RAWALPINDI – May 09: The Jashan-e-Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was observed as Alamgir Ayyam-e-Askari (Universal Askari Days) throughout the country like other global parts on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.\n<\/p>\n

Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, seminars and meetings held in this connection came to an end on Tuesday.\n<\/p>\n

In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, festive functions were organised by religious and Matmi organisations and religious institutions.\n<\/p>\n

The Markazi Mehfil-e-Askari was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hay\u0092at Tulaba-e-Islamia. TNFJ leader from Sarhad province Jawwad Hussain Jawwad, MFP Karachi Region Commander Syed Mujahid Hussain Zaidi, TNFJ Balochistan provincial leader Musa Mahdi Hazara were the chief guests.\n<\/p>\n

TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi in his address on the occasion said the honourable characters of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) wrote the chapters of eternal and perpetual victory of Islam by enlightening the candle of truthfulness in the darkest era of oppression and brutality that may turn the world into a hub of peace.\n<\/p>\n

He said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) by confronting half a dozen dictators fond of oppression and brutality added feather in the cap of Deen-e-Muhammadi. Even in this era of oppression, the uswah of Imam Askari (A.S.) is the best example to follow in confronting the satanic conspiracies. The whole world was confronted with terrorism today, human blood has become very cheap, no one is there to help the oppressed. In these circumstances the oppressed and have-nots would have to devise a combined strategy for solution of problems and difficulties.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the continued terrorism going on the world over, particularly the massacre of innocent people of Iraq and called upon the international organisations to ensure exit of allied forces from Iraq for restoration of permanent peace there and keep the honour and dignity of holy places in mind.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution while expressing concern over the continued terrorism in Pakistan for quite long demanded arrest of the assassins of Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi and Maulana Maula Bux Jafri. It also demanded setting up of broad-based Tribunal to probe the incidents of Bari Imam, Tank, Hangu, and Nishtar Park and give them exemplary punishment.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution fully supported the struggle being carried out by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi for promotion of mission of \u0091Wila\u0092 and \u0091Aza\u0092 and achievement of religious rights for the Maktab-e-Tashayyo.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, May 05: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe \u0093Alamgir Ayyam-e-Askari\u0094 (Universal Askari Days) from 7th to 9th May in connection with the auspicious birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

In a statement he said era of Taajdar-e-Matla-e-Imamat-o-Walayat, Parworda-e-Ilham-o-Wahi, Successor of Prophet (SAWW) and Ali (A.S.), Son of Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.), Respected father of Imam Mehdi (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) spread over 28 years was spent in confronting six dictators i.e. Mutawakkal, Mu\u0092taz, Mustaeen, Mustanser, Mohtada, and Mutamid. All these dictators utilised all their energy but they could neither bow down the Masoom (A.S.) nor divert him from the right path.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that the Khasan-e-Khuda always promoted justice and fair-play and supported the oppressed and have-nots while the satanic forces settled their manifestoes on the basis of oppression, brutality, suppression, war, conflict, murder, trampling of the oppressed, loot and plunder while ruling elite working for satanic powers utilised all their energy to divert the public attention from the real central issues of religion and Shariat and did not hesitate coming in confrontation with the Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

He said the Alamgir Ayyam-e-Askari are being observed at a time when the whole humanity was confronted with the oppression and brutality. The Taghooti forces by destructing the holy shrine of his father Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) on 22nd February had shattered the whole humanity. Respect to Sha\u0092a\u0092ir-Ullah has been declared part of piety while desecration of it is a great sin.\n<\/p>\n

On the other hand, he added, world media was utilising all its energy in blasphemy. On the third hand, international chief of the colonial powers was hurling threats on Iran after destructing Iraq while the so-called champions of human rights were playing the role of silent spectators and no one knows when they would stop the satanic forces from interfering in the affairs of other States and Masalik?\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said the oppressed nations and the Islamic World are under the obligation to wake up from the deep slumber and display consciousness and honour and devise a joint and strong strategy so as to stop the enemies of humanity from doing evil, turn this world into a hub of peace, get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people, drive out the allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq and not give any satanic power the courage to punish the oppressed and have-nots.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that commitment should be announced during the Mahafil and other festive functions that our life and death is for the supremacy of Islam and Pakistan, support to the oppressed and have-nots, and expressing hatred against the oppressed and brutal forces. Neither our forefathers had bargained on it nor would we or our coming generations do so.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes for Alamgir Ayyam-e-Askari. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated Convener and Haider Bajwa as Secretary of this Committee.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 04: Syed Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Central Joint Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, has said that practical attachment with Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) will guarantee survival and blessing here and the Hereafter.\n<\/p>\n

