RAWALPINDI, January 28: Syed Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Central Joint Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that Azadari is our jugular vein and we will defend it on every cost. He stated this while addressing the Matmi Azadars gathered from all Tehsils of the Rawalpindi Districts here on Saturday. He said Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) is equally respectable for all religions because the Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) by presenting sacrifice of his head and the lives of his near and dear ones protected the humanity from being ruined which was being battered by the Satanic orders and evil deeds of Yazid. The TNFJ leader said that we present our homage to the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) jointly. He called upon all religious and Matmi organisations and organisers of Majalis to remain attached with their Markaz. The Matmi Salars on this occasion reiterated their resolve to follow any line of action given by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. He called upon the government to check the banned organisations working with new names. He said the Anti-Terrorism Act being enforced by President Pervez Musharraf is being sabotaged and demands severe action. The TNFJ Central Joint Secretary made it clear that Azadari is a universal protest against the oppressor in every era. We strongly condemn oppression and brutality against the oppressed, whether they belong to Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan or Iraq, and express complete solidarity with the have-nots and the oppressed. We are certain that the blood of the martyrs of independence movements would pay one day and the dawn of independence would rise soon in all occupied Muslim areas including Kashmir and Palestine.
ISLAMABAD, January 26: Hafta-e-Wilayat (Zilhij 18-25) observed on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi came to an end on Thursday. Special Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, and seminars were held at mosques and Imambargahs on this occasion and ulema, zakireen and waizeen highlighted seerat and character of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on this occasion terming it the beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. TNJF District Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing the Mehfil-e-Wilayat at Madrassah Wali Al-Asr (A.S.) said the announcement of Wilayat of Maula-e-Kainat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) by the Holy Prophet (SAW) at Ghadeer-e-Khum on Zilhij 18 made it clear on the Islamic World that this was the Khanwadah that is protector of the righteous path and defender of the Mission-e-Mustafvi and the real success could be achieved by following in their footsteps. He said if the world desires to get rid of all problems and difficulties today then they would have to follow the seerat and character of Ali (A.S.) and Aal-e-Ali (A.S.). He said this is the Khanwadah that did not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for survival of Islam, restoration of Nizam-e-Mustafa and Intizam-e-Ali Al-Murtaza. He said this Khanwadah proved the greatness of Islam and truthfulness of Allahs religion before the Christians of Najran on Zilhij 24 in a way that the whole universe is unable to bring any such example to fore even today. He said Zilhij 25 is the day of Nazool-e-Surah Hull-Ata that preaches the lesson of sacrifice. Addressing the Mehfil-e-Murtazvi organised by TNFJ Satellite Town at Imambargah Zain Al-Aza, Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan strongly demanded from the government to take strict notice of insensitive attitude of the electronic and print media on such pious occasions and instead promoting atheist programmes and activities contrary to the Nazria-e-Asaasi at the cost of coverage to the programmes of Mashaheer-e-Islam and protectors of religion and Shariat. Paying tributes to Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for inviting the attention of the Millat to the path of righteousness and truthfulness on every occasion, he reiterated the resolve to follow any line of action given by him in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram. A resolution adopted on the occasion expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over including that of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and demanded implementation of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of problems of Shiayan-e-Pakistan and for giving representation to Maktab-e-Tashih in all State departments on the basis of equality. Zakir Nazir Hussain and others at Hussaini Manzil Rawalpindi, and ulema at Haideria Masjid, Danishgah-e-Abidia, Danishgah-e-Jafariya, and Qasr-e-Shabbir also addressed Mahafil-e-Wilayat.
