RAWALPINDI, December 7: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Tuesday. The day began with Aamal-e-Ashoora in mosques. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Aamal at Ali Masjid Satellite Town. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani to express their devotion to the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). Zuljinah, Alam Mubarik, Taazia, Mehndi Shahzada Qasim (A.S.), Gehwara Masoom Ali Asghar (A.S.), Taboot Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and other Taburrakaat were included in the Ashoora procession.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said when the Holy Prophet (SAAW) faced host of difficulties and problems and delivered the religion of Islam after getting it completed the Ahl-e-Arab said we desire to reward you for delivering Islam to us on which the Hazoor (SAAW) told them the Quran commandment that says: Tell them, I dont ask for any compensation but adopt love and devotion for my near ones. When asked who those near ones whose love and devotion has been declared must. He replied that are Fatima (S.A.), Ali (A.S.), Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.). There it has been proved that love and devotion with these personalities has been declared as Ajr-e-Risalat because everyone whether profusely rich or the poor can pay that.
Agha Moosavi said the love is that the things that he had left amongst us should be taken care of. He left behind him Quran and Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) as per Hadees-e-Saqlain and gave guarantee that those who would remain attached with these two would never be misled. He said it was Illahi responsibility of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) to stop those who make changes in the religion, that is why the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) had already said that a person like cannot perform Baiaat of a person like Yazid. Hussain (A.S.) left Madinah on 28th Rajab, changed Ahram-e-Haj to Umrah in Makkah and reached Karbala on 2nd Muharram, was denied water on 7th Muharram. He said the Youm-e-Ashoor is brightened with blood of Shuhada-e-Karbala. He said the official religion of Pakistan in the light of Article 2 of the Constitution. He said all Muslim States cannot term themselves as Islamic States rather they are Muslim States. Islami can only be stated when they are wholly following the religion and Shariat, what Rasool had given to them is Quran, Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) and Sunnat. He said today the basic reason behind aggression of colonial, Hindus and Zionist forces against all Muslim States is that the Muslim Ummah has set Quran and Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) aside. He made it clear that they would have to follow the path of Hussain (A.S.) that is the path of Islam so as to get rid of problems and difficulties and in it lay the success and victory. He said Hussain (A.S.) proved through his deeds that it is the righteous that has to emerge supreme ultimately and the evil has to die down, and the righteousness never bargains. He declared in unequivocal terms that Azadari is not against any personality rather an enternal protest against oppression and brutality in every era.
A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qamah at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk. The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity. He said Azadari is not limited to any particular fiqh or group rather it is the combined inheritance of all schools of thought. Thousands of Matamdars reiterated their resolve to offer all types of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali and promotion and protection of Azadari. A resolution presented by Syed Aun Kazmi, Secretary General MSO paid tributes to all schools of thought for their practical display of unity and brotherhood during the Ashra-e-Muharram. The resolution strongly condemned the rulers and politicians for continuing political activities trampling the sanctity of Muharram. It strongly condemned some media and cable channels for continuing musical programmes and films during Ashra-e-Muharram. The governments of Pakistan and Bangladesh were also criticized for staging a cricket match on 10th of Muharram, President Zardari as patron-in-chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board was particularly criticized and asked with which face he would go before the Madar-e-Hussain (S.A.) on the Day of Judgement? Another resolution criticized a biggest newspaper of Pakistan for pushing the country towards riot under a planned conspiracy. It said that the newspaper is publishing a controversial advertisement during Ashra-e-Muharram for the last many years. On 1st of Muharram a advertisement from a banned organization was published thrice resulting in gory incident at Numaish Chorangi in Karachi in which two scouts kissed Shahadat. The resolution said the said newspaper do not publish even a single-line news on the occasion of universal protest on the occasion of Youm Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee and Azadari procession then they publish advertisements of banned groups? It asked the government to take notice of this newspapers activities as it was this newspaper that had also accused Pakistan of Mumbai incident.
Another resolution said that the TNFJ has set up Muharram Azadari Cells throughout the country for solution of problems faced by the Azadars and for restoration of peace and the cooperation extended to these Cell by the federal interior ministry is satisfactory but the provincial governments did not cooperation in line with the directives of the federal government. The Government of Punjab, that has not match in keeping close ties with the terrorist groups, did not cooperate keeping to their past practice. We keep the integrity and solidarity of the country supreme and our gentlemanliness should not be considered our weakness while the government is bound to cooperation with Azadaran in the light of 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. It said the history stands witness that during the last term the present Punjab rulers promoted riot and arson as a result of which 26 Imambargahs and mosques were shown light in 1986 under their patronage. The resolution made it clear that according to the saying of their Quaid, we dont even need any security and Sunnis and Shias are capable of arranging the security of the processions of Nana (SAAW) and Nawasa (A.S.). It said the basic reason the terrorism is not going to stop is that both the rulers and the politicians were not ready to give up their support to the banned organisations.
