“… That is the stick and this is the piece of Prophet’s (SAAW) flesh”: Moosavi says in his message marking Ayyam-e-Aza conclusion & Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) martyrdom anniversary that Islamic World must devise strong policy to resolve internal problems

RAWALPINDI, March 27: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the oppressed and Muslim nations will have to practically display mutual understanding so as to thwart the heinous conspiracy of the atheist world to divide and rule.

He stated this in a special message on the occasion of bidding farewell to Ayyam-e-Aza and mark the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Wednesday as a part of Hafta-e-Ehad-o-Paiman.

Agha Hamid Moosavi said how much the honour, respect and dignity of those Khasan-e-Illahi, Ambia, Mursaleen, Aulia and Saleheen enjoy who blessed the human being with guidance. He said the representatives of Allah had to confront dictators in every era.

The era of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) spread over 28 years is replete with the problems of detention as he confronted six tyrant rulers of his time i.e. Mutawakkal, Mu’taz, Mustaeen, Muntasir, Mohtadi, and Mu’tamid the rule of whom was based on murder, arson and bloodshed.

According to the author of Murrawajoz Zahab five lakh people were murdered in the era of Mu’tamid only, he did not hesitate in carrying out even the worst type of oppression against Hazrat Imam Askari (A.S.) but the Imam (A.S.) proved that we could not be bowed down or diverted from the right path. He said Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) had to kiss martyrdom as a punishment for not bowing down before the evil. As far as his spiritual supremacy is concerned, he had changed the jail into the Maktab of religion and Shariat.

Agha Moosavi said that at present the whole world of humanity is confronted with Satanic forces and the Islamic World is surrounded by the international chief of the terrorists, Kashmir and Palestine issues are still unresolved despite passage of six decades, blood is being shed profusely in Afghanistan and Iraq, sanctions are being imposed on Iran to increase pressure on her.

In these circumstances, he said, the oppressed nations and the Islamic World are under the obligation to devise strong and stable policy to resolve the problems within their own countries so as to thwart the heinous conspiracy of the Satanic forces and enemies of humanity.

He said human being is respectable and his value and importance is more than Bait-Ullah because the objective of his being respectable is the arrangement of greatest divine and religious values that were sent to make human being Khalifatullah. He said an agreed upon Hadees says that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) looking towards Ka’aba said: Marhaba, The Holy Ka’aba! You are dignified and honourable before Allah but by God, the dignity of the human being is more than you because Allah has declared one thing as Haram for you while three things of the Momin i.e. wealth, blood and having mistrustful for him are declared Haram.

He said status of Sha’a’ir-Ullah and holy places are high like that of Muslim and Momin. He said by God had the honour and dignity of the human being was kept intact then the blood of the Muslim would have been valuable and had the human rights were protected then no one would have dared to commit desecration of Atbaat-e-Muqaddisa (holy shrines) and no one could have denied the honour and dignity of the Khasan-e-Khuda because Allah Has promised that We have sent Zikr (Quran) and We are to defend it (Al-Quran).

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said that when Allah Has taken the responsibility of protecting the Zikr and Ahle Zikr then no Nimrah, Pharaoh, Yazid and international terrorist could wipe it out.

He said a person had asked Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) about his stick that he was holding: Oh, the son of the Rasool (SAAW)! is that stick you are holding belongs to your grandfather the Prophet of Allah (SAAW)? He replied: Yes. He came forward and kissed that stick. On that, the Imam (A.S.) forwarded his hand towards him and said: That is the stick and this is the piece of Prophet’s (SAAW) flesh. This indicates that Zuriyyat-e-Rasool is the more supreme than Sha’a’ir-Ullah, he said adding that on this basis their love has been declared as Ajr-e-Risalat.

Central Ehad-o-Paiman Committee meets, takes stock of arrangements of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) Shahadat programmes

RAWALPINDI, March 23: An important meeting of Central Ehad-o-Paiman Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was held here on Friday. Central Convener Dr. S.M. Rizvi presided over the meeting attended by Conveners from the Federal Capital Islamabad, Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir and all the four provinces. The participants of the meeting took stock of the arrangements of the programmes in connection with the Shahadat of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.).

Dr. S.M. Rizvi highlighting the importance of Ehad-o-Paiman in his address on the occasion said that Pakistan’s basic ideology is Islam and it is crystal on the world that all schools of thought gathering under the flag of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had made this Ehad-o-Paiman with one voice that Pakistan’s meaning is “La Ilaaha Illal Allah”.

He said on the occasion of Pakistan Day we should not forget that Ehad-o-Paiman. He said Islam has been declared as official religion of Pakistan and the foundation of Islam is laid on justice and fair-play and the norms of justice and fair-play demand rights of every Pakistani should be taken care of as per Constitution and the supremacy of the law and the Constitutions should be recognised.

