RAWALPINDI, June 5: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Pakistan has proved, through its words and deeds, that neither it is a terrorist State nor a friend of them while our perpetual enemy is very wicked and was utilising all its energies to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State. In a statement, issued here on Wednesday, he said India was playing this game on the behest of international Taghoot and their chief. He said Pakistan had not only condemned New York incident but had also joined International Coalition. Similarly, Pakistan has also openly condemned Kolkatta and Jammu incidents, Gen. Pervez Musharraf met with Indian Prime Minister after visiting Agra and shook hands with him in a Kathmandu meeting. President Gen. Pervez Musharraf attended the Almaty summit and welcomed Russian President Putin’s invitation for a dialogue, he added.

Agha Moosavi said Gen. Pervez Musharraf reiterated Pakistan’s point of view in the 16-member Almaty summit proving it correct and informing the world leaders gathered there that what a great price we had to pay but unfortunately Vajpayee was still crying hoarse of stopping terrorism despite the fact otherwise that India has carried out aggression against Pakistan on several occasions as a result of which we had to lose one half of the motherland. He said if terrorism could be accepted as a hurdle in the peace process even then India was well aware that Kashmir issue was the real cause of tension and peace could be restored in the region if this issue is resolved amicably. If India does not favour solution of Kashmir issue in line with the United Nations Resolutions, the clear-cut meaning of this would be that India desires continuation of terrorism.

The TNFJ chief said it is unfortunate that international Taghoot was saying that United Nations is away from this issue that proves that it considers the oppressor and the oppressed on equal footing and desire solution to Kashmir issue using Third Option. He said if the international powers have even a bit of justifiable sense then they should exert pressure on India to arrange plebiscite in the Held Kashmir in line with the United Nations Resolutions. If it could be arranged in East Taimoor then why it could not be treated as the only solution to Kashmir issue, he asked?

The Quaid-i-Milalt Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said all those busy in checking the Pakistan-India war, including Colin Powell, should keep in mind that if they are sincere in their efforts then they will definitely have to get the United Nations Resolutions implemented for the solution of Kashmir issue otherwise the Islamic World would be justified to understand that international Taghoot and their chief keep double and Hippocratic standards against the Islamic World. Agha Moosavi paid tributes to President Gen. Pervez Musharraf for presenting correct point of view on Kashmir issue at the Almaty summit. He said the live nations never retreat from their points of view and in it lays our lives and survival.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 04 June 2002: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Aaqa-e-Khomeini spent his whole life in practical struggle for the pleasure of Allah, and adopting whose faith, deed and principles Taghooti forces may be deterred. 

Addressing Talba-e-Islamia on the occasion of the death anniversary of the leader of Islamic revolution Grand Ayatullah Syed Roohullah Khomeini on Tuesday, Agha Moosavi said achievement of Allah’s pleasure and welfare of people is our sole objective while enmity with oppressor and to support and assist the oppressed is our religious and practical manner.
He quoted the saying of Aaqa-e-Khomeini that neither we oppress anyone nor bear anyone’s oppression. We do not keep personal friendship or enmity because the standard of pleasure in Islam is the pleasure of Allah that’s why we weigh personalities in the scale of Haq and not Haq in the scale of personalities. Real standard is Haq (truth) and Haqiqat (reality).

TNFJ chief said the very base of our faith is La Ilaha Illallah, which gives us lesson of submission to Allah alone and that one should obey a person with this concept that his obedience is synonymous to Allah’s. On this base no devil how so ever big has any right to force anyone to bow in front of him. This belief in Allah’s oneness teaches the principles of human freedom, right of self-determination and achievement of rights.

Therefore, this doesn’t suit to colonial powers and Zionist and Hindus to deprive oppressed nations, Kashmiris and Palestinians from their right of self-determination as well as to form such laws in line with their own will and attitudes, he added.

Agha Moosavi said for that very reason its our belief that only Allah has right to make laws therefore the felicity, salvation, elevation and excellence of whole humanity and all societies of the globe lay in obeying the divine laws. 

He made clear that those who were spending all their energies in 16-nation summit in Almaty to bow Pakistan – their practice is contrary to the demands of justice. Therefore, oppressed nations, Muslim people and Kashmiri and Palestinian freedom fighters should vow not to be yielded or sold, as well as break the chains of all bindings and restraints besides proving to the whole world for the achievement of their right of self determination and to free the society from oppression and tyranny, that we are servants of Allah and not slaves to anyone else, Agha Moosavi urged. They should keep continue their freedom struggle against every dictator and despot and colonial powers, moving on the same divine path, he added. 