RAWALPINDI, January 25: Jashan Eid-e-Mobahila was observed as a part of Hafta-e-Wilayat throughout the country like other countries on Wednesday in line with the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The day began with recitation from the Holy Quran in mosques in all small and big cities and towns of the country. Ulema, waizeen, and zakireen addressing the Mahafil, gatherings, conferences, seminars, highlighted the supremacy of Eid-e-Mobahila and success of Islam against the Christians of Najran. In Rawalpindi, a special function was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia. Allama Syed Muhammad Mujtaba Bokhari presided. Addressing the gathering, Allama Qamar Haider said, Mobahila is actually victory of Tauheed and a great and holiest day when Christians of Najran involved themselves in arguments with the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) saying that Prophet Eisa (A.S.) is son of Allah because he was born without a father. Then the Holy Prophet (SAW) said, no doubt, the example of Eisa (A.S.) before Allah is like Adam (A.S.) who was made of earth by Allah and then He said Be and he became. But Christians stuck to their point of view that Eisa (A.S.) is son of Allah and when they did not agree with the Holy Prophet (SAW), then he accepted their challenge on the commandment of Allah. The Ayah 61 of Surah Aal-e-Imran says: Tell them that we call our sons and you call yours, you call your women and we call ours, we call ourselves and you call yours and do Mobahila and then pray for Allahs wrath on those who are liars. He said famous scholar Shah Abdul Qadir writes Tafseer of this Ayah in Al-Quran Al-Hakim Maa Tafseer Mauze Al-Quran that the Holy Prophet (SAW) took Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) Hazrat Ali (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) and Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) in Mobahila. The Christians accepted their defeat and avoided Mobahila that made the flag of Tauheed (monotheism) flutter high and flag of Taghoot was downed. He said the Punjtan-e-Pak (A.S.) are the centre of unity in the whole human world and the Islamic World. Every person of the caravan-e-Sadiqeen is laced with miracles. The Holy Prophet (SAW) kept minor Hasnain (A.S.) in front in Mobahila while Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.), who always remained in the frontline in every field, was kept behind so as to prove that victory of Islam in Mobahila was courtesy the truthfulness of Punjtan-e-Pak (A.S.). He said the Daman-e-Punjtan Pak (A.S.) would have to he held tightly so as to get the humanity rid of all problems and difficulties. Syed Tabassum Kazmi in his address on the occasion said, the home of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is the source of supremacy in the whole universe, all Noorani (enlightened) members of this family are leaders of Islam and messiah for the humanity and attachment with them guarantees success here and the Hereafter. He lamented that Muslims at large have forgotten the greatest day of Mobahila for which they are undergoing punishment in the shape of host of problems and difficulties. He said we would have to transform our character and deeds in accordance with the seerat of pious and strong Godly sources Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) instead of banking on Taghooti forces, if we desire to pull out the whole humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, from the difficult situation. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion resolved the commitment of the gathering to follow any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi in connection with the Ayyam-e-Aza. The resolution demanded from the government to keep the banned groups away from peace committees and inter-religious committees so as to ensure law and order while noose around the banned organisations working with new names should be tightened. It strongly condemned the continued oppression all over the world including Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine and American bombing in Bajaur Agency declaring it commensurate with an attack on Pakistans autonomy. Syed Tehzeeb-ul-Hasnain Naqvi, Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, Ali Zeb Kazmi, Mushahid Hussain, and Hasan Raza Kiani also addressed the gathering. Allama Zawwar Hussain Madni in Haideria Masjid, Maulana Kifayat Hussain Bokhari in Masjid Imam Ali Naqi, Allama Abul Hassan Taqi in Masjid-e-Kazmia, and Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi in Masjid Imam Moosa Kazim addressed the Eid-e-Mobahila gatherings.

TNFJ Karachi also joined the nation wide WILAYAT celebrations and arranged Wilayat-e-Ali A.S conference at Hotel Sarawan. A big number of religious scholars, poets, trustees from different mosques and imambargah were also present on the occasion. Allama Jaffar Raza Naqvi the President, TNFJ regional council Karachi, on the occasion affirming the great words of the Honorable Aqa-e-Moosavi said Wilayat-e-Ali A.S is the soul of our religious beliefs and those who oppose and get side-tracked from this point of belief are the followers of footsteps of Marvan & Abu-Sufyan. All the attendants of the symposium mutually declared their confidence in the great leadership of Qaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and demanded the Government of Pakistan to accomplish the Shia Nations demands as per officially approved in Junejo-Moosavi Agreement of 21.05.1985.
