Some things enjoy supremacy over other things in the world, human being
\nenjoys supremacy over solid, biological and zoological things while
\nHadiyan-e-Illahi enjoy supremacy over the human beings while Khatam-ur-Rusl (SAAW)
\nhas been declared the superior most from amongst Ambiya and Mursaleen.
\nSimilarly, Bait Ullah (Khana Kaba) enjoys supremacy over Bayut-e-Khudawandi
\n((Houses of Allah) while Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee are considered
\nsuperior from amongst Sha\u0092air Allah<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah means every sign and Ayah that gives us knowledge about
\nZaat-e-Illahi and Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee are amongst from those.
\nLike Ambiya and Swaleheen were respectable during their life time, similarly
\ntheir graves, mausoleums and signs are respectable and their defence,
\nprotection, and decoration are good deeds before Allah<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Through such things not only religion and Shariat are strengthened but these
\nare the greatest source of promoting oneness. Allah Says:
\n. The good
\nand pious deeds of representatives of Allah and holy personalities find their
\nway in our hearts rather inculcates new enthusiasm and spirit of subservience
\nwhile it promotes a thinking about the good deeds performed by their
\npersonalities that earned such a special and respectable place to their graves
\nlike Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee that were declared as their places of
\nburial. Those who are rested in such highly respectable places are: renowned
\npersonalities of Khanwada-e-Nabuwwat (Holy Prophet\u0092s Family) and Risalat,
\nUmmhaat-ul-Momineen (Wives of Holy Prophet), Sahaba Kubar, Taba-Tabaeen
\n(Companions of Holy Prophet), Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib(A.S.),
\nHazrat Fatmia Binte Asad (S.A.), Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (S.A.),
\nKhatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra(S.A.), Hazrat Fatima Sughra Binte Imam
\nHussain (S.A.), Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abideen (A.S.),
\nHazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.), Hazrat
\nIbrahim Ibne Rasool Allah (A.S.), Hazrat Jafar Tayyar (R.A.), Hazrat Abbas uncle
\nof Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat Ummul Baneen mother of Ghazi Abbas (A.S.), Hazrat
\nHassan Musanna (R.A.), Hazrat Ismail Bin Imam Jafar Sadiq (R.A.), Hazrat Aqeel
\nBin Abi Talib(R.A.), Hazrat Abdullah Bin Jafar Tayyar(R.A.), Hazrat Muhammad Bin

\naunt of Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat Safia aunt of Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat
\nHaleema Sadiya (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Affan (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Mazoon (R.A.),
\nHazrat Abdul Rehman Bin Auf (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Abi Waqas (R.A.), Hazrat
\nSaad Bin Zararah (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Ma\u0092ad( R.A.), Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.),
\nHazrat Imam Malik (R.A.) , Hazrat Imam Nafeh (R.A.), Shuhada-e-Uhad and hundreds
\nof other renowned personalities.<\/p>\n

