RAWALPINDI, Pakistan April 06: Different resolutions about important international and national matters were passed in the second session of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistans high-level meeting. A resolution presented by the TNFJ Central Secretary Azadari Ala Haider made clear that Arbaeen-e-Husseini (20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar) is honorable and revered like Ashoura-e-Muharram. On the same bases, homage is paid by observing this occasion with devotion and fervor throughout Pakistan like other global parts in the court of Seal of Prophets (SAW) to the grandson of Rasool-us-Saqalain Shehzada-e-Konain Hazrat Imam Hussein (A.S.), his pure progeny and companions who bestowed acme to humanity sacrificing their lives in the burning hot desert of Karbala for loftiness of Religion and Shariah, and protection and defense of human dignity. Marking the occasion, Majalis and mourning procession are organized on the Chehlum of Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.) like Ashoura-e-Muharram. The resolution said that at present law and order is the biggest problem being faced by the country. The government banned terrorist outfits and issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance that has now become an Act. Not only we but every humanity-friend labeled this decision as very right and sound step, but some unseen, anti-religion and motherland powers, from the day one, have been engaged in sabotaging the Anti-Terrorism Act, and these powers have been given a free hand to work with new names. They caused incidents of terrorism to happen one after the other, and dozens of innocent people kissed martyrdom in Quetta incident, hundreds were wounded who are at this time under treatment and in miserable condition rather some are totally deprived of facility of treatment. The government set up inquiry commission on TNFJ demand but yet none of its progress has come to the scene despite assurance of Interior Minister in the Senate that Commission report will soon be made public. Had the powers that be kept in view the incidents of past, the worst incident of Ashoura would not have occurred, which was a result of their negligence. Later, the government of Balochistan has started paying compensation to owners of shops that were destroyed after the incident, but no aid was declared for the bereaved families of Martyrs and the wounded. Chief Minister Jam Yousaf distributed cheques of Rupees seven Lac to seven businessmen in a special ceremony, and also funds of amount one hundred and fifty million rupees have been released for immediate restoration of business of affected persons, the resolution said adding that on one hand distribution of money has started while on the other dozens of injured are still in hospitals without any helper. Regretting the imposing of three-month-long ban by the government of Balochistan province on religious procession in Balochistan in the pretext of political processions, the resolution condemned the act and termed it tantamount to snatching religious and basic rights. The government would have to provide complete protection to Majalis and mourning processions instead of imposing ban on them, it would have to take solid steps to eradicate terrorism, but it created fear and unrest across the country by declaring the ban. This ban could not be called good in any condition, as it is equal to stop Maktab-e-Tashayyo from worship as well as open interference in their beliefs and ideologies which is not sound constitutionally, legally and morally. By such wrong steps, not only credit of the government received harm rather it has been cleared that it is failed and insincere in maintaining peace. The resolution questioned that have attacks and terrorism in the country been committed only against processions? Were schools, mosques, imambargahs, government offices, stations, airports, bas stops and other government and public places and facilities not attacked? Have all these been locked? If this is not so then why religious processions have been banned??? We want to make clear that Milad processions of grandfather (Muhammad [SAW]) and Mourning processions of grandson (Hussein [A.S.]) have been taken out for centuries; we would not get back from our truth-based-stance in this regard. This is entirely injustice against Maktab-e-Tashayyo, the resolution stressed, demanding from the government to lift the ban immediately and under 21 May 1985 agreement, get religious procession to be taken out with safety as well as issue directives to all-level administration to take right measures of arrangements in the processions of Chehlum of Martyrs of Karbala besides high display for their protection and defense. In this connection, Code of Azadari issued by the Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi may be helping and cooperative. By the resolution, the high-level emergent meeting strongly demanded from the government to provide full protection to all mourning procession to be taken out across the country on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala on 20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar, and effective arrangements in Azadari programs be made. The resolution stressed that worships include in fundamental rights and every law contradicting to fundamental rights will be considered void. The Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah belonged to Maktab-e-Tashayyo (Shiite School of Thought) and Shiite people presented sacrifices on equal bases in the formation of Pakistan, but since 57 years about every ruler tried to push Maktab-e-Tashayyo back though Pakistan is