Brethren in faith! <\/b><\/p>\n

Allah has repeatedly mentioned about the Guides of divine religion because
\nremembering and mentioning about something a source of strengthening hearts and
\nsuccess, achievement and supremacy on the front of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat.
\nIt is aimed at highlighting what type of struggles they carried out in preaching
\nand spreading, and honoured the height by working hard in way of Allah. <\/p>\n

Therefore, Prophet Musa Kaleemullah is being given commandment to get the
\nAyyam-e-Illahi (Divine Days) remembered from his nation and divert their
\nattention towards this: <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Definitely, We had sent Musa with signs that he could bring his
\nnation from darkness towards enlightenment and get them remembered the Illahi
\nDays \u0097 Surah Ibrahim).<\/p>\n

Thus, Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has the honour that it has never forgotten
\nthe heroes of religion, Shariat and humanity and always highlighted their pious
\nseerat and character by observing their days. Today, the Tehreek is availing
\nthat honour again on the occasion of Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat
\nAli ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that is being observed as Universal Jashan-e-Murtazvi
\nfrom 11 to 13 Rajab-ul-Murajjab. <\/p>\n

On this occasion homage will be paid to him rather it would be made clear on the
\nwhole world that one can get rid of difficulties by attaching himself with the
\nDaman-e-Ali. From amongst east, west, north and south, only Maula Ali (A.S.) has
\nachieved the singular honour of taking birth in Ka\u0092aba (House of Allah), that
\nAli (A.S.) who is the symbol of greatness, piousness, heights, supremacy and
\ngood traits. There is a saying of Khatmi Martabat (SAWW) that goes: Allah Has
\nblessed my brother Ali with those virtues and qualities that could not be count
\neven all human beings gather to do so. If anyone recounts his virtues in a
\ngathering with utmost belief then Allah will forgive his sins committed in the
\npast and to be committed in future. <\/p>\n

The way Allah sent Prophets and Messengers for the welfare and correction of the
\nhuman beings and informed their benefits and losses so that the human being
\ncould keep away from evils, similarly the same objectives were set for successor
\nof every prophet. Khatmi Martabat (SAWW) is the Seal of Prophets, his Shariat is
\nthe last one for the protection of which Allah deputed holy personalities and
\none of those great personalities is Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). <\/p>\n

Allah said in his Kalam-e-Paak (holy Quran) that<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Does a human being thinks that he has been left without a
\nleader and guide \u0097 Surah Al-Qiyama Ayah 36).<\/p>\n

He may do anything in line with his desire but a leader and guide has been
\nappointed for him. Therefore the Holy Prophet (SAWW) mentioned that leader and
\nguide at Khum-e-Ghadeer after praising Allah in these words:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Ali is the Maula of those, I am the Maula of whom).<\/p>\n

Hazrat Omer bin Khattab greeted him by saying<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Ya Ali, you have become our Maula also).<\/p>\n

After Rasool (SAWW), Ali (A.S.) is the Aa\u0092lam-un-Naas (Most
\nknowledgeable of all human beings), Ashja-un-Naas (most brave of all human
\nbeings), and the biggest justice on which a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAWW)
\nstands witness, it goes:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

He is the son of Abu Talib (A.S.) whose real name was Imran and
\nhe was the real brother of Holy Prophet\u0092s (SAWW) father Hazrat Abdullah. Hazrat
\nAli\u0092s (A.S.) mother was Fatima binte Asad bin Hashim bin Abd Munaaf, therefore,
\nHazrat Ali (A.S.) is Najeeb-ut-Tarfain Hashmi as far as the Nasab is concerned.
\nHis name Ali (A.S.) was selected by Allah, therefore, Khwarzmi writes that
\nPaighambar-e-Khuda (SAWW) said that when I reached Qaaba Qausain there came the
\nVoice of Allah: Oh, Muhammad! Give Salam to Ali (A.S.) from Our side and tell
\nhim that I keep him friend, one who would keep Ali his friend his name has been
\nattached with My Name. I am Ali-yul-Azeem and he is Ali, I am Mahmood and you
\nare Muhammad. <\/p>\n

