RAWALPINDI, October 15: The programmes of Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Thursday, Shawal 25 with a commitment not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice to continue achieving the high targets of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions were taken out throughout the country on this occasion. In Rawalpindi, a central Taboot procession was taken out from Ali Masjid Satellite Town under the auspices of Majlis Al-Muwaddat Pakistan in which Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated, offered Ziarat of Tuburkaat and took part in Matamdari. The Matmis presented condolences in Bargah-e-Risalat by performing Noha-Khwani and Matamdari. The procession later terminated at Imambargah Zainul Abideen. Earlier, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat at Ali Masjid said that the body of the human being consists of heart and tongue, humanity is highlighted by making the heart the centre of knowledge and maarfat while making the tongue Fasih-o-Baleegh makes the gentlemanliness clear. Therefore, he added, a human being should use his tongue with care because there is a saying of the Maula Ali (A.S.) that goes: The human being is hidden behind his tongue, therefore, one should think many times before uttering something so that one should not has to curse what has he done. He said Hazrat Imam Jafar Ibne Muhammad (A.S.) is the sixth inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW) who extended valuable services in introducing the principles of Shariat-e-Muhammadi in this world. He said Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) is that great personality who promoted Afkaar-e-Mustafvi and Murtazvi. He said motherland Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah desired to make it an Islamic welfare State. He said every Pakistani loves his motherland and desires to seek Pakistan a strong a stable State and tries to increase its honour and dignity. Allama Sh. Ijaz Hussain Madras, Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, and others also addressed the Majlis.
The participants of the Majlis unanimously adopted a resolution that called on international organizations to give attention towards restoring the destructed Mashaheer of Islam the world over and take practical steps in this connection. The resolution lamented that the Mazzar of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) is lying dilapidated for the last 84 years, therefore the Government of Pakistan should make efforts at diplomatic level for reconstruction of the same under the May 21, 1985 agreement. Another resolution paid tributes to the Security Forces for thwarting the attacks on Baidian ,Manawan and FIA Building and said the whole nation is proud of their great jawans who laid down their life in this operation. The resolution termed suicide attack on police station sadder kohat a heinous conspiracy of the international colonial powers and their stooges and is a continuation of the ongoing terrorist activities. The resolution said the whole nation is ready to present every sacrifice shoulder to shoulder to the Pakistans Armed Forces. Another resolution terming the Kerry Lugar Bill a negation of the national integrity called upon the Parliament to reject this Bill unanimously and the government should adopt a clear-cut and courageous strategy in this connection.
Khateeba Aal-e-Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressing a Majlis at Shoeb-e-Abi Talib said that Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) left many pupils and both East and the West are proud of one of them i.e. Jabir Ibne Hayan. She said the pious teachings of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) are the beacon of light even today. Allama Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri at Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala; Allama Basharat Hussain Imami at Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra; Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi at Jamia Masjid Asna Ashary Dehlaliah; Mufti Abbas Zahiri, Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, Shahzad Hussain Sundi, Mohsin Raza Bilali, Ali Zeb Kazmi and others at Ali Hall addressed Majalis-e-Aza. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the offices of International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad Committee of the TNFJ, Majalis-e-Aza were held followed by Taboot processions and Matamdari at Quetta, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Jhelum, Sialkot, Chakwal, Bhakkar, D.I. Khan, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khushab, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Khanewal, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Dadu, Matli, Shikarpur, Thatta and dozens of other cities.
RAWALPINDI, October 11: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has paid tributes to the Pakistans armed forces for their successful operation against the terrorists who attacked GHQ and got the hostages released and has expressed the hope that the whole nation would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for rooting out the menace of terrorism. In a statement issued from the Maktab-e-Tashih, the TNFJ chief said that the jawans of the Pakistans armed forces have once again let the head of the nation rise in proud. Agha Moosavi said that by thwarting the attack on GHQ, and by saving the invaluable life of the hostages, the jawans of the Pakistan Army have made it clear on the world that the trustees of the Haideri courage know the art of confronting with mountains and passing through the fire. He said our perpetual enemy India should make it clear viz. her war preparedness that Pakistan Army and people are ever ready to defend every nook and corner of their country. He demanded from the Government of Pakistan to fulfil its responsibilities in rooting out terrorism, unveil those States who are helping the terrorists, check those elements within the government and the opposition who make the banned terrorist groups sit besides them and are source of encouragement for them. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that our identity is commensurate with the existence of Pakistan. The dignity of this motherland is like a mosque and an Imambargah. Being the citadel of Islam and an atomic power, he added, Pakistan is the centre of hope for the whole Islamic World, therefore, all sections of society should give priority to the interests of the motherland over their personal and party interests. Paying salute to those jawans of the Pakistan Army who kissed Shahadat during the operation he said, their blood would not go waste as Pakistan would emerge successful through this test.
