RAWALPINDI, May 29: Two-day Ayyam-ul-Huzn to observe Death Anniversary of Negehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Apostleship) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) began all over the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were held and Matamdari performed in all big cities and towns of the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on this occasion. Ulema-e-Karaam, waizeen, and zakireen highlighted the seerat and khutbaat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) in detail. The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while addressing the first days Majlis-e-Abu Talib (AS) of the Ayyam-ul-Huzn said the Holy Prophet (SAW) is the best and most complete personality from amongst prophets, and the greatest Khanwada from amongst the world of humanity is that of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) the leader and chief of which is Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) whose seerat is the best from every angle. He is the father of Haider-e-Karrar (A.S.) and uncle of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). He said that Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) had entrusted him the upbringing of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and keeping that in view he is not only Mohsin-e-Islam but also Mohsin-e-Paighambar-e-Islam. The TNFJ chief said the act of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) in protecting, defending and supporting Risalat, rejecting every offer of atheists rather remaining in siege in Sheb-e-Abi Talib after severing ties with them, helping and supporting the Paighambar-e-Islam was the irrefutable argument of his complete Iman and faith. He said today if people and oppressed nations the world over display the courage and bravery like Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) then neither colonial powers could cause any harm to them nor they could divert them from the right path. He reiterated his resolve to continue their pious struggle for the defence of their belief and solidarity of the motherland by following the uswah-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) and would not allow anyone to cause any harm to the same. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, main Majlis-e-Aza on the first day of Ayyam-ul-Huzn in Chakwal was held at Markazi Imambargah Varyamal. Allama Agha Ali Hussain Qummi, Syed Riaz Hussain Rattowal, Allama Muhamad Abbas Qummi, Allama Asif Ali Gilani, Maulana Zawwar Hussain Mari, Zakir Amir Abbas Rabbani, Zakir Aqarab Hussain Shah, Zakir Azmat Abbas Shah and other Zakireen addressed the Majlis. Renowned speakers addressed a majlis marking the first day of Ayyam-ul-Huzn held at Jamia-tul Murtaza Islamabad. Dukhtaran-e-Islam and Kanizan Aseeran-e-Karabala organized the majlis. Annual majlis-e-aza arranged by Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Rawalpindi was addressed by TNFJ central leader Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Allama Agha Ali Huusain Najafi, Allama Fazal Abbas Shirazi, Syed Mozammal Shah, Nasir Abbas Notak, Mumtaz Hussain Padhrar, Zakir Matloob Kazmi, Ch. On the first day of two-day nationwide Ayyam-ul-Huzn, annual majlis-e-aza was held at Imambargah Ivaan-e-Sarkar Hujjatul Asr, Bahawalpur. Maulana Fazal Abbas, Maulana Iqbal Mehdi, Maulana Nazar Hussain Solangi, Zakir Khadim Hussain, Zakir Ejaz Hussain Jhandwi, Zakir Hasnaat Abbas and Zakir Zamir Hussain addressed. Ayyam-ul-Huzn Majalis were also held in Karachi, Larkana, Khairpur Miras, Sakhar, Dadu, Haiderabad, Bhakkar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Chakwal, Jehlum, Peshawar, Kohat, Attock, Dera Ghazi Khan, Tank, Muzaffargarh Quetta, Skardu, Muzaffarabad, and various other cities in which ulema and scholars highlighted the seerat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). RAWALPINDI, May 27: A meeting of the Central Ayyam-ul-Huzn Committee of the TNFJ was held here on Tuesday to give final shape to arrangements to observe Demise Day of Negehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Apostleship) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) on May 29-30 as 2-day Ayyam-ul-Huzn on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Markazi Convener M.H. Jafri presided over the meeting that was also participated by Conveners of Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabads Ayyam-ul-Huzn Committees Syed Maskeen Hussain Shah and Allama Basharat Hussain Imami. M.H. Jafri in his address on the occasion said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is the Mohsin-e-Deen and Shariat and patron of Risalat who supported Islam when it was in a critical situation. He appealed all schools of thought to fully participate in Ayyam-ul-Huzn programs to pay homage to this great personality whose year of death was declared Aam-ul-Huzn (the Year of Grief) by the Holy Prophet (SAW) making it clear on the world for ever that how much he loved his uncle Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). Syed Maskeen Shah, Convener of District Rawalpindi in his address said, the central gathering in connection with the Ayyam-ul-Huzn will be held at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad Rawalpindi Cantt. on Thursday, May 29, which will be addressed by renowned ulema and zakireen of the country. Addressing the gathering, Convener TNFJ Ayyam-ul-Huzn Committee Islamabad Allama Basharat Hussain Imami told that Ayyam-ul-Huzn programs have been laid for various Imambargahs and Aza-Khanas of the Federal Capital Islamabad. A Majlis-e-Aza in this connection will be held at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam Kazmi Al-Mashadi Noorpur Shahan on Friday, May 30. Later, a Matmi procession will be taken out that will terminate at the tomb of Hazrat Bari Imam. A resolution unanimously adopted in the meeting said the Maktab-e-Tashayyo contributed equally in creation of motherland Pakistan, therefore, equal representation in all State departments including the electronic media is our right on the basis of equality. The resolution demanded special arrangement to ensure law and order during the countrywide programs of Ayyam-ul-Huzn. END
