlightened character of Mashaheer-e-Islam, Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.).

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is the greatest personality of the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.) who reminded the people of his era of the Mustafvi era. He said there is a saying of the Imam that goes: “The best human being is the one who keeps five qualities: when he does something good he is happy (i.e. goes down in Sajdah), seeks forgiveness when commits sin, thanks when showered with blessing, keeps forbearance when in trouble, forgive when he undergoes any excess. He said today’s rulers and politicians were utilising all their energy to overcome others and were busy in critically taunting their opponents. They will have to forgive mistakes of each other as it is the only way to turn Pakistan into ‘Adlistaan’ that has become ‘Zulmistaan’ for now, he concluded.

RAWALPINDI, September 11: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the new wave of accusing each other was beneficial for the enemy who desires to see the people of the motherland entangle with each other. For God sake, fear from Allah and thank Him for the blessing like the motherland Pakistan. He said we see all politicians, parties with respect but no damage should be caused to the motherland for personal, party and political interests. Pakistan has the blood of great Shuhada in its foundation therefore it should not be desecrated and no one should even think that a new East Pakistan would come into being as Pakistan is now an atomic power, and a Momin could not be stung with one hole twice. These views were expressed by him at the Majlis-e-Traheem organised on the occasion of death anniversary of Founder of the Nation Hazrat Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Agha Moosavi said we should promote the vision of Dr. Allama Iqbal who presented the vision of Pakistan but unfortunately the politicians have changed even the curricula on the desire of international satans. He said the live nations not only save themselves but also give new lease of life to its ideologies and not even hesitate in offering any sacrifice of life, wealth and honour for this purpose. He said Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah remained attached with his religious and spiritual centre till last. The TNFJ chief said that when he was a student at Hoza Ilmia Najaf-e-Ashraf from 1961 to 1967, at that time Sajjad Haider was the Pakistan’s ambassador in Iraq who also remained high commissioner in India also. Sajjad Haider met the Marajah Ayatollah Al-Uzma Abdul Karim Zanjani Aala Allah Maqamah in Iraq who showed Sajjad Haider some letters written by the Founder of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah before the creation of Pakistan seeking guidance for formation of a new State. Ayatollah Zanjani sent the good wishes for Pakistan and Ahle Pakistan and said that success lay in keeping in touch with the spiritual, academic and religious centres.

Agha Moosavi said some personalities say today that Pakistan was not achieved in the name of Islam, such people are unaware of the ideologies of Islam, Pakistan and Quaid-i-Azam. He said if the meaning of Pakistan was not ‘La Illaha Illallah’ then the objective of creating Pakistan was nothing because India was already a secular state. Millions of Muslims left their properties, graves of their forefathers, sacrificed their honour, listened to the taunting of migrators and some people still think that all this was done to create a secular Pakistan? It is not right to give a wrong meaning to the saying of the Quaid in which he had assured protection for the minorities adoptinh the Islamic Ideology that reflects Islamic teachings. Those who take their own meanings from his speech should study Islam, he added. If creation of Pakistan was not for Islam and ‘La Illaha Illallah’ then why Indira Gandhi on the occasion of Fall of Dhaka had said, “We have drowned the Two-Nation theory in the sea today?”

The TNFJ chief said that everyone should keep in mind that the great gift has been achieved in the shape of Pakistan through Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah but unfortunately it landed in the wrong hands. The Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away after a year and 27 days of creation of Pakistan, after which began the era of different experiences and first martial law was imposed in 1958 ultimately resulting in the breaking away of Pakistan. He said first we would have to protect Pakistan from the Congressi mullahs and martial laws because one martial law lost one Pakistan while other gave a tough time to the country as a result of which we are surrounded by one problem or the other today.