And how much Ahle Bait (A.S.) were respectable in the eyes of Rasool-e-Akram
\n(SAAW) that His beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) has the honour of
\nbeing the Sardar of Khawateen-e-Jannat (Mistress of ladies in Heaven) therefore,
\nRasool-e-Akram (SAAW) declared that Fatima (S.A.) is the Sardar of
\nKhawateen-e-Jannat (Sahih Bukhari). In other words she is the Sardar of women in
\nthe universe that include Hazrat Hawwa, Hazrat Hajira, Hazrat Sara, mother of
\nMusa (A.S.), mother of Eisa (A.S.) and all women from Ummhaat-ul-Momineen to
\nwomen till the D-Day. She was declared as a part of his heart by Paighambar-e-Islam
\n(SAAW) Fatima
\nis my part, whosoever made her furious, he made me furious (Bukhari). When
\nRasool (SAAW) becomes furious if her daughter becomes furious then teasing her
\nis like teasing the Rasool (SAAW) and teasing Rasool (SAAW) is like teasing
\nAllah. In the whole universe, only Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) enjoys the
\nsingular honour that Paighambar-e-Islam used to stand up in her honour rather
\nused to kiss her hands and keep her sit at his place. This is the respect for
\nFatima (A.S.) whose sons are Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.), Hazrat Ali Ibne Al-Hussain
\n(A.S.), Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.), and Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.)
\nwho was the teacher of many A\u0092aimma including Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa, Hazrat
\nImam Shafaee, Hazrat Imam Malik, and Hazrat Imam Hambal. The holy graves of all
\nthese pious personalities remained intact in Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul
\nMoalla till 1924. But unfortunately, Ibn Al-Qayyam who was the pupil of Ibne
\nTeemiya gave fatwa for destructing these holiest places and by doing so not only
\nopposed A\u0092aimma Arba\u0092a but also pained the whole world of humanity. Later
\nAal-e-Saud gave practical touch to their plan to wipe out these Holy places just
\nto take complete control over Makkah, Medinah and the areas around, in 1344
\nHijra. When these holy places were wiped out on 8th Shawal 1344 Hijrah, the news
\nspread like a jungle-fire all around sending a wave of resentments, grief and
\nrage within the biggest sects of Islam Sunnis and Shias. These destructed places
\nprovide food for thought to Muslims who have become a symbol of protest on
\ndesecration of Babri Masjid, Al-Quds Al-Sharif and other holy places. In this
\nsituation how can we protest other incidents that include: blasphemy, insulting
\nimages published Jyllands-Posten and French newspapers, French court\u0092s decision
\nin favour of blasphemous images, threat of American Republican Congressman
\nTancredo to blast holy places in Makkah and Medinah, Zionist plan of razing down
\nMasjid Al-Aqsa, and Israeli step to raze down about 100 old historic mosques
\nsituated in Palestinian villages. Now the situation has reached to the extent
\nthat according to British newspaper \u0091Independent\u0092 the Aal-e-Saud\u0092s plan to
\nexpand Makkah and Medinah is becoming the cause of making car parking on the
\nplace of Rasool\u0092s (SAAW) birth, sprinkling of gasoline on the grave of Rasool\u0092s
\n(SAAW) mother after bulldozing it, construction of toilets on the Bait-e-Muqadas
\n(Holy house) of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (S.A.). Hazrat Abu Bakr
\nSiddique\u0092s home has been turned into local Hilton Hotel and Masjid Abu Qubais
\nhas been made part of Saudi ruler\u0092s palace. Every inch of Makkah and Medinah is
\nrespectable as only Holy Prophet (SAAW) has fought 104 defensive wars on these
\nplaces which all were respectable but today only 20 historic places remained in
\nMakkah Mukarramah that were intact for the last 1400 years since the era of the
\nRasool (SAAW). The satanic forces today are encouraged from this state of
\naffairs and committed desecration of the holy places in Iraq rather they razed
\nthe Roza of Imamain Al-Askariyain (the holy shrine of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.)
\nand Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.)) on which all Masalik and countries has
\nlodged strong protest in which Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was top on the
\nlist. As a result of which UNESCO has included Samarra City in the list of
\ncultural heritage while the United Nations is starting the construction of Holy
\nAl-Askariyain Shrine soon that has already been announced by the UNSECO Director
\nMuhammad Jaleel during a Press conference in Baghdad. Therefore, Muslims the
\nworld over should follow suit as accelerating struggle for the reconstruction of
\nJannat ul Baqee nd Jannat ul Moalla is obligatory for them. Today different
\norganisations are working for protection of archaeological signs. Not only today
\nbut it had been a pre-Islam practice to keep the graves and all signs and
\nmemorials of Mashaheer (renowned), Ambia and Swaleheen (Pious Personalities)
\nintact while Jannat ul Baqee was seen with very honourable and respectful eye.
\nThere is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) as stated by Muhammad Bin Qais Bin
\nMakhzamah Bin Mutalib, that goes:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Your Allah gives you commandment to come to Baqee and pray for the
\nforgiveness of Ahle Baqee. \u0097 Sahih Muslim Vol. 4 Sharah Imam Novee)<\/p>\n

