ISLAMABAD, June 18: On the call of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, the Day of Grief was observed on Tuesday throughout the country on the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s Residency in Ziarat. On this occasion peace full protests were staged against the destruction of the great national heritage at the hands of terrorists.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi delivered a special address. On this occasion he also announced the observation of Alamgeer Ayyam e Adel from 9-15 Shaba\u0092an al Muazzam. Aqae Moosavi said that the grave incident of setting alight the residency of the Quaid e Azam is the result of weak security and an open act of oppression and barbarity. He said that those rulers who cannot protect the signs of the Quaid e Azam, what expectation could be made from them to protect the nation and the country. Aqae Moosavi reminded that there is no law in the world which allows to target the national heritage, religious places, women, children, elderly and innocent people and kill them rather every society detest terrorists and oppressors.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi emphasized on a fact that by turning the Quaid\u0092s Residency into a heap of ashes, we have been punished for keeping dear the Two Nation Theory but the silence of the ruling and founding party of Pakistan is meaningful. He said that all the splinter parties of the Muslim League only use the name of the Quaid e Azam. The interior minister instead of issuing a statement of taking severe actions against terrorists should take concrete steps against them because the previous rulers also issued similar statements who banned more then three dozens terrorists groups while the same groups also after the permission to take part in the general elections, faced humiliating defeat and it is proven that the public condemned terrorists and wishes to see Pakistan a hub of peace. He said that first of all current government should expose the hidden hand behind the incident of setting alight the residency of the Quaid e Azam because it is proven from these incidents that there are black sheep in the governmental setup other wise this situation would not have occurred. Aqae Moosavi said that terrorism and suicide attacks on security institutions, PMs, air bases, and other sensitive places are not ordinary matters; murder of the public is an every day issue; the rulers should answer that how many terrorists were arrested and how many were hanged by noose? Who is responsible for not securing the residency of the Quaid?\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that following the defeat of Russia, the Muslim states became the target of the international colonial power and after 9\/11 it is utilizing all its energies and might to defeat the Muslim states; after Iraq, Tunas, Yemen, Libya and Egypt, Syria is in its grip. He said that there is so much injustice that the colonial powers are fulfilling its agenda through some of the Muslim rulers who are under delusion of serving their country and the public. He said that on other hand the colonial forces devastated Afghanistan and their agent is in power over there who by issuing statement against Pakistan is paying back for Pakistan\u0092s hospitality and America now need a new agent instead of him. He said that Pakistan is being punished for being the front line ally of war on terror.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi condemned the blast on the funeral in Mardan in result of which many innocent people lost their lives and said that this incident is a continuation of the terrorism in which our archenemy is involved who are working for the interests of the international powers. He said that it is the same international master who on the time of the separation of the East Pakistan adopted a heinous policy because we were kept waiting for its seventh naval fleet as a result of which we had to bear grave losses. He said that when India carried first nuclear test the whole world danced with pleasure and that Prime Minister, who said we will eat grass but will never bow down was hanged by noose; then India carried out second nuclear test and when Pakistan also carried nuclear test in its defence then the whole of the non Muslim world started panicking because these powers want Pakistan to be weak and alone.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that no matter how much milk you offer to a snake it never refrain from biting back similarly the colonial stooges, Hindus and Zionists never let go any chance by without causing harm to Pakistan therefore Pakistani rulers will have to free themselves from the grip of the colonial power and will have to make their own decisions. The whole of the Muslim world will also have to establish a united Islamic front under the leadership of Pakistan in order to fight back the colonial power.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, June 17: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi announces the observation of the \u0093Day of Grief\u0094 on Tuesday 18th June against the destruction of the great national heritage, the Quaid\u0092s Residency and the grief stricken terrorist incident in Quetta.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyyo he said that setting alight the sign of the Quaid Azam is equivalent to attacking the Quaid e Azam, which is condemnable. He said that the right step was that the federation and all the provinces should have announced the day of grief while being harmonious with Balouchistan and the national flag should have been half mast because this incident was not less than the tragedy of the East Pakistan, which is an open challenge for our honour and dignity and an attempt to sabotage the \u0093Two Nation Theory\u0094.\n<\/p>\n

He said that merely passing resolutions of condemnation is not enough rather the rulers should raise this matter on the international forums that this is an act of our archenemy who has imposed wars on us, played a heinous part in the separation of the East Pakistan, played the drama of Siachen, first to test atomic bomb and is playing the heinous game of terrorism through its agents in our country for a long period and is not letting any chance go by without causing harm to Pakistan.\n<\/p>\n