RAWALPINDI, January 23: Hafta-e-Wilayat (Wilayah Week) programmes continued throughout Pakistan like other global part on the fifth day of the week throughout the country in line with the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi. Mahafil, functions and festive gatherings were organised in mosques, Imambargahs, Aza Khanas and private institutions under the auspices of different religious organisations. Allama Syed Qamar Haider addressing the Mehfil-e-Wilayat held at Aza Khana-e-Hussaini under the auspices of Mukhtar Students Organisation Dhoke Syedan Unit said that Hafta-e-Wilayat reminds us of those great occasions of history that are remembered with the name of Ghadeer and Mobahila. He said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) announced at the Khum-e-Ghadeer in his last sermon delivered in front of a huge gathering of Ashab-e-Kubaar that Ali (A.S.) is the Maula of those, I am the Maula of whom and took commitment of Wilayat-e-Ali from the whole Ummah and prayed that O, Allah! Keep friend with one who keeps Ali (A.S.) his friend and keep enmity with the one who keeps enmity with Ali (A.S.). He said Eid-e-Mobahila is the Ilm-ul-Yaqeen, Ain-ul-Yaqeen, Haq-ul-Yaqeen, and Sidrat-ul-Muntaha. Paighambar-e-Akram (SAW) took Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.) and Hasnain (A.S.) with him and Christians accepted his truthfulness courtesy these holy personalities saying that if these personalities point towards mountains they would leave their place. Even enemy stood witness to the dignity of Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and this supremacy has bowed downed the heads of the enemy also. Addressing the gathering, Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan Deputy Chairman Syed Qasim Al-Hussaini said our main objective is Wila-e-Ali and Aza-e-Hussain and they would continue their practical struggle for achievement of these pious goals under the enlightened leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi with complete sincerity of purpose. A resolution unanimously adopted by the participants of the gathering amongst vociferous slogans reiterated their resolve to fully implement any line of action given by the Markaz of Maktab-e-Tashayyo TNFJ in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram. Another resolution strongly condemned the continued oppression against Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine and called upon the so-called champions of human rights, particularly the United Nations to play their important role in stopping this brutal activity. The resolution strongly condemned the American bombing in Bajaur Agency and expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over.
RAWALPINDI, January 21: Jashan-e-Ghadeer and Mobahila was held at Markazi Imambargah Qadeem (Hussaini Mahaz) under the auspices of Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi as a part of Hafta-e-Wilayat announced by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Chairman Syed Bu Ali Mahdi and Central President Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi presided over the function. Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Muqaddasi in his address on the occasion said that Wilayat-e-Ali is the acceptance of Wilayat-e-Ali and sign of faith and Wilayat-e-Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the certificate of completion of religion.
Allama Zulfiqar Haider Naqvi said Wilayat is the name of eternity of the system of the universe and the Tafseer of the Ism-e-Zamin. He said power without any sharing is called Wilayat and prophets and messengers remained desirous to be given this honour. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that Khatmi Martabat by making his cousin Hazrat Ali (A.S.) Maula at the place of Khum-e-Ghadeer confirmed his Wilayat for ever. Greeting Maula Ali (A.S.) of Wilayat on 18 Zilhij is Sunnat-e-Nabavi. He declared that no system contrary to Wilayat-e-Ali and Aza-e-Hussain will be accepted in Pakistan. Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi, Central President of Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan presenting a resolution on this occasion said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and has been termed the most liked religion and its biggest miracle is Quran that is the best legislation and constitution.