not a State of any particular group rather it came into being courtesy to joint efforts of all schools of thought, therefore, the government is responsible to care for rights of all on equal level. The participants of the meeting strongly demanded through the resolution ideological representation to Shiite School of Thought in all State departments on equal bases. If this would not be done then there is no difference between Pakistan and those countries where basic rights are being snatched, it added. Another resolution urged the government to solve problems of Ahl-e-Tashayyo immediately under 21 May 1985 accord. By another resolution, the high-level meeting severely condemned the terming of Hindu and Muslims as compatriots and inclusion of stuff contrary to Islamic teachings in the syllabus despite assurance from Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Jamali for restoring omitted Quranic verses and non-inclusion of any such matter in the syllabus that is contrary to Islamic teachings and Pakistan Ideology. It tagged the act as contrary to Pakistan Ideology and Spirit of Islam. Condemning the assassination of Hamas founder Sheikh AhmedYassin, killing threats to Yasser Arafat and bloodshed in Iraq, another resolution urged the United Nations to make sure protection of Maraje Uzzam, Moqtada As-Sadr, all religious scholars of Hawzaat Ilmiyah and holy sites besides getting massacre in Iraq stopped as well as play role for maintaining peace in Iraq and Afghanistan and get coalition forces withdrawn from these countries forthwith. The resolution also demanded from the UN to end its dual standard which is playing role of a silent spectator on atrocities being committed against Islamic world and oppressed nations. Another resolution condemned desecration of Muslim graves in Britain, veil ban in Germany and torching of mosques in some other countries. The TNFJ high-level meeting decided to observe Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali Reza (A.S.) on Safar 17, and Demise Anniversary of Holy Prophet (SAW) and Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) from Safar 27-29 as Ayyam-e-Aza. Also the observation of Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) on Rabiul Awwal 8 as Youm-e-Tajdid-e-Ehad was decided.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan April 05: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Chief rejecting the ban by the Balochistan government on religious processions of Miladun Nabi (SAW) and Azadari has declared that hindrance in these religious processions is tantamount to treachery with religion and motherland. He made his remarks while delivering presidential address at the Tehreeks high-level emergency meeting here on Monday.
He appealed to the Maktab-e-Tashayyo and Ahl-e-Sunnat (Shia and Sunni communities) to make arrangements of these religious processions with reverence and fervor, keep an eye on enemies of religion and motherland, and give priority to Azadari and Miladun Nabi (SAW) over all matters. Agha Moosavi questioned whether terrorism is committed only in religious processions? Terrorism is being carried out in jails and fields, attacks on Sialkot jail and also on President of Pakistan himself stand witness. Have all jails been brought to an end? And have Prime Minister and President cancelled all their tours? He said this ban is a naughtiness aimed at causing harm to Maktab-e-Tashayyo and Maktab-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, in which no one would be allowed to succeed and nobody can stop these processions, he warned. Aaqa-e-Moosavi said we always keep in view elevation of religion and stability, survival and solidarity of beloved motherland, but our nobility must not be taken as our weakness. World knows that we took control of secretariat for our rights as well as carry out eight-month-long agitation against dictator General Zia, he asserted adding that we, this time also, would like to make clear that we will not accept anyones supremacy. We are admitted school of thought, we can sacrifice our lives but neither we got back from the right path in past nor will get back in future. We desire to make Pakistan Amnistan (a hub of peace), but those elements, which opposed the establishment of Pakistan, are yet acting upon their heinous agenda. The TNFJ chief said Maktab-e-Tashayyo laid equal sacrifices in the formation of Pakistan but, save just a few governments, every ruler ignored Maktab-e-Tashayyo and tried to snatch its rights. He inquired, is being a non-Shia condition to become head of Royat-e-Hilal, or moon sighting Committee, Islamic Ideology Council and Ministry of Religious Affairs? Is it written in the constitution that a Shia cannot take charge of these above-mentioned posts? It is very regretting that in Pakistans 57-year history neither any shia was given the post of chairman of these committees, nor any shia was made Minister for Religious Affairs. He said Pakistan is not a State of any particular sect or group rather a joint inheritance of all Schools of Thought, ergo the government is responsible constitutionally and nationally to care for all Schools of Thought on equal bases. He urged the need of giving the right of ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all fields of life including judiciary, ministries and media. Moosavi said this point is a crystal clear proof of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariyas patriotism and love for religion that it declared observation of mourning for all martyrs after Ayyam-e-Aza besides foiling the conspiracies of those elements that are desirous of politics on corpses. Had the government, too, followed