RAWALPINDI, July 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that government and the opposition are the biggest obstacle in way of rooting out terrorism from the country as they use banned groups for their own interest. He was addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem on the beginning of 3-day Chehlum Shuhada Sanehaat-e-Karachi (Fortieth of Martyrs of Karachi Incidents) here on Wednesday. He said from Muhammad Hussain Shad to Inspector Raja Muhammad Saqlain, thousands of countrymen were made target of terrorism and for this heinous activity Karachi was kept as the biggest and important target because it is the economic jugular vein of Pakistan. He expressed his concern that chain of terrorism was still going on despite the presence of Anti-Terrorism Act in which some more unknown amendments are expected. He said the amendments should be publicised before these are introduced. He said we could not get rid of the menace of terrorism without giving priority to the interests of the nation and the country. Agha Moosavi expressed his satisfaction that there is no Maktabi or Maslaki conflict in the whole world including Pakistan on which war imposed on Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq by international colonial powers and their agents stand witness. He said all Muslims are defending in this war under Al-Muslim Akhul Muslim (Muslims are brothers to each other), though international colonial powers and her Zionist and Hindu agents have spent all energies to create differences in countries and sects and pitch the brother against brother. But, he added, they have witnessed that they could not succeed in creating differences amongst Muslims and it is our challenge that they would not succeed in creating differences amongst the oppressed nations and Muslim schools of thought in future either. Moosavi made a fervent appeal to President Pervez Musharraf to make more concrete steps in rooting out terrorism and give up any relaxation in this connection because whosoever creates differences amongst Muslim schools of thought is not only enemy of Islam rather that of the humanity also. He demanded from the government to compensate the affected people of Karachi incidents, and all schools of thought should give priority to the interests of Islam, Pakistan, and the oppressed nations over all other matters. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that Islam gives priority to restoration of justice and fair-play even today as it was the habit of Prophets and Messengers while the system of the whole universe rests on justice and fair-play struggling for which is worship which is the foundation of the Islamic belief and ideology. Sacrificing life in this struggle is Martyrdom which is inherited by us. He said by jihad means carrying out all types of struggle for supremacy of righteousness and its protection. The meaning of jihad is not merely fighting because Islam condemns war, riot, violence and gives commandment to avoid all types of aggression and adopt defensive strategy. He said Jihad-Bin-Nafs is declared the Jihad-e-Akbar in Islam but some narrow-minded people have given wrong meanings to jihad giving an opportunity to the chief of international terrorists to declare Muslims as extremists, violent, and terrorists which actually is a heinous conspiracy to destabilise and weaken the oppressed and Muslim States by promoting differences, anarchy, and incidents of murder there. The TNFJ chief said that for this purpose, Pakistan is their biggest target being Islam its real foundation and official religion in addition to be the citadel of Islam and atomic power. Therefore, he said, colonial powers were conspiring to divert Pakistan from its Basic Ideology and high targets and this objective could only be realised through promoting terrorism. He said the rulers, politicians and people are equally responsible to fight out this deep conspiracy of the enemy jointly. While paying homage to all Martyrs who fell prey to terrorism without any discrimination, he reiterated his resolve not to allow anyone to create obstacles in the interests of the recognised schools of thought, nation and the country.
RAWALPINDI, July 13: Resolution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in line with the United Nations Resolutions and keeping to the desire of the people living there was necessary to restore durable peace in South Asia and Middle East, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. In this connection heavy responsibility lay on the United Nations shoulders that if that organisation desires to get her credibility restored then it should get both these issues resolved so as to make the world a hub of peace, he added. He stated this while delivering special address on the occasion of Day of Martyrs of Kashmir that was observed as Youm-e-Tajdeed-e-Ehad (Day of Renewal of Pledge) in memory of those freedom fighters who sacrificed their life for independence and freedom on July 13, 1931 in the premises of Central Jail, Srinagar. Agha Moosavi said since 1832, the Kashmiri freedom fighters began the struggle for independence by getting their live skins pulled, and in 1924, labourers of Resham Khana kissed martyrdom thus promoted the lesson for freedom while demanding the emoluments for their labour, and then the oppressions carried out against Kashmiris on November 5-6, 1947 enlightened more candles for freedom. He said the blood of more than 250 thousand people of Jammu made the soil of Jammu and Kashmir fertile and environment fragrant. He said Indian monsters were playing holi with their blood, every soul was expressing shock over the blood shed on the earthly paradise but the world organisations were unmoved even then despite the fact that India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations, accepted the right of self-determination of Kashmiris but backtracked from it afterwards and do not hesitate in terming Kashmir her Atoot-Ang. She could not, however, suppress the freedom movement while sacrifices of more than 90,000 martyrs have written a new history of martyrdoms during the last 15-16 years, he added. He said India played different games to divert the world attention from Kashmir issue, staged election drama, sponsored blasts and incidents of murder and arson so as to propagate that freedom fighters were actually terrorists but she failed in her nefarious designs. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said the same game is being played by Israel who is using new tactics, sponsoring blasts so as to divert the world attention from her atrocities being committed against Palestinians. He said Israel by constructing the wall and India by fencing the Line of Control has seen that they could not create differences within the oppressed nations and the Islamic World. He said the way International Court of Justice has given a decision against Israeli barrier, likewise it should also give a similar decision against India so that the oppressed world and their freedom movements are strengthened because making struggle and sacrificing life for achievement of rights is not terrorism but snubbing the rights and denying the same is the biggest act of terrorism. He said the world should keep in mind that dream of restoring durable peace could not come true without resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues. Expressing complete solidarity with whole oppressed world including Palestine and Kashmir, he reiterated his resolve to continue supporting them.
