\n<\/font>Naught of wet or dry but (it is noted) in a clear Boo<\/b>k<\/i><\/p>\n\nWhere Allah has mentioned about His worship at 14 places in holy Quran, there He
\nmentioned subservience to parents because these are the personalities who are
\nthe most blessings-showerer on man after Allah and Prophet (SAW). From amongst
\nthe parents, mother enjoys more honour because she plays a major role in brining
\nup the child as compared to father, and fragrance of kindness, love and care
\ncomes out of her all the time. It is the mother who brings up the child after

\n <\/font>We have enjoined man to show kindness to his parents. With much pain
\n his mother bears him and with much pain she brings him into the world<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nMan is enjoined to give special respect to mother, that\u0092s why holy
\nProphet (SAW) said:<\/p>\n \u0627\u0644\u062c\u0646\u0629 \u062a\u062d\u062a
\n\u0623\u0642\u062f\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0645\u0647\u0627\u062a (\u0643\u0646\u0632\u0627\u0644\u0623\u0639\u0645\u0627\u0644)
\n<\/font>Paradise is under the feet of mothers<\/i><\/p>\nHuman\u0092s
\ncharacter-building is the topmost objective of religion and Shariah, and on the
\nsame bases, the same has been called the objective of Prophethood of Prophets.
\nTherefore, Quran says about holy Prophet (SAW):<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And he
\nteaches them Book and wisdom and purifies them<\/p>\n This purifying souls is
\nthat great objective under which the Holy Prophet (SAW) purified human life and
\nit is said:<\/p>\n \n\u0644\u0642\u062f \u0643\u0627\u0646 \u0644\u0643\u0645 \u0641\u064a \u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0623\u0633\u0648\u0629 \u062d\u0633\u0646\u0629

\n <\/font>Verily in the messenger of Allah you have a good example<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nEvery child takes birth on nature; his parents make him Jew, Christian or
\nZoroastrian. Human character building is influenced much by parents. Mother
\nvisibly influences the character of the child, while child is also inspired from
\nthe mother and the father the most. That is why, Islam not only recommends
\nhonour and dignity for mother but also declared implementation of mother\u0092s
\norders a must in some circumstances. if a Mustahibbi (desirable) order clashes
\nwith the mother\u0092s order, and if mother stops him from offering that order, it is
\nthen becomes must for the offspring to honour mother\u0092s order rather a situation
\ncould arise where mother\u0092s order has been considered even more respectable than
\nAllah\u0092s commandment e.g. in case of jihad it is necessary for those who can wage
\njihad, to participate in jihad but if mother stops him from doing so for any
\nreason, then one should even avoid the jihad.\n<\/p>\n Once a person came to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and said that I am a healthy
\nand fit man and desire to struggle for spreading Islam in the battlefield but my
\nmother does not want me to leave her and participate in war. The Holy Prophet
\n(SAW) said, go and keep with your mother, by God Who showered prophethood on me,
\na night you would spend serving your mother and she would become happy to see
\nyou, the reward of that would be more than one year in jihad (Al-Kaafi).\n<\/p>\n Respect of the mother and father and respecting their rights after the
\nright of Allah has been considered good. Allah Says:\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Thank me and also thank your parents<\/p>\n At this
\npoint Allah first mentioned His right, and then given commandment about the
\nrights of the mother and the father. A person came to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and
\nseeking guidance said, in whose favour I should do good (Naiki) so that I could
\nreap the benefit of my doing good. The Holy Prophet (SAW) replied, do good with
\nyour mother. He asked and with who else. The Prophet (SAW) said, with your
\nfather.\n<\/p>\n The rights that Islam has settled for mother are based on those
\ndifficulties that a mother bears for the body and soul of her offspring. She
\ngrows up a human being after bearing many difficulties and problems, and then