Aqae Moosavi said that on the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s Residency the President and the Prime Minister should have visited the place but there is no honour in our rulers as if the had any honour or dignity left in them, they should have not been a silent spectator on the destruction of the signs attributed to the religion and Sharia. He said that the whole world raised their voice of cry on the destruction of a statue in Bamiyan but on the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s sign all have adopted silence.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that by committing this crime, our archenemy showed us that it is just a preface; the way it separated the East Pakistan it can do anything any where at any time. He said that the determination of the armed forces to defend motherland is appreciable but the rulers are in indecisive situation, though they is no bigger terrorism then this incident. He said that it is obligatory upon all the patriotic forces that they should sacrifice their lives on the ideology of the \u0093Two Nation Theory\u0094 and while following the teachings of Allama Iqbal and the Quaid should raise their voice of protest according to their capacity and provide proof of the national honour and dignity. While considering the statement of the rulers to restore the Quaid\u0092s Residency in a few months as just lip service, he said that if they were capable of protecting their national heritage then this incident would not have happened in the first place. He emphasized on the Chief Justice to take a sao moto notice of this great calamity because through this crime the Quaid e Azam was murdered once again. He said that those who yell the mantra of \u0093Aman kee Asha\u0094 should keep in their mind that those who destroyed the house of the Quaid e Azam are the agent of the same archenemy whose consulates in the neighbouring country are preparing terrorists against Pakistan and are using them for destruction and mayhem in Pakistan otherwise where these trained terrorists come from; Pakistan\u0092s secret agencies have proof against them. He said that under the garb of the incident of Mumbai and nine eleven the Muslims have been trampled over; the rulers should die with shame on the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s residency.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made an appeal to the followers of all the school of thoughts that while raising the voice of protest against the incident of the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s residency, should show their gratitude and respect towards the Baba e Qoom (the father of the nation; the Quaid e Azam) and also provide the proof of their existence and vigilance.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, June 16: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the destruction of the Quaid\u0092s residency is a result of inadequate security and is a lesson for the rulers who have left the heritage of Pakistan on the mercy of a single security guard; a tribunal should be formed to probe into the security negligence; the rain of terror on the daughters of the nation in Quetta and destruction of the Heritage of the Quaid e Azam in Ziarat brought tears to the eyes of every Pakistani and embarrassed them in front of the soul of the Quaid e Azam. The archenemy not only Pakistan but also every sign of its honour, dignity and heritage wants to wipe off. Pakistan became laughing stock due to the incidents of Quetta and Ziarat; the government and the opposition instead of pinning each other down should sit together so that the national honour may be restored and extensive line of action must be adopted to save the national heritage. Imam Zainal Abidin (PBUH) while bearing the hardships of the captivity protected the heritage of Hussainiat that is a beacon of light for every follower of truth in every era.\n<\/p>\n

He expressed these views while addressing to a Mehfil e Sajadiya at Al Murtaza Islamabad.\n<\/p>\n