The resolution said that all Azadari processions will be taken out with fail and any obstruction, if made, would lead us to knock the doors of courts and even that of International Court of Justice. The resolution strongly condemned restrictions imposed on Iran and Syria and appealed the Muslim States to unite against the American colonialism otherwise it would continue devouring us all, one by one. The resolution strongly condemned the Nato attack on Pakistan and assured the Pakistans armed forces of their whole-hearted support in any step taken by them in this regards.
Later, after performing Zanjeer-Zani at Fawwara Chowk, the participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar and Purana Qila where Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk while Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and MFP jawans remained along with the procession throughout.
On Ashura day, 6th December 2011, name of Allah along with names of panjtan paak were suddenly stamped on a cup of kehwa (green tea) at one of Mukhtar Organization (MO) camp setup at Qadeemi Imambargah Rawalpindi to facilitate azadaran e mazloom e karbala Hazrat Imam Hussein (AS). Qadeemi Imambargah is that place wherefrom Hussaini Mohaz (Hussaini front) under the spiritual leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafaria Agha Sayed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was started against the curbs on azadari imposed by dictator Gen Zia ul Haq and achievement of rights of Shias in Pakistan. As a result Junejo-~Moosavi Agreement of 21 May 1985 was inked and curbs on Azadari removed.
RAWALPINDI, December 5: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hussain ibne Ali (AS) by refusing to take oath of allegiance to the sinful protected the honor of Din e Muhammadi (religion of Muhammad (SAWW)), and with his holy blood engraved La Ilaha in history in such a manner that nobody would ever have courage to erase it till the Last Day. Muslim Ummah would have to adopt Sheaar e Hussaini if she desires to get rid of disgrace and Satanic world. He made his remarks in his message issued on the occasion of Youm e Ashuraa which is being observed on Tuesday December 6 throughout the country like other global parts. Imam Hussain (A.S.) rooted out Yazidiyyat and unveiled the real faces of tyranny and Malookiyyat so as to tell the world that death is always better than life in humiliation and shame and every colonial power could be defeated point blank and get the Muslim Ummah rid of humiliation and defame by adopting the Hussaini way of life. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Ashoor. Agha Moosavi said the Muslim Ummah has adopted the Islamic culture and heritage that considers the word Shaheed and its meanings and understanding greater than other sayings. Shaheed is a holy and pious word that is why he does not need to be given bath or the coffin. Because by presenting his life for the Kalma-e-Haq he has given the witness of Allahs oneness. The body of the Shaheed is pious and on this basis one who kisses Shahadat is buried laced with earth and blood he had gone through. Shaheed is that enlightened word that is surrounded by the holy lights. The blood of Shaheeds never goes waste. The blood of Shaheed is never sucked by earth rather every blood-drop of him takes the shape of a river as the drops are converted into a river and penetrates in the soul and body of the society giving it an eternal life. That is why it is said that the death of the Shaheed is the life of the nation. The TNFJ chief said there is a saying of Imam Hussain (A.S.) that Allah talked about Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir as first of the obligations because He knows that if these two obligations are fulfilled and settled then all obligations would be carried out whether they are difficult or easy. These two are the ones that invite people towards Islam and giving those their rights who deserve their rights and make them agree to oppose the oppressors. At another place, he said, Oh people! It is a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) that one who sees any oppressor king that he has made the Haram-e-Khuda as Halal, has broken the Paiman-e-Illahi, opposes Sunnat-e-Rasool, commits oppression and sin among men of Allah and even then he does not oppose the same through his deeds or utterances, Allah would definitely put that person in wrath in place of that oppressor king. Then at another place, he said, are you not watching that righteous is not being practised and evil is not being kept away. In this situation, a Momin has the right to be fond of Laqa-e-Illahi (meeting with Allah). On this basis Hussain (A.S.) had stated: I consider death a blessing and life with the oppressors as painful. Oh, Allah! You Know my stay is neither for a government and nor for seeking wealth but I desire to present the matters of Your religion and to bring reforms in Your cities, want to restore law and order for Your oppressed people and they desire that duties of Sunnah and commandments are implemented. In this Hadees, the Imam (A.S.) made it clear on the world that religious matters were being violated, there is arson and riot in cities instead of reforms, and the oppressors and have-nots are confronted with problems and difficulties. The same thing was stated another place in these words: My outing is not for self-praise, stubbornness, riot or oppression. I have come out to reform the Ummah of my forefathers. I desire that Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir are followed and I desire to follow the seerat of my grandfather Muhammad (SAAW) and my father Ali Waliullah (A.S.). Therefore, the TNFJ chief said, when Muawiya Bin Abu Sufyan was at the verge of his death, he sent for Yazid and said, I have made many difficult persons agree to be sincere with you but still opposition from three sides is expected and from amongst these three, the most important personality is that of Hussain Ibne Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). His matter is most critical as he will not accept your Baiaat at all, he is most honourable and if he is does not become ready by other means then sword is the last option. Yazid, following the will of his father, wrote a letter to the