Afterwards, Sahih Muslim quoting Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.) said that
\nthe Paighamber (SAAW) used to go to Jannat ul Baqee and address the Ahle Qaboor
\nas:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Salam on you the homes of Momins, residents of this home, what you have been
\npromised you will get tomorrow, and we are, Inshallah, also going to join you)
\nImam Novee explaining this Hadees writes:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(This Hadees supports the contention that Ziarat of graves is Sunnat-e-Rasool,
\npaying Salam to them and offer prayers for them and seeking blessings for them
\nfrom Allah is Mustahib)
\nThere is a saying attributed to Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that: \u0093When
\nPaighambar-e-Akram (SAAW) was buried, Fatima Zahra (S.A.) came and stood besides
\nthe holy grave, picked up a handful of earth, touched it with her eyes and shed
\ntears\u0094 (Wafa Al-Wafa Vol. 4),
\nFatima Zahra (S.A.) used to offer Ziarat of her uncle Hazrat\u0092s Hamza\u0092s holy
\ngrave, offer her prayers there and shed tears (Mustadrak Hakim: Vol. I).<\/p>\n

Thus this most liked activity is expression of love. Similar sayings are
\nthere in Mauta Imam Malik, Sunan Abi Daud, Masnad Ahmed Bin Hambal, Sahih
\nTirmizi and many other books with some change of words. The names of Jannat ul
\nMoalla and Jannat ul Baqee itself suggest that these places keep the status of
\nJannat (Heaven) and every Momin in the universe is desirous of Jannat.
\nBulldozing of all Islamic signs by Aal-e-Saud is actually commensurate with
\nbulldozing the ideologies of Khanwada-e-Muahmmad (SAAW), Azwaaj-e-Nabi, pious
\nSahab Kubaar. But it should be kept in mind that this candle could not be put
\noff by using different means. At present international colonial powers are in
\ndominance all around, the Islamic World and Muslim States are confronted with
\nworst situation, bloody \u0091holi\u0092 is being played in Kashmir and Palestine, Iraq
\nand Afghanistan are being rooted out, pressure is being exerted on Iran, Syria
\nand Pakistan, Muslim Ummah is fully in the colonial grip, 57 Islamic States are
\nin the state of fear and harassment, OIC is afraid of raising its voice against
\nthis oppression and brutality, new tactics and agendas are being employed to
\novercome Muslims the world over while Muslim Ummah is confronted with unrest
\nfrom within. Every thing is upset. <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

If we desire to thwart this heinous conspiracy, protect ourselves, and please
\nthe Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) then we would have to restore the past honour and
\ndignity of Jannat ul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla. The Tehreek Nafaz
\nFiqh-e-Jafariya enjoys the honour of raising the voice of protest for
\nrestoration of Jannat ul Moalla for quarter a century. The powers that be should
\nkeep in mind that like Islam is the universal religion, likewise Bait Ullah is
\nthe Qibla of the universe, Quran is the source of guidance for the whole
\nhumanity and holy personalities and their signs Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul
\nMoalla do not belong to any particular Maslak or a country rather it is the
\nissue of religion, Shariat and humanity. At present we are confronted with
\nhumiliation as a result of destructing Sha\u0092air Allah (Signs of Allah) and holy
\nplaces falling pray to oppression and for that matter we are the biggest
\nsinners. We fervently appeal the United Nations, OIC, protectors of
\narchaeological signs to utilise all their energy for the reconstruction and
\nuplifting of the holy places because if Islam has to become victorious, flutter
\nthe Parcham-e-Islam throughout the universe, keep in touch then we would have to
\nattach ourselves with the Daman of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and
\ngive priority to their honour and dignity. At present, we are confronted with
\nuncountable issues and challenges, satanic forces have lined up against us. In
\nthis situation, it is obligatory for us to raise the honour and dignity of
\nIslam, Mashaheer-e-Islam and Sha\u0092air Allah
\nas Allah
\nHimself raised the same and present the practical display of unity, mutual
\nunderstanding and brotherhood so as to achieve success for the religion, height
\nof Shariat and supremacy of Shariat and the Muslim Ummah and this is what our
\ngoal is:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

We can only get our demands accepted by the evil forces and get annex our
\nareas when we ourselves take care of all Masalik on the basis of equality, and
\nensure the honour and dignity of Sha\u0092air Allah, Ayahs, and signs.<\/p>\n

On this tragic occasion of 8th Shawal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee (Jannat
\nul Baqee Demolition Day) we pay our condolences to the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW)
\nand announce our commitment to continue our struggle with sincerity of purpose
\nfor getting the honour and dignity of all holy places including Jannat ul Moalla
\nand Jannat ul Baqee restored without any discrimination on the basis of Maslak
\nand country.<\/p>\n

My Salam to the honour and dignity of every inch of Jannat ul Baqee.<\/p>\n