Agha Moosavi said 9/11 was a long colonial play-drama in the name of Osama and people are not still aware of that. Actually Pakistan is the target of the international satans being the citadel of Islam, he said adding that many dramas were also played before it; Iran was pitched against Iraq, then Iraq was instigated to attack Kuwait. Similarly, he added, those who were sent in Afghanistan in the shape of Mujahideen resulting the dismemberment of Russia and the reward given to Afghanistan by Bush was that Tora Bora was shattered through one attack after the other and then they shifted their attention towards the real target i.e. Pakistan by patronising terrorism, suicide attacks, Drone attacks and target killings and the situation reached to the extent that people and politicians are set out to kill each other. He said internal enemy is more severe than the external one. There is one enemy in the human being called Nafs-e-Ammarah, if that was not killed then it could turn a human being into a satan and if it is overpowered then a human being could be turned into a real human being.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was not only a greatest leader but also a true and diehard Muslim. He was born in a Muslim family who was closely linked with Islam and were the devotees of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). He paid salute to the faithful companions of the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and prayed them to live in peace. He said by making the whole nation, Father of the Nation, Shuhada and departed souls of the nation as witnesses, we announce our commitment to condemn all type of biases and would work as the advance force for protecting Islam, Pakistan and its people.

TNFJ announces to observe Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (as) from 15-25 Shawwal

RAWALPINDI, September 9: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.). In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) remained busy in preaching the Mustafvi and Murtazvi thoughts in a very decent manner, and performed his religious and God given duties with utmost struggle and worked for the betterment of the humanity as a result of which he had to suffer the brunt of the oppressors of that era. He said the Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) stayed at Hoza Ilmia in Madina Munawwarah where thousands of students benefited from his teaching and amongst them more than four thousand students were those who excelled in Uloom-e-Islamic and Fiqh. His sayings were the beacon of light for all Uloom. He was declared the Moosis of the knowledge of Hadees and Riwayat, 400 principles of Ma’arif-e-Islami and Hadees are included in our books of Ahadees. His pupils included Muhammad Bin Muslim, Hisham Bin Salim, and Abu Hanifa who themselves were called experts of Uloom in their eras. In addition to the knowledge of Usool and Fiqh, he also gave pupils like Jabir Bin Hayan and Hisham Bin Hukm to this world in other areas of knowledge. Fiqh-e-Jafariya is related with him and has been the centre of attraction in the legislative world at present.

Agha Moosavi quoting a Quranic Ayah said that the consideration of three subservience attitudes prove that there are some people in the creature who give us guidance and do justice with righteousness and in every era there must be a person who restores Haq and follows it. Amongst such personalities, Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) enjoys the status of Quran-e-Natiq on the honour and dignity of which all Muslims agree. Shaikh Abdur Rehman Salma writes that Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) was the complete best example viz. religious and worldly affairs. He had full capability of snubbing his desires he was on the height of wisdom.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said by observing the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) on the occasion of Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) from 15-25 Shawal and prove that they would not allow anyone to cause any harm to ideology of Islam. He said we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the honour, dignity and protection of Islam and Pakistan. He said biases would be discouraged at every level so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland and would continue declaring upon the world that a terrorist is only a terrorist and linking with any Maslak or a country is itself terrorism. He said all countrymen should pay condolences on the Shahadat of Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) by participating in Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari and Taboot processions on this occasion.

Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organize programmes of Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi has been nominated as Convener while Akhtar Raza Kiani and Assad Al-Hussain Jafri will be the Deputy Convener and Secretary of this Committee, respectively.

Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baaqee observed on Sep 7, on Agha Moosavi’s call

RAWALPINDI, September 8: The Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baaqee was observed throughout the country on Wednesday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to lodge protest against destruction of the holy shrines of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zehra (S.A.) Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla at the hands of Saudi rulers on 8th Shawal, 1925. On this occasion Majalis-e-Aza were held and protest Matmi processions were taken out in all big cities and towns against the destruction of holy shrines.

In Rawalpindi, the central Matmi protest demonstration was taken out from Imambargah Nasir Al-Aza, Chowk Waris Khan. Thousands of people participated in the rally and raised a voice of protest against the dilapidated condition of the Jannatul Baqee. The participants of the procession marched towards Committee Chowk passing through the Murree Road performing Matamdari and Noha-Khwani. The protest rally among others was led by Ulema Karam belonging to different schools of thought, office-bearers of TNFJ and other subordinate bodies, provincial, regional and district elite, leaders and Matmi Salars of religious organizations. Hundreds of minor workers of Mukhtar Generation and jawans of Ibrahim Scouts were carrying Shabih of Jannatul Baqee and were raising vociferous slogans against the destruction of holy shrines and in favour of reconstruction of the same while jawans of Mukhtar Organisation and MSO were holding black flag, portraits of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans.