\nhands them over to society after transforming them into human beings. This is
\nwhat a common mother does, what would be the status of those mothers who gave
\nbirth to Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Righteous Persons. If those women are
\nhuman-builders then these holiest mothers are builders of Aulia, Scholars and
\nLeaders. Hazrat Ummul Baneen (S.A.) is from amongst such mothers the pious
\nseerah of whose is a beacon of light for women at large in every era.<\/p>\n \nHazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) had asked his brother Hazrat Aqeel (who was an
\nexpert of knowledge of genealogy and was fully acquainted with all families of
\nthe Arab World) to find out for him a woman of brave and noble family of Arab
\nfrom whom a brave son would take birth. Aqeel said Fatima binte Hazam is the
\nbravest and valiant among entire Arab World.\n<\/p>\n The greatest poet of the World of Poets Labeed had said to Monarch No\u0092man
\nabout the same family that we are progeny of four brave sons of that mother who
\nbelongs to that family which was used to kill opponents in the battle field and
\nused to respect guests much, we are supreme than the family of Abir bin Sa\u0092sah.<\/p>\n \nAfter the Martyrdom of Hasnain\u0092s mother, Hazrat Fatima binte Hazam who was
\nNajeeb-ut-Tarafain was married to Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and achieved
\nthe honour of growing up progeny of Zahra (S.A.), Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and
\nHazrat Kulsoom (S.A.) and played the role of a kind mother. Her devotion with
\nthe Progeny of Fatima (S.A.) could be adjudged from her request to the
\nMaula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) to change her name saying that\n<\/p>\n \n\u0639\u0646\u062f\u0645\u0627 \u062a\u0646\u0627\u062f\u064a\u0646\u064a \u0641\u0627\u0637\u0645\u0629, \u0623\u0631\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0625\u0646\u0643\u0633\u0627\u0631
\n \u0628\u0627\u062f\u064a\u0627 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0648\u062c\u0648\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u0646 \u0648 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u064a\u0646 \u0648 \u0632\u064a\u0646\u0628, \u0641\u0625\u0646\u0647\u0645 \u064a\u0630\u0643\u0631\u0648\u0646 \u0623\u0645\u0647\u0645 \u0641\u0627\u0637\u0645\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0647\u0631\u0627\u0621 \u0648
\n \u064a\u062a\u0623\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0646<\/font><\/p>\nWhen you call me by the name of Fatima, the faces of
\n Hasnain (A.S.) and Zainab (S.A.) become gloomy as they remember their mother
\n Fatima Zahra (S.A.), and I do not want that Aulad-e-Fatima becomes upset even
\n a bit<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Therefore, Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) suggested her name to be Ummul
\nBaneen and Allah blessed her with four sons who showed their utmost bravery in
\nKarbala. The biggest of them was Hazrat Abbas ibne Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) who
\nenjoyed the status of becoming the Standard-bearer of the Hussaini Army, no one
\nmatched his bravery, when he used to ride a horse, his feet touched the ground,
\nand about whom a saying of Quran-e-Natiq Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) goes
\nthat our respected uncle Hazrat Abbas (A.S.) was a man of discernment and firm
\nbelief who embraced martyrdom with Imam Hussain (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n Hazrat Ali (A.S.) had already told Ummul Baneen (S.A.) that she is the
\ngreat mother of four brave sons, for her patience it is enough that she is the
\npatron of Chiefs of Youths of Paradise i.e. Hasnain (A.S.), Hazrat Zainab (S.A.),
\nHazrat Kulsoom (S.A.) and the mother of the Standard-bearer of the Hussaini Army
\n(A.S.) who decorated the history of Karbala with their great achievements.<\/p>\n \nWhen she was informed that her all four sons have been martyred in Karbala, she
\nsaid tell me first about Hussain (A.S.). Bashir told her the news of martyrdom
\nof her sons in order to this extend that he proclaimed the name of Abbas (A.S.)