Aqae Moosavi reminded that the beloved homeland Pakistan is surrounded by the evil powers for a long time; despite the setup of new government, the problems and wounds of Pakistan are increasing. While continuing drone attacks, the sovereignty of Pakistan is being ridiculed; load shedding, terrorism, target killings, suicide attacks, bomb blast, kidnapping, murder, arson, theft, poverty and unemployment have made life of the public unbearable. He said that even today if the Muslim nation adopts faith and piety then the conspiracy of the colonial powers against the Muslim states can be failed.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the budget presented by the minister of treasury is equivalent to hanging the public by a noose therefore while keeping the suggestion of opposition, the government should approve such budget that may fulfil the need of all; opposition while adopting constructive criticism, should also prepare a budget which may solve the problems of common people, otherwise the public will understand that the opposition only use these kind of times for their own benefits. Imam Zain ul Abidin (PBUH) is the fourth heir of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) who took stand against seven dictators of his time. He is the heir of the martyrs of the path of struggle who protected the mission of Hussainiat and did not let the blood of martyrs go wasted. Imam Sajjad (PBUH) took stand against problems and tragedies with great patience and forbearance. Despite being shackled, the role he (PBUH) played in the Bazaars of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Zayad for the elevation of Hussainiat, exposing and destroying Yazidiat is a beacon of light for the oppressed of the world even today. He said that after the second world war, the United Nations after holding many meetings compiled its mandate of human rights consisting of 30 sections but unfortunately that can not be used against oppressors and dictators till this date; Imam Zainal Abidin (PBUH) explained same human rights mandate consisting of 50 clauses in one meeting and considered piety the guarantor of the enforcement of the same.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah said that Almighty Allah says in the Holy Quran, \u0093Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanliness from you, O people of the House! and to purify you a (thorough) purifying\u0094. In Hadees e Kisa, the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) introduced his Holy Progeny (PBUT) in these words, “O Allah, they are the people of my Household; be friend of those who are their friends and keep enmity with those who are their enemies\u0094; as per the supplication of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), Ahlebait (PBUT) are the source of becoming the friend of Almighty Allah. Almighty Allah has bestowed upon them such favors and grandeurs, which are matchless; this grandeur is the proof that Almighty Allah has given superiority to Ahlebait (PBUT) over all his creatures. It is the saying of the infallible Imam (PBUH) that, \u0093we (Ahlebait) are the key of the blessings of Allah, destination of the Prophethood and mine of compassion and endurance\u0094. Agha Moosavi said that these are those personalities, which are considered intercessor, only through these personalities one can reach to Almighty Allah and attains ones wishes. For the same reasons it is in the Holy Quran that, \u0093find intersession to reach to Almighty Allah\u0094; in the hereafter these personalities are the means of salvation. It is the saying of the master of the Universe, Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH), \u0093Almighty Allah promised the intersession of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that is a high place in the heaven, it is the pinnacle of wishes and is also the collection of the attributes of the Prophets of Almighty Allah (PBUT)\u0094. Due to the same reason the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) are declared the heirs of the pious character of the Holy Prophets (PBUT). Imam Ali Raza (PBUH) says, \u0093We are the heirs of the Prophets and the Messengers of Almighty Allah (PBUT)\u0094. According to the will of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), \u0093I am leaving to heavy things amongst you, one is the Book of Allah and the second is my Holy Progeny (PBUT), If you associate with them then after me you will not go astray and they will no depart from each other until they reach to me on the fountain of Kausar\u0094; according to the Hadees e Saqlain where Ahlebait are considered the heirs of the Holy Prophets (PBUT) they are also considered the vicegerents of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). Allama Sheikh Tousi says that I requested to the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that introduce me with your vicegerents so that I may uphold their teachings, the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) said that I have 12 vicegerents and then take their name one by one (Yanabi al Muawadat). Imam Zainal Abidin (PBUH) is one of these pious personalities (PBUT) who says that, \u0093who ever love us he will be under the dense shadow on the day (the Day of Judgment) when there will be no shadow apart from this and Allah will give them place in heaven in return; those who love us for the worldly matters Almighty Allah shower upon them his sustenance from a source which is beyond their imagination\u0094. For the same reason in the Holy Quran the love towards the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) is considered the reward of the Prophethood. Agha Moosavi said that according to different sources Imam Zain ul Abidin (PBUH) born on 5 Shaban in Madina Munawara. His father is Imam Hussain bin Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) and his mother is Sheharbano (PBUH), the daughter of Yazdjard bin Sheharyar (the last Sasani king), her piety was matchless.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that while following the pious teachings of the holy family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) the terrorism can be rooted out from the world and it can be turned into a hub of peace.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, June 13: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Nawasa-e-Rasool Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain was observed throughout Pakistan with religious fervour, spirit and devotion as a part of World Hafta Wila-e-Muhammad. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences and seminars were organised in all small and big cities and town on this occasion.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi addressing a special function of Youm-e-Hussain at Al-Murtaza Islamabad Islam is today alive courtesy the sacrifices rendered by Hussain (A.S.), Zainab (S.A.) and Sajjad (A.S.). He said at present the motherland Pakistan was confronted with one problem or the other and world humanity and Shariat are facing oppression and brutality. He lamented that during the last three and a half decades, the country is bleeding with wounds of terrorism and target killings so much so that no city, town, province and even the federal capital was not spared. He said despite holding of elections and formation of the new government set up, the issues remain the same rather they are increasing further.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said unfortunately Pakistan has been turned into Tareekistan owing to load-shedding while terrorism has been turned into a menace. He said in this critical situation, the whole Islamic World, and particularly the citizens, rulers and politicians of Pakistan should ponder over what is real cause behind these issues? He said actually, contrary to the will of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW), the Ummah has kept itself away from Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) as a result of which the whole Muslim Ummah is heading towards ignorance instead of survival. Therefore, he added, there is need to live like Hussain (A.S.) and give priority to death over life in disguise so as to save the motherland and win a higher place for the country in the comity of nations.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said there is Godly commandment in Quran that do what Rasool (SAAW) asks you to do and stop from doing that he asks not to do. Similarly Hadees-e-Saqlain says that I am leaving two valuable things amongst you, one is Kitab Allah (Quran Majeed) and the other is my Itrat (Ahle Bait A.S.), you will never be misled after me if you continually attach yourself with them and these both will not separate from each other unless they reach me at Hoz-e-Kausar.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that from amongst these Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is a great personality Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) who was born on a pious day of 3 Sha\u0092aban Al-Muazzam. Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) preached the lesson of sacrifice, forgiveness, tolerance, sympathy, love, honour and respect to the world of humanity from his Wiladat Ba Sahadat to Shahadat-e-Uzma. He was declared the unmatched model of struggle and Shahadat in the human history. Sani-e-Zehra Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) was born on 1st Sha\u0092aban, Abu Abdullah Al-Hussain Bin Ali (A.S.) was born on 3 Sha\u0092aban, Ghazi Hazrat Abu Al-Fazal Al-Abbas (A.S.) was born on 4 Sha\u0092aban while the leader of the world of humanity Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) whose collection of prays is called Zaboor Aal-e-Muhammad was born on 5 Sha\u0092aban. The Youm-e-Wiladat Purnoor of Nosha-e-Karbala Shahzada Qasim Ibne Hassan (A.S.) is on 7 Sha\u0092aban who showed his bravery and prowess in Karbala at the age of 13.\n<\/p>\n