RAWALPINDI, May 26: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said if Muslim rulers exercise seriousness, courage and bravery then not only problems of the oppressed and Muslims could be resolved but the evil activities of international colonial powers could also be tackled with strongly. He stated this while addressing the annual organizational meeting of Central Departments at Tehreek headquarters on Monday. The meeting besides reviewing the performance also took stock of the national and international matters. Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said that Taghooti forces have made the life of oppressed world difficult. They destructed Iraq after ignoring United Nations Resolutions and international public opinion and now were trying to establish their permanent rule there, he said adding that on the other chief of the colonial powers i.e. America was claiming to be the champion of democracy. He said if the Muslim Ummah does not come out from deep slumber in this critical situation and if the Muslim rulers did not come out from American shackles then the results could be dangerous and they themselves would be responsible for the outcome while history would never forget them either. The TNFJ Secretary General made it clear that the only and durable solution of long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine lay in implementation of United Nations Resolution and plebiscite keeping to the desire of Kashmiri and Palestinian people. Any other solution, he added, would be commensurate to bargaining the blood of Shuhada. A resolution adopted during the meeting called upon the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of long-standing Shia demands, give ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashih in all State departments including the electronic media, take care of beliefs and ideologies of all schools of thought so as to put the whole nation on road to progress, and ensure fulfilment of their rights. RAWALPINDI, May 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that rulers should not be optimistic of Pakistan-India dialogue because there is no change in the stand of Hindu Bunya: . . .Atoot-Ang. . . ! Akhand Bharat. . . and Stop infiltration. . . ! He stated this while talking to newly elected office-bearers of Mukhtar Students Organization Pakistan at the head of its Central President Abd-e-Hadi.
He said nothing could be concealed from the people in this era of developed media and they keep an eye on everything. He said Momin could not be stung from one hole twice and trying the already tried is ignorance. He said chief of the colonial powers America and her Hindu and Zionist agents have made the life of the whole world difficult. He said she shattered Iraq sabotaging United Nations Resolutions and has taken over its complete control but still not stopped crying hoarse of being the champion of democracy. He said now her direction is towards South Asia where she is trying to dominate herself. Agha Moosavi said every one desires solution to problems but the solution should be in accordance with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the people living there. Any other solution, he added, would be commensurate to wasting the blood shed by the martyrs, trampling of the principles of Mashaheer, and sabotaging the United Nations Resolutions. He said the Islamic World should exercise wisdom and sense and Muslim rulers should exercise seriousness in declaring upon the international colonial power that “live, and let others live” policy could only be followed when Hippocratic attitude is given up, and norms of justice are prevailed upon in resolving the problems of the oppressed and Muslims. He said it is the knowledge owing to which Pakistan is the only Islamic State atomic power, therefore, the powers that be should not be afraid and should put their faith in Allah. He said creation of Pakistan is the result of courage and bravery but we have been the target of aggression many a time and have lost one half of the country in the process. He said the basic issue faced by Pakistan is Kashmir that had been declared jugular vein of Pakistan by Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He said real basis of religion and Shariat is knowledge; and deeds make or break the life. The TNFJ chief said the enlightenment of knowledge is a strong weapon that could not be snatched or stolen and seeking knowledge is obligatory for all men and women without any discrimination. He said struggle for seeking knowledge is essential as it has been said that “Utleboo-ul-Ilm Minal Mahd I-lal lahd”. He said the basic reason that the world is confronted with problems, anarchy and differences is distance from knowledge that is the inheritance of prophets; therefore, the whole humanity is under the obligation to protect that inheritance. Expressing his views on the SAARC programme of “Education for All”, he said joint effort and commitment on the part of SAARC countries for promotion of education is a good omen but budget will have to be increased for this purpose and equal educational opportunities will have to be provided within the limits set out by religion and Shariat. He said golden principles of Islam would have to be followed for achieving real education in which no one is allowed to use force. He said no other ideology should be enforced on others because giving education commensurate to every Maslak, Maktab and group is a part of basic rights. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the agreements signed between the government and the TNFJ also included May 21 1985 Junejo-Moosavi accord that carries the demand of separate Deenyat for Maktab-e-Tashayyo. He called upon the government not to ignore Maktab-e-Jaffar ibne Muhammad (A.S.) while setting out education curricula because motherland Pakistan is the outcome of joint struggle and we are all struggling for its survival and solidarity. He said to put Pakistan on rail to progress, it was necessary to take care of ideologies and belief of all schools of thought on every level so as to make it possible to give their rights on the basis of equality. The Central Convener M.H. Jafri presided over the meeting in which conveners were appointed for all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to lay countrywide programs for this occasion. Those appointed conveners and secretary, respectively, are: Sardar M. Tariq Jafri and Sardar Muhammad Ali (Balochistan), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi and Syed Iftikhar Hussain Mashadi (Punjab), Maulana Sheikh Ijaz Hussain and Sadiq Ali Hayat (NWFP), Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari and Anwar Jafri (Sindh), Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi and Khwaja Basharat Ali Jafri (Azad Kashmir), Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Amoni and Syed Mehdi Shah (Northern Areas). That is why, he said, the Holy Prophet (SAW) termed the year of Hazrat Abu Talibs demise as Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief). A resolution moved by Secretary of the Central Committee, Malik-e-Ashtar was adopted in the meeting demanding from the government to give proper coverage to the Days of Mashaheer-e-Deen on the electronic media. RAWALPINDI, May 23: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said giving international terrorist America the right to run Iraqi administration and lifting sanctions without any preconditions on the part of United Nations was tragic and a matter of great concern. He stated this while talking to Shia elite from Gujranwala Region, who called on him at the head of Taj-ul-Manazireen Allama Tajuddin Haideri here on Friday. He said the United Nations represents 199 States the world over and this step of her not only sabotages its own Resolutions but is also commensurate to trampling the world protest. He said by doing this, the United Nations has put a scar on its credibility and has proved that there exists no organisation by the name of United Nations but it is American slave who has been set free to do whatever she likes to do wherever and wherever she desires; whether she destructs any place and creates hurdle in smooth running of affairs elsewhere. He said that this measure taken by the Security Council has provided an excuse to America and international terrorists to attack any State without any reason and fix them up. This step, he added, is actually a great shock for weak States and it seems that now no State or soil is safe. Agha Moosavi said the world of humanity is against terrorists and terrorism and they term such acts a great oppression by condemning it strongly. But, he added, it is yet to be seen that what are the reasons behind terrorism and why suicide attacks are on the rise. He said we have to work for the survival of humanity but the human being has deprived himself from his life the basic reason of which is sense of deprivation and the Hippocratic attitude of the United Nations: if big country like America carries out attack then it is alright and if any weaker or smaller country does this then it is destructed point blank. He asked that is the law stands for only weaker States, and not for the big ones? He said the United Nations inaction regarding non-implementation of her own Resolutions, not getting the rights of the oppressed and not making arrangements for plebiscite are basic reasons behind this situation. If such a situation continued, he added, then terrorism would continue unabated. The TNFJ chief said we had been saying right from the beginning and we still stand to it that oppression could not root out oppression, and terrorism could not be checked through terrorism but through following the norms of justice and fair-play. Similarly, he said struggle for achievement of rights and independence is not terrorism but not giving the rights is the biggest terrorism responsibility of which lay on the United Nations. He said the Security Council should have displayed courage and should have linked lifting of sanctions with pullout of American forces from Iraq, and announcement of election under the umbrella of United Nations so that the people there could make a decision at their own. He asked where the champions of democracy have gone today? What could be the biggest oppression than this? Is this not dictatorship? He said the attitude of Muslim rulers, and Chinese, Russian, French and German heads of State is also lamentable. He said it has been proved now that they are also working for achievement of their self-interest as they approved the activities when they were made partners. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that the heads of State the world over should keep in mind that there is a saying of Maula-i-Ka`inaat (A.S.) that a government could survive through atheism but not through oppression. He said the oppression has to go and justice and fair-play have to emerge at last, no power on earth could wipe out those who do not care for their lives in way of Allah. He said the humanity would never forgive Bush and his allies who are responsible for increasing hatred amongst States and human beings. He said saying Kalma-e-Haq has been the practice of our forefathers and no tyrant ruler or dictator could stop us from doing so. Meanwhile, the elite from Gujranwala Region as well as Allama Tajuddin Haideri while expressing full confidence in the leadership of Agha Moosavi reiterated that the whole nation is with him and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for survival of Nazria-e-Asaasi (basic ideology), solidarity of the motherland, and supremacy of the religion and the Islamic World. RAWALPINDI, May 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the problems and difficulties faced by the oppressed world could be rooted out and misdeeds of enemies of Islam could be thwarted by following the spirit, courage and sacrifice of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). He stated this while announcing to observe 2-day Ayyam Al-Huzn on May 29-30 on the occasion of Demise Day of Nigehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Apostleship) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). He said the whole Millat-e-Islamia, by observing the Demise Day of Murabbi-e-Azam of Paighambar-e-Azam and father of Haider-e-Karrar Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) as Ayyam-ul-Huzn and by presenting condolences to Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), should prove that they equally share the grief of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). The TNFJ Chief said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is the biggest oppressed of the oppressed world and the world was busy in concealing his Fazail-o-Munaqib but the Holy Prophet (SAW) by terming his death as Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief) declared on the whole world of humanity that how much he loved his uncle Abu Talib (A.S.) and how much dignity and honour he had in his eyes. Agha Moosavi said today the oppressed nations are on the target of chief of international colonial powers America and her Zionist and Hindu agents, people of Muslim States in general, and Palestinians and Kashmiris in particular, were the most affected. As the life is being made difficult for them, therefore, they should follow Sheb-e-Abi Talib and continue their movements with courage and bravery, and they would Inshallah emerge victorious, he added. He said the Millat-e-Islamia, by displaying active solidarity with the oppressed nations on the occasion of Ayyam-ul-Huzn, should prove on the Taghooti world that we are friends of the oppressed and enemy of oppressor and would not stop our march following the path of oppressed to root out oppression, brutality and suppression. Meanwhile, Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed with M.H. Jafri as Convener and Maalik-e-Ashtar as Secretary, to lay programmes for Ayyam-ul-Huzn. END
RAWALPINDI, May 21: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Pakistan came into being through the joint sacrifices and struggle of all schools of thought, therefore, there is need to give rights to them all, on the basis of equality so as to make it an Islamic welfare State fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play so that the country could become strong, stable and remained protected from all types of internal and external differences and international conspiracies. He stated this while addressing a special function held here at Tehreek headquarters on Wednesday to remember the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for the solution of long-standing Shia demands. Syed Mazhar Ali said creation of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan was aimed at making this fact clear that Islam is the base of Pakistan and it is the combined asset of us all. He said a tyrant ruler not only acted contrary to the Nazria-e-Asaasi (basic ideology) rather trampling the principles of Quaid-i-Azam sabotaged the Article 2 of the Constitution under which Islam has been declared the official religion of the State, and utilised all his energies in fanning biases. As a result of which, he said, Maktab-e-Tashayyo had to take over the Islamabad Secretariat in 1980 leading towards July 6, 1980 agreement to thwart this conspiracy. He said later in 1984, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan started agitation from the platform of Hussaini Mahaz that lasted for 8 months and during which 14,000 people courted arrests turning jails into Aza-Khanas. As a result, Prime Minister Junejo who headed the civil government born after a prolong martial law, signed a written agreement with TNFJ for solution of their problems. He said this agreement included: enforcement of their own fiqh for Maktab-e-Tashayyo and introduction of separate Deenyat curricula in educational institutions; formation of Shia Faculty in Islamic University; effective representation in Islamic Research Department; effective ideological representation in all institutions including high courts, media, and Islamic Council of Ideology; removing of all types of hurdles in way of processions of grandfather Muhammad (SAW) and grandson Hussain (A.S.); and reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla