\n RAWALPINDI, July 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief
\n of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the movement of
\n Palestinian and Kashmiri oppressed Muslims would definitely succeed and the
\n blood of Shuhada would not go waste because sacrificing lives for
\n achievement of rights is Shahadat and to struggle for it is a blessing. He
\n stated this while announcing to observe the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam
\n Zainul Abideen (A.S.) as \u0093Youm-e-Sa\u0092adat\u0094 throughout the country on Friday,
\n 15th Jamadiul Awwal. He said a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) goes that a
\n person who sees morning and evening without looking after the affairs of
\n Muslims has no right to be called a Muslim. <\/font><\/p>\n

\n Agha Moosavi said at present the biggest terrorist of the
\n world of terrorism (biggest Satan as per a saying of Imam Khomeini) i.e.
\n America was targeting Muslim States in the name of rooting out terrorism in
\n the backdrop of New York and Washington incident. He said brutalities
\n against minorities in India, anti-Muslim riots in Gujerat province, and
\n brutalities against oppressed Kashmiris were going on for the last half
\n century. On the other, he said Zionist atrocities against Palestinians have
\n reached its peak while the Shahadat of about 15 oppressed Palestinians
\n including 8 innocent kids in an Israeli attack on Gaza the other day is a
\n tragic incident and is an open challenge to the Islamic World. The United
\n Nations Secretary General should tender his resignation on this heinous
\n incident, as he could not escape from his responsibilities simply by
\n condemning this incident verbally, he added. <\/font><\/p>\n

\n The TNFJ chief said this game is being played on the behest
\n of chief of the colonial powers i.e. America, which is highly condemnable.
\n He expressed full solidarity with the independence struggle of oppressed
\n people of Kashmir and Palestine. He said Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.)
\n preached the lesson of expressing hatred with oppression and oppressors, and
\n support and cooperation to the oppressed that should continue at any cost.
\n He appealed all countrymen to pray for rooting out the problems faced by the
\n Islamic World, particularly for the success of the independence struggle of
\n oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine, and development and solidarity of
\n motherland Pakistan in the programmes of \u0093Youm-e-Sa\u0092adat\u0094.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – July 23: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that only solution for problems and afflictions faced by oppressed nations and Islamic world is that the agreements and resolutions passed in the UN and Security Council not only be honored but also be implemented as well as deviation from these be termed a cognizable offense either these resolutions belong to oppressed and have-nots or Kashmir and Palestine.\n<\/p>\n

Talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ District Council Chakwal, headed by Agha Syed Saqlain Haider Kazmi and Haji Abid Hussain Haideri, which called on him here on Tuesday, Agha Moosavi said problems are going to be severe due to non-implementation of International Organizations\u0092 resolutions and agreements. Because when oppressed will not be redressed then verily they will have the right to make efforts for the achievement of their freedom and protection of fundamental rights.\n<\/p>\n

Moosavi said at present Palestine issue has adopted a very severe shape. As atrocities are being committed against Palestinians in the hands of Zionists and they are being destroyed the only reason behind it is that Israel is sabotaging agreements of United Nations. And much painful is that all is being done at the instance of the United States while it is claimant of a mediator between the two sides. America is acting the role of a silent spectator over anti-humanity oppressions. Now it has said to this extent that Yasser Arafat is a disliked personality so he be removed. Because of this Yasser Arafat\u0092s life is at risk, he added.\n<\/p>\n

America does not like Pakistan as an Atomic Power. In such a situation President Pervez Musharraf should not put the nation in labyrinth.\n<\/p>\n

Terming the remarks of President Musharraf that no one could change Pakistan\u0092s Islamic Identity as \u0093right\u0094, Moosavi made clear that any attempt to do so would be strongly resisted.\n<\/p>\n

He said, as Constitution 73 is consensus so President should not waste his time in discussions and meetings about Constitutional package because neither an individual nor any party and even the Judiciary has no right to make amendments in the constitution. Only Parliament has the right to do so.\n<\/p>\n

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi urged rulers to act with wisdom and seriousness because Islamic World is in the grip of Colonial Powers. He said every one of us talks about his rights but was unaware of his obligations; that is what is happening in Pakistan also. He said Martial-Law and non-Martial Law rulers confronted the country with one problems or the other.\n<\/p>\n

