Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) displayed bravery in all wars between Haq-o-Batil as a result of which Islam succeeded at every front. Mothers the world over would have to inculcate the spirit of sacrifice of Hazrat Ummul Baneen (S.A.) so as to get rid of colonial oppression and brutality.

Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, Syed Aqeel Hussain Kazmi, Shahzad Hussain Sundi, and Syed Faizan Kazmi also addressed the Majlis.

Allama Shaikh Ijaz Hussain in his address said that every human being would be tested on the level of belief and deeds, those who carry out good deeds would be rewarded while those who perform evil would be given the punishment of hell. He said if we desire to avoid the hell-fire then we would have to adopt the love of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) as Ajr-e-Risalat and act accordingly avoiding the Munkiraat. This is the essence of teachings of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), he added.

In his address, Allama Syed Qamar Zaidi said we have no grief or happiness of our own rather our grief and happiness is linked with Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).

Mother of Abbas Hazrat Ummul Banin (A.S.) sacrificed all her four sons for Islam, Moosavi’s message on “Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan”

RAWALPINDI, July 7: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Quran is complete code of life which gives man and woman equal status being a human being, and embraces woman with acme of honor and respect.

He made his remarks in a special message issued on the occasion of beginning of “Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan” [Days of Dignity of World Women] in connection with the death anniversary of Hazrat Umm-ul Banin (A.S.), respected mother of Qamar Bani Hashim Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (A.S.), which are being observed from July 8-10 across the country with due religious devotion and reverence.

Hamid Moosavi said “human being” is the topic of Quran

That’s why all human being men and women are members of universal family, and are equal with regard to rights.

He said world has been termed

Every one will reap what he sows

According to Quran reward and punishment in the Hereafter does not belong to gender rather faith, deed and piety. Therefore, the holy Quran which claims

“There is no doubt therein” has mentioned the most sacred women whereas it cited pious and righteous men. Besides Khalifatullah Hazrat Adam (A.S.), Hazrat Ibrahim Khalilullah (A.S.), Hazrat Musa Kalimullah and Hazrat Issa Ruhullah, there is mention of Hazrat Hawwa, Hazrat Hajra, Hazrat Sarah, Hazrat Maryam and Mother of Musa in the holy Quran. Therefore, Allah says:

“We sent Wahi (revelation) on Musa Mother to feed Musa, put him in the river when she feels danger about his life, and dont be afraid, We will return him to you.” (Surah Al-Qasas)

And Surah Maryam stands witness about Mother of Issa that she possesses that lofty status that angels were used to talk to her in her worship chamber, food was sent to her from heaven, and prophet like Hazrat Zakaria was wondered in front of Hazrat Maryam.

Moosavi further said Islam granted that high status to the women that it said heaven is under her feet. This honour and dignity is no where. There is no lack of loftiest women in the universe. Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadija (A.S.) is supreme of all men of Ummat-e-Muslima, for she is mother of believers, and no doubt mother is supreme. Similarly there was no equal of Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (A.S.) in the whole universe save Ali. Hazrat Fatimah binte Hezam known as “Ummul Banin” is one of the greatest women. No one was more brave than her forefathers in the Arab world, she was Najib-ut Tarafain.Maula-e-Kaenaat (A.S.) married her after the martyrdom of daughter of Prophet (SAWW) Hazrat Batool (A.S.). She kept deep devotion for Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait-e-Atahar (A.S.), that’s why she worked in the house of Ali being a maid of Fatimah Zahra (A.S.). She sacrificed all her four sons, eldest was Qamar Bani Hashim standard-bearer of Hussaini Army, on Hussain (A.S.) in the scorching desert of Nainawa. When Hazrat Ummul

Banin (A.S.) was given the news of martyrdom of Hazrat Abbas (A.S.), she said “tell me first about Hussain”. After hearing news of martyrdom of all her four sons, Ummul Banin (A.S.) said: I had four lion-hearted sons, I sacrificed them on Hussain. This spirit of sacrifice is crystal clear proof of her deep devotion, sincerity, faith for Imam Aali Maqam (A.S.).

The TNFJ Chief Hamid Moosavi said this should be made clear to the whole world by observing Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan reverently and paying homage to Hazrat Ummul Banin (A.S.)

That Islam is that greatest religion in which sight man and woman are human beings and are equal sharers in humanity rights. presenting condolence and consolation in the respected court of sons of Ummul Banin particularl Standard-bearer of Hussaini Army Hazrat Abbas Ba-Wafa and her respect-worthy husband Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) on this sad occasion, he reiterated his resolve to keep the Flag of Abbas (A.S.) which is in fact the flag of Din-o-Shariat-o-Hussainiat high and would not let any harm to be caused to it.

Meanwhile, TNFJ central committee to organize programs of Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan has been formed. Fayyaz Hussain Awan has been nominated its convener, Malik Ashtar deputy convener and Malik Jawwad Hussain Jawwad will be the secretary of the committee.

