ISLAMABAD – August 21: The martyrdom anniversary of Mujahida-e-Karbala Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) was observed as Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain throughout the country like other global parts on Sunday, Rajab 15, with religious spirit, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes were organised by religious and Matmi organisations at Imambargahs and Aza Khanas in all small and big cities, towns and villages of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad, all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. Taboots of Hazrat Sani-e-Zahra (S.A.) were taken out in Ladies Majalis. Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing the Majlis Sharikat-ul-Hussain at Qasr-e-Hussaini said colonialism is another name of Yazidiyyat and we would have to adopt Hussainiyyat and Zainabiyyat to root it out. Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) thwarted the Yazidi conspiracies through her courageous and heart-rending addresses in the streets and courts of Shaam and Kufa and kept the flag of Islam flutter high for ever giving a bad name to Yazidiyyat. He said colonial powers were carrying out oppression in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine where they were shedding the blood of innocent people but they are only afraid of the Lalkaar of Zainabiyyat. Addressing Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain Majlis organised by TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi, the District President Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan said the dignity of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) could be gauged through the fact that her grandfather Rasool (SAW) was her teacher, she was brought up in the lap of Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) and she accepted her to become Chadar-less in Karbala for the protection of Islam but she saved Islam from being dishonoured. He said the calls for prayer all over the world owe to Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) who promoted Hussainiyyat along with inheritor of Hussains (A.S.) blood Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S.) and today no one could dare batter the outlook of Islam. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the ongoing oppression and brutality in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine and called upon the international organisations to play their role in driving the allied forces out from these countries and stop oppression so as to restore durable peace there. The resolution made it clear that Islam not only condemns all types of terrorism and massacre rather considers the same a great sin, therefore, accusing Muslims of bomb blasts carried out anywhere in the world is absolute injustice. The resolution while lauding the steps taken by President Pervez Musharraf for rooting out terrorism called upon the government to deal the banned groups with an iron hand instead of giving them an open hand and avoid unnecessarily teasing the innocent people and patriotic forces in the garb of crackdown. The participants of the gathering reiterated their resolve to support any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for the promotion of message of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat. Matamdari was also held after the Majlis. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain Majlis at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) Tarlai Kalan, while Allama Hussain Kazmi at Bargah-e-Moosa Kazim (A.S.), Syed Kifayat Hussain Naqvi at Masjid Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.), Allama Zawwar Madni at Haideria Masjid, Allama Fakhar Abbas at Masjid Isna Ashary, Maulana Iqbal Hussain Shah and Maulana Salim Haideri at Qasr-e-Zainab (A.S.) Kamalabad, Allama Hafiz Amjad Ali Amjad at Imambargah Ahle Bait (A.S.) Gaddowal, Allama Syed Abul Hassan Taqi at Darbar Shah Piyara Chuhr Harpal, and Allama Syed Mohsin Al-Hussaini at Danishgah-e-Jafariya Rawalpindi Cantt. addressed similar gatherings.
RAWALPINDI – August 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that the oppressed world should follow the uswah-e-Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) to confront oppression and brutality and to achieve blessings and success. He said Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) unveiled the enemies of religion and Shariat who had took refuge under the garb of Islam through her heart-rending addresses in the streets and courts of Shaam and Kufa. Moosavi stated this while announcing to observe Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain marking the Shahadat of Mujahida-e-Karbala Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) that is being observed throughout the country like other global parts on Sunday, Rajab 15 with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect. Agha Moosavi said Zuhd-o-Taqwa are the height of submissiveness, worship and Bandagi while standard of supremacy of every woman, man, small, big, powerful, vulnerable, elder, young is Taqwa also. He said the Khanwanda-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) blessed Zuhd-o-Taqwa with new height taking it to the maximum. The greatest personality of this Khanwada Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) is the greatest woman who was placed at the highest level of Taqwa that Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) asked her to do remember her brother Hussain (A.S.) in her Namaz-e-Shab. Her seerat in bravery, Taqwa and supremacy is a complete lesson to follow for women at large. Daughter of Butt-Shikan (idol breaker) Ali (A.S.) she proved herself a courageous Yazidiyyat-Shikan who took care of the blood of martyrs in Karbala and played her part in achieving the great goal. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the struggle of women alongside men throughout the universe is written visibly in the history of humanity but the greatness of Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) enjoys a singular status. She not only repeated the holiest message in cities, courts, deserts and streets but also shattered the courts of tyrant rulers through her heart-rending addresses and her courageous outbursts are the beacon of light for women at large who preached their offspring how to confront the world of oppression and brutality and this activity is the source of guidance for the oppressed world. He appealed all schools of thought to participate in Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain programmes on 15 Rajab-ul-Murajjab, present condolences in Bargah-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and express solidarity with the oppressed world. Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes for Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain. Dr. Nazir Hussain has been nominated Convener and M.H. Jafri as Secretary of the Committee.