\t Mazhar Ali Shah said the rulers should make their words and deeds coherent because some people belonging to the groups on which restrictions were imposed by the President were behind the bars while some were roaming about freely rather are also seen attending political meetings and alliances. He said the whole nation would like to ask the President that what has been the status of Presidential orders after his meeting with those banned by him earlier? Are they terrorists no more? \n Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that rulers and politicians would
\n have to give priority to Islam, Pakistan and people over all other things in
\n the larger interest of the nation and the country. He stated this while
\n addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Islamabad here on
\n Sunday. He said motherland Pakistan was confronting one problem or the other
\n at present, therefore the President of Pakistan being the Commander-in-Chief
\n of the armed forces of Pakistan should give top priority to restoration of
\n peace in the country, give up opening Pandora\u0092s Box of constitutional
\n package leaving it to the future Parliament and hold the fair and free
\n elections.\n <\/p>\n

\n Agha Moosavi said the colonial powers were behind the whole game being
\n played in South Asia and Middle East and their expression of concern over

RAWALPINDI, July 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said \u0093Day of Annexation with Pakistan\u0094 is a memorable day for Kashmiri freedom fighters to revive their resolve when 22 diehard persons while kissing martyrdom on July 13 provided the basis that the Two-Nation Theory i.e. Islam and Kufr are two separate Millats under which Pakistan came into being and the Quaid-i-Azam declared Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan that is still incomplete without Kashmir. \tAgha Moosavi said the Day of Annexation with Pakistan is the memoir of those martyrdoms, atrocities and patience owing to which the struggle for independence has reached its final phase. He said Kashmir issue tops the list on the world map and has been recognised on international level as the main cause of conflict in South Asia. He said the British Parliament was forced to accept that this region could not be turned into a hub of peace without resolving Kashmir issue despite the fact the it was Britain that had created this issue.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said India used every tactic and staged many dramas during the last 55 years to sabotage Kashmir issue, the last one to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State so as to keep it away from extending religious and moral support to Kashmiris. The objective of deploying Indian forces on Pakistan border is to divert world attention from brutalities against minorities and desecration of the places of worship in India, and to condemnable Indian activities against Kashmiris under the black law of POTA. Gen. Pervez, he said, has extended the offer for a dialogue many a time besides giving an assurance to end any infiltration from the other side of the Control Line. But it is astonishing that Indian forces were still hanging on the Control Line despite all these assurances, he added.\n<\/p>\n

\n Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming the issuance of
\n Anti-Terrorism Ordinance a national need has demanded its implementation.
\n Addressing the central office-bearers of the Tehreek here on Saturday he
\n expressed grave concern that some groups on which restrictions were imposed
\n by the President of Pakistan were facing government crackdown while some of
\n them have not only joined political alliances but were also flexing their
\n muscles to take part in the oncoming elections. He appealed Gen. Musharraf
\n to take suo moto notice of this situation and order action against the
\n elements that were encouraging the banned groups because activation of these
\n groups in national politics and enjoying coverage on media is open violation
\n of the Presidential orders and sabotaging government steps. <\/p>\n

\n Syed Mazhar Ali Shah made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya,
\n Pakistan is the only representative organisation of Maktab-e-Jaffar ibne
\n Muhammad (A.S.) that is active in achieving its religious goals. He said we
\n have neither let anybody bargain our principles and rights in the past nor
\n we would allow the same in future. He said our main objective is to work for
\n Pakistan\u0092s basic ideology i.e. Islam from which there would be no diversion
\n while norms of justice and fair-play would always be kept in mind. He said
\n Pakistan\u0092s official religion is Islam under Article 2 of the consensus 1973
\n Constitution and no individual or a party has the right to make amendments
\n in it but the Parliament. Therefore, the proposed constitutional package of
\n the government is half-cooked and a mere eyewash. <\/p>\n

\n The TNFJ Secretary General said Gen. Musharraf who clinched the office of
\n President through Referendum should only utilise his energies in holding
\n elections and defending the motherland because the international Taghoot and
\n its chief was bent upon rooting out the oppressed and Muslims one by one on
\n one pretext or the other. He said the soil of Anbia-e-Karaam i.e. Iraq where
\n Karbala, Najaf, Kazmain, Samrah and Baghdad are situated is on the target of
\n allied planes for a decade. Heavy loss of innocent Iraqi people was
\n witnessed in Thursday\u0092s raids on Iraq while America and her agent Britain
\n were still continuing these attacks. He demanded from the OIC to summon
\n emergent meeting to take serious notice of American threats to Iraq. He said
\n America was busy hatching conspiracy to remove Arafat, to root out any
\n Muslim State of her choice and sometimes term Iran the root cause of evil
\n contrary the fact that America itself was the root cause of all evils and

