RAWALPINDI, February 1: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said to follow the pious teachings of great personality of Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait, Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) is the need of the hour to root out all problems, difficulties, and terrorism from the world.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that the dictators and oppressors in every era considered the Khasan-e-Khuda a hurdle in their designs and they utilized all their energy in diverting them from the right path. He said Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) was also kept in gaol but he, through his character and deeds, proved that we cannot be threatened through gaol, murder and arson because being murdered is our habit and kissing martyrdom (Shahadat) is a blessing for us. He spelled out three golden principles of the Masoom (A.S.) that go: (1) having deep knowledge about the religion and Shariat; (2) adoption of best strategy in life; and (3) exercising patience and forbearance in difficulties, problems, and grief.\n<\/p>\n

He expressed grave concern over no progress from the government side in connection with the Ashoora incident in Karachi and has appealed the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take suo moto action of the Ashoora incident, set up an impartial Enquiry Board, unveil the conspiracy behind that incident, give exemplary punishment to the culprits, and release the innocent people arrested after the incident, to keep the honour and dignity of Pakistan and protection of its people intact.\n<\/p>\n

This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat Imam Zamin Hazrat Ali Bin Musa Ar-Raza (A.S.) that is being observed as a part of Hafta Aseeran-e-Karbala from Tuesday with religious spirit, devotion and respect.\n<\/p>\n

He lamented that despite passage of more than a month to Ashoora incident in Karachi, neither any Enquiry Board was set up nor any compensation was paid, government promises are not being fulfilled and time is being passed in accusing each other. He called upon the government to avoid spreading fear and harassment on the basis of information about suicide attackers in the country.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi made it clear that we cannot be diverted from the mission of Hussainiyyat through coward tactics and through threats because we are born on this soil and brought up like brave sons of this soil. He said the history stands witness that we always uttered Kalma-e-Haq under the swords and on the point of the spear.\n<\/p>\n

He reiterated his resolve to defend the Nazria-e-Asaasi and Pakistan at every cost and would thwart every conspiracy aimed at shattering the unity of the people through mutual brotherhood and understanding. He demanded from the government to take notice of the banned groups that have become active with new names and are following new agendas with the connivance of some government circles. If the noose against these banned groups was not tightened then we would be forced to understand that all this is being done at the behest of the rulers so as to divert the attention from real issues and to save their rule and leadership, he added.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief advised the people to remain satisfied and alert and carry on holding Majalis-e-Aza and taking out Azadari processions without any fear or danger by following the Code of Azadari in letter and spirit.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 29: The high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi ended late last night after adopting various resolutions on national and international matters.\n<\/p>\n

According to Central Spokesman of the Tehreek, Syed Qamar Zaidi, the participants of the meeting in a resolution said that like Muharramul Haram, Safar-ul-Muzaffar is also respectable month, therefore, the government should take effective steps to ensure law and order situation on the occasion of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala while people should themselves remain alert so as to thwart any conspiracy and mischief of enemies of the religion and motherland.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution called upon the government to give priority to law and order over all other matters, take effective steps for security and stop the banned groups from working with new names. The resolution advised the government and the opposition not to play in the hands of banned groups while media should not give coverage to the banned groups.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution expressing dissatisfaction over the probe into Ashoora incident in Karachi, appealed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of the incident and set up a Tribunal under the supervision of High Court judges that may bring the real facts before the nation. The resolution also demanded compensation for the losses suffered by Azadaran and the traders\u0092 community. The participants of the meeting called upon the government to get rid of international chief of terrorists i.e. America and her agents. The resolution called upon the Islamic World to take its decisions itself because America is not friend of anyone but loves her own interests.\n<\/p>\n

