RAWALPINDI, May 27: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Binte Rasool Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima tuz Zahra (S.A.) is a great woman whose pious Uswah is the complete example to follow by women at large.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while announcing to observe \u0093Universal Ashra-e-Aza-e-Fatmiya\u0094 from May 31 to June 9.\n<\/p>\n

He said the whole humanity remains indebted to the blessings of great personalities who perform knowledgeable, religious, and economic and social services for the mankind in every era. The Khanwada-e-Risalat is placed at the highest pedestal of height the love and devotion of which has been declared at Ajr-e-Risalat.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Ayah-e-Tataheer stands witness to the Ismat and Taharat of this Khanwada. He said Allah had introduced the Ahle Bait (A.S.) to the Malaikah: She is Fatima and her Baba (Muhammad), he is her husband (Ali) and they are their sons (Hassan and Hussain). He said Syeda Tahira (S.A.) is an exemplary woman who is an example for the whole world in her capacity as a daughter, wife and mother.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said woman had been considered vulnerable before Islam that is why she had no value or respect but the ignorant Arabs used to bury her alive. The atheists of that era had enmity with the Paighambar-e-Akram (SAAW) had used to consider the Holy Prophet (SAAW) low in status for not having any male child while no one knew that heroes of humanity would prosper in the lap of Fatima (S.A.) who will be called Hassan (A.S.), Hussain (A.S.), Zainab (S.A.) and Kulsoom (S.A.) and would proof themselves as beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are the source of all movements of independence that revolve around Hazrat Fatima tuz Zahra (S.A.).\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi appealed all schools of thought highlight the respect, honour and dignity of woman in Majalis and Matmi processions to be organised in connection with the Universal Ashra-e-Aza-e-Fatmiya and express support to the oppressed world and hatred against oppression and brutality by presenting \u0091Pursa\u0092 in the Bargah-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Khanwada-e-Asmat (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes of the Universal Ashra-e-Aza-e-Fatmiya. Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated as Convener while Haider Abbas Bajwa will be the Secretary of this Committee.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 25: The \u0093Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Quran and Rasool\u0094 programmes announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi continued throughout the country on Sunday May 25.\n<\/p>\n

Majalis, Matamdari and religious functions were held in all small and big cities and towns of the country including the Federal Capital Islamabad, all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas.\n<\/p>\n

The main Majlis-e-Aza in this connection to pay homage to Nigehban-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was organised by Syed Muazzam Ali Rizvi Advocate at Markazi Imambargah Qadeem.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najfi in his address on the occasion said Quran is that great a book that Allah Himself has taken the responsibility of its protection and no one from the atheist world could bring any reply to it that is why they remain busy in desecration of it on one pretext or the other. However, he said such sacrifices have been rendered for its protection and to ensure its dignity in the past which are exemplary.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi in his address said that almost in every book of the Islamic history, it has openly been admitted that the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) not only brought up the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) but he also enjoys the honour of being his Nikah Khwan.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Nasir Abbas Multan, Maulana Ijaz Hussain Madras, Zakir Sajjad Hussain Shumari, Zakir Ilyas Raza, Zakir Khuda Bux Qaiser, Zakir Nasir Abbas Notak, Maulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri, Zakir Qazi Wasim Abbas, Zakir Iqbal Hussain Shah Bajar, Syed Zamir Hussain Kazmi, Zakir Noor-ul-Hassan Noori and other Zakireen also addressed the gathering.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution presented by Abu Nasam Naqvi was adopted on the occasion that considered creation of a motherland on the basis of Two-Nation Theory and that we are residents of this great country. The resolution expressed concern that our eternal enemy was going all out to destabilise Pakistan and thus appealed all serious sections of the government and the opposition to adopt the policy of mutual understanding so as to thwart the heinous conspiracies of the enemies of the country and the religion.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution condemned all blasphemous activities so far committed and considered it an open challenge for the comity of nations. The resolution demanded from the United Nations, Security Council, ICC and champions of human rights the world over to stop the colonial powers and their agents from committing blasphemous activities and for that purpose introduce suitable law at international level so that no one could even think of doing so in future.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution called upon the powers that be and the politicians to ensure basic needs of the people instead of entangling them in political bickering.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution condemned the gory murders of a TV channel journalist Muhammad Ibrahim in Bajaur and Muslim League leader Tariq Khan and considered it a continuation of incidents of terrorism going on in the country.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution also welcomed the Swat peace agreement. The resolution said that the Pakistani people had thwarted the Zia tyranny 30 years ago when it tried to divide the people on sectarian basis. An 8-month long agitation was launched from the Hussaini Mohaz from this Imambargah and more than 14,000 Sunni-Shia people courted arrest that culminated into May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. The newly elected government was asked to implement that agreement immediately.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution condemned the so-called scholar Zakir Naik who twice supported Yazid in a private TV channel Pace\u0092s programme and demanded from Pemra to impose ban on this TV channel forthwith.\n<\/p>\n

