(One who respects and honours Sha’a’ir Allah, surely it is from the piety of the hearts)
The objective of creating human being is worship and height of worship is piousness and respect and honour of Sha’air Allah have been termed the essence of piousness.
Sha’air is plural of Shaeerah that means sign, like during the war a She’ar is normally adopted, in other words a particular word is like a sign through which they recognize each other. In that context Sha’a’ir Allah are the signs that are visible and indifferent signs of the religion of Islam, that establish identity for a Muslim and they could then be identified in the crowd easily. The Safa and Marwah mountains are also called Sha’a’ir Allah because Muslims perform Sa’ee in between them on the occasion of Haj (pilgrimage) and Umrah (off-seasonal pilgrimage)
(No doubt, Safa and Marwah are amongst the Sha’a’ir Allah)
Similarly, like other rites of the pilgrimage, animals to be sacrificed are also declared Sha’air Allah
(The animal to be sacrificed have been declared Sha’a’ir Allah for you and in it there is blessing for
you)
‘Budan’ is the plural of ‘Budana’ and these animals are usually fat therefore they are called ‘Budana’. That means fat animal, and when respect becomes an obligation for them, their disrespect becomes ‘Haraam’ then, as Almighty Allah Says:
(Oh, those who believe, do not disrespect the Sha’air
Allah)
Thus Sha’a’ir have been declared ‘Hurmaat Allah’ respect for which has been ordered by Allah and Bait ul-Moqaddas (Al-Aqsa Mosque) is amongst these Sha’a’ir Allah
(Immaculate is the Allah who took His man from Masjid Al-Haram to Masjid Al-Aqsa within one night, We showered Our blessings around the same so that We could show him the signs of Our ability. No doubt, He listens and watches
everything)
This Ayah is about the Mirage of the Holy Prophet, keeping Iman in which is obligatory. The name of Bait ul-Moqaddas in Palestine had been changed to Masjid Al-Aqsa. That is why one group considered the words ‘Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa’ in this Ayah as ‘Bait Al-Maqdas’. At the maximum they said that this journey was the first installment of the Mirage that has been mentioned here in the Holy Quran. First he covered the distance from Makkah to Shaam (Syria) and then towards the sky and that has been mentioned in the Ayahs of Surah Najam. Therefore Shah Waliullah writes:
(Allah sent the Holy Prophet to Bait ul-Moqaddas before raising Himself to the sky on the Mirage
night)
Similarly, Shah Abdul Qadir writes:
(Allah took the Holy Prophet from Makkah to Bait ul-Moqaddas on the lightning horse, and then took to the skies). This is what is mentioned here while the rest is there in Surah Najam

The Palestinian soil having the old name Kina’an is spread over 25,000 kilometres. Palestine is situated on the eastern coast of Mediterranean Sea along with Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon. The Palestinian soil is fertile and the climate moderate. This is the area where great prophets like Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) and Hazrat Musa (A.S.) appeared in the world and Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) spent a good part of his life. Geographically this area is very sensitive and strategic. The old city of Jerusalem or Bait ul-Moqaddas was settled in the mountains ahead of Koh-e-Moria adjacent to Zionist place of worship. Bait ul-Moqaddas is one of the most important places of Palestine.
Koh-e-Sehoon (hot or dry mountain is called Sehoon or Sayoon in the dictionary). Sehoon, in the orthodox era was not meant only Koh-e-Sehoon but the whole of Jerusalem and this has also been mentioned in the Ateeq era and in the Bible. Hazrat Daud (A.S.) took over Jerusalem from Palestinians in about 1000-BC successfully, and constructed Bait ul-Moqaddas there. This building was completed courtesy Hazrat Sulaiman (A.S.) while its construction was completed after one thousand and 105 years of the construction of Ka’aba in Makkah at the hands of Hazrat Ibrahim

The family tree (Shajra-e-Nasab) of Hazrat Daud (A.S.) reaches the founder of the Ka’aba Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) through 14 generations and according to Bible Mata the family tree of Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) reaches Hazrat Daud after 28 generations. That is why Makkah (Ka’aba) is considered ‘Haram-e-Awwal’ (the first house)
and Masjid Al-Aqsa (Quds) turned out ‘Haram-e-Doem’ (the second house). (Book Palestine as seen by Imam

When Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) was in Makkah during the first 13 years of his Be’sat, Masjid Al-Aqsa in the Bait ul-Moqaddas was the Qibla-e-Awwal for Muslims but in the second year of Hijra the Qibla of Muslims changed from Masjid Al-Aqsa to Masjid Al-Haram on the Commandment of Allah in Masjid Bani Salma in
Madina.
(No doubt (Oh, the Messenger), We are watching you that your face is towards the sky, then We would turn you towards such a Qibla that you would become happy. Therefore, turn your face towards Masjid Al-Haram, and you turn you face towards it wherever you
are)
Bait ul-Moqaddas is the part of Palestine from the very first day and it has been declared pious owing to its link with the prophets and messengers and its respect has been termed obligatory. But unfortunately Zionists were unfairly holding it for the last half a century rather they have made the life of Palestinians difficult. It seems their main objective is to ruin Al-Quds and Israeli Prime Minister Sharon’s aggressive activities of December 3 and 4 stand witness to this observation. Some States including Pakistan and China have condemned Israeli aggression but can we fulfill our duties just through a condemnation? Hindus on the other have made the life of Kashmiris difficult. They were not only trampling their honour and chastity but were also playing with their blood. Even minorities and their places of worship were not save so are the Muslim mosques and Imambargahs. Destruction of the Babri Masjid is just an example of their activities.
According to renowned scholar Dr. Noam Chomsky, chief of the colonial powers i.e. America is the biggest terrorist of the world and according to Ayatollah Khomeini (R.A.) America is Satan Elder who targeted more than two dozen States of its terrorism after the World War-II, fearing the revival of Islamic movements curbed several countries in sanctions, murdered innocent people of Iraq. These attacks were still continuing and they did not even care the sanctity of Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala-e-Mualla, Kazmain Sharifain, Baghdad and Samrah.
The September 11 New York and Washington incidents were acts of terrorism and we had strongly condemned it as well as said that brutality could not be countered through brutality and we keep our point of view intact even today. But US, turning a deaf ear to this targeted Afghanistan in the garb of Usama shattering it into pieces. The United Nations is the ‘B’ team of America but why the only representative body of the Islamic World i.e. OIC was keeping its silence over this aggression? This situation provides food for thought to the Islamic World, as there is no justification for the survival of such institutions.
We strongly condemn the brutalities being committed against the whole world of humanity and on the Islamic World and by following the saying of Maula-i-Kainat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib
(A.S.)  (Be the enemy of oppressor and friend of
oppressed), having respect for all movements launched by the oppressed and the have-nots announce full solidarity for their struggle for independence. We strongly demand from the United Nations to get the Al-Quds free from Israeli illegal occupation recognizing the independent State of Palestinians. Similarly, the brutalities being committed against Muslims in Chechnya and Philippines should be stopped forthwith. Monetary sanctions should be lifted from against the countries where imposed and the people living there should be given the right to spend their life with ease. Indian brutalities against the oppressed Kashmiris should be checked and the Kashmir issue should be resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiris. Attacks against Afghanistan should be stopped forthwith and Afghan people’s right for independence should be recognized and they should be given right to choose their own government in which all residents of Afghanistan should be given complete and right representation stopping the foreign interference. The Muslim rulers should get rid of the colonial powers because alliance of Muslim Ummah is the source of survival for Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Iraq, oppressed nations and the Muslim people. Muslims should transform their lives according to Islam and implement the Islamic code of life in the Islamic society.
The whole Muslim Ummah today has fallen prey to the weakness in Iman that is why they were now surrounded by the colonial powers from all around. Muslims should keep in mind that help from God is linked with the firm belief in Iman
(if you will be complete and pure Momin then you would remain dominant).
Therefore one should not be disappointed or give up hope. Insha’Allah, the dominance of Islam and Muslims is what that Allah desires. Thus the future of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations is bright.