ISLAMABAD – August 20: The programmes of three-day Jashan-e-Murtazavi observed in connection with birth anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded throughout the country on Friday. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, seminars, and religious gatherings were organised by different organisations, associations and institutions in all small and big cities, villages, and towns of the country including Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir, FATA, Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi Region. Naat Khwans, Sana Khwans, Qaseedah Khwans, Manqabat Khwans, Zakireen Uzzam and Ulema-e-Karaam highlighted the Fazail-o-Manaqib of Maula-e-Kainaat Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). In Rawalpindi, central function of Jashan-e-Murtazavi was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayet Tulaba-e-Islamia. Hojjatul Islam Maulana Shaikh Ijaz Hussain Modaris in his address on the occasion said that seerat and character of Amirul Momineen Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the whole humanity and the life-style of Ali (A.S.) is the life-line of justice and fair-play and fatal for oppression and brutality. According to Allama ibne Hajr Asqalani, forehead of Ali (A.S.) never bowed down in front of anyone other than Allah throughout the universe after Nabi (SAW) that is why he was given the title of Karam Allah Wajhohu. He said if the world of humanity desires to get rid of Taghoot and Jabroot then they would have to bow down their head on Dar-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.). Maulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri said there is a saying of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) that Ali (A.S.) is with Quran and Quran is with Ali (A.S.) i.e. if one could not understand Quran then he should ask from Ali (A.S.) and if one could not understand Ali (A.S.) then he should seek guidance from Quran. That is why, he added, the personality that has been considered justifiable in real terms after the Holy Prophet (SAW) is Amirul Momineen Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) whose path could be adopted to confront all types of oppression and brutality rather to turn the whole world into hub of peace.
Maulana Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Zakir Matloob Kazmi, Assad Abbas Naqvi, Hassan Raza Kiani, Ali Hassan Bangash, Tehzeeb-ul-Hassan, Jawwad Kazmi, Riwayat Hussain also addressed the gathering. Syed Jone Ali Mashadi stood as Stage Secretary while Muhammad Jafar Khan enjoyed the honour of reciting from Holy Quran. Ulema-e-Karaam highlighted the seerat and character of Maulood-e-Kaaba Fateh-e-Khyber Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) in detail in the Friday congregations on the pious occasion of Jashan-e-Murtazvi and declared the same as an example to follow for all times to come. Some resolutions were also adopted on the occasion in which it is said that at present the world of humanity in general, and the oppressed and Muslim nations and the Islamic World in particular, are the target of terrorism but terrorism in shape of suicide attacks have taken a new turn after the New York incident. Only in Iraq, more than 400 suicide attacks have been reported despite a fact that all religions in the world consider suicide an indecent act, Islam declares it Haram (unlawful) but one should analyse what led to such attacks. The resolution said that according to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi Israel is not a target in any list of terrorists. A new report has revealed that America, India, Russia and Brazil are the hurdle in way of organisations working in the name of protecting human rights. In such a situation, intellectuals of the world and all organisations including the United Nations and ICC who desire welfare of the human beings are under the obligation to keep the issue of rooting out terrorism on top of list and dig out the reasons behind it so as to adopt a joint and viable strategy to tackle it. Some of the reasons identified in the resolution are: (1) Western powers plan to control Muslim States, particularly Arab States after the World War so as to seize the oil treasure in which they failed till now, and recent interference in Iraq is a part of that plan; (2) Non-solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues despite the presence of United Nations Resolutions because these issues related to Muslims while on the contrary issue like East Timor has been resolved; (3) Western powers desire to take control on the whole world in general, and on backward, oppressed and Muslim States in particular after the Russian breakage so as to seize monetary and mineral treasures; (4) There is duplicity in the words and deeds of Western powers, which is the main cause of terrorism because opposition to nuclear proliferation and exerting pressure to sign CTBT on one hand and cooperating in nuclear proliferation itself on the other, the fresh example of which is India-America defence pact. If any Muslim or oppressed State tries to achieve nuclear capability it is threatened the fresh example of which is threats hurled on Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syrian and Iran after North Korea, which is unfair. All these problems could only be resolved and terrorism could only be rooted out when all world States, European countries, particularly America consider the United Nations as the final authority and let her work in accordance with its constitution. Another resolution made it clear that in the motherland Pakistan, Gen. Pervez Musharraf not only introduced a new law to root out terrorism but also banned terrorist groups but there are some powers within the country that are trying to sabotage the steps taken by President Musharraf on which the recent crackdown stands witness in which innocent labourers, hawkers, ulema of religious Madaris and gentlemen are being arrested while eminent personalities of the banned groups were roaming about freely rather they are taking part in the local body elections. The Administration is making tall claims viz. crackdown but has neither formed Probe Tribunal for Bari Imam incident despite passage of three months nor compensated the bereaved families of Shuhada yet. The resolution strongly called upon President Gen. Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz to take notice of cold-shouldered attitude of government institutions viz. Bari Imam Incident and fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play in this connection. The participants of the gathering resolved that Shiaan-e-Haider Karrar would follow every line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for his mission of Wila and Aza and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice in this connection. Special prayers were offered for the stability and development of motherland Pakistan, welfare of the people, and protection of basic ideology in the Jashan-e-Murtazavi gatherings all over the country.
RAWALPINDI – August 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria has said there is need to make the Murtazavi justice a practical habit to get the world of humanity rid of difficulties and problems. He stated this in a special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country on Friday with religious fervour and spirit as Jashan-e-Murtazvi. He said the religion for which there is a commandment to follow, it has been termed most favourite, Prophets and Messengers were sent to preach, disseminate and publicise it, that is a complete manifesto for human life, source of guidance, blessing for the whole humanity and that declared oppression, brutality, and discrimination as a sin and the basis of which rests on justice and fair-play. Agha Moosavi said that Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) is that great leader and Rahbar who preached the great lesson of justice, wisdom, commitment, awareness, and knowledge to the mankind that if followed could help them overcome all problems and difficulties and get them rid of terrorism. He said the voice of Ali (A.S.) is still echoing on earth as well as in the sky that this repaired shoe of mine is better than rule over you but through this government I would restore righteousness and root out evil, my only objective is to restore justice and fair-play. He said throughout the universe, Ali (A.S.) is that great personality the supremacy of who is recognised even by non-Muslims. He said, Shibli Shameel who is a materialist historian of the Arab World and keeps the ideology of communism says about this elderly personality with enthusiasm that Imam Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) kept a singular identity from all elderly people of the Arab World and the Eastern and Western world had never seen such a personality in the past. Another renowned Arab Christian historian, philosopher, writer, intellectual Naimah writes, that no historian howsoever big could give a true picture of Alis (A.S.) personality. He said Ali (A.S.) was not only brave in the battlefield rather his greatness despite passage of a long time was great for us for ever and a treasure. He said today when there arise any need to lead a great and sober life, we could seek the help of that great personality. (Kitaab Ali A.S. and Al-Qaumiyyat Al-Arabia). The TNFJ chief said Narsiyan who used to work at British High Commission in Baghdad a few years ago and was himself a part of great personalities and intellectual of Christianity says about Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that if this great speaker had been in our era and laced the pulpit of Kufa Mosque with his presence today then the mosque despite its expansion would have proved short in the presence of leaders and elders of Europe because they all would have been present here and satisfied their thirst from his knowledge and wisdom. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said that Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) is that singular personality who was declared the inheritor of Wilayat-e-Amar-e-Illahi, his presence was the complete symbol of touching the high valued teachings of Islam, he utilised all his energies in way of religion, Shariat, step by step independence, acme and social justice and fair-play, and said to this extent: Can Ali seek help from oppression? No, not at all because then Ali (A.S.) would not be that Ali (A.S.). On this basis hearts of international arrogant are bloody and full of hypocrisy and extreme malice about Ali (A.S.). He said the colonial powers never desired that divine, Islamic and Ilhami justifiable government is restored as a result of which the whole world is going through crisis today, oppression and terrorism are rife, there is bloodshed in Kashmir and Palestine, dignity and honour of human beings and all holiest places is being trampled every day. He said the only solution to this problem is to adopt the Murtazvi seerat and character and follow his footsteps in letter and spirit. Paying tributes to Khanwada-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAW) on the occasion of Jashan-e-Murtazvi, Moosavi reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle for restoration of justice and fair-play, condemn oppression, brutality and oppression, and support the oppressed until the flag of justice and fair-play flutters all around the world.