Silence of the Muslim States on genocide of Burmese Rohangia Muslims and Afia Siddiqui\u0092s issues raises a question mark. Relations with America and India may be made on the basis of equality and not like masters and slaves. People will not bear relations with India without resolving the issues of Kashmir, river waters, and Indian occupation of Siachen. If the rulers are helpless then they may take the Drone attack issue to the International Criminal Court and to the international organisations. The new government should fulfill the agreements and commitments made by the former rulers otherwise no country will have faith in our country. Induction of a chief minister from a nationalist party in Balochistan and respecting the mandate in Pakhtunkhwa are good steps of the Federal government. The government and the opposition should respect each other and they should pull out the nation\u0092s boat from crisis. The acts of mutilated bodies and kidnapping of innocent people in Balochistan must be stopped. Drone attacks and all national matters should be brought on the Assembly\u0092s forum instead of APC where representatives of all parties are present. The new government should tackle the banned organisations with an iron hand as by doing do 90 per cent of terrorism would be wiped out. We would have to follow in the footsteps of Karabala people to get the Islamic World and Pakistan out of crisis. Muslims the world over may observe \u0093Hafta Wila-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad\u0094 to pay Ajr-e-Risalat by offering homage to the Karbala\u0092s heroes from 1-7 Sha\u0092aban. Agha Moosavi said the issue of Arab and Ajam is being raised to divide Muslims. He expressed his shock that \u0093some Islamic States\u0094 consider them the biggest champions of Islam but they are ahead of all others in Muslim divide. He said thousands of Muslims in Burma\u0092s Arkaan province are being killed, hundreds of mosques have been alighted, dozens of settlements have been wiped out but the champions of human rights and the champions of Islam did not budge even an inch. He called upon the government to raise voice of protest in favour of Burmese Muslims and unveil the Indian interference who are desire to take control of that area by driving out Muslim from there because these Muslims had sent thousands of tons of rice to Pakistan in 1948 famine. He said a Pakistani daughter Afia Siddiqui is in American custody for many years but the champions of Muslims Ummah and Islam are not ready to even raise voice of protest against it.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said politicians who had made promises before May 11 have started turning back to these promises soon after coming into power that provides food for thought. He said America desires to destabilise Pakistan by continuing with her dangerous game of Drones. Quoting a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that \u0093enemy is wicked and friend is simple\u0094, he called upon Mian Nawaz Sharif not to exercise simplicity in case of India, rather the newly elected rulers of Pakistan should not forget the wickedness of Indians. He said no one can refuse peace and friendship but the friendship should be on the basis of equality. He said without the right of self-determination in Kashmir it is useless to think about sustainable relations with India and Pakistan should strengthen its relations with all other neighbouring countries of China, Afghanistan and Iran and national interests should be given priority while forming principles for the foreign policy.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the people of Pakistan desire an end to exploitation and repression so that they can sleep in peace, carrying out business in peace, they have equal system of education and can go to the educational institutions without any fear. At present fear and harassment are the order of the day throughout the country and country has plunged into darkness owing to load-shedding. He said those parties that could not succeed in elections should have to sit in the opposition fulfilling the norms of democracy instead of attaching themselves with the government for self-interest. The stronger the opposition will, it will be easier for the rulers to approach their targets in the right direction, he added.\n<\/p>\n

He said even today the world of humanity, particularly the world of religion and Shariat are facing oppression, life has become difficult for the people of Palestine and Kashmir, war has been imposed on some States, particularly on Pakistan while incidents of murder, arson, bomb blasts, target killings, and Drone attacks are the order of the day. Agha Moosavi said terrorism has taken the shape of a cancer and the enemy has left no stone unturned to push the country towards civil war. The new government will have to give priority to restore peace, root out terrorism, end load-shedding, unemployment, poverty and indecency, and respect to all Masalik and parties. He said opposing the government on national issues is the right of the opposition but the opposition parties could not get through their candidate for premiership therefore they should not field their own candidate as a goodwill gesture as it would help put the politics on the positive path. \nthat the participating crowd started shedding tears. In the end, he recalled his
\nfriends and companions and said where those of my companions are who led the
\npath of righteousness. They stepped on the path of righteousness and left this
\nworld by remaining on righteousness. Where is Ammar Yassir, where are Abu
\nAl-Haseem, Khazima Bin Sabit, Zu Al-Shahadatain. Then he took a long sigh and
\nsaid, where are my companions who pondered over on their religious obligations,
\nperformed those obligations, who kept the Sunnat-e-Nabavi alive and rooted out
\nworst habits. <\/p>\n

The Maula-e-Kainaat declared persons like them as those who kept the Sunnah
\nalive. This tells us that from Ali (A.S.) to Mahdi (A.S.) the obligation of all
\nis to keep the Quran and Sunnah alive. On this basis Imam-e-Samin Zamin (A.S.)
\ntold a Mard-e-Momin to keep our Amr (Wilayat) alive. He requested that how can
\nwe keep it alive. He said state the realities of our sayings, benefits, seerat
\nand character to the people, and interpret the same, which is keeping our Amr
\n(Wilayat) alive. Under that commandment, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya gives
\npreference to observe the days of Anbia, Mursaleen, Khasan-e-Illahi,
\nMashaheer-e-Islam, and inheritors of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW). That is why
\nwe are observing three-day World Ayyam-e-Murtazvi from 11 to 13
\nRajab-ul-Murajjab on the auspicious occasion of Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Amirul
\nMomineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). No one but the Shah-e-La Fatah Ali
\nIbne Abi Talib (A.S.) has the singular honour of being born and kissing Shahadat
\nin Khana-e-Khuda. His holy life is the best practical lesson of the live Maktab.
\nAli (A.S.) who taught the lesson of Razm and determination, knowledge and
\nwisdom, struggle and justice and fair-play and who is the best example for
\nhumanity. The foundation of the religion of Islam rests on justice \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0639\u062f\u0644 \u0642\u0627\u0645\u062a

\nachievement of Hazrat Ali\u0092s life.<\/p>\n

The day Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) announced Nabuwwat, Ali (A.S.) is seen like a
\nshadow with him. The life of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) spread over 63 years
\nstands witness that whether at home or out, in journey or in a gathering, Ali
\n(A.S.) is seen everywhere with the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW). It is crystal
\nclear like a bright day and the whole world is aware that when people were
\nrunning from the battlefield what role was then being played by Ali (A.S), the
\nKarrar. Everyone knows this announcement of the Rasool (SAAW) in Khyber that
\n\u0093tomorrow I will hand over the flag to a man who would be Karrar and not to
\nflee, Allah and His Rasool (SAAW) would have love for him and his would have
\nlove for Allah and Rasool (SAAW)\u0094. <\/p>\n