Yet another resolution strongly condemned ongoing oppression in Palestine and Kashmir and called upon all international organizations including the United Nations to play their role in resolving the long standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine in line with the desire of their respective people. The resolution made it clear that Muslims already have OIC platform at their disposal which may be utilized for devising a joint and strong strategy to confront the internal and external challenges.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution demanding immediate exodus of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq called upon the United Nations and other international organizations to play their role in this connection.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution said that international chief of terrorists first visit India to give a pat to Indians and then they come to Pakistan; such a friendship is not in the interest of Pakistan, therefore, the powers that be should take stand against them in the larger interest of the nation and the country.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said that the international colonial powers have now carried out aggression against Yemen after Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia is playing the role of a front-line ally in this connection. Therefore, the Saudi government should keep in mind that after Yemen, their next target would be Saudi Arabia in a manner in which Pakistan was punished to become a front-line ally after Afghanistan, the resolution added and strongly condemning attack on Yemen called upon Muslim States to give up their mutual differences and adopt a joint strategy against the colonial powers because any attack against Iran, Arab and all other Islamic States would be considered attack on the whole Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded from the Saudi government to release the innocent prisoners immediately. Yet another resolution strongly condemned naked security check of Pakistan citizens at American airports terming it Hippocratic and enmity with Islam and called upon the Islamic States to adopt a similar policy to pay in the same coin. A resolution strongly condemned ban on mosque minarets in Switzerland and termed it tantamount to enmity with Islam. The resolution also demanded restoration of sanctity of holy places in Muslim States to ensure honour and dignity of the same. A resolution made it clear that all Makatib had offered equal sacrifices in creation of Pakistan, therefore, the rights of recognized Makatib should be given on the basis of equality. In this connection, the resolution demanded from the government to ensure implementation of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of problems faced by the Maktab-e-Tashih. Another resolution called upon the print and electronic media to stop step-motherly treatment against the Maktab-e-Tashih by giving them coverage on the basis of equality. The participants, through a resolution, reiterated resolve to continue their practical struggle for achievements of their rights, protection of Nazria-e-Asaasi, and solidarity, development and defence of the motherland.\n<\/p>\n

The meeting decided to observe Hafta-e-Aza from 23-29 Safar in connection of Wisaal of Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) and Hafta Ehad-o-Paimaan from 2-8 Rabiul Awwal on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) and demanded from the government to make special security arrangements on these occasions.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 28: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has demanded foolproof security arrangements for Matmi processions and Majalis-e-Aza on the occasion of universal Ayyam Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala). Delivering his presidential address at a meeting of the central office-bearers of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih on Thursday, he made it clear that Aza-e-Hussaini will continue with full religious fervour and enthusiasm till 8th Rabiul Awwal. He said Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is also a great memorial of Hussain\u0092s (A.S.) sacrifice; therefore, the government should take effective steps to ensure the security of processions to be taken out from every nook and corner of the country in connection with Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala in connection with the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala on the pattern of Ashoora. In this connection, he said, the Muharram Control Rooms at the Interior Ministry and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan should be put on alert and they should be advised to coordinate with the Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TNFJ. He also called upon Azadars to follow the Code of Azadari and remain in contact with the Markaz, and inform about the same to Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TNFJ.\n<\/p>\n

Expressing his dissatisfaction over the probe into Ashoora incidents in Karachi, Agha Moosavi appealed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of the incident. He termed the accusation of the government and some parties against each other a bid to cover up the realities behind the incident. He lamented that the government has not yet set up judicial tribunal to probe into the incident despite repeated requests, therefore, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, who take notice of even minor issues, should not ignore such a heinous conspiracy against the country and the nation on the day of Ashoora and set up an Enquiry Board under the supervision of a Supreme Court judge so as to bring the hidden facts to fore through impartial investigations. He demanded from the government to pay compensation for the losses suffered by Azadaran and the traders\u0092 community, all demands of the affected should be met and real culprits should be arrested and taken to task instead of arresting the innocent to fill the blank. He called upon the government and the security agencies to encourage the people instead of creating fear and harassment amongst them.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief expressed astonishment that when the government can identify entry of terrorists in cities and abodes then why their shelters and abodes remain unidentified. He lamented that the banned organizations were still working openly owing to some reservations on the part of the government and the opposition as a result of which terrorism is going on unabated. Strongly condemning the stoppage of 1st Safar\u0092s Zuljinah procession in Rehmanpura despite a clear-cut decision of the Lahore High Court and orders from the Federal Government an open violation of basic human rights and contempt of court. He said at a time when international colonial powers and their agents were carrying out aggression against Pakistan, we do not want things in the motherland to become worse but, he added, our gentlemanliness should not be termed as a weakness because when we can take over the Secretariat and launch 8-month long agitation against the worst tyrant ruler then we can do everything even today for the achievement of our rights but we desire to get our problems resolved instead of creating problems for others.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that those who remember Karbala in problems are creating hurdles in way of Hussainiyyat after getting power. He said if the Punjab Chief Minister who boasts to be called Khadim-e-Aala then he should get the Rehmanpura procession taken out rather he should himself participate in it. Expressing his concern over the impression of conflict amongst the institutions, he said our perpetual enemy was getting ready to attack Pakistan once more and to take the advantage of the prevailing situation. Therefore, he added all institutions should be given opportunity to work independently within their domain, particularly the government and the opposition should learn a lesson from their past mistakes and avoid the policy of confrontation.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief strongly condemning blasphemy, restrictions on using scarf in Western countries, imposition of ban on mosque minarets in Switzerland, he said had the Islamic World not kept silence on the destruction of Sha\u0092air Allah in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah then the Zionists, Hindus and Christians would not have the courage to make fun of Islami Sha\u0092air. He said Islam is the religion of peace and tranquillity and gives priority to peace over war. Therefore, if anyone extends the hand of peace and friendship and gives up the path of terrorism, then he should not be discourage rather we should keep an eye on him and should remain alert ourselves. He said India and Pakistan could not make friends unless the issues of Kashmir and water are resolved. He said Pakistan is the first Islamic ideological States that came into being in the name of Islam thus it serves as laboratory of Islam and the centre of hope of the Muslims the world over. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed is the Pakistan\u0092s foundation and as Sultan-ul-Hind Moeenuddin Chishti Ajmeri said, Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) is the foundation of La Illaha Illallah. Therefore, he added, the whole nation should adopt the path of Hussain (A.S.) so as to save themselves from crises and problem and stop oppression with Mazloomiyyat.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) defended the Halal-e-Muhammad and Haram-e-Muhammad while Zainab (S.A.) and Sajjad (A.S.) accepted gaol and shattered the streets of Kufa and Shaam and the Yazidi courts through their heart-rending khutbaat. He reiterated his resolve to continue their peaceful protest against oppression through Azadari that is a trust of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) till the Zahoor of Qaim Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 26: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has summoned an important meeting of central office-bearers of the Tehreek on special instructions of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on Wednesday, January 27.\n<\/p>\n