the policy and Code of Azadari of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, motherland would not have to confront disruption and lawlessness in this manner. He called the declaration by Premier Jamali to exclude anti-Islam and Pakistan stuff from the syllabus and re-inclusion of Quranic Verses therein as pleasing. He demanded from the Prime Minister to set up an inquiry commission forthwith to unveil those elements, which tried to include such stuff in the syllabus, which clashed religion and the motherland. Agha Moosavi said sanctity of Chehlum Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.) is similar to that of Ashoura, and Ziyarat of Arbaeen is one of emblems of Momineen, therefore, he demanded from the government, to make special arrangements throughout the country on the occasion of Chehlum Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.) so that people may perform worship with respect and veneration, correct law and order and remove panic found in the people, make report of Quetta Tragedy Inquiry Commission public, set up Azadari Cells on federal and provincial level for solution of problems being faced by Azadaran, provide protection to the processions of Demise Anniversary of Holy Prophet (SAW), Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) on Safar 28, and concluding Chup Tazia. He appealed also to the people to recognize their friends and foes, remain vigilant and warned in order to thwart conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland. The meeting was attended by the Tehreeks provincial representatives from across the country, heads and secretaries of all departments and subordinate bodies.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan April 04: Programs of countrywide Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan, or the Days of Martyr of Prison, marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.) as announced by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi concluded on Sunday Safar-ul-Muzaffar 13. On this occasion, Majalis-e-Aza organized by different religious and matmi organizations were held at Mosques, Imambargahs and Azakhanas across the country including Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and taboot of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) were taken out. Addressing a concluding majlis-e-aza of Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan organized by Haet Tulba-e-Islamia at Jamiatul Momineen, Zakir Tabassum Kazmi said Shaheeda-e-Zindaan by confronting the oppression of Yazidi oppressors with patience and firmness proved to the world that every member of Aal-e-Muhammad (SAW) can shatter palaces of Yazidiyat. He described martyrdom of Aseera-e-Sham Hazrat Sakina (S.A.). Zakir Rawayat Hussein Rawi and Assad Abbas Naqvi also addressed. Later, matamdari was performed. A resolution adopted on the occasion termed unjust ban by Balochistan government on religious and political processions in pretext of rooting out terrorism violation of the constitution and tantamount to snatching human and fundamental rights. The resolution urged the government to provide complete protection to the processions of Arbaeen-e-Husseini, which have been taken out for centuries. The resolution made clear that Mawaliyaan-e-Haider-e-Karrar of Pakistan will fully follow the Code of Azadari issued by the TNFJ chief Agha Moosavi and no hurdle in this regard would be bearable. At Qasr-e-Abu Talib (A.S.), Syed Naseer Sabzawari while addressing the concluding session of Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan majlis paid tributes to Agha Moosavi for announcing to observe the days of holy personalities in due manner. He slated Mutahidda Majlis-e-Amal saying that MMA is an ally to Balochistan government and ban on religious processions was imposed with its conspiracy, and that nation knows under which deal this was done. He said MMA must know that Sunni and Shia do not accept any banned leadership a spokesman of their schools of thought and protector of their rights. He very clearly declared that processions of Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) and Azadari are practical display of Islams magnificence and no power of the world could ever stop them. Majalis were also held at Jamiatul Murtaza (A.S.), Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Magistrate Colony addressed by Allama Abbas Qummi, Allama Basharat Hussein Imami, Zakir Notak, Zakir Ata Rangar and other speakers. According to reports reaching TNFJ headquarters, Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan programs were held in Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, Lahore, Jehlum, Multan, Faisalabad, D.I. Khan, D. G. Khan, Peshawar, Quetta, Skardu and Muzaffarabad.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan April 03: Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari, Additional Secretary Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan while strongly condemning the ban on religious and political gatherings and processions in Quetta has forcefully demanded from President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister to take immediate serious notice of this undue ban on religious gatherings and processions and launch an inquiry that on whom instance and under which deal this step has been taken. Addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ, MFP and MSO as well as Shiite elites of Islamabad, Bukhari made clear that Azadari is our JUGULAR VEIN and none of honored nations can ever bear any harm to its Jugular Vein. He said Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had openly declared in the