KARACHI: As per instructions of TNFJ Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shsh Moosavi, Yaum-e-Dua Day of Prayers, was observed throughout Pakistan marking yaum e zahoor, Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (a.s). Programs were organized at Mehfil e Shah e Khurasan, Bargah e Shohada e Karbala Incholi, Markazi imambargah Jaffar e Tayyar (a.s), Rizvia Society, Azakhana e Zahra(s.a), Imambargah Hussaini Mission, Imambargah Kazmain and many other places. Markazi yaum e dua function in Karachi was held at Imambargah Abu Talib (a.s), Haidery Goth, Drig Road. A good number of religious scholars including Allama Mazhar Hussain abidi, Allama Syed Aun Muhammad Naqvi, Allama Wiqar Naqvi, Allama Sibt e Haider Moosvi, Allama Agha Nadir Shah, Allama Nazar Mehdi, Syed Sami Naqvi, Syed Ali Mehdi Zaidi, Syed Badar Ali Tirmizi & Syed Muhammad Ali Mehdi participated in the program. President, TNFJ Karachi, Allama Syed Mazhar Hussain Abidi said: Standing for the right against Cruel & Evil Rulers is the way of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (a.s). He was the one who always stood firm against the cruel rulers & never led down the holy flag of Islam. Allama Aun Muhammad Naqvi said: Islam presently is on the hit list of terrorists. If OIC does not play its part to fight terrorism and remains silent, then its presence being useless. And then all the responsibilities of loss of Good-Will given to Islamic world be to OIC. He also included that we are celebrating day of prayers at the time while Muslim world is facing so many problems, and if the Islamic countries want solution to all their problems with peace, they all must have to follow the lifestyles & sayings of Masumeen (a.s). Allama Waqar Taqvi on the occasion said: to impose a permanent peace in our motherland Pakistan, our rulers must punish the arrested terrorists soon with the most unsympathetic hands. Allama Agha Nadir Shah said its necessary countries around the world call back their militaries from Iraq & arrange elections to form a public government in order to restore democracy in Iraq. Dua & fateha prayers were offered for all the sacrificers & martyrs of Millat e jafariya who became victims of terrorism.
RAWALPINDI, July 12: An important meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistans Central Committee of chehlum (fortieth) of Martyrs of Karachi incidents was held here on Monday. Convener Khurram Shahzad Haideri presided over this meeting in which conveners for Federal Capital Islamabad, all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas, and districts were nominated to organise the programs for chehlum (fortieth) of the Martyrs from July 14-16. According to details, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami (Federal Capital Islamabad), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi (Punjab), Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari (Sindh), Sardar Hassan Ali Qazalbash (Sarhad), Muhammad Ali Advocate (Balochistan), Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas), Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi (Azad Kashmir), Allama Mazhar Hussain Abidi (Karachi), Allama Matloob Taqi (Rawalpindi), Syed Muhammad Naqvi (Lahore), Allama Ghulam Ali Zahid (Peshawar) have been nominated conveners at regional level. Meanwhile, conveners nominated at district level are: Alhaaj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan (Rawalpindi), Pir Muhammad Shah Bukhari (Attock), Ch. Khalid Mehmoud (Chakwal), Allama Asghar Roohani (Gujrat), Sh. Nisar Ali (Jehlum), Murid Baqir Khan (Bhakkar), Nazar Ali (Faisalabad), Aman Ali Shah (Kherpur Meras), Kh. Sagheer Ali Ansari (Bagh), Sultan Ali Kazmi (Muzaffarabad), Jawwad Hussain Jawwad (Dera Ismail Khan), Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi (Mianwali), Amjad Ali Naqvi (Kasour), Agha Banda-e-Ali Shah (Haiderabad), Qurban Ali Zardari (Nawabshah). A resolution adopted at the meeting strongly condemned the gory murder of Police Inspector Raja Muhammad Saqlain and his body guard and demanded from the government to correct the law and order situation in the country and strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Act to root out terrorism. The resolution also expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved families.
ISLAMABAD, July 11: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Pakistan would have to reorganise its foreign policy by reviewing it in the light of internal and external realities because friend of the enemy could not be a friend. He stated this while addressing the concluding session of the organisational meeting of TNFJ elites held at Imam Ali Naqi Mosque Islamabad, here on Sunday. He said Pakistan is the most important State on earth and the only atomic power in Muslim States that has adopted the policy of mutual understanding on every forum and occasion for restoration of peace but our perpetual enemy always considered our gentlemanliness as our weakness therefore they not only increased their defence budget up to 117 billion rather she does not stop terming Kashmir as her Atoot-Ang (sole part). He said we would have to display utmost wisdom in the backdrop of these situations. International colonial powers were utilising all their energies in suppressing the oppressed nations and the Islamic World, new tactics and agendas are being brought and they are being accused of extremists, fundamentalists, and terrorists so as to defame them with new names under an organised and heinous conspiracy. He said State terrorism is continuing for the last half a century to suppress and to permanently occupy Kashmir and Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq have been destroyed and anarchy, differences and instability are being promoted in Muslim States through terrorism under colonial conspiracy. He said President Pervez Musharraf has taken important steps to root out terrorism, put restrictions on terrorist groups, but terrorism with short intervals has become a general practice. The incident of terrorism in the twin city of the Federal Capital, Rawalpindi provides food for thought. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said that the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavis principled stand is that terrorism is a great sin and we strongly condemn it. He said when protectors are not safe then how could other people be considered safe. We could not control terrorism unless the powers that be come out from the circle of reservations. He said it is tragic that Kufr is united but Muslims are scattered the benefit of which is being reaped by Zionists. The International Court of Justice has strengthened justice and fair-play by declaring the construction of controversial barrier by Israel as illegal but the real issue is that of implementation of this decision the key of which lay with the United Nations and the Security Council. Now America would veto that decision in the Security Council session. . .! He said in this situation all organisations and States the world over should utilise all their energy in taking back the right of veto from those States or this right should be given to other States also because giving the right of veto to some States and not giving it to some others is itself an act of big injustice. The TNFJ official said joint strategy should be adopted after analysing the oppression against the oppressed world keeping in view all realities of the world of humanity including the Islamic World. If it was not done so then chief of the international colonial powers would continue using veto as it has always done, and would continue tearing apart justice and fair-play to occupy the oppressed world snubbing their rights rather would continue sabotaging the decisions of all organisations including the International Court of Justice.