“Youm-e-Shad Shaheed” observed with national spirit on TNFJ call; peaceful protest rallies held across the country, 6 July- 21 May accords implementation demanded

RAWALPINDI, July 7: Martyrdom Anniversary of Shaheed-e-Awwal Muhammad Hussain Shad Shaheed was observed throughout the country on Thursday July 6 with due respect and dignity as “Youm-e-Shad Shaheed” in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

In twin cities of federal capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi like other cities, religious commemorative ceremonies began with recitation of Holy Quran. Majalis-e-Tarahim were organized by different religious and matmi organizations while peaceful protest rallies were held for Shia Demands.
in Islamabad, a peaceful demonstration was staged by TNFJ district committee in front of Press Club Islamabad Camp Office led by Central Convener Youm-e-Shad Shaheed Dr S.Zaman, Secretary Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi, district president Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, district convener Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi, Secretary Asad Abbas Haidari, different ulema and dignitaries.

Participants were holding different banners, placards and photos of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi.

A resolution adopted on the occasion while paying rich tribute to Shad Shaheed courtesy to whose sacrifice 6 July 1980 agreement for achievement of Shia Demands was signed, it strongly demanded from the government to immediately implement July 6 and 21 May 1985 Junejo-Moosavi accords for resolution of Shia Demands.

By another resolution, the demonstrators reiterated their resolve to offer any kind of sacrifice on the order of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi.

Another resolution strongly condemned terrorism near the holy shrine of Hazrat Meesam Tammar in Iraq and expressed deep grief over the martyrdom of pilgrims. It urged international organizations to play their role in getting ongoing massacre of innocent Iraqis stopped besides withdrawl of allied forces from Iraqi soil.

In Rawalpindi, addressing a Majlis-e-Tarhim marking the occasion at Jamia-tul Momineen Central spokesman TNFJ Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said motherland Pakistan is fruit of joint struggle of all Makatib-e-Fikr, objective of its formation was establishment of justice and equity and fulfillment of rights of all on equality basis. But rights were being trampled since Zia regime. The first harm was to sabotage Basic Ideology negating the principles of Musawwar-e-Pakistan and Founder of Pakistan.

Therefore, TNFJ not only challenged Zia-ul Haq rather by occupying Secretariat it told that Pakistan is not property of any group or sect rather inheritance of all recognized schools of thought, so injustice against anyone would never be accepted. General Zia used Private Shariat Bill as a pretext to push Pakistan back from Islamic State. TNFJ was the first to respond saying there is no need of any Shariat Bill in presence of 73 Constitution because Islam is Pakistan’s official religion under the constitution, and Islam cares of rights of all under demands of justice.

On the same basis, during Ziai regime, 6 July 1980 Agreement and then 21 May 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Accord were inked, and these Shia Demands are on agenda to-date which include implementation of Fiqh-e-Jafariya for Maktab-e-Tashayyo, separate diniyat curricula for Shia students, establishement of Shia faculty in all Islamic universities, effective representation in Islamic Research Institute, appointment of Shia Judge in federal shariat court, ideological representation in high courts, equal ideological representation in media, end of unjust sanctions on Milad-un Nabi and Azadari processions, formation of separate Awqaf Board, reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla, effective representation in Islamic Ideology Council and annulment of amendment in section 30 (3) of Police Act 1861.

Qamar Zaidi urged the government to care equally Maktab-e-Tashayyo in changes being done at present in education field. Condemning preference to some over some others by Minister of religious affairs in offering Hajj, he demanded equal quota for Maktab-e-Tashayyo.

He made clear that TNFJ supports fulfillment of rights of all, residing in Pakistan, on equal basis as in it lays secret of motherland’s honor, dignity and unity.

Moosavi declares “Youm-e-Shad Shaheed” on July 6, vows to sacrifice life for Basic Ideology, motherland, dignity of Islamic World

RAWALPINDI, July 3: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe “Youm-e-Shad Shaheed” (Day of Martyr Shad) throughout the country on July 6.

In a statement issued here he said Pakistan has honour and dignity on the face of the earth world that it came into being in the name of Islam courtesy to joint sacrifices and united struggle of all schools of thought. Objective of its formation was to enforce such a system that is based on justice and fair-play and in which rights of everyone are given and protected on the basis of equality but in 1977, the tyrant Zia-ul Haq inducted himself in power negating the principles of Musawwar-e-Pakistan Allama Iqbal and Founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He not only violated the Basic Ideology but also announced to make Pakistan a sectarian State.

Agha Moosavi made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has the honour of thwarting that conspiracy by taking over the Islamabad Secretariat in 1980 during which Muhammad Hussain Shad presented his sacrifice.

He said Zia-ul Haq not only confronted the country with one problem or the other but the menace of terrorism was created in his era and the whole nation is going though its drawbacks.

He said by the Grace of God, Pakistan at present is not a sectarian State rather an Islamic State in line with the principles of Allama Iqbal and Jinnah and according to Article (2) of the Constitution, the official religion of the country is not any sect but Islam that is the bouquet of all schools of thought.

By observing Youm-e-Shad Shaheed on July 6, it would be made clear that death of a Shaheed (martyr) is the life of a nation and the live nations never forget their heroes.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi reiterated his resolve not to hesitate in offering even our lives for the Basic Ideology, motherland, honour, dignity and protection of the Islamic World till we are alive and all schools of thought would thwart the conspiracies of the enemies of religion, Shariat, motherland and humanity by becoming pious and united.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Youm-e-Shad Shaheed Committee was formed to organize the Youm-e-Shad Shaheed throughout the country. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated as its Convener and Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi as its Secretary.