Governor of Madina for seeking his Baiaat after the death of Muawiya Bin Abu Sufyan but Hussain (A.S.) bluntly refused the same saying a person like me cannot go in the Baiaat of a person like Yazid. Agha Moosavi said when Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) after presenting the sacrifice of his companions and die-hard supporters came before the oppressor nation in the plain of Karbala, he introduced himself to them the last words of which were: Oh the oppressors! Fear from the wrath of God, it will be the strongest wrath, the time is near what the flames of wrath of Allah will surround you. But that untidy nation did not take his advice seriously and the Imam (A.S.) returned saying and said, then be ready now. I have done all this to fulfil the Hujjat. Now see the war of Nawasa-e-Rasool, thirsty of Karbala, nephew of Jafar-e-Tayyar (A.S.), and the son of Haider-e-Karrar (A.S.). Then he took out the Zulfiqar-e-Haideri and attacked the low-character nation reciting the lion-hearted Rajz about which the English historian writes: I have neither seen from my eyes nor heard from my ears that a person whose relatives, young offspring are slaughtered in front of his eyes, is thirsty for three days, every part of his body is injured could have fought so bravely like Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.). His lonely attack shattered the enemys army that every soldier of theirs was coming down on the other soldiers with fear. Wherever Hussain (A.S.) turned, the enemy forces were running like the tiddy-dal gets upset in the blowing air. The TNFJ chief said, the third attack of Imam Hussain (A.S.) was so severe that the Yazidi forces entered the gate of Kufa while reversing. A large number of them were trampled under the horses. The voice of Al-Amaan, Al-Amaan was coming from all around. When the Imam (A.S.) saw this situation, he stopped his Zuljinah, stayed at a place and threw his eyes around. At the same time an unseen voice echoed in the earth and in the sky. Hussain (A.S.) till which time you will fight. The time of fulfilling your promise has come. Hussain (A.S.) put back his sword after listening to that voice and started waiting for Shahadat in his desire of Laqa-e-Illahi. The Yazidi forces thought that perhaps Hussain (A.S.) got tired and they started attack after attack rapidly with swords, spears and arrows. Thousands of blood-thirsty people surrounded one oppressed, hungry and thirsty, his clothes were soaking with blood and he was becoming unconscious, his tongue had become dry with thirst. Agha Moosavi said, the Imam (A.S.) again raised his voice for help in this helpless condition. Soon after his voice, it was like a D-day in Mala-e-Aala. Gabriel (Ameen) requested in the Bargah-e-Illahi that I cannot see my beloved Hussain (A.S.) in this condition, it was this Hussain (A.S.) for whom I used to take fruits of the heaven, used to push his cot, I cannot see Hussain (A.S.) in this state of helplessness. Allah, give me permission. A voice came from the Hejab-e-Qudrat that if My Hussain (A.S.) accepts your help, you must do. Gabriel (Ameen) reached Karbala with Allahs permission and shaded the head of the Imam (A.S.) with his wings. The Imam (A.S.) felt coolness owing to this shadow so he asked Oh, the creature giving me the shadow who are you who have thought of helping me in this state of helplessness. The voice replied that I am your servant Gabriel. Give me permission so that I may wipe out all your enemies. The Imam (A.S.) gave the same reply that Ibrahim had given when he was being thrown in the fire of Nimrah that I dont accept as I am fond of Laqa-e-Illahi. Get aside, Gabriel. This is the hour of trial. In short, he tied his Amamah and other Taburrakaat with the Zuljinahs saddle and said, Oh, the faithful horse when your rider (who is also the rider of Dosh-e-Rasool SAAW) comes down from the saddle, it would be your responsibility to deliver these Taburrakaat to the Ahle-e-Harm. It is very difficult to state that how this untidy nation rained him with spears and arrows from all around to the extent that he could not remain on his faithful horse. He came down to earth and kissed Shahadat. The TNFJ chief said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) made it clear to the world that I have lit the candle of sacrifice so as to create enthusiasm in the hearts of the people that could enlighten the society and turn it into enlightened people and put the soul and life in every person of it with a renewed vigour and provide the fresh blood to its body. That is why today the whole oppressed world in imbibed with the Shahadat of the Imam (A.S.) and his pious and faithful companions in east, west, north and south. Hundreds of years have gone by but the oppressed nations are imbibed with the spirit and enthusiasm even today. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, the colonial powers are utilizing all their tactics to bring in their own agenda but the spirit of Shahadat inculcated in them by Hussain (A.S.) could not be cooled down by the international chief of colonial powers and their agents. Whereas the oppressed people of Afghanistan, Iraq, Tunis, Egypt, Bahrain, Libya are protesting for their rights, the Mujahideen in Kashmir and Palestine are ahead of them all in this exercise. More than a half century has passed for the struggle of annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and independence of Palestine and Kashmir, gaols had been filled, incidents of murder and arson were made the order of the day, their lives have been made difficult but still the oppressed are not ready to surrender and are declaring upon the satanic world that peace could not be restored to any part of the world unless the rights of the oppressed are honoured and are resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions and to the desire of the oppressed. Imam Hussain (A.S.) rooted out Yazidiyyat and unveiled the real faces of tyranny and Malookiyyat so as to tell the world that death is always better than life in humiliation and shame. Today the Muslim Ummah desires to get rid of humiliation and defame then we would have to adopt the Hussaini way of life as every colonial powers and could be defeated point blank by following that path.
