RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 10 October: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that following the pious seerat of holy family of Prophet (SAWW) is must to get rid of dangers of terrorism and host of problems being faced by the world. He was addressing to a special festival held at Aza khana Masuma-i-Qom Rawalpindi on Sunday on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Azmat-e-Niswaan’ marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima binte Imam Moosa Kazim (AS). Agha Moosavi said that today Islam is every where on the face of earth world; Islam is spreading in the atheist world also owing to great sacrifices of Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-i-Muhammad (AS) whose elders and younger are role models. At present Islamic world in general and motherland Pakistan in particular are surrounded by problems and tragedies; oppression, barbarism and terrorism are rife. in such circumstances sticking to Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-i-Muhammad (AS) guarantees peace and integrity. He said terrorism is colonial need and Pakistan is its biggest target after Afghanistan and Iraq. The TNFJ chief said despite existence of Anti-Terrorism Act its non-implementation poses a big question. He expressed his wonder that Judiciary has taken notice of uncleanness of Shahi Mosque but despite pushing her intention so many times towards terrorism why terrorism is not seen by her. he stressed that people of Pakistan desire such a change that increases dignity of motherland, resolves problems, eradicates terrorism, ends dearness, unemployment and vulgarity; administration, judiciary, legislature and media fulfill their responsibilities according to the demands of constitution by keeping justice in front of them. He urged the need of accountability of all rulers and politicians who are sucking the hard earnings of people and then used to depart the country with satisfaction. People needed to be aware and would have to avoid testing the already tested one. He said the root cause of spoil in national issues is that rulers are used to issue royal orders to push back attention from real problems. They must bear in mind that kingship and royalty keep no status in Islam which is a universal religion and where runs the order of only Allah, Prophet, his holy progeny and sacred companions. Agha Moosavi made clear that the both arms of Islam i.e. Sunni and Shia are deprived of even their basic rights while the third force has its monopoly over every institution of Pakistan. He advised the powers that be and religious and political leaders to work with wisdom, prefer collective interest of the nation and the country over personal interest displaying soberness as therein lays the secret of success and honour of all.
RAWALPINDI, October 8: Quaid-i-Millat-i-JafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said dua (prayer) is the most powerful protest of oppressed against oppressors which also returns the death and changes fate. He made his remarks on Friday while addressing a praying ceremony held at Maktab-i-Tashayyo headquarters on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Dua’ observed to mourn Abdullah Shah Ghazi incident. Agha Moosavi stressed that every Pakistani is grief-stricken on terrorism in the holy shrine compound of great spiritual personality in Karachi. He lamented that we are facing coward rulers who after every incident give a new statement. Adopting the same cowardly attitude after the Abdullah Shah Ghazi incident the Sindh interior minister issued royal order to seal shrines. He posed some questions that whether this would curb terrorism? Would they also seal GHQ, bazaars, schools, colleges, universities, parliament house and tombs of Quaid-i-Azam, Allama Iqbal, Zulfiqar Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto? Surely not … this kind of statement is tantamount to strengthen terrorists. These rulers have no right to even live in Pakistan. The TNFJ chief said if someone is proud of arms then we also have Quranic weapon. Therefore holy Prophet (SAWW) said: ‘should I tell you about an armor that can protect you from enemy and enhance your rizq? It is dua (prayer)’. That is why a saying of Imam Zamin (AS) goes: ‘Adopt the arms of prophets … it is prayer.’ Agha Moosavi made clear that Allah has ordered to pray at eight places in holy Quran while at more than 66 places, different prays have been mentioned.
RAWALPINDI, October 7: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that seerat of chaste ladies of Khanwada-e-Risalat is complete pattern for women the world over, and by following this women can achieve respectable status in the society. He stated this while announcing to observe ‘Youm-e-Azmat-e-Niswaan’ (Day of Women Dignity) marking the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima binte Imam Moosa Kazim (AS) which will be celebrated on Zeeqad 1 with due religious fervor and reverence. Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Masuma-e-Qom (SA) was posted on acme of excellence, piety and knowledge; she was given the title of ‘Masuma’ by four holy personalities; she was the inheritor of cloak of Hazrat Zahra (SA) and Sani-e-Zahra (SA). He quoted a saying of Hazrat Imam Ali Reza (AS): ‘he who visits Masuma it is as if he visits me.’ she is also titled as ‘Mohaddisa’ because a large number of women from Mohalla Bani Hashim were used to attend her lectures. Her holy shrine keeps a high status in the world of hozaat even today. Agha Moosavi said today the humanity is confronted with a host of problems and the world is facing non-stop terrorism because of neglecting Quranic teachings and principles of holy guides of religion. He said at present terrorism in the whole country particularly target killings in Karachi has become a challenge for the government. strongly condemning heinous murder of Jamia Banoria Karachi hadis teacher Maulana Muhammad Amin the last day he termed it an act of enemies of religion and the motherland. He further slammed NATO forces bombardment and drone attacks in Pakistan frontier regions and termed sorry from NATO as insufficient demanding severe punishment for drone attacks responsible. He said supplying ration to NATO forces is not Pakistan duty. The TNFJ chief urged the need to ensure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act for durable peace in the country and demanded from the government to give chairmanship of all important state institutions including Islamic Ideology Council, Royat-i-Hilal Committee and Minisry of Religious Affairs to all schools of thought one by one to remove sense of deprivation in the country. Agha Moosavi appealed to all followers of religion and shariat to resolve on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Azmat-i-Niswaan’ by extending greetings to holy prophet (SAWW) organizing Mahafil-e-milad, gatherings, conferences and festivals that we will continue utilizing all our energies for human dignity, elevation of religion and shariat and protection and defense of motherland. Meanwhile, central committee f TNFJ has been formed to lay programs of Youm-e-Azmat-i-Niswaan’. Syeda Zainab Alvi, Mrs Jabir Naqvi and Mrs Aqeel Navi have been nominated as convener, deputy convener and secretary of the committee respectively.
