Moosavi: Courageous attitude of Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman RAWALPINDI, November 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the brave-like peaceful stance and courageous attitude of Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the whole world of humanity that preaches us the lesson that peace and stability should be given priority over all other matters with Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam. He stated this while announcing to observe the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) as “Youm-e-Aman” throughout the country on Ramazan 15. The TNFJ chief said Sulah-e-Hassan provided ground for promotion of religion, Shariat, and humanity, unveiled the conspiracies of enemies of Shariat and humanity, and unveiled the fake masks of love from their faces. He said the character and deeds of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) proved that he kept Shariat and humanity dear to himself instead of power. He said the Seerat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) is a beautiful example for the whole of humanity in the present era. He appealed all the countrymen to discourage all types of biases, hatred and enmities and condemn oppression and brutality, and the New World Order of the chief of the colonial powers i.e. America. He said this World Order began from the Iraqi people and ended at the oppressed people of Afghanistan. He also called upon the Muslim Ummah to make it clear that as we had condemned the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, likewise we strongly condemn the continuing oppression and brutality being carried out in Palestine, Kashmir, Iraq and now in Afghanistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we express hatred against the oppressor and express solidarity with the oppressed and appeal all those organisations that claim to be the torch-bearer of basic rights to get the naked terrorism stopped in Afghanistan, particularly the massacre going on in Kundoos and Mazar Sharif. In this connection the International Court of Justice should take suo moto action to run the trial against the criminals and punish them accordingly. Meanwhile, TNFJ Markazi Youm-e-Aman Committee has been formed to organise the “Youm-e-Aman” programmes throughout the country. Syed Bin Musa Kazmi has been nominated as Convener of this Committee. Moosavi: Hazrat Mukhtar RAWALPINDI, November 28: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the life-style of Hazrat Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) is the beacon of light and complete strategy for the oppressed world to get rid of the colonial powers. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) that is being observed throughout the country as “Youm-e-Shaheed” on Thursday. He said Hazrat Mukhtar (R.A.) is that brave a personality, who had true and great devotion with Ahle Bait (A.S.). He said he had no lust for power rather his whole struggle was aimed at performing for Ajr-e-Risalat and his main objective was to satisfy the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Power was a blessing for him that turned out to be a wrath for the enemies of religion and Shariat, he added. The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) kissed martyrdom for his love with Aal-e-Muhammad declaring on the whole world that Khanwada-e-Ismat was the only key to survival in which lay the blessing and welfare of the whole humanity. He said terrorism is oppression that came to its height during the Yazid era and Hazrat Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) stayed to teach a lesson to the oppressors of that era in a way that the Dunya-e-Yazidiyyat keeps shattering on hearing the name of Mukhtar (R.A.) even today. He said one who carries out oppression through materialistic means is not considered powerful rather he is weak and afraid because oppression and terrorism are the signs of cowardice. He said a cowardice person is always afraid that someone would overcome his resources therefore he prefers to come out against him with the materialistic weapons and that is what is happening in Afghanistan and that is what had happened during the World War and thereafter. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said those who are imbibed with the spiritual power never carry out oppression or terrorism rather they belief in God and are imbibed with the spirit of jehad. He said jehad is the name of struggle for achievement of rights that is why those who are enriched with the spiritual wealth jump up in a dangerous situation without gauging its level. He said the main objective is the survival of humanity because it is the essence of message of Islam and it has to survive come what may. TNFJ denounces blasphemous article against Holy Prophet published in Daily Mail RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Central Spokesman Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ) has denounced the blasphemous article against Holy Prophet (Peace of Allah be upon Him and His Progeny), being published in Daily Mail, London on Nov. 17. The spokesman said the article is a crystal clear proof of the writers unawareness from the seal of Prophet (PBUH&HP) and Islam as well as shows his enmity with Islam. At such a time when there is lack of peace in the world over and oppression, tyranny, barbarism, hatred, biases and resentment everywhere, such articles are tantamount to stir the fire. He added: such articles and newspapers are one of factors of the terrorism in the world. We strongly demand from the British government to review madar pidar freedom of press because this is a time of making the world a place of peace not of running riot and disturbance, the spokesman said. TNFJ chief: Seerat of Malikatul Arab RAWALPINDI, November 26: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Seerat and character of Ummul Momineen, Malikatul Arab, Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) is the beacon of light for women the world over. He stated this in his special address on the occasion of country-wide “Youm Al-Huzn” that was observed throughout the country on Monday to mark the Youm-e-Wafaat of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.). He said Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) is that great a woman who was first to certify Risalat. She, the heir of supremacy of the Holy Prophet (SAW), is the Asaas (base) of great generation of the last Prophet of Almighty Allah. He said Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) is the Jaddah of all Sadaat spread all over the world, Islam is imbibed of her blessings and the flag of Islam is fluttering all around today owing to her blessings. The TNFJ chief said today the whole world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were facing one problem or the other, colonial powers and her Zionist and Hindu agents are spread all around making the life of the whole world difficult by imposing economic sanctions or mauling the whole humanity in the garb of rooting out terrorism. The basic reason behind all this non-sense was the Muslim rulers who keep their rule dear to them. He said there were over about six dozen Muslim States enriched with all types of blessings but the colonial powers were reaping the benefits of these blessings instead. He said the colonial powers first took control of the Middle East, and now they were wandering about in the Central Asia. He said the only purpose of increasing inflow of the allied forces was to take over the monetary benefits of Muslims in the garb of Usama. Actually they desire to fulfil their aggressive designs and self-interest but there is no one to take care of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, he added.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we are still backing our point of view that aggression on Afghanistan is the act of terrorism like the incidents of Washington and New York were acts of terrorism. Condemning the massacre of Afghan people and prisoners of war, he called upon the United Nations to present the American agents in the court of justice if they have even a little modesty and respect for humanity. He said international tribunal should be deputed to investigate whether there was mutiny in the Mazar Sharif jail or it was intentional act of killing. Youm ul-Huzn observed throughout Pakistan RAWALPINDI, November 26: Majalis-e-Aza and mourning programmes were organised in Rawalpindi and surrounding areas on the occasion of “Youm Al-Huzn” observed throughout the country to mark the Youm-e-Wafaat of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. A Majlis-e-Aza was held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan, Satellite Town where Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, TNFJ addressing the Majlis said that Seerat-e-Khadija is a best example to follow for the Third World economists. He said Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (A.S.) provided strong economic structure for the great Islamic State spending all her wealth.

He said every Muslim is indebted to Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (A.S.) whose offspring enlightened the Shariat by promoting Tauheed giving away their lives. Allama Sajjad Al-Haideri, addressing a “Youm Al-Huzn” Majlis at Haideria Masjid, Chittian Hattian said Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (A.S.) and Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) kept the candle of Tauheed away from the hard times and that is why the light of that candle was enlightening the whole universe today.

Agha RAWALPINDI, November 27: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the proposal to bypass the Kashmir issue is treachery with the blood of Kashmiris and amounts to sabotaging the Kashmir issue and those who were making the proposal live in the world of hopelessness and bewilderness. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Kashmir Council TNFJ that called on him here on Tuesday. He said this region could not become the hub of peace unless Palestine and Kashmir issues are resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the Palestinians and Kashmiris themselves. The TNFJ chief said the super powers and those who speak their tongue could not be sincere in resolving the world issues because their monopoly would end if these issues were resolved amicably. He said those who were dreaming their supremacy all over the world were today carrying out terrorism against the whole world in the garb of rooting out terrorism. He said we have always opposed such politics and we are saying even today that anyone who has any intentions to do politics should step into this field by giving up his religious outfit. He said unfortunately our rulers and politicians have always misused the elements that promote biases so as to achieve or prolong power as a result of which democracy could not prosper in our country. Musharraf will hold elections under PCO therefore he should not afraid from anyone and he has vowed to remain President therefore he should be concerned with the presidentship and not with the victory or otherwise of anyone else. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Two-Nation Theory could not be defied because Pakistan came into being under this theory and in it lay our honour, sanctity, development and survival. ‘And He made you rich when found poor‘ – Wazzuha The Holy Prophet (SAW) was a complete example for the whole of the humanity in every walk of life.