He was addressing a special function of Fazeelat-e-Hadees-e-Kisa organised by Quran-o-Itrat Trust. He said Hadees-e-Saqalain is recognised and considered reliable by all schools of thought in which the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said that I am leaving two valuable things Quran and Itrat (Ahle Bait A.S.) amongst you, if you remained attached with them then you would not be misled after me and these both would never separate they reach me at Hauz-e-Kausar.\n<\/p>\n

He said at present the humanity in general and the Islamic World in particular were undergoing a tough time owing to their own misdeeds because we have adopted violation of Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.). It has been revealed that the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) would submit in Bargah-e-Illahi that: Oh, Allah, my nation had left Quran. That means we have avoided Ma\u0092roofat i.e. good deeds and adopted Munkeraat i.e. evil deeds. He said Amar Bil Ma\u0092roof and Nahi Anil Munker had been the habit of Khasan-e-Illahi rather giving commandment for doing good and avoiding evil had been considered must for the whole Ummah.\n<\/p>\n

Akhlaq Kazmi made it clear that at present terrorism is the biggest evil and President Pervez Musharraf took some laudable steps to root it out. He banned the extremist and terrorist groups and enforced Anti-Terrorism Act while some unseen hands were trying to sabotage his actions.\n<\/p>\n

Bari Imam incident took place last year but Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya thwarted the combined enemy\u0092s conspiracy bearing this great loss with patience and fortitude and by adopting the policy of peace. Later incidents of terrorism took place during Ashra-e-Muharram one after the other in Tank, Hangu and then at Nishtar Park on the auspicious occasion of Milad-un-Nabi in which a large number of innocent people were martyred. Recently, he said, a renowned religious scholar and Khateeb Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi and his driver were assassinated heinously in Faisalabad.\n<\/p>\n

He expressed grave concern that the government organisations were sticking to lip service only and none of the culprits of terrorism were nabbed so far and none of the bereaved families of martyrs were paid any compensation.\n<\/p>\n

He strongly demanded from the government to set up a broad-based tribunal to probe all these incidents and bring its report to public besides ensuring effective implementation on the Anti-Terrorism Act. The government should take practical steps to ensure law and order instead of making hollow claims. Moreover, he said, unity and brotherhood should be promoted so as to save the country from anarchy and differences keeping in view the ongoing situation all around as in it lay the key to honour and development of the nation and the country.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – May 03: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said standard of human supremacy is knowledge and awareness courtesy which he has been declared Masjood-e-Malaika (the one to whom angels prostrated).\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to the office-bearers of Mukhtar Students Organisation who called on him at the head of Central President Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi. He said Islam considers seeking of knowledge a must and there is no binding of gender in it rather it has been said that seek knowledge whether you would have to go to China. Knowledge has been declared as a lost treasure of the Momin (believer).\n<\/p>\n

There is a saying of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that goes: Knowledge and wisdom are the lost things of Momin which if remain even with Mushrik (polytheist); Take it as you deserve it more and it is yours.\n<\/p>\n

It has to be seen now that which knowledge is that achievement of which has been declared an obligation and for which so much instruction has been given.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said achievement of that knowledge is an obligation that is in line with the norms of religion and Shariat and is helpful in achieving the individual and collective targets of the human being. On this basis, he said, Quran has declared knowledge an enlightenment and ignorance as darkness. He made it clear that history, geography, biology, physics, mathematics, economics and social sciences are there as a result of Quranic studies and the Ayah 159 of Surah Baqarah stands witness to it.\n<\/p>\n

He said if the laws and systems defined in Quran are understood then it could become a source of approach to Allah. It has become crystal clear that knowledge does not mean mere religious knowledge in the eyes of religion and Shariat, although every group keeps its own belief and ideology supreme. Imam Ghazali writes more than 18 sayings in this connection in which a detailed description of sciences has been given.\n<\/p>\n