and restoration of their dignity. He said the governments continued changing as a result of which work of the 16-member committee formed to lay down recommendation in the light of that agreement was hampered. Syed Mazhar Ali said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf checked terrorists and imposed restrictions on terrorism by introducing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance so as to root out terrorism gifted by Zia era but Prime Minister Jamali who cries hoarse of giving priority to national interests, has made these terrorists sit on his right and left. He said taking notice of activities by these banned groups by the Interior Minister is a right step but it should be done practically. He lamented that the present government was continuously ignoring the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. He said the Prime Minister visits every Tom and Jerry but he does not thought it fit to even reply any letter sent by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He said the two main schools of thought are continuously being deprived of their rights for the last 55 years and now equal education curricula is being propagated. He said Maktab-e-Tashayyo is deprived of ideological representation in every department, as the government prefers persons of her own choice. He made it clear that only that person could be termed a representative of any Maktab, who is nominated by the representative organisation of that Maktab. He said we have always given priority to the integrity of the country and the nation but the government should not consider our silence as our weakness. The TNFJ Secretary General strongly demanded from the government to get the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement implemented forthwith so as to remove the unrest found within the ranks of Millat-e-Jafariya. He said all and sundry should keep in mind that we keep Nazria-e-Asaasi very dear to us and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice in its defence. He reiterated his resolve to continue their struggle for achievement of rights of the Millat-e-Jafariya, and would not allow anyone to bargain on this count. END
RAWALPINDI, May 20: The Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the Usswah-e-Rasool is such a great principle that, if followed, would not only get rid of heinous conspiracies of international colonial powers but would prove the key for survival in religion and the world and shower blessings. He stated this while delivering special address at the concluding ceremony of Hafta-e-Wahdat and Akhuwwat (Unity & Fraternity Week) that marked the Jashan Eid Milad-un-Nabi and Zahoor-e-Sadqain here on Tuesday. Agha Moosavi said the inheritor of Rasool-e-Sadiq & Amin (SAW), Hazrat Imam Jafar bin Muhammad As-Sadiq (A.S.) also won the title of Sadiq so as to unveil the faces that were creating rift and anarchy in Islam wearing the outfit of religion and Shariat. He said Imam-e-Sadiq (A.S.) kept the flag of righteousness high while confronting oppression and brutality. He said the great inheritor of Mustafvi and Haideri knowledge set out four principles of Uloom-e-Ilahi (divine knowledge): Maarfat of Allah; what favours (ehsaan) He did to you; what He sought from you; which of your mistakes and lapses could put off the beacon of light. He said today the whole world of humanity was confronted with the oppression and brutality of colonial powers as a result of ignoring these golden principles. He said Islam preaches helping out other under the principle of Amar bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker and stresses the need of highlighting the spirit of sacrifice but the international colonial powers desire to cool down that spirit. The TNFJ chief said the objective of Hafta-e-Wahdat and Akhuwwat is to disseminate love and affection, and negate biases and hatred so that the world could be told that justice and fair-play are the only tools to root out oppression. But, he said, the international colonial powers were following dual standards. They had first rooted out Germany and Japan, and then planned reconstruction there, he said adding that now, following the same path, they have rooted out Afghanistan and Iraq and were not ready to give up her presence there. He said instead of resolving Kashmir and Palestine issues in line with the desire of their respective people they seek a solution to the desires of India and Israel but the world should know that the durable solution of these issues could only be the one that would be acceptable to the people of Kashmir and Palestine themselves. Those who would accept any other solution would be painted as traitors, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said all oppressed and Muslim nations are under the obligation to promote the spirit of brotherhood and sacrifice and reiterate their resolve to continue their struggle for the achievement of the rights of the oppressed and have-nots. ISLAMABAD: Unity & Fraternity Week celebrations to mark the Zahoor-e-Sadqain (PBUT) Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH&HP) and Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) in accordance with the announcement of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Tuesday Rabi-ul-Awwal 17 throughout the country. On this occasion Milad gatherings and Mahafil were arranged in different Imambargahs and Mosques. Speakers, Scholars, Naat Khoan, Zakireen and Waizeen offered their greetings in the Court of holy family by presenting Naats, Qasaid, Manqabat, Salam and speeches and highlighted the holy characters of these personalities.