The rally turned out to be a big public meeting after reaching the Committee Chowk where Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, TNFJ addressed the rally. Presenting the special message of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, he said the only way to solution of all problems confronted by the Muslim Ummah in annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and independence of Kashmir is to get the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla restored.

The participants of the rally also adopted different resolutions among vociferous slogans. A resolution said the great shrines of Paighambar-e-Islam’s (SAAW) daughter Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.), her offspring, Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) have become the symbol of disappointment. The resolution called upon the Muslim rulers to break their criminal silence. The resolution also demanded from the international organizations including the United Nations and Unesco, who claim to be the champions of world’s cultural heritage, to give attention on Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla also and get the dignity of the same restored because it is included in the United Nations Charter that this representative organisation of the world nations will not only protest the combined heritage of the mankind, its remains and signs but would also stop those who will cause their destruction.

Another resolution strongly condemned Daily Jang for not publishing the advertisement given to them for Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee. It expressed shock that the so-called big newspaper is not a spokesman of the people as they keep the liking and disliking of their masters dearer than Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW), pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.), and the Rasool’s (SAAW) mother. The resolution said that it is not an issue of Shia, Sunni or Barelvi but that of every human being and conscious and honourable Muslim the proof of which was given by Muhammad Ali Johar, Shorish Kashmiri, Maulana Shaukat Ali and is being given today by Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The resolution made it clear that through this act of the newspaper; the hypocrisy of the so-called champions of freedom of the Press has been unveiled. When the human beings, institutions and States bargain their honour they stand nowhere that is why Muslim Ummah is being targeted by the colonial powers and Drone attacks are being conducted in the motherland day in and day out, it said. The resolution termed the newspaper’s action encroachment of the human rights.

The resolution demanded implementation of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement and exert pressure on the Saudi government under this agreement to restore the dignity of the holy shrines. The resolution while demanding to declare Makkah and Madinah as open cities warned the Muslim rulers to get ready to face more difficulties and problems if they did not do anything practical in this connection. The resolution lamented the international atheist was bent upon desecrating the signs of Allah and was committing continuous desecration of Quran, Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and pious leaders of the religion under an organised international conspiracy. The resolution called upon the Muslim Ummah to come out of its shackle and give priority to the collective interest of the Islamic World instead of giving priority to their personal interests so as to stop the enemies of the religion and Shariat from committing desecration. The participants of the rally expressing their solidarity with the whole world of humanity in general and with the oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan vowed to continue their practical struggle under the far-sighted leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in support of the righteousness, in expressing hatred against oppression, for achievement of rights of the Millat and for the integrity and solidarity of the motherland Pakistan and they will never hesitate in offering any sacrifice on his call.

Later, the rally terminated at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain after passing through its traditional route where special prayers marked the conclusion of the rally. Mukhtar Force volunteers escorted the rally throughout while District Administration had made fool-proof arrangements en route the rally. Police officers and jawans remained with the rally throughout.

ISLAMABAD:

In Federal Capital Islamabad, the protest procession was taken out by TNFJ District Islamabad Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee Committee from Darbar Aalia Hazrat Sakhi Mahmood Badshah (father of Hazrat Bari Imam) near Aabpara.

The rally was led by Ulema Karaam and religious elite belonging to different schools of thought. TNFJ District Council Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, addressing the rally said that restoration of the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is the issue of not only the Muslim Ummah but that of the whole humanity. Allama Sh. Ijaz Hussain Madras, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi, Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi also addressed the rally while District Jannatul Baqee Committee convener Syed Nusrat Ali Naqvi thanked the participants of the rally and the administration.

Later the rally terminated at Darbar Sakhi Mahmood Badshah where special prayers were offered to mark the conclusion of the rally.

Criminal silence on the destruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla is the reason behind Muslim problems; Moosavi’s message on Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee

RAWALPINDI, September 6: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the reason behind problems, difficulties, insult of the Muslim Ummah is their criminal silence on the destruction of historic graveyards of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla at the hands of Aal-e-Saud and this incident has also unveiled the claims of so-called champions of human rights i.e. the United Nations and Unesco. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee that is being observed throughout the country on Wednesday Shawal 8 with religious spirit, devotion and respect.