Present situation prevailing in the country, law and order situation and important national and international issues will be reviewed during the meeting.\n<\/p>\n

The Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TNFJ will present a report during the meeting while some important decisions will be taken viz. arrangements of the Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) on this occasion.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – January 25: A session of ‘Hafta-e-Aseeran-e-Karbala Committee’ of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan was held presided over by its convener Dr. S. Zaman to review arrangements of the programmes of the Week of Prisoners of Karbala (Safarul Muzaffar 10- 17).\n<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Addressing the meeting, Dr. S. Zaman said Majalis and matamdaari programmes will begin on Tuesday Jan 26. He demanded from the government to make special arrangements for security of the programmes throughout the country.\n<\/p>\n

He further stressed on the azadaran to remain alert, present condolence of Aseeraan-e-Karbala in the Court of Holy Prophet (S) giving priority to the interests of the religion, nation and the country over everything, and foil every conspiracy of the enemies of religion and the motherland obeying the Code of Azadari given by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.\n<\/p>\n

He said Hussain ibne Ali (AS) rendered the supreme sacrifice along with his 72 faithful companions for defense of religion and shariah, while Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (AS) and Syedus Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (AS) practically showed patience and determination in the bazaars of Kufa and Sham and courts of Yazid and ibne Ziad for protection of blood of martyrs and promotion of Mission of Hussainiyat. Despite being in chains, the inheritors of Karbala Martyrs presented actual picture of Yazidiyat to the world.\n<\/p>\n

Even today promotion of Hussainiyat is must to stamp out every oppressor and to make the world a hub of peace, he added.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 24: Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has announced to observe \u0093Hafta-e-Aseeran-e-Karbala\u0094 from 10-17 Safar-ul-Muzaffar. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek addressing a meeting held at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo said that the sacrifice rendered by the Imam Aali Muqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) and his faithful companions and offspring in the burning plains of Karbala was actually aimed at reviving righteousness, reality, truthfulness, justice, independence and freedom, for survival of the mankind, and for getting the great honour and dignity of Islam recognized.\n<\/p>\n

He said after Shahadat-e-Hussain, the important responsibility shifted to Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) which they carried out with courage and firmness. He said the Khasan-e-Illahi showed the real faces of the world of Yazidiyyat for ever by overcoming their oppression and brutality through their high deed and pious character.\n<\/p>\n

He said Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) not only unveiled the fake faces of Yazid and his forefathers rather they also shattered the Yazidi courts through their heart-rending speeches.\n<\/p>\n

Shah said the whole Muslim Ummah is under the obligation to follow the teachings of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). For this purpose, he added, respect to each other should be ensured, and teasing any human being of any religion, Maslik or creed and even the animal should be avoided.\n<\/p>\n

He said the seerat and character of Aseeran-e-Aale Muhammad (A.S.) would have to be made beacon of light to tackle the international situation and incidents. The pious character of Aseeran-e-Karbala is a lesson for the success of the oppressed the world over including Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, and Palestine and for rooting out all problems and difficulties.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organized programmes of Hafta-e-Aseeran-e-Karbala. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated as Convener, Syed Jone Ali Mashadi as Secretary and Ali Abuzar Chauhan as Deputy Secretary of this Committee.\n<\/p>\n