Code of Azadari issued prior to Muharram through a news conference that no hindrance would be bearable in the way of Azadari, and that Martyrdom is our inheritance which we always deem a felicity, ergo neither we be thrown into fear of death neither be pushed back from path of truth and achievement of rights. Bukhari said we in the past had informed to all from the President to Premier, Governors and Chief Ministers, and also on March 29 we have intimated these above-mentioned personalities vis-à-vis concern of Maktab-e-Tashayyo on imposing ban by Balochistan government on religious gatherings and processions in the pretext of political processions, and we reject these unjust curbs. He said those elements who supported this curb include also Mutahidda Majlis-e-Amals Mr. Qazi Hussein Ahmed who is ally of the Balochistan government and working as the governments B team. Shujaat Bukhari termed a statement of Federal Information Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed right in which he said that Mr. Qazi Hussein Ahmed is standing by the side of terrorists. Bukhari said that not only this but Mr. Qazi is providing complete patronage to banned outfits who even disregarded the sanctity of Ayyam-e-Aza rather by distributing sweats and extending congratulations on release of his banned allies is trampling the dignity of Ayyam-e-Aza. He said Mr. Qazi is bent upon putting Maktab-e-Tasyyo and Maktab-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Barelvi with wall internally, and we strongly condemning it warn him to cease from interfering in our religious matters. The TNFJ Additional Secretary questioned that how those who opposed the formation of Pakistan become today inheritors of Pakistan?? He stressed that inclusion of fundamental rights in any countrys constitution guarantees freedom of people and none of the constitutions has right to be called democratic without these. That is why it has been made clear in 1973 constitution of Pakistan that any law that contradicts fundamental rights would be deemed void and no such law would be made in the State, which lessens basic rights or deprives people from their rights. Under the constitution, everyone enjoys right of living, freedom, religion, following his religion, holding gatherings and taking out processions. Therefore, he said, no such law should be made on federal and provincial level which takes away personal freedom because motherland is caught by a host of problems and by such decisions further problems may take birth, responsibility of which would be on the shoulders of Balochistan government which also includes Mutahidda Majlis-e-Amal.
RAWALPINDI April 02: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said chaste ladies of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) i.e. Hazrat Khadija & Fatimah (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainab & Sakina (S.A.) introduced world of humanity with the real meaning of chastity and honor, and their pure seerat is a complete example for the most bright future of woman class. He made his remarks while delivering special address to the third majlis of countrywide Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan that are being observed marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.). Agha Moosavi said only Islam from among world religions possesses status of being divine, heavenly and universal religion which regardless of color, creed and race provides protection to all human beings rights rather suggests solution to their insoluble problems, and is that Din-e-Mubin which considers woman a human being like man rather terms her man-maker. It gives her full right to achieve rights and get benefit of individual and collective rights, but colonial powers and their agents Hindus and Zionists deem woman a means of time passing as well as consider her nudity, exposure and unveiling development of civilization. Westernized woman raised slogan of unlimited freedom and in this erring-ness international Taghoot used her as an advertisement considering her a commodity. But Islam bestowed her acme and excellence besides highlighting her honor and dignity. He said where there this responsibility lays on men there women are also duty bound to follow Amer bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker. The TNFJ chief said at present whole world in general and oppressed and Muslim nations in particular are being confronted with oppression and barbarism of colonial powers, Afghanistan and Iraq are being destroyed in the name of rooting out terrorism and honors of oppressed Muslims are being trampled in Kashmir and Palestine. We, in order to get rid of all these problems and troubles, should have to mould ourselves completely in line with Din-o-Shariah and perform the duty of Awamir-o-Nawahi because a saying of holy Prophet (SAW) goes that people (men and women) of my ummah will continue to lead a life of welfare and happiness until they keep on performing Amer bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker and cooperate one another in good, and whenever they would do negligence in this regard, blessing would go away from them and they would not find any helper between earth and the heaven. He stressed that Islamic world at present is caught by psychological pressure and is a target of colonial powers. The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi reiterated his resolve on the occasion of Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.) that interests of Islam, Pakistan and oppressed people would be given preference over everything and holy struggle would be kept continue with full honesty for this purpose.