His one name is Haider therefore when Marhab challenged the army of Islam on the
\nday of victory of Khyber and said I am the one who was named Marhab by my
\nmother. Maula Ali (A.S.) replied<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(I am the one who was named Haider by my mother).<\/p>\n

His another name is Asadullah Ghalib and his title is
\nAmir-ul-Momineen. When Gabriel called him with that title on the day of
\nGhadeer-e-Khum, the Holy Prophet (SAWW) said:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Following him, Hazrat Omer ibne Khattab was first to pay Salam
\nto Ali by saying him Amir-ul-Momineen. <\/p>\n

Muslim Ummah, irrespective of any Maktab or sect believes that Ali ibne Abi
\nTalib (A.S.) is the righteous Imam and on it a saying of the Holy Prophet stands
\nwitness: <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Righteousness is with Ali A.S. and Ali A.S. is with
\nrighteousness. Oh, Allah! Divert righteousness towards the direction Ali A.S.
\nmoves).<\/p>\n

In other words righteousness is also subservient to Imam-e-Barhaq Ali (A.S.). He
\nis that great Imam that there is an Ayah on his Wilayat that goes: <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Another Ayah is on his being Nafs-e-Rasool (SAWW):<\/p>\n

\n

\n <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

There is another Ayah on his Ismat and Taharat (cleanness and
\nchastity) that goes:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

There is another Ayah on love and devotion with him as
\nAjr-e-Risalat that goes:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

With reference to Ahmed bin Hanbal when asked from the Khatmi
\nMartabat (SAWW) that:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

he replied: Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.), and their sons Hassan (A.S.)
\nand Hussain (A.S.). In line with the divine saying it has been proved that their
\nlove and devotion is compulsory, therefore their subservience, following in
\ntheir footsteps and sincerity also becomes compulsory. Complete subservience and
\nsincerity could only be for a person who had been kept away from all small and
\nbig sins, therefore, Allama ibne Hajr Asqalani has said that: <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

(Ali A.S. did not bow down his head before anyone except Allah
\neven for a while).<\/p>\n

Ali\u0092s (A.S.) pleasure is the Allah\u0092s pleasure on which Ayah 207 of Surah Baqarah
\nstands witness: <\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Mufassirin Ahle Sunnat Sa\u0092alabi, Fakharuddin Raazi, Nizamuddin
\nNishapuri and others wrote that this Ayah was sent in praise of Ali. He is
\nKalmah-tul-Allah:<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Prophet Adam (A.S.) prayed through him that in the name of
\nMuhammad (SAWW), Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.), Hassan (A.S.), and Hussain (A.S.)
\naccept my dua. <\/p>\n

There is a saying of the Paighambar-e-Akram (SAWW) that goes: If rivers become
\nink, all trees become pen, earth and sky become pages and all Jinn and human
\nbeings become writers, the ink would go dry, the pens would lose their nip and
\npages would become short but the virtues of Ali would not lessen:<\/p>\n

Ali (A.S.) says that by God my patched shoes are dearer to me than ruling over
\nthe people like you but that through this rule I may straighten any
\nrighteousness and root out any evil. <\/p>\n

The objective of Amir-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) was restoration of justice
\nand fair-play and rooting out oppression and brutality. That is why Ali (A.S.)
\nhad thwarted the conspiracies of enemies of justice. English historian Karl
\nLoyal also writes about Ali that there is no option for us but to keep friend
\nwith him, love with him because he was a great, brave and young man and from his
\nbody emerges Ma\u0092aroofat, piousness, and qualities and bravery uses to come out
\nfrom his heart. He was braver than even a strong lion but at the same time kept
\na kind, pious heart imbibed with blessings, softness and concern. <\/p>\n

There is a saying of Ali (A.S.) that goes: Do not invite anyone for war but if
\nothers impose war on you then accept the war offer to defend yourself because
\none who initiates war is an oppressor that ultimately kisses the ground and is
\nentangled with difficulties. Islam is an eternal religion and one of its
\nqualities is that it is the religion of peace and tranquillity; it has the
\nquality of resolving all issues with national spirit and clear arguments. Islam
\ndoes not consider initiation of war and conflict legal and declares the one who
\ninitiates the same as an aggressor and oppressor who will ultimately kiss the
\nground and is wiped out when oppression increases.<\/p>\n