ISLAMABAD, December 4: In commemoration of the supreme blood-stained sacrifice rendered by the grtandson of Prophet (SAWW) Imam Hussain (AS) along with his near and dear ones for elevation of Deen o Shariat in the burning desert of Karbala, central procession of Zuljinah, Alam, Taboot and Gehwara of Shahzada Ali Asghar (AS) led by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was taken out from Markazi Masjid and imambargah Jamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad. Tens of thousands of azadaraan e Mazloom e Karbala besides dozens of matmi groups participated. Talking to electronic and print media men during the procession, Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Pakistan was formed in the name of La Ilaha Illallah which was saved by Hussain ibne Ali (AS)s matchless sacrifice. All agents of colonial chief including NATO desire to wipe out Pakistan, therefore to save it we would have to adopt Hussain ibne Ali (AS) the foundation of La Ilaha.
He expressed deep grief that the politicians could not remain patient even for ten days who damaged the respect of Muharram by doing their politics during ashra e muharram although people of dark ages were also use to honour this month. Azadari is the biggest protest and whoever wants to protest he must participate in it. All Muslims Sunnis and Shias without any discrimination rather every human being is presenting condolence to the Prophet (SAWW) of his son Imam Hussain (AS) while constant music programs being aired on media during Ashrta e Muharram have hurt the hearts of all Muslims. TNFJ has set up Muharram Azadari Cell for resolution of problems of Azadaran and establishment of peace. Cooperation of Central ministry of interior with them is satisfactory while Punjab government as always has not cooperated with azadaran. Dont consider our nobleness our weakness, we can turn our processions towards any direction but we always have preferred integrity and stability of motherland and will do so in future because love for this holy land is part of our Imam (belief); wee would not let anyone to harm it.
The TNFJ chief reminded that under 80 and 85 Junejo-Moosavi agreement the government is bound to cooperate with azadaran. It is regrettable that whenever the current rulers of Punjab come to power they fanned biases and prejudice. In their rule in 86, 26 imambargahs and mosques were torched in Lahore but they did not care.
In response to a question, Agha Moosavi stressed that whether anyone make arrangements or not, we will keep azadari continue; we are not afraid of death; we are believers of that Ali who had said whether death comes to me or I go to death, I love death more than the love of a child for his mother milk. Answering another question, he made clear that there is no Sunni Shia conflict in Pakistan; unfortunately Pakistan has become a battle field for other countries; terming the war of those who fight for pait (tummy) and aid fight of sects is tantamount to enmity with Pakistan and Islam.
He said Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq were preambles while the actual target of colonial powers is Pakistan for which fall they are using all tactics. Meanwhile, the matmi procession performing noha khwani and seena zani reached Muhammadi Chowk G-9/2 while touching through its designated routes. There it turned into a gathering. Addressing thousands of azadaran e Hussain (AS), Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said grief for Hussain (AS) is not inheritance of any particular group or school of thought rather his qayam was for annihilation of oppression and barbarism and for revival of divine principles and Muhammadi shariah.
On this occasion, azadaran e Hussain expressed their resolve that they would not hesitate in giving any sacrifice for defense of motherland and spread of shia sunni brotherhood, besides following the Code of Azadari issued by Quaid I Millat I Jafariya Agha Moosavi during Ayyam e Aza that will continue till Rabiul Awwal 8, and thus would perform Ajre Risalat. Later, azadaran extended condolence of Mazloom e Karbala by performing Zanjeer zani. Passing through its designated routes, the procession culminated at Jamia Imam as-Sadiq (AS) Karachi Company. There matamdaraan belonging to Wanhaar region did noha khwani and Zanjeer zani in very unique style. Mukhtar Students Organization, MO, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Generation, Mukhtar Force and Ummul Banin WF participated in arrangements of the procession. Sabeel e Hussaini was set up during the procession. Besides TNFJ Islamabads Muharram Committee members and top officers of administration, heavy contingent of police remained with the procession. Concluding dua was done by Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi. At the end of the procession, the chief organizer of the procession Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari thanked all participants, matamdaraan, azadaraan and district administration.