Ali (A.S.) utilised all his energies bestowed on him by Allah, in protecting
\nthe religion, survival of Islam, and promotion of Quran and Sunnah. The whole
\nworld considers us from amongst the servants of Nabi (A.S.) and Ali (A.S.), that
\nis why we claim to be fast in love, devotion of Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.),
\ntherefore, it is our obligation to make the commandments of Quran, Muhammad
\n(SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and thank Allah that He has declared us from
\nthose who keep Wilayat of Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.) and their pious offspring
\n(A.S.). Ali (A.S.) is the collection of all good qualities, that is why the crux
\nof a saying of the Paighambar (SAAW) is that qualities of all Anbia Ma-Salaf are
\npresent in Ali (A.S.). There is a saying of the Amirul Momineen (A.S.) that we
\nwere fighting along with the Hazoor (SAAW) with sincerity of purpose, when The
\nZaat-e-Illahi saw this sincere act of ours, He put our enemy in trouble and
\nbestowed victory on us. Then said if it was not our deed and had we not that
\nsincere then even not a single branch of faith would have been green and the
\npillar of the religion would have rested in its place. These all the blessings
\nare courtesy Ali (A.S.) his offspring and the sincere companions of the
\nPaighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) that Islam and the Islamic society is seen prospering
\nin east, west, north and south. At present, the oppressed nations, Islamic World
\nand Pakistan are being hurled with threat of learning a lesson the only reply to
\nthese threats is all have to take a lesson from Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). The
\npersonality of Ali (A.S.) is always a fresh, happy and all time lively forever.
\nThat is why all and sundry praise Ali\u0092s (A.S.) supremacy. The materialist Arab
\nhistorian Shibli Shameel in a praising manner says that Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi
\nTalib (A.S.) was the only and unique prescription of elders of the elders of the
\nworld that the eastern and western world had never seen such a picture of
\nobsolete and modern era from their own eyes that is in line with originality.
\nThe Christian historian George Jarwaq writes that, \u0093Before the history, whether
\nyou recognize or not, Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the voice of human justice.\u0094
\nOn this basis, Ali (A.S.) at a place said that by God, if I am given the Haft
\nAqleem is given to me along with all that is under the sky on condition that I
\ncommittee oppression against an ant and snatch the barley shell from her, I will
\nnever do that. Actually, Ali (A.S.) desires to say that oppression is so bad a
\nthing that even oppression cannot be committed against the most minor thing even
\nin return for rule all over the world, not even on an ant. <\/p>\n

Islam sees society with honour and respect that is why it stressed the need
\nfor restoration of justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and
\nbrutality. Therefore there is a saying that \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0644\u06a9 \u06cc\u0628\u0642\u06cc\u0670 \u0645\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0638\u0644\u0645. Islam has
\napprised us that there is justice and fair-play and balance in society and a
\nsociety could remain if the people are atheists but a society could not progress
\nif there is suppression, oppression, brutality, terrorism and social incoherence
\nin it whether the people in it are Muslims. Oppression has been the reason of
\ndestruction of all nations, therefore, Allah Says: \u0093If people are peaceful then
\nAllah does not kill owing to only a single oppression\u0094. This is so because the
\nZaat-e-Illahi is justifiable, and the representatives sent by him work for
\njustice and fair-play. If we desire rooting out oppression, evil and terrorism
\nthen under \u0644\u06cc\u0633 \u0644\u0644\u0627\u0646\u0633\u0627\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0645\u0627 \u0633\u0639\u06cc\u0670 there is need to carry out struggle from the
\ncore of our heart because there is a Quranic principle that Allah does not
\nchange the condition of a nation unless they change their condition themselves.

\nAmirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) in his famous commandment to
\nMalik-e-Ashtar says about special section of society says that for a Governor no
\nsection is dearer than this section in the state of prosperity and the same
\nsection is there in difficult times that extends lesser help than others, their
\nexpectations are more than others and this the biggest ungratefulness, they do
\nnot accept any excuse from anyone about their own expectations and no one is
\nmore impatient than them in the hour of trial. The religious pillar is Muslim\u0092s
\ncentral strength, only people stand up against the enemy; therefore, the central
\npoint of your attention should be the people and not the special ones. Through
\nthis commandment, Hazrat Ali (A.S.) beautifully presented the image of mental
\nstatus of special section of society, wadera-shahi, and capitalists and showered
\nhonour and dignity on the people. That is why the Holy Prophet (SAAW) has said
\nthe God and father of you all is one i.e. you are the sons of Adam therefore
\nyour supremacy depends on Taqwah as only Taqwah is the standard of your
\nsupremacy. Then he said that I have conveyed you the Message of Allah. They all
\nsaid, yes. Then he said those who are present here should convey my message to
\nthose who are not present here. Our forefathers delivered the message of
\nreligion to us, now it is our obligation to deliver it to the next generations
\nthrough the new generation. <\/p>\n

We would like to make it clear that neither we would bargain on the
\nprotection and defence of Paigham-e-Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat nor allow
\nanyone else to bargain the same. The 13th of Rajab-ul-Murajjab is the
\nenlightened birthday of the great leader of world of mankind and humanity whose
\nholy life is a golden lesson for all. Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is laced with
\nall good qualities and on the basis of which a sentence of the Maula-e-Kainaat
\nis still echoing that my treated shoes are better than ruling over you but that
\nthrough it I could restore righteousness and root out the evil. There is saying

