Newsmen must thwart every conspiracy to press voice of truth by following Hussaini spirit: Moosavi’s reaction on attack at Geo News Bureau

RAWALPINDI, March 16: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has condemned the police attack and rowdyism at Geo News Islamabad and the Islamabad office of The News terming it an attack on the freedom of Press.

Expressing solidarity with Geo News in a statement issued here from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said that every person who preaches freedom of expression condemns this heinous activity strongly.

He called upon the newsmen to thwart every conspiracy to press the voice of truth by following the Hussaini spirit. Journalism enjoys the status of fourth pillar of the State and in a situation when Pakistan is passing through critical situation of the history, attack on journalism after attacks on the Parliament, the judiciary and administration is a heinous conspiracy to destruct the State.

The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan is surrounded by internal and external problems all around and in this situation the powers that be should avoid taking such steps that may strengthen the anti-State elements.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi also condemned the government ban on Geo News programme “Aaj Kamran Khan Kay Sath”.

TNFJ Spokesman: Such steps should be taken that may increase judiciary dignity

RAWALPINDI, March 15: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has termed the suo moto notice of Acting Chief Justice Javed Iqabl about Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry as good omen.

In a statement issued here, he said that similarly the Acting Chief Justice should also take notice of baton-charge, violence against lawyers’ community and their dragging on earth. Moreover, such steps should be taken that may increase the dignity of the judiciary rather restore the honour of the Chief Justice because according to a statement of the Acting Chief Justice, Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry is still enjoying the status of his office, therefore he should be given full protocol and all facilities accordingly.

The TNFJ Spokesman made it clear that best friend is the one who apprises his friends of his weaknesses therefore, those ministers who have caused harm to the credibility of the government through their misstatements should resign themselves. He said all responsible institutions including media, honourable lawyers’ community should display wisdom by remaining within their limits when airing their peaceful protest that is their basic right and we support that right.

The spokesman said that we should perform such deeds that may not cause any harm to the credibility of Pakistan but may increase its honour and dignity manifold so as to thwart the conspiracy of the combined enemy to destabilise the country.

Moosavi on “Hafta Ayyam-e-Aza”: Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.)’s peace deal like Sulah-e-Paighambar unveiled real faces of enemies of religion

RAWALPINDI, March 13: Shahzada-e-Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) following his grandfather Rasool (SAAW) struck a brave and courageous peace deal like Sulah-e-Hudaibia (Hudaibia Treaty) and thus proved that Islam is the messenger of peace, mutual understanding and soft stance, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said.

He stated this in a special message on the beginning of “Hafta Ayyam-e-Aza” (mourning week) from March 13-19 marking the martyrdom anniversaries of Dana-e-Kull Khatam-ur-Rusul Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) and Shahzada-e-Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) throughout the country including Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir with honour and respect.

He said the followers of religion and Shariat consider it their obligation to take most effective steps for the Ma’arfat of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.) whose sacrifices brought up the tree of Islam, and the tree got nourishment and achieved acme. The same is the high pious family that is called Shajra-e-Tayyaba by Quran. He said the objective was to disseminate sayings of this Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat, their invaluable religious services and sacrifices to their devotees and to make it clear to the whole world of humanity that these holy personalities are the real protectors of human dignity, true spokesmen of religion and Shariat.

Agha Moosavi said that the Creator has termed devotion, love and friendship with this great Khanwada as Ajr-e-Risalat in Quran. In actual, he added, love for Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the source of blessing, and guarantees welfare of the world of humanity and love, friendship and close link with these pious personalities is only possible through knowledge, awareness, Ma’arfat and recognition.

He said the Khatmi Martabat brought the religion, and his pious Khanwada saved the religion and Shariat from additions and changes. That is why these holy personalities are the true protectors and followers of the Manifesto and the Constitution of Nabuwwat and Risalat the objective of which was nothing but to seek the divine pleasure and welfare of the creature of Allah. The Holy Prophet (SAAW) who is called the reason of creation of the universe
about which Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) has stated that Allah sent his great Paighambar (SAAW) in an era when no Paighambar was placed on the pedestal of Risalat. Therefore the world was hit by ignorance, chain of activity had been disconnected, atmosphere of war and conflict was at its peak, ignorance has turned the world into darkness, fraud was in rule, guidance for human life turned weak, bad luck and strictness was laughing on this situation, the conflict, riot, was the order of the day, and conflict led to destruction and killings.