RAWALPINDI, October 06: The programmes of Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Tuesday, Shawal 25 with a commitment not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice to continue achieving the high targets of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions were taken out throughout the country on this occasion. In Rawalpindi, a central Taboot procession was taken out from Ali Masjid Satellite Town under the auspices of Majlis Al-Muwaddat Pakistan in which Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated, offered Ziarat of Tuburkaat and took part in Matamdari. The Matmis presented condolences in Bargah-e-Risalat by performing Noha-Khwani and Matamdari. The procession later terminated at Imambargah Zainul Abideen. Earlier, Allama Nasir Abbas, addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat at Ali Masjid said that the body of the human being consists of heart and tongue, humanity is highlighted by making the heart the centre of knowledge and maarfat while making the tongue Fasih-o-Baleegh makes the gentlemanliness clear. He said the whole nation is bound to follow every line of action given by Agha Moosavi regarding the pious mission of holy personalities and Azadari. He made it clear that as they did not bear any hurdle in processions of milad of grandfather (SAWW) and azadari of grandson Hussain (AS) similiarly would do so in future. Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi said Hazrat Imam Jafar Ibne Muhammad (A.S.) is the sixth inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW) who extended valuable services in introducing the principles of Shariat-e-Muhammadi in this world. Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain Modarris said Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) is that great personality who promoted Afkaar-e-Mustafvi and Murtazvi. He said motherland Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah desired to make it an Islamic welfare State. He said every Pakistani loves his motherland and desires to seek Pakistan a strong a stable State and tries to increase its honour and dignity. Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Maulana Ijlal Haideri, Naqqash Naqvi, Syed Nazir Hussain Shjah and others also addressed the Majlis. The participants of the Majlis unanimously adopted a resolution presented by secretary general Majlis-e-Muwaddat A.R.Kiani that called on international organizations to give attention towards restoring the destructed shrines of Mashaheer of Islam the world over and take practical steps in this connection.
The resolution lamented that the shrine of Father of Science and great hero Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) is lying dilapidated for the last 84 years, therefore the Government of Pakistan should make efforts at diplomatic level for reconstruction of the same under the May 21, 1985 agreement. Another resolution said that according to Pakistan constitution it is not necessary for post of president, prime minister, chairman senate and speaker national assembly to be member of any specific school of thought that is why people from recognized schools of thought have been on these posts but it has been a practice since long that people from a specific school of thought have been posted on chairmanship of significant state institutions including ministry of religious affairs, Islamic ideology council, royat-i-hilal committee and mutahidda ulema board. This is against the constitution. The resolution demanded from the government to give chairmanship right of all above-mentioned institutions to all recognized schools of thought one by one fulfilling the demands of justice. The resolution made it clear that only those persons will be the representatives of schools of thought that will be named by the representative organizations of the said schools of thought. Khateeba Aal-e-Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressing a Majlis at Sheb-e-Abi Talib said that Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) left many pupils and both East and the West are proud of one of them i.e. Jabir Ibne Hayan. She said the pious teachings of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) are the beacon of light even today. Allama Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri at Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala; Allama Basharat Hussain Imami at Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra; Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi at Jamia Masjid Isna Ashary Dehlyala; Mufti Abbas Zahiri, Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, Shahzad Hussain Sanadi, Mohsin Raza Bilali, Ali Zeb Kazmi and others at Ali Hall addressed Majalis-e-Aza. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the offices of International Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad Committee of the TNFJ, Majalis-e-Aza were held followed by Taboot processions and Matamdari at Quetta, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Jhelum, Sialkot, Chakwal, Bhakkar, D.I. Khan, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khushab, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Khanewal, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Dadu, Matli, Shikarpur, Thatta and dozens of other cities.
