RAWALPINDI, July 2: A meeting of the Central Martyr Day Committee of TNFJ was held to finalize the programs of Martyr Day on July 6 throughout the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Convener Maalik Ashtar presided over the meeting.\n<\/p>\n

According to Secretary of the Committee Syed Ali abbas Naqvi, conveners have been appointed in all the four provinces including Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to organize Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Taraheem and other functions to mark the occasion.\n<\/p>\n

The Conveners and Secretaries of the Provincial Committees for Martyr Day are: Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and Allama Sadiqi (Islamabad), Basit Ali and Mehdi Hazarvi (Balochistan), Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari and Anwar Ali Jafri (Sindh), Sadiq Ali Hayat and Waqar Ali Mir (NWFP), Abu Jafar Naqvi and Zamir Javed Advocate (Punjab), Allama Syed Ali Moosavi Iskandarabadi and Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas), and Riaz Hussain Kazmi and Kh. Basharat Ali Jafri (Azad Kashmir).\n<\/p>\n

Central Convener Maalik Ashtar in his address on the occasion said, struggle for upholding Kalma-e-Haq is worship, bearing detention is a blessing and presenting sacrifice of lives is martyrdom that is much desired by a Momin. He said colonial powers were using every tactic to cool down the martyrdom spirit of Muslims but they would never succeed in their nefarious designs.\n<\/p>\n

He said as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, struggle for achievement of rights is not terrorism but encroaching upon rights is. He said the world would not have faced oppression and brutality today had the United Nations Resolutions were implemented. He said the whole responsibility for problems faced by the oppressed nations lay on the United Nations.\n<\/p>\n

The Central Convener appealed the countrymen to pay homage on July 6 to martyr Muhammad Hussain Shad, all other martyrs in religion and motherland including Kashmir, Palestine, and Iraq by organizing Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Taraheem for them and express complete solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots the world over.\n <\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, July 01: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Islam is commensurate with love and affection, and its topmost objective is Seerat & character-building that\u0092s why Islam stresses for education and training. He was talking to central office-bearers of Tanzeem-ul-Madaris Jafariya Pakistan who called on him at the head of Hujjatul Islam Syed Sakeeni here on Tuesday.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said acquisition of knowledge has been made obligatory for everyone regardless of man and woman rather the purpose of Holy Prophet (SAW)\u0092s annunciation was knowledge. RAWALPINDI, June 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that motherland Pakistan came into being under the Two-Nation Theory and is the fruit of joint sacrifices and active struggle of all schools of thought, and every conspiracy to turn it into a sectarian State would be thwarted in future also like the past.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while announcing to observe July 6 as Martyr Day to mark the martyrdom of Muhammad Hussain Shad throughout the country. Agha Moosavi said that a tyrant ruler took over the country to cause harm to the Basic Ideology and announced to make the country a State of particular thought by trampling democracy that was not only contrary to the principles of Founder of the Nation Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Mosawwir-e-Pakistan Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal but was also tantamount to sabotaging the Article 2 of the consensus 1973 Constitution.\n<\/p>\n

He said that the government was under the obligation to root out every kind of biases and malice and deal terrorists with an iron hand giving priority to the interests of the nation and the country.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all countrymen to organize Quran-Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem on July 6 to pay homage to all Martyrs and martyrs of Kashmir, Palestine and Iraq including Shaheed Muhammad Hussain Shad who fell prey to terrorism, and reiterate their resolve that they would not allow the blood of martyrs go waste.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, June 29: Haider Syed, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that effective implementation of President\u0092s Anti-Terrorism Ordinance giving up all reservations and fixing the banned groups that were active changing their outfit is the need of the hour.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while giving his presidential address at Mujahid-e-Millat Conference held at Zainul Abideen Academy Rawalpindi to remember Pakistan Movement worker, and former Secretary Finance TNFJ, Late Raja Jehandad.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution unanimously passed in the meeting demanded the government to give ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all key departments because it is a joint inheritance of all Masalik.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution made it clear that only that person would be called the representative of Maktab-e-Tashaiyyo in any Council or commission who would be appointed by the representative Organization Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ).\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution termed the attempt of terrorism affiliation with Muslims as an international conspiracy against Islamic world because according to the saying of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi a terrorist keeps no country, no religion and no school he is only a terrorist. Yet another resolution while expressing complete solidarity with the ongoing independence movements of Kashmir and Palestine demanded solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of United Nations resolutions keeping to the desires of their respective people.\n<\/p>\n

The meeting, by another resolution, urged the government and the opposition to end dissention among them to make sure honour and dignity of Parliament, and give preference to the national interests over every thing.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, June 28: A combined meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya District Islamabad was held at District Coordination Office. TNFJ Federal Council President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami presided over the meeting while central leader of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi was the chief guest. Office-bearers of subordinate departments also attended the meeting.\n<\/p>\n