RAWALPINDI, July 10: Ruling of the International Court of Justice declaring the controversial barrier built by Israel as illegal is good and a beam for the oppressed world, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. Talking to a delegation of students from Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Rawalpindi here on Saturday, he said the agent of the colonial power by refusing to accept the ICJ decision has not only insulted justice and fair-play rather her attitude has declared upon the whole world that Zionists and Hindus are patronised by chief of international terrorists and all games are being played on their behest. Agha Moosavi said the job of the judiciary is to take decisions and it lacks the power to enforce, therefore, all international organisations, particularly the most important body the United Nations are under the obligation to summon an emergent meeting to get the decision of the International Court of Justice implemented because if it could make aggression on Iraq and Afghanistan possible by allied forces and arrange plebiscite in East Timor then getting the decision of the World Court implemented is also included in her foremost duties. Otherwise, it would be considered that all organisations including the United Nations keep hypocritical attitude against the oppressed Muslim nations and their attitude is based on double standards against them and that there is no organisation named the United Nations but it is the B team of chief of the international colonial powers. The TNFJ chief called upon the Muslim Ummah to summon an emergent session of the OIC and utilise all their energies in getting the decision of the ICJ implemented, if any slackness was shown in this connection then the responsibility of dilapidated condition of the Islamic World and the outcome would lay on Muslim rulers. He said Islam is that greatest religion and fountainhead of guidance, knowledge and wisdom that is based on justice and fair-play; it is the beacon of light for everyone who is out in search of righteousness. He said there is a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) which crux is that Allah has declared Islam a great path and most highest standard of worship toward His paramount likeliness. He entrusted it with best commandments, high principles, solid arguments, undeniable superiority and recognised wisdom. It is now your job to maintain the honour and greatness bestowed on you by Allah and follow it and do justice with it, and follow His commandments with sincerity of purpose and place them at a suitable place in your life. On the same basis, restoring justice and rooting out oppression had been the habit of Khasan-e-Khuda. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said at present the world lacks justice as a result of which oppression, brutality, suppression, violence and terrorism is the order of the day. International colonial powers and their agents have shattered the peace the world over, one region is being separated from the other, a country from the other country and a Maslak from the other Maslak, fences are being put somewhere while walls are being raised on other places. In these circumstances, he said, Muslim Ummah is under the great obligation to formulate a joint and courageous strategy in the collective interest of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World and to thwart the nefarious designs of the enemies of humanity.
RAWALPINDI, July 09: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe chehlum (fortieth) of Martyrs of Karachi incidents from July 14-16 throughout the country like other global parts. In a statement issued here on Friday, he said Karachi is economic jugular vein of Pakistan that our enemy desires to cut down. Terrorism is a great sin raising voice against which is obligatory for every Muslim rather every human being. He appealed the countrymen to organise Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem and condolence meetings for height of ranks of martyrs of all terror incidents including Haideri Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza (A.S.) on the occasion of fortieth days 14-16 July in which prayers should be offered for survival, integrity and solidarity of the motherland and supremacy of the Islamic World. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said the whole world of humanity in general, and the motherland Pakistan in particular was confronted with worst type of terrorism since two and a half decades. He said raising the voice against oppression is the right of the oppressed as indicated in Quran and Sunnah and a Quranic Ayah also stands witness, that goes: Allah does not like calling evil thing but he who is oppressed, Allah listens and knows. This makes clear that the oppressed is authorised to state the oppression of the oppressor. He said there is a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that goes: Become enemy of the oppressor and helpful to the oppressed. He reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle against the oppressor in whatever shape he is and would support the oppressed irrespective of his Maktab and country with sincerity of purpose. Meanwhile, a central committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise the programmes of Ayyam-e-Chehlum of Martyrs of Karachi incidents. Khurram Shahzad Haideri has been nominated as Convener and Shahab Rizvi as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, July 08: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has called upon Prime Minister Ch. Shujaat Hussain to get the agreements signed between the TNFJ and the Muslim League governments implemented and struggle all out to ensure that there exists no violation of Basic Ideology come what may. He stated this while talking to a delegation of TNFJ Divisional Council Dera Ismail Khan that called on him at the head of Maulana Shaikh Haider Masoomi here on Thursday. He said that Basic Ideology of motherland Pakistan is Islam rather it is considered as citadel of the Islamic World, the honour of its founding goes to Muslim League and all agreements