Rawalpindi: Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Nazim-ul-umoor (administrator) Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya provincial council Punjab has said ulema are the heirs of Ambia, for the protection of whose heritage ulema have to become the embodiment of sadaqat-o-amanat and have to remove the calumniation of ‘Bikao maal’ and ‘dum challa’ by creating conformity in their words and deeds. He expressed this while addressing a representative session of ulema, belonging to Rawalpindi division. The session was chaired by Allama Matloob Taqi, president TNFJ divisional council Rawalpindi. Many important national and administrative issue were taken under consideration and important decisions were also made. International Taghoot its leader America along with its agents Zionists and Hindus are using the terms of extremists and like wise to defame ulema-e-Haq so by defaming the ulema who are preachers of Islam, way of Islam___ The most prominent and supreme faith, could be stopped, said Allam Abu-Jafer Naqvi, provincial president TNFJ during his address to the session.

He said La ilaha iLLallah is the base of Pakistan which is also the base and foundation of Islam. So ulema are duty bound to become a concrete wall against the enemies of Islam and Pakistan by displaying their unity in accordance with Hukm-e-Ilahi ‘ watasemu Behablillahe Jameeawn wala Tafarraqu”. Divisonal president TNFJ Allama matloob Taqi also addressed the session and said that ulema completely support “anti terrorism and biases formula” being presented by main stream representative organization of maktab-e-Jafariya Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan in supreme court of Pakistan and in the session of interior ministry held in January 2001.

Deep concern was expressed in the resolutions being passed in the session that Pakistan is, as usual, in the grip of terrorism and terrorists. Many people including Hassan Ali Shah have become the victims of terrorism in Dera Ismail Khan. Martyrdom incidents of Shaaban Ali and sikander Javed in Karachi are lamha-e-fikria for the nation. Weapons have been taken back from the people and they are insecure and unarmed while terrorists are moving about without hindrance. So Govt. should immdediately root out terrorism and give the murderers exemplary punishments other wise people would be justified in considering that Govt.’s claims are hollow and the purpose of its steps was just to unarm the people.

Another resolution adopted in the session called upon the president of Pakistan Gen. Musharraf to stand firmly for the solution of Kashmir issue according to the resolution of UNO, desires of kashmiris and principles of Quaid-e-Azam by keeping this issue on the top during his Indian trip. Because Kashmir is the main cause of tension. If India and its patrons really want peace then they have to make arrangements for referendum and right of self-determination for the people of Kashmir. Economic sanctions being imposed on Iraq, Sudan and Afghanistan and oppression over Kashmir, Palestine, Macedonia and Chechnya was also condemned in another resolution passed in the session. Sacrifices being laid by oppressed nations were also appreciated in the resolution. Another resolution called upon the Govt. to implement Moosavi-Junejo agreement to end the unrest millat-e-Jafariya. The session in a resolution expressed its full cooperation with the bold leadership of Agha Moosavi and reiterated that they would continue their struggle for the protection of ideology, safety of Pakistan, supremacy of Islam, welfare of people and oppressed nations.

Afterward many meeting were held in Rawalpindi then Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya came into being in Bhakkar under the leadership of late mufti Jafar Hussain__ the only objective of which was to obstruct Pakistan to be a sectarian state. As Islam is not aggressive so we didn’t precede but Zia-ul-Haq. We adopted defence strategy. Therefore, a peaceful congregation was organized and arranged in Islamabad. Chief martial Law administrator Zia-ul-Haq tried to hinder it then as a reaction Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya had taken hold of Islamabad secretariat. During this Muhammad Hussain shad kissed martyrdom by the shelling of administration. This was the first martyrdom from Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya for the protection of “Basic Ideology”. Millat-e-Jafariya took this step due to the wrong policy of Zia-ul-Haq. Problem was of the permanence of Pakistan and safety and protection of Basic Ideology. At last Zia-ul-Haq yielded the palm and July 1980 agreement was settled with maktab-e-Jafar. Blood of Hussain Muhammad shad and endeavors of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya bring fruit. The dictator missed his aim and nation achieved success. Since then Islam is the state religion of Pakistan not any sect.