He said Islam showed the path of justice in worship, morality, politics, economics and almost in every field. He made it clear that doing justice irrespective of bias is the essence of Islamic system of justice. He said every tries to do justice with his near and dear ones but the doing justice with enemies is the test of the time. He said the great objective of the stay of Anbia and Mursaleen had been to restored justice and fair-play and to root out oppression and fair-play and according to Quran and Hadees, justifiable ruler is honoured. He said there is a saying of Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) in Mishkaat Sharif that where there would be no shadow but that of Allah of the D-Day, Allah will provide shadow to seven type of people one of them being a justifiable ruler.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that the Chief Justice of the world of humanity Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) in his will to Imam Hassan (A.S.) said, Oh, son! Declare your Nafs a scale between yourself and other for the thing that is there between you and him; like that thing for others that you like for yourself; if you don\u0092t like do not like that someone carries out oppression against you, do not carry out oppression on others and do good with others the way you like it for yourself that people do good with you. Consider every thing for other bad that you feel bad if someone carries out that with yourself. Give good treatment to others like you expect from others. Do not state anything about which you are not aware, only state that much as much you know. Do not say anything about others that you feel indecent if it is done towards you.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that every member of the Khanwada-e-Risalat confronted with oppressor for restoration of justice and fair-play. One of the personalities amongst them he added, is Imam Musa Ibne Jafar (A.S.) who was placed at the mirage of justice and fair-play. Paying pursa of Imam Hussain (A.S.) to Imam Musa Ibne Jafar (A.S.) he paid homage to Imam Kazim (A.S.) who remained confronted with the Pharaohs and Taghoots of his era like Hazrat Musa Bin Umar in fulfilling the Godly responsibilities and disseminating justice and fair-play but the rulers of his era could not divert him from the right path.\n<\/p>\n

He lamented that the Administration created curfew like situation to allegedly stop the Zuljinah procession to be taken out from Imambargah Sakina Binte Hussain, Rehmanpura. They arrested the TNFJ Supreme Council member and world renowned Khateeb Allama Nasir Abbas and TNFJ Lahore President Shahzada Ghulam Hassan Bhatti along with hundreds of people who wanted to participate in the procession, they were kept in habeas corpus.\n<\/p>\n

This situation, he said, has sent a wave of unrest and concern amongst Azadars all over the country that may have turned into country-wide protest had the Muharram Committee Azadari Cell not controlled them. He said we are peaceful people and we keep Azadari of Syed-ush-Shuhada dearer that anything else that is why we did not react despite violation.\n<\/p>\n

He said the decision of the Lahore High Court was torn apart in the Punjab capital where the ruling party boasts of playing an active role in the movement for restoration of judiciary. He asked the Punjab Government to why they stopped the procession despite court order contrary to it? Those who claim to get the judiciary restored should reply has this step not made fun of the judiciary? Moreover, by rejecting the orders of the Federal Government, they have tried to give an impression that they are not ready to obey the Federation which is a question mark? He said the force that should have been deployed to check terrorism and crime deployed to stop the peaceful Matmi procession.\n<\/p>\n

Aqeel Awan demanded from the Chief Minister who is fond of being called Khadim-e-Aala to get this procession out, participate himself in it and order probe against those who stopped the procession, carried out violence against Azadaran and arrested them. He should also take action against those who damaged the credibility of the government by committing contempt of court.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 14: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the pious seerat of Hazrat Sakina Bint-ul-Hussain (S.A.) is the beacon of light for Dukhtran-e-Religion and Shariat.\n<\/p>\n

This was stated by him while delivering a special address on the beginning of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan (27th Muharram to 6th Safarul Muzaffar). He said the standard of supremacy for the Bani Adam is Taqwa while Ayah-e-Tataheer stands witness to the Ismat and Taharat of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and the love and devotion with the same Khanwada (family) has been declared Ajr-e-Risalat.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) has declared the friendship and love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) as the good omen for the mankind that could not be achieved without heartfelt love with the pious members of the Khanwada-e-Rasool. He said making will by the Holy Prophet (SAAW) to love and be friends of Ahle Bait (A.S.) was not owing to his relationship with them rather he did so to provide protection to the objectives of Paigham-e-Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat and such a duty could only be performed by those who are brought up in Godly training in a pious environment.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that the Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) presented his sacrifice along with his 72 near and dear ones in Karbala that has no other example in the history. After the Shahadat-e-Hussain, he added, Mukhadderaat-e-Ismat and Taharat displayed immense patience, forbearance, courage and firmness in confronting the Yazidi oppression which is the beacon of light for women in every era. He said the minor daughter of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.), Hazrat Syeda Sakina (S.A.) shattered the Yazidi courts with her cries. She has a high character that no girl child in the mankind could achieve, he added.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that son has been declared a blessing while daughter is considered \u0091Rehmat\u0092. There would be question about the blessing but not for \u0091Rehmat\u0092. That is perhaps why the Holy Prophet (SAAW) has been declared \u0091Rehmatul-Lil-Aalameen\u0092 because he is father of a daughter like Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) while Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) is the grand-daughter of Fatima (S.A.).\n<\/p>\n

