\n

\n

Brethren in Islam & Iman! <\/i><\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\tThe world and every thing in it, is based on justice (Adl).<\/p>\n

\n
\n
(We created everything in a suitable and smooth manner) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

\n
(Raised
\nthe sky on height and set the balance) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

\tA saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) goes:\n<\/p>\n

\n

\n(Established skies and earth with justice) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

Islam is the most complete religion from amongst the religions of the
\nworld and justice has been termed the real Asaas (base) of Islam<\/p>\n

\n and for that
\nreason the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) was ordered:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(Oh,
\nProphet! When you give judgment, give your decision for them with justice) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

At another place, the Holy Prophet (SAW) was asked to say:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(I am
\ncommanded to exercise Justice among you) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

Mola-e-Kaenat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was inquired about the
\nreality of Justice, he (A. S.) replied:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(Justice
\nis not to accuse Allah with that thing which is not suitable and justifiable
\nwith His zaat) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

The justice means balance and proportion. Islam has preached to keep
\nbalance and proportion and to avoid lavishness and going to extremes in all
\nfields of life: matters, worships, economies, and politics. Has asked to deal
\nwith foes, friends, relatives, weak, poor, labourers, farmers, growers, young,
\nelders, widows, and orphans with justice and fair-play. For orphans, it has been
\nsaid:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(And
\nyou should stand on justice for these orphans) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

Justice is complete perfection and it is a situation through which the
\nhuman being is in full control of accuracy in words, deeds, qualities and
\nmorality and remains firm as a central figure after removing the opposite
\nthinking. All qualities and perfections are settled on justice. That is why it
\nhas been said that all parts of \u0093Nafs\u0094 are brightened owing to quality of
\njustice; One part attains light from the other; The \u0093Nafs\u0094 is set out on
\nexpansion; attracts towards doing good and becomes capable of nearing Allah.
\nThere is a commandment of Allah:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(Do
\njustice, as it is most near to piousness) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

No doubt, maintaining the middle limit in all affairs, avoid extremes is
\nnot everybody\u0092s job but there is need for Mizan-e-Adl (a justifiable scale)
\nthrough which excess and loss could be avoided and every thing should be put in
\norder as it is the act in line with Shariah-e-Illahi and Sunnat-e-Nabawih and
\nthis is what is called justifiable scale that is commensurate with all stages of
\nthe strategy. Therefore, it is binding for a real just to be wise, strong,
\nbrave, have knowledge of Shariah, a Shariah that protects and defends equality
\namongst the men of God, and that personality could only be that of Imam (A.S.)
\nafter Allah and Nabi (SAW). The best justice is the justice of just Imam (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

\n

\n(Justice of a second is better than the worship spread over 70 years) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

Therefore, presence of a just Imam is must under
\n.\n<\/p>\n

Allah says:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(Allah
\nis one Who hath sent His Rasool with guidance and Deen-e-Haq so as to declare
\nthis Deen-e-Haq dominant over all other religions although Mushrikeen would not
\nlike this act) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

The dominance means visible dominance. This Ayah means that: Oh, Prophet!
\nWe have sent to earth by making you the Rasool so that there remains no religion
\nbut the Deen-e-Haq. And it was the objective of Ba\u0092asat, Prophethood, and
\nRisalat. As the religion of Islam could not achieve the dominance in the age of
\nHoly Prophet (SAW) in a manner that there remains no other religion on earth,
\ntherefore, the wisdom, knowledge and Iman demands that there is need for
\nexistence of any part of Risalat and Prophethood in every era unless the
\nreligion of Islam dominates over all other religions. In other words until then
\nno other religion exists on earth but Islam whether that part of Risalat and
\nProphethood is visible or invisible but its presence is must. This dominance
\nwould be achieved with the Zahoor-e-Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Mahdi (A.S.). A Hadis
\ngoes:\n<\/p>\n

\n
(He
\nwill fill the earth with justice and equity like it had been filled with
\noppression and brutality) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

There would be no other religion at that time but the religion of Islam
\nand the fear and harassment of the brethren in Islam would vanish forever, and
\nhe will be the last inheritor of Paighambar-e-Islam and his name is:\n<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

The
\nholy name of his mother is Nargis Khatoon (S.A.) and his age at the time when
\nhis father expired was 5 years. Like Allah conferred prophethood on Hazrat Eisa
\n(A.S.) in childhood,
\n likewise He
\nconferred the office of Imamat on him in childhood. His titles are Hojjat, Hadi,
\nKhalaf-e-Saleh, Qaim, Muntazar, Sahib Al-Asr, Sahib Al-Zaman and the most famous
\nMahdi. The date of his holy birth is Shab-e-Neema Sha\u0092aban 255 Hijra. Abi Daoud
\nquoting Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) wrote in his book \u0093Sunnan\u0094 that: The
\nHoly Prophet (SAW) said if even one day of this world is left, even then Allah
\nwould appear one person from amongst my Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) who will fill the
\nearth, already filled with oppression and brutality, with justice and fair-play.\n<\/p>\n

At present the world of humanity is confronted with the oppression of
\nchief of the world of oppression and brutality i.e. America and her agents.
\nFirst of all they targeted Afghanistan in the garb of New York and Washington
\nincident but could not get satisfaction; encouraged Zionists to massacre
\nPalestinians, and Hindus to massacre Kashmiris make their life difficult. She
\nnow desires to take revenge from the already wounded people of Iraq in the garb
\nof Saddam while the whole world and the United Nations were opposing her.
\nAlthough Iraq has given open permission to United Nations arms inspectors but
\nthe chief of the colonial powers i.e. America desires to get a new Resolution
\nadopted by the United Nations. She has also given a statement that Iraq is its
\nlast option and has asked Sharon not to interfere in Arab World so that to turn
\nArabs in her favour. On the other hand, Vajpayee has ordered pullout from
\nPakistani borders on her behest that indicates that America is behind whatever
\nhas happened and whatever would happen and she is using her agents for this
\npurpose. At present she desires to fulfill her plan in an easy and smooth manner
\nand that plan is to maintain its supremacy all over the world, and get this
\nsupremacy recognized by force. She has even stated that if the United Nations
\ndid not pass the Resolution then she is ready to do everything herself, which is
\nan open challenge not only to the United Nations but to the whole mankind as she
\ndesires to indicate that there is no one to stop her and all international
\norganizations including the United Nations are subservient to her. Therefore the
\nUnited Nations and all other organizations preaching basic human rights are
\nunder the obligation to check the biggest terrorist of the world of terrorism;
\nICC should punish her after declaring her and her allies as war criminals and
\nthis punishment should be so severe to be long remembered.\n<\/p>\n

On the occasion of Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Musleh Azam, Imam-aadil,
\nShehenshah Hakumat-e-Ilahiyah, Chief Justice Adalat-e-Almiyah, who ruins the
\nhaughtiness of haughty and oppressors, who gives glad tidings to oppressed and
\nhave-nots – Hazrat Imam Sahib Al-Asr Waz-Zaman, while greeting the world of
\nhumanity in general, and to that of religion and Shariat in particular, I
\nannounce my commitment to continue expressing hatred against the oppressed and
\nsupporting the oppressed and to continue our struggle for the supremacy of the
\nflag of justice and fair-play.\n<\/p>\n