Another function was held at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad. Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Zakir Nawab Arif Dhando, Naveed Ashiq B.A., Qamar Raza Naqvi, Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi in their address on the occasion highlighted the seerat of Syed-us-Sajideen (A.S.) and declared the invaluable services and sacrifices rendered by them as golden chapter of the Islamic history.\n <\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 22: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe \u0093Ayyam Hurmat-e-Quran and Rasool\u0094 from May 23-27. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said the international Taghoot and their supporters were presenting as monster and Quran and Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) are their particular targets. He said Queen Elizabeth conferred Shatum-ur-Rasool Salman Rushdie with the title of \u0091Sir\u0092 and later Austrian woman politician Susan Winter also committed blasphemy, then a Denmark newspaper published blasphemous images while Free Online Encyclopaedia (Wiki Pedia) refused to remove the blasphemous images from its website. In addition to that Dutch politician Garrot Walders made a film against Quran and demanded to impose ban on Holy Quran in Holland, he said adding that a few days back, Holy Quran was made the target of bullets during American army\u0092s training. He said the insulting and indecent activities are not only an open challenge for religion, and the comity o<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi made it clear that Holy Quran is a challenge for the whole atheist world even today and it announces that if you are true then come out with an argument against it (Quran). Another Ayah says that Oh, Nabi! Tell them that even if human beings and Jinns try to bring a Quran like book together, they could not do so, even if they become helpful to each other. He said today the atheist world got a boost owing to the weakness of Muslims and the silence of the Islamic World is meaningful that is why it was confronted with defame and insult.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that Anbia, Mursaleen, Khasan-e-Illahi, Holy Book and Wahi are respectable and insult of the same is Haram. He said Islam is Deen-e-Mubeen that preaches respect for humanity and considers teasing anyone and a great sin. He appealed all countrymen to observe Ayyam Hurmat-e-Quran and Rasool during May 23-27 so as to tell the world of humanity that how great Quran and Paighambar-e-Islam are great. He said by raising peaceful voice of protest, they should not only condemn the colonial movement against Quran and Risalat but also demand from the United Nations, the Security Council, ICC and all other champions of the human rights to stop the colonial powers and their agents from committing blasphemous activities and introduce laws on international level in this connection and give exemplary punishment to those who insult Holy Quran and commit blasphemy by following the existing laws.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 21: The \u0093Youm-e-Wiladat\u0094 of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was observed throughout the country on Wednesday as a part of \u0093Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (AS)\u0094 (Week of Greatness of Muhammad and his progeny) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with due religious and national fervour.\n<\/p>\n

The day began with recitation from Holy Quran after Fajr prayers in mosques. Ulema, waizeen and zakireen, in their address on the occasion, highlighted the seerat of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

Greeting functions were organised by religious organisations, institutions and trusts in all small and big cities and towns of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas and Rawalpindi Region. Peaceful demonstrations were also held in different cities against blasphemy in western countries and acts of terrorism in Bajaur, Mardan, Kohat and other cities.\n<\/p>\n

In Rawalpindi, the protest demonstration was led by TNFJ Punjab Province President Allama Abu Jafar Naqvi, Regional President Rawalpindi Allama Abul Hassan Taqi, Central Convener Hafta Hazmat-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad Committee Dr. S. Zaman, Allama Mohsin Ali Al-Hussaini, Allama Qalb-e-Abbas Bokhari, Allama Basharat Imami and others. Allama Abu Jafar Naqvi also addressed the gathering.\n<\/p>\n

