RAWALPINDI, May 09: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Pakistan’s perpetual enemy “International Coalition” was trying its utmost to create rift in Pakistan. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of Ayyam-e-Aza Committee that called on him at the head of Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari here on Thursday. He said Islam preaches peace, solidarity and hates rather condemns every type of aggression, terrorism, oppression and brutality. Agha Moosavi said the States that are carrying out brutalities against minorities and Muslims within their countries, destructing their places of worship, and churches were facing defame and humiliation on international level, therefore they play the game of terrorism the day in and day out to divert the world attention from their misdeeds. He said since Pakistan has joined the International Coalition against international terrorism, the combined enemy was spending sleepless nights, therefore it had started attacks on Imambargahs, mosques, churches, carried out bomb blasts and the suicide bomb attack in Karachi on Wednesday was a part of that heinous conspiracy.

TNFJ Political Cell condemns Karachi terror attack

ISLAMABAD, May 09: S.A. Bokhari, Chairman TNFJ Political Cell while condemning the loss of 16 lives including a dozen French nationals in a suicide bomb attack in Karachi on Wednesday has expressed shock on this incident. In a statement, issued here on Thursday he said at present we were facing terrorism from within and without, therefore forging unity and brotherhood was need of the hour.

He said the enemy under a conspiracy desires to create anarchy and promote differences so as to economically and monetarily destabilise and weaken Pakistan. He said Pakistan joined the International Coalition to root out terrorism, which indicates that we hate and condemn every type of terrorism. He said the sentence “a terrorist keeps no Maslak or a country” uttered by Agha Moosavi is absolutely right. Therefore, he said linking any terrorist with any Maslak, Maktab and country is not a right thing, and a terrorist should be seen in the backdrop of a terrorist. He said motherland Pakistan itself was licking the wounds of aggression as we are confronting it courageously for the last three decades.

S.A. Bokhari said issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf is a proof that Pakistan is against every type of terrorism. He said we will have to give priority to Pakistan’s interests over all other matters and the government of President Pervez Musharraf would find us in the forefront in any effort aimed at rooting out terrorism.

Moosavi strongly condemns terror incidents throughout Pakistan

RAWALPINDI, May 08: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, has strongly condemned gory murder of three persons in Lahore including renowned scholar Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Malik, murder of 12 French citizens including two Pakistanis in suicide bomb attacks in Karachi, murder of an Awami Tehreek leader in Nawabshah, bomb blasts in Tank, six missile attacks in Balochistan, and murder of police officials in terrorist attacks in Rawalpindi. In a statement, issued here on Wednesday, he termed all these incidents a part of continued terrorism. He said after the Shah-e-Najaf and Bhakkar incidents in Punjab, the wave of terrorism has increased to a large extent, particularly the suicide bomb attack in Karachi provides food for thought.

Agha Moosavi said murder of Prof. Zafar Mehdi and Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Malik is the murder of knowledge and skill while murder of innocent citizens is the murder of mankind. He said the loss of life of the countrymen in incidents of terrorism without any discrimination has proved our point of view as correct that there is no Maktabi or Maslaki conflict in Pakistan rather the objective of such incidents is to spread anarchy in the country, destabilise it and to punish it for becoming an atomic power and it is the heinous conspiracy of our combined enemy. He said the heinous game of terrorism is being played in Pakistan to divert the world attention from the acts of Indian and Israeli oppression and brutalities in India and Palestine, respectively. He said Hindus and Zionists were earning a bad name throughout the world owing to their black deeds.
The TNFJ chief said the provincial governments keep quiet after shedding some crocodile tears whenever any act of terrorism is reported. He said implementation on the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by the President of Pakistan is the responsibility of the Interior Ministry and the provincial governments but some provincial governments make terrorists sit along side them, on the contrary. He called upon the President to take serious notice of this situation that why the real terrorists were not being treated with an iron hand despite issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and what the intelligence agencies were doing as it has become a serious issue in the presence of enemy deployment on our borders and the possible onslaught of the political parties in favour of restoration of democracy after the Referendum. This slackness on the part of provincial governments, he said could also be a conspiracy against restoration of democracy. He said Ayyam-e-Aza programmes would continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal while Eid-e-Milad processions will be taken out throughout the country on 12th Rabiul Awwal, therefore, the government should take concrete steps to ensure peace during this period. He said the rulers who fail in providing protection to their people have no justification to rule the country.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi advised the President of Pakistan to divert all his energies to get the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance implemented and to tight the noose around terrorists so that Islam and Pakistan could be freed from the influence of terrorists. He said the countrymen have proved through their words and deeds that no enemy could create rift amongst us, we are branches of the Tree of Islam, are its arms and power and we offer our lives for the protection of Nazria-e-Asaasi. He strongly demanded from the government to form an enquiry board immediately to probe all incidents of terrorism, and the culprits should be arrested and awarded exemplary punishment. He expressed heart-felt sympathies with all bereaved families.

TNFJ announces 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza from Safar 27-29

RAWALPINDI, May 07: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, has announced to observe 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza from 27th to 29th Safar-ul-Muzaffar for Wisaal of Hazrat Muhammad Al-Mustafa (SAW) and Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with due respect and reverence. In a statement, issued from the Tehreek headquarters on Tuesday, he said the Muslim Ummah by presenting condolences and “Pursa” to Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) during the Ayyam-e-Aza has made it clear on the whole world that the followers of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are one Millat and share their grieves.

Agha Moosavi said all schools of thought should prove through presenting condolences during the 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza that oppression and brutality against any Maslak or country is considered oppression and brutality against the whole of the Islamic World rather the whole humanity and mankind, and that they consider supremacy of Islam dearer than any thing else. He said Majalis-e-Aza will be held and Azadari and Azadari processions and Taboots will be taken out throughout the country during the 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza. Arbaeen-e-Husseini observed throughout Pakistan; zanjeer zani performed

RAWALPINDI, May 04: The Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with religious fervour and devotion on Saturday. Zuljinah, Alam and Tazia processions were taken out from all big cities and towns on this occasion in which a large number of mourners participated and expressed their devotion to the Shuhada-e-Karbala through Zanjeer-Zani, Noha-Khwani and Matamdari. In Rawalpindi, the main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain College Road and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar, later Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah also merged in it. At this point heavy Zanjeer-Zani was witnessed. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi also participated in the main Chehlum procession, offered Ziarat of Taburrakat and participated in Matamdari. The mourners took part in historic and traditional Zanjeer-Zani at Habib Bank Chowk where Mukhtar Students Organisation’s medical camp provided medical aid to them.

The procession converted into a big rally at reaching Fawwar Chowk where Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat addressing thousands of participants said the sacrifice rendered by Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) has given a new lease of life to Islam. He said Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) is the leader of all conscientious human beings and Mohsin-e-Insaniyyat, and tyranny and Zionism could be confronted by following his seerat. He said Azadari is entrusted to Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Syed-us-Sajjad (A.S.) who disseminated the mission of Hussainiyyat in the whole world by bearing detention and brutalities and we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice in defending it. All participants reiterated their resolve to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achieving religious right of the Millat-i-Jafariya, promoting Wilayat-e-Ali and protecting Azadari, on this occasion. Ch. Mushtaq Hussain also addressed the Azadaran-e-Hussain and highlighted the philosophy of Shahadat while Raza Kazmi, Haider Raza and Syed Wajihul Hassan Kazmi presented poet tributes in
Bargah-e-Imamat.

The participants of the main Chehlum procession adopted various resolutions presented by MSO leader Syed Raza Abidi. A resolution said the Ayyam-e-Aza are spread over from 1st Muharram to 8th Rabiul Awwal and are linked with Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.), his Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and companions. The resolution lamented that the President of Pakistan had authorised the Chief Election Commissioner to fix the date for Referendum but he knowingly held the Referendum during the Ayyam-e-Aza hurting the feelings of the Mohibban-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad because the Founder of Pakistan Hazrat Quaid-i-Azam had refused to meet an important personality on the day of Shahadat of Maula-i-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) saying that “today is day of martyrdom of Amirul Momineen and a day of mourning for us.” Therefore, to become a spokesman of the desires of the Quaid-i-Azam, it is necessary to keep his sayings and ideology in mind on every important occasion. The Millat-e-Jafariya expressed its concern over holding of Presidential Referendum during the Ayyam-e-Aza before the Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada and feels that the step is aimed at sidelining the whole Maktab from the government affairs under a conspiracy that is highly condemnable.

