RAWALPINDI, June 09: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, the Secretary General Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, while severely condemning the gory murder of 14 young cops in Quetta has termed it flat terrorism and a heinous conspiracy aimed at sabotaging democratic process.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued Monday from the Tehreek headquarters, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said that evil-wishers of the religion and the country are bent upon to shatter motherland\u0092s peace; in such a situation, we should have to work with wisdom and sagacity instead of flying into rage and recognize friend and foe, he added.\n<\/p>\n

Mazhar Ali Shah said President General Pervez Musharraf had taken right and good step issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance (ATO) besides banning terrorist outfits and putting them in clamp, but afterwards, the same outlawed groups participated in elections with new names and moved on their old way, and which got support courtesy to the government and opposition who made them sit besides them. The TNFJ Secretary General said the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has decided to observe Youm-e-Tarheem for these martyrs throughout the country on Tuesday, June 10. On this occasion, Quran Khwani and Majalis will be arranged for elevation of the ranks of martyrs. He appealed the compatriots to remain peaceful and vigilant plus prefer interests of the nation and the country above all keeping their ebullition in control so that every conspiracy of enemies of the nation and the country could be foiled.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, June 5: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the national heroes and Mashaheer like Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Roohullah Moosavi Al-Khomeini are born in centuries who are considered beacon of light for the coming generations owing to their great achievements.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of countrywide Youm-e-Tarheem to mark the death anniversary of leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the great Rahbar Hazrat Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Roohullah Moosavi Al-Khameini that is being observed throughout the country on Friday, with national spirit.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said Ayatollah Khomeini was actually a Kashmiri, resident of Baramula and was born in Khomein City of Iran in 1902. He watched all ups and downs and when Iranian Shahanshah tried to browbeat his people in the name of White Revolution, Ayatollah Khomeini terming it a white lie strongly criticized his supporting policies for Taghoot and Israel and highlighted the universality of Islam. As a result of which he had to bear detention and later was sent in exile. He said he settled in the holiest city of Iraq i.e. Najaf-e-Ashraf in 1963 and he (Moosavi) has the honour to attend the Dars-e-Kharij along with his son Mustafa Khomeini that Ayatullah Khomeini delivered in Masjid-e-Turk.\n<\/p>\n

He said Ayatollah Khomeini disseminated the message to the whole oppressed world and mankind that what the chief of the Satanic World has in mind for future. He had also predicted that international colonial power desires to fulfil her designs through her agents by making a particular area controversial in every Muslim and oppressed State, he added.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that Ayatollah Khomeini had declared that colonial powers desire to snatch the right of self-determination from Kashmiris, Israelis desires to fulfill their desires in Al-Quds Ash-Sharif by crushing Palestinians, therefore, international Taghoot continued their attempts to create hurdles in his way considering him a big danger. He said Ayatollah Khomeini was the spiritual leader of the oppressed and Muslim nations, was a courageous and brave man with enthusiasm and forbearance who taught the oppressed and have-nots the way to live in honour. He used to say that whoever creates rift between Makatab has no link with Islam and Shariat, he added.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said during his life span, some powers considered those who had love and devotion with Ayatollah Khomeini as antonym to revolution. He said at present there are two sections of society: orthodox and reformers. Although there are no such terminologies in Islam rather Islam displays accommodative and open-hearted posture, he added. He said today the ideologies of Ayatollah Khomeini are being violated because he had always given priority to human being and Muslim. He said Iran was the first country to recognize Pakistan rather it had put no visa restrictions for transit between Turkey, Iran and Pakistan for a long time. He said the Iranian ambassadors have now given up and limited the ideologies and thinking of Ayatollah Khomeini as a result of which international colonial powers were bent upon targeting Iran.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, June 01: Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate while expressing concern over murder attempt on Saqlain Naqvi, leader of Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Sibbi, bomb blast on Al-Syed Coach terminal in Hyderabad, and untoward incidents in Northern Areas i.e. Gilgit on the issue of education curricula, demanded from the powers that be to strictly implement the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance for restoring real and durable peace so as to give rights of all schools of thought fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here from Central Secretariat of the Tehreek on Sunday, he said the whole world was on the target of terrorism at present and Pakistan has been the victim of oppression for the last three decades, institutions, mosques and Imambargahs have turned into places of murder. He said the TNFJ had presented Moosavi Peace Formula in the court of Chief Justice of Pakistan Sajjad Ali Shah to root out terrorism, and then Gen. Pervez Musharraf had issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance before elections, putting restrictions on some groups and detaining some terrorists.\n<\/p>\n