RAWALPINDI, October 3: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned bombing of the NATO forces in the frontiers region of Pakistan and terming it an open act of terrorism has demanded from the government to take up this issue at the United Nations and ensure the countrys integrity and sovereignty at any cost. This was stated by him while delivering his special address to Majlis-e-Sadiq organized in connection with the International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad here on Sunday. He said no world organisation, whether big or small, allowed any one to interfere in any countrys affairs, therefore, NATO states and international organisations claiming to be the champions of human rights should take strict notice of open interference in Pakistan. Agha Moosavi said Muslim rulers themselves are responsible for biased decision viz. Babri Masjid case because had they not trampled the dignity of Shaair Allah and holy shrines of Anbia and Swaleheen then this shameful situation would not have arisen. He lamented that shrines of Ummahatul Momineen, pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) and forefathers of Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) are in dilapidated conditions in the historic graveyards of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah and the holy shrine of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is also amongst them. He said had proper care been extended to the shrines of these holy personalities then Zionists would not have trampled the dignity of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Hindus would not have the courage to raze Babri Masjid to ground, and the holy shrines of Imameen Al-Askareen (A.S.) and Imam Abu Hanifa (R.A.) would not have targeted in Iraq. He demanded from the OIC and the Arab League to take practical steps towards restoration of the dignity of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, Babri Masjid, Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah. He said destruction and desecration of Islamic signs pose a question mark for the Muslim Ummah. He said we do not keep personal friendship and enmity with anyone rather this standard is based on someone’s friendship and enmity with Islam, Quran and pious personalities. One who is their friend and follower is our friend and one who keeps enmity with them is our enemy. He demanded that the dignity of shrines of all pious personalities including Roza of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) should be restored immediately. The TNFJ chief said that Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) got a chance to preach and disseminate knowledge at a time when Banu Ummayad and Banu Abbas were entangled with each other. He set up Hoza Ilmia in Madina Munawwarah from where thousands of pupil benefited from the knowledge about Fiqh, Tafseer-e-Quran, Ilm Al-Kalam, history and chemistry. That is why Ulema quoted Ahadees in a large number from him as compared to others Imams. From amongst his pupils Jabir Bin Hayan is considered the forefather of Chemistry who prepared very useful prescriptions and wrote more than a hundred books. As per Sixes Mayor Half his impression is seen on the western chemists. The translations of Jabirs books were made in many eastern and western languages. The terminologies created by him are being used even today. Jabir has stated methods of colouring leather, making use of metals, saving iron from being rusted, and prepare waterproof cloth, etc. These things enjoy prime importance in this industrial era. These good services rendered by Jabir Bin Hayan before many centuries ago are self-explanatory proof of his exemplary art expertise. Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) remained busy in preaching education and guidance and did not care of any harassment at the hands of oppression, brutality, tyrant rulers, dictators and oppressor in fulfilling this Godly duties. He remained firm against the floods and tycoons of oppression and brutality so as to achieve promotion of Shariat-e-Muhammadi and Alvi thinking and protect the same from any changes. He utilised all his energy in doing so and defended Islam like a true leader with firmness and dauntless efforts. He always played the role of Sad-e-Sikander in saving the people from evil thinking, and ideologies. The TNFJ chief said intelligentsia belonging to recognised schools of thought have also accepted his supremacy and guidance. Thus, Dr. Hamid Hanafi writes in the preface of Kitaab Imam Al-Sadiq that I am carrying out research of Fiqh and Uloom-e-Islami for the last two decades, the pious son of Khanwada-e-Risalat Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) attracted me towards him. I have the ideological conclusion that he is amongst the creator leaders of all Uloom-e-Islami. He is from amongst those past responsible thoughtful personalities and intelligentsia, who remained the central point of attention according to all intelligentsia belonging to Shia and Sunni thoughts. Ibne Abi Al-Auja, a renowned Manazir, paying tributes to him says, if an spiritual personality exists on earth that could appear in the human shape, then he is Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.). Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa states that I have not seen more Faqih than Imam Jafar Ibne Muhammad (A.S.). One day, I had laid down 40 important questions on the desire of Mansoor Abbasi so that these all are presented in a session in the court of Mansoor and where Imam (A.S.) was presented and asked to reply these questions. When I presented questions before Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) in the court of Mansoor, he gave complete replies to all 40 questions in a manner that the people present in his court praised his capability of being the most scholarly human being and that he knows of differences, opinions and sayings more than anyone else. Imam Al-Hadees and Fiqh of Ahle Sunnat, Malik Bin Anus says that during the days when I used to visit Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), I used to see the Imam (A.S.) in one of three conditions i.e. busy in saying prayers or in fast or busy in reciting from Holy Quran. I have not seen anyone more knowledgeable and superior than Imam Jafar Bin Muhammad Al-Sadiq (A.S.) in Zhud and worship. A Christian scholar Samir Danishkadah Mubahis Sharqi Misr writes about such a great personality that a person who gets busy in scholarly and thoughtful analysis without any racial, lingual and Maktabi biases following the new scholarly principles about Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), he should have to accept that the personality of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is such a symbol that keeps complete confidence in his person, who is the founder of many innovations, and the collection of new thoughts and commandments that have shown new and modern paths to humanity. Agha Moosavi said the golden sayings of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) are the best source of guidance and knowledge. The Imam (A.S.) says that Allah spoiled six groups owing to their six habits. Rulers for oppression and brutality, Arabs for misconception, farmers for self-interest, traders for mistruct, villagers for ignorance, and fuqaha for jealousy. Another place he said the best person is the one who is laced with five qualities: be happy when does something good, seeks forgiveness when commits sin, thanks Allah when gets blessed, shows patience when in trouble, forgives when someone commits excess. Three qualities are recognised at three places: dignified person in rage, not recognising brother but when in need, not recognising brave but during the war. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said today, the Islamic World is confronted with colonial aggression. Life of people of Palestine and Kashmiris is being made difficult, there is conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan, motherland is the target of enemies the basic reason of which is lack of unity of the Islamic World and negation of justice and fair-play. In such a situation we should have to make our deeds accountable and should correct our religious, moral, educational and thoughtful condition, should give up duplicity in our words and deeds and should forget all types of biases because those who are men of Taqawah are liked most by Allah. Every Peshwa and Hadi of ours achieved the honour of Shahadat by preaching the invaluable message of Allahs commandments but did not bow down before the evil or backtracked from the righteous path. Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) also kissed Shahadat on 15 Shawal, and according to other sayings on 25 Shawal, 148 Hijra following in the footsteps of his forefathers. Presenting condolences to the followers of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and spiritual friends on the occasion of International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad being observed to mark his Shahadat, he announced his commitment to continue following the path of righteousness by following in the footsteps of his forefathers and would not bow down before the international colonial power come what may. Neither he will bargain on this issue nor would allow anyone else to do so, he added.
LAHORE, September 26: Country-wide Chehlum of martyrs of incidents of Karbala Gamay Shah, Meezan Chowk Quetta and target killings Karachi was observed with due respect and devotion on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi throughout the country.
On this occasion, majalis-i-tarahim and Quran-khwani gatherings for height of ranks of the martyrs in mosques, imambargahs and aza-khanas in all the big and small cities, towns and villages were held. Protest rallies were also organized to condemn terrorism. Main gathering of the event was held in Karbala Gamay Shah Lahore organized by Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Wila and Aza and Azmat-e-Sadaat attended by tens of thousands of people. A Declaration issued after this historic gathering Sunday stated that the patronage of banned terrorist groups by government and opposition is enmity with the country and the people while setting free the terrorists by lower courts and not giving any punishment to any terrorist provides food for thought. Chief Justice should take notice of the menace of terrorism confronted by the motherland.
The Declaration was unanimously approved by the participants by raising vociferous slogans and announced their complete faith in the dynamic leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and announced to present any sacrifice on his call for protection of countrys integrity, solidarity, rooting out terrorism, promotion of Sunni-Shia brotherhood, and achievement of national rights.
Presenting the Declaration for approval on behalf of hundreds of renowned Shia Khutaba and Zakireen, Khateeb-e-Asr Allama Nasir Abbas expressed his concern that dozens of new organisations are cropped up from these banned organisations while office-bearers of these groups have set up new parties which operating openly and are blue-eyed of the Federal as well as the Provincial governments. He said banning the names of these organisations is useless but the terrorists working for these organisations should be taken to the task while new organisations introduced by them should also be banned which are becoming the cause of incidents of terrorism, and play basic role in jala-gherao under the cover of these incidents.
The Declaration considered the Moosavi Peace Formula presented in the Supreme Court as the only solution to promote Sunni-Shia coherence, Azadari problems, and protection of integrity and dignity of the motherland. It says that it is not possible to stop terrorism without cooperation of the people because protection of Pakistan is not the job of Pakistans armed forces but that of every patriotic person. It said setting up of Mukhtar Force at every level is the need of the hour to provide protection to Eid-e-Milad and Azadari processions, Majalis-e-Aza, mosques, Imambargahs, and Dargahs.
It demanded strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and strong operation against the banned groups and demanded from the government and the opposition to express practical hatred against terrorists and they should give up making them along their side for political purposes while they should also give up supporting the supporters of terrorism from their ranks.
It also demanded to sever diplomatic ties with the States patronizing terrorist organisations and put down their hands on the lobbies that support terrorists who kill humanity, they should be given exemplary punishment for supporting terrorism. It said the government should fulfil her responsibilities of supporting the bereaved families of Shuhada and terrorists should be taken to task, Drone attacks should be stopped while illegal foreigners living in Pakistan should be sent back. It fully supported the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi rejecting any restriction on Milad-un-Nabi, Azadari and religious processions. All incidents of terrorism including that of Karbala Gamey Shah, Data Darbar, Meezan Chowk Quetta, target killing in Karachi were strongly condemned in the Declaration.
Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya read out the message of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he said that it is a matter of concern for every patriotic Pakistani that the terrorists coming down from mountains and caves, after targeting mosques, Imambargahs and Madaris, have now started targeting markets, security institutions and thoroughfares and no person or place is save from them. He said had the Moosavi Peace Formula was implemented in letter and spirit then the present situation would have come to fore. We strongly condemn terrorism and terrorist wherever these are.
