The memorandum severely condemned atrocities of colonial powers being carried out against oppressed nations and Islamic world and expressed grave concern that no part of the world is spared of Taghooti aggression in one form or the other upsetting the peace and tranquility of the whole world. Kashmir and Palestine are under the Taghooti clutches for more than a half century, Afghanistan has been targeted in the name of Osama and turned into Khofistan but Osama could not found even then, Iraqi people were targeted in the name of Saddam and in the garb of unearthing weapons of mass destruction. After that, a new history of oppression and brutality was written by abusing the Iraqi prisoners at Abu Gharib Jail and other detention centers to the extent that whole humanity quivered, the pictures issued of these brutal acts unveiled the so-called claims of America and her allies viz. independence, freedom and human rights.
Today the international opinion is protesting against US President Bush for inhuman oppression, and America and her allies were forced to beg pardon but despite that America was still following the non-cooperative policy and is using all types of tactics to maintain her interests and supremacy of her agents in Middle East and South Asia, biases are being promoted, seeds of hatred are being sown but the US has seen that every where only defeat is her fate. The memorandum said that for getting rid of risks and success and correction of humanity it is necessary that practical struggle by following the righteous path should be accelerate and the problems of all oppressed and have-nots should be considered as problems and difficulties of us all. It further said that Islam always condemned aggression and adopted defensive strategy. It demanded from all international organizations including the United Nations, particularly the International Court of Justice to take notice of these brutalities if they care for the protection of human dignity and justice and fair-play, put all oppressors including the American President Bush and his allies Tony Blair, Sharon and chiefs of their armies into the trial box, arrange pull out of allied forces from occupied States. If this was not done, he said, then oppressed nations and the Islamic World would be justified to understand that all oppressions being carried out the world over are being carried out under the umbrella and patronage of international organizations. The memorandum urged the international organizations to ensure the honor and dignity of the holy places on the Iraqi soil. Keeping peace in the occupied area is the responsibility of the occupation forces but the allied forces interfered themselves and committed desecration and aggression against holy places that is condemnable. The TNFJ chief said at present the game of oppression and suppression being played the world over, and Pakistan, being the citadel of Islam, is the particular target of the same, and the Karachi incident is the part of that conspiracy. He said the Muslim Ummah that has been called Ummat-e-Wahida is under the obligation to follow the sayings of Holy Prophet (SAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar so as to thwart heinous designs and conspiracies of the international colonial powers. He said we would have to prove to the world in the light of the religion and Shariah and by synchronising our thoughts that, no doubt, our Allah is one, we are followers of only one religion and are subservient to the Khatmi Martabat (SAW), we could not be made afraid or sidetracked from the right path because martyrdom is our inheritance. He reiterated his resolve that we would not step down from achieving our religious goals for which the martyrs of Karachi incident kissed martyrdom and would not allow their blood to go waste. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Act and do not allow any restricted group to operate with a new name, government and opposition should avoid making these groups sit with them in political alliances and fora, and give them coverage on media because such steps are commensurate with encouraging the restricted groups and supporting terrorism that is dangerous for the country and the nation. The resolution demanded formation of a high level Tribunal for an impartial probe into the Haideri Mosque Karachi incident by fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play and make the report of this Tribunal public. The resolution while expressing sympathy with the bereaved families of martyrs and praying for early recovery of the injured, strongly called upon the government to release immediately the innocent people arrested after the Karachi incident and take concrete steps for restoring peace in the country. In Federal Capital Islamabad, a Majlis-e-Aza was held at Imambargah Darbar Sakhi Mahmood Shah near Aabpara. RAWALPINDI, May 09: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has strongly demanded from the government to form a high-level Tribunal to investigate the Karachi incident, give exemplary punishment to the culprits after arresting them forthwith and release those innocent people immediately who were arrested in this regard. