\n RAWALPINDI, May 31: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said international colonial powers were responsible for the activities going on in Middle East and South Asia, there is no organisation by the name of United Nations, it is all America that is controlling the balance of war and peace, wherever and whenever it so desires it goes for destruction like Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine and restores peace wherever it desires like it did in East Taimoor. He stated this in a special address at the Youm-e-Wiladat Mehfil of Hazrat Umm-e-Kulsoom binte Ali (A.S.). He said the name of Islam declares from its name itself that it is a religion of peace and solidarity and the whole span of Holy Prophet’s (SAW) life and the character of his inheritors, stand witness that Islam never initiated aggression. He said Gen. Musharraf in his message to Vajpayee has given guarantee that Pakistan would not initiate war first but if war did impose on us then we would sacrifice our lives for the defence of the motherland and would not allow anyone to cause harm to it.\n <\/p>\n

\n Agha Moosavi said the whole game is being played on Indian initiative and as BBC has said Vajpayee was retreating after giving war threats and now he is facing humiliation all around the world. He said actually India was utilising all her energies to get Kashmiris declared as “terrorists” so as to cool down their spirit of independence and she was doing all that following in the foot-steps of Sharon unveiling Zionist-Hindu collusion. He said Pakistan has never committed aggression and we are not terrorists either rather Pakistan by joining the International Coalition has proved that we ourselves are victim of aggression and hate it point blank.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n

\n\tThe TNFJ chief said Pakistan has said on several occasions that she had not interfered in the internal affairs of any State, Kashmiris were busy in their struggle at their own. He said now Britain has sought monitoring of the Line of Control through helicopters to be used by international observers and Pakistan has already accepted that proposal contrary to Indian point of view. He said that in these circumstances the international powers are under the obligation to tighten their control over India and declare them as “terrorists”.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said restoring the oath about belief in the Khatam-e-Nabuwwat in the voter’s form is commensurate with implementation of Pakistan ideology. He stated this while addressing the concluding session of Hafta-e-Wahdat Wa Akhuwwat which was observed to mark Eid Milad-un-Nabi and Wiladat Ba-Sa’adat of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) here on Thursday. He said international colonial powers consider Islam a danger for them and thus try to create rift and anarchy in Islam so as to create doubts about Islamisation as a part of New World Order. He said because Pakistan was created under the Two-Nation Theory and Islam is not only official religion of Pakistan but belief is Khatam-e-Nabuwwat is also its life-line. This situation, he said upsets Zionists, Hindus and Qadianis. He said besides restoring the oath for belief in Khatam-e-Nabuwwat in the voter’s form, the President should also form an Enquiry Board to probe the un-Islamic elements responsible for removing this oath from the form putting the government credibility at stake besides strengthening un-Islamic powers.\n<\/p>\n

Mehfil-e-Saqdain was organised at Imambargah Nasir Al-Aza under the auspices of Mukhtar Students Organistion Rawalpindi City. RAWALPINDI, May 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the seerat of Rasool-e-Sadiq (SAW) and Imam Al-Sadiq (A.S.), that had been the beacon of light in every era, will have to be followed practically to get rid the world of humanity of terrorism. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Paighambar-e-Azam Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country on Thursday with religious fervour.\n\t<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the pious days from 12th to 17th Rabiul Awwal are commensurate with Sadqain who provided guidance to the ignorant world through their holiest preaching and invited them from darkness to brightness, from ignorance to knowledge and from oppression to justice and fair-play. He made it clear that the only objective of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) was to award the whole mankind with peace and tranquillity and root out Shirk, Kufr, oppression, biases and hatred and to promote love and brotherhood. He said the basic reason behind terrorism going on all over the world is that the United Nations has been unable to get its Resolutions implemented and international peace was at stake in the absence of rights to all oppressed and have-nots the world over including Kashmir and Palestine. He said Palestine issue in Middle East and Kashmir issue in South Asia are still unresolved owing to which tension was still prevailing in these regions.\n\t<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said Pakistan was punished in the shape of aggression in 1965 and 1971 for supporting the Kashmir cause. He said when Indian tested her nuclear device in 1998, Pakistan came with a befitting reply testing her nuclear devices under a defensive strategy but the United Nations was not playing its role justifiably. He said today the Britain was advising Pakistan to hold a dialogue on Kashmir issue but she should keep in mind that it was they who created this issue. He said all world powers including the British foreign minister should tell which platform could be more feasible than the United Nations for a dialogue? He said India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations and accepted the right for a plebiscite. He said terming the United Nations Resolution a past affair is foolishness because Kashmir issue is also a past affair. He said Britain asking to get stop terrorism from across the border is tragic, as Pakistan itself has joined International Coalition against terrorism. He said Palestinian and Kashmiri independence movements are not terrorism but struggle for independence continuing for a very long time in which thousands of freedom fighters have kissed martyrdom. He said if the super powers desire peace then they should ask Israel to pullout from Palestine and Indian occupation forces to vacate the Held Valley besides abrogating the black law of POTA in Held Kashmir.\n\t<\/p>\n