of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo are also signed with Muslim League governments. He said at present Muslim League is the ruling party, and Ch. Shujaat Hussain being a seasoned personality took over the Premiership after fulfilling the constitutional norms. He said his statement to keeping on consultation is laudable, therefore, he should take personal interest in rooting out anarchy and increasing sense of deprivation and give attention towards fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play for giving due rights to all concerned and create an environment like the Quaid-i-Azam gathered all schools of thought on one platform. Agha Moosavi said the religion of the Khasan-e-Khuda and representatives of Allah was the same i.e. Islam (although Shariahs were different). He said Islam is a complete code of life in which consultation enjoys an important role as there is a commandment to settle all matters through consultation on which the Ayah 159 of Surah Aal-e-Imran also stands witness. He said consultation enjoys the status of basis in Islamic life-style, therefore, there is a saying of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that means that he asked the Holy Prophet (SAW) that if after you (holy Prophet SAW)) we have to confront such issues that are not mentioned in Quran and Sunnah, the Holy Prophet (SAW) said, worshippers and sincere people should then be gathered for consultation and decision should not be based on any one persons opinion, particularly no one has the right to take his own decision on combined issues, actually that person desires to encroach upon the right of the other. Therefore, it has been established that solution of most important issues lay in consultation. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said at present the whole world was confronted with terrorism that has shattered the peace all over the world, spread fear and harassment all around the basic reason of which is that chief of the international colonial powers was doing whatever she wants to do. She first staged the September 11 drama to invade Afghanistan and then rooted out Iraq that encouraged her Hindu and Zionist agents who made the life of Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult. He said had all world organisations including the United Nations adopted a combined strategy after mutual consultation then the world of humanity would not had to see the worst days ever. Therefore, he said the chief of international terrorists was a criminal along with the United Nations and all other world organisations who are equally responsible for this situation. He said as Islam has been made the target, therefore wherever the name of Islam is being taken the menace is spreading fast. In these circumstances, Muslim rulers should wake up from deep slumber and adopt a courageous strategy in the larger interest of the Islamic World.
RAWALPINDI, July 07: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the evil forces tried all tactics of oppression, brutality, suppression and violence to snub the followers of righteousness but history stands witness that representatives of Allah never committed aggression rather always contradicted biases, rooted out hatred, differences and enmity and adopted defensive strategy to disseminate the message of peace and tranquillity. He stated this while addressing TNFJ Regional Council Rawalpindi meeting as a chief guest here on Wednesday. He also inspected office and organisational records on this occasion. Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said right and the evil are confronted with each other right from the beginning and this confrontation would continue in the human society till the flag of justice and fair-play flutters all around the world and evil is rooted out for ever. He said after the dismemberment of Russia, the international Taghoot had decided to root out the oppressed nations, particularly the Islamic World snatching the right to live from them. Therefore, a columnist of New York Times Morian Dod in his column on 29th April 2004 while mentioning the book written on Bushs family writes that President Bush considers war against terrorism a religious war because these terrorists are enemies of Christianity and thus desire to root out Christians, therefore, we would give a befitting reply to them that their coming generations would also remember. On this basis after Afghanistan, inhuman and most shameful treatment was meted out to prisoners of Abu Gharaib Jail in Iraq that indicates their desire to make them target of violence, oppression and brutality. He said Boston Sunday Globe in its 25th April issue had said that J. Savron in his address on the Boston Radio has proposed that America should kill all Muslims, he did not stop here and made the holy places of Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala-e-Mualla, Kazmain, Baghdad Sharif and Samra his target. He said the colonial powers desire to watch the reaction of the Islamic World so that they may target Makkah and Madinah in future. He said Israel has destructed Qibla-e-Awwal in the past while the Islamic World could not do anything but meeting here and there and dispersing. On the other hand, he said, Hindu Banya destructed the Babri Mosque but the Islamic World kept the silence, and the other day 115 year old Islamic school and its library comprising more than 30,000 books and invaluable copies of Holy Quran was set on fire in the Held Kashmir but no one raised the voice of protest from any quarter. The TNFJ Secretary General said that the day in and day out, long speeches are delivered on big forums for restoring peace in Middle East, South Asia, Afghanistan and pullout of allied forces and stress is given on improving relations but organisations of fundamental rights including the United Nations should keep in mind that durable peace could only be ensured when the real conflict issues of Kashmir and Palestine are resolved fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play and the right to rule in Afghanistan and Iraq is given to their respective people.