Addressing the meeting, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi called upon the government and the opposition to ensure the respect and dignity of the Parliament. He said government and the opposition are the two wheels of a vehicle and are hands of democracy. He said keeping to the present situation prevailing at international and regional level it is necessary to work together for the solidarity of the motherland and to strengthen democracy.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, in his address called upon the rulers to remove the unrest from amongst the ranks of Millat-i-Jafariya that is being ignored of ideological representation in all State departments.\n<\/p>\n

He presented a resolution in this connection that was adopted by the participants of the meeting. The resolution demanded from the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement regarding Shia demands immediately and remove the sense of deprivation found in the ranks of the nation.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution also demanded from the government to implement the steps and directives of Gen. Pervez Musharraf to root out terrorism and effectively implement the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Order without any delay.\n<\/p>\n

Paying homage to Quetta incident martyrs, the resolution expressed its concern that assassin of the martyrs could not be arrested so far, therefore, the terrorists should be tackled with an iron hand, and assassins should be arrested forthwith and given an exemplary punishment.\n<\/p>\n

The District office-bearers presented performance reports about their respective departments. Fateha Khwani was offered for the Martyrs of Millat, particularly the Quetta martyrs at the conclusion of the meeting. Special prayers were also offered on this occasion for the development and stability of Muslims at large and motherland Pakistan, and survival and strengthening of democracy in the country.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, June 27: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said American power, strength and stability has increased manifold after the dismemberment of Soviet Union and the United States reaped its benefits using new tactics and methods, considering Islamic World a danger and defaming Muslims by terming them orthodox, extremists and fundamentalists so as to make Muslim States and the oppressed people target of her vengeance.\n<\/p>\n

His remarks came while he talked to a delegation of TNFJ District Council Jehlum that called on him at the head of Syed Ikhlaq Hussain Naqvi here on Friday.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the New York and Washington incidents added fuel to the fire leading to destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq encouraging American agents who not only made the live of Kashmiris and Palestinians in South Asia and Middle East difficult but also harassed all States in these regions, therefore, now Road Maps are being introduced on American desire for its survival and stability.\n<\/p>\n

He said now the whole world has turned into a global village, new alliances are being cropped up, hunt is on for new friends, and all States are taking their decision keeping their own interest in view. He said Russian leadership\u0092s visit to Britain after 130 years, warm welcome to Vajpayee in China, and extra-ordinary warm welcome to Gen. Pervez Musharraf in Camp David are a part of this chain.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said at present there are two main issues i.e. Kashmir and Palestine that colonial powers like to be resolved according to her and her agents\u0092 interests while we keep our own interests as supreme.\n<\/p>\n

He said Pakistan that came into being under the Two-Nation Theory should improve her relations with the Islamic World further by reviewing her foreign policy because being the citadel of Islam and atomic power, not only Muslims but the whole oppressed world was looking towards Pakistan. In this connection, summoning emergent OIC session is the need of the hour so that not only a joint strategy and foreign policy is evolved keeping in view the changing scenario exercising wisdom and seriousness in the larger interest of the religion and the motherland, but also make full practical efforts for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues by following the principled stand that is giving right of self-determination to the people of Kashmir and Palestine in the light of the United Nations Resolution keeping to the desire of the respective people. RAWALPINDI, June 26: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that as India has taken good step by recognizing Tibbet as Chinese territory, in the same manner it should by displaying whole-heartedness also accept right of self-determination of Kashmiris and arrange for plebiscite in Held Kashmir for restoration of long-lasting peace in South Asia so as to protect this region from all types of conspiracies.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to office-bearers and Deputy Commanders who called on him at the head of Chairman Nigraan Council Mukhtar Force Pakistan, Ch. Abu Baidar Ali here on Thursday.\n<\/p>\n

He said the warm welcome of President of Pakistan at Camp David and announcement of $3 billion American package provides food for thought while Pakistan had spent three times more to save America and the latter has herself admitted that fact.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said our rulers are ready to do everything for America while she has refused to give us F-16s. Therefore, he said, the Muslim rulers should keep in mind that the American-Hindu-Zionist colonial trio was friends of their own interest and they desire to devour all, one by one. He said there are two main issues in these regions for solution of which arrangement of plebiscite in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of respective people was the need of the hour and without which the dream of restoring peace could not come true.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that piousness is the standard of superiority and foundation of religion & Shariat and is commensurate to keep one away from evil habits and decorating with the good ones while it has also been declared the extremity of worships and blessings. ISLAMABAD, June 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Islam is the most complete a religion that is liked by Allah and that desires to transform the human life into an Islamic outfit and is against all types of aggression, biases, discrimination, oppression, brutality, evil, bad, murder, and arson.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to central office-bearers of Hay\u0092at Ulema-e-Imamia that called on him at the head of Allama Sajjad Hussain Gardezi, here on Wednesday. He said Islam preaches for self-accountability so that one could judge himself what has he sowed to reap tomorrow, continue fearing from Allah because that holiest personality knows about the deeds of every human being.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi expressed grave concern that colonial powers and her agents were busy in making oppressed and Muslim people understand that God forbid, Muslims are fundamentalists, extremists and terrorists and their culture is useless rather a danger for the world peace, therefore, they have no right to live. He said, it is a heinous conspiracy against them that have endangered the survival of Muslims on earth. That is why, he added, they were also utilizing their all efforts to link movements of independence of Muslims and the oppressed with terrorism.\n<\/p>\n