Agha Moosavi in his message said that blasts in 21st Ramazan main procession at Karbala Gamey Shah and Bhati Gate in Lahore, suicide attacks in Youm Al-Quds rally at Mizan Chowk Quetta, continued incidents of target killings in Karachi, interference in frontier regions of Kurram Agency and Parachinar and continued attacks on the populations of Shalwazan in Parachinar are part of the same conspiracy. He said the rulers are giving coward statements of limiting the religious processions and gatherings that would strengthen the terrorists. He made it clear that neither our forefathers accepted any restriction on Eid-e-Milad and Azadari processions nor we or our next generations would do so. Now, Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions will be taken out with more fanfare and courage while all Sunni-Shia will thwart every conspiracy of the enemy through their exemplary unity and brotherhood. He resolved to continue his struggle for rooting out oppression and restoration of justice and fair-play following the saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.).

RAWALPINDI, September 24: ‘International Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad’ will be observed in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) from Shawal 15-25 in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. marking the occasion, Majalis-e-Aza will be held and Taboot processions will be taken out throughout the country like other global parts. Addressing the administrative session held under presidentship of convener of TNFJ committee of International Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad Allama Sadiqi, TNFJ secretary general said Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) remained busy in preaching the Mustafvi and Murtazvi thoughts in a very decent manner, and performed his religious and God given duties with utmost struggle and worked for the betterment of the humanity as a result of which he had to suffer the brunt of the oppressors of that era. He said the Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) stayed at Hoza Ilmia in Madina Munawwarah where thousands of students benefited from his teaching and amongst them more than four thousand students were those who excelled in Uloom-e-Islamic and Fiqh. His sayings were the beacon of light for all Uloom. He was declared the Moosis of the knowledge of Hadees and Riwayat, 400 principles of Ma’arif-e-Islami and Hadees are included in our books of Ahadees. His pupils included Muhammad Bin Muslim, Hisham Bin Salim, and Abu Hanifa who themselves were called experts of Uloom in their eras. In addition to the knowledge of Usool and Fiqh, he also gave pupils like Jabir Bin Hayan and Hisham Bin Hukm to this world in other areas of knowledge. Fiqh-e-Jafariya is related with him and has been the centre of attraction in the legislative world at present. Mazhar Ali Shah said that on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) by holding programs of Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad it will be reiterated to keep continue the struggle of suuport to the oppressed and hatred for oppression and barbarism. Strongly condemning the constant terrorism in the country particularly target killings in Karachi, he termed this heinous activity a pre-planned conspiracy of the enemies ofreligion and motherland. The TNFJ official further slammed sttements of some government circles in which they called this open terrorism ‘sectarian conflicts’. He said today everyone accepts this point of Agha Moosavi that terrorist is only a terrorist and attaching him with any faith or State is terrorism. He regretted silence of security forces on interference in Kurram Agency bordering areas and continued attacks of terrorists on Parachinar areas. He stressed on the government to make strict measures to stop the terrorists coming from a neighboring country to Kurram Agency and take severe action against those who made Kurram Agency a battle field. He also demanded to immediately open Tal Parachinar road and make travelling safe and secure. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to make special arrangements for Ashra-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad programs and media should give full coverage to these. Deputy convener Akhtar Raza Kiyani and secretary Asad ul Hussain Jafari also addressed the meeting.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – September 21: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemningthe incident of blind firing on innocnt civilians in Karachi at the hands of rangers has appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take immediate notice of this regrettable action and responsible elements be punished after impartial investigations and thus demands of justice be fulfilled. Addressing the first day condolence reference of the four-day mourning for Karachi target killings martyrs at headquarters of Maktab-i-Tashayyo on tuesday, Agha Moosavi said holi of blood and fire is being played in Pakistan’s financial jugular vein – Karachi – under a pre-planned hinous conspiracy. He further said efforts are being made to destabilize Pakistan by creating rift amon brothers, masalik and parties through targetting different institutions and schools of thought under different topics. Terming the martyrdoms as a result of target killings in Karachi naked aggression and open terrorism, Moosavi said interior minister’s statement that called these incidents ‘sectarianism’ is thorough stupidity. He appealed to the people to remain patient, avoid riot and violence because doing so is tantamount to strengthen enemy. The TNFJ chief stressed that Pakistan was formed to remain intact forever and it will remain intact in every condition insha-Allah. As all recognized schools of thought made this country with joint efforts similarly they will unitedly protect this country becoming an iron wall. In the end of the gathering, Agha Moosavi prayed for elevation of ranks of Karachi martyrs and patience for the bereaved families.