He said had from this knowledge it meant any particular knowledge then the Holy Prophet (SAW) may have defined it. Actually from knowledge means every knowledge that is useful therefore we would have to lit the candle of knowledge and use its spread as a weapon if we are sincere in getting rid of oppression and suppression today. Otherwise, he added, satanic forces would finish us. Knowledge is our inheritance and every honourable person defends his inheritance.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said the international colonial powers have declared us violent and terrorists and Islam as a religion of punishments owing to giving up the path of knowledge and adopting ignorance instead, as a result of which all Muslims are undergoing the consequences. Afghanistan and Iraq have been destructed where more than two lakh people were killed besides destructing the economy there, holy places were desecrated and even Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala, Kazmain, Baghdad and Samarra were not spared and now planning is on to destruct Iran for which a campaign is going on through exerting pressure on Iran. Colonial powers are bent upon destructing Iran\u0092s atomic plant while international organisations were keeping a quiet.\n<\/p>\n

He said in these circumstances the oppressed and Muslim nations should set a strategy because Iran has not yet committed any violation of the NPT. Not only Iran but every country of the world has a right to achieve atomic energy for peaceful purposes and for its defence.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ Chief Agha Hamid Moosavi said the colonial powers should learn a lesson from Afghanistan and Iraq. God forbid, if war breaks out then its effects would hover over the whole region shattering its peace. He said our advice that America and her allies should keep the norms of justice in mind, exercise wisdom, avoid any type of aggression, and pullout their troops from Afghanistan and Iraq. The United Nations, oppressed nations and Muslim heads of State should keep in mind that what they were reaping now was sowed by them. Therefore, they should play their role in getting the humanity rid of fear and harassment and turning the world into a hub of peace, he concluded.\n <\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, May 01: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Islam is the source of guidance that protects all sections of human life and checks their grief.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of elite from Sarhad. He said Islam is the manifesto of life and a human being could achieve survival by following the same, it depends of Asool-o-Faro, Asool is the name of belief and ideology while Faroaat include worships, morality and issues. Human being is dependent on one another and adopts different tactics to fulfil his needs and to earn his bread.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said that the world is the field of Hereafter; what will one sow here would reap there, and we have been asked to better our Hereafter while we are in this world. One who gives up world for Hereafter is cursed and similarly one who gives up Hereafter for world is also cursed. That is why Allah addresses people, Momineen and Muslims in Quran and stresses for practical work.\n<\/p>\n

In the books of fiqh, Kitaab Al-Mutajir and Kitaab Al-Ijarah are there that carry chapters about buying and selling, industry and trade, agriculture and many others in which it is given in detail that what is Halal and what is Haram, what is Makroh, Mubah and Mustahab. Similarly, Kitaab Al-Ijarah gives detail about Mazare\u0092at, Je\u0092ala, Sabaq, Ramayah, Shirkat, Mazarbat, Aariyyat etc. and also about the Ajir, Ajeer, Mujer and Mustajir which is helpful to guess that Islam enjoys completion throughout the universe.\n<\/p>\n

He said Islam gave up the sectional divide for the betterment of social, economic, monetary system of life and declared human beings brother of one another and declared labourers and workers as Allah\u0092s friend.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief Agha Hamid Moosavi said that International Labour Day demands from us to avoid discrimination, fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play and give importance to human dignity so as to give up all sectional divides. There is a commandment to pay the labourer before his sweat dries. The Holy Prophet (SAW) himself promoted the trade on behalf of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.), Hazrat Ali (A.S.) by doing labour in a Zionist\u0092s garden preached the lesson that there is no harm in doing labour while seeking alms is.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi paid homage to those labourers who sacrificed their life during protest in Chicago on May 1, 1886. He said lodging protest is every one\u0092s basic right. We would have to pay the rights of labourers in accordance with their work if we are sincere in turning their world into a hub of peace. As Pakistan was achieved in the name of Islam, therefore, it is the government\u0092s foremost duty to provide all type of facilities to labourers in accordance with their work.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, April 29: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said the unity of the Islamic World is the important need of the hour to confront the colonial conspiracies against the Muslim Ummah. He stated this while addressing the MFP office-bearers as a chief guest. He said the anti-Islam forces were using different tactics to fulfil their expansionist designs and to maintain their supremacy, and at present terrorism is their biggest weapon in doing so in the garb of which Afghanistan and Iraq have already been pushed towards fire, and now hurling threats on Iran and Syria in the garb of atomic energy has become the order of the day. He said rulers of the Muslim States were under the influence of super powers for survival of their rule as a result of which clouds of dangers were hovering over the Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n