\nbeing reported in the world and the whole world is confronted with riot and
\narson. Most of the rulers of the Muslim States have become a tool in the hands
\nof international colonial powers as a result of which Muslims are being crushed
\nunder oppression and are surrounded by terrorism. The situation has reached the
\npoint that even the holy places are not being spared. Motherland Pakistan has
\ntaken a blood bath for the \u0091crime\u0092 of playing the role of a front-line ally in
\nworld war against terrorism and now the satanic powers in a bit to find a safe
\npassage for the exit of their forces were trying to take control of the rules in
\nMuslim States by replacing the old servants with new ones in the corridors of

ISLAMABAD, May 21: The two-day meeting of the central cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has concluded at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo Tuesday after adopting different resolutions on national and international matters. According the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek, the participants of the meeting through a resolution said that Islam is everything for all and we live and die for Islam because our forefathers had sacrificed everything for the supremacy of Islam. The resolution made it clear that in all eras, the evil forces comprising Zionists, Hindus and Christians utilised all their energy to overcome Islam, the American colonial rule was maintained the world over after two world wars, and America dropping atom bomb on Hiroshima after being inflicted heavy loss at the hands of Germany. Then they carried out heavy plans to put Russia into tatters as a result of which all world States except a few are the allies of the international chief of terrorism. The resolution said that if America is the champion of democracy in the real sense then why she is helping out countries based on Malookiyyat, kingdoms and tyranny and using them to reap benefits.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution said that Pakistan that came into being in the name of Islam has become mole in the eyes of colonial powers that are bent upon even today to prove the Two-Nation Theory wrong. Unfortunately wrong types of rulers were inducted over the country after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam as a result of which we have lost one half of the country. Hindu Banya carried out blasts in 1974 and 1998 causing immense loss to Pakistan. The Pakistani personality who had stated that we will eat grass but will make atomic bomb was sent to the gallows, the international colonial powers first sent Mujahideen to Afghanistan for their self-interest and fully supported them and then termed them terrorists. The resolution expressed concern that Pakistan played the role of the front-line ally against terror as a result of which no street of the country remained safe.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution said that the recent elections in Pakistan were carried out on the desire of the international colonial powers and not on the desire of people because the old servants were not acceptable to the people therefore the new servants have been brought forward. Sit-ins and protests against Election Commission, caretaker government, election results, accusations of rigging are being held on the desire of international colonial powers. The resolution questioned that who has given permission to ambassadors and special representatives of Super Powers to interfere in Pakistan\u0092s election process and government affairs? Do the foreign States allow our ambassadors to do the same in their countries? The resolution feared that the status quo would remain even after induction of the new government, Drone attacks would continue unabated, strikes, sit-ins and protest would continue so that the international colonial powers could exert pressure on the new government to get the decisions of her own choice. The resolution reminded that during the previous government despite consensus resolutions in the Parliament and the consensus declarations of all national parties at the two All Parties Conferences, recent American announcement to continue Drone attacks is a slap in the face of outgoing and incoming rulers and politicians.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution expressed concern that motherland Pakistan is confronted with long-standing issues like terrorism, unannounced load-shedding and corruption therefore the new government should take steps on priority basis to resolve these issues. Condemning the gory murder of a political woman in Karachi the resolution demanded from the caretaker government to order neutral investigations into this incident and give exemplary punishment to the culprits. The resolution called upon the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of objections and charges of rigging and set up probe tribunals and reviews its implementation in the light of Election Commission\u0092s guidelines.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said that new governments coming into power forwards the developmental plans of the previous governments while we have a tradition to the contrary which is tragic. Another resolution reminded Muslim League N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif of his father\u0092s advice before inviting Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to his oath-taking ceremony who had stated to invite Nizami Sahib in the oath-taking ceremony instead of him as he is the brave supporter of the Two-Nation Theory. Today desire to invite the Prime Minister of a country to such a gathering who has not accepted Pakistan\u0092s existence to-date is tantamount to pushing the Two-Nation Theory away.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution considering the proposed visit of Chinese Prime Minister to Pakistan as important said the world does not like Pakistan-China friendship therefore Pakistan should strengthen all agreements signed with China without any discrimination because Pakistan should keep full faith in a long-lived friend like China and this friendship should be transparent. The resolution declared the day of May 21 as historic for the Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan as it was the day when Junejo-Moosavi agreement was signed in 1985 after a successful 8-month agitation. The resolution called upon the newly elected government to implement the above stated agreement completely resolving the long-standing issues of the Maktab-e-Tashih.\n<\/p>\n

