The human being looks towards one another to fulfil his needs and feels the need of collectivity to achieve the requirements of life so that to help out one another and for this collective life there is need for a law to be followed so that the weak could remain save from the oppressive attitude of the powerful. There should be no flaw in this law and such a law could only be the Divine Law. As Allah would be the Law Maker therefore one who is going to enforce it should be the one who is powerful and knowledgeable, pious, chaste and above board of any flaws otherwise he could not take the one to the maximum possible human heights; such a person is called Prophet (Nabi) or Imam. The only difference between the two is that \u0093Wahi\u0094 comes on the Prophet and he is the preacher of religion and Shariat while \u0093Wahi\u0094 does not come on Imam and he is the protector and defender of religion and Shariat. The Maula-e-Kainaat, Hilal-e-Mushkilaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the first defender of the Shariat of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that is last Shariat. He was a collection of good habits and deeds and enjoyed the singular honour of being born in Ka\u0092aba.\n<\/p>\n

\n\n<\/p>\n

13th Rajab-ul-Murajjab is the day in the human history on which the greatest personality of good deeds, after the Holy Prophet (SAW), Maula-e-Muttaqiyan Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib appeared on the horizon of this world making Makkah rather the whole world a lightening lot. He was the man who spent all his life: from an infant to youth to young as a pious person. He himself describes it: When I was a child, the Holy Prophet (SAW) used to take me in his lap and hug, used to put the loaf of bread in my mouth after crushing it with his own teeth. The Holy Prophet (SAW) used to go to Cave of Hira and no one except he and me was aware of that. He and his wife Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) were on the path of Islam when Islam had yet to reach the homes of others. I was the other person who saw the enlightenment of \u0093Wahi\u0094 and felt the odour of Prophethood.\n<\/p>\n

When the Holy Prophet (SAW) was ordered to invite his Khanwada towards Islam under , it was Ali (A.S.) who invited 40 people on the desire of the Holy Prophet (SAW) where, after the meal was taken, the Holy Prophet (SAW) addressed the audience saying: The offspring of Abdul Mutlib (A.S.), I have been ordered by God to invite you towards Islam and tell you about him. In this connection whoever would certify my prophethood and announce his commitment to help me would be my brother inheritor and the Caliph. He repeated these words thrice, every time Hazrat Ali (A.S.) got up and said yes to his call. That is why the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said:\n<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Oh, Ali! You are my brother and the Khalifa here and in the Hereafter<\/i>)<\/p>\n

\tHazrat Ali (A.S.) remained with the Holy Prophet (SAW) in every journey and defended the Holy Prophet (SAW) and the religion of Islam, Islam that is the religion of peace and tranquility,
\n dislikes riot, arson and massacre, if someone kills a person without any reason, there is a strong punishment for him in Islam. However, if some enemy attacks those who follow Islam, then there is commandment to defend only, which is called jehad. That is why the Holy Prophet (SAW) fought all wars in defence in which Ali (A.S.) took part with him shoulder to shoulder. Islam had neither been an aggressive religion nor it is so because it considers aggression an indecent act. That is why the whole Islamic World not only expressed its hatred against the September 11 New York and Washington incident rather expressed its concern and condemned it strongly but chief of the international colonial powers considered it as a weakness of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World, and ran over Afghanistan in the garb of Usama, targeting Muslims in the process. Now she desires to target the Islamic World of its vengeance by carrying out attack against Iraq in the garb of action against Saddam. In this connection America has hurled a threat on the United Nations that if it did not take any action against Iraq then it would itself handle the situation while Bush terming America the greatest of all powers has proved to be Pharaoh and Nimrod and, at present, was utilising all its resources in collusion with Tony Blair to carry out aggression against already wounded Iraq. But today the world has thwarted this conspiracy through unity when Iraq has displayed wisdom by giving unconditional permission to United Nations arms inspectors. On the other, Sharon was massacring Palestinians and Vajpayee has threatened that if international community failed in making Pakistan agree to stop cross-border terrorism then India would use its option. The Indian prime minister, in his address to the American Congressmen has said that India is set to avoid \u0093Pakistani supported\u0094 terrorism like America did. Meanwhile, giving an interview to BBC, the Indian foreign minister has said that cross-border terrorism has made our life difficult. President Musharraf has given a befitting reply to Indian threats saying that neither India is America and nor Pakistan is Iraq, therefore Vajpayee should give it a thorough consideration before taking any step against Pakistan, as the table may turn over India itself.\n<\/p>\n

The game that is going on in the world today is being played on the behest of international Taghoot and its agents who have shattered peace in Middle East and South Asia instead of applying the policy of live and let others live and giving attention to their own internal affairs. They should be aware that a Muslim is not shy of kissing death. We are followers of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) who has a saying that: It makes no difference whether death falls on me or I fall on death, I love death so much that even a child could not have with his mother\u0092s milk. A Muslim is afraid only and only from Allah.\n<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

There is a sentence from the will of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.)\n<\/p>\n

(Avoid notorious places, keep away from such gatherings that create apprehensions, and keep in mind that a
\nbad friend dodges his friend and instigates him to do wrong and ultimately pollutes him in wrong-doing<\/i>)

The Muslim heads of States should beware of international colonial powers and its allies and agents following the advice of Maula-e-Muttaqiayan (A.S.) because they are not friends of anyone, they never fulfilled their friendship rather they entangle someone and then keep them away after reaping their interests. That is why I used to say that their objective is not to get Taliban or Al-Qaida but Faida (interest). Therefore, the oppressed nations and Muslim heads of States should exercise wisdom and OIC should play an active role by adopting a combined strategy as in it lay the independence of Kashmir and Palestine, and success of the Muslim Ummah.\n<\/p>\n

On this auspicious occasion, we felicitate the followers of Maula-e-Kainaat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and pray that God may give us courage to follow his commandments and sayings. Ameen.\n<\/p>\n