He said as per Quranic announcement, Hindus and Zionists are not friends of Muslims rather they are bent upon stabbing in their back by entangling the Muslim Ummah in monetary and economic relaxations. It is therefore, binding for all oppressed and Muslim States to consider attack on any Islamic State as an attack on all oppressed and the Islamic World, unite themselves to root out the colonial excesses, devise a strong and courageous strategy, otherwise it could be turn of all of them, one by one, he added. He expressed grave concern that Pakistan being the citadel of Islam and an atomic power has become mole in the eyes of the enemy that is why it is confronted with terrorism for quite long.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Mazhar Shah said murderous attacks on President, Prime Minister and renowned religious personalities, bomb blasts at places of worship and religious gatherings are actually continuation of terrorism at international level the objective of which is to prove Islam an extremist religion and Muslims as fundamentalists but, he added, that everyone today is declaring the point of view of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi as right that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maktab or a country, he is only a terrorist and should be tackled in that context only. Strongly condemning the heinous murder of Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi, he demanded from the government to set up high level Tribunals to probe all incidents of terrorism including Bari Imam, Hangu, Tanak, and Nishtar Park incidents, and apprise the nation about the terrorists and the real facts behind these incidents, arrest the culprits forthwith and given them exemplary punishment.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ Secretary General called upon the MFP workers to lace themselves with piousness and Iman (faith) and utilise all their energies in defending the places of worship and Sha\u0092air Allah without any discrimination. He expressed his resolve to continue the struggle for achievement of pious targets of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya i.e. promotion of \u0091Wila\u0092 and \u0091Aza\u0092, and to ensure the dignity of Sadaat, and respect of Marjaiyyat with sincerity of purpose while the interests of Islam, Pakistan and its people would be given priority over all other matters.\n<\/p>\n

He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Mukhtar Students Organisation Rawalpindi Division here on Friday.\n<\/p>\n

Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate said that Islam is the messenger of peace and contradicts brutality that is why it did not ever commit aggression rather fell victim to aggression itself and is still under its influence. RAWALPINDI, April 26: A meeting of the Central Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan was held here on Wednesday. The meeting presided over by Convener M.H. Jafri thanked all schools of thought for their practical display of unity and brotherhood on the occasion of universal Youm-ul-Huzn saying that the way all countrymen highlighted the Fazal-o-Sharaf of Khanwada-e-Risalat is laudable.\n<\/p>\n

M.H. Jafri in his address on the occasion said that it could be said with utmost surety that international colonial powers and their agents do not like unity of the Muslim Ummah that is why they were increasing their pressure on the oppressed so as to stop the independence and freedom movements. For this purpose, he said, they neither like to get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved keeping to the desire of their respective people nor to pull out their forces from Afghanistan without fulfilling their self-interest. Therefore, they were using different tactics to enrage Muslims.\n<\/p>\n

He said desecration of Prophets, Messengers, Sha\u0092air-e-Islam and Mashaheer at the hands of colonial powers has become the order of the day, therefore, the oppressed Muslims and have-nots are under the obligation to give priority to mutual unity and brotherhood over all other matters. As Pakistan is the citadel of Islam, therefore, the satanic forces are trying to make inroads in it, there is therefore need to adopt the policy of mutual understanding here also.\n<\/p>\n

He said all sections of society including the government and the opposition should keep in mind that violence is not the solution to any problem. He said the rulers, politicians and the people have to announce hatred against banned groups in clear-cut terms as it is the only way to overcome the monster of terrorism.\n<\/p>\n

Commenting on the changes made in the Federal Cabinet, he said situation also needs to be changed along with faces because people are highly disappointed as dearness, obscenity and nudity are the order of the day. The new Minister for Information and Broadcasting would have to keep in mind that everyone keeps a right on media therefore all schools of thought should be given ideological representation on electronic media on the basis of equality.\n<\/p>\n