He said if the colonial powers, their chief America and the United Nations have a bit of dignity left with them then they should play their role in making Middle East and South Asia hub of peace but, he added, it seems they have evil designs in their mind. He said Pakistan has already accepted Russian invitation for a dialogue with India despite the fact that this invitation was extended after missile tests by Pakistan. Pervez Musharraf’s address expression of the feelings of the nation and the country saying that the whole nation would have to violate the circle of international colonial powers by coming out of personal and party interests. He said accepting the invitation for meeting the President on fixing preconditions was not a good step as the politicians and leaders should strengthen the hands of the armed forces for the defence of the motherland unconditionally and play the role of front-runners for the solidarity and protection of Pakistan, otherwise, he added, the nation would never ever forgive them. He stated this while expressing his reaction over the address of President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to the nation made on Monday.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n

\n\tAgha Moosavi while commenting on a hue and cry raised by colonial powers over the recent missile testing by Pakistan said, Indian forces were deployed on borders after blaming Pakistan for attack on Indian Parliament but no international leader raised any objection, none of them asked India why she was doing so\u0085? Therefore, he said, international leaders should take the notice of Indian war mania instead of expressing concern over Pakistan’s defence capability. He said Kashmiri Mujahideen and their parties were struggling for their independence in Held Kashmir and the struggle for independence could not be considered as terrorism. He said when independence struggle of East Taimoor was not terrorism then how could the Kashmiri and Palestinian movements could be termed so? He said if the international leaders have even a bit of sense for justice then they should exert pressure on India to withdraw its 7-lakh strong occupation forces from Held Kashmir, pullout its forces from the borders, arrange plebiscite in Held Kashmir and get the United Nations Resolutions implemented.\n <\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him on Monday at the head of TNFJ District Jhang leader, Syed Tajammul Hussain Gillani. He said Pakistan has always adopted defensive strategy over every Indian effort to cause harm to Pakistan. He said India committed aggression against Pakistan in 1965 and 1971 and later tested its nuclear devices in 1974 and 1998. Pakistan adopting the policy of self-defence carried out a nuclear blast on May 28, 1998. India tried every tool to maintain her supremacy but Pakistan proved through its character that the supremacy is for Almighty Allah only and we do not accept any one else’s supremacy.\n\t<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said India misused Jammu incident against Pakistan and tried to impose war on it ultimately forcing Pakistan to carry out missile tests. He said as a follower of Islam Pakistan has always adopted peaceful policy. He said the whole world was aware that Russia is an Indian ally but when she extended invitation to Pakistan during the 1965 war, Pakistan accepted it and even now Pakistan has accepted Russian invitation with an open heart. He said Pakistan by joining the International Coalition has declared upon the world that we are not terrorists, neither we have allowed any terrorist or oppressor to use our territory in the past nor we would allow it in future.\n\t<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Kashmir issue is the real cause of tension in this region and India herself had taken this issue to the United Nations. Therefore, when the right of self-determination could be given in East Taimoor then why this right could not be exercised in Palestine and Kashmir, he asked? He said no bargaining would be allowed on Kashmir issue. He said Pakistan has neither initiated any attack in the past nor it is going to do so in future but in case of any aggression the whole nation is ready for the defence of the motherland because we keep the interests of the nation and the country supreme over all other interests. Mahafil-e-Milad and Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) functions were organised in various mosques and Imambargahs where ulema, zakireen and waizeen stressed the need of unity and mutual understanding in their addresses. Rehmat-e-Do-Aalam Conference was organised by District Wahdat and Akhuwwat Committee of Tehreek Nafaz
