Objective of human life<\/font><\/b>
\nis worship of Allah
\n while height
\nand acme of worship is piousness
\n and on this
\nbasis the foundation of human moral system is
\n and the
\nstandard of human dignity has been declared piousness
\n. And
\npiousness is the name of avoiding evil moral and adorning oneself with good
\nmoral
\n. The Holy
\nProphet (SAW) while pointing towards his heart said:
\n (Piousness
\nis here<\/i><\/b>), and respect of Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah is from amongst the piousness of
\nhearts
\n, (whosoever
\nrespects Sha\u0092a\u0092ir Allah, no doubt it is from piousness of hearts<\/b><\/i>).\n<\/p>\n

Sha\u0092a\u0092ir is the plural of Sha\u0092eerah, the meaning of which is
\nsign and mark. Except Allah everything in this world is the sign of His presence
\nbut respect of everything is not binding while respect for Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah is
\ndeclared a must and these are
\n (The
\nsigns of Allah\u0092s religion)<\/b><\/i>.\n<\/p>\n

And it is written in\n<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\ntranslation Sheikh-ul-Hind Hazrat Maulana Mahmoodul Hassan Sahib, Tafseer
\nSheikh-ul-Islam Hazrat Maulana Shabbir Ahmed Sahib Usmani, page 447, Quranic
\nPart 17, Surah Hajj 22, Box F-5, that \u0093respect for Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah is not
\nincluded in polytheism, whosoever in whose heart there is piousness and he fears
\nfrom Allah alone, would definitely respect everything attached with the name of
\nAllah. This giving respect is not polytheism rather in line with the signs of
\nmonotheism that lover for Allah respects everything that is attached with the
\nname of Allah.\u0094 It is written on page 446, Outline 11: \u0093the things Allah
\ndeclared respectable, keeping the respect of the same is a big capability and
\npiousness and result of which would be the best. The things declared respectable
\ninclude sacrificial animals, Bait-Ullah, Safa, Marwah, Mina, Arafat, mosques,
\nQuran rather all commandments of Allah.\u0094\n<\/p>\n

Therefore, about Safa and Marwah, Allah Says
\n, the
\nsacrificial animal is termed Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah and Muzdalfah is called Mash\u0092ar
\nbecause these are the signs of Allah\u0092s religion. In other words Manasik-e-Hajj
\nare considered Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah because these are the signs of religion of Islam.\n<\/p>\n

So when everything that is declared the sign of Divine religion, its
\nrespect becomes a must and a source of pleasure of Allah. The greatest signs are
\nProphets, Messengers, and Righteous through whom the religion achieved height
\nand acme. Thus when all Prophets (A.S.) have been declared the signs then the
\nHoly Prophet (SAW) who is chief of all Prophets and Messengers and his Ahle Bait
\nAt\u0092haar, or holy progeny (A.S.), Sahaba Kibaar, or great companions (R.A.) are
\ndeclared the greatest and best signs of religion and Shariah in a most perfect
\nlevel. Their respect and respect of everything named after them, their signs,
\nportents and graves is binding because respect is the display of love and
\ndevotion while the love of holy family of Muhammad (A.S.) has been declared as
\nAjr-e-Risalat
\n (Say O,
\nRasool! I do not ask you for any wages but that love my near and dear ones<\/b><\/i>).\n<\/p>\n

When it is settled that love with them is a must then it is binding on
\nthe Muslim Ummah to consider their holy shrines as respectable because signs and
\ngraves of holy family of Apostleship (A.S.) are the symbol of religion\u0092s purity
\nand their protection, defense, care, survival, construction and renovation is
\nthe zenith of religion and Shariah and in it lay the success, survival and
\nwelfare of the Islamic World as well as a proof of our heartfelt love and
\ndevotion.\n<\/p>\n