RAWALPINDI April 01: Chain of Majalis-e-aza and matmi processions in connection with the countrywide Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan, or the Days of Martyr of Prison, marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.) continued on Thursday. Ulama-e-Karam, Waizeen and Zakireen described masaib of Hazrat Sakina bintul Hussein (A.S.) in different imambargahs and azakhanas. Taboot of Hazrat Sakina (A.S.) were taken out in ladies majalis. Ayatullah Syed Mazhar Ali Shirazi from Hawza Ilmiya Qom al-Moqaddesa addressed a grand majlis-e-aza at the residence of Raja Iltaf Hussein attended by thousands of mourners. Syed Nazakat Hussein Naqwi arranged. Ayatullah Shirazi said the first condition for recognition of Tauheed and Risalat is Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.) upon which bases the acceptance of all worships, therefore, admission of Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is condition of being a Muslim. International Masaib-khwan Mosawwir-e-gham Allama Agha Ali Hussein Najafi said Wilaya-e-Ali (A.S.), Aza-e-Hussein (A.S.) and dignity of Sadaat are foundations of Islamic faith. He said all schools of thought admit dignity of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) likewise all respect Sadaat equally.
Allama Najafi while strongly condemning the publication of an article against dignity of Sadaat in 26 March edition of new-born newspaper daily Jinnah Islamabad announced to boycott the paper and demanded from the government to take action against the daily under Anti-Terrorism Act. He demanded from the owners of Jinnah to apologize in main headline on front page over the publication of such offensive article. The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing the majlis made clear that Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam, and Islam is commensurate not with oppression and violence but patience and forbearance that is why the real chief and leaders of Islam never adopted terrorism and provocation. He said politics in obeys shariah and we acknowledge religious politics that is why neither we bargain on faith and principles nor we join alliances that contradict ideologies. He hailed the leadership of Aaqa-e-Moosavi saying that he terming Wila and Aza his objectives always gives nation a discerning policy for their dissemination and protection. The participants resolved to fully support any policy given by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Aaqa-e-Moosavi for mission of Wila & Aza and achievement of rights of the millat, and that none would be let to bargain on Millats beliefs and rights. Paying rich homage to four-year-old beloved daughter of Imam Hussein (A.S.) Hazrat Sakina (A.S.), Zaidi said her character gave a lesson to the women world that laying sacrifice for revival of Din-o-Shariah and survival of humanity is distinguished point of every younger and elder, man and woman of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and the same guarantees deliverance of humanity. Poet of Aal-e-Abaa Syed Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi, Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussein, Zakir Noorul Hassan Noori, Zakir Gulzar Hussein Gondal and Molana Qassem Reza Alvi also addressed the majlis. Later, Alam Hazrat Abbas Alamdar (A.S.) was brought out. Renowned poet and noha-khwan from Dera Ghazi Khan Zawwar Hussein Gohar and markazi matmi dasta Rawalpindi performed Noha-khwani and matamdari. Addressing a majlis-e-aza to mark Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan at Jamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad, Convener central Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan committee of TNFJ Syeda Bint-e-Moosa termed the resolve, determination and courage of women of Karbala beacon of light for women of every period to confront the conspiracies of enemies of Islam. Zakira Farhat Fatimah and Quratul Ain also addressed. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the government strict implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act because banned outfits are not only active with new names but also media particularly print media gives them full coverage which is tantamount to sabotage the ATA. The resolution urged the government to take strict notice of diplomats of countries, which proved aid to outlawed groups and hold meetings with them. Another resolution condemned daily Ummat Karachi and daily Jinnah Islamabad for publishing offensive articles demanding strict action against them from the government. The resolution regretted holding of collective marriages and dancing programs during Ayyam-e-Aza that are attributed to the commemoration of Martyrs of Karbala, as well as their media coverage.