The demonstrators were carrying portraits of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and banners and placards inscribed with different slogans. They dispersed peacefully after chanting vociferous slogans.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan addressing the Mehfil Zainul Abideen (A.S.) organised by Hay\u0092at Tulaba-e-Islam at Aza Khana Masooma-e-Qum Rawalpindi said the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was being observed on May 21 this year that reminds the 8-month long agitation launched by Hussaini Mohaz Rawalpindi under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which all schools of thought had participated and more than 14,000 people had courted arrest leading to Junejo-Moosavi agreement signed on May 21, 1985.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Pakistani people will again become a concrete wall against the enemies of the religion and motherland and would thwart every conspiracy of theirs in future also. He demanded that the Junejo-Moosavi agreement signed on May 21, 1985 should be implemented in letter and spirit.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the western media and colonial powers for committing blasphemous acts and termed unending acts of desecration of Islam, Mashaheer, and Sha\u0092a\u0092irullah a heinous conspiracy.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution called upon the Muslim Ummah to exercise wisdom and become a concrete wall against every conspiracy of the international Taghoot and devise a courageous and viable strategy from the united platform.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded the restoration of holy shrines of Mashaheer-e-Islam including that of Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in Jannatul Baqee. In this connection the government was asked to use diplomatic channels to restore the dignity of the Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n

Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Sardar Tariq Ahmed Jafri and Syed Aun Abbas Kazmi addressed the gathering while Zakir Matloob Hussain Kazmi, Syed Nazir Hussain Shah, Riwayat Hussain Bokhari, Hassan Raza Kiani, Madad Ali Haideri, Ali Abbas Bokhari, Syed Mohsin Kazmi presented poet Nazrana-e-Aqeedat. Jafar Khan recited from the Holy Quran while Syed Jone Ali Mashadi performed as stage secretary.\n<\/p>\n

Khateebah Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressed a Mehfil Zainul Abideen (A.S.) organised by Anjuman Kaneezan-e-Imam-ul-Asr Waz Zaman at Sheb-e-Abi Talib in which she said that Waris-e-Khoon-e-Hussain (inheritor of Hussaini blood) Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) turned the gaols into places of worship and his uswah is still the beacon of light for the oppressed world.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement, he termed the spirit of sacrifice of holy personalities for establishment of justice and annihilation of oppression and barbarism as a bright example for whole world of humanity.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi asserted that acknowledging the greatness of Muhammad-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) and following practically in their footsteps is necessary because this time the world of oppression has put the oppressed and have-not at its target; Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq have been made blood-stained; earth and heaven are quivering with cries of the deprived people; humanity is astonished and perplexed; Pakistan is under pressure while colonial powers keep the policy of give making afraid and threatening.\n<\/p>\n

He stressed that Islam enjoins to fight against oppressors and help the oppressed. Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (AS) had advised his elder son Hazrat Imam Hasan Mujtaba (AS) to hate oppressor and render help to the oppressed is obligatory for every Muslim because oppression is the biggest sin which is forbidden by Allah.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said like geographical boundaries protection of ideological boundaries is binding.\n<\/p>\n

He further said that even this day satanic powers are working against Ahle Bait-e-Rasool (SAWW) and pious Sahab Kibaar (RA); they commit blasphemy through ever-new tactics the day in and day out while Islamic world and the UN have kept silence which is a question mark. Therefore, these organizations must come in action immediately by creating conformity in their words and deeds, and curb Iblisi forces. In this way, the whole world could not only be made a hub of peace rather the whole humanity could be delivered of all problems.\n<\/p>\n

Expressing grief on the destruction caused by earth quake in China, Moosavi said Pakistani nation is co-partner in the pain of Chinese people.\n<\/p>\n

He strongly condemned bomb blasts in Jay Pur, the capital city of Indian State of Rajisthan and said sagacity must be practised on this occasion and accusing one another must be avoided because terrorist is only terrorist and attaching him with any State or faith is tantamount to strengthening terrorism.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the family of Nabuwwat and Risalat enjoy supremacy and excellence over all world families. Their purity is mentioned in Quran in this way: O Ahle Bait! Allah desires to keep impurity far from you and keep you pure and clean as is the right to keep you pure. (Sura Ahzaab, Ayah 33)\n<\/p>\n

He said it is written in Sahih Muslim in detail of Ayah-e-Tatheer that it was revealed in the house of Hazrat Umme Salma. Holy Prophet (SAWW) gathered Hazrat Fatima (SA), Ali (AS) and Hasnain (AS) under cloak and then said: Allah desires to keep impurity far from you and keep you pure and clean as is the right to keep you pure. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – May 13: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that practical display of sincerity of purpose, love and brotherhood is necessary to stop western thrust of blasphemy and colonial pressure on the Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n