He said when Hazrat Umme Kulsoom came back to Madinah after being released following the Karbala incident, she recited a couplet that meant: When we left Madinah, these laps were full of children and now we are returning that neither men nor children remained with us. Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) was amongst these children.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Shahadat of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) in the prison is enough to highlight the high targets of Shahadat-e-Hussain.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that when Ahle Bait (A.S.) were brought to Shaam as prisoners, Yazid designated a place for their stay where they remained busy in crying for Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and other Shuhada-e-Karbala.\n<\/p>\n

Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) was only three years old, she had not seen her father after the Shahdat-e-Hussain so she continued crying for him. One day, she saw her father in her dream, and cried profusely when woke up. Seeing her condition, the Ahle Haram also began crying and putting earth in their hair. When Yazid was told about it, he sent Hussain\u0092s (A.S.) head in the gaol in a big plate which was covered with a piece of cloth. When Sakina (S.A.) removed that piece of cloth, she put the head in her lap and cried so much that she went unconscious and she was no more. Heavy Matam was performed in the gaol on the Shahadat of Shaheeda-e-Zindaan (S.A.) and Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) buried her oppressed sister in the gaol.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi reiterated his resolve that practical struggle will be carried on with sincerity of purpose to support the oppressed world to express hatred against the oppressors.\n<\/p>\n

He demanded from the government to ensure security for Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions on the occasion of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan while Azadars should themselves remain alert and perform their Azadari programmes without any fear following the Code of Azadari in letter and spirit.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 13: The International Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala observed throughout the country to mark the Shahadat of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Wednesday.\n<\/p>\n

Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions were taken out throughout the country on this occasion. Taboot procession was taken out from Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.) under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan in which Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made special participation and performed Ziarat of the Taboot. The procession later terminated after reaching Ali Masjid.\n<\/p>\n

Earlier, Allama Ijaz Hussain Modarris, addressing the Majlis said that Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) enlightened the religion, Shariat and Hussainiyyat forever with his character, courage and firmness in the darkest era of oppression and brutality. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, in his address said that Imam Ali Ibn Al-Hussain (A.S.) is the eyewitness of the Karbala incident who saved the honour and dignity of the Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) in the burning tents and took care of the Dastaar-e-Imamat.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 11: The International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala is being observed throughout the country on Tuesday with religious fervour, spirit, devotion and respect to mark the Shahadat of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.\n<\/p>\n

The day on the concluding day of the International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala will begin with recitation from the Holy Quran in mosques after Fajr prayers followed by holding of Majalis-e-Aza and taking out Taboot Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) in Imambargahs and Aza Khanas.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, in a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih called upon the government to ensure security during the programmes of Shahadat of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) while people should themselves remain alert and organize Majalis-e-Aza and take out Matmi processions without any fear and with devotion and respect. He said we could get rid of international colonial powers by following the uswah-e-Sajjad and could also overcome all problems. He appealed the Azadaran Beemar-e-Karbala to pay condolences in Bargah-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) on the Shahadat of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) and announce their commitment to continue their practical struggle for the dissemination of the message of Risalat and Wilayat, supremacy of the Islamic World, and for the solidarity and development of the motherland.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Taboot procession in connection with the Shahadat of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) would be taken out from the residence of Anees Zaidi (late) in Bohar Bazar. The Taboot procession taken out from Mashadi House in Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh would terminate after reaching Darbar Aalia Shah Chan Chiragh. Majlis-e-Aza will be held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen Satellilte Town after Maghribeen followed by taking out of Taboot Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

The central procession of Shahadat of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) will be taken out from Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim I-10\/4, Sadaat Colony, while Majlis-e-Shahadat Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) will be held at Imambargah Shakarial followed by Taboot procession in which Matmi Halqas from all over the country will participate.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, January 10: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of the Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that the Karachi Ashoora incident, the jalao-gherao (riot) afterwards, and target killings are the part of the same conspiracy and all patriotic forces would have to adopt a consensus line of action to unveil this conspiracy instead of accusing each other.\n<\/p>\n

This was stated by him while addressing the high level meeting of the Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TNFJ. He said people come to Karachi from every nook and corner of the country to earn their livelihood, therefore the satanic world, that is already averse Pakistan, has decided under a heinous conspiracy to carry out aggression against Pakistan and as a part of it they tried to trample the economic jugular vein of Pakistan turning Karachi into a battlefield.\n<\/p>\n