RAWALPINDI, August 17: Three-day Jashan-e-Murtazavi programmes in connection with the birth anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) began throughout the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences and seminars were organised by different religious and Matmi organisations. Ulema, waizeen and zakireen in their addresses termed the pious seerat of Maula-e-Kianaat (A.S.) a sign of survival of humanity and a source of getting rid of the oppressors. Mahafil Jashan-e-Murtazavi were held in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Larkana, Haiderabad, Mirpur Khas, Kherpur Meeras, Sakkhar, Mianwali, D.G.Khan, D.I.Khan, Muzaffargarh, Skardu, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Tank, Muzaffarabad including Federal Capital Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding areas. Syed Bu Ali Mahdi, Central Chairman MSO Pakistan, addressing Jashan-e-Murtazavi seminar organised by Majlis Farogh-e-Hussainiyyat said Maula Ali (A.S.) is the only personality throughout the whole universe who has the honour of being Maulood-e-Kaaba. He said being a deputy (Wasi) of Rasool-Ullah, he preached unmatchable lesson of knowledge, wisdom, bravery and generosity that is an example for the whole humanity to follow even today. Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini, Chairman Wahdat Ulema-e-Pakistan, in his address said all people in problem and difficulties consider Maula Ali (A.S.) as their Mushkil-Kusha (one who resolves problems) who helps all without any discrimination. In the present era clutching the Daman-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) is need of the hour for rooting out all problems faced by the Muslim Ummah. He said if the Muslim Ummah follows the seerat of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) then not only all problems and difficulties of the Islamic World would be resolved but every conspiracy and mischief of the international colonial powers could also be thwarted. A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly demanded from the government to make fool-proof arrangements for improving the law and order situation viz. country-wide programmes of Jashan-e-Murtazavi from 11-13 Rajab-ul-Murajjab, and people should themselves be alert, recognise their friends and foes and keep a strict eye on miscreant elements. It demanded from the government to take care of national festivals and special days of Mashaheer-e-Islam because on the date that has been fixed for local body elections in different districts of the country, the Jashan-e-Murtazavi programmes would be on peak during those days throughout the country. The resolution made it clear that 13 Rajab is the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that is respectable for all Muslims because Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is agreed upon caliph of Muslims, like Allah is not linked with any particular group, similarly Rasool-e-Khuda (SAW) is the Aqa and Maula (master) of the whole universe and Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the symbol of knowledge and awareness, Rasool (SAW) is Madina-tul-Ilm (City of Knowledge) and Ali is Baab-ul-Ilm (Gate of Knowledge) and we could get rid of all our problems and difficulties by following their pious seerat. Addressing Mehfil-e-Murtazavi at Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Maulana Syed Qalab-e-Abbas Bokhari said Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) is that great respectable personality which is respected by all schools of thought alike. The objective of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) was to restore justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and violence and he spent all his life in achieving his pious mission. He said the name of Ali (A.S.) is source of encouragement of all broken hearts even today and is the symbol of victory and success even in great trouble. Mehfil-e-Milad in connection with Jashan-e-Murtazavi was also held at Imambargah Dhoke Kashmirian. Zakir Abdul Ghaffar and others addressed.
ISLAMABAD – August 16: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (A.S.) was observed throughout Pakistan with religious fervour and spirit marking an end to the Ashra-e-Ajr-e-Risalat programmes announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, gatherings, conferences, and other functions were held in all small and big cities of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi Region. All schools of thought participated in these programmes and expressed their love and devotion to the Khanwada-e-Risalat. Ulema, khutaba, waizeen, zakireen and renowned poets presented Fazail and Manqabat in Bargah-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Such Mahafil were organised at various venues including Jamia Wali-ul-Asr, Masjid Imam Ali Naqi, Jamia-tul-Musheer, Danishgah-e-Jafariya, and Madrassah Quran-o-Itrat.