This was stated by him while talking to the Zaireen of Iran and Syria who called on him after their return under the leadership of Hojjatul Islam Syed Fakhar Abbas Abidi and Haji Asghar Haider.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that Ziaraat of holy places are not only source of \u0091Sawaab\u0092 but also give satisfaction, and promote brotherhood amongst Zaireen, Momineen and Muslimeen and the struggle and sacrifices of holy personalities for the religion and Shariat are refreshed. Not only this but the unity and brotherhood amongst different countries are also strengthened. He said keeping in view the treatment being meted out to the Islamic World, it is necessary for us to remain pious and clean and become a concrete wall against the enemies of religion and Shariat by following in the footsteps of Paighambar-e-Akram (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar, and pious Sahaba Kubaar because aggression against Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq is going on while new tactics are being used to increase pressure against Pakistan and all energy is being utilised to destabilise it.\n<\/p>\n

He said the Islamic World would have to confront the atheism by becoming Millat-e-Wahida because Pakistan is on their target, and saving Pakistan is like saving Islam and to save Islam we would have to adopt the path of Hussainiyyat. He said Islam did not spread through sword or arson but through love and character. He made it clear that there is no Maktabi conflict throughout the world including Pakistan.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said there is a saying of the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) that one who performs Ziarat of my grave there is Shifa\u0092at for him and one who performs Haj and performs Ziarat of my grave after that, he is like a person who performed my Ziarat during my life-time. He said performing Ziarat of Aulia Allah Momineen is also Mustahib. Abu Hurairah says that when the Paighambar (SAAW) passed by Uhad, he said I pronounce that they are near to Allah. Thus go to them, perform their Ziarat, by God one who would pay Salam to them throughout the eternity, they will reply to them. He said Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) used to visit the grave of Hazrat Hamza, used to offer prayers there and shed tears. He said for the followers of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) consider performing Ziarat of holy mazars of Paighambar-e-Islam, Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar a great \u0091Sawaab\u0092 because the wills of Aaimma Athaar (A.S.) for their Ziarat are there and consider it the source of nearing to Allah.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that a saying of the Imam-e-Zamin and Samin Hazrat Ali Raza (A.S.) goes that the Imam\u0092s (A.S.) followers are in agreement with him, Ziarat is one of the those deeds and completion of that agreement. He said those who perform Ziarat of holy shrines and during the Ziarat keep their attention towards the objectives and goals of the Aaimma, the holy personalities recommend for their forgiveness on the D-Day.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 11: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said amongst the world religions, only Islam enjoys the honour of declaring that the heaven is under the mother\u0092s feet so as to highlight her honour, respect and dignity. He stated this while giving his presidential address at Azmat-e-Maan Seminar organised by Mukhtar Students Organisation at Jamia-tul-Momineen. He said Quran is the Holy Book in which Allah mentioned worship at 14 places in which He also mentioned blessings of parents telling that the status of mother amongst them is higher because she brings up the child and bears pains in doing so. He said once a woman came to the Holy Prophet (SAAW). He laid down a chaddar for her on which she sat. One companion asked who is she? Sahaba Karaam told him that she is Holy Prophet\u0092s (SAAW) \u0093Razaee\u0094 mother.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said according to Holy Quran the foremost right of parents is that they should be treated with good, the second right is that their respect should be kept intact, the third right is that one should be subservient to them, the fourth right is that they should be served well, the fifth right is that Dua-e-Maghfirat should be sought for them, and the sixth right is that they should be treated softly and with love when they become old and weak. He said there are four women in the universe who have been declared the best and the best of them all is Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) who was declared the Sardar of women of the universe. She presented sons like Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) and daughters like Zainab (S.A.), and Umme Kulsoom (S.A.) for the protection of humanity. He said they blessed the humanity to the extent that today the whole world of humanity is imbibed to them and the independence movements in Kashmir, Afghanistan and Iraq are giving tough time to enemies of humanity by following in their foot-steps.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said that Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) says in Saheefa-e-Kamilah that I have made a Dua for parents that contains fifteen paragraphs and one of them is: \u0093Allah, give me courage that I fear from my mother and father like one fears from a tyrant ruler and I may be kind to them like a mother is kind to her offspring and then make this subservience of mine and this good treatment more pleasant than sleeping eyes for my eyes and more peaceful than the water is for a thirsty person so that I keep the desire of my parent supreme over my own desire, keep their decision and agreement dearer than that of mine, and consider their blessings and goods for me as these are in plenty whether these are low, and consider my blessings less whether these are in plenty\u0094.\n<\/p>\n