The Holy Prophet (SAW) provided guidance and mirage to whole of the humanity. Similarly he, as head of the Khanwadah not only fulfilled his obligations with excellence rather was declared a complete example to be followed by all families the world over. A saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) goes:
‘Better amongst you is the one who is better for his Khanwadah and I am the best in favour of my There is a commandment of Allah that:
‘Behave with your wives decently‘– Surah An-Nisa The Holy Prophet (SAW) who was the blessing for the whole universe and essence of the Holy Quran was a living example of this Ayah that is why his married life presented the best example. Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) was his first wife, and they shared exemplary love, unity, mutual understanding and coherent views. He did not marry further in the presence of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.). Her Seerat and character were the basic reason behind this exemplary love. Purification and piousness have been termed the basis of the religion and Hazrat Khadija has given new heights to purification and piousness as a result of which she was awarded with the title of ‘Tahira’ even before the Risalat declaration. The piousness has been explained in the Holy
‘Those who belief in invisible, restore Namaz, spend from the wealth given by Us and those who belief in what has been sent to Muhammad and on what has been sent before him and also belief in the Hereafter’ The belief of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) in the invisible, restoration of Namaz, belief in the prophets before the Holy Prophet, holy books and in the Hereafter is crystal clear. At present, we would discuss the Ayah that has been the title of this message in which God is attributing towards Himself that indicates the honour and dignity of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.). Moreover, one thing becomes crystal clear that this Ayah is Makki, therefore it does not commensurate with Madani victories and wealth but would only count Makki wealth that is owned only by Malika-tul-Arab Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) through which God made his beloved (Muhammad) rich and the same wealth became the tool of preaching and spreading of Islam. The Holy Prophet (SAW) told Hazrat Aisha once that: Khadija (S.A.) announced her belief in me at a time when people were against me, and she certified Risalat at a time when people were not accepting it, and provided me monetary help when all others deprived me from it (Istiaab and Allama Fakharuddin Razi writes in connection with this Ayah that God has enriched the Holy Prophet (SAW) with the wealth of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra One day, the Holy Prophet (SAW) came to Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) in a sad mode. When she asked the reason of this sadness, the Holy Prophet (SAW) said there is drought these days and I am shy of spending from your wealth, I am afraid of God if I do not spend from it. Then the Holy Prophet (SAW) called for Quraish (Hazrat Abu Bakr was among them) on the request of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.). He says that Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) piled up golden Dinars in such a huge quantity that I could not see the people sitting in front of me. Then Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) said: You remain witness that all this wealth of mine is for the Holy Prophet (SAW) and he has the choice to spend it as he desires But like the world has forgotten Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) in enmity with Ali (A.S.), it has similarly forgotten the blessings of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) in enmity with Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.). No dictator and oppressor can impose humiliation on whom Allah showers honour. That is why Hazrat Khadija binte Khwailad (S.A.) is amongst those four women who have been termed best in the universe. The world could forget her blessings but the Holy Prophet (SAW) continued to remember the blessings of Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) throughout his life. Hazrat Aisha says that:
‘The Holy Prophet (SAW) used to appreciate and laud Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) and always remembered The supremacy and respect for Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) is also clearly mentioned in Surah Al-Kausar which was implemented by her and the Holy Prophet (SAW) had to said:
‘Allah has showered offspring through her while other wives remained deprived of that’ – And offspring, that too like Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) who is the chief of the women in the universe and whose sons are chief of the Jawanan-e-Jannat and daughters leaders of the Ummat and who presented great sacrifices for the supremacy of the religion of Islam that are the beacon of light, even today, for the oppressed nations. The brutalities, problems and difficulties being faced by the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, particularly Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan today could be overcome by adopting the Seerat and character of the great personality of the great Khanwadah of the Holy Prophet (SAW) i.e. Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) who spent all her belongings for the promotion of Shariat and survival of humanity. That is the reason that the Holy Prophet (SAW) termed the year of death of two personalities as Aam ul-Huzn (the year of mourning) and Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) is one of them which proves that mourning is the Sunnah of the last Prophet of Islam (SAW).
Agha Moosavi terms colonial powers’ giving agenda for Islamic States’ govt system as ‘injustice’
RAWALPINDI, November 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the colonial powers were afraid of piousness that is the essence of Islam because a pious person always struggles for restoration of justice and fair-play while the oppressor considers it fatal for himself. He stated this while talking to a delegation of religious students that called on him at the head of Allama Ghulam Abbas, Principal, Madrassah Sajjadia, Talagang, District Chakwal here on Saturday. The TNFJ chief said the knowledge is the basis of religion the purpose of which is to touch the heights of piousness while the purpose of emergence of the universe has been termed obedience and worship. He said the more the knowledge, awareness and mysticism the more obedient and pious to God would be the human being. He said the standard of piousness is in line with the knowledge while purpose of knowledge, worship and piousness is welfare of the human being that guarantees his survival and obedience. He said no Pharaoh, Nimroud, oppressor or colonial power and her Zionist and Hindu agents could deter the human being from the right path if he achieves mirage in piousness because he then feels humiliation in obedience of others and worship in giving away life in obedience to Allah.