He said attaching Muharram with Maktab-e-Tashayyo and Rabiul Awwal with Ahle Sunnat Barelvi is not in the interest of the country and the nation, therefore, this attitude needs to be changed. The country was created by all jointly and they will defend it jointly also. Lamenting the media for ignoring Youm-ul-Huzn programmes, he said if there was no importance of Abu Talib (A.S.) then why the Holy Prophet (SAW) had declared the year of his death as Aam-ul-Huzn (the year of Grief)? Therefore, he said, the government-controlled media was under the obligation to highlight the death anniversary of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted on the occasion reiterated the resolve to continue condemning the oppressor whosoever he may be and would continue supporting the oppressed wherever they are.\n<\/p>\n

Another resolution demanded from the new Federal Education Minister to devise such curricula that could be studied by all.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, April 21: Youm-e-Tarheem was observed on Friday throughout Pakistan to pay homage to all martyrs of religion and the motherland including Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi and martyrs of Nishtar Park, Hangu, Tank, and Bari Imam incidents as announced by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya.\n<\/p>\n

In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, ulema and zakireen addressing Majalis organised by different religious organisations paid rich homage to the religious services rendered by Allama Fazil Alvi Shaheed and declared his martyrdom as a national loss. They strongly demanded from the government to arrest the culprits forthwith and give them exemplary punishment.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

A peaceful demonstration was staged in front of the Press Club Camp Office under the auspices of District Youm-e-Tarheem Committee of the TNFJ Islamabad. Different ulema and TNFJ Markazi Secretary Tanzeem Abbas Jafri, Coordination Secretary for Islamabad Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Markazi Convener Youm-e-Tarheem Committee Ch. Adeel Haideri, Nasir Abbas Zaidi and other elite led the demonstration.\n<\/p>\n

Addressing the demonstrators, TNFJ District Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami expressed his concern that motherland Pakistan is under the grip of terrorism for quite long taking life of dozens of mourners in Hangu and Tank during Muharram and dozens of Ashiqan-e-Rasool in Nishtar Park on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, and now a renowned religious scholar and Khateeb Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi was martyred in daylight along with his driver. They strongly demanded from the government to arrest the terrorists forthwith and unveil them before the people.\n<\/p>\n

A unanimous resolution adopted by the participants of the demonstration said that at present the whole humanity in general, and motherland Pakistan in particular were on the target of terrorism the basic reason of which is Pakistan being the atomic power and an Islamic State.\n<\/p>\n

It said that after the creation of Pakistan, some unwise rulers were imposed on the country who became the cause of terrorism. The resolution said that tyrant ruler Gen. Ziaul Haq was on top of them who took reigns of power through a coup and hanged the personality who felt achievement of atomic power obligatory for Pakistan\u0092s security so as to please the international colonial powers, give up the Nazria-e-Asaas and begin the war of groups.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

The resolution said that thousands of people belong to Maktab-e-Tashayyo from Allama Muhammad Jafar Zaidi in 1977, Muhammad Hussain Shad Shaheed to Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi were martyred. Similarly, uncountable innocent people belonging to other schools of thought fell victim to terrorism. It said the objective of incidents of murder and terrorism was to give an impression that one Maktab is the enemy of the other Maktab here, it is the well thought out conspiracy of our combined enemy that took many invaluable lives. The resolution said that it was good that President Pervez Musharraf not only enforced Anti-Terrorism Act but also imposed ban on terrorist groups. Later some unseen forces became active and terrorism has now become the order of the day.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution expressed grave concern that during the last 11 months, dozens of innocent people lost their life and hundreds were injured in the worst incidents of terrorism including Bari Imam incident in Punjab, Tank and Hangu incidents in NWFP, and Nishtar Park Karachi incident in Sindh. In Faisalabad, a renowned religious scholar and Khateeb Allama Fazil Hussain Aliv was martyred along with his driver last Monday.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said what a pity that attacks on rulers are considered terrorism while attacks on religious leaders, Imambargahs and mosques are declared sectarianism and war of groups. Rulers listen to those who talk about Jalao, Gherao and are engaged in riot and accept their demands, visit them to condole besides giving them compensation while neither they visit the peaceful, poor and oppressed people nor condole with them or give them compensation but restrict themselves to mere announcements.\n<\/p>\n