He said when the whole city of Karachi was mourning the Shahadat of Imam Hussain (A.S.), the enemy committed naked aggression and then put the city on fire. He said we are thankful to all Azadaran and mourners without any discrimination who had to carry bodies of their sons and brothers and also gave top priority to the Azadari procession and took it to its designated venue with honour and respect making it clear that jalao-gherao after the blast was planned before hand.\n<\/p>\n

Mr. Bokhari said that instead of putting balm on the injuries of the affected, the enemy started target killings which led to accusations against each other. The contradictory statements on the part of rulers, at this stage, added fuel to the fire and the situation worsened further.\n<\/p>\n

He said we respect all patriotic parties whether they are in the government or the opposition but every one should keep in mind that our integrity is subject to the integrity and survival of the motherland. He said our enemy desires that we entangle with each other therefore all patriotic parties and powers should give up their personal and party interests, understand the conspiracy of the enemy and try to unveil the same.\n<\/p>\n

Bokhari demanded from the Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of the Ashoora incident and the situation prevailing in Karachi and set up a high level Enquiry Board.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had already stated before quarter a century that linking a terrorist with any Maslik or a country is terrorism itself and we still demand from the powers that be to see and tackle these incidents in the same context and do not give any relaxation to terrorists.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Azadari, Majalis and mourning processions would continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal with the same spirit and enthusiasm, therefore, Azadars should give priority to Azadari over all other matters. He said we would not allow anyone to cause any harm to Azadari even we all are killed.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted on the occasion called upon the government to fulfil the demands of the bereaved families of the Shuhada of Ashoora incident, compensate the traders and given best treatment to the injured.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution strongly condemned the publication of blasphemous images in Norway and restriction on construction of minarets of mosques in Switzerland and termed it the violation of basic human rights and the United Nations Charter.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded from the United Nations to take notice of such activities while OIC was asked to break its silence and fulfil its duty to highlight the problems of the Islamic World. The resolution accused some parties of highlighting Gilgit-Baltistan issue an act of diverting attention from real issues.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded strict security arrangements for the central programmes of Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala, particularly the 25th Muharram programmes on the Shahadat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

He said the Lukcy Marwat incident is enough to open the eyes of those people who attach every activity of the enemy with the Maslik so as to divert the result of the investigations. He said fake threat of taking over the GHQ is the result of enemy\u0092s upset mind. They should remember the year 1965 when they entered Lahore for breakfast and were defeated point blank by the Pakistan\u0092s armed forces and the Pakistani people.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the powers that be, all patriotic parties and sections of society would have to understand the conspiracy of our perpetual enemy that always tries to create riot in Pakistan using regionalism, provincialism, religion and nationality. He said those who are talking about restrictions on processions should tell whether the markets should be closed down after the Khyber Bazar incident and whether sports should be banned after the Lucky Marwat incident? In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said the firmness and patience with which he confronted the difficulties and tragedies after the Shahadat-e-Hussain is the beacon of light for the world of humanity for ever.\n<\/p>\n

He said in the critical situation of Pakistan, it is necessary for every citizen, and followers of every Maktab and Maslik to display practical unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding while taking the Farsh-e-Aza because Azadari of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) is the eternal protest against the satanic forces and Azadars would observe the mourning of Hussain (A.S.) and his near and dear ones till 8th Rabiul Awwal and could thwart any satanic conspiracy to give a bloodbath to the country for ever.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Ali Ibn Al-Hussain known as Syed-us-Sajideen Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is one of the greatest personality from amongst the inheritors of the Paighambar-e-Akram (SAAW). The era of the Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) spread over 57 years was replete with problems and difficulties while he was carrying heavy load of Illahi responsibilities on his shoulders. Being the great inheritor of Shaheedan-e-Karbala he considered it his foremost responsibility of protecting the inheritance of Shuhada-e-Karbala.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Beemar-e-Karbala Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) fully protected sacrifice declared as \u0093Zibh-e-Azeeem\u0094. Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) shattered the streets of Kufa and Shaam and the court of Ibne Ziad and Yazid by delivering heart-rending speeches with courage and bravery.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that it has now become crystal clear that international chief of the colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus are carrying out all types of terrorism as their agents were found involved in every incident. He said terrorist activities of RAW and supply of arms and ammunition to the terrorists through Indian Consulates set up in Afghanistan is no more a secret. He said whether it is Peshawar Press Club incident, terrorism act at CMH Muzaffarabad, tragic incident in the Youm-e-Ashoor procession in Karachi or incident of jalao-gherao soon after it, the satanic forces are behind all these incidents. Moreover, he added, Hindu Banya is also carrying out water terrorism through violating Sindh Tass agreement.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi appealed all countrymen to pay homage to the Shuhada-e-Karbala and Aseeran-e-Karbala by observing International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala from 15-25 Muharramul Haram and announce their commitment to continue supporting the oppressed by strongly condemning the oppressions being carried out by the international chief of colonial powers and her agents.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, December 29: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Monday.\n<\/p>\n