RAWALPINDI, November 29: An important meeting of the central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of TNFJ Pakistan was held at the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyo which was presided over by the central convener Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari. In the meeting the arrangements of Muharram ul Haram were reviewed in detail. Bu Ali Mahdi, Additional Secretary of the Committee while presenting his report in the meeting said that keeping the interests of the nation and the country supreme, to maintain sanctity and honour of Ayyam-e-Aza and to facilitate azadars of Imam e Mazloom Control Rooms have been set up in Federal Capital Islamabad and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. The Control Room of the Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) will be working round-the-clock where Azadars could contact on (051-4410180, 051-4840625, 051-5876402/ 0345-5291412) for any possible issue confronted by them. In the meeting Allama Basharat Hussain Imami federal capital Islamabad, Allama Hussain Muqadasi Punjab, Allama Waqar Hassan Taqwi Sindh, Major (R) Husnain Haider Kazmi Khaiber Pakhtoon Kha, Mohammad Ali Khan Advocate Balouchistan, Riaz Hussain Kazmi Azad Kashmir and Allama Mohammad Kazim Turabi Giligit Baltistan have been appointed as convener of the Moharram Committee Azadari Cell while Syed Tahiri Shah, Tasnim Abbas, Karar Haider Naqvi, Chaudhry Abbas, DR S Z Naqvi, Syed Nasir Abbas Jafri, Agha Behashti, Fawad Ali, Arif Jafferi, Syed Munawar Kazmi, Rehmat Ali Shah, Khizr Naqvi, Mukhtar Ali, Shahid Hussain, Mohammad Hadi, Syed Musawar Naqvi, Zaigham Abbas, Arif Badri, Altaf Hussain, Mohammad Sharif and Mohammad Jawaid will be convener for the Moharram Committee worldwide. Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari addressing the meeting appealed to the mourners of Imam Hussain (PBUH) to follow the Code of Azadari announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and give priority to Azadari over everything and highlight the eternal and invaluable sacrifices of the grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He called upon them to display unity and brotherhood and prove on the world that we are united and are a concrete wall against our combined enemy. He demanded from the government not to delay setting up of Azadari Cells at Federal Interior Ministry, Ministry for Religious Affairs, all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas and on District level which should remain in contact with the TNFJs Muharram Committee Azadari Cells. Contacts of the appointed officials may be publicized through the media so that Azadari programmes could be carried out with honour, dignity and in peace. He also demanded from the electronic media not to telecast dancing, musical programmes, dramas, and all types of matches and comedy during Ashra-e-Muharram and called upon all government and non-government organizations to avoid Munkiraat and ensure the dignity of Muharram ul Haram. He demanded from the government to issue directives from top to low Administration to implement the Code of Azadari announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Shujaat Ali Bokhari said Karbala is the battlefield of righteousness and evil where the Imam Aali Muqaam (PBUH) and his near and dear ones have taught a lesson to the conscious people how to live and die in honour. That is why, he said, people from every nation pay respect to Hussain Ibn e Ali (PBUH.) according to their customs and culture. Syed Ala Haider Secretary Azadari Cell, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Qasim ul Hussaini, Ajmal Hassan Naqvi, Bin Musa Kazmi and other members of the central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell also attended the meeting. In a resolution presented in the meeting recent NATOs Attack on Pakistani soil was condemned and demanded from the government to show a bold response to the enemy while displaying Haidiri courage. In a resolution incident of Karachi was considered to be the government weakness and was a result of giving free hand to the banned groups and demanded from the government to enforce Anti-terrorist Act for the long term establishment of peace in the motherland.