Agha Moosavi raised a question that why those rulers are silent on the desecration and destruction of the signs of Rasool (SAAW) who used to bring their armies on the frontiers when they see their rule in danger or they feel their interests are being encroached upon. He said keeping to this attitude of the Muslim rulers, the Aal-e-Saud destructed the shrine of mother of the whole mankind and the mother of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) Hazrat Amna and also wiped out uncountable signs related with the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) in the garb of extension of Harmain and they are still doing that. As a follow-up, the Zionist were giving the same treatment to Qibla-e-Awwal also in the garb of its extension.

The TNFJ chief said the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was waking up the international conscious by observing the Youm-e-Inhidam Jannat-ul-Baqee for more than quarter a century because the destruction of the shrines of holy personalities Jannatul Moalla and Jannatul Baqee pose a question mark to the conscience of the world and of the Muslim Ummah. He said no conscious Muslim could remain silent on the desecration of the Rasool’s (SAAW) mother and the holy shrines of the Sardars of the heaven. He appealed those who seek the protection of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) on the Day of Judgement to raise their voice of protest on Shawal 8 so as to shatter the conscious of international organisations crying hoarse of protecting the heritage of human rights, Muslim rulers, OIC, Arab League and other Islamic organisations who were playing the role of silent spectators on the destruction of this great heritage of the world of humanity.

Agha Moosavi made it clear on the colonial powers and their agents following their agenda that they cannot wipe out the love of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar and Mashaheer-e-Islam by wiping out the signs of Mashaheer-e-Islam. He said the shrines of these personalities are in the heart of faithfuls and no bulldozer or modern machinery could wipe these out. He said their protest is not against any country, Maslak or the family but for performing the Ajr-e-Risalat that has been ordered in Holy Quran and it would continue till the honour of these shrines is not restored.

Ammat Al-Rasool SAAW), Hazrat Halima Saadia (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Affan (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Mazoon (R.A.), Hazrat Abdur Rehman Bin Auf (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Abi Waqas (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Zararah (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Ma’ad (R.A.), Hazrat Abu Saeed Khidri (R.A.), Hazrat Imam Malik (R.A.), Hazrat Imam Nafeh and hundreds of other renowned personalities including the Shuhada-e-Uhad.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that the shrines of all these holy personalities had been the source of guidance for centuries but unfortunately Ibne Timia’s pupil Ibne Alqem by giving the fatwa of the destruction of these holiest places not only opposed his Aa’imma Arbah but shattered the whole humanity and the Aal-e-Saud occupying the soil of Hijaz implemented that fatwa and razed the Sha’air of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla to ground on Shawal 8, 1344 Hijra (April 21, 1925) forcing the Muslims the world over to shed bloody tears. He said these holy places remained intact with honour from the era of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique to 1922.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the destruction of holy shrines of the Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) pious Sahaba Kubaar, forefathers of the Rasool (SAAW), and Dukhtar-e-Rasool Syed Fatima Zehra (S.A.) by Aal-e-Saud is an insult to the Quran and Sunnah and is tantamount to inviting the wrath of God. He said destructing the shrine of Fatima Zehra (S.A.) is like hurting the Rasool (SAAW) and hurting the Rasool (SAAW) is like hurting Allah.

Moosavi conditions Muslims supremacy with ensuring holy shrines early reconstruction, vows will never give up demand for Baqee rebuilding

RAWALPINDI, September 4: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has called upon the Muslim Ummah to ensure early reconstruction of the holy shrines if it desires to restore its supremacy in the world and root out problems and difficulties faced by it as it is the only way to annex Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and get independence of Palestine and Azad Kashmir. For this purpose, every Muslim should join the call of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya by observing peaceful protest on Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee that is being observed on Shawal 8 throughout the world.

This was stated by him while addressing the central office-bearers and heads of subordinate bodies of the Tehreek in the Cabinet meeting of the TNFJ here on Sunday.

Agha Moosavi said all world nations not only keep remembering their Mashaheer (heroes) rather they also protect their signs so as to benefit from their teachings and earn their ma’arfat (knowledge). He said Muslims have forgotten Islam and Quran as a result of which satanic forces are pitched against Islam and have bent upon desecrating Sha’air Allah becoming united.

He said a big newspaper that claims giving priority to Islam and not to entangle in sectarian issues has accused a Muslim State of interfering in other Muslim States while according to ‘Al-Muslim Akh ul-Muslim’ no geographical boundaries exist amongst Muslims. That is why when Babri Masjid was razed to ground no one termed it a Sunni-Shia issue because it is the issue of the whole humanity.