Dr. Rizvi said that had we carried out all our activities by remaining within the constitutional limits during the last 6 decades then no one would have a chance to complain and no one would have the courage to spread differences and anarchy in Pakistan and we may not have faced the danger from all around that is being faced today. He said we would have to follow the path of Hussainiyyat if we have to promote religion and increase the honour and dignity of Pakistan as this is the right path and in it lay success and victory. Dr. S.M. Rizvi demanded from the government to correct the law and order situation in the backdrop of national and international critical situation. He said every Pakistani belonging to any section of society is under the obligation to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country keeping from the personal, party and group’s interests away thus saving the motherland from the conspiracies and mischief of the combined enemy.

He said that the powers that be should not tear apart the norms of mutual interest and understanding because the government has the sole responsibility of not providing any chance to those who adopt a wrong path by taking courageous steps. He appealed the people to remain alert and recognise their friends and foes.

RAWALPINDI, March 21: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe country-wide “Hafta-e-Ehad-o-Paiman” (Week of Pledge and Commitment) to mark the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Aza and the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) from 22-28 March (2-8 Rabiul Awwal).

In a statement issued from the Markaz of Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said the pious inheritors of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) not only saved this religion but also protected it from many threats. When Yazid took over power after 50 years of the Holy Prophet’s (SAAW) Wisaal and desired to declare Halal-e-Muhammad as Haram-e-Muhammad, it was none else but Nawasa-e-Rasool-os-Saqalain Shahzada-e-Konain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) throughout the world who not only checked him rather presented the greatest sacrifice in Karbala along with his 72 faithful near and dear ones to save the religion that has been declared Zibah-e-Azeem by Allah.

He said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) declared upon the whole world that no one could cause harm to Deen-e-Illahi and Shariat-e-Mustafvi in his presence. Men and women of his Khanwada-e-Ismat bore difficulties and did a great job by delivering their heart-rending addresses in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid that would be the beacon of light for the world of humanity.

Agha Moosavi said that one of the pious and great personalities of this Khanwada is Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) who defended humanity and Islam confronting six tyrant rulers and dictators of his era. Imam Askari (A.S.) always said Kalma-e-Haq against oppression, brutality, suppression, injustice, bloodshed, humiliation followed by the governments of those tyrant rulers in an environment that did not allow freedom of expression.

These oppressive rulers, he added, could not bow him down. During his life spread over 28 years, he bore the difficulties of being gaoled but no dictator could succeed in forcing him to fulfil the anti-Shariah commandments.

As a punishment of violating their manifestoes of these tyrant rulers he accepted martyrdom and left the inheritance of knowledge, wisdom, and struggle for the world of humanity to follow. The chief of the terrorist world, her allies and agents had razed his holy shrine to ground in Samarra situated on Iraqi soil last year that is the darkest chapter of history. Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) has the honour that he is the father of Qaim Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).

The TNFJ chief said that importance of Ehad-o-Paiman is crystal clear in world religions and to the nations. Islam that is a complete code of life, source of survival, and religion of the prophets and messengers consider fulfilment of the Ehad an honourable deed. There is a Hadees-e-Nabavi that one who keeps no Ehad, he keeps no religion.

Allah has promised heaven for one who fulfils Ehad rather a promise has been declared a debt, therefore it must be paid while fulfilling the Ehad is the symbol of strong and brave. He said Allah Says in Surah Nahal that when you make an Ehad, fulfil it and do not break what you sworn. Nations in the past, he added, were also given this commandment that is mentioned in Surah Baqarah that Oh, Bani Israel! Remember my showering and blessings that I made on you. Fulfil my promise, I Will fulfil your promise and keep fear from Me.

He said fulfilling the promise has been recognised as the best quality of Sahiban-e-Taqwa (pious people). Muttaqeen fulfil their promise they make rather that is the greatest quality that could be gauged from the fact that Zaat-e-Illahi has linked it with Him “No doubt, Allah does not break promise” (Surah Aal-e-Imran Ayah 9). That is why whenever Bandgan-e-Illahi make Ehad-o-Paiman then river could change their course, mountains could change their place, Sun could rise from west instead of east but the Khasan-e-Khuda keep their Ehad and fulfil their promise even on the point of the spear. Even the biggest powers, Nimroud, Pharaoh and Yazid could not bow them down or overcome them nor could they stop them from fulfilling the promise made by them, he added.