It strongly condemned that media was stopped to give coverage to the martyrdom of Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi that speaks of biased attitude of the rulers and the media. The resolution said that the powers that be and media raise a hue and cry over any excess against them but they do not visit the poor and oppressed for condolences rather added fuel to the fire.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution called upon the rulers to respect the rights, honour and sanctity of all and enforce the Anti-Terrorism Act strictly so as to root out terrorism from the country if they are sincere in turning Pakistan into a hub of peace. The resolution reiterated that in motherland Pakistan all sections of society i.e. President, Prime Minister, Nazims, MNAs and all schools of thought live united and would thwart every conspiracy of the enemy through unity in defending the frontiers and solidarity of the motherland.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said that the whole nation deserves praise for following the TNFJ policy of avoiding riot on the occasion of tragic martyrdom of Allama Fazil Alvi, we had created Pakistan jointly and would save it jointly also by not allowing anyone to cause any harm to it. The resolution made it clear that all sections of society irrespective of their belonging to any school of thought are under the obligation to recognise their friends and foes, respect Marja\u0092iyyat, give up duplicity, express hatred against terrorist groups, attach themselves with Markaz if they desire to defend themselves and ensure sanctity of the country as in it lay welfare of us all, otherwise it would the turn of everyone, one by one.\n<\/p>\n

Later, the demonstrators dispersed peacefully.\n<\/p>\n

Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing the Majlis-e-Tarheem at Markazi Imambargah Qasr-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) said that as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi we could not be made afraid through blasts and terrorism. We are bound to follow the instructions of our leader Agha Hamid Moosavi, no one should take our gentlemanliness as our weakness as we keep the interests of nation, country and the Islamic World supreme.\n<\/p>\n

He said the patience is always fruitful and the oppressor has to meet his fate while the oppressed always emerge successful. Declaring open acts of terrorism as sectarian conflicts by the powers that be are tragic and condemnable. He said the mission of Azadari will continue at every cost and no one would be allowed to create hurdle in it. We had created this country jointly and would also defend it jointly.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, April 20: A meeting of the Markazi Youm-e-Tarheem Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan was held here on Thursday. The meeting which was presided over by Convener Ch. Adeel Haideri gave final shape to Youm-e-Tarheem arrangements that is being observed on Friday, April 21.\n<\/p>\n

Ch. Adeel addressing the participants of the meeting said that Youm-e-Tarheem on Friday would begin with Quran Khwani in mosques followed by Majalis-e-Tarheem for all Shuhada-e-Deen including Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi Shaheed, Shuhada of Nishtar Park, Hangu, Tanak and Bari Imam incidents. He said homage would be paid to the religious services rendered by Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi Shaheed and voice of protest would be raised against terrorism in Youm-e-Tarheem programmes. He lamented that none of the government representatives from top to bottom, neither attended the funeral of Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi nor expressed condolences with the bereaved family. He said we strongly condemn the dual policy of the government. He said we consider murder of anyone as the murder of humanity.\n<\/p>\n

He strongly demanded from the Punjab government to take strict notice of the heinous murder of Allama Fazil Alvi and give compensation otherwise we would be forced to understand that all this was done by the government agencies. He made it clear that we desire peace and unity and would not allow anyone to create hurdle in its way.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, April 19: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemning the heinous murder of renowned preacher and religious scholar of Faisalabad Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi along with his driver has termed it an open act of terrorism.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here he said it is the heinous plan of those powers that desire to maintain their supremacy the world over, particularly on the Islamic World after the Russian breakage. For this purpose, he added, they were utilising all their energy on fanning biases within the Muslim States so as to get them recognised by promoting anarchy and differences there. They first played this game in Afghanistan and now they were doing so in Iraq, he added.\n<\/p>\n

Moosavi said whether it is Nishtar Park incident or Tank and Hangu incidents and before that Bari Imam incident, all these blasts, suicide attacks and terrorism is part of that heinous conspiracy and this work may go further because the combined enemy desires to divert attention from real issues by following that plan so as to restore Zionist and Hindu supremacy in both these regions.\n<\/p>\n