The TNFJ chief said when a single kiln of Gen. Ziaul Haq’s grave is misplaced its echoes are heard throughout the country and everyone cried hoarse on the desecration of graves in Britain. But what a shame that holy shrines of Mashaheer-e-Deen and Shariat including Rasool-e-Akram’s (SAAW) forefathers, Ahle Bait Atahaar (A.S.), Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Zunnorain (RA) and other Sahaba Karam placed in the holy graveyards of Jannatul Moalla and Jannatul Baqee were being razed and no one seems concerned about it, he added.

He said it our rather the whole Muslim Ummah’s duty to raise voice of protest against this oppression and excess and join our protest for the purpose. He said Muslims are confronted with one problem or the other today just because of their criminal silence on the destruction of shrines of religious elders, desecration of Quran and insult of Risalat. The enemy desires to divide us so as to rule all over the world, therefore, we shall be the first to continue our practical struggle for the restoration of holy shrines of the Mashaheer-e-Islam with sincerity of purpose so as to thwart their conspiracy, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the government to take steps under the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for the reconstruction of holy shrines of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla by raising this issue on diplomatic level while OIC, ICC, Security Council and Arab League should fulfil their responsibilities in restoring and protecting the Islamic signs.

He said like all international issues including Kashmir and Palestine are still on the international agenda despite no solution of the same, and efforts are going on for their solution, similarly we shall never give up our demand for the reconstruction of Jammatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla.

He said Makkah and Madinah are not the assets of any particular sect or a country but belong to the whole Islamic World, therefore, these should be declared open cities.

He said we have no issue with anyone or any personality rather we consider those as enemies of Islam and humanity who cause any damage to Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam.

He appealed all countrymen to throng the Universal Youm-i-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee programmes on Shawal 8 so as to please Allah and become presentable in Bargah-e-Rasool (SAAW) and Batool (A.S.).

TNFJ condemns Alamdar Road blast

on Eid day

RAWALPINDI, August 31: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has strongly condemned the blast incident at Alamdar Road in Quetta on the occasion of Eidul Fitr and declared it an open act of barbarism. In a statement issued here from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said it is tragic that the terrorists did not even spare the Ramazan-ul-Mubarik that is called Shehr Allah and they did not spare the innocent citizens in Quetta even on the Eid day. He said through their attacks on mosques, Imambargahs, Darsgahs, security institutions, markets, offices of the sensitive institutions, and check posts, the terrorists desire to give a message that no area is out of reach for them. He said the British High Commissioner, rulers and leaders are enjoying Pakistan’s worst situation that is a question mark for the whole nation.

Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate lamented that rulers, leaders and politicians were just supporting their interests and personal and party gains. Had they preferred the people and Pakistan then the nation would not have faced such problems and difficulties, he added. He said people are now tired of picking up dead bodies, and passing condemnation resolutions. He appealed all countrymen to display unity and brotherhood so as to thwart the heinous conspiracy of the satanic world to give Pakistan a bloodbath. He demanded to give exemplary punishment to the culprits of incidents of terrorism throughout the country including that of Quetta and make the motives behind it public.

Mazhar Shah called upon the government to take notice of those powers that keep a soft corner for terrorists and banned groups and check those government functionaries who present them as representatives of different Makatib because the dream of restoring peace could not be realised unless hatred is announced against all banned groups without any discrimination. He said murder, riot, target killings and all types of terrorism are great oppression and the rulers, politicians, religious and political leaders, all Makatib and religious and political organisations are under the obligation not only to display courage rather announce practical hatred against banned terrorist elements and avoid from making them sit around them otherwise, he added, it would not be possible to root out terrorism. He termed the internal enemies more dangerous than the external enemies.

He appealed all countrymen to remain alert and alight themselves from the banned groups for the protection, honour and dignity of the country and the nation and alien with the patriotic forces.

Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin observed on TNFJ call

RAWALPINDI, August 26: Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin was observed throughout the country on Juma-tul-Widah on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, with revival of commitment to continue support for the freedom fighters engaged in annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and independence of Kashmir. Rallies and protest demonstrations were taken out in all small and big cities and towns of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Ulema and Khateebs in their Friday sermons made it clear that Al-Quds Al-Sharif is respectable not only in Islam but for the whole humanity which also include Sha’air Allah and it is the duty of the Islamic World to get its sanctity restored by getting it annexed from the Zionist clutches.

