SPECIAL MESSAGE OF AGHA SYED HAMID ALI SHAH MOOSAVI Quaid Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan In connection with 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza (19-21 Ramazan) marking the Shahadat of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.)

Brethren in Islam & Iman!
Every thing in the universe came into being for one reason or the other,
therefore, commissioning of Ambia and Mursaleen to Nabuwwat and Risalat is the
most important and best in nature and that is also the reason of commissioning
the Imam-e-Mubeen

(We have not commissioned any Prophet, but for reason that he should be
followed and obeyed with Allah’s consent)

This universe and the world is the world of riot and it is
necessary for a Hojjat-e-Khuda to remain here full time and that personality,
after the Prophet and Messenger (AS) could be the one that is laced with all
those good qualities and habits the Prophet and Messenger (AS) was laced with
because the Prophet and Messenger (AS) is the preacher of religion and Shariat
while Imam, being the inheritor of the Prophet (SAW), is the defender of Shariat
and he has to fulfill the responsibility of defending Allah’s Book and Sunnah of
the Prophet of Allah (SAW). He should therefore must be pious so that there
remain not a single chance of any mistake in performing the affairs of religion
and Shariat and so that, after the Prophet (SAW), he should be consulted in all
controversial matters for solution of the same. Allah Says:

(Had these people consulted the Prophet and the Ulul Amr in the controversial
issue, they would have found the solution to the controversial matters)

It has been found out that solution to controversial matters is
only possible in consulting the preacher of the Shariat-e-Nabi and Prophet, Ulul
Amr i.e. Imam. Thus the difference between the Prophet (SAW) and the Imam is
that the Nabi and Prophet (SAW) received “Wahi” while the “Wahi” does not come
to the defender of Shariat that is why the announcement of

was made on the defender of Shariat when the Holy Prophet (SAW)
introduced him by saying

. Allama Ibne Wazeh quoting “Sahiha Sariha” writes that
is the
last Ayah of Holy Quran
. Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is best and complete in all
qualities and deeds such as piousness, bravery, courage, honour, pedigree like
the Holy Prophet (SAW), and the same is our Iman and belief. Many Ayahs and
Ahadees stand witness to his qualities.

Some Ayahs in this connection are quoted below:

Your
only Wali (ruler) are Allah, His Apsotle, and those who are faithful, offer
prayers, and pay zakat (alms) while they are kneeling down in prayers.

say: ‘come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, our
nafs (self) and your nafs. Then we will pray togather and call down the curse of
Allah on liars.
 

(No doubt, the God only desires to keep you away from evil, and keep you pure
and clean to the
true spirit of purity and cleanliness)



(Tell them, I do not need any reward from you but love with my near and dear
ones)



(There are some amongst the people who even sold out their lives to earn Allah’s
pleasure)

Some Ahadees in this connection are quoted below:

(Ali is the Maula of those I am Maula of whom)

(Oh, Ali! You are like Haroon was for Musa, but there would be no Prophet after
me)

(By God! I shall give this Alam (flag) to one who holds Allah and Prophet dear,
and who is held dear by Allah and Prophet, and is a real fighter and not prefers
to run away)

(No doubt, Ali is from me, and me from Ali)
and hearing this Gabriel said
. And
it has also written in the books that voices of
continuously
listened on earth from morning to evening through the angels
. And this award was bestowed on Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) during the War of
Uhad that was fought in the Uhad Valley in 03 Hijra and in which 70 Muslims were
martyred. At that time the age of Maula-e-Kaninaat (A.S.) was 26 years and it
was first time when Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was greatly shocked on being
deprived of Shahadat and the Holy Prophet (SAW) reacted by saying

(Be happy! Shahadat is following you).

So Ali (A.S.) started anxiously awaiting
for Shahadat as every Momin desires Shahadat, and he being the Amirul Momineen
the level of desire for Shahadat in him could be gauged from this sentence

(By God, the son of Abu Talib A.S. has no concern whether he himself marches
towards death or
death itself reaches him (Baharul Anwaar)

Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is anxiously awaiting Shahadat. When this Aya

 

comes on the Holy Prophet (SAW), Ali (A.S.) says: I understood that the time for
test and trial would not come till the Holy Prophet (SAW) is amongst us,
therefore, I asked the Holy Prophet (SAW) of its nature. The Holy Prophet (SAW)
replied: Ali, after me, my Ummah will face trial. I said, O, Holy Prophet (SAW)
when many Muslims kissed Shahadat in War of Uhad and I was disappointed not to
be one of them, you had said that Shahadat is following you. The Holy Prophet
(SAW) replied: What I had said would definitely be done.
But tell this

 
(What would be the condition of your patience then, would you accept Shahadat).

 I said

(O, Holy Prophet! It would not be a matter of patience and endurance, it would
be the moment of happiness and the moment of patience comes when there is a
feeling of disappointment while I keep Shahadat most dearer and it is my
long-standing desire and aspiration) — Nehjul Balaghah, Address 156.

The Holy Prophet (SAW) has declared Shahadat as the most qualitative death:

and a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) goes:

(The greatest death is to be murdered in way of Allah) — Sharah ibne Abi Al-Hadeed

The time of death, Ali (A.S.) was awaiting for, has reached. The morning of 19th
Ramazan dawned as a D-Day when Ibne Muljim (L.A.) hit his holy head with sword.
Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) raised the voice:

(By Rabb-e-Ka’aba, I have succeeded and become successful)

He kissed Shahadat on 21st Ramazan. How great these words were, like Shahadat is
the height of humanity. For that reason, the Holy Prophet (SAW) said: Every
piety is bigger than the other piety but there is no bigger piety than Shahadat
in way of Allah (Usool-e-Kaafi).

Shahadat is an eternal life, Muslim is never afraid of Shahadat, the atheists
are still afraid of the spirit of Shahadat. The colonial powers and their agents
have experienced this spirit many a time, they have made the life of Kashmiris
and Palestinians difficult for more than half a century but could not be
diverted from the right path or are bowed down. They are continuously struggling
for achievement of their rights, independence and for the supremacy of their
rights, it is not terrorism but to deprive them of all these rights is. Now
chief of the colonial powers despite the fact that the United Nations inspectors
have reached Iraq, was trying to find out excuses to attack Iraq while the
American Nobel Laureate former President Jimmy Carter declaring the American
foreign policy as arrogant has said America herself has not implemented
international efforts for putting restrictions on chemical and biological
weapons although the super powers should establish examples by doing so first.
The magic is the one that is loud and clear. America and her allies are
intoxicated and desire to encroach upon the rights of the oppressed and Muslim
nations. They desire to maintain their supremacy over the whole world in the
garb of ceasing resources of the developing States and use of atomic and
chemical weapons. Therefore, the Islamic World was under the obligation to sever
ties with the international colonial powers keeping all reservations aside,
attach themselves with Allah, and give priority to death and Shahadat in honour
over life in disgrace.

We offer condolences to Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) and Muslim Ummah on the occasion of
Youm-e-Shahadat of Maula-e-Kul, Wasi-e-Khatamur Rusl, Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.),
and reiterate our resolve to continue preaching his mission and will not lack
support to the oppressed and have-nots.