RAWALPINDI, 20 September: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe country-wide chehlum of martyrs of incidents of Karbala Gamay Shah Lahore and Meezan Chowk Quetta on September 26. In a statement issued from headquarters of Maktab-i-Tashayyo, Agha Moosavi expressed his great concern over the out put of government regarding these terror incidents. He said innocent civilians, jawans of Pakistan armed and security forces that became victim of terror incidents in Karbala Gamay Shah and Bhaati Gate on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Ameer ul Momineen Hazrat Ali (AS), on international Qods Day in Quetta and in Karachi, Quetta target killings, Peshawar, Parachinar, Lakimarwat and other places were sons of this soil therefore prayers will be offered for height of their status and ranks by holding Quran Khwani and Majalis-i-Tarahim on the occasion of country-wide chehlum regardless any discrimination. Further, voice of protest will be raised against terrorism on this occasion. The TNFJ chief said it is crucial to keep in sight the special report of famous US journalist Vein Medicine about constant terrorism in Pakistan. In this report, he revealed that Taliban Movement is an organization formed by the American government, and that black water is totally involved in terror activities in Pakistan, it was given green signal for committing terrorism in Pakistan by the past US government. The said report exposed that black water is doing terrorism in Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and other cities on the orders of CIA and later allegations are thrown to Taliban. It is black water that is involved in Quetta terrorism. He termed the coward statements of rulers in pretext of these terror incidents as acknowledgement of defeat in front of terrorists. Demanding immediate halt in Drone attacks continued in frontier areas and fights in Kurram Agency, Agha Moosavi urged the government to fulfill her responsibilities for protection of life and wealth of people. Meanwhile, TNFJ central committee to lay programs of Country-Wide Chehlum of Martyrs of Terrorism on September 26 Sunday has been formed. Allama Syed Hussain Moqaddesi has been nominated its convener while Dr Hasan Rizvi and Ali Furqan Jafri deputy convener and secretary of the committee.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan September 18: Massive protests were held across Pakistan like other countries with religious respect and reverence on the Universal Day of Demolition of Baqee on Saturday Shawal 8 September 18 on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi against destruction of holy shrines of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.), Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla on 8th Shawal, 1924 at the hands of the then Saudi rulers.
On this occasion Majalis-e-Aza were held and peaceful protest Matmi processions were taken out in all big cities and towns against the destruction of holy shrines. In Rawalpindi, the central Matmi protest demonstration was taken out from Imambargah Nasir ul-Aza, Chowk Waris Khan attended by thousands of mourning protestors. The protest rally among others was led by Ulema Karam belonging to different schools of thought, office-bearers of TNFJ and other subordinate bodies, provincial, regional and district elite, leaders and Matmi Salars of religious organizations. The minor workers of Mukhtar Generation and jawans of Ibrahim Scouts were carrying Shabih of Jannatul Baqee, and banners and placards inscribed with different slogans demanding the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee. Throughout the procession, noha-khwani and matamdaari continued. The participants of the procession touching through the Murree Road performing Matamdaari and Noha-Khwani marched towards Committee Chowk where it took the shape of a grand rally. At this point Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, TNFJ addressing the rally lamented that the shrines of those holy personalities who enlightened Shariat were lying dismantled but our rulers, politicians and media were playing the role of silent spectators. He said the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has thrown a challenge that dream of annexation of Al-Qods Ash-Sharif, independence of occupied Muslim States and solution of all problems being faced by Muslim countries today could not come true unless the dignity of the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla are restored. Chairman MFP Ch. Abu Baidar Ali also addressed the rally.
On this occasion, the participants passed different resolutions presented by S. Abbas Kazmi. A resolution urged the Muslim rulers to break their criminal silence on Jannatul Baqee demolition. the resolution also demanded from the UN and UNESCO to give attention towards Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla and get their glory restored because UN charter says that this representative organization of the world nations will not only protect the joint inheritance , relics and signs of humanity across the world rather will stop those who damage or demolish such signs. Another resolution demanded from the government of Pakistan to exert pressure on Saudi government under May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for reconstruction of Jannatul Baqere and Jannatul Moalla. Also make aware the Saudi embassador calling him to foreign office about universal protest and concern against demolition of holy shrines. The resolution further demanded that Makkah and Medinah be declared open cities”. Another resolution expressed hearty concern that today atheist world has bent upon insulting the signs of Allah; defamation to holy prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny) was committed under a planned international disgusting conspiracy and now it has reached to this extent that Florida-based Dove World Outreach Center church pastor Terry Jones had announced to burn the copies of Quran. Although Jones could not act upon his heinous purpose but there arises a question whether his anti-Islam and -Quran filthy motives or thinking have been changed?
Another resolution while strongly condemning the continued incidents of terrorism in Karbala Gamay Shah, Meezan Chowk Quetta, Lacki Marwat and target killings in Quetta and Karachi as well as the cruel murder of MQM leader Dr Imran Farooq in London severely denounced the coward statements of interior minister to stop or limit religious processions under pretext of terrorism. The resolution termed the announcement of Quaid-i-MIllat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi not to accept any hinderance or restriction in this regard as the ‘voice of the whole nation’. Another resolution strongly condemned the media groups (News papers & TV channels) of Pakistan including Jang, Geo, Dawn, ARY, Express for not giving coverage to baqee rallies. The participants expressed solidarity with the whole oppressed world particularly people of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and reiterated their resolve to keep continue their practical struggle for support to right, hatred to oppression, achievement of rights of the nation and integrity and solidarity of motherland. Later, the rally terminated at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain after passing through its traditional route where special prayers marked the conclusion of the rally. Mukhtar Force volunteers escorted the rally throughout while District Administration had made fool-proof arrangements en route the rally. Police officers and jawans remained with the rally throughout.