The resolution called upon the government to ensure separate Deenyat curriculum for Shia students from primary to college and university level under the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. The resolution made it clear that all powers should keep in mind that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan is leading the Maktab-e-Tashayyo in Pakistan, therefore, Shiayan-e-Haider-e-Karrar are bound to follow the directions of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi regarding national demands. It said that for the development and solidarity of the motherland Pakistan it was necessary that the powers that be should take care of the rights of all schools of thought on the basis of equality rather ensure fulfilment of the same. Another resolution while strongly condemning terrorism in the country declared that as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi a terrorist keeps no religion or a country rather he is only a terrorist and terrorism is a great oppression. Strongly condemning terrorism going on all over the world including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, the resolution called upon international organisations to accelerate their efforts for rooting out oppression and restoration of peace while super powers should give up their double standards. The resolution stressed the need that no country has the right to interfere in the affairs and ideologies of other countries and the policy of live and let others live should be adopted. The resolution lauded the steps taken by Gen. Pervez Musharraf for rooting out terrorism but opined that one should not bank only on announcements but the government should concentrate on not allowing the banned groups declared terrorists to emerge at any forum while all recognised schools of thought should also keep their eyes open and should work without keeping the personal and party interests in view. The resolution called upon the government to resolve all sensitive issues with wisdom and mutual understanding and should resolve issues instead of prolonging the same. For this purpose, priority should be given to motherland and its ideology over all other matters. It lamented that despite passage of 8 months to the Bari Imam incident, the government has adopted cold shouldered attitude in the matter. It said we could have shattered everything but as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi we could bear our own murder but would not let the nation and the country murdered. When we have displayed peace then the government is also under the obligation to fulfil her duty and give severe punishment to the culprits after arresting them. Like we have rendered sacrifices for the country, similarly we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for its defence. The resolution strongly condemned the American bombing in Bajaur considering it commensurate with an attack on the autonomy of Pakistan. It reiterated the resolve of the participants that any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi in connection with the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram will be followed in letter and spirit. Poet Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi, Zakir Mushtaq Hussain Shah Jhang, Zakir Sajjad Hussain Shah Shumari, Zakir Abdul Ghaffar Kausar, Maulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri, Maulana Khurshid Haider Jawwadi, Zakir Qamar Mukhtar Kausar, Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, Zakir Ghulam Hur, Maulana Tanvir Shirazi, Mukhtar Generation President Aun Abbas Kazmi and others also addressed the gathering. Special prays were offered for the solidarity of the country and the nation, supremacy of the Islamic World and for the welfare of the oppressed the world over at the conclusion of the function.

Addressing the Mehfil-e-Wilayat-e-Ali at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani said the Paighambar-e-Islam (Holy Prophet) by holding the hand of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) and raising it in a jam-packed crowd made it clear to the whole world of mankind that their rising and success lay in accepting the Wilayat-e-Ali. He said holy Prophet (SAW) had announced in Ghadeer-e-Khum that Ali (A.S.) is the Master of all those I am the Master of whom. Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the collection of merits of prophets and messengers, the true inheritor of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) and Imam-e-Mubeen of the whole universe. His life-style stands witness that he was in habit of restoring justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and brutality. Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari addressing the gathering on this occasion said the life-style of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is death of hypocrisy and a new lease of life for the followers of justice and fair-play. Addressing Wilayat-e-Ali Seminar at Danishgah Baqir-ul-Uloom Islamabad, Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Zahidi said the life-style of Ali (A.S.) is the height of servitude and his pious character is a beacon of light for the world of humanity. Adopting the Murtazvi path is important need of the hour so as to confront the problems, oppression and brutality faced by the Islamic World today. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to implement the Junejo-Moosavi agreement so as to fulfil the rights of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo on the basis of equality in motherland Pakistan that came into being courtesy joint sacrifices of all schools of thought. The Hafta-e-Wilayat opening functions were also held at Imambargah Zain-ul-Abideen, Masjid-e-Kazmia, Haideria Masjid, Qasr-e-Shabbir, Qasr-e-Kazmia, Markazi Imambargah Shah Nazar Deewan Badshah, Imambargah Jagir Ali Akbar, Ali Masjid Daultala, Qasr-e-Rubab, Qasr-e-Zainab, and Takya Saen Inayat Hussain. According to reports reaching TNFJ headquarters, Eid-e-Ghadir functions were held in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Larkana, Haiderabad, Mianwli, Sakkhar, Bhakkar, Quetta, Jehlum, Sargodha, Tank, D.G. Khan, D.I.Khan, Muzaffargarh, Gilgit, Skardu, Multan, Faislabad, Kherpur Meras, Mirpur Khas, Dadu, Nawabshah and many other cities and towns.