Agha Moosavi said that even the enemies always praised the truthfulness and trustworthiness of the Prophet (SAAW) and at the same time they did recognise that he always kept his promise. Therefore, when the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) sent an invitation to Qaiser-e-Rome to accept Islam, Abu Sufian was also present in Rome. Abu Sufian was called in the Darbar because he was an Arab and resident of Makkah Mukarramah. Qaiser-e- Rome enquired from him whether Muhammad Ibne Abdullah (SAAW) ever violated his promise. Abu Sufian despite being an enemy had to say that the son of Abdullah (A.S.) never violated his promise. The Holy Prophet (SAAW) fulfilled his promise with God by delivering the religion of Islam with trustworthiness and sincerity and Zaat-e-Illahi decorated him with completeness.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said that on the occasion of country-wide Hafta-e-Ehad-o-Paiman that is being observed from 22-28 March (2-8 Rabiul Awwal) we present our condolences to the followers of Muhammad (SAAW), Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar and at the same time we pronounce our Ehad to keep the religion and Shariat, the second name of which is Hussainiyyat, intact and the unmatched universal peaceful protest of the oppressed – Azadari – will continue till the Zahoor-e-Mahdi (A.S.).

He said the countrymen should strongly condemn the threats of colonial powers and the international terrorist against the oppressed and Muslim States and their oppression and bloodshed in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq during Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions. They should also seek honour and dignity for the Islamic World and the integrity, solidarity for the motherland Pakistan.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise the programmes for country-wide Hafta-e-Ehad-o-Paiman. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated Convener and Haider Abbas Bajwa as Secretary of this Committee.

RAWALPINDI, March 20: Hafta-e-Aza (Mourning Week) programmes announced by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya in connection with the Wisaal of Khatam-ur-Rusal (SAAW) and Shahadat of Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Imam Hassan (A.S.) concluded throughout the country with honour and respect. Majalis-e-Aza were held and Matmi processions were taken out on this occasion during which seerat of Mustafa (SAAW) and Mujtaba (A.S.) was highlighted in detail.

In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, different religious and Matmi organisations and religious institutions organised concluding Majalis and took out Matmi processions.

The main Hafta-e-Aza concluding procession was taken out from People’s Colony under the auspices of Syed Nawab Shah. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi participated in the procession and offered Ziarat of Taburrakaat.

Agha Moosavi addressing the participants of the procession said Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.) are the ideal for whole humanity that invites us to follow in their footsteps. Allah sent Prophets and Messengers for guiding the humanity and laced these holy personalities with good qualities and get them recognised through two sides i.e. Ilhami and Asmani and they were showered with blessings and the Holy Prophet (SAAW) was declared best of them and was awarded the certificate of and there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) himself that and the Khanwada the love of which has been declared Ajr-e-Risalat are his Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.).

In the beginning of Islam, one Zionist used to spread refuse in his way but could not see any reaction from the Holy Prophet (SAAW). One day the Holy Prophet (SAAW) found him missing and asked about him. He was told that he is sick. The Holy Prophet (SAAW) went to enquire about his health and he was impressed with his morality so much that he announced to accept Islam without any compulsion.

Similarly, once a person called names to the Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in front of his companions. He said, dear brother! If all things that you have said are in me then I would seek forgiveness from Allah and if not then may Allah shower His blessings on you and forgive you. He kissed the forehead of the Imam (A.S.) and said what I have said to you is not in you but in me. Thus it has been proved that Prophets, Messengers, and righteous persons desire to preach not through Ilahmi or Asmani but from human spirit through their character and deeds so that the world could follow them. That is why no human being could follow the Ilhami and Asmani points of view.

The TNFJ chief said that the saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) to love and make friendship with his Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.) was not based on only close relationship with them rather his objective of his Be’sat was protection and dissemination of the message of Tauheed (oneness), giving the Allah’s goals an eternal shape and obligation could only be fulfilled by those holy personalities who are aware and who have the Ma’arfat of Holy Prophet’s (SAAW) manifesto.

One of these personalities was Imam-e-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.). He was brought up in a pious atmosphere. Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) not only confronted all incidents with courage to fulfil his obligations and responsibilities entrusted to him from Allah but by managing Sulah-e-Madinah (Medinah Peace Treaty) following the Sulah-e-Hudaibia of the Rasool (SAAW) proved to the humanity that our message is peace and tranquillity.

Moosavi called upon President Pervez Musharraf to take his reference against Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry back to save the motherland from anarchy and make it stable. He also advised him to sack those ministers and advisers who have caused harm to the credibility of the government rather make them stand in the court box and unveil the real conspiracy so that the reality is known by all in Pakistan and they could easily recognise their friends and foes.

He said once Khalifa-e-Rashid Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was asked that the Holy Prophet’s (SAAW) era was most successful but yours is not. He replied that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) had advisers like us, and we have the advisers like you.