In Federal Capital Islamabad, the protest procession was taken out by TNFJ District Islamabad Universal Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee Committee from Darbar Aalia Hazrat Sakhi Mahmood Badshah near Aabpara. The rally was led by Ulema Karaam and religious elite belonging to different schools of thought. TNFJ District Council Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, addressing the rally said that restoration of the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla is the issue of not only the Muslim Ummah but that of the whole humanity.
Allama Sh. Ijaz Hussain Modarris, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi, and Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi also addressed the rally. While the district secretary for Jannatul Baqee committee Syed Nusrat Naqvi paid thanks to the particpants and the administration.
Later the rally terminated at Darbar Sakhi Mahmood Badshah where special prayers were offered to mark the conclusion of the rally. In Peshawar, a matmi protest procession was taken out under arrangements of district committee of Universal Day of Demolition of Al-Baqee from imambargah Master Ghulam Haider Chowk Chah Shahbaz. Passing through Chowk Shaheedan the protest rally reached Qissa Khawani bazar. Holding pictures of Agha Moosavi, and banners and placards inscribed with different solgans demanding the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee the protestors were doing protest and matam. Later the rally terminated returning back to the imambargah.
In Lahore, a protest rally was staged by TNFJ city Unit in front of Press Club. TNFJ district Lahore leaders led the rally. In Karachi, TNFJ divisional council organized a protest rally in front of Karachi Press Club demanding restoration of dignity of Jannatul Baqee. In Chakwal, a peacful demonstration was held by TNFJ district Chakwal at Bhon Chowk led by district leaders. Earlier the rally was taken out from imambargah Gulistan-e-Zahra peer Bokari.
In Fateh Jang, TNFJ workers peacefully protest in front of Press Club against the demolition of Jannatul Baqee. On this occasion, thorough-fare remained closed for traffic. In Larkana, UNiversal Day of Demolition of Jannatul Baqee protest procession was brought out from Imambargah Qamar bani Hashim organized by TNFJ district committee. The procession concluded in front of JInah Chowk Press Club after passing through its traditional routes. Special message of Agha Moosavi marking the sad occasion was distributed to the participants. In Faisalabad, a protest rally was taken out from outside Katcheri that ended in front of Press Club.
In Quetta, despite severe pressure from the administration not to take out protest rally, a matmi protest rally was taken out from imambargah Wali Ul Asr Hazara Town led by ulema and provincial and district leaders of TNFJ. Chanting slogans and performing seena zani, the protestors demanded reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee. In Deena, little workers of Mukhtar Generation staged a protest rally against demolition of Jannatul Baqee. On this occasion, GT Road remained closed for traffic.
In Sialkot, a protest matmi rally was taken out from imambargah Qasr e Sakina Ratian Syedan that took the shape of a big gathering after reaching SAblime Chowk. The protestors strongly demanded reconstruction of the demolished holy shrines of Jannatul Baqee.
Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the offices of Universal Day of Demolition of Jannatul Baqee Committee, the protest rallies were also organized and Majalis-e-Aza were held in Muzaffarabad, Haiderabad, SAkkhar, Gilgit, Bagh, Gujrat, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Multan, Kher Pur Meeras, Shahdad Pur, Mirpur Khas, Kakol, Noshehra, Lala Musa, Kohat and D.I.Khan.
Reverence and respect to Sha’a’ir Allah, or the signs of Allah, is obligatory on entire humanity in accordance with the holy Quran and sayings of Prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny). But it is very concerning that today atheist world has bent upon insulting the signs of Allah; defamation to holy prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny) was committed under a planned international disgusting conspiracy; honor of the Islamic world has been challenged publishing defamatory sketches and caricatures the day in and the day out; ever new blames were thrown to the universal religion like Islam; efforts are made to prove Islam religion of punishments, fundamental and terrorist-creating religion and on the basis of these allegations defamation to the selected persons of Allah, Ahl Bait-i-Atahaar and sacred Sahaba kibaar is being done and now it has reached to this extent that Florida-based Dove World Outreach Center church pastor Terry Jones had announced to burn the copies of Quran. What are the factors of all this arrogance? If we broadly think upon it that despite having 1.25 billion manpower, possessing a lot of world’s natural resources and owning the most important trade routes why the signs of Muslims have openly been joked, it will not be difficult for us to find out answer.