RAWALPINDI, July 06: Martyrs Day was observed on Tuesday July 6 throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with national spirit in line with the announcement made by Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. On this occasion, Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Aza, condolence references, seminars and conferences were held at mosques and imambargahs in all big and small cities and towns to pay tributes to the first martyr Muhammad Hussain Shad and other great praiseworthy scions who sacrificed their lives for the nation and the country. Addressing a conference on the occasion, TNFJ Central Vice-President Allama Tajjuddin Haideri said Islam keeps its basis on justice and equity, therefore Quran says: Do justice, it is most nearer to piety. He said Pakistan has this honour that it came into being in the name of Islam, and under article 2 of the constitution Islam is state religion of the country. He said that anti-Two Nation Theory elements spent all their energies, under a conspiracy, to make motherland a State of particular sect in a bid to divide it in sects and groups and thus promote hatred among people. But the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya launched peaceful agitation by taking control of Islamabad Secretariat to foil this loathsome conspiracy. In this battle, Muhammad Hussain Shad, a youth from Shorkot, kissed martyrdom. Allama Haideri said that as a result of TNFJs this peaceful struggle, the government through a written agreement acknowledged on 6 July 1980 that as Pakistan is a fruit of joint sacrifices of all schools of thought, therefore its survival is hidden in taking care of rights of all and fulfilling the demands of justice. Therefore, it was stated through an amendment note to Article 227 in the constitution that the expression Quran and Sunnah shall mean the Quran and Sunnah as interpreted by that sect. The TNFJ Vice-President went on saying that later the same elements got busy in violating the agreement, ergo, TNFJ re-launched an agitation in 1984, and the government under 21 May 1985 accord accepted Shia Demands that include: implementation of Fiqh-e-Jafariya for Shia of Pakistan, execution of separate shia dinyat (Islamic Studies) for shia students in educational institutions, establishment of shia faculty in all Islamic Universities of Pakistan, effective representation in Islamic Research Institute, appointment of shia judge in Federal Shhariat Court, effective ideological representation for shias in high courts, Shia ideological representation on equal level in media, end of all unjust curbs regarding Azadari of Syedush Shuhada (A.S.), setup of separate shia awqaf board, reconstruction of destructed holy shrines in Jannatul Baqi and Jannatiul Moalla, effective ideological representation for shias in Islamic Ideology Council and annulment of amendment made in sub-section 3 of section 30 of Police Act 1861. The government formed a committee to implement all these demands which recommendations are on the record of Ministry of Religious Affairs, he added. He said TNFJ keeps this singular honour that it, under the stance of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah, did not let Pakistan to get away from the Two-Nation Theory as well as did not allow anybody to rip-off Shia Demands and neither would let in future to do the same. He made clear that our struggle would remain continue with honesty and sincerity under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi till the achievement of the demands. Allama Haideri said the Zia government left ulcer of terrorism after it as a remedy of which General Pervez Musharraf achieved the honour of issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance (which has now become an Act) under which he banned the terrorist outfits but this ulcer exploded again with Jamali governments coming to power, and today whole Pakistan is its target. He strongly demanded from the government to initiate Anti-Terrorism Act to curb the terrorism, stop activities of banned groups with new names and pay rights of all schools of thought on equal level, and in this regard immediately implement Moosavi-Junejo agreement of 21 May, 1985 for solution of long-standing shia problems. A resolution adopted by the conference on this occasion paid rich tributes to all martyrs including Muhammad Hussain Shad and resolved that their blood would not let go waste, no hesitation would be made in offering sacrifice for the supremacy of Islam and survival and integrity of Pakistan, and that support will be kept continue for oppressed the world over. Similar gatherings were also held in Islamabad at Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) Mosque, Jamia Waliul Asr (A.S.), Jafria Mosque I-9, Shia Mosque Dhalyala, Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra (A.S.) RAWALPINDI, July 05: Martyrs Day will be observed throughout the country on Tuesday, July 06 to pay homage to the martyr Muhammad Hussain Shad and others who laid down their life for the nation and the country with religious and national spirit on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. A meeting of the Central Committee of the TNFJ was held to organise programmes throughout the country on this occasion. Central Convener Dr. S.M. Rizvi presided over the meeting in which conveners for Federal Capital Islamabad, all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas were nominated. Dr. S.M. Rizvi while addressing the meeting said that July 06 reminds us the historic day when Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya took over the Islamabad Secretariat in 1980 to thwart the tyrant rulers conspiracy to turn Pakistan into a sectarian State and the then government had to bow down before the millions of peaceful demonstrators. He said the young man from Shorkot Muhammad Hussain Shad kissed the martyrdom in achieving that great success. He said the objective of observing Martyrs Day on July 06 is to that no bargaining may be allowed on the highest targets and objective for which the valuable lives had to be sacrificed. He made a fervent appeal to the countrymen to express complete solidarity with the freedom struggle of the oppressed by participating in the Martyrs Day programmes and announce their commitment to jointly work for survival, solidarity and development of the country and thwart every conspiracy of the combined enemy against them.
RAWALPINDI, July 04: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Martyrs Day throughout the country on July 6 to pay tributes to great praiseworthy scions including Muhammad Hussain Shad who laid their lives for the nation and the country. In a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters on Sunday, he said that the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) for protection of basic ideology, achievement of rights and fulfilment of its duties challenged a dictator to foil his heinous conspiracy hatched on the instance of colonial powers to make the country a State of a particular sect, and took control of Islamabad Secretariat. Muhammad Hussain Shad by kissing martyrdom during this battle told the world that deviation from basic ideology was not only a deviation from the struggle of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and all schools of thought on the basis of which this country came into being but also tantamount to sabotage two-nation Theory. Agha Moosavi appealed the compatriots to prove practically by observing Martyrs Day on July 6 that we keep survival and stability of motherland and supremacy of Islam dearest of all. ISLAMABAD, July 04: The birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Hussain (A.S.) was observed as Dua Day throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Sunday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi. Religious functions, Mahafil-e-Milad and special gatherings on the topic of Seerat-e-Sajjad (A.S.) were held in mosques and Imambargahs in which ulema, waizeen, and zakireen highlighted the seerat and character of Imam Sajjad (A.S.) in detail. Like other cities of the country, Dua Day gatherings were also held in Rawalpindi, Federal Capital Islamabad and its suburbs. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ while addressing Mehfil-e-Dua organised by Hayat Tulaba-e-Islam in Rawalpindi said the Seerat-e-Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S.) guarantees Fatah-e-Mubeen. By bearing all type of difficulties and problems in the dark era of Yazid he fulfilled the obligation of protecting the mission of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat as a result of which Hussainiyyat become Zindabad and Yazidiyyat Murdabad all around. He said the source and the full attention was necessary for acceptance of dua and Imam Sajjad (A.S.) preached the lesson of worshipping Allah after setting out the manifesto of duas. The Saheefa-e-Kamilah of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) comprises best solution to the problems and difficulties of the human world. He presented the international charter of the problems and difficulties confronted by the oppressed world in the shape of his prayers that if followed could help overcome the difficulties of the whole oppressed world including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, and Iraq. The resolution demanded from the Saudi government to get the honour and dignity of these holy shrines restored and end the unrest the world over by reconstructing the same so that the Islamic World may get rid of threats it is confronted with. Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi, TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab President while addressing the Dua Day gathering organised by Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Haider Karrar at Imambargah Moejezahgah Wah Cantt said the teachings of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen are beacon of light for the freedom lovers in every era. He said despite being chained, the Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) defended the blood of Hussain (A.S.) and preached the lesson of leading an honourable life to the oppressed and have-nots in Yazidi era. RAWALPINDI, July 03: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that collection of supplications of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) Saheefa-e-Kamlah is a complete example for the whole humanity. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua (Prayer Day) marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Hussain (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country on Sunday with religious spirits, unison, devotion and faith. He said the Masoom (A.S.) through his supplications made the even minor aspects of human rights in a manner that if followed could get the whole world rid of problems and difficulties and could become a practical example for others to follow. He said wherever faith is mentioned in Holy Quran stress has been given to deeds. Agha Moosavi said that there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that احب الاعمال الى الله عزوجل في الارض الدعاء Prayer is the most liked one from amongst the deeds presented to Allah on earth He said dua apprises the human being of power of faith, belief, and the path of subservience to Allah, inculcates the spirit to offer their lives in way of Allah, worship Allah, adopt the path of religion and Shariat and recognize their rights and duties rather keeps away from evil, destruction and terrorism. He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that dua keeps incidents and evils away and has been considered pillar of the religion, enlightenment of skies and earths, and weapon of the Momin. He said the great personality of the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), descendant of the Prophet (SAW) and son of Ali (A.S.) & Batoul (A.S.) Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) adopted dua as the only weapon to disseminate the Islamic teachings. After the tragedy of Karbala, protecting the blood of Martyrs was his responsibility for which he displayed that utmost firmness and patience that is the beacon of light for the world of humanity in general, and for the oppressed world in particular. The TNFJ chief said that Imam Sajjad (A.S.) had told how the dua for the armed forces of Islam and Muslims should be sought. Therefore, in the 27th dua of Saheefa-e-Sajjadia it has been written that:
O Allah! bless Muhammad and his Progeny, increase the number of Muslims, hone their weapons, guard their territory, defend their midst, unite their throng, complete their affair, send them supplies in a steady string, undertake Thyself to suffice them with provisions, make them powerful with Your help, help them with patience, and give them subtlety in guile! O Allah! through that strengthen the prowess of the People of Islam (and their places), fortify their cities, increase their properties, give them ease from their fighting to worship Thee and from their warfare to be alone with Thee, so that none will be worshipped in the regions of the earth but Thee and no forehead of theirs may be rubbed in dust for other than Thee! Moosavi said through this effective dua the Masoom (A.S.) makes the armed forces of Islam agree for a job that suits them so that they could possess military and moral capabilities and stay against the enemy. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that through this dua, the Imam (A.S.) states the fruits, objectives and benefits of jihad and explains the war strategy besides telling that in this jihad, there is love for Allah, ignorance to sins, and struggle only for Allah. He said everyone from amongst the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.) remained confronted with dictators, tyrants, and oppressors and never sidetracked from their goals and always prayed and engaged for the supremacy of religion and Shariat, support of the oppressed and welfare and success of the oppressed. He said Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in connection with his prayers and supplications highlighted every aspect of high human and Islamic values, deepest religious teachings which if followed could help control even the most difficult problems today.
RAWALPINDI: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the combative and some of resistance groups who took citizens of different countries, including Pakistan, hostages have told by releasing them that Muslims have had never a link with terrorism but terrorism has been imposed on them. In a statement issued on Friday, Agha Moosavi said the whole world in thankful to them for display of broad-heartedness which they displayed because he who does not offer thanks to people cannot be grateful to Allah. The TNFJ chief thanked Maraje Uzzam and other leading figures who played a role in the release of the hostages and also those who raised voice for their freedom (one of them is TNFJ). He said Muslims should keep in mind that colonial conspiracies could only be thwarted when we by fulfilling the demands of patience and justice and adopting the policy of mutual understanding would remain fighting against oppression only. He further appealed the hostage-takers to release other innocents also, proving that Islam keeps no links with terrorism, and terrorists are only terrorists.