He said this Dua is actually a manifesto of honour, respect, holiness of parent the example of which could not be found in the human history. Quran and the Holy Prophet (SAAW) preached us good treatment with mother their subservience to her. In actual, it is the basis and Asaas of religious and Islamic culture and Muslim Khanwada while in the family system followed by colonial powers, the family life is confronted with defeat, breakages, differences and anarchy. RAWALPINDI, April 26: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has expressed great sorrow and grief over the heavy loss of life as a result of bomb blast near Mardan Police Station and termed this incident an open act of terrorism. In a statement, he said, such incidents could not be checked unless this menace is rooted out. He expressed his concern that the whole country is the target of terrorism but the number of incidents that took place in Sarhad Province during the last five years killing many people provide food for thought the responsibility of which lay on former MMA and the Caretaker governments. He said the newly elected Sarhad government has made some good announcements which could become effective only when these are implemented proving coherence in the words and the deeds.\n<\/p>\n

He said Sawat, Waziristan, Mardan, Bangash had been the target of terrorism while lawlessness also prevailed in Kurram Agency where the situation of civil war still prevails, roads are blocked, eatables are scarce and the citizens are upset on non-availability of medicines and treatment, hundreds of people have lost their life while a large number of them are injured or have become disabled while darkness prevails all around owing to severing of communications. He said the Interior Ministry had taken some good steps and now restoration of peace there is the responsibility of the new provincial government. He said we had invited the attention of the Federal and Provincial Governments to correct the situation in Kurram Agency time and again and we strongly demand from the government again to set up an independent Tribunal that may unveil the hidden hands behind sabotaging peace in these areas. He said some banned organisations were not letting the fire to cool down in the sensitive areas on the desire of foreign hands therefore it is necessary to set up the Tribunal without any further delay. Lauding the government announcement of calling jirgas for promoting mutual understanding he termed this step a best solution to the problems.\n<\/p>\n

Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate demanded that roads should be opened forthwith, and eatables and medicines should be provided in Kurram Agency, Parachinar and Kohat, immediately. He was addressing the Paigham-e-Hussainiyyat Conference organised under the auspices of Baab-ul-Ilm Academic Council.\n<\/p>\n

He said Quran is a complete code of life the topic of which is not any particular religion, Maktab, group or area rather the human being. Therefore, he added, Islam protects the human being on whichever piece of land he may live and strongly condemns all types of aggression, terrorism and brutality. He said the basic reason of the problems confronted by the humanity is their keeping a distance from the teachings of the pious leaders of the religion and materialism.\n<\/p>\n

He said Surah Shoorah of Quran says that Allah Has declared the Muwaddat and love of the near ones of the Risalat as the Ajr-e-Risalat, which speaks of the supremacy of this Khanwada. He said Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) played exemplary role in disseminating the message of Tauheed. He said when Tauheed and Risalat began to be negated openly and all types of Munkiraat and indecent activities were being presented in the garb of Islam before the world and humanity began to be humiliated, then the Ali\u0092s (A.S.) son who was brought up in the lap of Risalat (SAAW) proved this wrong by confronting the Yazidi forces along with his 72 near and dear ones.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Qamar Zaidi said that the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) by giving his head in way of Islam bestowed supremacy to humanity. He said Hussainiyyat will have to be adopted to check tyranny and Malookiyyat the world over. He said the satanic forces have shattered peace all over the world which can be checked through adopting the character and deeds of Hussain (A.S.) and by becoming subservient to him. He said the message of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) is to love humanity and respect human beings which the essence of Islam. He said Karbala is the source of inspiration for all independence movements including that of Kashmir and Palestine as it preached the lesson of confronting Yazidiyyat and the philosophy of living with honour. He made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is busy in achieving the pious targets under the able leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. We would neither bargain our beliefs and rights nor would allow anyone else to do so.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution moved by Z.A. Raja, Chairman, Baab-ul-Ilm Council was unanimously adopted by the gathering. The resolution strongly condemned publication of blasphemous images in Denmark, release of anti-Islam film in Holland, and blasphemous acts of Salman Rushdie and all these activities are enough to shake the conscious of the Islamic World. The resolution called upon the Muslim rulers and international organisations to take strict notice of desecration of religion, Mashaheer and holy places and take immediate action against all those who are involved in this activity. RAWALPINDI, April 17: The Jashan-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was observed as \u0093Youm-e-Askari\u0094 throughout the country on Thursday Rabi-us Sani 10 with religious devotion and faithful enthusiasm on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, functions, conferences and seminars were organised on this occasion and attention of the international organisations was drawn towards the reconstruction of the Roza Al-Askareen besides staging protest demonstrations against blasphemy.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in his special address on the occasion said that the pious seerat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) guarantees welfare of the oppressed world and is a source of their eternal survival.\n<\/p>\n