The day began with Aamal-e-Ashoora in mosques. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Aamal at Ali Masjid Satellite Town. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah merged into the main procession. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani and presented \u0091Pursa\u0092 of the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAAW) on this occasion.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) gave a new lease of life to the humanity and the religion of Islam with his blood. He said Imam Hussain (A.S.) could not be limited to any Maktab, area or a country because Hussain (A.S.) sacrificed his life for the respect of mankind and supremacy of the religion and Shariat that is why wherever is humanity there is Hussainiyyat which is the protector of humanity.\n<\/p>\n

He said no one can limit Azadari and one who tried to limit it would himself become limited. He said Azadari is the essence of worships and the whole earth is available for worship and those who are talking to limit it are unaware of the philosophy of Abudiyyat. He said putting restrictions on Ulema is not a solution to the problem rather they should be asked to follow the moral code.\n<\/p>\n

Answering a question, Agha Moosavi said efforts were made to sabotage Azadari by organizing other programmes during the Ashra-e-Muharram, especially the death anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto while the Shaheeda-e-Jamhooriyat has the honour to establish Muharram Control Rooms in the Ministry of Interior and the provinces first time in the history of Pakistan on the call of TNFJ for the solution of problems faced by the Azadaran. He said the biggest grief in the universe is the Gham-e-Hussain and any other grief or loss is low in front of it and one who confronts Gham-e-Hussain turns into pieces. He said Hussain (A.S.) is the essence of Islam and Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam, it has to remain and the collusion of the colonial-Zionist-Hindu trio could not cause any harm to it.\n<\/p>\n

The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity.\n<\/p>\n

Among vociferous slogans of thousands of participants, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that all schools of thought are getting rid of banned groups therefore the government should impose ban on their activities and coverage by the media. He lauded the Federal and Provincial governments for setting up Muharram Control Rooms on the call of TNFJ and the best arrangements made by the Administration of Rawalpindi and Islamabad for Muharram. He said Azadari is not limited to any particular fiqh or group rather it is the combined inheritance of all schools of thought.\n<\/p>\n

Thousands of Matamdars reiterated their resolve to offer all types of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali and promotion and protection of Azadari. Ch. Mushtaq also addressed the gathering.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution presented by Abu Nasm, Secretary Muharram Committee of the TNFJ District Rawalpindi strongly condemned the incidents of terrorism in Karachi, Muzaffarabad and Shakarial and termed it the work of satanic trio that was bent upon destabilizing Pakistan to achieve colonial goals. The resolution stressed upon the media to avoid exaggerating the issues.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution strongly condemned the continued political activities by some political parties during the Ashra-e-Muharram, particularly organizing the death anniversary of Shaheeda-e-Jamhooriyat Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto on 9th Muharram. The resolution said that at a time when even Hindus, Sikhs, and Christians were paying homage to the sacrifice rendered by the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and the Christians even cancelled their musical programmes in respect of Ashra-e-Muharram, it is lamented that the government and some private channels were presenting musical programmes in this first ever ideological Islamic State achieved in the name of Islam and by doing so they are trampling the feelings of the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan who are busy in observing Gham-e-Hussain.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution called upon the Prime Minister to take notice of not giving an additional holiday in lieu of Sunday falling on 9th Muharram as is always done in respect of Eidul Fitr and Eidul Azha holidays.\n<\/p>\n