In a statement issued here on Friday, he said objective of human creation is worship while the most supreme worship is dua which is termed the greatest weapon of a momin. He said it is the paramount need of the hour to repent humbly in the court of Allah and pray with true heart for getting rid of oppression, barbarism and terrorism with which the world is confronted today. The TNFJ Secretary-General appealed the countrymen to pray for success of independence movements of oppressed and have-nots, withdrawal of occupation forces from Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine, stability of beloved motherland Pakistan and supremacy of Islamic world during Dua Day programs. Ulema-e-Karam and Khutaba while addressing Friday congregations highlighted the seerat of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) and termed her teachings, and practically following the same the best example for the women world to follow and a source for survival. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi, in his address on the occasion of Youm-e-Zahra said that respect for Shaair-Ullah is binding that are helpful in achieving the marfat of Shaair-Ullah. He said like Millat-e-Islamia is the target today, similarly Shaair-Ullah are also under threat, therefore, Muslim rulers are under the obligation to give priority to their honour and dignity over all other things. He said Saudi Arabia is an Islamic State that has itself accepted the honour and dignity of holy graves and Shaair-Ullah, therefore, they should immediately restore the honour of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla. He said like Khatmi Martabat (SAW) is a complete example for the world of humanity, similarly Fatima binte Muhammad (S.A.) is a complete example for the women world. He said at present the whole world has fallen prey to international colonial powers, and women are top of them all. He said woman is facing the brunt of evil as these powers desire to trample the honour of the oppressed nations and people by transforming them into their own life-style. The women from all over the world should adopt the Fatimi seerat and make it beacon of light to check the colonial conspiracy. Meanwhile, like other cities of the country, Majalis-e-Aza were also held in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad in connection with observing the Youm-e-Zahra. Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najfi said Islam by breaking all manifestoes of ignorance bestowed that status on woman in the universe that has increased her dignity manifold. He said westernised women who have lost their religion and faith should practically follow the Seerat-e-Fatima so as to achieve a respectable place in society. Allama Agha Nasim Abbas Rizvi in his address said that one should have to grab the Daman of Mushkil Kusha to get rid of all types of difficulties and problems. The Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the basic reason of problems and difficulties faced by the humanity in the present era is keeping a distance from Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). In his special message marking Youm-e-Zahra (S.A.) which is being observed throughout the country including Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir on Friday July 2 with religious reverence and fervour, he said Islam is that heavenly religion which stresses most on the human character-building. Objective of creation of human being is worship and piety has been termed the excellence of worship while the acme of piety is called success لعلكم تفلحون Agha Moosavi said that the same was told in the office of holy prophet: و يعلمهم الكتاب و الحكمة و يزكيهم He teaches them the Book and wisdom and purifies them. This purification of mind is that great office under which the holy Prophet (SAW) purified the human life, and on the same basis his life has been termed best example ever and anon. لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة The TNFJ chief said holy Prophet (SAW)s whole life period Makki and Madani is guidance for entire human world. A saying of Seal of Prophets (SAW) goes: إنما بعثت معلما And then he depicted the objective of his apostleship in this manner: إنما بعثت لاتمم مكارم الاخلاق It means that completion of morality and virtues is objective of prophetic life. As the Seal of Prophets (SAW) is a complete example for the world of humanity, similarly Fatimah (S.A.), daughter of Muhammad (SAW), being Bidatur Rasul (Part of Holy Prophet) is an inclusive model for world of women. Thats why Poet of the East Allama Iqbal said: مزرع تسليم را حاصل بتول مادران را اسوة كامل بتول Batool is the sole product of the crop of submission (to the will and pleasure of Allah) – The ideal of guidance towards the perfection of all mothers is Batool. And on the same basis, mothers lap has been called first schools: سيرت فرزند ها از امهات جوهر صدق و صفا از امهات Life and character (building) of sons is from their mother All the good qualities of truth and enlightenment are also inherited from mother. In the life and character of children, talent and qualities of mother are prominent. Agha Moosavi said the environment and the culture in which a child is reared would have its effect on his life for ever. If you desire that your sons and daughters would be called greatest, then make yourself greatest at first. At present, the whole world is colonial target and woman is on the top of the list. It moulding her into its form desires to trample the honour and dignity of oppressed nations and people. Men-folk also have a great contribution in it. RAWALPINDI, June 30: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Zahra (S.A.) throughout the country on July 2 (Jamadi-ul-Awwal 13). In a statement, he said that to get knowledge of Islam acquaintance with the Mashaheer-e-Islam is must. Moosavi said that on the occasion of Youm-e-Zahra (S.A.), we have to prove to the colonial world that only Islam is deliverer of humanity and other than this is deflection and going-astray. He went on saying that those youths and kids in the movements of all oppressed stratums including Kashmir and Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq who are fighting today with despotism and barbarism for independence, they are the effect of sacred milk of these mothers. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that during Youm-e-Zahra (S.A.) programs, tributes will be paid to the women who are treading on the path of Mukhadderaat-e-Ismat expressing solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots. Also this will be resolved that our struggle will remain in continuation to meet those holy objectives for which these women and brought-up of their laps have been suffering the pains of prison and sacrificing their lives.
RAWALPINDI, June 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while expressing grave concern over abduction of Pakistani citizen in Iraq has appealed all Maraje Uzzam, Imam of Imam Abu Hanifa Mosque, leaders of resistance groups Muqtada As-Sadr, and all renowned personalities of human rights to utilise all their energies in making the release of all hostages possible including Kashmir-born Pakistani citizens and take prayers of grieved-stricken. He said we have already said and still support our point of view that oppression could not be rooted out through oppression, evil not by evil and terrorism not with terrorism. Agha Moosavi said justice has been considered the base of our religion, that is why objective of the Khasan-e-Khuda (chosen persons of Allah) had been to restore justice and fair-play and root out oppression. He said Muslim is the one from whose hand other Muslim remains protected while Momin is the one who is considered by the people as the guard of their life, wealth and blood. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or the oppressed, help to the oppressor is to stop him from oppression and the help to the oppressed is to save him from the evil of the oppressor. The TNFJ chief expressed his concern that at present the chief of the international terrorists was utilising all her energies to link Islam with terrorism so as to get the independence movements of Kashmiris and Palestinians declared as terrorism and Pakistan is the only State that has not only highlighted the right of self-determination of all oppressed people including Kashmiris and Palestinians on all forums including the UN but also supported them completely on the basis of which Pakistan did not send its troops to Afghanistan and Iraq just to save the movements of independence and freedom and the colonial powers had to face strong resistance at both these places and they are being forced to leave Iraq. But, he said, the real freedom for these States would be when the allied forces pull out from there completely and the people there could form a government according to their own desires. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said people all over the world have supported the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine and Pakistan is the only State that is following a principled stand that terrorism should not be allowed to be linked with masalik and countries. He said at this juncture the oppressed nations and Muslims should avoid all such activities that may be beneficial for international Taghoot. He said abduction first of South Korean, then Turks and now Lebanese and Pakistani citizens seems to be a deep conspiracy against the 57-year Kashmir, Palestine and other independence movements that is commensurate to cause harm to Islam. He said the agents of the international colonial powers should keep in mind that this trend is dangerous and tantamount to anti-human, therefore, strategy for the welfare and development of the whole humanity should be adopted taking a lesson from the past, in this precarious situation. In this connection, religious and political sections of society should play their important role and work to earn good name for Islam, he added.