Another resolution thanked all schools of thought on paying homage to Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) on the occasion of Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada. It paid tributes to all those who avoided to do anything that could be termed desecration of the Ayyam-e-Aza keeping the importance of Gham-e-Hussain. Another resolution thanked the government for setting up Muharram Azadari Cell in the Federal Interior Ministry followed by a similar Cell in the Sarhad province which not only helped resolve Azadari issues but also paved way for smooth going during the month of Muharramul Haram. It said these Cells were either not established in the provinces of Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan and if established then this information was not disseminated to the public as a result of which worst type of terrorism incidents were reported from Bhakkar, Sindh, and the murder of Azadar and organiser of the Majlis at Mach in
Balochistan.

The resolution demanded from the President of Pakistan to arrest the elements behind the incidents that took place in Bhakkar, Shah-e-Najaf Rawalpindi, and other incidents of Karachi and Mach and award them exemplary punishment under the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance besides initiating immediate judicial probe into all these incidents. In this connection, it demanded formation of a high-level judicial tribunal so that the culprits could be arrested forthwith and punished accordingly because the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance has been issued and restoration of peace is on top of the President’s agenda. It said the government should therefore give top priority to root out terrorism as we all keep survival of the motherland, solidarity of the nation dear to us.

Another resolution strongly condemned the continued terrorism, oppression, brutality and massacre in Palestine and termed it an open challenge to the honour of the Islamic World. The resolution also strongly condemned the Indian atrocities in South Asia as a result of which life of Kashmiris has been made difficult in the Held Valley. On the other, it said anti-Muslim riots were continuing in Indian Gujerat on the behest of Indian government, which provide food for thought to the world of humanity. The resolution while expressing solidarity with all oppressed and have-nots made it clear that we are in habit of expressing hatred against the oppressors and supporting the oppressed, and Azadari is an international protest against the oppression against the oppressed and the have-nots. This protest would continue till the international colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents are rooted out.

The main Chehlum procession congregation, through another resolution, thanked all organisers, Azadars, Matamdars, Zakireen, Waizeen, all schools of thought and the Administration who, following the 17-point Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, had given priority to peace and tranquillity, and practically displayed unity, brotherhood, and mutual understanding. The resolution said Ayyam-e-Aza would continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal with honour and dignity, therefore, all Azadari rites would be performed by strictly following the Code of Azadari so as to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan. The resolution made it clear that Ashoora and Arbaeen-e-Hussaini are the processions of Nawasa-e-Rasool while the processions to be taken out in the second and third week of Rabiul Awwal belong to his grandfather, the Holy Prophet (SAW). The resolution reiterated the resolve that all schools of thought would continue increasing the dignity of the processions of “Nawasa” (Hussain) and “Nana” (Rasool) and would be ever ready to defend the nation and the country with joining hands and being pious and would prove themselves a concrete wall against their combined enemy.

Yet another resolution termed the disheartening policy of the electronic media against the Islamic spirit because it was continuously ignoring the Maktab of Jafar ibne Muhammad (A.S.), which is sheer injustice. It reminded that Shian-e-Haider Karrar are equal citizens of this country, they pay their taxes regularly and are actively involved in the development, solidarity, and defence of the nation and the country. Moreover, the Millat-e-Jafariya had presented more sacrifices than others in the creation of Pakistan so much so that even the Founder of Pakistan belonged to Maktab-e-Tashih. Therefore, it said our gentleness should not be considered as our weakness as we have already kept the Nazria-e-Asaasi, people and Pakistan supreme and always given priority to restoration of peace. Otherwise, the whole world is aware that we could do anything but we would not let our patience lose because Asswah-e-Hussain preaches of large-heartedness. Expressing full and undaunted confidence in the sober and wise leadership in Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the participants of the main Chehlum procession reiterated their resolve to offer any sacrifice on his call for Wilayat-e-Ali ibne Abi Talib, dignity of Azadari Mazloom-e-Karbala, Sha’air Allah, development, solidarity and defence of motherland Pakistan, would follow any line of action given to them by the religious and spiritual centre of the Millat-e-Jafariya, and would leave no stone unturned in fulfilling the mission of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) in the leadership of Agha Moosavi.

