SPECIAL MESSAGE
Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi

Justice (Adl) is the basis of Islam that
is included in the special qualities of Allah, Ambia, Aulia and Saleheen.
Justice is the name of that reality that has been considered a reason and cause
of the world system.

(The sky and the earth are restored through justice).

Allah, on this basis, has given
commandment to every human being belonging to any era to exercise justice and
fair-play on every easy and the most difficult turn of life on which Quran and
Sunnah also stand witness. In the Ayah 8 of Surah Maida, Allah Says:

(Oh, people in faith! be the one who stages Qayam for Allah and gives witness
with justice. Beware, enmity of any nation may not ready you to give up justice;
do justice as that is nearest to Taqwa)

There is a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat
Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) who is the voice of justice for the creature,
that goes:

(Justice is the name of that foundation on which the world rests).

Another place he stated that justice is
the source of faith, symbol of blessings, and high standards of belief that is
why Zaat-e-Illahi announced about Himself that
. Allah is
that is why
Hazrat Adam (A.S.) to Khatam (SAAW) all Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and
Righteous Persons not only remained busy in this best work rather their
objective was to restore justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and
brutality.

The inheritors of the Paighambar (SAAW) amongst which was a great personality
Nawasa-e-Rasool-us-Saqalain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) utilised all his energy,
soon after the Wisaal of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) in rooting out oppression and
brutality confronted by the Muslim Ummah and in restoring justice and fair-play.
When his son Hazrat Ali Akbar (A.S.) who resembled with the Paighambar (SAAW)
and whose Youm-e-Wiladat is on 11th Shaaban Al-Muazzm, asked him
(Are We not on
the right path?), he said we are on the right path, then that Shahzada (A.S.)
said they we do not care anything else. Allah Says in Quran
(Allah Gives
decision with righteousness). Another place it is said
(Surah Ahzaab).
That means that righteousness is justice and fair-play that makes the objective
of Hussain Ibne Alis (A.S.) Qayam clear that has also been made clear by him in
his address delivered on reaching Karbala that I am following the seerat of my
grandfather because Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) was given the commandment to restore
justice and fair-play on which the Surah Shurah stands witness.

(I have been given a commandment to do justice amongst you because Allah likes
justice and fair-play) (Surah Al-Hajraat Ayah 9).

The Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) said that seven
types of people will be given place under Allahs shadow on the D-Day, one of
which will be the justifiable ruler (Mishkaat Sharif). The Holy Prophet (SAAW)
has said at various places that there would be 12 Imams after me, according to
another saying (Riwayat) there would be 12 Ameers (Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Tirmizi),
12 Caliphs (Sahih Muslim & Sahih Abi Daud). Masnad Ahmed Ibne Humble says that
Hazrat Ali (A.S.) will be the first Imam and Imam Mahdi (A.S.) will be the last
Imam. Another dependable Hadees pointing towards Imam Mahdi (A.S.) says that he
will be the 9th son in the Imam Hussains (A.S.) ancestry who will be the
offspring of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.).

Some more realities are made aware of about the Imam Mahdi (A.S.) through holy
Ahadees of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) some of which are: (1) His name will be
after the name of Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW); (2) He will not come in the Baiaat of
any oppressive ruler; (3) He will fill the world ripe with oppression and
brutality with justice and fair-play; (4) He will be taking the support of Bait-Ullahs
wall at the time of his reappearance and would call his 313 faithful supporters
who will gather around him on his voice, then he will lead the prayers, Hazrat
Eisa (A.S.) will offer his prayers behind him, he will restore the Islamic
system and the system based on justice and fair-play on which Quran stands
witness:

(Oh, people in Iman! Those amongst you who have accepted Iman and done good
work, the God Has promised them to appoint them as His Deputy at earth one day
or the other like those people were made Deputy who have gone this way prior to
them, and He will empower them upon the religion chosen for them and would turn
their fear into peace when they feel fear so that worship Me in peace and do not
make anyone Shareek (partner) of Me and the one who would remain unthankful even
then, the people like them are debauchers (Surah Noor Ayah 55).
At another place, Allah Says:

(These people desire to put down the Allahs Noor with making puffs through
their mouth and Allah Does not accept but that He will complete His Noor whether
the atheist mind it, He is (Allah) Who sent His Rasool (Muhammad SAAW) along
with guidance and true religion so as to dominate it on other religions whether
the Mushrikeen mind it)

What else is not being done by the
oppressive and brutal world today, new tactics are being used to pressurise the
oppressed nations and the Islamic World, Islam is being considered as the
religion of punishments, utterances are being made against Quran, images of the
Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) are being made, indecent activities are being promoted
through Rushdies, Mashaheer-e-Islam are being defamed, honour and dignity of the
Shaair-e-Islam is being trampled, Muslims are being termed terrorists, bombs
are being hurled on Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, and Iraq, threats are being
hurled to attack Makkah, Madinah and other holy places, pressure is being
increased on Pakistan for following the Nazria Asaasi (Basic Ideology) – Islam –
and for being the atomic power. All these tactics and planning is a proof that
they are afraid of the religion of Islam taking over the whole world while Islam
is the preacher of peace and tranquillity.

Therefore, powers desirous of restoring justice and fair-play and those awaiting
the Zahoor of the last Messiah are under the obligation not to be afraid of the
satanic world and the evil forces fond of oppression and brutality because the
oppression has to go despite being expanded out of proportion. Hope for rooting
out oppression and brutality inculcates an enlightened strength in every
oppressed.

The 15th of Shaaban, 255 Hijra was that Shab-e-Noor on which the 12th
Noor-e-Imamat (A.S.) was born enlightening the whole universe with Noor-Ala-Noor.
We all are waiting for this great personality since 330 Hijra. At present the
Adalat-e-Jehani is aggrieved, the whole universe is anxious waiting for the
Zahoor of justifiable Representative of the Adil-e-Haqeeqi. Everyone belonging
to Adalat-e-Jehani becoming a researcher to get his right is the great
philosophy of Zahoor-e-Imam Mahdi (A.S.). Zahoor of Imam Al-Asr (A.S.) is a
promise that is to be fulfilled that Allah Had been making with his pious men
right from the beginning through the holy books
(The good end
is related only to pious men).
Therefore there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that goes:

(Allah Will fill the earth with justice, like it would have been filled with
oppression and suppression).

This Hadees declared that Qayam-e-Mahdi (A.S.)
will be for the oppressed and have-nots and it would be the last chain from the
challengers of justice, oppression, good and the evil that is in place since the
existence of the creature and the Zahoor of Hazrat Mahdi (A.S.) had been the
researchable and the solid ideal of Ambia, Mursaleen, Aulia, Saleheen and the
challenging warriors of the path of justice, righteousness, realities.

On this pious occasion we present our salutation to the Khanwada-e-Risalat (SAAW)
and the oppressed world and announce our commitment to continue our struggle for
the acme of justice and fair-play and rooting out of oppression and brutality
till the Zahoor-e-Mahdi.