Azadari is our jugular vein__ source of our liberation which guarantees blessings and is an eternal protest of Dunyaa-e-mazloomiat (oppressed world) against oppression and tyranny. Afterwards, the dictator attacked for third time on the basic ideology of Pakistan and rights of Millat-e-Jafriya in the garb of private Shariat Bill. Here also

Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-fiqh-e-jafriya like other parties about this comprehensive initiative. The substance of TNFJ’s reply on this is “The initiative you are bringing for said diseases is well and good. But the main thing is implementation of policy. For this it is necessary for rulers to leave out “maslehatain” to discriminate between good and bad in accordance to justice and fair play do not put virtuous and vicious in one scale. So they have to decide before the implementation of this initiative that who are peace killer and who peace loving?”. Now it is being heard that military leadership which is governing under the PCO is bringing anti-terrorism ordinance .Terrorism has become a daily routine all four provinces are in its grip blasts in Karachi and blood shedding in dera are evident on it. As a result of which hundreds of innocents people are being arrested. We have demanded from military leadership to publicize this ordinance in order to look at its merits and demerits.
So that neither its implementation be difficult not the rights of any one as well as of any maktab be encroached.

I on the occasion of youm-e-shuheda want to make it clear upon all authorities especially military leadership that honor and dignity of Islam Pakistan and people, elevation and supremacy of Islamic world and sympathy with oppressed nations is very dear to us above all. We neither be caused to afraid nor bring down because martyrdom is blessing for us. We are not those who fear, afraid and bow because mission of wila and Aza is our sole interest fountainhead of which is Najaf and Karbala.

I also appeale to the whole Muslim world that if they really have love and devotion for Islam then they should hold out promise that they would not let Muslim states to be a sectarian state but a complete Islamic State with their Qol and fa’el. The example of Muslim countries is that of homes. Our religion is one and that is Islam so our plat form should also be one, which is OIC, but it is necessary for it to leave out the inconsistency of Qol and Fa’el play bold and dynamic role. Solve all problems including Kashmir and Palestine in the backdrop of Islam considering them the problems of Islam not in countries, sects, Arab, and Ajam and adopt a joint strategy. Then its my challenge that colonial powers, its leader and allies Hindus and Zionist and its slave united nation could not cause harm to us. The holy blood of all martyrs who laid their lives for country and nation including martyrs of Kashmir and Palestine demands from Muslim Ummah the presentation of practical evidence of their solidarity (that they are aik and naik)

Agha Moosavi said the life spent by Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) gives a practical lesson to adopt piousness, take care of the near and dear ones, follow the commandments of Allah and also ask others to do so. He said the whole world would have turned into a hub of peace had we followed the teachings of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) in letter and spirit. He said justice and fair-play are lacking in this world even today landing the whole world of humanity in crisis situation while Pakistan is still in the grip of terrorism for the last over two decades. Those who came into power in the garb of democracy and tyranny made hollow slogans but that proved futile, he added.

The TNFJ chief said the military leadership was the last hope of the nation but they also disappointed the nation. He asked the military leadership that where the comprehensive plan designed to root out terrorism gone? He termed terrorism Zulm-o-Barbariyyat and murder of any human being a murder of the whole humanity. He, therefore, termed the incidents reported from Karachi and Dera Ismail Khan open acts of terrorism and condemned the same strongly saying such a situation provides food for thought to the military leadership. He said the military leadership should fulfil all norms of justice and fair-play, negate any precautions, defend Nazria-e-Asaasi, give top priority to the interest of the nation and the country, and root out terrorism in first available opportunity if they are sincere with the country.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated his resolve on the occasion of “Youm-e-Askari” that he would utilise all his strength in restoring justice and fair-play, rooting out Zulm-o-Barbariyyat, and would give priority to the interest of the Islamic World, oppressed nations, country and the nation over all other matters.