Sahaba Kibaar, or Prophet (SAW)\u0092s great companions (R.A.), also respected
\neverything that is connected with the Messenger (SAW) so as to express their
\nheartfelt love and devotion and consider it holistic. Bukhari has established a
\nchapter in his Sahih in which he mentioned the armour, staff, sword, bowl, ring
\nand other articles of the Prophet (SAW) that were respected by Sabaha Kibaar
\n(R.A.) while Moey-e-Mubarik (hair), Na\u0092alain Mubarik (shoes) and utensils used
\nby the Prophet (SAW) were considered holistic by Sahaba and non-Sahaba alike.\n<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\nZaid bin Saabit<\/b> (R.A.) was riding a horse one day, that Ibne Abbas (R.A.)
\nheld the Rakaab (stirrup), Zaid (R.A.) said: O, the son of Rasool\u0092s (SAW) uncle,
\nleave it. Thus Ibne Abbas (R.A.) said we have been told to respect scholars and
\nelders in this way, Zaid (R.A.) asked him to show his hand. Ibne Abbas (R.A.)
\ntook out his hand, and Zaid (R.A.) kissed his hand and said, we have been
\ndirected to behave like this with the Ahle Bait of our Prophet (SAW).\n<\/p>\n\n
\n\n<\/td>\n<\/table>\n

But it is tragic<\/b> that today more than three-fourth
\nof the century (1926-2003) has passed and Jannatul Muallah
\n(Makkah-tul-Mukarramah) and Jannatul Baqee (Madina-tul-Munawwarah), where wives
\nof Prophet (SAW), Sahaba Kibaar (R.A.), Ahle Bait At\u0092haar (A.S.) and best of
\nthem personality Umme A\u0092aimmah-tul-Huda Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) daughter of
\nRasool-e-Khuda who is the Mistress of the Women of World and for whose respect
\nPaighambar-e-Islam (SAW) used to stand up until she sits down and kiss her
\nhands, are lying destructed but the Islamic World is keeping a quiet. Does it
\n(Islamic World) ever think that what is the biggest reason of its disrespect?
\nToday, international colonial powers and her agents have made its life difficult
\nand despite enriched with a host of resources it is continuously victim of their
\noppression and brutality, why? New traps are being laid and new tactics are
\nbeing implemented, the day in and day out; after Afghanistan and Iraq, among
\nother States,
\nSaudi Arabia is their biggest target, but why?<\/b> It provides food for
\nthought to Aal-e-Saud\u0085 think!! And think more O, The Men of Understanding!! The
\nmain reason behind it is we have violated the respect, honour and dignity of
\nthose holy personalities whose respect and reverence was made binding on us and
\nlove to whom was made obligatory for us.\n<\/p>\n

If the Islamic World desires an end of decline then it would have to
\nrestore the respect and dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Muallah otherwise
\nthey should be ready to take on more problems and difficulties.\n<\/p>\n

We reiterate our commitment<\/b> on 8th Shawwal, the day of tragic
\nincident of Inhidam Jannatul Baqee, or the Day of Demolition of Cemetery of
\nBaqee, (that is observed every year by the only representative organization of
\nMaktab-e-Tashayyo Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, the world over like
\nit is observed in motherland Pakistan with due respect and dignity) that we
\nwould continue our struggle for promotion of religion and Shariah,
\nreconstruction, renovation and restoration of dignity of signs and graves of
\nfamily of prophethood and Apostleship (A.S.), Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul
\nMuallah.\n<\/p>\n

Therefore, we strongly demand <\/b>from the powers that be that under
\nthe May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement that is binding on them (the
\ngovernment), they should exert pressure on Saudi government on diplomatic level
\nfor reconstruction of the same. We also appeal all international organizations
\nincluding United Nations, UNESCO (that is responsible for the protection of
\narchaeology), European Union, OIC, Arab League, ICC to give their attention
\ntowards this important international, human, constitutional, moral and religious
\nissue as in it lay the welfare and supremacy not only of Islam but that of whole
\nhumanity also.\n<\/p>\n
