Brethren in Islam!
Almighty Allah says:
(O, Prophet! Tell the people that if you keep love with Allah then follow my instructions, Allah will keep love with you and forgive your sins and Allah is the Great Forgiver and Allah is asking all claimants of love with Allah that if you are true and right in your claim then follow the instructions of my beloved Prophet (SAW). That is Allah has declared following of his beloved Prophet (SAW) as the standard of His own love; and when you will prove then not only your sins would be forgiven but you would become beloved from the lover owing to this following earning a high place that a human being is given the Mirage in the status of beloved. What is love?
Attraction of Nafs (self) towards any thing is owing to the superstitious element of that thing that is felt. Similarly that attraction demands happening of such things that help come near that. The meanings of love near Allah are His happiness with his man and to remove the veil from the heart of the man and when the man achieves the knowledge that the real Mirage is for none but Allah and the thing that is seen on it, whether it is in self or in any other person, is from Allah, then his love would only be for Allah and regarding Allah and that he desires to follow His commandments and shift his attraction towards such things that would help him come near Him. Thus recognition of love is creation of desire. In the above mentioned Ayah it is said that O, Prophet! Tell the people that if you keep love with Allah then follow my instruction. Whoever would be the beloved of Allah it is binding on him to follow the Prophet (SAW) so as to win the closeness with Allah and then Allah would love him. As Allah Says: “The man comes near Me through Nawafil so much so that I start loving him” As the Prophet (SAW) is beloved of Allah therefore whosoever claims love for Allah is under the obligation to must keep love with the Prophet (SAW) because beloved of the beloved is beloved. The meanings of the Prophet’s love is to follow him in character, utterances, moral, seerat and ideology without which claim of love for Allah is not correct that is why the love for the Prophet (SAW) is the centre of love for Allah.
But as a proof of love for Allah, to follow of the Holy Prophet (SAW) is mandatory. A Hadis goes:
(One who has done a thing on which we have no concern, is different from the way we preached, that is
Present yourself before Mustafa (SAW) that he is the religion of all. If you could not reach there, then all your deeds would reach Abu Lehb whose place is the fire of Hell. So following is not possible without love, that means love is magnet of following, where there is no love there is no submission and the meanings of love are not that only the personality of Prophet (SAW) should be loved but it is obligatory to love all those whom the Prophet (SAW) loves and those who loved only Prophet (SAW) and did not care to love those personalities whom are loved by the Prophet (SAW) ultimately this love would not be beneficial. The Holy Prophet (SAW) termed Baab-e-Ummat as a tool to reach himself by saying:
Like love for Allah could not materialise without love for the Prophet (SAW) similarly love for the Prophet (SAW) is not possible without the love of Ahle Bait (A.S.) that is why love for Ahle Bait (A.S.) is termed
No person in the world would keep friend with such a person who keeps enmity with his offspring or gives preference to others against them. There are some levels for love and love keeps Ajar (reward). The Ajar would be given commensurate with the level of love. One who would love from the core of his heart would be fully submissive to his beloved and would struggle to follow in his footstep and besides being ever ready to help him with wealth and life. The word
Thus his following in every matter is binding because the Prophet (SAW) is Masoom (innocent). The Prophet (SAW) kept love with the Ahle Bait (A.S.) the most in the universe and one of the personality from amongst the Ahle Bait (A.S.) is Hussain ibne Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) for which the Holy Prophet (SAW) not once but about hundreds of times used words of praise before full audience of Sahaba Karaam (R.A.) and stressed love for him. The statement of Hazrat Salman Farsi would give a clear picture of the extent of love Holy Prophet (SAW) had for Imam Hussain (A.S.). He says: “I saw the Holy Prophet (SAW) that he has made Imam Hussain (A.S.) sit in his lap, loved him and say: Son, you are an Imam, son of an Imam and father of nine Imams who will come from your generation and the last of them would be Imam Mehdi (A.S.).” The extent of love the Prophet (SAW) had with Hussain (A.S.) could be gauged from this Hadis in which he has said:
He said one who loves Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) loves me, who keeps enmity with them keeps enmity with me. Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) spent six years with his grandfather (SAW) and 30 years with his father Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) and then spent some time with his brother Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.). When Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) kissed martyrdom owing to black deeds of Mua’awia (L.A.) the age of Imam Hussain (A.S.) was 46 years. After the death of Mua’awia (L.A.) his ill-character son Yazid (L.A.) painted himself as a spiritual leader of Muslims in proudness and asked for Bai’at from Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) to consolidate his rule. Imam Hussain (A.S.) refused Bai’at saying that he could not do the Bai’at of a lier and ill-character person like Yazid (L.A.) because becoming Khalifa-tul-Muslimeen of a lier and ill-character person like Yazid (L.A.) is fatal not only for Islam but for the whole mankind also. Therefore doing his Bai’at would be a breach of trust of Muslims as well as of mankind.
Therefore, Imam Hussain (A.S.) set out for journey on 28th of Rajab and reached Karbala on 2nd Muharramul Haraam, in 61 A.H. passing through different routes and turning Hajj into Umrah. Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) had declared his objective in clear terms saying: My objective is to direct for good, stop the evil, root out oppression and brutality, and to adopt the seerat of my grandfather (SAW) and my father (A.S.). Because according to Holy Quran
His family members at last accepted detention after his Shahadat. Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) were chained disseminated the message of Shuhda-e-Karbala in the streets of Kofa and Shaam and the courts of Ibne Ziad (L.A.) and Yazid (L.A.) in a manner that shattered the Yazidiyyat completely as a result of which Yazidiyyat died its own death giving a new lease of life to Hussainiyyat.
Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) highlighted the happenings of Karbala that is why Khateeb-e-Aale-Muhammad had said there would have been no Islam if there was no Hussain (A.S.) and the name of Hussain (A.S.) would have been nowhere if there were no Zainab (S.A.) and no Zainul Abideen (A.S.).
Azadari-e-Hussain is indebted to Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Azadari is the source of all movements launched by the oppressed, have-nots, Kashmiris and Palestinians, ideology of Hussain (A.S.) is the philosophy of Azadari and according to ideology of Hussain (A.S.) death with honour is better than the live in disgrace. That is why the blood of Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) is creating stir in the blood of all oppressed nations. Therefore, keep on marching ahead towards the right path so as to keep the ideology of Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) and his Maktab alive.
Root out the conspiracies hatched by Hinduism, Zionism, colonialism etc. as these are the highlights of our Millat and in it lay the dignity, honour of our motherland Pakistan, supremacy and dignity of the Islamic World, and survival from international Taghoot and colonial powers.
Khakpai Azadaram-e-Imam Mazloom, (AGHA SYED HAMID ALI SHAH MOOSAVI)