We have good wishes for those who are going to get powers and the losers, if they are on the right path, should remain firm and Allah promises that righteousness would reign supreme and not such action may be taken that may benefit the enemy. He said those who made tall claims will have to take emergency steps to end terrorism, loadshedding and corruption and will have to resolve the issues like that of Drone attacks instead of keeping shy of doing so.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said the apex court should take suo moto notice and take up the matter of Article 62\/63; Election Commission\u0092s guidelines; seeking votes in the name of sect, Maslak and biases; implementation of restrictions on expenditure; and formation of Tribunal to investigate bogus voting so as to overcome the national unrest. He said trampling of Pakistani ideology does not suit a claimant of being a Muslim Leaguer. India is conferring government awards upon her secret agents involved in terrorism on the Pakistani soil and here they are going out of proportion in longing for friendship with them. He said why those who are making offers to investigate Bombay attacks and Kargil episode, are not demanding investigations into aggression in Siachin and attack on Samjhota Express and an end to the marine aggression. He advised the newly elected rulers to develop relations with India on the basis of equality and don\u0092t make fun of their voters and oppressed Kashmiris. He lamented that India leaves no chance in defaming our armed forces and in this situation displaying weakness on our part would be a dangerous prescription.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said there is need to gather all groups, Masalik, Makatib, provinces, nationalities and tribes following the Meesaq-e-Madina of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that would guarantee the internal solidarity and external defence. ISLAMABAD, May 17: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had said unfortunately those many Muslims States, particularly motherland Pakistan, that were created in the name of Islam are not only in the grip of foreign powers rather the international establishment and the elections were organised by forming Election Commission on the agenda given by them and the election results has unveiled their plan and it has been proved that all activity was organised under a particular plan and we are mentally under the influence of foreign powers despite being independent physically. The performance of the majority party declared successful in these elections is already tested. These views were expressed by him while delivering special address at the Mehfil of Imam Ali Al-Hadi (A.S.) organised under the World Ashra Ajre-e-Risalat here Friday.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the age of the party coming into power i.e. Muslim League is now 107 years old and Pakistan came into being as result of practical struggle of its chief Muhammad Ali Jinnah but what happened after his departure is in front of everyone. Factions after factions started cropping up and this practice is still going on. He said the defeat inflicted on the rulers boasting of completing the five-year term is the result of their own weaknesses and shortcomings who had converted Pakistan into Andheristan and increased poverty, hunger, terrorism, extortion, kidnapping manifold day by day. He lamented that some politicians greeted some winning parties in a taunting way which is not correct. At present the situation has been created like those elections that were held in Bhutto era resulting in martial law. In this situation, sit-ins, strikes, and protest demonstrations are not ripe for the country and whatever result comes out of it the responsibility of it would lay on politicians.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that the successful parties have the right to form the government because there would no angels coming down from the sky while who have been defeated will have to get patience. He said the current elections neither changed the face nor the system rather the only particular families come back as winners. He said better relations should be developed with the neighbouring countries but developing personal relationships showing weakness would tantamount make the ideological Asaas of the country hollow.\n<\/p>\n

He said the former government had sent the body of killer of innocent Pakistanis i.e. Indian terrorist Sarabjit Singh to India with protocol which was welcomed by India by killing Pakistani prisoner Sanaullah and now it is being stated that incidents like Bombay and Kargil would never happen again nor the Pakistani soil will be allowed to be used for terrorism. He asked has India assured solution of Kashmir issue keeping to the desire of Kashmiris? He said that all politicians and rulers should keep in mind that unless Kashmir issue is resolved in line with the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiris, till then no government should declare the status of Most Favoured Nation to India as Kashmiri and Pakistan people would never accept such a proposition.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the election results have proved our point of view correct that fielding candidates on sectarian basis would be tantamount to inviting death rather putting the nation and the country at the brink of disaster. He said the parties doing sectarian politics have known their worth. Felicitating Muslim League \u0091N\u0092 chief Mian Nawaz Sharif on his success in the elections with a heavy mandate he also greeted Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan on his success in elections and prayed for his early recovery.\n<\/p>\n

1<\/b>. Since Pakistan is the result of the mutual struggle and efforts of all the schools of thought and that is why Hazrat Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah declared this in his speeches and addresses that all the schools of thought will have equal rights on Pakistan, which is a welfare Islamic Republic state. Thus all the inhabitants of Pakistan, including non-Muslim minorities should be given equal rights and all should have the right to spend their lives according to their socio-religious norms. In accordance with the above mention principle, to fail the idea of making Pakistan a sectarian state during the tyranny of Zia, Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh Jafariya staged agitation for eight months, which ended in resulting Moosavi-Junaejo Accord of May 21st, 1985. The points of this accord are as under:\n<\/p>\n

a. Implementation of Fiqh-e-Jafariya for Shias of Pakistan\n<\/p>\n

b.\tInstigation of separate academic syllabus of Islamic studies, for male and female Shia students, in education institute\n<\/p>\n

c.\tInduction of Shia faculties in all the Islamic universities\n<\/p>\n

d.\tAppointment of Shia Judges in Federal Sharia Court\n<\/p>\n

e. Shia representation in all the High-level Courts\n<\/p>\n

f. Shia representation in media on the basis of equality\n<\/p>\n

g. No ban on the mourning processions of Imam Hussain (PBUH)\n<\/p>\n

h. Establishment of separate Shia Oqaaf Board\n<\/p>\n

i. Shia representation in Islamic Ideological Council on the basis of equality\n<\/p>\n

j. Cancellation of the amendment made in the Police Act 1861, Article 30(3)\n<\/p>\n

k.\tReconstruction of the smashed tombs and graves of Janatul Baqi and Janatul Mualla<\/p>\n

2<\/b>. Under the constitution of Pakistan the eligibility to be the president of Pakistan is not to be related to any specific sect or caste but to be a Muslim. But the presidents of different institutions of the country have continuously been selected from specific school of thought, which is completely against the principles of the constitution. This wrong custom should be ended and, including Islamic Ideological Council, Federal Sharia Court and Royat Hilal Committee, in all the departments Shia representation should be ensured on the basis of equality.\n<\/p>\n

3<\/b>. As per Article # 2 of the constitution of Pakistan, the official religion of the country is Islam, not any specific sect, and Shia and Sunni both are sects of Islam. Naming any of these sects as non-Muslim is completely against the constitution of Pakistan thus, to ensure that calling any Muslim as Non-Muslim and to make it a part of the Criminal Act backed by penalty, a resolution should be moved in the National Assembly.\n<\/p>\n