In Rawalpindi, main concluding ceremony of Ashra-e-Ajr-e-Risalat was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Haeat Tulaba-e-Islamia. Minor Qari Muhammad Jafar Khan presented recitation from Holy Quran. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi in his address said the love and devotion with Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) has been termed Ajr-e-Risalat. He said the teaching of the greatest personality of Khanwada-e-Risalat Muhammad bin Ali bin Musa Al-Raza known as Al-Taqi (A.S.) is contradiction of oppression and brutality and adoption of Zuhd-o-Taqwa, justice and fair-play which could be instrumental in getting the world of humanity rid of international colonial powers and all other problems. He said during the shortest life span spread over 25 years, Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) not only confronted oppression and brutality but also provided invaluable services for upholding the principles of Allahs religion, and promotion and stability of Shariat-e-Muhammadi. Ch. Mushtaq Hussain, Syed Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Syed Madah Hussain Shah, Hassan Raza Kiani, Syed Arif Al-Hussaini, minor Zakir Syed Riwayat Hussain Ravi, Syed Jone Ali Mashadi, Shahzad Butt also addressed the gathering. A resolution adopted on the occasion made it clear that Pakistan is the joint inheritance of all, and all schools of thought played an equal part in putting it in order. It said the motherland Pakistan is confronted with terrorism for the last 25 years the basic reason of which is that it is being punished being an ideological State, and being an atomic power it is a mole in the eyes of enemies as a result of which pressure in being exerted on Pakistan day by day and full energy is being utilised to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State. Statement of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh published in Tuesdays papers provides proof to this effect in which he has said that Islamabad may root out terrorist structure completely, it said adding that this statement is a heinous conspiracy to this effect while India itself is bent upon State terrorism on the other. They have not only destructed Babri Masjid rather churches are also being set on fire not only in Kashmir but also in other parts of India. The Indian Prime Minister has himself watched the massacre of his Sikh nation and the bloodshed of Muslims in Ahmedabad stands witness to it. The resolution said the whole world is concerned about India-America defence pacts and India-Israel collusion. It reminded the Pakistani rulers that if Kashmir issue was not resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiris and if any Third Option was introduced then any peace brought in Kashmir would not be long lasting. Another resolution lauded the test fire of Cruise Missile and considered it unavoidable to keep the balance of power for peace. A further resolution called upon the Chinese rulers to think that Pakistan is her long lasting friend and it is necessary for both to be strong in defence. Another resolution expressed concern that culprits of Bari Imam incident were not yet arrested and the injured and the bereaved families were not yet compensated. Lauding the steps taken by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf for rooting out terrorism, the resolution asked the President to take notice of banned organisations working with new names and order immediate release of those innocent people who were arrested in the garb of crackdown against the banned outfits.
RAWALPINDI – August 15: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe the 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazvi from 11 to 13 Rajab-ul-Murajjab throughout the country like other global parts to mark the Wiladat Purnoor of Amirul Momineen, son-in-law of holy Prophet (SAW), spouse of Batool (S.A.), Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). In a statement issued here on Monday, he said at present the international colonial powers have surrounded the oppressed nations and Muslim people; blood is being shed in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq; Shaair-Ullah and revelation books are being desecrated and there is only one path to avoid all this which is called Siraat-e-Mustaqeem (the right path) that is the path of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), he added. Agha Moosavi appealed the countrymen to organise Mahafil-e-Milad, gatherings, conferences, seminars and salutary functions on the pious occasion of Jashan-e-Murtazvi and pay greetings to the Holy Prophet (SAW), Ahle Bait Atahaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar. He said throughout the universe only Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) has the singular honour to be born in Bait-Ullah (House of Allah). Acting on a Wahi, the Holy Prophet (SAW) gathered elite of Makkah and announced Nabuwwat and Risalat (prophethood and apostleship). Hazrat Ali (A.S.) stood up on this occasion and certified the Risalat saying: Yes, you are the Allahs Prophet (SAW). That is why, he said in every era, whether it was during the lifetime of Rasool (SAW) or after his departure, Ali (A.S.) always played a key role for the supremacy of Islam and its survival. Moosavi said Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is that holy personality who never bowed down his head before idols even for a while and thus earned the title of Butt Shikan (idol breaker). Allama ibne Hajr Asqalani writes that Ali (A.S.) is called Karam Allah Wajhohu because he did not bow down his head before idols even for a while. He enjoys the singular honour of opening and even closing his eyes in the lap of Rasool (SAW). He said there is a saying of Amirul Momineen that after the Holy Prophet (SAW) in the Ummat-e-Muhammadi and before me no one has