Mahafil and functions will be organised on the topic of Ghadeer and Mobahila in all small and big cities and towns of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. A meeting of the Markazi Hafta-e-Wilayat Committee of TNFJ was held at the Central Office on Wednesday in which arrangements were given a final shape. Addressing the participants of the meeting, Central Convener of the Hafta-e-Wilayat Committee M.H. Jafri said, Ghadeer is a clear-cut proof of completion of religion and Shariat and Mobahila speaks of truthfulness of Islam. Wilayat-e-Ali is the basis of our belief and a certificate of acceptance of all our worships. In Mobahila, Islam emerged successful courtesy Punjtan Pak while Christians of Najran agreed to give Jizia and avoided Mobahila. He said attachment with Daman-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) guarantees success and survival against the challenges confronted to the government. The Convener of Hafta-e-Wilayat Committee strongly demanded from the government to make special arrangements to improve law and order situation in the country during the Hafta-e-Wilayat programmes and give extensive media coverage to the programmes organised in this connection.
RAWALPINDI, January 17: Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboots were taken out in ladies Majalis-e-Aza in different cities and towns of the country on Tuesday marking the Shahadat of Sherdil Khatoon (Lion-hearted) of Karbala, Sani-e-Zahra Hazrat Syeda Zainab binte Ali (S.A.). Maulana Tabassum Abbas Kazmi addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia said, the seerat and character of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) is a complete lesson of bravery, courage, piousness and supremacy. He said the title of this pious Bibi is Sharikat-ul-Hussain (S.A.). Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) presented sacrifice of many lives for achievement of highest objective while Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) not only protected blood of Hussain and encouraged the inheritors of Shuhada but also displayed such courage and bravery despite being in detention that it has become an example for the oppressed nations and the Islamic World in every era. She not only thwarted all tactics of tyranny and Yazidiyyat through her great addresses in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid rather she preached a lesson for the tyrants and Yazids of every era by shattering Yazidiyyat and tyranny that Yazidiyyat, tyranny, oppression, brutality are the names of terrorism that is a failure before the pious personalities of God and the righteousness is eternal. A resolution adopted on the occasion while stressing the need of resolving all sensitive issues of national importance with mutual understanding called upon the government to exercise wisdom and seriousness and take all religious and political powers into confidence. The resolution strongly condemned American bombing in Bajor Agency and declared it contrary to the countrys integrity. Another resolution while strongly condemning the continued colonial oppression, suppression and brutality all over the world including Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan expressed complete solidarity with the have-nots and the oppressed. Majlis-e-Aza was also held at Darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara Chuhr Harpal under the auspices of Bawa Syed Karam Hussain Shah in which renowned ulema, waizeen and zakireen addressed the gathering. They highlighted the seerat of Syeda Zainab (S.A.) in detail and declared the uswah-e-Binte Ali (S.A.) the best source of confronting the rising of tyranny and Yazidiyyat. Allama Matloob Taqi addressing the Majlis said, Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) is the great preacher of Mission-e-Hussainiyyat and is Fateh-e-Kufa and Shaam whose heart-rending addresses shattered the Yazidi courts. A resolution adopted on the occasion reiterated the resolve of the participants to fully implement any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram. Majlis-e-Shahadat-e-Syeda Zainab (S.A.) was held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan Women Wing. Zakira Nuzhat Naqvi addressed. Taboot was taken out after the Majlis followed by Matamdari and Noha Khwani. Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes were also organised at Imambargah Sakhi Shah Nazar Deewan Badshah Syed Kasran, Imambargah Qasr-e-Kazmia Jassol Syedan, Imambargah Qasr-e-Zainab Pir Garohti Kamalabad, Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Markazi Imambargah Lal Quarters Islamabad, Masjid and Imambargah Isna Ashary Greecy Line Chaklala, and many other places.