ISLAMABAD, November 28: The president of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) Islamabad, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami has said that the colonial power is after the integrity of the motherland Pakistan therefore the whole nation is duty bound to demonstrate unity and brotherhood in order to defend it from internal and external enemies. This was stated by him while addressing to the press conference at Islamabad Press Club, on this occasion he was accompanied by the elite of TNFJ and Ulema e Karam. He expressed his grave concern that as soon as Muharam ul Haram started NATO and ISAF while following the pre-planned conspiracy attacked Salala check post in Mahmond Agency in which two dozen sons of this soil lost their lives while several got injured. He said that these martyrs were not even buried yet that in the financial Hub of Pakistan Karachi, Scouts who were serving community were shot point blank. In result, the rites broke off there in which several innocent citizens got injured and heavy loss of the public property took place. It is very easy to play with fire but difficult to contain it. Allama Imami while expressing his anxiety said that since long motherland is facing terrorism which is being tried to be promoted as sectarianism- a condemnable heinous conspiracy. He mentioned the stance of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya that all over the world including Pakistan there is no sectarian conflict, linking terrorism with any school of thought itself is terrorism since terrorist have no religion therefore it is important for the government to control 26 banned groups to work freely who are changing their identities every day. Until they are stopped from working, terrorism will continue in the motherland. He said that it is evident that these banned groups have governmental support. Just like big powers who are playing a double game with us, the government is playing double game with public as well and if it is not true then why these banned groups are openly wandering around causing mayhem. According to their ideology processions were not permissible now they themselves are holding processions. The government knew that programmes of Ayyam e Aza are taking place still they openly allowed them to hold a rally which shows that it is a part of a double game. Allama Imami demanded from the government to setup a tribunal which should probe into the Karachi incident and to bring culprits of this incident to the justice. Furthermore the government should elaborate on the meaning of banned groups, the name of the personalities of Islam are being used just like Banu Umayad in order to harm Pakistan and Islam. Had the government followed the code of Azadari sincerely then this sort of incident would not have taken place. He said that the government and political leader are creating this sort of environment to engage public in this may hem so that they can carry on implementing their personal party agendas. He said that it is evident that to cause this sort of mayhem some governmental institutes are involved as well as some private channels and print media who are promoting these terrorists which is condemnable. He said that these heinous crimes are to sabotage the programmes of Maoharram ul Haram which is greatly condemned. Hussain (PBUH) belongs to all as he (PBUH) belongs to Almighty Allah. He made it clear that the processions belong to Imam Hussain and his grandfather the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) will be continued and there is no power on earth which may stop them. He demanded from the government to protest to those countries which are supporting these terrorist groups. He said that it is an insult to call these terrorist Sunni or Shia. Allama Imami demanded from the government to enforce the 25 point code of Azadari issued by the Quaid e millat e Jafariya on all administrative level which ensured a long term establishment of peace in the motherland. The code of Azadari emphasized that, all schools of thought exercise love and tolerance, the residents of the motherland highlight Hussainiyyat through preaching their ideologies in a positive manner, keep the respect of all pious personalities of Islam and Signs attributed to Almighty Allah in view, all schools of thoughts should be respected from the core of the heart and none of them should be disheartened, all types of biases may be condemned and the conspicuous persons should be kept under particular watch, no one may be allowed to take law into their own hands, Miscreant activities and terrorism should be discouraged and complete restriction on the activities of banned groups must be ensured, the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi accord may be implemented in connection with bringing out Azadari processions and no change may be made in these processions, Muharram Azadari Cells must be setup at the Ministry of Interior including federal capital, Azad Kashmir and all the provinces. These Cells should be publicized in the media and responsible persons of these Cells (control rooms) may be directed to keep a close contact with the Central and Provincial Muharram Committees of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, advance protective measures may be taken at sensitive places during Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari procession and no hurdles may be created in them rather the processions may be concluded at their destinations with honour and respect, God forbid, if any problem occurs at anywhere that should be resolved through the Local Administration and local Muharram Committee of the TNFJ. If it remains unresolved at local level then the Markazi Muharram Committee of the TNFJ may be consulted, the processions may be encircled by ropes and other such things so that no irrelevant person may enter the procession, all important points may be checked strictly before the start of the Majlis and the procession and it may be ensured that no conspicuous thing is placed there, no load-shedding may be carried out during the timings of Azadari programs and in addition alternate arrangements for lights may be made, at the conclusion of Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions, people should not return in big groups rather they may disperse in small groups, Ulema, Waezeen and Zakireen may give priority to unity, consensus and supremacy and integrity of the motherland over everything, come what may, political and religious leaders may keep all type of their activities suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram and give priority to Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom over all other things, all types of music and comedy programs may remain suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram on radio and television and the electronic and print media may present the great sacrifices of Martyrs of Karbala in a positive and effective manner, and may avoid publicity of Munkiraat, no examination schedule may be given in educational institutions from 1st to 11th Muharram so that students may fully participate in Azadari programs, the volunteers of the management and Mukhtar Force may check the participants of Azadari programs with complete respect. Similarly, Ummul Baneen W F and other women volunteer organizations may perform their duties in checking women with honour and respect, special arrangements may be made for Nazr-o-Niaz, Taburruk and Sabeel, azadaran and Matimiyan may participate in Majalis and Azadari processions avoiding any discrimination and women may participate in Azadari programmes by following the pious character of the Mukhadderat-e-Ismat and Taharat, discipline and holistic respect may be particularly taken care of in the Azadari programs, the organizers are under the obligation to follow the Code of Azadari themselves and make others to follow the same also, the Government may get the Code of Azadari implemented on all administrative levels. Allama Imami said that there are long claims for freedom of press in the motherland but according to some channels they were banned by PIMRA to telecast the press conference of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya who has agreements with the government which we condemned greatly. He posed a question to the journalists that in the said press conference any one may point out even a single controversial issue and what purpose was served to stop it from telecasting. At this day and age what is not being telecast on media. The western culture promoted by the colonial powers and their agents has been reached inside our homes. The first university of a child was a lap of mother but now that also bringing up western culture, and therefore we do not need an external enemy anymore. We also condemned those channels who did not telecast the press conference of the Maktab e Tasheyyo – who is promoter of peace and brotherhood amongst the whole nation. Allama Imami made it clear that according to the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Azadari is our jugular vein and there will be no give and take on this matter neither any one will be allowed to do so.