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Tarheem Day being observed on Monday throughout the country to mourn martyrs of Haideri Mosque Karachi incident. He said colonial powers and her agents were afraid of Muslim spirit of unity and mutual understanding and were utilising all their energies in shattering the same using different tactics since long. He said in Muslim States, their particular targets are mosques, Imambargahs, churches, temples, places of worship and religious institutions. He said they are carrying out aggression in Kashmir, Palestine, Thailand, Nigeria, Afghanistan and Iraq. Agha Moosavi said the colonial powers were hatching conspiracies to pitch and provoke different Masalik and States against each other, which is turning out against them because people of the whole oppressed world and the Muslim Ummah are united like a body. had the Muslim rulers and leaders learnt some lesson from them then the Afghani and Iraqi prisoners would not have been abused, Muslim States would not have been bombed and the incident of Haideri Mosque in Karachi would not have taken place. The whole world has witnessed that solution of problems does not lay in oppression and brutality rather in patience and forbearance. If anyone considers that any benefit could be reaped by targeting us through terrorism then it is wrong because martyrdom is a blessing for us as in it lay the eternal life, he added. He said presenting our lives for the protection of religion and Shariah had been our habit and it is the real life for us. The TNFJ chief said there is no thrust in religion rather patience and success, therefore it is said in Holy Quran: Oh, people in Iman, seek help from patience and prayer. No doubt, Allah is with those who exercise patience and those who die in way of Allah, dont call them dead rather they are alive, yes, you are not aware, and We will definitely put you to test, a bit from fear and hunger and a bit from your wealth, lives and by reducing the benefits, and give good news to those who exercise patience that whenever they face any problem, they should say that we are Allahs and we have to return to Him. These are the people on which there is salutation and blessing of Allah, and these are the people who are already guided. (Surah Baqarah Ayah 153-157). He said that is why death is sweeter than honey for us. Agha Moosavi was optimistic that all schools of thought would prove a concrete wall and would exercise unity, and brotherhood so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of humanity, religion, and Shariah. He strongly demanded from the government to initiate Anti-Terrorism Act so as to root out the menace of terrorism from the country and take notice of the banned groups cropping up again with new names, government and the opposition should avoid making these groups sit along with them, give up all reservations and deal the terrorist elements with an iron hand, and protest should be lodged with foreign States who support them, on diplomatic level. He said the people should recognise their friends and foes, express hatred against the banned groups and make arrangements for protecting mosques, Imambargahs and other sensitive places during religious programmes. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that all schools of thought have expressed unity and brotherhood on the occasion of Karachi incident and the way they cooperated in taking the bodies and injured of the incident to hospitals is laudable and justifies our stand that there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in Pakistan and there would be none in future also. He said we share our grieves and happy moments and no power on earth could create rift amongst us. He appealed the whole nation to organise Quran Khwani and Majalis on the occasion of Tarheem Day and pray for the souls of martyrs of Haideri Mosque Karachi incident and for the early recovery of the injured.

He said in a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters that Haideri Mosque tragedy is a chain of that loathsome conspiracy continued against the beloved motherland aimed at tearing apart national unity. He demanded from the government to form a high-level Enquiry Tribunal consisted of high court judges. The task of the Tribunal should be that it not only punishes the perpetrators by unveiling the motives behind this conspiracy but also eradicates those elements in the government machinery owing to whose negligence this incident took place. The TNFJ chief demanded from the President General Pervez Musharraf that the courage with which he had issued the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, with the same boldness make sure implementation of it in letter and spirit and punish those elements who committed terrorism and no one be given concession in this regard. He said that by the grace of Allah not only in Pakistan but in any region of the world, there is no sectarian conflict among Muslims. In a statement issued here from the Tehreek headquarters, Agha Moosavi said the rulers who are not able to provide protection to people, there is no justification for them to rule. Calling the Haideri Mosque incident a negligence of Sindh government, he said that he had demanded on the beginning of Unity & Fraternity Week from the President, Prime Minister, Governors, Chief Ministers and Home Secretaries to make special arrangements for law and order but the enemy got another chance owing to inefficiency of the government. The TNFJ chief said had the government punished the culprits of Quetta incident, brought Quetta Enquiry Commission report to public and made strict security arrangements, this incident would not have occurred. Moosavi said our perpetual enemy by playing loathsome game of terrorism since the last half and two-decade desires to make the nation a target of dissension and destabilize foundations of the country, but it would never succeed in its objectives because all those living in Pakistan are branches of a tree and flowers of a bouquet, he added. Expressing sympathy with the bereaved families, Moosavi appealed to all patriotic and religion-loving powers to remain vigilant, recognize their friend and foe and displaying patience, forbearance, unity and fraternity become an iron wall against the enemies of religion and the country.