But after the elections, the present rulers utilized all their energies in consolidating their power while the opposition has put \u0093wardi\u0094 (the uniform) and the LFO on top of its agenda as a result of which forces against religion and motherland have become active again. He said the present government should publicize the educational curricula before its enforcement. He said only that curricula would work in the motherland in which concern of all schools of thought is taken care of because Pakistan came into being on the basis of Two-Nation Theory. He said the government should not try to aggravate the situation on educational curricula in the sensitive areas of the country, as it would earn a bad name for her.\n<\/p>\n

He said, in the light of present international situation when external pressure on us is increasing day by day, and we are being taken to the dialogue table, the rulers should exercise seriousness and give priority to country\u0092s survival and solidarity over all other matters. He called upon the government to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance strictly and fix the terrorist groups.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while addressing a huge Majlis-e-Aza held in connection with the Annual Pursadari on the second day of Ayyam-ul-Huzn being observed to mark the sad demise of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.), at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam Kazmi Qalandari (R.A.) in Nurpur Shahan Islamabad on Friday. Thousands of Zaireen, Matmi Azadaran, Sajjada Nashins of various religious elders, Sadaat and Fuqara gathered there from all over the country, participated in the Majlis.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the main reason of the existing problems is lack of justice, we have been deprived of our basic rights for the last 55 years, but the powers that be should know that we are not afraid of being detained, we could bear every brunt but would never bargain or allow anyone to bargain on our rights, honour and dignity of the nation and the country. He said LFO etc. are not the issues of public, we have sympathies with politicians but we have no concern with the \u0093wardi\u0094 (uniform). He said justice is life while terrorism is monstrous. The TNFJ chief said the Astaana of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) is the treasure of spiritualism and Ma\u0092arfat where from people belonging to every Maktab and Maslak derive the benefit. Expressing complete solidarity with the independence struggle of Kashmiris and Palestinian freedom fighters, he made it clear that only solution to Kashmir and Palestine issues lay in implementation of United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, May 31: A grand Majlis-e-Aza under the arrangements of All Pakistan Syed Faqeer Matami Tanzim was held at Dera Sakhi Shah Chan Charagh in Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam Moosavi Al-Mash\u0092hadi (R.A.), Islamabad, in connection with Annual Pursadari. Renowned ulema, waizeen and zakireen addressed the Majlis after which Zuljinah procession was taken out.\n<\/p>\n

Thousands of Matamdaraan who thronged the occasion adopted resolutions presented by central leader of Mukhtar Force Pakistan (MFP) Ch. Mushtaq Hussain raising vociferous slogans.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution said that the country was confronted with one problem or the other from within and without, and in these circumstances it was obligatory for rulers, politicians, and patriotic forces to give priority to the integrity and solidarity of the motherland over all other matters, work for promotion of Basic Ideology that could only be possible when rights of all schools of thought living in Pakistan are given on the basis of equality.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution lamented that people of the country were deprived even of their basic rights for quite long, therefore, the rulers should ensure fulfillment of rights of all schools of thought under the constitutional norms because Islam is the official religion under the Constitution of Pakistan but a particular Maktab is entertained in all departments increasing the sense of deprivation amongst other Makatab.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution demanded from the government to remove the unrest from amongst the ranks of Millat-i-Jafariya by implementing May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of long-standing problems of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution expressed its concern that the Darbar of Hazrat Bari Imam Moosavi Al-Mashadi (R.A.) is under the control of a particular group since Ayub era and they have no link whatsoever with Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.). The government should take notice of this fact, the renovation of the tomb should be made with due reverence while plan for its expansion should be completed as early as possible otherwise the administrative control of the tomb should be handed over to the real inheritors of the Bari Sarkar (R.A.).\n<\/p>\n

The resolution made it clear that Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) and other Mashaheer-e-Islam always expressed hatred for oppressors and supported the oppressed, therefore, oppressed the world over, including the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine, should be extended support and no one should be allowed to bargain the blood, shed by Martyrs of Kashmir and Palestine.\n<\/p>\n

Yet another resolution adopted by participants of Annual Matamdari reiterated their resolve to offer any sacrifice for the mission of \u0093Wila\u0094 and \u0093Aza\u0094 and for achievement of religious rights of the Millat-i-Jafariya on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.\n<\/p>\n