RAWALPINDI, November 27: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) changed the standards of victory and defeat in Karbala that if objective is saved by sacrificing everything then it is victory and if everything is saved and objective is compromised that no defeat could be bigger than it. He said the Nato and American aggression could only be confronted by adopting the path of Hussainiyyat, rulers should take practical measures to save the honour and dignity of the nation, Nato supply should be stopped on permanent basis and the issue of Nato aggression should be raised not only at the United Nations but also at the International Criminal Court. The jawans of Pakistans armed forces had been sacrificing their lives and the rulers and politicians should also fulfil their responsibilities, he added. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Muharramul Haram (Ayyam-e-Aza). Condemning the Shahadat of jawans of Pakistans armed forces in Nato attacks, he said despite Abbottabad operation and continued Drone attacks by Americans the policy of the rulers is encouraging them to continue their aggressive stance. Our rulers and political leaders are working only to please Americans. He stressed the need of creating Haideri courage and Hussaini spirit for the defence of Pakistani soil. He called upon the army leadership to take immediate steps against unpardonable aggression against Pakistan and the whole nation is with them as an advanced force. He said the colonial powers should keep in mind that we are the people who are imbibed with the spirit of Karbala where Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) presented the greatest sacrifice for the supremacy of Illahi principles, human dignity and protection and defence of Shariat-e-Muhammadi that is complete example for the mankind to follow. The TNFJ chief called upon the powers that be to come out of their shackle otherwise they will continue to receive the same treatment. He said had the joint resolution of the Parliament against Drone attacks was implemented and the declaration of the All Parties Conference was not set aside and implemented in letter and spirit then the Drone attacks would have been stopped and the Nato forces would not have the courage to carry out recent attacks. The rulers are answerable to the nation for their inability to do so, he added. He suggested that the Nato supply should be stopped on the permanent basis and this issue should be raised immediately at the United Nations where America should be asked that whether it was their reaction for Pakistan playing the front-line role in fighting terrorism. He said the fresh Nato attacks on Pakistan are a big challenge for the government. He called upon all political forces to avoid political confrontation, come out of their party and personal shackle and lay out concrete and strong line of action for the countrys integrity and survival so as to give a strong reply to the enemy attacks. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that keeping in view the dignity of Muharram, we are all under the obligation of not to entangle ourselves and do not cause any harm to the nation and the country. If we begin our year with protecting the principles of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) then no satanic force could cause any harm to us. He made it clear that four months have been declared as laced with honour, dignity and respect in Holy Quran and Muharramul Haram is one of those. He said the foundation and Asaas of the new year of Ummat-e-Wast rests on hijrat. He said the honour and dignity of this month has increased manifold owing to unmatchable sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.). He said refreshing the mind with Shahadat-e-Uzma of Karbala guarantees success here and the Hereafter.
RAWALPINDI, November 26: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that commemoration of sacrifice rendered by the grandson of Prophet (S) Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) Azadari bestows life to spirit of sacrifice which is very important to thwart colonial powers; azadari of Imam e mazloom, a peaceful universal protest against the world of Iblisiat, is our jugular vein and fundamental right; neither our forefathers accepted any hurdle or naughtiness in it nor would we; permission for right is uncalled for; live nations never give up their rights; during Ayyam-i-aza the government is duty bound to get Moosavi-Junejo agreement of 21 May 85 implemented regarding holding of majalis-i-aza and taking out of azadari processions; Muharram Azadari Cells must be set up in interior ministry, all provinces and azad Kashmir for resolution of problems of azadaran; make sure complete restriction on work of outlawed terrorist groups; political and religious leaders keep every kind of political activities suspended during ashra-i-Muharram; cancel examination schedule; government security measures are mere show-off, if she terminate her arrangements even then Sunni, Shia, Deobandi, and Barelvi will protect processions and majalis together; declaring favorite State to India is deviation from Islamic and Quranic teachings, Quran calls Islam favorite (most liked) and not the atheist world; before resolution of Kashmir issue expectation of peace with India is worthless.
