SPECIAL MESSAGE OF
\n AGHA SYED HAMID ALI SHAH MOOSAVI
\n Quaid Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan
\n In connection with
\n 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza (19-21 Ramazan)<\/b><\/font>
\n marking the
\n Shahadat of Maula-e-Kainaat
\n Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.)<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n

Brethren in Islam & Iman!<\/i><\/b>
\nEvery thing in the universe came into being for one reason or the other,
\ntherefore, commissioning of Ambia and Mursaleen to Nabuwwat and Risalat is the
\nmost important and best in nature and that is also the reason of commissioning
\nthe Imam-e-Mubeen<\/p>\n

\n
\n(We have not commissioned any Prophet, but for reason that he should be
\nfollowed and obeyed with Allah\u0092s consent)<\/i><\/p>\n

This universe and the world is the world of riot and it is
\nnecessary for a Hojjat-e-Khuda to remain here full time and that personality,
\nafter the Prophet and Messenger (AS) could be the one that is laced with all
\nthose good qualities and habits the Prophet and Messenger (AS) was laced with
\nbecause the Prophet and Messenger (AS) is the preacher of religion and Shariat
\nwhile Imam, being the inheritor of the Prophet (SAW), is the defender of Shariat
\nand he has to fulfill the responsibility of defending Allah\u0092s Book and Sunnah of
\nthe Prophet of Allah (SAW). He should therefore must be pious so that there
\nremain not a single chance of any mistake in performing the affairs of religion
\nand Shariat and so that, after the Prophet (SAW), he should be consulted in all
\ncontroversial matters for solution of the same. Allah Says:<\/p>\n

\n
\n(Had these people consulted the Prophet and the Ulul Amr in the controversial
\nissue, they would have found the solution to the controversial matters)<\/i><\/p>\n

It has been found out that solution to controversial matters is
\nonly possible in consulting the preacher of the Shariat-e-Nabi and Prophet, Ulul
\nAmr i.e. Imam. Thus the difference between the Prophet (SAW) and the Imam is
\nthat the Nabi and Prophet (SAW) received \u0093Wahi\u0094 while the \u0093Wahi\u0094 does not come
\nto the defender of Shariat that is why the announcement of<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

was made on the defender of Shariat when the Holy Prophet (SAW)
\nintroduced him by saying
\n<\/p>\n

. Allama Ibne Wazeh quoting \u0093Sahiha Sariha\u0094 writes that
\nis the
\nlast Ayah of Holy Quran
\n. Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is best and complete in all
\nqualities and deeds such as piousness, bravery, courage, honour, pedigree like
\nthe Holy Prophet (SAW), and the same is our Iman and belief. Many Ayahs and
\nAhadees stand witness to his qualities.<\/p>\n

Some Ayahs in this connection are quoted below:<\/p>\n

Your
\nonly Wali (ruler) are Allah, His Apsotle, and those who are faithful, offer
\nprayers, and pay zakat (alms) while they are kneeling down in prayers.<\/i><\/p>\n


\n
\nsay: ‘come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, our
\nnafs (self) and your nafs. Then we will pray togather and call down the curse of
\nAllah on liars.<\/i>
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n
\n(No doubt, the God only desires to keep you away from evil, and keep you pure
\nand clean to the
\ntrue spirit of purity and cleanliness)
\n<\/i>
\n
\n
\n(Tell them, I do not need any reward from you but love with my near and dear
\nones)
\n<\/i>
\n
\n
(There are some amongst the people who even sold out their lives to earn Allah\u0092s
\npleasure)<\/i><\/p>\n

\nSome Ahadees in this connection are quoted below:<\/b><\/p>\n

\n
\n(Ali is the Maula of those I am Maula of whom)<\/i><\/p>\n


\n(Oh, Ali! You are like Haroon was for Musa, but there would be no Prophet after
\nme)<\/i><\/p>\n


\n(By God! I shall give this Alam (flag) to one who holds Allah and Prophet dear,
\nand who is held dear by Allah and Prophet, and is a real fighter and not prefers
\nto run away)<\/i><\/p>\n

\n(No doubt, Ali is from me, and me from Ali)
\n<\/i>and hearing this Gabriel said
\n. And
\nit has also written in the books that voices of
\ncontinuously
\nlistened on earth from morning to evening through the angels
\n. And this award was bestowed on Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) during the War of
\nUhad that was fought in the Uhad Valley in 03 Hijra and in which 70 Muslims were
\nmartyred. At that time the age of Maula-e-Kaninaat (A.S.) was 26 years and it
\nwas first time when Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was greatly shocked on being
\ndeprived of Shahadat and the Holy Prophet (SAW) reacted by saying\n<\/p>\n