He said that in this critical juncture, we all are under the obligation not to get infuriated and exercise wisdom so as to promote unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding amongst all schools of thought thwarting the heinous planners to pitch one Maktab against the other and to cause harm to the Islamic World.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief called upon President Musharraf to identify those who sabotaged the Anti-Terrorism Act, first and then get this law implemented in letter and spirit. He strongly demanded immediate arrest of culprits of all incidents including that of Allama Fazil Hussain Alvi Shaheed, unveil them, and give them exemplary punishment.\n<\/p>\n

He also demanded to deal these culprits with an iron hand and compensate the bereaved families of the martyrs and the affected of these incidents. If this was not done then the people would be justified to consider that the intelligence agencies were behind all these incidents.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, April 19: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe the universal Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) on 26th Rabiul Awwal in connection with the death anniversary of Khatmi Martabat\u0092s (SAW) elder, Hazrat Ali\u0092s (A.S.) father, Negehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Apostleship) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here he said that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is that great personality who defended the Holy Prophet (SAW). Allah has declared Abu Talib\u0092s (A.S.) protection for Rasool (SAW) as His own protection, Did he not give you (Abu Talib\u0092s) protection finding you an orphan. Terming this protection a blessing Allah said And state the blessing (Ehsan) of Allah. He said only Abu Talilb (A.S.) enjoys the honour from amongst men that his year of death was declared the Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief).\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) not only took care of the Holy Prophet (SAW) by all means rather undertook his upbringing and the way he helped him in disseminating Islam is a beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. Allama Shibli has written many things with reference to Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim and at the same time he also writes that at the time of his death Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) in reply to Abu Jehl had said that I am dying on the religion of Abdul Muttalib (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

He said from Prophet Adam (A.S.) to Khatim (SAW) there are 51 references of Paighambar-e-Akram (SAW); 17 Nabi, 17 Wasi, and 17 Movahid. Allah says in Quran that And your remaining amongst prayer-doers. According to Tafseer Ba\u0092az Salaf prayer-doers (Sajideen) means his forefathers. In other words his Noor being transferred from the Sulb (Loin) of one prophet to the Sulb of other prophet rather some Mufassirin considered that this word has been used for Rasool\u0092s (SAW) parents.\n<\/p>\n

He said the most biased historians have accepted that when the delegation of Kuffar-e-Quraish threatened Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) apprised him of the situation, the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) said, Oh, uncle! Tell these atheists that if they put Sun on my one hand and moon on the other and desire from me not to disseminate Islam, even then by God I would not give up that mission on which I have been posted. His uncle Abu Talib (A.S.) when saw his fast commitment, said go and continue your mission with enthusiasm, no one would dare cause any harm to you in my presence (Seerat Ibne Hisham, vol. 1, page 89).\n<\/p>\n

Therefore, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) proved himself as Nigehban-e-Risalat through his deeds. That is why no Taghoot howsoever big could cause any harm to the Holy Prophet (SAW). But after the death of Abu Talib (A.S.), the Holy Prophet (SAW) was teased to the extent that he had to migrate to Madinah from Makkah. As the poet says:\n <\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Abu Talib (A.S.) did not let any body dishonour and desecrate the personality of the Rasool (SAW), Nabuwwat and Risalat.\n<\/p>\n

He expressed concern that at present the international media was not only committing desecration of the Islamic World, holy places, holy Books rather the personality of Nabi Akram (SAW) and the only solution to check them is to follow Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and make his pious seerat a beacon of light while there should be no hesitation in offering any sacrifice in defending Hurmat-e-Rasool-e-Atahar (SAW).\n<\/p>\n

He said that on the occasion of Youm-ul-Huzn, oppression, brutality and terrorism going on the world over will be condemned and commitment will be announced that desecration of Prophets, Messengers, Sha\u0092air-e-Deen, holy Books would be considered the desecration of the whole humanity that is a great sin. Therefore, everything could be bored but the desecration would not, in any case.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, TNFJ\u0092s Central Youm-ul-Huzn Committee has been formed to organise universal Youm-ul-Huzn programmes. M.H. Jafri has been nominated Convener and Malik-e-Ashtar as its Secretary.\n<\/p>\n