\nand Ummul Baneen (S.A.) said my heart has torn into pieces; I had four sons and
\nI sacrificed all four for Hussain (A.S.). Bashir said:<\/p>\n \u062d\u064a\u0646\u0645\u0627 \u0623\u062e\u0628\u0631\u062a\u0647\u0627 \u0628\u0645\u0642\u062a\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u064a\u0646 \u0648 \u0645\u0635\u0631\u0639\u0647
\n\u0635\u0631\u062e\u062a \u0648 \u0646\u0627\u062f\u062a \u0648\u0627\u062d\u0633\u064a\u0646\u0627\u0647, \u0648\u0627\u062d\u0628\u064a\u0628 \u0642\u0644\u0628\u0627\u0647……<\/font><\/p>\n\u0093When I
\ntold the news of Imam Hussain (A.S.)\u0092s martyrdom, voice of WA HUSSAINA WA
\nHABEEBA ascended…\u0094<\/i><\/p>\n Hazrat Ummul Baneed (S.A.) desired that would
\nthat her four sons were sacrificed and Hussain (A.S.) remained safe. Her love
\nfor Hussain (A.S.) is a proof of her sincerity, firm belief and faith rather a
\nproof of her great love for holy Prophet (SAW) because Holy Prophet (SAW) had
\nsaid: <\/i>\n<\/p>\n \u062d\u0633\u064a\u0646 \u0645\u0646\u064a \u0648 \u0623\u0646\u0627 \u0645\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u064a\u0646
\n<\/font>Hussain is from me and me from Hussain<\/i><\/p>\nAfter the Karbala
\ntragedy, she organized first Majlis-e-Aza (Meeting to commemorate the martyrdom
\nof Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.)) in the holy city of Medina attended by all women
\nof Bani Hashim. She turned Jannatul Baqi<\/i> into Aza Khana (a place to
\ncommemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (A.S.) till she remained alive;
\nweeping and mourning for Hussain (A.S.) was her task; People of Medina were used
\nto gather and partook in the mourning. Once she said: \u0093Call me not Ummul
\nBaneen (mother of sons) as this recalls me my lion-hearted sons, I was called
\nUmmul Baneen only because of them.\u0094<\/i><\/p>\n She was expired on 13
\nJamadi-us-Sani 64 A.H. but what is expiry? May be enmity of enemies of Ahle Bait
\nfor the holy family of Ahle Bait Athar\u0085 her holy grave houses in Jannatul Baqi
\n(the cemetery of Baqi) which reconstruction, renovation, decoration and
\nrestoration of dignity and honour is obligatory on the Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n Samuel Ishmaels says the most important complete model for a child\u0092s
\nmoral rearing is that if a person desires that his son possesses good qualities,
\nthen it is necessary to present for him good examples; the model which remains
\nin front of child\u0092s eyes is his mother; good mothers by bearing pains lay the
\nfoundation-stones of god fortune of their seed, they adorn them and prepare them
\nfor future.\n<\/p>\n Islam terms the most important reason of children\u0092s erring ness parents\u0092
\nerring ness. The Seal of Prophets Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) said:\n<\/p>\n \nRespect your offspring; teach them good manners so that you
\n may deserve Allah\u0092s blessings (Makaram-e-Ikhlaq)<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n He said on another place:\n<\/p>\n \nIf you do good rearing of your son and teach him good manners, it is
\n better than spending some part of your riches in the path of Allah (Makaram-e-Ikhlaq)<\/i><\/p>\n \n Holy Prophet (SAW) said: when a man dies, his Record of Deeds is closed
\n concerning three things namely 1- such good deeds which he did during his life
\n time and which are benefiting for people always, 2- He has left some such
\n knowledge beneficial for people, 3- He has left such virtuous son who offers
\n Dus-e-Kher for him (Rahay Takamul)<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Right rearing of children guarantees benefiting from their rights being
\nparents, that\u0092s why Islam advises progeny about their parents. Hazrat Imam Jafar
\nSadiq (A.S.) says:\n<\/p>\n \nDoing good with parents is a proof of having knowledge of Allah because
\n no worship other than parents\u0092 obedience pleases. (Misbah-ush-Shariah)<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Secret of success of the most great personalities lays in their mothers who
\nfulfilled their great responsibilities and played vital role in bringing them up
\nand making them successful. On the same bases, the Death Anniversary of Hazrat
\nUmmul Baneen (S.A.) is being observed as \u0093Ayyam-e-Madran\u0094 (Days of Mothers) for
\nthis commemoration is a source of strengthening piety, and remembrance of
\nmothers is in fact respect and veneration of human dignity and religious values.\n<\/p>\n The Prophet of Islam (SAW) has ordered to narrate good qualities of the
\ndeparted souls particularly of Prophets and Righteous people. Therefore a saying
\ngoes:\n<\/p>\n Do relate good traits of your deceased people<\/i><\/p>\n \nMa\u0092az narrates a saying of Holy Prophet (SAW) that commemorating prophets is
\nworship, commemorating virtuous people is expiation for sins and remembrance of
\ndeath is charity. Making arrangements for commemoration of these holy
\npersonalities would increase reward and ranks.<\/p>\n \nIslam not only teaches respect of mother rather it
\nis a protector of women rights; it raises status of woman in the society from
\nevery aspect; she has been given right of inheritance, she is not in back in
\nfulfilling duties, gates of education opens on her. Islam grants woman
\nelevation, her excellence became beauty of Quran upon which Suran Nisa and Surah
\nMaryam stand witness. By the command of the Creator of Earth and Heavens, woman
\npossesses that status that camel be sacrificed under her feet.<\/font><\/p>\nWe,
\non this pathetic occasion, vow to keep continue our struggle with honesty and
\nsincerity for promotion of Islam which bestows woman with loftiness and
\nexcellence.