He stated this while addressing a packed press conference held at headquarters of Maktab-i-Tashayyo to declare 25-point Code of Azadari in connection with the upcoming Muharram ul Haram. Answering the questions posed by journalists, Agha Moosavi said that he has informed the federal and all provincial governments about his demands for Muharram arrangements through letters. Committees made by the government regarding Muharram are mere paper work; only those persons are summoned in these committees who are obedient to the rulers. While replying another question, the TNFJ chief regretted that Muslim rulers are colonial agents; Arab League and other Muslim organizations work for colonial interests instead of Muslims; Arab League canceled Libyas name and the colonial powers trampled it; now it annulled Syria membership and there colonial game has started which provides food for thought. He asked that why Arab League does not abandon membership of Bahrain, Yemen and Egypt where minority clique is busy in doing oppression against the people. In response to another question regarding possible attack on Iran, Agha Moosavi said Iran is that country which accepted Pakistan first of all, stood by its side in time of need; we consider attack on any Islamic State including Iran as an assault against world of Islam because Islam does not acknowledge geographical boundaries; Muslims share their problems and for their resolution they have to adopt a joint policy. He said the powers that be should bear in mind that US is not friend of anyone ; it just keeps its interests dear therefore Muslim rulers must take steps for interests of Muslims. We have to keep the philosophy of spirit of sacrifice alive like the philosophy of Nimaz, fasting, Hajj is subservience and worship of Allah, similarly Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom inculcates the power and strength for subservience to Allah. Muharramul Haram is the continuation of Hazrat Ismails (A.S.) sacrifice. Many reminiscences are linked with the month of Muharram through which the echoes of love, faithfulness are heard all around. Majalis and Azadari processions are the eternal protests against oppression and brutality in memory of the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and the world of Yazidiyyat shivers even today on this protest. It is necessary to keep the spirit of sacrifice alive to thwart the international colonial powers and it is our obligation to arrange Azadari for its survival. Today Muharramul Haram is coming at a time when the international terrorists and their agents have made the live of humanity difficult all around. Afghanistan and Iraq have been destructed, Tunis and Egypt have been damaged, Libya has been destructed and all Muslim States are becoming their target, one after the other. Motherland Pakistan is their last target because its foundation rests on La Illaha Illallah and according to couplets of Khwaja Moeenuddin Chishti foundation of La Ilaha is sacrifice of Hussain. We are committed that we would continue thwarting the heinous conspiracies of the international chief of colonial powers and her agents till we are alive. Therefore, every patriotic person is under the obligation to thwart the heinous conspiracies of the satanic trio through the practical unity and brotherhood and laced with the spirit of Shahadat and tell them we all will observe the grief of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) by following the usswa-e-Shabbiri and through the display of unity and brotherhood and will present Pursa in the Bargah-e-Risalat (SAAW) and Masoomin (A.S.) by presenting homage to them. The Government may get the Code of Azadari implemented from top to bottom. Hazrat Imam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) had openly stated that he considers the baiaayat of Yazid and his government un-Islamic. Whereas he stated the reasons for his Qayam, he explained his future policy also. In other words, the most important objective of the Imam (A.S.) was to root out the power of evil that was occupying the status of Khalifate of Islam despite all evils, misdeeds and Munkiraat and was bent upon destructing the Ummat-e-Wast through promoting arson, oppression and brutality. Fulfilling his plans against activities contrary to Quran and Islam and rooting out the Yazidi force was the obligation of the Waris-e-Rasool. Imam Aali Muqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) had made it clear on the day one that he will not remain silent even if no baiaayat is demanded from him because my differences with Yazid are not limited to baiaayat but actually Yazid was committing oppression, suppression and brutality and was bringing out changes through social evils and in Islamic commandments and he has started saying on the Mimber that: Bani Hashim (God forbid) had staged a drama, no angel had come and no Wahi was sent. The Masoom (A.S.) made it clear that the Halal declared by Muhammad (A.S.) is Halal till the D-Day and the Haram declared by Muhammad (A.S.) is Haram till the Day of Judgement and no power on earth could bring changes in it in my presence. This is the obligation bestowed on me from Allah to correct these wrong-doings, give commandment for good and stop from evil, I have therefore adopted the path of Shahadat for revival of Sunnat-e-Illahiya. Hussain (A.S.) is neither desirous of government or wealth nor desires to interfere in the matters of the Muslims. What he said on the day one, he implemented the same. Agha Moosavi expressed his hope that all patriotic persons will thwart the heinous conspiracies of the satanic trio through the practical unity and brotherhood and laced with the spirit of Shahadat and tell them we all will observe the grief of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) by following the usswa-e-Shabbiri and through the display of unity and brotherhood and will present condolence to the court of Risalat (SAAW), Ahle Bait i Atahaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kibaar (R.A.) by presenting homage to them.