He said the government has openly announced holding of general elections and the stage is set for election but uncertainty still prevails in the country. Spelling out the reason for such a situation he said in addition to proposed constitutional package, various new conditions were also coming forth from the powers that be and that are, perhaps, difficult for any party to fulfil. On the other hand, he said our perpetual enemy never lets any opportunity go waste to term us terrorist, Pakistan is always blamed if even someone catches cold in India, that is why the biggest opposition in India opines that Pakistan is blamed whenever any incident of terrorism takes place in India. Congress leader Shev Raj Patel strongly criticising this cheap act of Indian government says that terrorists were hiding in Indian villages but Indian rulers put the blame of terrorism on Pakistan. He said Indian army is still deployed on Pakistani borders, anarchy and differences are cropping up from within. \n that terrorism could not be rooted out through terrorism because Islam
\n preaches the lesson that whenever anyone is engaged in excessive attitude it
\n should be tackled with a better treatment, and oppression and brutality with
\n justice and fair-play while the biggest terrorist and oppressor could be

RAWALPINDI, July 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said discussion on the proposed constitutional package of the present government was only possible when it is accepted that any individual or institution other than the Parliament has the right to make amendments in the Constitution. He said such an acceptance would tantamount not only to sabotaging the Constitution but would also be contrary to democracy and supporting tyranny and Malookiyyat. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Salar of Caravan-e-Fatimia for Haj and Umrah, Hojjatul Islam Allama Zahid Abbas here on Tuesday.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said in every Constitution in the world, whether it is Parliamentary or Presidential, Parliament has been recognised as a legislature assembly, therefore, we fervently appeal President of Pakistan to leave the approval of constitutional package to the Parliament giving priority to the interests of the nation and the country if he sincerely desires to promote democracy, and utilise all his energies in ensuring law and order within the country and on holding elections on the announced schedule. The TNFJ chief said it is a matter to ponder over for the government that political parties were busy in making alliances with banned groups and some of the political parties have made the banned organisations as their stooge. He said to end uncertainty and confusion, it was necessary to leave the job of approving the constitutional amendments to the new Assembly. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Allama Baqar Naqvi and Allama Fakhar Abbas Zaidi. He said it is a coincident that whenever any American representative visits Middle East, the massacre starts there afresh and whenever their representative turns towards South Asia, a new stage is always set and the attack on a Hindu temple is a part of that conspiracy. RAWALPINDI, July 13: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said lack of justice and fair-play is the main reason behind international crisis. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council that called on him at the head of Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi and Khurshid Hussain Kazmi here on Saturday. He said no nation, Millat and human society could march towards development without justice. He said a society based on oppression and brutality is deprived of all its energies and capabilities while a system based on justice and fair-play creates complete faith and confidence guaranteeing national stability.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the main reason behind non-establishment of justice and fair-play is that decisions are given in line with the laws instead of justice and fair-play under which one can save himself but could implicate others. The fresh example of such a situation, he said, is establishment of International Criminal Court (ICC) and the joint decision of the Security Council and the United States to exempt America from International Criminal Court (ICC). He said such a situation indicates that laws are made to implicate the poor, that is why the whole world of humanity was in pain over denial of justice and fair-play.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said 22 Kashmiris were martyred some 71 years ago as a punishment to raise voice for righteousness but the movement of independence gave a new lease of life to their voice. Therefore, he said Resolution for Annexation to Pakistan was adopted on July 19, 1947 and today the Kashmir issue tops the international issues while the world has accepted that the real cause of tension in Middle East and South Asia are the issues of Palestine and Kashmir, respectively. Therefore, the powers that be should not put the nation in labyrinth; leave the issue of constitutional amendments for new parliament and respect the emotions of people so that all parties could take part in polls with satisfaction and peace.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the decision to hold polling for National and Provincial assemblies on the same day is sound because due to its holding on different days, the results of National Assembly effect the polling for Provincial Assemblies. But to hold elections for Senate on the same day is not right, as assemblies are not in existence, which would create complexity, he added.\n<\/p>\n