Strongly condemning the recent incidents of terrorism throughout the country, the resolution termed the encouragement of the banned groups by the government, opposition and media as adding salt to the wounds of the Azadaran and demanded from the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo moto notice of this situation and unveil the open violation of the set norms.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said that if the government and the opposition are unable to be run without these national criminals then they should lift the ban imposed on them. Terming the inclusion of banned groups in the Mutahidda Ulema Board and Peace Committees set up by the Government of Punjab, the resolution called upon the Punjab Chief Minister to get rid of his advisers who are becoming the source of humiliation for him by doing so. The resolution condemned the lower echelons of the Administration for harassing the organizers of the traditional processions and termed the restrictions imposed on Ulema and Zakireen contrary to the human rights.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution strongly condemned load-shedding during the Ashra-e-Muharram despite government claims contrary to the same. The resolution made it clear that Azadari programmes continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal, therefore, all Control Rooms set up in the Ministry of Interior and in the provinces should remain intact till the Ayyam-e-Aza rather till the 17th Rabiul Awwal i.e. till the Eid Milad-un-Nabi programmes. The resolution stressed the need to direct the Administration throughout the country to follow the Code of Azadari issued by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, in letter and spirit.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution strongly condemned the partisan attitude and humiliating remarks of the Editor, Dawn Islamabad with the only representative organization of the Maktab-e-Tashih i.e. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafairya Pakistan and demanded from proprietors of the said newspaper and journalists\u0092 organizations to take strict action against such biased editor who is allegedly working for the banned organizations.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution expressed solidarity with the Pakistan armed forces busy in confronting with terrorist through Operation Rah-e-Raast and Operation Rah-e-Nijaat. The resolution strongly condemned restrictions on Azadari in the Held Kashmir and violence against the Ashoora processions there. The resolution condemned statements of some government functionaries in respect of limiting Azadari and supported the courageous point of view of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that governments come and go, many ministers have come and gone, but the Gham-e-Hussain will continue till the Zahoor-e-Mahdi.\n<\/p>\n

Later, participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar where they performed historic Zanjeer-Zani. Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession at Purana Qila. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. The participants of Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Imambargah Baltistania Angatpura performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk while Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and MFP jawans remained along with the procession throughout.\n<\/p>\n

He said the atheists utilized all their energy to remove the objective of Ba\u0092asat-e-Risalat, religion and Shariat because whereas Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) said that Halal and Haram declared by Muhammad (SAAW) is Halal and Haram till the D-Day, he also stated in defence and protection of his high targets that: I am leaving two invaluable things amongst you, one is Kitaab Allah and the other is my Ahle Bait (A.S.), you should keep attached with them.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Al-Saqlain Shahzada-e-Konain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) confronted Yazid Bin Muawia who took over the throne half a century after the Wisaal of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW). Yazid Bin Muawia was the one who was ridiculing the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and Shariat-e-Muhammadi saying that Bani Hashim (God Forbid) has staged a drama to grab power, neither any angel came, nor any Wahi came.\n<\/p>\n

As a result of the sacrifice of the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.), Malookiyyat could not raise the issue of Baia\u0092at again. After the Shahadat-e-Hussain, he said, Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S.) gave tough reply to Yazid\u0092s negation of Wahi and Ilhaam by delivering heart-rending khutbaat in the court of Shaam and highlighted the objectives of Qayam-e-Hussaini who were narrated by the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) in his announcement earlier and the last wording of which are that: I am following my grand father and father. Thus Imam Hussain (A.S.) openly refused to accept Baia\u0092at of Yazid and giving his hand into his by saying that: A person like me could accept the Baia\u0092at of a person (Yazid) like you.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said by following the seerat of his Nana (SAAW), he proved that like he had left Makkah Mukarramah for high objectives, similarly Hussain (A.S.) is ready to leave Madinah but he would not allow any one to cause harm to the religion and the Shariat. The Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) left Madinah on 28th Rajab and reached Karbala on 2nd Muharram. Yazidi forces closed water on Lashkar-e-Hussaini on 7th Muharram. Imam Hussain (A.S.), his companions, supporters, and near and dear ones, kissed Shahadat one by one on 10th Muharram in Karbala and in the end, it was the time for Nimaz-e-Asr when Hussain could not maintain himself on his Zuljinah, the call for Azaan came and he fell down on earth.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that world of oppression is brutality is afraid of Hussainiyyat even today because Hussainiyyat is the mirage of peace and tranquillity. He said the satanic forces are playing holi with the oppressed and Muslim countries even today. In this situation, the whole humanity is under the obligation to play the Hussaini character, which is not to accept the subservience to Yazidi forces come what may, he added.\n<\/p>\n

He said Imam Hussain (A.S.) could not be attached with any particular Maktab, area or a country because Hussain (A.S.) by sacrificing his life and that of his near and dear ones in respect of mankind, supremacy of religion and Shariat that is why Hussain could not be limited. Hussainiyyat, he said, is there wherever humanity is and it is Hussainiyyat that is the protector and defender of humanity. That is called Shariat Khair-ul-Anaam, he added. He said my Darood and Salam on Hussain (A.S.) and his companions.\n<\/p>\n

He said we present condolences to Paighambar-e-Azam (SAAW), and his last inheritor Hazrat Hojjatul Asr (A.S.) and announce our commitment to continue our practical struggle for the mission of \u0091Wila\u0092 and \u0091Aza\u0092 with sincerity of purpose. I can give up my life but I could not allow anyone to cause any harm to Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom that is my belief, he concluded.\n<\/p>\n