Agha Moosavi said Ulema-e-Soo had always worshiped the rising sun and had proved themselves as fistula for the religion and Shariat while the Ulema-e-Haq always uttered Kalma-e-Haq on the point of the spear because they consider death as eternal life i.e. called Shahadat. He said chief of the world of terrorism i.e. America and her agents were utilising all their resources to down the whole humanity. Their targets include the Islamic World in particular, and the oppressed nation in general, he said adding that it is the height of injustice that colonial powers were giving the agenda for the government system for the Islamic States. There could be no big an injustice, terrorism and interference other than this, he added. He said today Afghanistan was being trampled in the garb of Usama but the Islamic World has lost its honour. Now the word about the broad-based government in Afghanistan was being proposed that actually would attract rioting.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the OIC should be summoned to discuss the formation of government in Afghanistan and the Afghans should be given the right to form a government of their own choice. He said there is no broad-based government even in America that behaves like a supreme authority or in countries of her Zionist and Hindu agents. He considered the proposal of broad-based government a mere drama and farce. He made it clear that the live nations take their decisions themselves. END
TNFJ observes Youm-e-Tarheem throughout country
RAWALPINDI, November 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the government has displayed its weakness by closing down Afghan embassy in Pakistan on the American demand which is contrary to the national autonomy and against honour & dignity. He stated this while giving his special address on the occasion of “Youm-e-Tarheem” observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to mourn the death of renowned religious personality and Sajjada Nashin Asad Abad, Agha Syed Sardar Ali Jan Badshah. He said Pakistan is not an American colony therefore the military leadership should display courage. He said American demand to close down Afghan embassy in Pakistan is an open interference with an objective to keep Pakistan away from Afghanistan affairs.
The TNFJ chief said America was following the policy of depriving Pakistan of Kashmir and atomic programme owing to our weak foreign policy as a result of which it was terming Kashmiri Mujahideen as terrorists. The British defence minister has given a similar statement as a result of which rift has been created in some Kashmiri parties and they have given an indication of ceasefire. He said it would be a humiliation if we retreat from our real issues i.e. Kashmir and atomic programme. He said India was threatening Kashmiris of dire consequences like that of Taliban therefore the powers that be should review their foreign policy and take a fresh decision vis-à-vis their cooperation with the allied forces and keep faith in Almighty Allah instead. He said our government should learn a lesson from those rulers who had been bargaining national interests but there is no one to remember them now.
Agha Moosavi said the international terrorist i.e. America and her Zionist and Hindu agents have no enmity with tyranny or friendship with democracy, no enmity with Taliban or no love for the Northern Alliance rather they are interested in maintaining their supremacy and protection to their self-interest. Whoever will cooperate with them will keep on getting their pat on the back the recent example of which is Afghanistan where America had supported these groups against Russian aggression terming them Mujahideen and now it were terming them terrorists, he said adding that things have taken a reverse turn after the New York and Washington incidents. He said the standard of American friendship is her self-interest and in these circumstances the oppressed and Muslim nations will have to fulfil their responsibilities, especially Pakistan being citadel of Islam and atomic power would have to adopt such a foreign policy that would ensure integrity and solidarity of the Islamic World and Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said preferring death with honour over the life of humiliation had been the habit of Mashaheer-e-Islam and Agha Sardar Ali Jan Badshah spent his life fulfilling the great mission of not bowing down and bargaining on the religion and this is the sign of the live nations. Meanwhile, Majalis-e-Aza and Mahafil Quran Khwani were organised in all big cities of the country to pay homage to Agha Sardar Ali Jan Badshah while observing “Youm-e-Tarheem” to mourn his death. Fateha Khwani was offered for the departed soul in Juma congregations. In Federal Capital Islamabad, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem at Markazi Masjid and Imambargah Qasre Khadijatul Kubra, Tarlai Kalan said that Agha Sardar Ali Jan Badshah enjoyed great honour and respect in all schools of thought and he has spent all his life in arranging Azadari. His name will always be remembered in the history of Azadari, he added.
Allama Saqlain Bokhari, addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem at Markazi Shia Jamia Masjid Rawalpindi, Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh said Fuqara and Aulia Allah were the real preachers of Allah’s religion as the flag of Islam is fluttering all around owing to their spiritual guidance inviting uncountable people to Islam. He said Agha Sardar Ali Jan Badshah also belonged to a spiritual family and the devotees of their forefathers belonged to every school of thought. Fateha Khwani was also offered for the departed soul on this occasion. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, TNFJ while addressing a similar gathering at Imambargah Zainul Abideen Satellite Town under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan hightlighted the services of Agha Sardar Ali Jan Badshah for Azadari and national cause. He said he had great devotion with his religious centre i.e. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, he had hosted the All Pakistan Dina Convention and extended active support during the 8-month long agitation in favour of Shia demands during the martial law regime. Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan District President TNFJ, Maulana Javed Haideri, Zakir Yasser Abbas, and Zakir Qamar Mukhtar Kausar also addressed the Majlis-e-Tarheem. According to reports reaching the TNFJ headquaters, Majalis-e-Tarheem were also held in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Gilgit, Faisalabad, Bhakkar, Jhelum, Mianwali, Chakwal, Sargodha, Hyderabad, Larkana, Khairpur Mirs, Kasur, Muzaffarabad, Quetta, Skardu, Attock, Gujrat and Sialkot.