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan said the purpose of colonial protagonist US is to establish its supremacy over the whole world. He said Pakistan is a particular target of colonial powers the main reason of which is its basic ideology and being an Atomic power. Pakistan has said several times that its not aggressor; condemns every type of terrorism; ready for dialogue and prefers peace and tranquility over all. But International Powers should keep in mind that the main hindrance in the way of peace is Kashmir and Palestine problems. The whole world could become a hub of peace if UN in line with its resolutions cause the right of self-determination be given to Palestinians and Kashmiris, he added.

RAWALPINDI, June 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the representative organisation of the Islamic World i.e OIC should not weigh Islam and Kufr on the same standards if it had a little bit of dignity left with it rather it should support Pakistan otherwise it would be held responsible along with the United Nations for any harm caused to Pakistan. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation that called on him here on Monday at the head of Hojjatul Islam Allama Syed Muhammad Abbas Zaini, Chairman Wahdat Ulema-e-Pakistan. He said the atheist forces always remain afraid of Khasan-e-Khuda and thus have utilised all its resources and tools to remove, defame and wipe them out but they always failed, as a lie could not prosper. 

Terming ulema inheritors of the Khasan-e-Illahi, Agha Moosavi said international colonial powers and their agents were still utilising all their energies to take revenge from them and have introduced new terms like orthodox, extremists, violent etc. so as to coerce them to bow down before them. He said the super powers have shattered the world peace in the garb of different incidents and at present Pakistan was on their hit list. He said the same elements were exerting pressure on Pakistan to stop infiltrators supporting India in the garb of Jammu incident but actually it is a heinous conspiracy against the only Islamic nuclear power i.e. Pakistan. 
The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan’s invitation to Vajpayee for a dialogue should not be considered as its weakness rather it is a brave and courageous step. He said the Indian defence minister has uttered that Pakistan has initiated unannounced war for the last 20 years was like a thief raising an alarm himself. He said India committed aggression against Pakistan in 1965 and 1971, tested nuclear devices before Pakistan did forcing Pakistan to test its nuclear device in self-defence. He said India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations and if the world desires to restore peace in South Asia and Middle East then the super powers will have to get resolve Kashmir and Palestine issues, which are the real cause of tension in these regions. 

The Quaid-i-Milalt Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistan has never committed aggression and President Gen. Pervez Musharraf has rightly said that the whole nation would give a befitting reply if any one imposed war on Pakistan. He said Indian prime minister Vajpayee was utilising all its card on the desire of international powers to divert the world attention from anti-Muslim riots and oppression against minorities in India but he should keep in mind that now Pakistan would not host this game rather the final of this game will be played on Indian soil. He said all powers should keep in mind that there are no differences between the Government of Pakistan and its people and they would thwart any conspiracy against the nation jointly. He made a fervent appeal to country’s politicians to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country over all other matters and avoid giving any statement that would become a laughing stock or that may strengthen the enemy and cause harm to the motherland.

RAWALPINDI, June 2: The Markazi Ayyam Al-Huzn Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has nominated conveners in all the four provinces including Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir and outside Pakistan to observe the death anniversary of Negehban-e-Risalat, Nasir-e-Shariat, Hazrat Abu Talib
(A.S.). 

According to Convener of Markazi Ayyam Al-Huzn Committee, M.H. Jafri the conveners nominated are: Allama Basharat Hussain Imami (Islamabad), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi (Punjab), Syed Luftullah Shah Lakyari (Sindh), Muhammad Ali Advocate (Balochistan), Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash (Sarhad), Maulana Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas), Riaz Hussain Kazmi (Azad Kashmir), Tahir Kazmi (America), Syed Zahid Naqvi (Britain), Mukhtar Bangash (Middle East).

The Markazi Convener has appealed the Muslim Ummah to display exemplary unity and brotherhood during the “Ayyam Al-Huzn” so as to thwart every conspiracy of the enemies of Islam, colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents, present condolences of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAW), and offer special prayers for the solidarity of Pakistan and supremacy of the Islamic World.

RAWALPINDI, June 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe Rabiul Awwal 25 and 26 (June 7 and 8) as “Ayyam Al-Huzn” marking the death anniversary of Negehban-e-Risalat, Syed-ul-Batha and father of Ali Al-Murtaza, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).

In a statement issued here on Saturday, he said condolences would be presented to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on this occasion by organising religious functions and Majalis-e-Aza besides reiterating the resolve to provide the proof of being Ummat-e-Wahida by practically displaying unity and brotherhood and by utilising all our energies for the defence and protection of religion and the motherland. He said special prayers would also be offered in support of the oppressed and have-nots, particularly Kashmiri and Palestinian Muslims and for the success and supremacy of the Islamic World.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has appealed to give priority to Islam and Pakistan over all other matters so as to root out the conspiracies hatched by colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents.

Meanwhile, Markazi Ayyam Al-Huzn Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes of “Ayyam Al-Huzn”. M.H. Jafri has been nominated as its Convener while Malik-e-Ashtar would act as its Secretary.