worshipped Allah. He got his training in the lap of Rasool (SAW), was laced with Godly knowledge, Islam penetrated in his veins, he did not bothered who is the ruler rather he gave preference to Islam, whenever gave an advice did so after reviewing the prevailing situation, his way had been to extend all possible help. That is why after the Holy Prophet (SAW), his advice was declared a commandment because he only desired to see Islam prosper. The TNFJ chief said when Hazrat Omer (R.A.) himself consulted Hazrat Ali (A.S.) to go on war front, he said if you would go to the war front yourself and face defeat then what would happen to Muslims; you should send such a leader to the front who is brave and may honour your commandments from the core of his heart. If you achieve victory by doing so then you would achieve your objective otherwise your personality would remain available for monitoring and supporting Muslims and could send troops to the front again after preparing in a better way. On this proposition, Hazrat Omer (R.A.) had said, had Ali (A.S.) not been there, I would have been killed. He said Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) always given priority to the objectives of Allah instead of his own personal goals that is why he made it clear on the world during his own era of caliphate that Ali (A.S.) and oppression are two separate paths, Ali (A.S.) is the name of justice and fair-play while oppression is the name of brutality and oppression. He did not care if someone is happy or angry rather warned every Hakim (administrator) time and again and kept the commandments of Allah before him in the every section of life including the State affairs. He gave a manifesto to Hazrat Malik-e-Ashtar (R.A.) when nominated him as Egyptian Governor after Hazrat Muhammad ibne Abi Bakr (R.A.) that was a guiding force for the modern era and in which guidance was provided for every section of human life. Meanwhile, Central Jashan-e-Murtavi Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes for 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazvi. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener and Naseer Hussain Sabzwari as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, August 14: Ceremonies of Pakistan Independence Day on August 14 in connection with Ashra-e-Ajr-e-Risalat according to the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi were held with due respect, fervour and devotion in all small and big cities, towns, villages, Rawalpindi region including federal capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas.
By fully participating in these ceremonies, all Pakistanis – elders, young, women and children – provided proof of their deep love for Pakistan that came into being in 1947. On this occasion, different speakers, waezeen, and student leaders delivered addresses on various topics i.e. why Pakistan creation was deemed necessary? What is the basis of Pakistan formation? What are Pakistans targets? etc. Haeat Tulba-e-Islamia organized a magnificent function marking Jashan-e-Azadai at Jamia-tul Momineen. Chairman Mukhtar Students Organization Bu Ali Mehdi, who made special participation in the program, said while addressing that Pakistan is a great gift and a valuable blessing of Allah for us. As the founder and promoter of Movement of Islam are Muhammad (SAW) and Ali (A.S.), similarly Pakistan formation was done at the hands of Muhammad Ali Jinah, and the followers of Muhammad (SAW) and Ali (A.S.) remained at forefront in Pakistans defence and stability. In Pakistan Movement, all schools of thought rendered joint sacrifices and according to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi Pakistan creation is bright proof of Ajr-e-Risalat and sweet fruit of love and devotion for Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said Syed Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Syed Kazim Abbas, Rawayat Hussain, Jafar Khan and Fezan Kazmi also addressed. Later, special cake cutting was held. A debate competition among school and college students titled Quaid-i-Azams Pakistan to mark the occasion was held under arrangements of Mukhtar Students Organization Tench Bhatta Unit presided over by MSO Rawalpindi Cantt President Syed Ameer Hussain Shah while Dr. Syed Zahid Hussain Naqvi was the chief guest. Prizes were distributed to the winning students and cake cutting was held. On this occasion, national anthem was presented by Mukhtar Generation children and they saluted to Pakistan Flag. Various resolutions were passed in Independence Day ceremonies which stressed that Pakistan is joint inheritance of all schools of thought, its defence and integrity is also obligatory on all, therefore fulfilment of rights of all is vital on basis of equality. Maktab-e-Tashayyo is deprived of its rights like other schools of thought for the past 58 years. Another resolution made clear that Kashmir was declared as Pakistan Jugular Vein by Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah. Dream of peace in Southeast Asia could not be fulfilled until resolution of Kashmir issue according to desires of Kashmiris and UN resolutions. By another resolution, the ceremonies severely condemned terrorism wherever it is. It said international taghoot in fact is cause of terrorism. Appreciating efforts of President Pervez Musharraf to ban for the third time activities of outlawed groups under new names through Anti-Terrorism Act, another resolution demanded to arrest real terrorists because innocent poor are being arrested which is sabotaging of President Musharrafs steps and defaming his government. Government should take strict notice of it. Special prayers were offered for stability and development of motherland and eradication of terrorism in ceremonies of Independence Day, and it was resolved to render every sacrifice for protection of Pakistan.