RAWALPINDI, October 2: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.). In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said that Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) remained busy in preaching the Mustafvi and Murtazvi thoughts in a very decent manner, and performed his religious and God given duties with utmost struggle and worked for the betterment of the humanity as a result of which he had to suffer the brunt of the oppressors of that era. He said the Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) stayed at Hoza Ilmia in Madina Munawwarah where thousands of students benefited from his teaching and amongst them more than four thousand students were those who excelled in Uloom-e-Islamic and Fiqh. His sayings were the beacon of light for all Uloom. He was declared the Moosis of the knowledge of Hadees and Riwayat, 400 principles of Maarif-e-Islami and Hadees are included in our books of Ahadees. His pupils included Muhammad Bin Muslim, Hisham Bin Salim, and Abu Hanifa who themselves were called experts of Uloom in their eras. In addition to the knowledge of Usool and Fiqh, he also gave pupils like Jabir Bin Hayan and Hisham Bin Hukm to this world in other areas of knowledge. Fiqh-e-Jafariya is related with him and has been the centre of attraction in the legislative world at present. Agha Moosavi quoting a Quranic Ayah said that the consideration of three subservience attitudes prove that there are some people in the creature who give us guidance and do justice with righteousness and in every era there must be a person who restores Haq and follows it. Amongst such personalities, Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) enjoys the status of Quran-e-Natiq on the honour and dignity of which all Muslims agree. Shaikh Abdur Rehman Salma writes that Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) was the complete best example viz. religious and worldly affairs. He had full capability of snubbing his desires he was on the height of wisdom. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said when a dictator took over the reigns of power and violated Nazria-e-Asaasi and the principles of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya thwarted his designs taking concrete steps, first in 1980 and then in 1984 and today the followers of Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Fiqh-e-Hanfia by following their respective fiqhs are telling the world that Islam is the collection of Sunni-Shia and no power on earth could create rift amongst them and no one will be allowed to see Pakistan with a dirty eye. He said by observing the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) on the occasion of Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) from 15-25 Shawal and prove that they would not allow anyone to cause any harm to ideology of Islam. He said we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the honour, dignity and protection of Islam and Pakistan. He said biases would be discouraged at every level so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland and would continue declaring upon the world that a terrorist is only a terrorist and linking with any Maslak or a country is itself terrorism. He said all countrymen should pay condolences on the Shahadat of Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) by participating in Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari and Taboot processions on this occasion. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organize programmes of Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi has been nominated as Convener while Akhtar Raza Kiani and Assad Al-Hussain Jafri will be the Deputy Convener and Secretary of this Committee, respectively.