Therefore, he said the government should get rid of such ministers and advisers to save the motherland and make it a hub of peace and to thwart the conspiracies and mischief of the combined enemy.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that the lawyers’ community and newsmen are wise and serious people and should therefore exercise wisdom. He also demanded from the government to set the lawyers and newsmen forthwith and save the country by promoting the policy of mutual understanding with all sections of society.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – March 18: The world could be turned into a hub of peace by following the policy of mutual understanding and peace and to make the foot-steps of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) as beacon of light.

This was stated by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in a special message issued on the occasion of Wisal-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) that was observed throughout the country on Sunday with religious spirit, devotion and respect.

He said at present the international peace is in danger and there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that problems are created by us and we have to resolve the same ourselves. He said when Ibne Muljim was arrested before he struck Imam with sword and brought before the Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.), he asked why you have brought him to me? Sahaba said, O, Maula! He is your assassin. He said, yes, I know that but he has not yet committed this crime.

Agha Moosavi said that through this act of Imam-ul-Muttaqeen and Khalifat-ul-Muslimeen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) it is proved that no one could be given punishment until the crime is proved but we all Muslims do not delay giving punishment whether we have a proof or not.

He said Muslim Ummah could get rid of all problems and difficulties if we follow the policy of
(show mercy to others, mercy will be shown to you) and forgive the mistakes of others so as to become strong from within and prove ourselves a concrete wall against the combined enemy.

He expressed concerned that blood is being shed in Kashmir and Palestine for the last six decades, non-solution of these issues in the Middle East and the South Asia is the biggest obstacle in way of restoring peace. He said abodes in Afghanistan and Iraq have been destroyed, blood is being shed profusely, water of Rivers Kabul, Dajlah (Tigris) and Furat (Euphrates) has been turned into blood and in this situation silence of the Islamic representative body OIC is meaningful and is giving more courage to the international colonial powers and their allies who are now bent upon attacking Iran. He said the Muslim World would have to devise a courageous policy from a joint platform to thwart their nefarious designs.

The TNFJ chief said that main objective of prophets and messengers was restoration of peace and tranquillity and rooting out oppression and brutality because human being are respectful before Allah, and Zaat-e-Illahi never desired to cause harm to the human being, He rather sent Ambia Karaam for His guidance and the last Prophet and Rasool (SAAW) was called Khatam-ur-Rusl.

He said his era spread over 63 years stands witness that he never committed aggression. The message of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) was peace and tranquillity on which Sulah-e-Hudaibia stands witness, he was Rehmatul-Lil-Alimeen and Raoof-e-Raheem who handed over his message to the pious personalities called Khanwada-e-Risalat on whom Darood-o-Salam is binding.

He said that Ibne Hajar wrote in his book Sawaiq-e-Moharriqa’s Chapter 10 a couplet from Imam Shafa’aee that Oh, Ahle Bait! Allah has declared your friendship and love a must in Quran and it is enough for your greatness that one who does not offer Darood on you in prayer, his prayer is not accepted.

Agha Moosavi made it clear that Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) is a great personality of that Khanwada who has the honour of being Farzand-e-Rasool, Dilband-e-Ali and Batool, and Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman. He was similar to the Holy Prophet (SAAW) from top to bottom and about him the Paighambar had said that
this my son is Syed-o-Sardar (leader). He said Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) remained on Khilafat-e-Zahirah for six months and three days.

By that standard he is Khalifa-e-Rashid who gave priority to peace like his grandfather (SAAW). Like the Holy Prophet (SAAW) by making peace had given the message that our objective of life is peace and tranquillity, similarly Nawasa-e-Rasool-os-Saqalain (A.S.) by following in the footsteps of his grandfather (SAAW) had declared on the world of humanity that we have always given priority to Sulah-o-Aman (peace). His sayings have not matched but that of his father Maula-e-Kainaat. He was the symbol of good deeds, and was placed on the peak of Zuhd-o-Ibadat. He performed Haj on foot for 20 times despite the availability of transport. Despite being the chief of Jawanan-e-Jannat (youth of paradise) he feared the D-Day that when he left this world he was seen crying and saying that I am going to a place where my grandfather, father, mother and other personalities are who were superior than me in their deeds and Zuhd-o-Taqwa.

He said Imam Hassan (A.S.) in the last moments of his life had desired that he may be buried along side his grandfather and if anyone creates hurdle then keep patience. Therefore, every one knows what happened to his funeral procession that is was attacked by volley of arrows. As the poet says:

He said enemies of religion and Shariat laughed at the volley of arrows on his funeral procession but the human history is still shedding tears on it. Imam Hussain (A.S.) buried his brother along side his mother Hazrat Zahra (S.A.). He said the patience of Hussain (A.S.) at Imam Hassan’s (A.S.) funeral procession is the best lesson to follow for the conscious people which, if followed, would be a source of survival here and the Hereafter.