4<\/b>. In accordance with the policy, Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya is not contesting for the elections, however being a major vote bank, whosoever political party will ensure the implementation of the above mention Charter of Demand in black and white, will be supported and the Central representatives of the Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya will announce their support with the members of the Pledge-Giving party through a press conference. Allegiance is not subject to the success of the party. If the party came as opposition in the assembly, even then they will be bound to raise the voice for the rights of Shia School of thought.\n<\/p>\n

5<\/b>. Terrorism has turned to be the greatest problem of the country. To root out this menace, Moosavi Peace Formula, which was presented by the Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh Jafariya on the self-notice of then the Chief Justice of Pakistan Syed Sajjad Ali, which is on the record of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, is a guaranteed solution against terrorism. Its implementation should be ensured. <\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, May 08: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has announced to observe \u0093World Ashra Ajr-e-Risalalt\u0094 from 1-10 Rajab-ul-Murajjab on the special directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Addressing a meeting he said the seerat of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the whole universe. Today if the humanity desires to get rid of oppression and brutality then it would have to bow down before the Dar-e-Ahle Bait. He said Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are the torch-bearers of the world of humanity and no one can afford to violate this concept.\n<\/p>\n

Mazhar Shah said the cause of creation of earth and sky are these Khanwada Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and their Sarkheel is Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) whose character and deeds have rooted out all types of social injustice, issues and problems. His Asswah is such a charter which, if followed, can shower success not only of the Islamic World but also on the whole humanity. He said human being has been declared the most superior creature in the universe and those holy personalities who performed the duty of guiding the humanity have been declared the superior most. The Syed-o-Sardar of these personalities are Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) who presented such roles for the guidance of humanity that could not be matched till the D-Day. Rajab-ul-Murajjab 1-10 are the days that belong to these holy personalities during which their seerat and character will be highlighted. He appealed the Ahl-e-Islam to pray for rooting out oppression, brutality, terrorism, restoration of justice and integrity and solidarity of the motherland during these days.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted during the meeting strongly condemned suicide attacks on the caravans of electoral candidates in the areas of Doaba in district Hangu, and in Babagaam area of Lower Dir and demanded from the caretaker government to ensure the protection of election offices, political leaders and the citizens. The resolution expressed concern that the banned organisations have been given an open hand to participate in the oncoming election that is contrary to democracy. The resolution called upon the Chief Election Commissioner to cancel the registration of banned organisations and declare them incapable for elections forthwith.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile a TNFJ central committee has been formed to organise programmes for World Ashra Ajr-e-Risalat. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as convener while Qasim Al-Hussaini will be secretary of this committee.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, May 04: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the desecration of holy shrine of renowned Sahabi-e-Rasool and Shaheed-e-Wilayat Hazrat Hajar Bin Adi (R.A.) in Damascus, Syria and termed it inhuman activity on the part of colonial powers and their agents in continuation of their campaign against Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam and Shariat. In a statement issued here he said the forces averse to Islam had been displaying their internal enmity against the protectors of Allah\u0092s religion from the very beginning who had committed desecration of Shuhada-e-Islam during the era of Holy Prophet (SAAW) and later utilised all their energy in wiping out the signs of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) and Mashaheer in the eras of Khalifates and A\u0092aimma Huda so that people could not know about their good deeds.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the Aal-e-Saud had razed the holy shrines of pious personalities buried in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah and the activity is still going on to wipe out the Islamic signs in the garb of giving further extension. In Iraq, the shrines of Imam Al-Askareen have been razed in Baghdad Sharif and even the holy shrine of Khalifa-e-Rashid Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was not spared. Later the graves of Ashab-e-Rasool were also razed to ground in Libya, shrine of Sa\u0092asah Bin Soohaan was destructed in Bahrain, similar attempt was also made in Egypt and now like Afghanistan, the mutineers in Syria were attacking the Nabavi signs and shrines of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar and unfortunately the Islamic World was silent on these incidents of desecration.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that first, the shrine of Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) in Sitta-e-Zainab and later the shrine of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) were targeted. Now, in Marj Al-Azra city the shrine of Sahabi-e-Rasool Hazrat Hajr Bin Adi (R.A.), whose good deeds are famous through Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.) was not only razed to ground by the mutineers rather effort was also made to dig out his body from the shrine. According to Syrian Auqaaf Department, when the terrorists razed the Zarih-e-Aqdas to ground and wanted to dig out his body, the earth hid the body under it miraculously.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi lamented that world organisations were keeping a silence on these acts of oppression and the Islamic World is unable to see these oppressive attitude while the international Islamic organisations were also keeping criminal silence. He said in motherland Pakistan the holy places are under the terrorist attacks for quite long. Many holy places like Abdullah Shah Ghazi, Khushal Khan Khattak, Data Ganj Bux and Sakhi Sarwar were targeted, suicide bomb blast was carried out at Bari Imam but no action was taken against the terrorists. He lamented that most of the Muslim States were taking care of the colonial interests. He demanded from the world organisations to ensure the protection of Mashaheer-e-Deen and Islamic signs without any discrimination otherwise all those places where these holy shrines and signs are placed should be declared open cities.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya said terrorism is ripe in Pakistan and attacks on the elections candidates and their offices pose a question mark. He said if the candidates and voters are not safe then what lies in elections. He said the time is to pray therefore the whole nation should seek forgiveness and give priority to the survival and integrity of the nation and the country over all other things instead of supporting their own survival and interests.\n<\/p>\n