Later, after Zanjeer-Zani at Raja Bazar, Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged in the main procession that terminated late in the evening at Qadeemi Imambargah after passing through Purana Qila, Jamia Masjid Road, and Pull Shah Nazar Diwan. The participants of the Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation had installed Markazi Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk during the main Chehlum procession where arrangement was made for Sabeel-e-Hussaini. Mukhtar Force jawans, volunteers of Civil Defence, representatives of religious and social organisations, office-bearers of District Muharram Azadari Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, officers of District Administration and a heavy contingent of police remained with the procession all along.

TNFJ: Murder of Zafar
Mehdi, Mukhtar Ahmed and Mehr Zaman an open act of terrorism

RAWALPINDI, May 06: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while condemning the murder of Zafar Mehdi Principal Jamia Malir Technical College Karachi, his colleague Mukhtar Ahmed and driver Mehr Zaman termed it an open act of terrorism. The Spokesman said the Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada passed by smoothly by the grace of God but bomb blast before the Chehlum and incidents of terrorism after that, murder of Dr. Athar Mehdi, and member of banned jehadi organisation Waqar Shah is a part of a conspiracy under which the enemies of Islam and Pakistan desire to name “terrorism” a Maktabi and Maslaki conflict but, he added, they would not succeed in their nefarious designs. He said as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi there is no Maslaki or Maktabi conflict in Pakistan and the peaceful Ashoora and Chehlum Imam Hussain processions are a solid proof of this as they all paid homage to Hussain (A.S.) and Ashab-e-Hussain in a peaceful manner on both these occasions.

Qamar Zaidi said the President of Pakistan himself is a complete authority, he had issued the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but it was unfortunate that the terrorists were roaming about freely providing food for thought to the nation and the country. He said Pakistan had joined International Coalition so as to root out external terrorism but the government was showing reservations in rooting out terrorism from within. He said the economic jugular vein of Pakistan i.e. Karachi has been a victim of terrorism and the government should root out this conspiracy and terrorism.

Qamar Zaidi opined that the incidents of terrorism were actually aimed at deteriorating the economic situation of the motherland so as to spread anarchy, and promote differences. He said every citizen of the country desires peace but a handful of miscreants were violating peace, therefore, it was the foremost responsibility of the government to fix them all. The Central TNFJ Spokesman reiterated his resolve that all schools of thought would thwart the nefarious designs of enemies of Islam, Pakistan and its people through unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding.

Makatib, the admin for practically proving that Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all

RAWALPINDI, May 05: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that practical display of unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding by all schools of thought on the occasion of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala is laudable. He said all schools of thought have proved through their character and deeds that the sacrifice offered by Imam Hussain (A.S.) was not meant for any particular Maktab, Maslak, fiqh or a country but for respect to mankind and survival of humanity, and that Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) is not only Mohsin-e-Islam but Mohsin-e-Bashariyyat also.

The TNFJ chief said the Ayyam-e-Aza would continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal with the same respect and dignity, therefore, the Mohibban-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and Azadaran should give priority to Azadari over all other matters, work for the solidarity of religion, motherland and the people and avoid doing any thing that would be contrary to the interest of the religion, motherland and the nation. He said at present the whole Muslim Ummah is under the grip of international colonial powers, enemy forces were deployed on the country’s borders, enemy is engaged in occasional firing, a girl was martyred in such firing incident the other day. On the other, he said, America and India were starting joint exercises, agreement has been signed to provide India with radars that is a shadow of dual and Hippocratic attitude on the part of chief of the terrorist world, i.e. America. He termed America the biggest reptile of the world that could not give up biting even after being profusely fed by milk. He said America and her agents look after their interest only.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Momin keeps his eye on future, American designs are dangerous and the whole Islamic World should wake up from deep slumber.