RAWALPINDI – August 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, has said that creation of Pakistan is the bright example of Ajr-e-Risalat and sweet fruit of love and devotion with Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He stated this in a special message on the occasion of Jashan-e-Azadi. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) conferred acme to religion and Shariat and bore uncountable difficulties that no other Nabi and Rasool has to face, the fruit of this preaching of Risalat is declared love and devotion with Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said every person keeps an objective of his life before him without which the human life is insignificant, when that particular objective become the joint objective of a nation or a Millat then it is called the ideology of life for that nation. Agha Moosavi said there is no organisation or Tehreek in the world behind which there is no belief or ideology. System of life is designed with the mutual coordination of political, monetary, economic and social rather all departments of life and all relationships and rights are also identified with the same, ideology of life is designed from the ideology itself, Muslim ideology of life is Islam that became the basis of Pakistan Movement, and on the basis of that ideology Pakistan came into being and it was settled that here everything will be done in line with Islam the source of which is Quran and Sunnat-e-Paighambar. He said Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in his historic address to Muslim League gathering on March 23, 1947 had said that Islam and Hindu religion are not merely religions rather two different social systems, therefore, this desire should be given up that Hindus and Muslims could design a joint nationality, I would say in clear cut words that they belong to two different movements the basis of which has been rested on such concepts and realities which are different from each other. On another occasion in 1943, he advised to consult Quran saying according to which relation all Muslims are like a single body? Which one is the rock at which the building of the Millat rests on? Which one is the anchor on which its boat rests in peace? That relationship, rock, and anchor is Quran; unity will be created amongst them, as we would march ahead. The TNFJ chief said that addressing a gathering at Islamia College Peshawar, the Quaid-i-Azam had said, we have not demanded Pakistan just to achieve a piece of land but have achieved such a laboratory where we could test the Islamic principles. On another place he said, we would design such a State where we could live like independent human beings and our civilisation and society may get time to be exploited in full. Therefore, Quaid-i-Azam got the name of Pakistan registered as an Islamic State on the horizon. He said the first Constitution of Pakistan was made in 1956, later many stages passed by so much so that a consensus Constitution came into being that was called Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan according to which President and the Prime Minister should be Muslims (not Sunni, Shia or Ahle Hadis). That is why Islam was declared as official religion of Pakistan, religious (not of any fiqh) education is compulsory in schools and colleges, Islamic values, democracy and tolerance were made a part of the Constitution, it was also written in it that such conditions would be provided in which every human being could transform himself in accordance with Islam. Stress on protection of non-Muslim minorities was also made in the Constitution, in the amendment introduced in 1985, it was made obligatory for the public representatives to be laced with Islamic qualities according to 1973 Constitution i.e. they should be pious having good seerat and character. In the light of these realities, while observing Independence Day, we would have to review whether we are following the Constitution in letter and spirit. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said today such powers are dominating in Pakistan that played no part in the Independence Movement, these people looted the country and then such a greedy person came into power who sowed the seeds of terrorism violating the Islamic ideology fruit of which is being reaped by the nation today. He said God may bless Gen. Pervez Musharraf who enforced Anti-Terrorism Act to check terrorists but the combined enemy was using every tactic to sabotage it as a result of which the whole nation is confronted with new problems and difficulties. In these circumstances, he said it is obligatory for all countrymen to be ever ready to offer any sacrifice demanded of them to protect Pakistan and its honour and dignity.