RAWALPINDI, May 20: The Provincial President and Cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Provincial Council NWFP have been removed after completion of their organisational term. A handout issued by the Central Secretary Tanzeem, Abbas Jafri says that Provincial Nazim-ul-Umoor Maulana Sheikh Ijaz Hussain Modarris has been directed to induct a new Provincial President and Cabinet within a month. RAWALPINDI, May 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the oppressed and have-nots the world over could be decorated with honour and dignity and the whole world could be made a hub of peace by following the Holy Prophets (SAW) message of brotherhood. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Zahoor of Paighambar-e-Azam Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) and Imam Jafar ibne Muhammad (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country with devotion, respect and fanfare on Tuesday. He said the days from 12 to 17 Rabiul Awwal are commensurate with the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his pious inheritor Jafar ibne Muhammad As-Sadiq (A.S.) who worked for survival of humanity, promotion of religion and Shariat, for saving the mankind from ignorance, and destruction, and decorating the world with guidance, knowledge and information. Agha Moosavi said Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad is the great son of Khanwada-e-Ismat who was brought up in pious environment of divine training; therefore, the centre of his lifes objective is to achieve Raza-e-Ilahi (divine pleasure) and promote the holy Mustafvi and Murtazvi teachings. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) had to undergo big difficulties and problems in fulfilling the responsibilities invested in them by Allah and the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said no tyrant ruler or dictator could shatter his firmness or divert him from the right path. He confronted the difficult time of his era with courage as the larger part of his pious life was spent in struggle and jihad and following in the foot-steps of his forefathers. He said, he provided such an enlightenment regarding the Godly knowledge that has enlightened Islam in the east and the west. He said Imam-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is the sign of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat and guarantees human survival and blessing. He was the true trustee of the Holy Book and principles of the Holy Prophet (SAW), and follower of true and clean worship with a great objective of serving the Creator and seeking welfare of the creature, he added. The TNFJ chief said the international colonial powers have shattered the peace of people all over the world making their life difficult in the garb of rooting out terrorists and terrorism. He said we had been saying right from the beginning and we still stand to our words that our Rasool (SAW) is the messenger of peace and our religion is commensurate with peace, tranquillity and solidarity, is against oppression, brutality and all types of biases, and protector of human dignity. He made it clear that objective of the Hafta-e-Wahdat and Akhuwwat (Unity & Fraternity Week) is to express solidarity with the have-nots and the oppressed, and to express hatred against oppressors and terrorists. He said the evil could not be rooted out through evil but through good but Bush and his allies carried out massacre first in Afghanistan and then destructed Iraq in the garb of New York incident. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said after Iraq, the suicide attacks in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Israel provide food for thought and the international terrorist Bush is responsible for this situation because there is also reaction to any action. He said if the United Nations and other international organisations who cry hoarse of human rights, seriously desire an end to terrorism then they should change their Hippocratic attitude and fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play. In this connection, he said, it was necessary to resolve Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people, American control should be removed from Iraqi soil and the Iraqi people should be given right to form a government of their own choice. He said one thing should be kept in mind that struggle to achieve rights is not terrorism but encroaching upon the rights and creating hurdle in achieving the same is. While presenting greeting to the world of religion and Shariat on the occasion of Youm-e-Zahoor of holy personalities, he reiterated his resolve to follow the reformative sayings of these holy personalities.