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan March 31: chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Muslim Ummah should have to adopt combined and firm policy getting free of expediencies in order to get rid of colonial grip. He was addressing on Wednesday first majlis organized by Haat Tulba-e-Islamia in connection with Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.). Agha Moosavi said today once again the whole world is being confronted with Yazidi imperialist, Iraq and Afghanistan are being destructed, process of trampling Palestine and Kashmir is in continuation, and all this is the doing of International terrorist and its agents. United Nations is name of its B team, he added. He said peace in the entire world particularly in Middle East and South Asia is shattered, ever-new agendas are being brought in the name of establishing peace, and stress on dialogue for Pak-Indo relations is in fact a fraud. In such a circumstances, announcement by President Pervez Musharraf for not holding talks without Kashmir is sound because Banya never bargains for loss, and always adopts policy of Raam Raam from mouth (salutation) and knife in armpit rather klachenkov in armpit now. He takes our nobility and politeness as weakness and is uttering on every forum repetition of Kashmir is Indias Atoot Ang (integral part). The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Husseiniyat is name of religion and shariah while Yazidiyat is commensurate with oppression and barbarism. He said man and woman, child and youth all are equal, being a human being, in accomplishing duties, and piety and abstinence are great emblem of their honor and dignity. He said morality and character have been supreme cause in causes of love and hatred. Moosavi asserted that holy Prophet (SAW) termed his daughter Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (S.A.) his part in whose respect he was used to stand up. Hazrat Fatimah (S.A.) brought Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) up who was called adornment for father. He said seed is fruit of heart for parents, and Hussein (A.S.) kept Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) dearest among all his seed, this is the reason that Hussein (A.S.)s bosom remained resting place for Sakina (S.A.) till the time of martyrdom. He said as Zainab (S.A.) is Sharikatul Hussein (A.S.), similarly Sakina (S.A.) is Sharikah-e-Ali Asghar (A.S.). If Hussein (A.S.) saved religion and shariah, the chaste ladies of holy family including Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) even being chained highlighted the message of Husseinyat in the bazaars of Kufa and Syria and courts of Yazid and Ibn-e-Zyad thus unveiled Yazidiyat that was hidden in Bani Umayyads disguise of Islam. Meanwhile, azadari program to mark the beginning of 5-day Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan were held throughout the country besides twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Taboot of Hazrat Sakina bintul Hussein (S.A.) were taken out in ladies majalis. Addressing the Majalis at Imambargah Zainul Abidein (A.S.), Jamiatul Murtaza (A.S.), Baitul Ahzan, Bargah-e-Zainabia, Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina (S.A.) and Imambargah Qasr-e-Rubab (S.A.), different speakers highlighted the seerat and character of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) and termed her bold addresses bright chapter of history of Husseiniyat. Convener central Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindaan committee of TNFJ Syeda Bint-e-Moosa and Syeda Labwa Haider also addressed. Majalis were also held under the arrangements of Kanizan Imamul Asr Wazzaman and Mukhtar Students Organization girls wing.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan March 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has announced to observe Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindan (Days of Martyr of Prison) from Safarul Muzaffar 9-13 throughout the country marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina Bintul Hussein (S.A.). In a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters, he said Allah has created human being honorable, and of all human beings the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) has been termed the most supreme which every member – man and woman, young and old, younger and elder, sons and daughters – was given acme and excellence in honor and supremacy. Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Sakina (S.A.)s four-year shortest life period was full of sufferings and troubles. Her girya-o-zaari (cries and lamentation) shattered the courts of Yazid and Ibn-e-Zyad. The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) by kissing martyrdom bearing the sufferings and hardships of imprisonment highlighted to the world the love of daughter and father, and proved that our everything is for Din-o-Shariah and the same is called Husseiniyat. He appealed to all compatriots to pay homage to the Aseeran-e-Karbala by holding programs of Majalis-e-Aza and matamdari on the occasion of Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindan and pray for success of movements of independence throughout the world particularly that of Kashmir and Palestine, end of problems of Islamic world and stability and development of Pakistan. Meanwhile, central committee of TNFJ has been formed to lay programs of Ayyam-e-Shaheedah-e-Zindan. Syeda Bint-e-Moosa has been nominated its convener while Syeda Labwa Haider secretary.