In Rawalpindi, main Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah under the auspices of District Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Committee of the TNFJ. The procession was led by Syed Jabir Hussain Naqvi District Convener of Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin Committee, Agha Syed Ali Rooh Al-Abbas Moosavi Advocate, Regional Council Rawalpindi President Allama Syed Abul Hassan Taqi, District Council Rawalpindi President Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Ch. Abu Baidar Ali, Aqeel Naqvi, Maulana Qalam-e-Abbas Bokhari, Aala Haider, Secretary Markazi Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Malik-e-Ashtar, Syed Nasir Abbas Karbalai, Bawa Sajjad Haider Kazmi, M.H. Jafri, and others.

The participants of the procession were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans in favour of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and against the American-Zionist-Hindu colonial trio. The protest procession turned into a rally after reaching Committee Chowk. The Central Convener of Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin Committee Meesam Tammar, said Muslim are the Millat-e-Wahida and they would have to confront the atheists becoming united on matters of principle. By doing so not only the Bait Al-Maqdas will be got freed rather all problems faced by the Muslim Ummah will be resolved. Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani said Muslim rulers themselves are responsible for the issues faced by the Islamic World as they have become the tools in the hands of international colonial powers. He said they would have to come out from the shackles, form a united international Islamic forum for a joint struggle for annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and freedom of Azad Kashmir.

A resolution adopted on the occasion said that despite the Muslim States are laced with wealth and minerals and can strengthen their economy as they are already in control of important areas, the colonial powers have made the life of Muslims difficult, Kashmir and Palestine are occupied by Hindus and Zionists for the last six decades while a great sign of Sha’air Allah i.e. Bait Al-Maqdas is occupied by Zionists and they continue desecrating it the day in and day out. The resolution lamented that the United Nations Resolutions did nothing in annexing Al-Quds or winning freedom in Kashmir and Palestine. The Muslim Ummah has lost its identity because most of the Muslim rulers are following the colonial agenda. The resolution called upon the Muslim Ummah to accept the leadership of Pakistan that is now the only Muslim atomic power for annexation of all occupied areas including Al-Quds Al-Sharif, independence of Kashmir and Palestine and for solution of all problems faced by the Islamic World. The resolution expressed concern on the law and order situation in the country and termed the incidents of terrorism, and target killings a heinous conspiracy of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan. The resolution supported the point of view of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that a terrorist keeps no Maslak, he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in that context. Later the demonstrators dispersed peacefully.

In Federal Capital Islamabad, a strong protest rally was held on Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin at Aabpara Chowk under the auspices of Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin Committee. The rally began from the Darbar of Hazrat Bari Sarkar’s father, Sakhi Mahmood Shah Badshah. It was led by Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari Additional Secretary General TNFJ, District President TNFJ Islamabad Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi, Allama Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Raja Zulfiqar Ali, Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi, Allama Shiraz Hussain Kazmi, Syed Nazakat Hussain Kazmi, Malik-e-Ashtar Central Joint Secretary Information TNFJ, Prof. Ghulam Abbas Haideri, Sub. Asghar Haideri, Raja Muharram Ali, Qudrat Ullah Haideri, Syed Amjad Hussain Kazmi and others.

Addressing the protest rally at Aabpara Chowk, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi Central Secretary Information TNFJ said that objective of observing Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin throughout the country is to express solidarity with the oppressed nations and Muslim people facing atrocities the world over. He said international organisations, the United Nations and the OIC are responsible for the problems confronted by the Islamic World. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami District President of the TNFJ in his address said the United Nations has not resolved any problem of world of humanity while the OIC failed to resolve any problems faced by the Islamic World as a result of which their reputation is put on stake. They will have to make their own independent decisions after getting rid of the American slavery so as to restore their pride. He appealed the Muslim rulers to form a joint platform for a practical joint struggle for annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, achievement of Kashmir and to tackle the colonial oppression against Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan. Allama Fakhar Abidi also addressed the gathering.