RAWALPINDI, September 29: The Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baaqee was observed throughout the world on Monday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to lodge protest against destruction of holy shrines of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zehra (S.A.) Ummahatul Momineen and Sahaba Kubaar in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah at the hands of Saudi rulers on 8th Shawal, 1924. On this occasion Majalis-e-Aza were held and protest Matmi processions were taken out in all big cities and towns against the destruction of holy shrines. Karachi
In Pakistan, the central Matmi protest demonstration was taken out from Imambargah Nasir Al-Aza, Chowk Waris Khan,Murree Road (Benazir Bhutto Road Rawalpindi. The protest rally among others was led by Ulema Karam belonging to different schools of thought, office-bearers of TNFJ and other subordinate bodies, provincial, regional and district elite, leaders and Matmi Salars of religious organizations. The participants of the procession marched towards Committee Chowk through marching the Murree Road performing Matamdari and Noha-Khwani where it took the shape of a grand rally. The minor workers of Mukhtar Generation and jawans of Ibrahim Scouts were carrying Shabih of Jannatul Baqee, and banners and placards inscribed with different slogans. Quetta
At this point Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, TNFJ addressing the rally lamented that the shrines of those holy personalities who enlightened Shariat were lying dismantled but our rulers, politicians and media were playing the role of silent spectators. He said the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has thrown a challenge that dream of annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and independence of occupied Muslim States could not come true unless the dignity of the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah are restored. A few resolutions were also adopted unanimously on the occasion. One of the resolutions said the whole Islamic World has become the symbol of protest of the destruction of mazars of Madar-e-Rasool Hazrat Bibi Amna, home of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and other holy places after the destruction of holy mazars of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.,) Sahaba Kubaar, and Ummahatul Momineen at the hands of Aal-e-Saud. A resolution strongly condemned the criminal silence on the part of Islamic States, OIC and Arab League on the destruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah and said if the interests of Islamic States are on risk then they are pitched against brother Muslim States forgetting all relations of brotherhood and mutual understanding but it is tragic that none of the Islamic States lodged any protest with Saudi Arabia at diplomatic level against the destruction of this great asset. The resolution also condemned double standards of the international organizations including the United Nations and UNESCO who claim to be the champions of worlds cultural heritage. The resolution also criticized the international media for ignoring the destruction of mazars of Mashaheer-e-Islam. Larkana
Another resolution demanded to declare Makkah and Madinah the status of international cities so that the Islamic signs could be protected from continuous destruction. The resolution demanded implementation of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement and exert pressure on the Saudi government under this agreement to restore the dignity of the holy mazars. The resolution made it clear that this protest is not against any country, Maslak or a family but against the attack on Shia-Sunni brethren. Thanking the print and electronic media for coverage of the day criticized an Urdu national daily for putting ban on news, announcements and advertisement in connection with the Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee. The participants of the rally expressing their solidarity with the Pakistans armed forces reiterated their resolve to offer any sacrifice for the solidarity of the motherland and fully supported the Islamic movements in Iraq, Afghanistan, against the occupied forces and demanded posting of United Nations troops. The resolution said that the protest against the destruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah would continue till the restoration of the dignity of holy mazars. Lahore
Later, the rally terminated at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain after passing through its traditional route where special prayers marked the conclusion of the rally. In Federal Capital Islamabad, the protest procession was taken out by TNFJ District Islamabad Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee Committee from Darbar Aalia Hazrat Sakhi Mahmood Badshah near Aabpara. The rally was led by Ulema Karaam and religious elite belonging to different schools of thought. TNFJ District Council Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, addressing the rally said that restoration of the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is the issue of not only the Muslim Ummah but that of the whole humanity. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said the most respectable holy signs of Jannatul Muallah and Jannatul Baqee were bulldozed by Aal-e-Saud. He said these are the holiest places where the mazars of forefathers of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Ummahatul Momineen and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) are situated and the destruction of which has been declared as Fajeaa incident for the world of Shariat and humanity. The whole world has become the symbol of protest against this oppression, he added. Agha Moosavi said the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is observing Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee on 8th Shawal every year to seek the attention of the whole world, particularly those international organizations that preach human rights, towards this great incident for the last quarter a century. This year, he said, this mournful day is being observed in a situation where the world of Shariat and humanity was confronted with one problem or the other and are facing different types of crises. The TNFJ chief said the only way out from these crises is to restore the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah through reconstruction of the same otherwise the whole nation should be ready to watch trampling of its own dignity and honour. He made it clear that peaceful protest against the dilapidated condition of the Jannatul Baqee is our basic right and it is not aimed at against any country or a Maktab rather it is against oppression and brutality and would continue till the Parcham-e-Tauheed flutters all around the universe. He said the day will definitely come when the justice and fair-play would become supreme and oppression and brutality will die down because it is the Law of the Nature that oppression is wiped out when it increases. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon all Ahle Islam and Iman to pay Pursa in Bargah-e-Risalat by joining the peaceful protest on the occasion of Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organize the programmes of Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee. Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan has been nominated as its Convener while Malik-e-Ashtar and Ali Abuzar Chauhan will be the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of this Committee, respectively.