Some 85 years back, Jannatul Moalla and Jannatul Baqee, or the cemeteries of Moalla and Baqee, in the holy cities of Makkah and Medinah respectively which house the holy graves of the forefathers of the prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny) and his companions (may Allah be pleased with them), Ummahatul Mominin (may Allah be pleased with them) or the wives of Prophet, Khatoon-e-Jannat or the Mistress of Heaven the part of Prophet his daughter Hazrat Fatimah tuz Zahra (peace be on her) and his Ahle Bait-i-Atahaar or the holy progeny (peace be on them) were razed to ground. Islamic Sha’a’ir or the signs of Makkah and Medinah – the fountainhead of guidance – could not remain safe even from the hands of Muslims!! Renowned poet Shorish Kashmiri says: Shorish khara hon turbat e bint e Rasool per They did not stop over it rather the remaining relics and signs have also been erased in pretext of expansion of Masjid-e-Nabawi or the Prophet mosque. This is extremely shameful for the Islamic world and provides food for thought, because unless we ourselves will not honor Islamic Sha’a’ir we cannot demand this from others. If Muslims had not demolished the holy shrines of favor-doers to Islam, holy Prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny)’s relatives and companions, no one dared to torch Al-Aqsa mosque, planned to erect Solomon Temple after leveling to ground Qibla-e-Awwal, Hindu did not dare to demolish Babri Mosque, burn down Charrar Sharif and disgrace hazrat Bal, no one pulled down the holy shrine of Al-Imamayn Al-Askariyain (peace be on them), and had courage to blast on Data darbar. If we desire annexation of Al-Qods, liberation of Kashmir and solution of all other problems being faced by Muslim countries then the one and the only method is immediate restoration of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla. Therein lays the secret of success and well being of all. Allah ki gherat se tamaskhar naheen jaez We strongly condemn continued oppression and massacre in Palestine and Kashmir demanding the Islamic world that as Al-Qods and Kashmir are not only the issues of Palestinians and Kashmiris rather the whole Islamic world therefore if Muslim States desire their survival and protection of their honor and dignity then raise these issues on international level, and the UN get its resolutions for their solution implemented otherwise the enemy will confront the Islamic world with further dangers for completion of its heinous objectives. We demand the UN and UNESCO to take steps in accordance with its charter for restoration of the heritage of whole humanity i.e. Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla; all organizations of Islamic countries OIC, Arab League, and Gulf Cooperation Council fulfil their duties to save Sha’a’ir Allah. we also demand from the government of Pakistan to exert pressure on diplomatic level on the brethren Islamic State Saudi Arabia for restoration of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla under May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Accord, because this issue does not belong to any State rather the whole Islamic world and the humanity. We have no personal friendship and enmity to anyone rather our criterion is Islam, heroes of Islam and Shaa’ir Allah. Whoever respects them, he is our friend and whoever disgrace these, he is not only our rather the enemy of Allah and his prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny). Our struggle is not against any sect or State but against oppression and injustice. therefore I appeal to the entire Islamic world to give proof of their devotion to Islam and heroes of Islam and make arrangements for their eternal deliverance participating the mourning protest rallies on the painful occasion of ‘universal day of demolition of Jannatul Baqee’. I also want to make clear on this occasion that whereas the processions being brought out in memory of Prophet, his progeny and companions are show of dignity, glory and splendor of Islam there they are the most effective protest against oppression; This protest will remain in continuation till the end of barbarism, and elevation of the flag of justice, and no power on earth has power to limit or stop it. niklain ge to phir subh e chaman sath chale gi wassalam
RAWALPINDI, September 14: Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Convener of the Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presided over an important meeting of the Committee to review the arrangements for Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee being observed on 8th Shawal on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that respect and honour of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is binding on the whole humanity because respect of Shaair Allah has been declared a part of Taqwa and Zuhd-o-Taqwa is the height of Bandagi, subservience and worship to Allah. He said the great personalities of Islam buried in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla are respectable and honourable for all schools of thought, therefore, restoration of dignity of these holy shrines again, is the duty in faith of all Ahle Islam. He said 8th Shawal is the day of mourning and every Muslim expresses his devotion and love with Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) by participating in it. He resolved that no sacrifice would be spared for the protection of Shaair Allah. He said keeping the memorials of Mashaheer-e-Islam intact and giving them honour and respect is obligatory for solution of problems. He demanded from the Muslim States to take practical steps towards this direction. A resolution adopted on this occasion paid tributes to Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for observing Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee with devotion and respect for the last quarter a century and reiterated their resolve that no sacrifice would be spared on his call for his mission of Wila and Aza. The resolution strongly demanded from the government to take effective steps to improve the law and order situation throughout the country on the occasion of Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee being observed on 8th Shawal while media should give extensive coverage to its programmes. Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan in his address on the occasion said pursa of Hazrat Fatima Zشhra (S.A.), her offspring, Ummahatul Momineen, and pious Sahaba Kubaar will be presented to the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) during the programmes of Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee. He said seerat and character of these personalities will also be highlighted during these programmes while commitment will be announced to continue struggle for restoration of these holy shrines. Conveners within and without the country were also appointed during the meeting.