He said the situation becomes clearer when we see the attitude of chief of the colonial powers that has diverted her direction towards other States after Afghanistan and Iraq and continuously threatened them, it has already ignored the United Nations and the protest launched throughout the world, and all her actions are tantamount to great oppression and naked aggression.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to a delegation of Matmi Dasta Haripur Hazara that called on him here on Monday at the head of Matmi Salar Syed Tahirul Hassan Bokhari. He said confronting oppression and brutality had been the habit of oppressed and Muslim people. He said the atheists carried out oppression and brutality against Muslims since Islam was introduced, and used every tactic of brutality and violence, they were lashed in hot plains, deserts and detention cells but the world has seen that no one could take out the love for Islam from their hearts and divert them from the right path. RAWALPINDI, June 22: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has made it clear that giving rights to all schools of thought on the basis of equality was need of the hour to make motherland Pakistan a welfare Islamic State while sincere and effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance (ATO) was necessary to tackle the challenge of terrorism faced by the country.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while addressing the monthly organizational meeting of central office-bearers at Tehreek headquarters on Sunday. Performance of all departments and countrywide programmes carried out by the Tehreek were reviewed during the meeting. Secretaries also presented their respective reports on this occasion.\n<\/p>\n

Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said like other Makatib, Maktab-e-Tashayyo is also deprived of basic rights because a particular class was enjoying the monopoly in all State departments including the media. He called upon the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement forthwith and give ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all departments on the basis of equality.\n<\/p>\n

While strongly condemning the incidents of terrorism, murder, arson, and lawlessness in various parts of the country including Balochistan, he said terrorism was the foremost problem faced by the country at present and the government should announce hatred against banned terrorists groups instead of making political adjustment with them and giving them a place alongside with them. In this connection, he said, the government should implement the President\u0092s Anti-Terrorism Ordinance with an iron hand and tighten its noose against those banned groups that were still active by changing their names.\n<\/p>\n

He said it was a matter of proud for them that the able leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi became the source of pride and success for the nation in all matters. RAWALPINDI, June 22: A Majlis-e-Tarheem for conduction of reward to Mohsinah-e-Millat mother of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, organized by Kanizan-e-Imam-ul-Asr Wazzaman (Rawaplindi Branch) was held at Jamia-tul-Momneen Rawalpindi.\n<\/p>\n

Majlis was addressed by different scholars and speakers including Mohtarma Bint-e-Moosa Moosavi, Mohtarma Fizza Abid, Mohtarma Shehar Bano, Mohtarma Abida Batool, Mohtarma Bushra Batool, Mohtarma Bint-ul-Huda, Mohtarma Najia Najaf Turabi, Mohtarma Zakira Tahira Nafees, Mohtarma Zakira Farhat Fatemah , Mohtarma Zakira Kulsoom and Mohtarma Bint-e-Ali Moosavi. They narrated the Faza\u0092il o Manaqib of Ahlebayt (Alaihum us Salam) and highlighted the philosophy of life and death.\n<\/p>\n

Different resolutions were adopted on this occasion. A resolution made it clear that Pakistan is a joint inheritance of all Makatib while Maktab-e-Tashayyo is being ignored in all key departments so by following upon the Junejo-Moosavi agreement 21 May, 1985 Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given ideological representation in all departments.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded for the practical implementation of Anti Terrorism Ordinance to check law and order situation in the Country. Yet another resolution while expressing complete solidarity with Kashmiris, Palestinians, Iraqis, Chechens and all ongoing oppressed movements condemned the oppression and brutality against them. The Majlis expressed its full satisfaction over the services of Markaz rendered for the holy mission of Wila and Aza.\n<\/p>\n

At the conclusion, prayers were made for the high ranks of all deceased and martyrs from Nuwwab-e-Arba\u0092a to-date regardless of any difference and for the long life of Maraje Uzzam and Ulma-e-Karam.\n<\/p>\n

He said Islam is the greatest law of the Compassionate and the Merciful

\n States\u0092 such tactics have disclosed its enmity with Islam and
\n oppressed. It just wants to occupy both regions\u0092 resources fulfilling

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
\n consultation bears a great significance in Islam, ergo Muslim rulers
\n should immediately summon an emergency session of OIC and thus forge
\n a joint strategy to get freedom from colonial clamp and save Islamic
\n world from destruction, and utilize all their energies in getting the
\n long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine resolved in line with