Like Islam stops its followers from war and conflict, similarly every Muslim is
\nbound to get up for defence against those who impose war because death in honour
\nis better than life in dishonour. Not getting up for self-defence is the sign of
\nhumiliation, defame and defeat and a Momin never accepts defeat despite being
\nunder the dagger or on the point of the spear. Recitation from Holy Quran and
\nKalma-e-Haq continues on his tongue. <\/p>\n

The international Taghoot first rooted out Afghanistan in the garb of September
\n11 incident, and is committing massacre in Iraq in the garb of chemical weapons
\nwhile blood of innocent Muslims is being shed in Kashmir and Palestine for the
\nlast half a century. Hindus in South Asia have shattered peace while Zionists
\nhave made the life of Muslims difficult in the Middle East. At present some
\nareas of the southern Syria are occupied by them, soil of Palestine and Lebanon
\nis under their feet, one month is going to complete of battering of Lebanon
\nalong with Palestine, cities after cities, residential areas, airports, bridges,
\nroads have been destructed. What type of justice and fair-play it is? The whole
\nLebanon has been given a bloodbath just to get two Jews released; loss of
\nbillions of dollars is being reported. If Hindus and Zionists attack it is
\nconsidered as their right to defence but <\/p>\n

Lakhs of Kashmiris, Palestinians and Lebanese are helpless and if they defend
\nthemselves even then they are called terrorists. The rulers should take notice
\nof this situation. Arab League could not summon its summit yet. International
\nConference has not openly condemned Israel while OIC meeting held on Thursday
\ncould not give any strong line of action for future. <\/p>\n

International colonial powers and their agents should keep in mind that durable
\npeace could only be restored when Israel goes back to its 1948 borders; Kashmir
\nand Palestine issues are resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions
\nkeeping to the desire of their respective people but Bush desires to change the
\nmap of the region. Recent Israeli activities are continuation of New World
\nOrder. Muslim rulers have lost their identity being slaves and are now
\nconfronting with inferiority complex. The ruling elite are the biggest hurdle in
\nenforcement of religion and Shariat in the Islamic States who boast of following
\nwestern colonial powers blindly and dance on their tune, and follow the
\nprinciple of divide and rule. The same ruling elite identify and adopt qualities
\nof the west so as to destroy the Islamic identity and prolong their rule. There
\nare 57 Islamic States but unfortunately Hizbollah is alone in Lebanon, and there
\nis no one to help them despite the fact that Allah has made Muslim wealthy
\nthrough all types of wealth, own land, sky and sea routes, are self-reliant by
\nevery means but there is lack of planning, unity, mutual cooperation and
\nforbearance thus one crisis after the other. By the Grace of God, Pakistan is an
\natomic power. If the Muslim Ummah desires its survival then it should accept
\nPakistan\u0092s leadership, achieve right to veto, challenge UNO that if Kashmir and
\nPalestine issues are not resolved, if the allied forces are not driven out from
\nAfghanistan and Iraq and Israeli forces from Lebanon then all Muslim States
\nwould not sit in the United Nations rather all Muslim and oppressed nations
\nwould form a united forum and continue their struggle to achieve justice and
\nfair-play and root out oppression. As the Poet of the East said: <\/p>\n

Similarly Iqbal also says:<\/p>\n

Young men have now waked up. Our generation is the ray of hope. Young men of the
\noppressed nations have now understood that the international chief of the
\ncolonial powers desired only her supremacy. That is why movements have started
\nall along the world today that revolve around Karbala. The lesson of Karbala is
\nto be afraid only from Allah. Our future is bright <\/p>\n

On the enlightened occasion of Wiladat Ba Sa\u0092adat of Mushkil Kusha
\nAmir-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and following the saying of
\nMaula Ali (A.S.)<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

we declare Israeli attack on Lebanon as a naked aggression, and
\nstrongly condemn the colonial oppression against Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and
\nPalestine and consider helping those in these States who are defending
\nthemselves against those a must and declare those who fan biases and create any
\ntype of discrimination as enemies of religion, motherland, Shariat and humanity.<\/p>\n