In these circumstances human hearts were overcome by the clouds of fear and harassment, none amongst the people considered him safe, and there was no peaceful place in this era of oppression, suppression and brutality. In this situation, Allah sent his beloved Habeeb Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW).

Agha Moosavi said that He (the Holy Prophet) came in this world to warn the human world from following a wrong path and save them from oppression and brutality and his only objective was to preach the Allah’s Message and provide protection to humanity from the lovers of wealth, power and strength. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW) completed that very pious mission during his life time spread over 63 years, and holy Quran stands witness on it:

And then the duty of protecting this completed religion and Shariat-e-Muhammadi were given to a great personality Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) who sensing dangerous conspiracies against Islam during his era of Khalifate unveiled the conspirators through a peace deal like Sulah-e-Paighambar through which not only the real faces of enemies of religion were unveiled but they also faced humiliation.

He said in actual, the wisdom of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) proved to be a preface for Imam Hussain (A.S.) who laying down his life along with his 72 faithful near and dear ones provided eternal protection to the religion and the Shariat that will be the beacon of light for the oppressed world in their movements for independence and freedom. He said all movements in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere consider Karabala as the source of energy for their movements and the Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) as their source of guidance, Imam and guide and hero of courage and bravery.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi presenting condolences to all followers of Allah’s religion and pious Sahaba Kubaar on the occasion of Wisal-e-Mustafa (SAAW) and Shahadat of Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.), reiterated his resolve to continue the peaceful protest of the oppressed and have-nots against oppression and brutality – Azadari Imam Hussain (A.S.) – till the Zahoor-e-Mehdi (A.S.).

Universal Chehlum Syed-ush-Shuhada Committee pays tributes to all for practical display of unity on Arbaeen-e-Hussaini

RAWALPINDI, March 11: Dr. S. M. Rizvi, Central Convener of Universal Chehlum Syed-ush-Shuhada Committee Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has paid tributes to all Masalik and Makatib for practical display of unity and mutual understanding on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini.

He stated this while giving his presidential address in the Universal Chehlum Syed-ush-Shuhada Committee in which delegates and members from all over the country participated. All programmes organised on the occasion of Chehlum of Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) were reviewed during the meeting.

Thanking all schools of thought, he said Islamian-e-Pakistan by jointly organizing the programmes have proved on the whole world, particularly the enemies of religion and Millat that Hussain (A.S.) belongs to Allah and Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all. Today the whole humanity is calling that Hussain (A.S.) belongs to them, he added.

He said the saying of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) that Hussain (A.S.) is the beacon of light for guidance and the source of survival. That is why, he added, all mourners of the Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) through mutual unity and brotherhood have responded to the Satanic forces that no power on earth could create differences amongst them, we have to advance Islam and save Pakistan, we share our happiness and woes and we have to keep this practical display of unity and brotherhood intact for ever.

Dr. Rizvi said that Azadari Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) is the universal and eternal protest of the oppressed against oppression and brutality and it would continue till the Zahoor-e-Mahdi (A.S.). He said we have to thwart all the colonial conspiracies and tactics of Satanic forces by following the path of Hussainiyyat. He said Ayyam-e-Aza would continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal and the Gham-e-Hussain is dear to us over all other grieves; we have to give priority to it always. Secretary Universal Chehlum Syed-us-Shuhada Committee Saeed Mughal, Federal Area Convener Allama Basharat Hussain, Sardar Tariq Jafri from Balochistan, Abu Zain Hasni Advocate from Sarhad, Dr. Abbas Naqvi from Sindh, Allama Gardezi from Punjab, A.R. Kiani from Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas and other delegates also addressed the meeting and presented their reports.