\n
\n(Be happy! Shahadat is following you). <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

\nSo Ali (A.S.) started anxiously awaiting
\nfor Shahadat as every Momin desires Shahadat, and he being the Amirul Momineen
\nthe level of desire for Shahadat in him could be gauged from this sentence<\/p>\n

\n
\n(By God, the son of Abu Talib A.S. has no concern whether he himself marches
\ntowards death or
\ndeath itself reaches him (Baharul Anwaar) <\/i>\n<\/p>\n

\nAli ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is anxiously awaiting Shahadat. When this Aya<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\ncomes on the Holy Prophet (SAW), Ali (A.S.) says: I understood that the time for
\ntest and trial would not come till the Holy Prophet (SAW) is amongst us,
\ntherefore, I asked the Holy Prophet (SAW) of its nature. The Holy Prophet (SAW)
\nreplied: Ali, after me, my Ummah will face trial. I said, O, Holy Prophet (SAW)
\nwhen many Muslims kissed Shahadat in War of Uhad and I was disappointed not to
\nbe one of them, you had said that Shahadat is following you. The Holy Prophet
\n(SAW) replied: What I had said would definitely be done.
\nBut tell this<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0
\n(What would be the condition of your patience then, would you accept Shahadat)<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0I said<\/p>\n

\n
\n(O, Holy Prophet! It would not be a matter of patience and endurance, it would
\nbe the moment of happiness and the moment of patience comes when there is a
\nfeeling of disappointment while I keep Shahadat most dearer and it is my
\nlong-standing desire and aspiration) \u0097 <\/i>Nehjul Balaghah, Address 156.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Holy Prophet (SAW) has declared Shahadat as the most qualitative death:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

\nand a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) goes:<\/p>\n

\n
\n(The greatest death is to be murdered in way of Allah)<\/i> \u0097 Sharah ibne Abi Al-Hadeed<\/p>\n

\nThe time of death, Ali (A.S.) was awaiting for, has reached. The morning of 19th
\nRamazan dawned as a D-Day when Ibne Muljim (L.A.) hit his holy head with sword.
\nAli ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) raised the voice:<\/p>\n

\n
\n(By Rabb-e-Ka\u0092aba, I have succeeded and become successful)<\/i><\/p>\n

\nHe kissed Shahadat on 21st Ramazan. How great these words were, like Shahadat is
\nthe height of humanity. For that reason, the Holy Prophet (SAW) said: Every
\npiety is bigger than the other piety but there is no bigger piety than Shahadat
\nin way of Allah (Usool-e-Kaafi).<\/p>\n

\nShahadat is an eternal life, Muslim is never afraid of Shahadat, the atheists
\nare still afraid of the spirit of Shahadat. The colonial powers and their agents
\nhave experienced this spirit many a time, they have made the life of Kashmiris
\nand Palestinians difficult for more than half a century but could not be
\ndiverted from the right path or are bowed down. They are continuously struggling
\nfor achievement of their rights, independence and for the supremacy of their
\nrights, it is not terrorism but to deprive them of all these rights is. Now
\nchief of the colonial powers despite the fact that the United Nations inspectors
\nhave reached Iraq, was trying to find out excuses to attack Iraq while the
\nAmerican Nobel Laureate former President Jimmy Carter declaring the American
\nforeign policy as arrogant has said America herself has not implemented
\ninternational efforts for putting restrictions on chemical and biological
\nweapons although the super powers should establish examples by doing so first.
\nThe magic is the one that is loud and clear. America and her allies are
\nintoxicated and desire to encroach upon the rights of the oppressed and Muslim
\nnations. They desire to maintain their supremacy over the whole world in the
\ngarb of ceasing resources of the developing States and use of atomic and
\nchemical weapons. Therefore, the Islamic World was under the obligation to sever
\nties with the international colonial powers keeping all reservations aside,
\nattach themselves with Allah, and give priority to death and Shahadat in honour
\nover life in disgrace.\n<\/p>\n

\nWe offer condolences to Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) and Muslim Ummah on the occasion of
\nYoum-e-Shahadat of Maula-e-Kul, Wasi-e-Khatamur Rusl, Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.),
\nand reiterate our resolve to continue preaching his mission and will not lack
\nsupport to the oppressed and have-nots.<\/p>\n