RAWALPINDI, June 28: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Central Vice-President of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Islam is not only eternal code of life and dominates every department of life rather it also guarantees excellence of humanity and its welfare. He stated this while addressing the Central Guardian Council of Mukhtar Students Organisation as chief guest. He said Islam is commensurate with worships and morality and preaches love, devotion, unity and brotherhood that opposes and condemns to all types of biases, aggression, oppression, suppression, brutality. The 63-year era of the Holy Prophet (SAW) stands witness that he always adopted defensive strategy, and considered discrimination and oppression against anyone as sin. Allama Haideri said that after the break-away of Russia, the international colonial powers planned to overcome the whole world, get human beings killed in the name of terrorism and then targeted the oppressed nations and the Islamic World, they were defamed as extremists, fundamentalists and terrorists. Such activities promoted hypocritical attitudes. He said plebiscite was organised for east Timor but when the matter about Kashmir and Palestine is discussed, they bring new road maps. After the 9/11 incident international colonial powers utilised all their energies to get the independence movements declared terrorists despite the fact that sabotaging these movements itself is the biggest terrorism. He said pressure was increased on Muslim States. First Afghanistan was rooted out that bloodshed was carried out in Iraq in the garb of weapons of mass destruction and now the international chief of the terrorists was licking her wounds after its lie was proved. He said although power has been transferred to Iraqi people but chief terrorist was not ready to get out of Iraq and real transfer of power would be considered only when America and her allies would completely pull out from Afghanistan and Iraq and the people there would decide about their fate themselves. The TNFJ Central Vice-President said the dream of restoring peace in South Asia and Middle could not come true because Hindus and Zionists were enjoying complete patronage of international Taghoot. He made it clear that these regions could not become a hub of peace until Kashmir and Palestine issues are resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. He advised the students to give full attention on their education for promotion of mission of Wila and Aza, stability of the motherland and welfare of the people so that they would be able to serve the nation and the country as a complete human being, true Muslim and active Pakistani.
RAWALPINDI, June 27: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Jamalis resignation indicates that chair is the thing that comes and goes and those who do not give peace and rest to the country and the nation themselves have to quit. Therefore, he said, every ruler who comes into power should give full attention to restoration of peace and should consult the real representatives of the nation on national matters. He stated this while addressing the heads of central departments of the Tehreek here on Sunday. Fresh situation prevailing at national level and organisational matters were discussed in this meeting. Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said that Jamali government badly sabotaged the steps taken by President Musharraf for rooting out terrorism and allegedly strengthened the restricted terrorist groups. A Prime Minister who could not restore peace in his own province has no right to rule all over the country. He said we give valuable advices and suggestions to the Jamali government on every occasion in the larger interest of the nation and the country but instead of taking the representative organisations of various schools of thought in confidence they developed relations with the paper leaders and non-representative persons. That is why, he said, today all sensitive areas from Northern Areas to Karachi and Quetta are on the target of terrorism. The rulers who could not give anything to the nation and the country except dead bodies have no right to remain in power. He said the country is passing through a critical moment at present, therefore we appeal President Gen. Pervez Musharraf whole-heatedly to take all decisions after a thorough consideration and the supremacy of the constitution and Parliament should be kept intact. He reiterated the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi that we keep no personal friendship or enmity with anyone rather the standard of our friendship is Basic Ideology, motherland and the people. The meeting strongly condemned the murder of Muslim League (N) leader Benyamin Rizvi in Lahore on Saturday and demanded from the President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to implement the Anti-Terrorism Act to check the continued incidents of terrorism, arrest the culprits of all incidents of terrorism immediately and give them exemplary punishment.
RAWALPINDI, June 26: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that departure of Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali is not a matter of surprise and it was expected after the departure of Sardar Ali Muhammad Mehr. Expressing his reaction on the resignation of the Prime Minister, he said it had become clear from the statement of Mr. Zafarullah Khan Jamali in the National Assembly on Friday that he is going. He said that regardless of any comment on whether he has resigned or he has been asked to do so, it is an established fact that Jamali did not give anything but dead bodies to the nation during his tenure. He was the first Prime Minister who never kept a contact with the recognised schools of thought and did not even reply to any letter from the representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashayyo i.e. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan what to talk about meeting their delegation. Agha Moosavi said Muslim League enjoys the majority and thus was in a position to make or break anyone on this position and no one should express resentment over it. He said if MMA could stop its Chief Minister from attending the National Security Council meeting then Muslim League also enjoys the right to make changes in the leadership. However, he said, the resignation of the Prime Minister has come at a time when motherland was passing through external as well as internal precarious situation. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said heavy responsibility now rests on President Pervez Musharraf to take all future decisions after a thorough consideration and supremacy of the Constitution and the Parliament should be kept in sight while taking any decision, the opposition should be given their right place in line with the norms of justice and fair-play as in it lay the development, sanctity and survival of the nation and the country. He said everything is fatal but Allah. He further said that we keep no personal friendship or enmity with anyone rather the standard of our friendship is Basic Ideology, motherland and the people.