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan March 29: Youm-e-Noor was observed with religious spirit and fervor on Monday throughout Pakistan like other parts of the world in line with the announcement made by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. On this occasion, Majalis-e-Noor were held and processions were taken out. Addressing the majalis, Ulama-e-Karam, Waezeen and Zakireen expressed their love and devotion for Hazrat Imam Moosa Al-Kazim (AS) and the rest of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (AS). In twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, religious and matmi organizations made arrangements for Youm-e-Noor majalis at dozens of Imambargahs, Mosques and Azakhanas. Hujjatul Islam Syed Mohsin Al-Husseini while addressing a Majlis-e-Noor organized by Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib (AS) at Qasr-e-Abu Talib (AS) said Hazrat Imam Moosa bin Jafar (AS) is that refulgent moon of sky of Imamate whom the sufferings of imprisonment and injustices of dictators of oppressing world could not push back. Allama Al-Husseini strongly condemned the publishing of offensive articles in some national newspapers and demanded from the government to take strict notice of such concerning activities besides taking action against those elements who are pushing the country into the fire of hatred and biases. A resolution adopted on the occasion urged Muslim rulers to forge a joint strategy by summoning an emergent meeting of OIC and struggle unitedly and practically for solution of all problems of Islamic world including Kashmir and Palestine and withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan and Iraq, and foil anti-Islam conspiracy. The resolution strongly denounced the assassination of Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, demolition of historic mosque and US vetoing of the UN Security Council resolution. Another resolution demanded from the occupying forces in Iraq to take solid steps for protection of holy places including Najaf Ashraf, Karbala Mualla, Baghdad Sharif, Kazmain and Samara as well as Maraje Uzzam, and that Iraqi people must be given their right of making government of their own choice. Syed Hussein Sabzawari and other speakers also addressed the majlis-e-Noor. At Jamia Waliul Asr Islamabad, Allama Fakhir Hussein Abidi addressing a Majlis to mark Youm-e-Noor said Hazrat Imam Moosa bin Jafar (AS) is an ideal personality for whole human world and following in his footsteps we could not only confront all problems but also the tactics of colonial power and their agents i.e. India and Israel could be thwarted. Syed Irshad Ali Naqvi got a resolution passed on this occasion. The resolution urged all patriotic and religion-loving powers to adopt policy of mutual understanding. It demanded from the government to mend law and order in the country. The resolution made clear that as from Muharram 1 to Rabiul Awwal 8 are Ayyam-e-Aza of Imam Hussein (AS), therefore Azadari must be given preference over everything. It said Azadari is our jugular vein in which no hurdle would be accepted. It stressed on the people to recognize friend and foe and become an iron wall against combined enemy. By another resolution, the Majlis-e-Noor while strongly protesting against publication of offensive articles against Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) in March 6 edition of daily Ummat Karachi and against dignity of Sadaat in March 26 edition of daily Jinah Islamabad stressed upon the owners to avoid spreading hatred and provocation for protection of humanity and dignity of religion and shariah as it is detrimental for the nation and the country. Zakir Tabassum Kazmi, Syed Assad Bukhari, Malik Temour Ali, Rawayat Hussein Ravi and others addressed a Majli-e-Noor organized by Hayat Talba Islamia held at Jamitaul Momineen Rawalpindi. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan March 28: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that in the battle of truth and falsehood devotees of truth never bargain on principles and consider embracing martyrdom and bearing sufferings of imprisonment in the way of holy objectives deliverance and felicity for them but do not beg mercy and freedom from anyone. In his message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Noor which is being observed throughout Pakistan like other global parts with religious spirit and veneration on Monday, Agha Moosavi said the topmost objective of Divine Representative has been invitation to Zaat-e-Jabarout and safety from Taghoot. They spent all their endeavors and energies for this, and presented those most supreme examples of sacrifice, which are a beacon of light for the coming generations. He said that 54-year life period of refulgent moon of the sky of Imamate and Walayat, man of resolve and courage, leader of mazloomiyat and hope of light of blessing Hazrat Moosa bin Jafar (A.S.) stands witness that he remained fighting against oppression and barbarism to protect Din & Shariah, and support the oppressed and weak, rather he bore sufferings of imprisonment for 14 years as a penalty for the same but he did not renounce his resolves and made clear to the entire world that our sole objective is elevation and defense of human dignity and Islamic world, no dictator, howsoever big he is, could bow our forefathers down and nor could he push them back from the right path, similarly no Taghoot howsoever big he is could shake our firmness. The TNFJ chief said that these pious personalities described their moto in this way: Dont have you eyes, do you not see that truth is not being acted upon and who is not abstaining from falsehood? In these circumstances, it befits a believer to prefer death in honor over life in humiliation. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) never committed negligence in Amer bil Maroof and Nahi anil Munker because through this the spirit of mending evils awakens. The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said New York, Washington incident was in fact a drama aimed at occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq as well as pushing Kashmiris and Palestinians back from the right path, after which all game is exposed. First Bush labeled it Crusade war and then Colin Powell put seal on it supporting it. He said US veto against UN Security Council resolution on condemnation of Sheikh Yasin assassination is a clear proof of it. He said terming Kashmir Indias Atoot Ang (Integral Part) by Indian envoy at UN Human Rights Commission session is a flat answer for those who prefer Pak-Indo dialogue. Agha Hamid Moosavi said the whole world should keep in mind that evil could be wiped out only by good, Munker by Maroof, oppression by Justice and terrorism by mutual understanding. On the occasion of Youm-e-Noor, he reiterated his resolve that torch of light lit by Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) would let not to be extinguished.
RAWALPINDI, March 27: Youm-e-Noor will be observed on 7th Safar-ul-Muzaffar throughout the country with devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. This was stated by Malik-e-Ashtar, Convener of the Central Youm-e-Noor Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He was addressing a joint meeting of the Federal Area Rawalpindi-Islamabad Committees during which Youm-e-Noor programmes were given a final shape. Malik-e-Ashtar said all members of the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad, whether big or small, are complete example of leading a successful life and every lesson to achieve success here and the Hereafter is provided by them. He said the benefits of Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) are still available for every one and his pious teachings are key to success while his holy shrine is a source of achieving the desires of every needful. He said today Muslims from the world over were being crushed under the colonial oppression and efforts are being made to stop the preaching of universal message of Islam by presenting it as a religion of terrorism and extremism. He said the present situation demands that seerat, character and pious life of these great personalities should be highlighted as it is a source of guidance and inspiration for the oppressed and beacon of light for the have-nots. He appealed the Islamian-e-Pakistan to pay homage to Babul Hawaij Hazrat Imam Moosa Al-Kazim (A.S.) for promotion, defence and protection of Islam, by organising religious functions on the occasion of Youm-e-Noor. The TNFJ leader made it clear that one could not die by ordering piousness and stopping from evil. He said the teachings of these pious personalities demand that one should never hesitate in saying Kalma-e-Haq and interests of religion, motherland and the Islamic World should be given priority over all other affairs, brotherhood should be disseminated and any thing that may cause harm to the country and the nation should be avoided. He demanded from the government to make special arrangements for law and order on the occasion of Youm-e-Noor.

In a statement issued here on Friday, he appealed all countrymen to highlight the seerat and character of a great personality of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), inheritor of the Seal of Prophets, successor of Imam-ul-Muttaqeen Hazrat Moosa ibn-e-Jaffar. He said they should make it clear by expressing solidarity with the oppressed world on this occasion that we would have to follow the pious Uswah of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), who never committed aggression and did not hesitate in offering their life for restoring justice and fair-play, for achieving Afghanistan and Iraq, getting independence in Kashmir and Palestine and to root out all problems and issues faced by the Muslim Ummah. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Azadari-e-Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) is the greatest jihad and a protest against oppression and brutality that would continue till the flag of justice and fair-play flutters all around and oppression and brutality meet their endless death. Meanwhile, Central Youm-e-Noor Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise Youm-e-Noor programmes. Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated its Convener and Qasim Al-Hussaini its Secretary.