He said Muslims themselves are responsible what is being faced by the Islamic World today. He said respect of Sha\u0092air Allah is compulsory and their insult is forbidden (Haram) but now such humiliation has become the order of the day that is condemnable. Attaching the Sha\u0092air Allah with any particular nation, tribe or a country is commensurate with denying the Ayat-e-Illahi.\n<\/p>\n

He lamented that despite there are more than five dozen countries in the Muslim Ummah and OIC that sprang up on the basis of insult of Bait ul-Moqaddas, had it adopted a strong point of view and earned veto power in the United Nations then no one would have the courage to commit blasphemy.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that it is good for the Federal government to present a resolution in the National Assembly but the real issue is to raise the real issue at United Nations because it is joint representative organisation of all nations and insult of any nation is commensurate with insult of the United Nations.\n<\/p>\n

He said blasphemous images and dramas are an attack on the United Nations but the question arises why the United Nations had not taken notice of it. . . ? It seems that it has given an open hand to them to commit insult the Mashaheer and heroes of the comity of nations, he added.\n<\/p>\n

Lamenting the attitude of the United Nations, he said that around 200 member States who claim to be the champions of human rights are under the obligation not to keep silence over the blasphemous acts rather an article may be added to the basic charter of the United Nations under which insult to any religion, Mashaheer and holy book should be declared as cognizable offence.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief expressed grave concern over the presence of allied forces in Afghanistan and Iraq where holy places have been razed to ground. He said holy Al-Askariyain shrine was razed to ground for the last more than two years but no one raised the voice against it in a true manner.\n<\/p>\n

He said the UNESCO efforts for the reconstruction of holy Al-Askariyain shrine could not become fruitful to-date. He demanded from the defenders of the ancient archaeology to get the holy Al-Askariyain shrine reconstructed immediately and declare it an important asset of humanity after restoring its honour and dignity and ensure it eternal protection. He also demanded the Zaireen may be offered easy access to Ziarat of holy places.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan is the only States amongst 57 Islamic States that came into being in the name of Islam and that is on the target of the colonial powers being the atomic power. Therefore, the Muslim Ummah is under the obligation to come forward to safeguard the honour and dignity of Pakistan as the whole Muslim Ummah would be held responsible for any untoward incident against Pakistan.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said motherland Pakistan is in the grip of worst terrorism for quite long and bloody \u0091holi\u0092 is being played with the innocent people in Parachinar after Kachai (District Kohat), and Hangu. He said the agent groups are responsible for all this who are utilising all their energy to give it a sectarian colour but they have failed in doing so and remain so in future also. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW) has termed that attachment with the Daman of Ahl-e-Bait Athaar (A.S.) is the source of survival. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW) did not will for love and devotion with his Khanwada on the basis of spirit of love rather the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) knew through his knowledge of Nabuwwat and Risalat that these personalities can give a new and eternal lease of life to the objectives and targets of Paigham-e-Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat, that is why they were brought up in a pious environment.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said that one of those personalities who confronted with the worst dictators and tyrant rulers of their times was Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). He said today the humanity is confronting with international dictators of the satanic world, lakhs of people are being massacred in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, and Iraq, particularly in Iraq blood is being shed profusely besides committing desecration of holy places to the extent that the Roza-e-Aqdas of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was razed to ground in Samrah. He said love with the motherland is part of our faith. He said today motherland is the particular target of the enemies of Islam, therefore, all patriotic forces, particularly those in power and in the opposition, are under the obligation to come out from the shackle of personal and party interests and give priority to the interests of the religion and the motherland.\n<\/p>\n

He appealed the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to pray for an end to the problems of the Islamic World, protection and stability of the motherland and success of the Islamic movements while Mahafil-e-Milad and festive programmes should be organised to express devotion to Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar, solidarity with the oppressed and hatred against the oppressed world.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Youm-e-Askari Committee has been formed to organise Youm-e-Askari programmes throughout the country. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener while Syed Asad Ali Hasani will be the Secretary of this Committee.\n<\/p>\n