A resolution adopted at the meeting expressed complete faith of the participants in the efforts and far-sighted policies of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi through the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo for the mission of ‘Wila’, ‘Aza’, stability of the religion and the motherland, unity and brotherhood in the Muslim Ummah. They reiterated their resolve not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice whenever so required by him.

Arbaeen-e-Hussaini observed; Resolutions demand public holiday on 20th Safar, condemn conspiracy against Islamic world

RAWALPINDI, March 10: The Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 faithful companions who sacrificed in the desert of Karbala for survival of religion and Shariat and to give eternal lease of life to high values of humanity was observed with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country Saturday.

Majalis-e-Arbaeen-e-Hussaini were held and Zuljinah, Alam and Tazia processions were taken out in all big and small cities and towns on this occasion.

In Rawalpindi, main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah merged into the main procession. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani and presented ‘Pursa’ of the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on this occasion.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. He also offered Dua at the Sabeel-e-Hussaini Camp organized by Mukhtar Generation. A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qama at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk.

The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is the memory of Aseeran-e-Karbala’s commitment and courage who shattered the Yazidi courts through their visionary and heart-rending addresses despite being chained so as to highlight the objective of Hussainiyyat.

He said inheritor of the Hussain’s (A.S.) blood Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) unveiled the fake Islamic faces of Yazid making it clear on the whole world that Hussain (A.S.) came to the plain of Karbala for survival of Deen-e-Muhammadi and to save the dignity of pious human relations from Yazidi hands, they unveiled his black deeds and made the flag of Islam flutter high for ever by sacrificing their blood. He then presented the Masaib of caravan of Aseeran-e-Karbala on their way back to Madinah. Ch. Mushtaq Hussain addressed the gathering on the topic of philosophy of martyrdom.

A resolution presented by the Additional Secretary of Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) Bu Ali Mahdi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) by giving sacrifice along with his companion, near and dear ones provided protection to religion and Shariat and highlighted the dignity of humanity.

It said that Universal Chehlum is being observed to pay homage to the invaluable sacrifices of these personalities of Islam. The importance of this day is like Youm-e-Ashoor. The Chehlum of Karbala’s martyrs is being observed in the circumstances this year when the whole humanity, particularly the followers of Islam are the target of heinous conspiracy of New World Order; first Afghanistan and Iraq were rooted out, then Lebanon was shattered while Kashmir and Palestine issues were lying unresolved for the last six decades.

Now a brother Islamic country i.e. Islamic Republic of Iran is being threatened and all energies are being utilized to create differences and misunderstanding amongst oppressed nations, Muslim States and Masalik so that they could not become helpful to one another. The purpose of this conspiracy is not winning the war rather the biggest objective is to destabilize Masalik and countries by creating differences and causing harm to the strong foundations of religions and Shariat. The biggest tactic is to term the oppressed nations and the Islamic World terrorists.

Struggling for the independence and freedom and realization of rights and presenting sacrifice is basic right of everyone that is recognized not only by Islam rather by all religions, therefore in this situation, the United Nations, ICC, OIC and other international organizations are under the obligation to condemn this heinous conspiracy while the Muslim Ummah and the oppressed nations should give importance to their mutual unity and understanding.

The resolution further said that Kashmir and Palestine are alone at present the benefit of which is being reaped by the Satanic forces as only one or two countries could not face the combined enemy alone. The resolution said that as the atheist forces are united, therefore the Islamic World and oppressed nations would have to adopt strongest policies by becoming united to stop this aggression because aggression is actually terrorism and biggest oppression and brutality that had been condemned by us in the past and we would continue doing so in future also.

Another resolution expressing concern over the Zionist conspiracy of excavation around Masjid-e-Aqsa demanded from the OIC to adopt a combined and strong strategy against the desecration of Qibla-e-Awwal, get the dome of Al-Askariyain shrines of Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) rebuilt immediately, and play its role in getting the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah restored.

The resolution made it clear that if the United Nations desires to prove that it is working for the whole humanity then it would get the long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine resolved in the light of her Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people so as to restore durable peace in the Middle East and the South Asia. The resolution demanded immediate pullout of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq and deploying the United Nations Peace Keeping Force there.