RAWALPINDI July 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the “Aagra Declaration” would prove a preface of New World Order. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ District Council Bhakkar that called on him at the head of Syed Zaheer Abbas Zaidi and Murid Baqar Khan here on Monday. He said talk of Gen. Musharraf’s flexible attitude and open-minded approach in connection with the Musharraf-Vajpayee meeting is commensurate with sabotaging the Two-Nation Theory. Agha Moosavi said we should take a lesson from Nehru-Liaquat Package, Sindh-Tass Agreement, Tashkent Agreement, Simla Agreement, and Lahore Declaration as we got nothing but had to lose plenty instead. He said the international Taghoot, its chief America and her Zionist and Hindu agents were actually afraid of Pakistan becoming a nuclear power. The dialogue card they were using was a heinous play final of which would be played in Aagra because the colonial powers desire to check China after devouring Kashmir issue. The military leadership should, therefore, was under the heavy obligation not to reverse from their principles and historic point of view on Kashmir as it would be fatal for us, he added.

The TNFJ chief expressed his grave concern that the whole country was in the grip of terrorism contrary to government claims otherwise. He mentioned the firing incident on funeral procession in Charsadda and gory murder of Dr. Ishrat Hussain in Karachi in this connection. He said rooting out of terrorism was the voice of the whole nation and every efforts aimed at doing so would be warmly welcomed by the countrymen. As far as the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance is concerned, he said it should have been publicised before implementation so that it could be made implementable after removing any possible defects from it.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemning the firing incident on funeral procession in Charsadda and gory murder of Dr. Ishrat Hussain in Karachi demanded from the government to tackle the terrorist with full force and with iron hand. But they should fulfil the norms of justice and fair play in this connection, he added.

RAWALPINDI july 11: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the gory murder of two youngmen of Jamia Imamia, Khamosh Colony, Gulbahar, Karachi has demanded resignation from the Governor Sindh for his failure to check the continued incidents of murder and arson and restoration of peace. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters on Wednesday, he expressed full sympathies with the bereaved families of Shuhada who lost their lives in terrorist activities and demanded from the government to give the culprits exemplary punishment after arresting them.

Agha Moosavi said most important issue faced to the humanity in the present era is restoration of international peace because the whole world in general, and the oppressed nations and Muslims in particular, were the target of international terrorism. For that reason, he said the motherland that came into being in the name of Islam was in the grip of terrorism for over two decades. He said every government made hollow claims to root out terrorism that proved hoax. He said the military leadership in a bid to give top priority to rooting out terrorism has summoned a meeting of religious parties’ representatives in the Interior Ministry and later indicated to launch a constructive plan. He said the government announced to make Pakistan free of illegal arms by June 20 saying anyone having such arms after that cut off date would be wiped out forever. The situation later proved the military leadership’s claims were not true because the terrorism has become the order of the day. He said different incidents of terrorism including the murder of Dr. Ishrat Hussain a few days ago and murder of two young men in front of Jamia Imamia in Karachi on Tuesday devoured dozens of innocent people, the government claims proved hollow because terrorists were keeping the arms while the people are totally unarmed now giving a free hand to terrorists. He said the Interior Minister was on America Yatra while the government’s responsibility has increased manifold after withdrawal of arms from the people.

The TNFJ chief said the Chief Executive Gen. Pervez Musharraf will have to play an important role during his visit to India. He should give top priority to Kashmir issue that is the main cause of tension in the region as other issues are secondary in nature. He said India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations in 1948. He said a Parliament exists in India that adopts such decisions with majority vote and exerts pressure on its states so as to get these decisions implemented. Therefore, he said pressure should be exerted for solution of Kashmir issue in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiris.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said during the proposed Musharraf-Vajpayee meeting, India would try her utmost to create distance between China and Pakistan, sabotage Pakistan’s atomic power and get recognition for India as a policeman in the region. Therefore, Gen. Musharraf is under the obligation to dodge the Indian trap and go all out to get solution of Kashmir issue in line with the known principles of Pakistan and the point of view expressed by Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Backtracking from these issue would create more conflicts, he added.