A resolution adopted on the occasion called upon the Muslim rulers to stop performing ‘Tawaf’ of Bait Al-Abyaz (White House) and bow only before Allah for the restoration of honour, strength and solidarity of the Muslim Ummah and consider attack on any country or Maslak as an attack on the whole Muslim Ummah irrespective of their geographical boundaries. Another resolution said that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was ready to cooperate in every good work in the larger interest of the nation and the country. Prays were offered on the occasion for rooting out of problems faced by the Muslim Ummah, and for the integrity, solidarity and development of the motherland Pakistan. The participants of the rally later dispersed peacefully.

Meanwhile, according to reports reaching here from other parts of the country protest rallies in connection with the Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin were taken out in Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Dadu, Khairpur Mirs, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Sargodha, Sialkot, Gilgit, Faisalabad, Kohat, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Deena, Kasur, Gojra, Khanewal, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Sehwan Sharif, Noshero Feroze and other cities.

Agha Moosavi’s Message on the occasion of International Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin

RAWALPINDI, August 25: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that we would have to get rid of international colonial powers and their agents and openly support the Islamic World for solution of all problems confronted by the Islamic World including annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and freedom of Kashmir and Palestine. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of International Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin that is being observed on Jumatul Mubarik (25 Ramazan) with traditional and religious spirit.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is observing the International Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin keeping the saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes: express hatred against the oppressor and support the oppressed. He said according to another saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) best justice is to help the oppressed. He said Islam is commensurate with justice and fair-play that demands practical implementation by us making our lives in accordance with the Islamic principles. He said Islam not only gets us rid of moral crises but also from the tirades created by the colonial powers and we can make the Muslim Ummah strong and stable and help the oppressed people by following its teachings because Allah Has promised with Ahl-e-Iman that if they are truthful then they will remain victorious and supreme.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that objective of sending Anbia and Mursalelen was restoration of justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and brutality. He said the era of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) before Ba’asat and after stands witness that he did not ever commit any oppression or brutality. Wars were inflicted on him but he always adopted defensive strategy. He said the message of peace and tranquillity from the Holy Prophet (SAAW) spread all around owing to his great strategy that is why international leadership remained in the hands of Muslim Ummah that began to degrade in the 18th century. Muslim States were not only wiped out throughout the world rather Muslims were also divided, and the western nations gained political mileage. He said under a heinous conspiracy, Russia was defeated and Afghanistan was made target in the garb of 9/11 while Iraq was attacked in the garb of punishing Saddam.

Agha Moosavi said unfortunately, colonial powers are in control in Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan and Iraq and the bad luck is that Islamic States were given freedom visibly but the English left their inheritors in the shape of ruling class. These rulers, he added, keep the religion and Shariat limited to personalities and do not desire implementation of religion and Shariat in the State affairs. He said Israel had occupied Qibla-e-Awwal (Bait Al-Maqdas) in June 1967, then Masjid Al-Aqsa was put on fire on which the whole Islamic World became the symbol of protest which culminated in formation of OIC. First OIC summit was held in Rabat in which more than two dozen Muslim heads of State participated. The second OIC summit was held in 1974 in the era of Shaheed Bhutto in which 27 countries participated. He made it clear that OIC objective was to develop Islamic unity and stability, promote spirit of cooperation in monetary and other affairs, root out biases, support international peace and tranquillity, protect holy places, create the atmosphere of mutual unity and to struggle for the protection of traditions, freedom, independence and national rights amongst the member States.

The TNFJ chief said that earlier Rabita Al-Alam Al-Islami was already set up in 1962 with the objective to consolidate the unity amongst the Muslim States. He said both these organizations were formed about half a century ago but the question arises what did these organizations do despite they have 57 Muslim States as their members. Did they ever raise any voice for the solution of problems faced by the Muslim Ummah at the forum of the United Nations? If yes, what? If not, then why not? He lamented that 57 Muslim States could not even win the right of Veto. He said had the OIC and the Rabita Al-Alam Al-Islam forced a united forum in practical terms then there would have no occupation of Held Kashmir and Palestine, Al-Quds would have been annexed, and the allied forces may have quitted Afghanistan and Iraq rather the colonial powers would not have the courage to carry out aggression against the Islamic World. He said we ourselves are responsible for this fate.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated his resolve to continue supporting the oppressed world and express practical hatred against the oppressors till the justice and fair-play prevails and oppression and brutality is rooted out completely.