Another resolution adopted by the participants of the Chehlum procession praised the Anti-Terrorism Act introduced by the President General Pervez Musharraf but demanded action against black sheep that were sabotaging the same and encouraging the banned groups because dozens of incidents have been taken place since inception of Muharram including the one in Dera Ismail Khan in which the TNFJ Sarhad Province Nazim-ul-Ummor was martyred. The resolution stressing the need of high level probe into all incidents of terrorism at high level demanded immediate action against the culprits. The resolution said that in line with the saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi, the TNFJ is still stick to its point of view that a terrorist keeps no religion or a country, he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in the same context. The resolution made it clear that murder of any Pakistani is the murder of Pakistan and is tantamount to enmity with the religion and the motherland; therefore, those who cause harm to the country have no right to live in Pakistan.

The resolution called upon the government to adopt a policy of mutual understanding viz. religious and political parties. It lamented that our politicians and rulers participate even in the programmes organised by the minorities but they do not bother to participate in the procession of Mohsin-e-Islam Imam Hussain’s (A.S.) Shahadat and Chehlum procession despite the fact that Hussain (A.S.) is loved by all and everyone know that the path of Hussainiyyat is the path of survival and guarantees success.

The resolution lamented that sports and games are given free hand in the programmes on the electronic media but the Chehlum of the Imam Aali Muqaam is ignored at every level despite the fact that its importance is equal to the day of Ashoor. Therefore, the resolution demanded a public holiday on 20th Safar-ul-Muzaffar on the Chehlum of Syed-ush-Shuhada.

Terming the APC summoned by the Muslim League (N), as unrepresentative in character, the resolution representative gathering or conference could be the one in which all religious and political parties are invited.

The resolution thanked the Federal, Provincial and Azad Kashmir governments for setting up Azadari Control Rooms and issuing notifications in this regard on the desire of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. It however expressed shock and concern over the Sindh government’s attitude for not issuing such notification despite repeated reminders. The Sindh government comprising Muslim League (Q) and MQM should have taken notice of this situation as Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all.

The resolution made it clear that Azadari Imam Mazloom (A.S.) is dear to us over all other things and Gham-e-Hussain is also great than any other grief while Azadari programmes continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal. Therefore, it said, the Federal and Provincial governments should keep the Azadari Control Rooms intact till the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Aza while people should themselves remain alert and play the role of advanced force for every pious deed.

The resolution thanked the government, the administration, all religious and political parties, and the media for their full cooperation during the Muharram and Chehlum programmes and reiterated the resolve that because Pakistan was created by us all jointly therefore we all would turn Pakistan into “Amnistaan” by becoming one and pious and take it to the all possible heights by thwarting every conspiracy and mischief of enemies of Islam and Pakistan. The resolution said that anyone who creates differences amongst us has nothing to do with Islam, he is only a terrorist. The resolution made it clear that the followers of Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) are the biggest oppressed while Karabala is the source of guidance for all movements of independence all over the world. We support all the oppressed and express hatred against every oppressor.

The resolution reiterated that keeping to the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi, our mourning will continue till the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) i.e. 8th Rabiul Awwal and our universal peaceful protest in shape of Azadari would continue till the Zahoor of Imam Mahdi (A.S.). The mourners resolved that they are ready to follow every command of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for his mission of ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’ and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice whenever so desired by him.

Later, participants of the main Chehlum procession performed historic Zanjeer-Zani in Raja Bazar. Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession at Purana Qila. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. The participants of Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Imambargah Baltistania Angatpura performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk. Both these processions terminated after reaching Imambargah Qadeem.

Mukhtar Students Organisation installed Markazi Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk during the main Chehlum procession where arrangements for Sabeel-e-Hussaini were especially made. Volunteers of Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Force, Mukhtar generation, Civil Defence, office-bearers of District Azadari Committee of the TNFJ, officials of the District Administration and a heavy contingent of police remained with the procession throughout. Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Sajjada Nashin of Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh led the collective ‘Dua’ and read out Ziarat at the conclusion of the main Chehlum procession.
