The nation is paying the price of failing to implement the National Action Plan with its blood. Banned terrorist groups nurtured by external funding can never be loyal to the country and nation. Condemning the unjust restrictions on majalis-e-Zikr-e-Hussain in Punjab, he strongly demanded that the government immediately lift the Home Department Punjab\u2019s anti-Azadari, unconstitutional and un-Islamic SOPs.
